Asked for quotes and got a decently priced one from arid valley mechanical. They were able to come out same day. TJ was our plumber. He did a great job. Very fast and knowledgeable. We were charged exactly what they told us up front. Had a great experience. Will be using them in the future if we have anymore issues.

After attempting to repair my shower handle myself, I finally realized that I needed a professional.  The shower handle would not turn left or right nor would it pull out or push in, which is the way this one functioned.

This tech, Wes, was so professional, on time, quick and did a beautiful job. He had to cut into the wall, through the back of a pantry, to reach the plumbing inside the wall. When I looked inside the wall, he had done such a great job of measuring, fitting the new piece and welding it, that I could have set it on my table as an art deco piece. NO Kidding!  I was really impressed.

I would highly recommend this company. I now have a plumber to call.

When my 50-gal. Rheem electric water heater sprung a bad leak, I called more than half a dozen plumbers and I was astonished at their high quotes for delivery and installation of a new water heater.  The next day I called Tavares Plumbing at 8:00 AM, and Andy Tavares arrived at my house 2 hours later.  For a very fair flat rate price, he installed a new Rheem water heater and hauled my old one away.  Home Depot's installer wanted $500 more than Tavares Plumbing charged.  I highly recommend Tavares Plumbing!

CAUTION!  if you are expecting  QUALITY WORKMANSHIP...look elsewhere  Quick response time, pleasant to do business with, however, sorry to say skill level for something as basic as installing laminate flooring is not acceptable

I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center.  When we bought the place I always thought it wasn't connected correctly.  Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line.  We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler.  Leonard fixed all of that.  He tore into the system, replumbed the center.  Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system.  He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch.  When we travel it's nice to know that the system will be safe and secure.  Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs.  Very wonderful and reasonably priced.  I'll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

Sergio and family fixed my plumbing problem. My drain pipe had to be relocated. They even helped me with my insurance by contacting my company for me.  Affordable Plumbing uses the best and most modern equipment. I could not of gotten a better plumber in Nogales.

The workmanship, the new shower was $2500 less than they other 3 quote. I also got tile work, top of the line shower door on his price. Fair family man running a great business. Hire Aaron! He is highly professional and more than competent. We hired him to install the waterlines needed to attach to a professional espresso level machine in our house in a location that was away from the sink, so not a typical installation. He came up with a solution and executed it beautifully. We were extremely impressed with the level of craftsmanship with the shutoff valve in our cabinet. He cleans everything up and is a very pleasant person to deal with as well. Can't say enough about his services.

I'm currently in the middle of an extensive remodel on a home that was built in 1968. Early on in the project we realized that we would have to replace all of the plumbing in the house, replace pipes, re-route some of the plumbing, gas lines and update the septic. While it was bad news for us, we intend on living in this house for a long time, so better to replace it all now than to deal with burst pipes or a septic tank explosion.  Our GC brought Antigua Plumbing and we've been so pleased with them; Butch (owner) and son, Stephen. They are thorough, ontime, super friendly and very communicative. We feel confident in the work they're doing for us and would recommend to anyone who is building or remodeling.

Mike is a very good plumber and a nice guy as well. He was very professional and thorough. His brother was just as personable and they work well together. They went above and beyond what a lot of tradesmen would have done when they discovered an unexpected problem. They took care of it and I expect have no issues in the future that cannot be taken care of easily because of the access they have now built in to my antiquated system. Everyone from the owner who came by the house to Charity who was right on whatever we needed. I've already recommended them to next door neighbor last night.

Valleywide came out to look at my pool pump and right away saw what was wrong. No one else was able to diagnose the problem. Very happy with Valleywide!  They were very helpful and explained everything to me as they went along.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE and great guys who came out and fixed my dad's doublewide water pumping issue. He had some old, wonky pump on his place before he died and the guys came out and got me all set up with all new everything!

I see from their description they're Christian based and I feel awful because I have a very vulgar mouth and dropped more than a few F bombs. BUT, they never balked or anything, true signs of a professional who is focussed on the job itself. Assuming they read these, sorry for the salty mouth, guys! No ill will was meant. =) But the point is, they are pros.

Anyway, I had normal, running water after 2 hours and it's all super pro installed.

If I could give them 100 stars I would.

I needed my bathroom sink and toilet lines cleared after another company had done some remodeling and apparently had forgotten to flush the lines and cleared them of debris. Marty was great! He identified the problem quickly and had it fixed within 30 minutes.

The service men from RR were timely and professional.  But the value for the service was highly unprofessional. We had a severe drainage issue and when the clog was discovered by RR in the alleyway more than 140 feet from our historic property, RR gave a bid for over $13000 to fix what was expected to be a collapsed drainage pipe.

Upon further investigation on my end, I learned that Pima County in most cases covers work even on private drainage pipes of it is located in an easement.  It took only 24 hours for Pima County to determine our job fell under this program and to bring a crew out to fix it for us. Thank you Pima County!!

Roto told us they would bring the County out only after they dug the 7' deep x 6x6 foot hole to see what was happening.  They never mentioned or suggested that what have the County take a look first.  The other frustration was when they came to clear our clog they quoted me $280 for 100 feet.  $3.50 for every foot beyond 100 feet and never mentioned a charge for camera analysis and location of the clog.  So in the end we had to pay almost $700 for their service, received a bid for 13K and was never informed that with their initial discovery we should have involved the County.  

We were seriously stressed over the possibility of such an expense at this time, facing hospital bills from a recent severe health issue.  THIS was highly unprofessional and unethical.  If RR doesn't know the policies of their own county to help out their customers, then they don't deserve to be licensed plumbers.
