HISTORY
After plumbing for 19 years Aaron, our Union trained expert, has seen almost everything. He has been involved in the new construction plumbing of high rise apartments, multi unit apartments, condominiums, townhouses, restaurants, multi-million dollar custom mansions, semi custom homes, and track homes in huge subdivisions. He has installed and repaired all brands of toilets, faucets, bidets, tub/shower valves, Roman tub fillers, garbage disposals, gas fireplaces, water heaters, tankless water heaters, steam generators, garden hose spigots, mixing valves, commercial flush valves, and urinals. Very fast service quick valve replacement he was at our home in less then a hour. A very friendly guy
Aaron from Quality Plumbing Pros gets my highest recommendation. He was readily available to check on a leaking faucet during off hours and immediately identified both the problem and other areas of poor workmanship in my kitchen plumbing. He eventually replaced both of our sink faucets as well as our small water heater that had also recently given out. Aaron was friendly, polite, and unobtrusive and made sure to clean up after he was done. My only complaint would be that his pricing felt a little haphazard but I don't think it was unreasonable given the usual cost of plumbing. I will absolutely use quality plumbing pros for my next plumbing job.

One year later and we have another stubborn clog.
I messaged him on Yelp after hours and he responded! He was out and had it fixed the next day.
AND he charged half of what we know other people have paid for the same thing.

Aaron was very quick to respond to my claim from the home warranty company. He came out within an hour. He promptly got parts and returned lat in the day to fix the leak at my house. He is a Kind, courteous and respectful person. The best part is he is honest and not trying to swindle you out of money.

Aaron is amazing! My home warranty insurance company first sent out vail plumbing to fix my plumbing problem. They did no test, but suggested what they thought was the problem and did nothing to fix it. So next comes Aaron with quality plumbing pros! He tested the pressure, diagnosed the problem and fixed it!!! He was very professional! I highly recommend him!
I called around trying to find a plumber to fix a plugged toilet. The big companies were too busy. Looking on Yelp, I found Quality Plumbing. The reviews are correct. Aaron is a friendly, knowledgeable, efficient guy and fixed our issue right away. We are very pleased and he will be our go-to guy in the future.
This was by far the best experience we've had with a contractor since moving to Tucson four years ago. Aaron,the owner, was responsive, knowledgeable, fair and honest....it says a lot about his business ethics and him as an individual. We had a hot water spigot system and faucet replaced,and he came when he said he would, did what he said he would, and charged fairly for the job. We would highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing needs.

I give Aaron 12 out of a possible 10 stars.
I had had another plumber out here twice to fix an issue with my shower, and it still wasn't right. Aaron fixed the issue, and at a fraction of the cost compared to the last plumber. Super nice guy, polite, honest, professional, a great plumber, and very reasonable and fair prices. He went all the way over to Home Depot from Rita Ranch to get a part and didn't charge me for his time OR mark up the price of the part. I would absolutely call him again and highly recommend him.
I called Quality Plumbing Pros to fix a broken bathroom faucet. I had previously had a different company come out for the repair. That company came out on 4 different visits and each time proposed a different solution each with an escalating cost. Frustrated with the experience with that company, I called Quality Plumbing Pros. Aron was able to get out to my residence promptly. He quickly assessed the situation and in two hours time did something the previous company couldn't do in four visits...fix the problem. Aron was thorough in explaining the obstacles and the solutions. He displayed excellent customer service skills that equaled his knowledge of his craft. He charged a reasonable fee and made the entire experience more than pleasant. Before he left I hired him for another job at another property. I cannot sing enough praise for Quality Plumbing Pros!

We considered several plumbers and chose Quality Plumbing. Very glad we did. They were excellent - very responsive. We needed a new integrated bidet toilet installed. Quality had us email the specs to them & they gave us an honest price. They showed up on time & the install was great. We've had the toilet for about 5 months & no issues. Called for a irrigation leak problem and he immediately was available. He had some problems finding the house but was kind and communicative.
Was honest with me about the problem and acknowledged that I wanted to learn some things too.

We had a leak on an exterior spigot that I was unable to fix myself. I requested a quote through Yelp and Aaron responded. He came out within the hour, gave me a reasonable quote and completed the work after a quick trip to Home Depot for supplies. He was professional and polite. I am satisfied with the work. I had a broken leaking water softener system. He was able to quickly and accurately pinpoint the problem. Got my issue taken care of. Very professional and courteous. I will 100% use them for all my plumbing needs.
Actually answered the phone when I called. Gave a prompt estimate and time frame. Price was a bit high compared to others, but for the response time (on a weekend, on the very next day). Owner called, Aaron when he said he would and showed up on time. Job was done quickly, courteously and appears (to a layman) to be superior quality work than what the builder's installed. Brass vs plastic t fittings.
Overall a great experience, and which is a rare thing when dealing with many contractors.
Rite Way quoted $2300+ to replace a 40 gallon gas water heater. Aaron said it would be $1100. Arrived right on time to provide the estimate and right on time to do the job. We have a small space for the unit, and he got the right product for the job. He's our plumber now. Highly recommend.

Worst service ever call because I have a plumbing emergency and the lady that answered told me they don't clear plumbing lines. Not quality plumbing if you can't do plumbing work. I would think unclogging plumbing lines would be plumbing 101

Aaron is a godsend! I recently moved into my new, old, house only to find plumbing concerns that went unnoticed by the VA inspector. I was reluctant to get a plumber, especially considering recent events, but the problems were slowly getting worse. I am SO happy that I went to Yelp and found Aaron, my new official plumber. I submitted a request for quote to Aaron via Yelp, and in less than 10 minutes I heard back from Aaron, ready to listen and help out. Aaron came out exactly when he said he would, knocked out everything on my punch list, was extremely personable, just a huge peace of mind for me. Finally, Aaron's initial quote and final adjustments were spot on reasonable and highly professional. I can't convey how refreshing it is to finally receive great, true quality service. My hot water heater needed to be replaced and I only had a small window of time. Aaron provided a prompt bid and responded to my many questions patiently. Hire Aaron! He is highly professional and more than competent. We hired him to install the waterlines needed to attach to a professional espresso level machine in our house in a location that was away from the sink, so not a typical installation. He came up with a solution and executed it beautifully. We were extremely impressed with the level of craftsmanship with the shutoff valve in our cabinet. He cleans everything up and is a very pleasant person to deal with as well. Can't say enough about his services.

This was my second job for Aaron. I had a defective Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV). Additionally, I wanted my two water heaters flushed and drained. Aaron picked up the PRV, replaced it and adjusted it flawlessly. Something I very much appreciate is that he overlapped draining and flushing the water heaters while working on the PRV. I am totally satisfied with his work ! He is also very courteous and a very friendly person. I highly recommend him and Quality Plumbing Pros !
Aaron fixed my running toilet and valve. He was available and very accommodating to come out at the time I needed him. He was friendly, professional and fixed my toilet within less than 30 minutes. Plus he price matched me on the place I had called previously that wasn't able to come when I needed them. Highly recommended, will use him again for plumbing needs.
Quality Plumbing Pros recently installed a new water heater for my house. Aaron, the owner, was fantastic. He provided a prompt estimate which was more competitive than the two others I received. He kindly answered all my questions. He arrived right on time and did a great job with the installation. We couldn't be happier with his work. I got a A water pressure regulator (sometimes called a pressure-reducing valve, or PRV) put into my home due to it not having one. Aaron was very professional and explained everything to me. He really went the extra mile helping me with my water hose. It didn't have the turner on the top and was nice enough to added it in for me so now I don't have to water my garden with buckets from the kitchen
Aaron did a fantastic job overcoming a difficult challenge installing our kitchen sink and disposal. He used a novel approach and his necessary cuts into the back of our new cabinets and the drywall were very clean. His finished work was excellent! Aaron is personable and seemed to enjoy the challenge. He was also reasonably priced. One more important consideration, Aaron responded to our request promptly and even made time for us on a Saturday to provide us his estimate. Had our job completed soon after.
