I called Lawson plumbers for a loud rattling sound coming from the water heater. Within 24 hours, David Potter was at my home & diagnosed the problem as a malfunctioning recirculating water pump. He replaced the pump and now we are enjoying hot water on demand! Thanks for the service & professionalism. We will definitely use this company in the future for our plumbing needs.

I saw a plug for Dignity Plumbing while looking at a review from a different Plumbing company...and I'm glad i did.  We needed a new water heater so i called and spoke to Nichole ( she is very nice and professional) and she had Jeremy ( also nice and professional) come out the following day and he took care of business.  They have a flat rate which includes all hoses and valves and they are cheaper than the companies you see advertising on TV.  We will definitely be using Dignity Plumbing in the future. Highly recommended!

Norm came out right away and got our water back on in about an hour. Very honest and won't sell you something you don't need. Highly recommend!!!

The tech arrived 1 hour beyond the 3 hour window with no phone call.
The estimate to replace two faucets ( I supplied Kohler ) I was told that it is a flat fee for the first and 20% off for the next. Also asked about new shut offs.
That too was a flat fee for the first with the 20% discount for the remaining 3.
After having a minor attack when the numbers were finally given, I said I would need to think on the national debt. He said he would e-mail the estimate. That was 34 days ago and no estimate yet. The faucets are however replaced at 1/3 the cost quoted and in about 3 hours.

Friendly, thoughtful (VERY concerned about mucking up my floors), intelligent (explained everything, let me watch, showed me the process), and helped me find the part I needed at the lowest possible price.  

The office staff provided a timely response and was very sensitive to my time constraints.  The plumbers were quick and efficient as they worked.  Price was right - much less than we'd feared.

I can't say enough about the customer service from King Plumbing & AC.  Just as luck would have it the AC in my home stopped cooling on a weekend in July, it was just running constantly.  I posted a message on Yelp that following Monday morning. King Plumbing was THE ONLY company who could come out that morning.  Luis and James arrived right on time. Both were very polite, professional and honest. They noticed the unit was low on coolant, recharged it and cool air had returned.  Next step was to reach out to Old Republic, the home warranty company, to get the AC repaired or replaced.  They sent out some shotty company who charged me 75.00 just to tell me nothing was wrong, didn't even check anything except to tell me the unit had plenty of coolant. No duh  since King had just been out a day prior.  This company then closed out the service ticket with no problem found. I called Old Republic back and stated there was a reason why the unit was so low on coolant and insisted either they repair or replace the unit.  Since King Plumbing & AC is also a contractor for Old Republic, I demanded that they open a new ticket to King.  Luis and James came out again, went up in the attic and found multiple leaks in the coil. Luis worked with the manufacturer to locate a replacement part which was so nice of him. A part was found and the insurance company approved the repair with no cost to me.  Luis and James came back out once the part arrived, replaced it and now the AC works great.  I even signed up for the maintenance plan offered by King so now twice a year the unit can be inspected so no more summer without AC.  There are so many AC companies in Maricopa County but if you are looking for a company with honesty, integrity, that goes above and beyond, by all means, look no further than King Plumbing & AC. I am usually skeptical about going with the lowest price. This time it worked out amazingly. Had a clog in our guest bathtub. George was able to come out right away. He arrived on time and gave me a call when he was on his way. He was polite,kind and completed the job in 30 minutes. I will definitely use them again when I need a plumber.

All our drains were backing up so I called Rooter Ranger at 6:00 a.m. to have our sewer main rootered.  A technician arrived by 8:00.  After discovering the pipe was obstructed by tree roots in two locations (documented by video), we were forced to repair the areas.  They began work immediately, worked until 7:30 pm, then completed the job by around noon the following day.  We were without use of our drains/toilets for only a couple of hours the entire job.  The owner Jordan and employee Danny, were professional, very honest and up front regarding our options, time frame, cost, etc.  The technicians who did the work were also extremely polite and professional.  The experience was positive in every aspect.  I would recommend Rooter Ranger without reservation.

I have had Hickman Plumbing come to my home for various issues and have always been happy with their service.

Two days ago I found a large leak had appeared under the kitchen sink and in a very short time had covered half the kitchen floor.  I shut off (I thought) the water into the home and soaked up the water after on the floor till dry.  Called and made appointment with Hickman for the next day figuring the damage had been done and we could wait till the next day for the repair.  As there was no water for toilets etc, we left for the evening.  When we came back the next day, once again the kitchen floor was partially flooded.  Found out from Hickman (Chris) that the only real way to shut off the water is at the meter.

Bottom line is that he found and fixed 2 water turn-offs which were leaking under the sink as well as replacing a downstairs toilet that was not flushing properly.  He charged exactly as originally quoted, completed the repairs in a timely manner and was pleasant to be around.

I would call Hickman Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

We discovered a leak behind our fridge while painting the kitchen. Sage plumbing was contracted through our home warranty company and was able to come out even sooner than what the home warranty company stated (yay!).  The plumber that came out was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and prepared with the right parts. He did a quick repair and it looks great, no more leaks! Would highly recommend!

Michael did an amazing job unclogging my shower. I had an important family event to attend and I needed to shower and get ready asap. I called Michael and he came immediately and was able to unclog shower on a Saturday so I could attend my family function. He is amazing! The price was very reasonable too

Water heater 10 months after we moved in gave up the ghost, called 2-10 Home Warranty and they initially scheduled us with another plumber who got awful Yelp/Angie's reviews, so asked them to send Taz Plumbing as we had used them before for the warrantied garbage disposal.  These guys really know what they're doing--schedule you quickly, show up on time, clearly explain problem and work with you to get it fixed.  Of course the home warranty only covers the water heater and not the necessary replacement lines for water/gas/etc., but that's not the plumber's fault.  Miguel (very personable, competent young man) returned the next day to replace the unit, did a thorough explanation of how it works and left everything cleaner than when he started. When we get a few $$ ahead we'll probably get a water softener system from them.  Don't plan on renewing the home warranty,  but will definately be using this crew for future plumbing needs.  (Not sure about the negative reviews here, we've had them here 4 times and always had good service and very competent crew.)
