Anthony came by today and took care of our plumbing issues. I don't write reviews often but when someone really goes above and beyond how can you not? From the moment I opened the door I could tell that Anthony was a good guy.  He had his mask on already and maintained his distance respecting the COVID rules and figured out the solution very quickly. He was aware of his surrounding and took the necessary precautions to ensure that nothing could be damaged. When he was done he cleaned up the area cleaner than it was originally (rare). If you need to call a plumber call Anthony. He will show up with a smile and leave you with one. Thanks Anthony you're awesome!

This review is late in coming but I would definitely rate this company as one of the best I've ever dealt with.  With an older house we finally had some issues with high water usage that couldn't be explained.  Had a couple of large companies come out to diagnose and a company recommended by a neighbor.  Assuming the water line to the house had to be replaced we got two quick high cost bids and a much more thoughtful (and cheaper) bid from the referred company Dunn Plumbing.  
     Over the next week or so, water usage mysteriously went down so the line replacement was put on hold.  We did ask Dunn to fix a minor leak on the water softener which they scheduled a few days out given its non emergency nature.
     We happened to be in England when this minor repair was being done when signs of the major water leak appeared.  Waiting until we returned was not an option as the house-sitter and pets were in residence.  Dunn put in a temporary line right away as they knew conditions required it.  Coordinating a new water line isn't the easiest thing to do at any time and being out of county with a 8 hour time difference didn't help.  We felt comfortable enough with the company that we went ahead with the job and it was done quickly and for the previously agreed quote.  Very happy with the service.
     Then last year the sewer line backed up in the middle of the night (while we had out of town company of course) and Dunn came out right away and installed the clean-out valve (we already knew we needed one) and all has been better since.  Again, very happy with the service.

Called cactus when my ac unit stoped working and just blowing hot air. They even had same day service after another company just never showed up. Very grateful for the service tech he was very professional and knowledgeable.
Gave me a price on the repairs and even recommended a few other things for preventive maintenance that i agreed to. My ac is cooling better than it ever has. I will definitely recommend Cactus to anyone that needs ac services.

Absolutely the worst. After paying for an $50 estimate, Joe, the owner, refused to send me a copy of the estimate, refused to answer his phone, refused to return my messages. I paid immediately, yet this joker flat out refused to give me what I paid for. If this is how he handles an estimate, imagine how he would handle an actual job. I cannot say how much I distrust this guy and I would never recommend him to anyone.

Excellent customer service and communication! I called yesterday for someone to come out and clean a few drains and they sent a tech today. They called to remind me of my appointment and let me know the tech was on the way. They texted me a reminder with the tech's picture (safety first). The tech arrived with a smile and booties on his shoes to keep my floor clean. He was able to clear out 3 drains and showed me what the issue was (hair creature that rivaled a full size animal). He was quick but thorough! He left areas clean. I will definitely call them again if needed (hopefully we don't lol). Shout out to Jason Wall who exemplifies customer service!

We called them when our air conditioner did not work, along with several other companies for comparison and reality check.   They said we needed a whole new system for a very expensive fix. Two other companies said they can fix it,  and gave us more realistic price, and we hired one who did just that.  We were very upset because of their overselling --by thousands of dollars! Do not recommend.

This company is horrible.  They were sent out for a warranty repair which all agreed was not going to be covered.  The plumber spent less than 2 minutes, declared the water heater broken, and collected his $60 check without doing any work or diagnostics (like to explain why all the water was COLD, not hot).  Rip-off!

I have used them several times and was always happy with the service and price.

I had them come out to connect a bathroom sink. Brand new vanity. Brand new piping (external from the wall) and brand new faucet and pop-up drain - high quality fixtures. From a plumbing showroom. Not HD quality.

Plumber leaves. I open the vanity the next day. Tons of water. I wipe it up- wood is semi damaged but whatever. Thought it was residual water from the process. Discover soon after it was still leaking.

They come back. Tell me I need new pipes. OK. Fine. Even though they were brand new. So I pay again for the new pipes. Fair.

Plumber leaves. Still leaking. They come again. Tell me they have to open the wall and raise the pipes. Which I thought was odd because it wasn't leaking from the wall.  But OK. They say it's a different issue so not covered by the warranty.  Fine. I pay again and they put a 2x3 foot hole in my wall.

They tell me that a drywaller (demolition drywall) will contact me and set up an appointment to fix the hole. Which will be another couple hundred dollars. OK. Fine

They leave. Still leaking. They send someone else. Still leaking  

Fifth visit. They send a manager. He asks me if they installed the drain. I said I didn't know but isn't that what a plumber looks at. So why is there a giant hole in my wall if it's the drain? So he now tells me that my brand new drain is faulty.

So about a grand later I still have a sink that doesn't work

Also demolition drywall never reached out to me. So I called them and left a message. They never called back. Mind you it's not free.  Still paying. But they can't even call me back. So I am going to find another drywaller

Former loyal Plumb Plumbing customer. Used them for washer/dryer hookup, bidet seat installation, decorative toilet supply, an outside leak & kitchen sink hookup)But no longer.

Nice guys. Came out fixed a clog showed me a camera of what was going on with my drain lines. Good work at a reasonable rate.

Made a friend out of Bob.  He was the lead contractor.  We opened up our kitchen to the living area.  We did it right by getting an engineer to verify the load bearing beam.  We redid all of our bathrooms.  He finished all of the items up until the end.  Love working with VETS!  Hope he posts pictures of our renovation.

I hired this company based on a Homeadvisor recommendation in November of 2015 and have had nothing but problems ever since. I had asked for a quote to put in a tankless water heater in the master bath and the plumber suggested putting in a recirculation pump as a less expensive alternative. I never saw any difference after the installation, so I assumed it just was not an easy fix. They also put in a new water heater for me, moved a toilet and replaced some sinks. It was a big job, but I had leaks in three places in the time since then, and had them come back to fix one I found that damaged a cabinet. However, I recently had an issue with a shower (not installed by them) that had a poor water flow suddenly last month. The plumbers I called to look at it discovered that APP had installed my recirculation pump had been installed on the wrong side (ie, the cold water side) and, thus, was pumping water through valves in the wrong direction, which has resulted in a blockage in the master shower and necessitates more expensive repair. Do not use this company! They were expensive and didn't know what they were doing.

Ferguson Plumbing was sent to my house for a water heater repair by 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty.  After diagnosing the problem, Mr. Ferguson went to get the replacement part needed.  He freely admitted when he got back that he had bought the wrong part, a gas valve that was one inch too short to fit my water heater, but that he didn't want to drive back to buy the correct part.  So without my permission or informing me what he was about to do, he took a hammer and sheet metal cutters and pounded a huge dent into the side of my water heater to make the too short gas valve fit, and then cut a gaping hole.  It still wouldn't fit, so he started pulling insulation out of the inside of the heater casing and pounding and cutting some more till it finally fit.  During this time, I was expressing my extreme concern to him about the property damage he was causing, and his reply was that it was OK because the water heater case is non-functional, so a cosmetic dent and ragged hole didn't matter.  (Note: his repair also did not fix the problem he was sent to fix.)

I contacted 2-10 about this, since they are the one who sent this contractor, and they irresponsibly said that they are not responsible for property damage done by contractors they refer.  They gave me Mr. Ferguson's liability insurance information for me to file my own claim against him.  When I did so, Mr. Ferguson's liability insurance company told me that property damage like what Mr. Ferguson did is excluded from coverage under his policy.

I am now filing a claim with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors against him and am proceeding to have the water heater replaced by a reputable plumber out of my pocket.  This replacement was not needed till Mr. Ferguson left the old heater as a fire hazard, also making it impossible for me to sell my house without replacing it.  If I don't get reimbursement through the contractors complaint, I'll have to take the  matter to court.

Obviously, I don't recommend this plumber.  He seems to feel that destroying other people's property is just fine.
