Best General Contractors in Arizona

We had Shannon come out on 2/22/19 for a quote to install garage cabinets. He was on time to his appointment and seemed personable. After spending 30-minutes with us, he said he would get back to us within a week. He knew we had other cabinet quotes being done that same day, so he knew the importance of getting the quote back to us soon. Everyone else who came out that day gave us a quote at that time, so I am not sure why he said it would take him a week. Regardless, we still waited a week before deciding on who to hire, so we could see how his quote compared to the other quotes.

Anyway, it's 18 days later and we still never heard back from Shannon. Not sure why he blew us off and opted not to provide a quote, but it's fine since we hired someone else to do the job. I just don't understand his business mentality. Why come out and waste his time and ours if he wasn't going to give us an estimate? I would not recommend him to others based on my experience.

I just can't say enough good things about Bobby Campbell and his contracting company, Campbell Contracting. He and his crew really did an outstanding job of resurfacing my pool and putting in a new cool deck. I just moved into an older property that had a large diving pool that was shot. I literally could not dip my toe in the pool until it was resurfaced. I chose a pool contractor who had a cutting edge 3-D program that showed my pool exactly how I wanted it and sold me on it. (All show and no go!). After hiring him on, he subbed the job out to Bobby and told him I needed to get it done before the friends and family Open House I was planning at my new place. Well, my hired on Pool Contractor disappeared (his review to follow!), but Bobby got the job done....at least the part he was hired to do. He had 5 guys here round the clock and the finished product is absolutely gorgeous. I am so pleased and would refer Bobby in a heart beat. I felt bad after the job was done, because the General Contractor I hired gave him a bogus check!!! I absolutely would recommend Bobby and Campbell Contracting to anyone looking for any kind of remodeling job. They are first class and get the job done!!!

I'm in the midst of acquiring multiple estimates to remodel our master bathroom. So far, FHR Construction stood out the most. Oron, the owner, was very energetic and came up with a few interesting remodeling suggestions. He explained the construction process thoroughly and a project manager will be assigned to oversee the project. Their graphics designer, Jeremy, then put together suggested bathroom designs into multiple 3D images. That helps a lot in identifying changes needed and envisioning the overall bathroom layout, prior to start of construction.
Also, FHR construction has a huge selection of stone and tile which is more reasonably priced than other nearby showrooms. their attention to detail, quality of products and services exceeded my expectations.

Patrick completed a very complex remodeling job for us that required exceptional electrical and carpentry skills.  Our great room now oozes style and class and has left us with an abundance of space.

While we had some start up problems the company stepped up and got almost everything completed.  It just took a couple of extra days and they did a great job.

We had horrible layer of wax on our travertine floor. It was really difficult to get remove and it was making our floor look like it was damaged beyond repair. Alex and Carlos were a pleasure to work with and they expertly removed the wax and polished our travertine floor. Now we have a glossy, shiny floor and that made the interior of our house look 10x newer! Super happy!

This company was a joy to work with! From the first call I made to completion of the project they were professional, reliable and trustworthy. We are extremely happy with our remodel.

The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

This company did a great job on our rebar. They were quick with their estimate and professional. The crew that came to do the work was very friendly and kept my yard clean. I would highly recommend.

Filled in a small area in front of our shower with some extra tile and grout we still had.  Looked great!  Also, the job was smaller than he originally thought, so he knocked off $50.

Joe and his team did a great job from start to finish. I reached out to Efficient Home Pro after contacting the big window installer and being quoted what I felt was ridiculous. Joe was able to come out to my house within a few days took measurements and just a few days later he sent a very competitive quote.

After deciding to move on with our project I placed a 50% deposit and scheduled install for a month later, much less than the 4-6 month timeframe I was given by other companies.

The install was incredibly clean the crew picked up after themselves and respected my home. I'm very happy with the product the difference in heat and noise is night and day.

I'll be updating my review in a year or so to see how they hold up. Initial install date May 2022

They did an absolutely beautiful, top quality job on our backyard. The design is unique, well thought out and functional. The aesthetic of our yard is modern, yet comfortable. They are motivated to keep their designs unique and interesting. Your yard will stand out while remaining warm for entertaining and family and guest friendly. They were responsive, communicative and very professional. They do not cut corners and take pride in their finished product. They have remained available even after the job was complete for any questions. If you want knowledgeable and top quality, these are your guys!

Chad is amazing!! They are truly an amazing team .. always takes my calls or texts responds immediately. Will go above and beyond for something that I can't do.  I'm so happy we found them. I need him all the time to fix things ..

I called Built By Grace in July 2016 and Bill came out to do a number of projects we needed done. He was timely, professional,a perfectionist and my wife and I couldn't be happier. We will be calling back as we still need somethings done in our house. Highly recommend!!

I contacted Geremey due to an aging roof that was in desperate need of repair. I contacted 3 different companies, all who wanted me to wait for a few weeks just for them to come out. With the rain we've had, I couldn't wait that long. Geremey was very responsive and understood my needs. He came out that afternoon and had the job done quicker than I anticipated. My neighbor is a home inspector and he even said this is one of the best roofs I've seen. We called about  adding a walk in closet, remodel master bath and guest bathroom.  They sent out an estimator that was not comfortable doing estimate and rescheduled to have the owner come out.  After waiting over a week, I was texted that the job was to big and they would need to pass.  When I called to schedule I confirmed that they did full remodels and not just retrofit tub/shower pkg.  I wished they had been honest and not wasted our time.

Skyler and his crew were phenomenal. My mother's bathroom turned out gorgeous. Skyler kept the project moving forward even when it started to stray. Like with any remodel there are always things that can pop up and cause delays, but Skyler communicated and made things happen! We would definitely recommend him and his crew for any remodel you may have. He is very responsive and their work is top notch. Couldn't be happier!!

Mike and his team at Peak One completed a major remodel of our 1970's home last year. They were patient, professional and courteous every step of the way. The team expertly guided us through several complex issues that arose. We couldn't be happier with our forever home!

After researching a few contractors, I chose Golden Bear contracting to do our 3 bathroom remodels. I could not have been happier with my choice. Mike did an outstanding job. He put in new countertops, sinks, faucets, flooring, mirrors, tile, reconfigured our shower, enclosed our tub, painted, etc. He was so easy to talk to, was always available to answer my many questions, such a hard worker, very responsible, and reliable.
