Amazing customer service! I was having trouble installing a ceiling fan on my own, and I called them up to have them come out for service. Instead the man I spoke with recognized that I was very close to finishing and just talked me through the rest of the install over the phone. I was very surprised. This type of service is hard to find and very appreciated. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service. I will definitely use them again on any future home renovations.

Do not call this company! I'm a Realtor and asked for a quote on a pool crack repair for my client this past Friday and they said sure no problem. So I proceeded to send them pictures of the issues we wanted a bid on and they said they would contact me to set it up. Several days passed and no one had called to arrange it. When I followed up the following Monday the admin girl said she had given the info to the owner, but would follow up with him again to make sure he contacted me. I let her know we were in a rush and asked if he could meet us at the home on Tuesday morning. Tuesday rolled around and no surprise I still hadn't been contacted. So again I followed up to see if they were going to show Tuesday or at least just call me back. The girl (not the owner) called back and said sorry about not contacting me back, but they are going to be booked up until later next week! It would have been nice to have been told this at the outset and not 5 days later! What a waste of time with these guys. Save your time and energy and look elsewhere for a more attentive company that cares about new business.

Mark and team from M2 are a cut above.  Highly skilled, attention to detail, prompt, professional, courteous and more.  Their team did a full remodel of our master shower and we could not be more pleased with their work.  Everyone that has visited has given compliment after compliment.  On our next bathroom remodel or tile/stone project, there is no one else we would call.  Not the cheapest bid, but beyond worth it due to their expertise and upscale quality.  Thank you so much for your hard work.

Richard Peel rescued us from renovation Hell! We had been working with another contractor for months to finish the tiling and flooring in our master bathroom. We were on a tight timeline as I was seven months pregnant and wanted to get the project completed before our baby was born. For over two months we sat patiently waiting for the previous company to finish their job and they never did. We got a referral for Richard Peel from the Arizona Tile preferred vendor list and from the first phone call I knew they were sincere and on their game. They are a three-generation family business and although they couldn't start immediately, they sent out someone to put together an estimate right away. They needed two weeks and we're willing to use the existing materials we had already purchased and put together a very fair quote. They started the demo and project right on time and stuck to their timeline. Every day they had someone come out and do something to continue to move the job forward. Tom, their tile guy, did a phenomenal job and worked with us to get the exact final outcome we hoped for. Everyone from the company was courteous, tidy, punctual, and trust worthy. It was a wonderful experience and we are thrilled with the final result. We cannot recommend them enough and will definitely use them for any future tiling or flooring needs.

We have been very pleased with the professionalism of Brent Pemberton of McLintock Builders.  Since at least 2016, he has been involved with over six different residential home remodeling projects and he is a true industry professional.  For anyone wondering, yes, he is licensed, bonded and insured.

Brent shows up when he says he will be there and is very prompt at returning both calls and emails, something not every General Contractor does.  I really can't say enough great things about him.  

As a side note to you Brent, Maryanne and Jack wanted to also say thank you as well, for always having the homes ready before our crews arrive to start the flooring demolition, it really makes everything go easier for us!  We are looking forward to many more years together.

Mike came over right on time and did a fantastic job cleaning/power washing our water feature at our new house. We had little hope that it could look as nice as it does now! He spent time teaching us how to care for it and made suggestions of what we can do to make it easier on us for upkeep. We recommend him to all that need some tic to their fountain/water feature.

Bryce at HBO Construction was great! He was responsive, on time, and did great work on our bathroom shower.

After several estimates, we knew Bryce was the guy for the job. He was fair and knowledgeable without giving us a crazy dollar amount to do the job.

10/10 will be recommending him to our friends and family!

We needed an oven installed and Tatum was beyond superior. I was timid to request this service, seeing that they do new construction. But I took the chance and asked. They were more than happy to help us. I HIGHLY recommend!!! Thank you so much!!!!!

We found Screens Unlimited using a website search. Like most companies that manufacture solar screens, they can make them on site or in their shop. The ones that were installed recently in our home to replace the solar screens we bought 11 years ago when we moved in as well as to replace  several of the builder's original window (insect) screens are terrific. They are made using heavier-duty frames and with metal corner inserts, not the cheap plastic corner inserts on the screens we purchased years ago. Those old screens with the plastic corner inserts got brittle with the sun and caused the screens to rack (lose their rectangular shape) and become worthless. Screens Unlimited is a pleasure to work with.  Mike came out to do precise measurements of the several windows for which I needed new insect and/or solar screens. A week or so later, he was back to install the small ones that were made at their shop and manufacture the larger ones (6'x7') that were made on site. They all fit perfectly. He even replaced (at no charge) any old clips that hold the solar screens in place because he felt they were not adequate. Their billing is all done on-line using a secure website. Their office person, Nadya, is prompt, polite and efficient and their workmanship seems excellent.

Used Infinity Pro Services for a 1st floor indoor tile job.

Extremely reliable company, stayed true to every promise which was most important. And on top of that their prices were the most reasonable from the 5 other companies I was quoted from. Would highly recommend!

We've used Affordable Home Improvements twice for a patio & garage light installation and then for flooring to be replaced from termite damage.  Both times communication & service were excellent with extremely reasonable pricing.

Will continue to use them in the future for all our home improvements!

After working with Guthrie I can see why they have been in business for so long. They have assembled the greatest team of architects, general contractors and subcontractors to design and build. They consistently build beautiful yet functional medical offices. Their communication and follow through are great and the attention to the detail sets them apart. I can't recommend them enough.

Ken was a true professional. He was prompt, called before he showed and was prepared for the job.  He brought ideas to the table I had not considered, which in turn made the outcome that much more impressive.  He is incredibly skilled at his work.  He takes his time, is thoughtful, and above all, takes pride in his work.  We were extremely happy with the work he did and continue to hire him for additional jobs.  We will of course refer him to everyone we know as well!  Thanks Ken!!!

Don't hire just any landscaping company

Trying to hire a quality landscaping company takes time. Between phone calls, meetings, contractors who fail to show up, research, and quotes, a lot of your valuable time is taken away.

When I decided it was time to install a front yard, I made exhaustive phone calls, researched reporting bureau's, contacted Arizona Registrar of Contractors, and spoke with a dozen contractors. I was so glad, after all my hard work I came across Scott, with AZ Dreamscapes

My experience with AZ Dreamscapes was exceptional, from my estimate to the completion of the job. Scott was professional in every sense of the word. Scott came out to my residence, listened to the vision I had for my front yard, gave suggestions, and even gave me drawings to summit to my HOA. Scott, the folks in the office, and the working crew exceeded all my expectations.

I had several other estimates however, AZ Dresmscapes was the only Landscapping Company that took the time to answer all my questions and work with my schedule to get the job done. My yard looks amazing, and I appreciate all the hard work and attention to detail that was put into the installation of my yard.

We had the doctor come over and replace our kitchen sink, and install new countertops on the center island and the pony wall. They gave us a great deal on some granite they had left over in their yard. They were on time for the install, they were professional and clean, I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to do any type of countertop work !!!

I contacted Red Ram about some major exterior remodeling work I'm having done. It includes building a large attached patio cover, re-siding my house, and installing a new roof.

Daniel came out to see the project space. He mentioned some alternative siding options I hadn't considered. I appreciated this because I believe the contractor is the materials expert, can make good recommendations, and it's important to me to find someone experienced in using/installing the products I ultimately decide to go with. He left me with a very positive impression. He said it would take a week or so to get me an estimate for the work and some estimates for the different siding options so I can make an informed cost/value determination on which product to go with.

It's been 3 weeks now and I haven't heard anything from Daniel or Red Ram. I tried calling to follow up but there was no answer and no call-back response to my voicemail. I understand this ultimately means he probably doesn't want my business but ghosting is inherently rude and ultimately unprofessional. A simple message saying this isn't a project we want to take on would be sufficient. This seems to be a common issue in the contracting world. To each her/his own, but based on my experience, I feel this company lacks integrity.
