George showed up 25 minutes early (after texting ahead to check it was OK to show up early!) and completed the work (regulator replacement) in less than 30 minutes.

Absolutely the best plumbers you can find!! We just had two big floods in a row and Jose was here within 30 minutes each time, stopping the leak, fixing the issue and getting disaster clean up on the spot immediately. Even before these issues, they were already our go to plumbers! They did repairs on a new purchase with a lot of issues and worked on some big projects. Everything went smoothly and Jose was very informative, patient and most importantly persistent about fixing anything that needed fixed. He even found a replacement fixture that was very difficult to locate! The crew is amazing!!! If I could post more than one review, I would! These guys are truly REAL PLUMBERS!!!

Our rental property had an issue with a flooded toilet and I called Plumbers to the Rescue based on the high Yelp ratings.  They are able to come the same day to resolve and the worker on-site was AWESOME.  He fixed everything and gave good advice for future use.  The water had seeped into the unit below us and he even went downstairs to check if any water damage had occurred.  The owners below were naturally very upset, but had calmed down once he checked every nook and cranny to see if there was any damage and thankfully there wasn't.  His customer service skills were excellent and the prices were fair.  I'd highly recommend!

So max is amazing and you should hire him right now. Was trying to install my new sink and had an issue with the shut off valve. Called him up, he came over in 10 minutes. Fixed the valves.  Hooked up the sink.  Looked at the shower. Left 30 minutes after and everything fixed. Called him after hours too and he waived his after hour rate cuz he wanted to be a nice guy.  95 bucks for the whole job, man is a life saver. You don't get him and you live in his area,  you are missing out!

I'm a repeat customer of Flood Brothers. Recently had an experience that didn't sit well with me. Long story, but they immediately responded to my feedback in an attempt to learn from my experience and to remedy it. Giovanni and Jerry went above and beyond to keep me as a happy customer.

Had a horrible leak in bathroom. Called Charlie and as with previous plumbing emergeny, he responded immediately. Luis was at my door in a couple hours ready to handle the situation. My connector and valve were replaced without any inconvenience to me. I must say that Luis was very professional and was happy to know that he also corrected a job that was done shoddy before. Professional, clean work and affordable. Thanks to Luis for an excellent job.

This is my second time using this service.
The main pipe going to my apartment was clogged under the ground.  Tree roots were overgrown and clogged the pipe.
It was an urgent matter.
I called Alberto and left a message on a Sunday around dinner time.  
He returned my call quickly and sent out one of his plumbers who arrived 30 min later.  It was fixed in an hour

First let me say this review is long overdue Chris and crew are awesome. Our small business has had Ace out more than 3 times and they have always provided great service. First visit Chris came after hours to fix a leak under one of our sinks, second visit he came out for a preventative maintenance appointment and we just so happen to have a sink that had clogged and overflowed right when we were leaving and thank goodness Chris had not left yet. He fixed the problem and showed me what to do in case that would ever happen again, his assistant even was helping me sweep out some of the overflowed water (which they do not have to do). Good old great service from a family business. Thank you Chris and Warren.

Needed a small repair and they were here right when I needed them. Super reliable, very communicative and very helpful. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I called Miguel last minute to fix a clogged drain and he was able to come the next day. He took care of the issue right away and I would definitely use Miguel again for other plumbing needs in the future.

Victor is the best! Had this bad egg smell from our back bathroom. We thought there was a sewage leak so called Victor. He came out promptly on time and went under the house to
check for leaks. After checking Victor asked if we
used our bath tub. We haven't used the bath tub in 10 years. Victor told us that the P-Trap had run dry and to run some water down it once a week.
Apparently a dry P-trap allows sewage smell from the sewer to come up through the bath tub drain.
Problem Fixed! Victor didn't even charge us for checking! If you need an honest plumber call Victor! Thanks!

Hermes Plumbing was the plumber assigned to our repair through a home warranty plan. Haik called me quickly after receiving the work order and was easy to schedule. He and his brother came out within 24 hrs and replaced two faucets for us. They wore masks and shoe covers and were very professional. They also cleaned up around the work sites when they were finished. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

I requested a quote from this company for a clogged bathroom sink. Immediately got back to me and told me to call. I gave them a call and they sent out two guys to our place. Initially, we thought it would just be a snake job to clear out the pipe. Ronald and Tony did what they could but due to a faulty pipe combined with the extremity of how clogged it was, they were unable to complete the job.

Ronald and Tony offered to completely refund us even though they worked on the sink for over 30 minutes. Very trustworthy guys and company. I will definitely

Sam came right out to fix my leaky refrigerator ice line 45 minutes after I got off the phone with my initial call! (The other place I called still have not called back.) Service was quick and Sam was very accommodating, taking his shoes off to help keep the floors clean. What a relief to get that fixed and be able to still have the rest of my day!!!

I contacted New Generation Plumbing, and not only were they accommodating to my schedule but prompt and professional. They sent out Martin and Jose, who promptly replaced a leaky faucet in my kitchen.
I appreciated the top-notch work, clean-up after, and attention to following COVID-19 protocols.
They were also mindful of making sure my cats did not escape when they went out the door to get supplies. I respect the type of care individuals show when they enter my home.
It's no wonder that when my bathroom faucet started acting up, I quickly contacted New Generation again, who again promptly fixed the issue.

I couldn't be happier with Zorro and his service. My hot water tank needed to be replaced and within a couple hours of my first contact with him, he was at my house and working on replacing it.

I could write a novel of a great review of this company, mostly about Chris. This guy was amazing from start to end. We were in the process of buying a new home and upon inspection we found out we needed new plumbing. I found Flood Brothers here on Yelp from all their positive reviews and the reviews don't lie. My schedule was all over the place with purchasing the home and our scheduled dates and times with the plumbing had to constantly get moved. Chris was patient and very friendly and nice throughout the whole process. Him and his crew did an excellent job with all the plumbing as well. They kept me in the loop regarding everything that was going on, and worked fast and efficiently. Our plumbing is great now! Hopefully you get lucky enough to get Chris to oversee your job site as I can't say enough good things about him, but even if you don't I'm sure whoever you get will be amazing. Flood Brothers is the best!

Thomas came out to the house today to fix our clogged kitchen drain. He took the time to explain the issue and to let us know about future issues that may come up with out 1960s house. Reliable and responsive. Would recommend to family and friends.

My roommate broke the bathroom faucet. Called these guys because we only have one bathroom. Guy came next day and replaced super quick. Price was good, less than what a plumber family friend said he'd charge. Keeping these people in phone book for future plumbing repairs.
