A true find! I called with a broken garbage disposal and a clogged shower drain. George was at my house in 15 minutes. He was extremely polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about his work. He fixed everything and was extremely clean in the process and in cleaning up afterwards. When I need a plumber in the future, Rison and George is my very first call! I am happy to recommend these guys to all my friends and to all Yelp users! It's rare to find such quality service these days. But these guys are top notch!

Quick response and good service. Saved my sink during the holiday. The price is reasonable. jose's service is decent and quick. He takes care of the issue very professionally.

I had them in to install a reverse osmosis water filtration system under the sink. Josh came out the first time. He was personable and pleasant. The job took about 2.5 hours almost...

A hose connector snapped gumming up the works. Josh offered to come back for free when the parts came in. I called the manufacturer for a new tank. And later a new hose connector when it became clear that these parts only come together in the original box.

Ten days or so later, I texted Josh when the parts arrived. He made an appointment for the next day (8/6/19), sending Edwin. Who finished the installation and honored the free second visit. He was also personable and pleasant. He finished the job.

So either this is the kind of job where I focus on the broken parts and extra time eaten up, or that the free visit was offered upon becoming aware the connector snapped. I choose the latter...something helped by the fact that both Josh and Edwin both arrived more towards the beginning of their arrival windows which says to me people who like coming to work. Even with their hourly for a service that isn't exactly on their preset service list, I will have to consider them in the future...

What a great honest guy Max is. He came by to flushing the tankless water heater. looked at it and asked have we ever clean it? I said no. He told us because of the age of the product, it might cause leaking after being flushed. If the heater still works, just keep it until you need to replace it.For sure when it's time to replace the heater he will be the guy I call for the job!!! Thanks Max!!!

So happy these guys were the first to respond to my request. I had a clogged bathroom sink and needed someone to come out that also worked with my work schedule. Mike G. Is the man!! He was punctual, knowledgeable and courteous. He unclogged my sink and replaced a broken part. The whole process was quick and easy with Mike. Thank you so much Flood Brothers!

These guys were great. Danny came out and was very professional, friendly and clean. Most importantly, it's Sunday and they came out within a few hours of my call and did drain rooter for $85. Multiple other people that I called were about double that price and couldn't get out here as soon. The woman who answered the phone was also easy to understand and friendly. When you live in the valley you get root problems often, so I've had this done at least a dozen times over the past 8 years. This was by far the fastest and least expensive and English speaking friendly was just icing on the cake. Highly recommend, I'll be using them again when roots come back.

We kept hearing a drip when we flushed our upstairs toilet. Alberto was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and suggest that he fix the wax seal first and see if the dripping stopped. All other plumbers I talked to said that they would have to open the ceiling to figure out the problem. I appreciated that he was willing to attempt this fix first before having to open up our ceiling. Alberto was able to come the very next day after I called. The pricing was very reasonable. I will continue to call Saucedo plumbing in the future.

When the pilot light on the fireplace stopped working, Rockstar Plumbing came out an quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. They were on time, efficient, clean and professional. I highly recommend.

Had a major backup with main line and Miguel came out, quickly assessed the situation and worked for over an hour to fix it. He has a great attitude and explained everything clearly. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

This was my second time using victor's service in less than a year! My sewer line backed up again and  had shower/toilet clogged up yesterday morning. I only have one day during week days that can be home in the morning so I asked him if he can come to fix the same issue he fix before.

First of all, he is the only person who gave me the quote up front out of 5-6 companies! I understand they don't wanna give false estimate and clients getting upset later but I know what the problem is and what it's needed to be done to fix current problem (although I need a major plumbing fix up eventually), so giving me an estimate will help a lot.

Victor is super busy, but still made it right on time for my appointment because he knew I need working toilet and bathroom to get ready for work! Plus he never tried to push fixing more stuff than I asked him to.

My water heater broke down and Rapid came and installed a new one  immediately, and at an affordable price. The owner Mandel is extremely professional, respectful, and knowledgeable on all kind of plumbing issues and needs. After my water heater was installed I was extremely satisfied and impressed on how fast my water heater was installed! This is an awesome company! I'm so happy I located them from Yelp and decided to have them help with my water heater issue, and I will definitely be calling them back for my other plumbing needs!

We've been having occasional overflows of our toilet and the good old plunger trick stopped working so we gave into calling a plumber. I was surprised that they were able to make it to my house within a couple hours but VERY happy about it as well lol.  Our toilet is finally fixed and we were assured that we wouldn't experience any more overflows. The gentleman that came to our home also gave us some tips to ensure that even if a toilet were to get clogged, I wouldn't have to worry about ruining my carpets. As a home owner  I really appreciated that. Thanks!

Had an issue with our Rheem water heater and I couldn't get the pilot to relight. Called New Generation Plumbing in the morning and they gave me their earliest two-hour window available.

After receiving a courtesy call from dispatch that their team is on their way, Martin and David arrived 10 minutes into the scheduled two hour window. The duo worked their magic and relight the pilot flame within seconds.

While waiting for the water to reheat, I asked if the error light the Rheem unit was throwing out could be a false positive from time to time. Martin responded in the affirmative and suggested that I contact Rheem the next time this happens and have them send out a new valve controller since my unit is still within warranty. Once the controller arrives, give them a call back so they can install it for me.

Professional and knowledgeable individuals. No charge for their quick stop. But if I do need to replace the controller in the future, I will be asking for Martin and David!

Zorro, the owner's name, ( this is Hollywood after all), was excellent. Precise, informative as to my warranty info which I had no idea I even possessed on my water heater, and on time. His quote was very affordable and was easily the fastest responder in every way. A true craftsman of expertise. Will be my new go to!

Had an emergency clog in my kitchen sink that also effected my bathroom sink. Tracy came out on two separate occasions to ensure the problem was solved. He was very communicative while diagnosing the problem and fixing it. After having so many rude and/or ineffective plumbers come attempt to service the same problem, I told Tracy I'd be going back to him for life! Highly recommend.
