The guys from Rishon are fantastic. My water heater started having a slow leak and I knew it had given up the ghost. A quick call, a text follow up with a picture of my existing water heater, and they picked up a new one and had it installed for a reasonable price and well under the stated time from other companies. They were also great with my dog and fixed up another minor issue I had for free while they were here! I definitely recommend them for any plumbing issues you might have.

Gave me a low flat rate bid based on photos, showed up the same day, repiped wonky kitchen drain lines, took Zelle payment, and lickety-split - it's done! Doesn't get any easier than that.

George came out today and fixed the problem with our kitchen sink. He was very thorough, neat & quick.  Great personality as are all the plumbers from Plumbers 2 the Rescue.  If you need plumbing problems call them and ask for George.

The ceiling in my garage was pouring out water on a Sunday afternoon. I called A-1 Rooter and Max answered. Based on what I could tell him he tried to see if we could figure out the cause over the phone.  We couldn't and he was out within an hour. He figured out the location of the broken pipe within the wall very quickly and was able to repair it within 2 hours. He not only knew what he was doing but he was honest and authentic - explaining the situation very clearly. He even let me know it is likely the repairs are covered by my homeowner's policy.  To say he made a bad situation better is an understatement.  I highly recommend him if you need a plumber.

Wonderful service. Came back from a trip to find a flooded bathroom floor due to an issue in the shared pipe below my unit. We called 3 other people and all their estimates in both time and price were all higher. Brendan came out in an hour an a half, pretty speed for late night on a Sunday, and had the problem resolved in about 45 minutes. He also kept in touch regarding his ETA, as he was coming from another job. Very professional, friendly, and a reasonable price for the work, especially considering the time and urgency of the matter. Next day I contacted them for a more detailed invoice to pass onto my HOA and Brendan was very helpful and gracious. Would use this service again!

This is my third time calling Charlie's and they always get back to me quickly and provide expert help.   Luis came out yesterday for a sewage blockage due to heavy root growth throughout the lines in the front yard.   He also ran the camera through to show me the problem areas (although I could have managed without being shown that bug crawling in there - ugh - LOL).   Luis explained the work needed, which will be installing new lines,  but to buy me some time he got everything running smoothly by clearing the lines of as much roots as he could.   So helpful, thank you Luis.  See you for the big project soon.....

We had Saucedo plumbing service our tankless water heater and they did a great job.  Their communication is excellent and they were very punctual.  We will definitely call them again for other plumbing needs.

I recently needed to have a toilet replaced and searched for plumbing companies on Yelp that were local to my area.. I came across Ace Plumbing and read the reviews which were current (not years ago) and were amazed at all the glowing reviews.  Gave them a call and Chris showed up a couple of hours later..  discussed the purchase of a new toilet which Chris said he would do and that he would return in the morning with a helper.. showed up on time and removed old toilet, installed new and sealed it, cleaned up area and took the old toilet.. was done in 1 hour.. very professional and thorough.. I will only use Ace for all my plumbing needs.

Let me start off by saying I've been doing remodels and managing properties for 20 years now and can honestly say Rockstar Plumbing is literally the best plumbing company I've ever dealt with. Super professional and do super clean work. Had an emergency and I had them come out to fix at one of my properties and they came out right away fixed it and everything went super smooth! Victor is nice and very easy to talk to. He is knowledgeable. Very efficient. We had a broken sump pump in the backyard and he came on right time and replaced it.

I've been dealing with a jammed garbage disposal since I moved into my new condo and haven't been able to properly use my sink. I called New Generation Plumbing on a Wednesday and they were able to send Martin over on Friday morning.

First off, the wonderful person on the other side of the phone was so friendly and honest. Unlike other plumbing companies I've worked with, New Generation Plumbing is there to serve customers and make sure you're getting what you need. They ask all of the right questions and are genuine.

On the day of service, Martin came in on time and was so respectful. He wore booties before he entered the condo and got my garbage disposal working right away! He explained what had happened and gave me a tool so I could avoid something like this in the future. He was incredibly kind and was also just so lovely to speak with. Thank you so, so much, Martin!

New Generation Plumbing is now my go-to plumber. If I ever have any issues again, I'll know who to call :)

STOP. Don't bother calling anyone else. Zorro is the real deal. I called for a hot water heater repair on Wednesday at 5pm and by 1pm the next day it was fixed! Seriously, it was that easy. Amazing service!! I am an experienced, licensed architect and builder and these guys impressed me. I've seen all types of tradesmen. But, let's face it I've been doing construction long enough to become a cynic. Here I was in trouble and was expecting the same disappointments. But, I was very surprised to find such quality guys. Let's count the ways they killed it: 1) quick reply, 2) great communication, 3) accurate estimate, 4) knowledgeable, 5) fast service, 6) easy to deal with, and 7) honest. They gave me a fair assessment of the problem and how to avoid it in the future. I am definitely going to call them in the future.

Kevin Q came out on a Saturday night to cap a busted water line. He came out within 30 minutes with no rush charge and got it handled on a holiday weekend. Very thankful!

This is my second (maybe 3rd) review of 911 because I am always blown away by their intelligence in solving plumbing issues and their service. I have used about 10 different plumbers over the last 10 years for my home before I found 911. They just left my house after spending a good amount of time trying to solve the problem of water pressure and noise in the pipes. They came up with a solution (water hammer) and a fair price for it but told me to try something less expensive that I could do on my own first. They did not charge me for the time to figure out the problem. That is what I use them for everything.

Another great experience with Connie & Lalo. My tenant in Santa Monica had the master tub,shower & sink backing up. Connie was contacted the day after Xmas & stopped by late that afternoon to check it out. First thing this morning they were able to replace a 75 year old cast iron pipe with 3 elbows in it. They did not rush the job but got it done right.  She  even sent a picture of the clogged pipe. I will ONLY call Connie. Great response, very reasonable even though she had so many calls over the holidays. She is a gem!
