My regulator was leaking and supposedly causing water pressure problems. I was told by another company it would cost about $300. Tony came today and tightened the regulator pipe and stopped the leak. The pressure was fine. He saved me over $200. I will never use another company again!!! Thank you Tony!!!!!!!

We needed the main line cleared. Called Vimce, based on Yelp reviews, and he did a great job.  His prices are fair and I feel I received excellent value.  He did a much better job than the discount plumber we had out two months ago.  Would highly recommend his service.

Yama and his crew was able to fit us in to fix a visible water leak and to delve into two walls to check why the plaster was deteriorating. They discovered a rotting drain pipe behind the wall and a disconnected pipe below the house.
Replacing the old pipe and connecting it to the drain was completed without delay. They made it look easy, but I know it comes from being very experienced in their trade. I appreciate their workmanship and friendliness.
You never know what you'll find in a 1950's house, but it is a great relief to know reliable, trusted professionals like Yama and his crew!

If I could give Bryan 10 stars I would. I had a slow pin hole water leak that I procrastinated on dealing with for a while because initially I thought it was a caulking issue from a shower upstairs and then we had guests visting and used the bedroom. As a first time home owner I was prepared for a very expensive and trying experience. I submitted a quote request on Yelp. Bryan called me right back. While other companies couldn't see me for 1-2 days, Bryan came over the same day ~8pm at night and we were not his last job that day!

He cut into the ceiling and diagnosed we did have a leak but it's source was the fire sprinker system leak that also corroded the regular copper pipes but unfortunately it requires a special licenses to fix the fire sprinkler pipe. He took his time to explain the issue and show me the problem with a flash light.  He charged me a very reasonable price for coming over and diagnosing the issue and did not charge extra for the late same day visit.

One thing that is different about Bryan is he quotes for the job not by the hour and his rates are great. Once the fire sprinker leak was repaired he came back the next day, quoted me a very fair price to repair two corroded copper pipes and replace a Moen hot / cold water valve. It ended up taking a lot longer to complete than expected because the water took a long time to drain from the pipes. Bryan did not try to charge me more.

He's a very professional, hard working, has a great attitude, and does good work for a great price. You can't ask for anything more! I highly recommend Bryan and will be recommending him to my neighbors and friends, and will be using him for any future plumbing needs.

Miguel, Mary, and Roberto were all super helpful, friendly, honest and knowledgeable!  I had a small pin hole water leak in a two story house and they repaired it quickly and same day!  Thank you Miguel and team.

Daniel was very responsive, informative, and very respectful. My water heater failed, and he responded that same night and was able to come the next day to replace it with a tankless water heater! Him and his team did a professional job and also assisted me in resolving issues with some of my piping that was out of code, which I was unaware of.  After installation he stayed in touch to assist me in completing my tankless water heater rebate. I would highly recommend using Flash Plumbing and will continue to use for my future projects.

We are managing our 30 unit building in the house, so we have our challenges when it comes to a messy situations. Sewer for half of the unit was blocked and we asked 15 units not to use ANY water. You can tell how unhappy those units were. After calling several places on the Easter Sunday I almost lost hope to get a plumber. Can't blame them. For heaven's sake it's EASTER SUNDAY. Then I called Extreme Plumbing around 11am. He said he'll be there by 4pm. I thought Yehh Right. Then before 4pm he shows up and takes care of the sewer problem, cleans after the mess and is done in an hour. This guy knows his stuff. When it came to the service charge, he charged me as if he was there on a regular Tuesday morning. Super fair guy. Now I've got his business card to all 30 units. I'm sure they'll be happy with his service.

Shim was great! He installed a toilet and fringe for me for a great price. He even went out of his way to get a part for me. Shim was also very professional and reliable. I highly recommend Shim's Plumbing

What great service!  I had a dishwasher problem and I only called to see if they fix appliances.  Even they don't, Gary said he would come over to see if it's a hard wire/electrical problem at no charge. It ended up that I had a leak from the counter top dripping onto the plug that's why the gfi popped. Gary caulked the seam, cleaned it all up, and charged me a very minimal price for the visit.   Wow!  Very nice helpful people!  So much appreciation!!!

My mom needed a bidet installed on her toilet. I attempted it on my own only to get leaks everywhere! I fought with it for an hour and finally came to my senses that I need a professional. After I contacted Clearwater, I received a timely response and clear communication as to when Doug could arrive to assist with my major dilemma! He arrived within the estimated time and was extraordinarily honest. It was recommended that he uninstall the bidet because the plastic hardware is not good enough quality and I will continue to have problems. I was shocked at his honesty and fair pricing. Mario was amazing! I contact All city plumbing and they scheduled an appointment right away. I had contact two other companies before this one and I can say Mario was honest and the quote I got was a lot less than the other two companies. It's hard to find honest people who are not trying to rip you off for something that's not it hard to fix. I will highly recommend Mario Tapia.

Tom just finished extending my water outlet and adding a hose bib to my backyard and he did a great job. He was very pleasant and polite. I will definitely use them again and ask for Tom Myers

We had an unfortunate leak under our slab on the weekend and I placed a call to Rapid Quality Leak Detection. Josh immediately returned my call and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Although he was running late, he communicated to me his status and arrived promptly at the revised time. He was thorough in his assessment, provided pictures of the issue and spoke with our plumber to explicitly explain the situation.

I contracted with them to pump my septic tank before I purchased my home.  I needed someone to do an inspection of the tank and unfortunately, it required the entire tank to be pumped.  Because they only pumped and did not inspect, I needed to hire another company to do the actual inspection.  All in all, I'm pretty happy with them.  They were responsive and arrived on time.  Because I was in another state, they had to let themselves in but they were self-sufficient and took care of everything.  Not the cheapest service but reliable.

I'm glad that I found them and will probably be using their services again if sheet hits the fan.

First experience was great and second experience went south like crazy. If you do a job and the same issue comes up again it should be at the top of the list.

I contacted Stephens looking to install a Mini Split System for my ADU. Right from the start working with Eric was easy and stress-free. He was more than willing to share with me his knowledge of the different brands and how the process would work. Eventually we agreed to move forward with a Mitsubishi Mini Split System and he provided a great quote for the work and upgraded my system.

When it came time for installation, Stephens sent over Freddy, Matthew, Samuel, and David. These guys were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond what I had asked for and what was quoted for me. They walked the property to determine the best place to locate the equipment and even removed an old heater unit from my wall free of charge. They kept me posted throughout the day as they did the work and when finished, left my home as clean as when they arrived.
