As first time home owners and new to the neighborhood, we experienced our first plumbing issue with a local plumbing company that did not resolve our issue nor did they appear to care. So when we found that our water heater was leaking, we were worried we would go through the same problem, I reached out to Beeto and front the beginning he gave me peace of mind and comfort that he would take care of us, and he did. Communicated and honest from start to finish, worked within our budget and provided same day service. Great service! We are so happy to say that we will continue to use Beeto moving forward. :)

My Drain Company is our go-to plumber for all our home plumbing needs. They are responsive, on time, clean and polite always. Just yesterday we had a pipe burst in our front yard and we called Tony freaking out. He was at our house in three hours, found the part of the pipe that burst, and quickly replaced it. The cost for the service was totally fair and he even cleaned up the giant hole that he had to dig in our lawn to find the pipe.  Afterwards, you couldn't even tell he had been there!

Tony and his team are top-notch and I highly recommend them.

The guy doesn't call back. Comes out and forgets to follow up with you. I think he is either too busy and figures that people will forget or just doesn't care.

He promised to call back but never did. I chased him for a few days and still never returned the phone call.

Would never choose to do business with him ever again.

I had contracted Raul to get my condo ready for listing and he did not disappoint! He was always on time, communicative about his timeline and what needed to be done, and followed all the safety protocols during the pandemic. He and his team were very knowledgeable/detailed and did a great job on all the repairs, making everything look good as new, all for a very fair price. Will definitely be contracting him again for any other repairs!

Several family and friends have lived in Marina del Rey / Culver City areas since 1975 and have used Yama the Plumber (father and son) and they are both hardworking, knowledgeable, respectful of your home, busy, competitively priced, clean and punctual.  They have replaced/repaired water heaters, water softener tank, toilets, faucets, leaks, garbage disposal, etc.  They are worth the way.

I can highly recommend! We had our toilets backing up and Bryan was here within a couple hours from calling him on a Saturday. He was busy that day but squeezed us in. He carefully and honestly diagnosed the problem and gave us a few options with different price points. We choose our option and he later came back, that same day and performed the service.  

Bryan is honest, reliable and very professional and takes the time to answer all your questions.  He has all the high end equipment.  (He scoped our pipes with a camera and showed us the problem) and is highly skilled in what he does.   He owns his own business and understands customer service and takes care of his customers.  

I will definitely be using him again and will recommend to my friends!!

I had another great experience with True Rooter.  I had a problem with a pin hole leak that needed repair.  Bernard scheduled the appointment quickly and Lupe was out the next morning on time.  Lupe fixed the leak and made sure I understood the charges prior to correcting.  True Rooter staff are very professional and charge a fair price for quality work.  I would not hesitate to use them again.

Daniel came to the rescue on a pipe that was about to burst ! Very knowledgeable and helpful! He got the job done - so thankful !

Abe & Kevin are great! Very friendly and helped me out with super quick response and service when I was in a pinch. Excellent service with reasonable prices, and great follows ups.  Strongly recommend if you are looking for the professional service.

He installed a new toilet and took the old one away.

Called these guys after hours and they were able to come over, quickly assess the situation and provide a couple options to have our water restored. We have an infant and a toddler, going without water until the next day was not an option. I feel that Gary was upfront and honest. He was able to fix my water in a short time. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. Gary was very nice and professional.

Doug is the epitome of excellent service.  From the initial phone call, it even seemed like was giving me tips on how to fix it myself!  It was pretty obvious that Doug was concerned about how to fix the problem and not my wallet.  Within the hour, our island sink problem was fixed, then he fixed an issue that the previous plumber left! On top of that, he didn't mind telling me about the ins-and-outs of plumbing.  I wonder if he takes apprentices?

This world needs more people like Doug, for sure.  Don't bother looking elsewhere;  hire this guy for your plumbing needs.  Thanks,  Doug!

Josh Ortiz from All City is the best. He's so nice, really thorough and honest. I would 100% recommend him! He doesn't start work he doesn't think he can finish and is very transparent with the work that needs to be done.

3rd times a charm and that charm is Mr. Rooter - specifically service technician, Chris Martin! We have called out 2 other local plumbers (1 who said we needed to replace our bathroom sink pipe and 1 who didn't even show up) and Mr. Rooter fixed all our issues in about an hour!
The company took my call at 9am, confirmed they would arrive by 2pm, sent text message updates, were COVID safe and most importantly FIXED our low pressure bathroom sink and snake our shower!
AMAZING service and a company I will call on again.

Jordan is a pleasure to work with.  He is dependable and trustworthy.  We hired him to install new fixtures in our kitchen and bathroom and he did a great job.  He helped select the proper fixtures and gave us advice on where to purchase them for a good price.  He installed everything when the parts arrived and was very easy to work with.  His prices were very fair and he really helped make this an easy process.  Highly recommend!

I had a leak at my rental house I could not locate the leak but the water bill had really gone up. We called Josh at Rapid Quality Leak Detection and he was at the house within the hour. He was very professional and nice. He even recommended a plumber who also was out within a few hours. Problem solved. Josh was very resourceful as well. I would definitely recommend him.

We called on a Saturday desperate for a pump-out during our Stay in orders.
My septic was backing up and we called a ton of other companies.
Jose Sanchez came out and did a great job.
I would not say they are the least expensive out there, but they were responsive and very thourough.

Great experience as always - We had a toilet plumbing issue late Friday night - and Andrew at Eco Plumbing was at my place Saturday by noon. We used Andrew before to put in a garbage disposal and all things plumbing he is knowledgeable, professional and very kind.

Again we'll definitely use him in the future!!

Needed a new garbage disposal. After three attempts for a home visit, I had the delightful experience of meeting Plumber Galan -  Galan was pleasant and professional.
