Mark just finished a job that was a long time in the making, as I took a while to make a decision.  However he is a very patient and super nice man.  He came in and recently did the work and it's really nice.  He had a vision for solving some problems and it was a great solution.  I would highly recommend Mark!

Did they ultimately solve my plumbing issue? Yes, hence the 3 stars. They arrived extremely late for the appointment and did not communicate this fact ahead of time which was really frustrating.

Our toilet flooded on Sunday evening and we called pacific plumbing, they sent us a plumber within half an hour and fixed our toilet perfectly, their price is fair and plumbers are professional and caring. Thank you guys!

This guy is amazing. He showed up early (and that never happens) and unclogged my kitchen sink in under 15 minutes. And the price he quoted over the phone was what he charged me. All his Yelp reviews are the real deal.

We recently redid the shower and needed help installing the shower faucet and fixtures. Edwin gave me a fair price and we scheduled a time and date. Life happened and I had to reschedule, Edwin was good with it and rolled with the punches. Edwin is great at communicating, that is hard to find in a plumber. The job got done in a timely manner and looks awesome (of course it works great, too.) We will be calling ENK Plumbing for all out future needs.

Another local company was super unresponsive so I decided to call Willy's.

They were able to come over within the hour. The plumber fixed my shower and my toilet in less than an hour of his arrival (including time to get parts from Home Depot) and was very nice.

NexGen came to my rescue last winter  after my HVAC system failed .  Since then they have maintained the new system , added insulation and worked with me to have my house at a comfortable temperature.
The outstanding employee is Taylor. He is personable and professional and takes pride in his work. I have made this known to NexGen and am happy to post this review on Yelp.

I had a bathtub clog that I couldn't get out, no matter how hard I tried. Hard stop, and seemed to be pretty deep in the pipes. Needed it out ASAP, two days before Christmas - reached out via Yelp, had an appointment booked for two hours later, they came as soon as they were able, and had the job done in 30 minutes. Fast, professional, friendly. I'd definitely use again.

Manuel Ramirez was very nice and gave us information straight without being pushy.  He gave us options for fixing our system and was very willing to sit with us and explain the concerns he had with our 17 year old system.  We will be requesting his support on future service

Harry is a gentleman and a professional. He makes tricky situations look like easy fixes and offers great, helpful suggestions. I really appreciate his help!

Well since you replied know this fact. The part that your company replaced that you stated we needed to talk to the manufacturer about? It wasn't even the cause part for the failure.

We had another company correct the issue for less money and correctly. You actually replaced a good part with a bad one. So, there's that.

Love these guys - I have an old gas floor heater and my thermostat went kaput! so many places I called said that they couldn't deal with a gas floor heater. Not these guys. Marco and his crew came out and installed a new thermostat AND cleaned out the heater too! They also came out within hours of my call - same day service. Norma who answered the phone was also great - keeping in touch with me to let me know when the guys would be here. Thanks guys!!!

Changed out my water heather, James was a real trooper, got a new one installed and hauled the old one away in record time.

I've had a plumber before I met Jurguen thru word of mouth recommendation and oh man.. I told him... you are 2000% way better than the last plumber I used to hire.  I said this because he is very thorough in his investigation on source of water leaking under the sink and fixed it right away . Next was my problem on water pressure and hot water coming out in trickles. He ruled out the pipe being small in size., but did not stop until he solved the problem . The culprit was an almost microscopic sediment blocking the pipe so he borrowed a needle to take it off.  Can't believe that solved the issue! Been dealing with low pressure and almost non-existent hot water in the kitchen for 3 yrs now until Jurguen came and fixed it . Believe me, my previous plumber would always suggest to change pipes all the time,  without spending much time on investigation. It's easier for him to replace everything and charge more .  Jurguen was not like that that's why it felt like you were dealing with a true plumber, not a shark. He is very thorough, on time , cleaned after and very meticulous with his work .  Very respectful and professional too.  He said he was never on social media until recently, hence the few reviews, but if you are struggling to find a trustworthy and knowledgeable plumber, try hiring Jurguen to see for yourself.  Kudos to you Jurguen. Thank you for your help. By the way, my dog immediately liked him. And dogs are usually good judges of character. His assistant Gabino was also very professional and nice. Good team.

This review is long overdue but I wanted to come back and give Ruben and his team a 5-star review. Repipe expert changed out our old pipes to Copper and also suggested we get rid of one of our old water heaters and to run a water line to the main house water heater. That right there saved us money in the long run and the trouble of having to service 2 separate water heaters later on. I like the fact that they did the patch work on any holes they had to open. That also saved us time having two find a separate contractor just to do patchwork. Ruben also patched an existing hole under our kitchen sink and didnt penny pinch about doing so. He gladly did that for us without extra fees.  Would highly recommend using them, everything was done in a timely manner as promised. Thanks Ruben and team!
