Well, our small job in May re-grouting marble slabs in a second floor shower to stop water damage on a ceiling below became a much larger job as the leaks continued thanks to deterioration of the shower pan and sub-floor.  It required a total re-do of the shower, removing large marble slabs and replacing with marble tiles along with a new sub-floor and pan.  Mark and his team were fantastic in uncovering the problem, doing the demo, and creating a beautiful, like-new shower.  Not an inexpensive project, but necessary and Mark's pricing was very fair.  In 40 years, we've done 5 (yes, 5!) extensive remodels/additions to our home and I can't think of a more professional contractor than Mark and work done any better.  I would use Mark for any tile work large or small.

Totally 5 star.  Daniel and his helper made what another plumber said was a HUGE and VERY EXPENSIVE job simple and straight forward.  The other guy had a big scenario of ripping out ceilings, and cutting this and that for over $3K, and Daniel came in and saw the smart simple way to do the job,for $800. He did it quickly, with no fuss, some muss, and a good attitude.  
We had him back for another job which looked horrible to me and he solved right then and there by snaking a long line.  Cheerful, reasonably on time, willing to work with me to find the easy smart solution, and reasonably priced.

This time I needed a gas pipe cut and capped, in a hard-to-reach location.

Paul arrived on time the next morning after my call, did the job quickly and professionally.  Very happy with this company's service and quality.

I had a new air and heating system put
into my house .Dennis Rulli gave  us an estimate . Work with us and got us a great price   to fit our budget . He was courteous,
friendly,   knowledgeable.
Technician Ramiro came right away and remove my old wall heater , taped it He did a great job.
A  crew of six came in to  demo and install the system in 2days!

Our bathtub was clogged and backed up on a Sunday. Most of the plumbing companies were either closed or charging a ridiculous amount for overtime because it was a Sunday. Jose M Plumbing was fast, responsive, and able to get a plumber to my house the same day. The plumber was able to remove the drainage. We were very happy with the results. I'd recommend this company!! I will definitely be using them again.

Absolute scam! Daniel came 7 days ago to fix AC. Had cool air for a day. Charged $88. 7 days later AC completely out. Called for service and Derrick came out. Derrick proceeds to tell me we probably have a leak in the old system and would need Freon. That Freon isn't available anymore but it in reality it is (r410a). We would need leak detection and new piping.  Condenser wasn't working and we would be better off getting new unit to tune of $17,000!!!  But would have to meet with sales manager. Had another ac repairman come today. He replaced the Freon  (which he said was probably leaked by the first technician and Nexgen is notorious for these outrageous tactics to get customers to buy new units!) STAY CLEAR OF NEXGEN!!

And I can assure you, Bill, that is exactly how you operate!  Explain the $17 grand quote and the maintenance package offered for $2600. When I said it was too much, the quote dropped to half.  Derrick said he would put us down for 3 condensers instead of the 6 we have. Unethical business!!

They came out within an hour to unclog my sink that had a bunch of hair in it. Very professional tech named Jim came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly.

I called in the morning with a burst hot water heater, they got over within hours to look at it. They had the right model in the warehouse, and were able to put it in the same day. Price was a little more than I expected but what else is new, it seemed competitive and the work was top notch. Everyone wore masks, I personally checked the welding work (I was top notch), and the job looks completely professional. Overall, I'd say if you want a professional company that does great work and appears ready to stand behind it, I recommend Thousand Oaks Plumbing.

It was a stressful morning with a leak in the house and my other plumber bailing but I am so glad that he did so I could have the chance to work with the excellent crew at Santa Monica Plumbing.

Starting with Nora, who was kind, courteous and extremely helpful in accommodating my tight schedule even with the short notice. Next up Marco and his partner arrived promptly and got right to work. They explained what needed to be done and finished the work effectively and with high quality.

I'll be calling them for my future needs and will be recommending them to all my friends as well!

owners called me direct to resolve the issue I had.  Apologized and was very sincere.  I guess sometimes rogue employees of a business can make mistakes but when the owner gets in touch with you it really comes off genuine.  I will use them again.

RESPONSIVE, HONEST, HARDWORKING AND VERY COMPETENT .   My elderly mother's sewage line was completely stopped up to the point that sewage was leaking outside the house.  The first plumber told me this job was too major for him and recommended Liberty Plumbing.  I called them at 12:30, Ari answered the phone immediately and said he would be there within 2 hours.  Ari and his assistant came as promised, 1.5 hours later,  assessed the emergency situtation and quoted a premiliminary cost.  There had been no plumbing maintenance for so long that the sewage line was completely blocked with tree roots.   They ended up staying for 7 hours straight, until 9:00 p.m. and never took a break until they had completely cleared the sewage line so that everything in the house worked.  They came back the next morning and spent hours cleaning out all of the toxic sewage from under and around the house.  It was a pricey job but they did NOT overcharge and worked their butts off.  I would use them again in a minute and totally recommend their services.

From start to finish awesome job. Contacted Rueben asked for a bid on a complete home repipe and new additional plumbing being added to the home. He came by we went over what needed to be done when he was at the home you can feel that he really knew exactly what he was doing small details that others don't think about Rueben does. Couple days later he gave us a full detailed quote which was acceptable and we scheduled the job. The crew he has is awesome they are so nice and take care of your home like it's theirs. The job was all done in 2 weeks and passed city inspection with flying colors actually the inspector said that it was one of the best jobs he had seen in awhile.
