I needed a last minute grout job done on my rental property prior to new tenants moving in. Mark was very helpful and flexible on timing and did an amazing job on both my bathrooms. Very nice guy who does stellar work and at a decent price! I will definitely use him again in future.

Danny and co. Fixed a drain problem for us. They did a great , clean job and we will only call them in the future.

I can't say enough good things about this company and Artur. We had a toilet tank crack and a shower that was not getting really hot. Artur showed up, and fixed them both in about an hour. He was quick and knowledgeable. When I called it was not an emergency so they got us an appointment with in 48 hours. When your technician is close by you get a text and a link to track to see where they are and how close they are. I felt the pricing was fair and they even took the old toilet away for a disposal fee of $18. I will definitely use this company again. And I was told they also have electricians. I definitely recommend this company and Artur as a technician. I found them on yelp after reading such good reviews, so I am adding another 5 Star review. If you need a Plummer definitely call PPT!!!

Avner was so brilliant the first time we used him, I called him back as soon as we had trouble again. Totally trustworthy and master of his craft, he absolutely knows what he is talking about. Completely available, he arrives with a smile, is quick and provides very reasonable options with zero pressure to commit. It's always a pleasure to see him and well I am not surprised by all these other reviews!

We recently redid the shower and needed help installing the shower faucet and fixtures. Edwin gave me a fair price and we scheduled a time and date. Life happened and I had to reschedule, Edwin was good with it and rolled with the punches. Edwin is great at communicating, that is hard to find in a plumber. The job got done in a timely manner and looks awesome (of course it works great, too.) We will be calling ENK Plumbing for all out future needs.

Hand's down, the best plumber we have ever used. We called in other plumbers to snake a blocked line and were told they could not do it.  The reasons given included not having a long enough snake and the pipes being bent.  Willy's not only had a 25 foot snake, but cut the pipes, did the unblocking and installed a clean-out for easy future access.  Oh, and they also moved a socket under our kitchen sink higher so it was not dangerous.  Call Willy's before you call anyone else.

Patrick was so helpful. He was well informed and I did not feel pressured (like I have with most repair people). I will not call any other HVAC company. They will now be my one stop shop.

This is probably the best review I will ever write. Jose answered my call immediately and within 20 minutes he was at our house. We had no hot water for five days because of the storm and my pilot was off. I called the gas company but they were no help. We were going from a tank to tankless but the timing was so that the job would take some time due to electrical work and so on but Jose gave us a good quote. He was very nice and we appreciated his genuine care for our problem. I spoke to many plumbers in the past few days but they all thought they gods gift to plumbing. Most were arrogant. Even some of them might have been cheaper but I wouldn't trust them to enter my house. He also helped turning on the old water heater until we have the tankless installed and he didn't even let us pay him. What a great guy. I highly recommend his services. Thanks jose.

Was experiencing issues with my air and heat and found this company through a Google search. The technician who came out was Dustin. He was amazing, personable and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and ran all needed tests to ensure our unit was properly running. Because of Dustin, you now have a forever customer!

Terrible! Local Service Pro plumbing caused severe damage to my home and agreed to take responsibility and then backtracked. They're unethical and crooks! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They do not keep their word, stand behind their warrantees and they are unethical and lie.

Quoted me much less than anyone else (and believe me I asked around). Responded very quickly and Did the job in record time to clear a clogged pipe to the main sewer. No issues and the tennant is happy. Will definitely use them again! Best plumber I've used so far in 22 yrs of home ownership

Our tankless water heater exploded in a rush of water and we needed to replace it fast.  We called four or five other plumbers and they either couldn't take our work in a reasonable amount of time or didn't answer our calls.  Santa Monica Plumbing took the job and they sent out Manny and Armando to evaluate our situation.  They were able to diagnose, order and install an entirely new water heater, water lines, filter and gas lines all within the same day!  This was not a small job.  All throughout the process Manny instilled confidence in his knowledge and honesty.  Manny and Armando were professional and polite.  And, the work they did looks great (the way they reran all the new piping is a clean work of art!).  These guys clearly care about their work and their customers.  Thanks!

We live in a 1947 house and although the plumbing was redone sometime in the 90's, it still has it's problems. These problems always seem to happen over a holiday or long weekend.

Thankfully I found Drains Unlimited a few years back and can always count on them to come out quickly without charging hundreds of dollars extra just for prompt emergency service. Gaby and Tim are the absolute sweetest most honest repairman ever. They actually take off their shoes when entering and are always great about cleaning up after the job is done. They have never suggested we do anything more that is necessary.

Another great plus is my boys love them and will watch patiently and quietly while they work. Hey, free babysitting thrown into the mix always works for me!

I have referred them to so many of my neighbors and they have never disappointed. They have been especially good with elderly neighbors who always get taken advantage of by less reputable companies.

I had a stoppage in my sink drain a couple of days ago. I had not used plumbing services in L.A. before and I had heard rumors that they could be quite expensive. Hence I tried to fix the issue myself first. Did not work. Then I called these guys and they arranged a plumber for the next morning. The plumber arrived in time as promised and opened the drain in a matter of minutes. It has been working perfectly since then. The plumber charged me a very reasonable price and did not try to sell any necessary extra repairs. It is worth to note that the cost of the initial DIY fixing attempts was higher than the charge for the plumbing! Next time I will save my time and call these guys right away.
