Website is down but based on the other review I called them today and found Daniel working the day after Christmas. $80 to root the drain to the street and now we can flush the toilet. Woohoo!

Another local company was super unresponsive so I decided to call Willy's.

They were able to come over within the hour. The plumber fixed my shower and my toilet in less than an hour of his arrival (including time to get parts from Home Depot) and was very nice.

Excellent plumbing family business. Our water heater went out Friday night . They were very responsive, provided outstanding communication and customer service. They came out Saturday and replaced the water heater and got us up and running. Everything went very smoothly and they explained the process and everything that had to be replaced.

Honestly some of the worst customer service you'll find. I've made appointments for serious and urgent needs and they don't show up prepared or even engaged with a desire to help. I've had them scheduled to do duct cleanings and filter replacements and they legit text us last minute saying a tech isn't gonna show up until 5 to do like a 2 hour job, and then make me reschedule (this has happened about 3 times).

Now it seems like they all know I'm not a big fan of theirs and I've been trying to get an appointment for a service on the calendar, and they take my info and never call me.

I have a 13 month old baby and my AC is a total mess, and the customer service with these people is just so terrible. Unfortunately I have their equipment so I guess I'm just stuck and totally screwed. Thanks for nothing NexGen Torrance and surrounding area

To echo many great reviews here, Thousand Oaks Plumbing came out and did a great job and we highly recommend!

The old hot water heater gave up the ghost at a family member's house and we needed it repaired or replaced.

Thousand Oaks Plumbing came out shortly after the call and we had a choice of either paying for an inspection and quote, or to schedule to have the entire unit replaced. The plumber who came out wasn't pushy or trying to do an upsell.

We opted to have a new water heater installed because we didn't want to put parts on an older unit only to keep chasing problems (the unit had some questionable repairs over the years resulting).

The plumbing crew showed up first thing the next day ready to get started. Special thanks to Matthew, their senior-most plumber who made sure everything was done correctly.

We were really happy with the results--the crew was friendly, they explained everything, and the work was done with a high level of quality--like what you'd see on a DIY television show.

Given that TO Plumbing is open 24/7, they're now the the first call we'd make for any future plumbing issues.

Just had some emergency plumbing performed by Santa Monica Plumbing.  The job took a couple of days and the crew that did the work was contentious and careful, leaving the place clean at the end of each day.  Marco, the lead, made sure to check-in multiple times over the course of the work.  I strongly recommend this company.

The shower started backing up.
I had three plumbers eventually come out to solve this.
The First plumber snaked the main line taking off the toilet, but this did not clear the tub.
He was in a hurry and left without testing any drains.
I immediately tested the tub  and it did not drain. I called him and he came back in about an hr.
He attempted to snake the tub but could not get past the trap. Then he snaked the bathroom sink through its drain which connects to the tub line before it hits the main line. This did not clear the tub either. I could see he was in a hurry and the snake may  have just gone up the roof vent.
Charged me 325.00 and I still could not use the tub.

The second plumber also tried to snake the tub and failed.
He explained he could only snake the bathroom sink if he took its trap apart which would cost more and he could not guarantee that it would clear the tub.
I passed on this route and he did not charge me anything.
Both plumbers recommended major work beneath the house to solve it  ... replacing the lines for over 2000.00

Then James came out from Drains Unlimited.
Nice guy. Been in the business for years.
He too could not get his snake past the tub trap. But after trying he seemed to take it as a challenge to solve.
Said he would snake the bathroom sink through its drain (like the first guy) and if it did not clear the tub he would not charge me.
He dropped his snake in and quickly got past the trap and down into the tub line and lo and behold it cleared the tub!
After two weeks we had a working tub again.  Charged me 95.00.

He did a few things you should look for in every plumber/contractor that you hire.
He came to solve the problem, was not in a hurry and took it as a challenge to fix it.
He tested each drain, before to see the problem, then after to measure the drainage flow,
listening for ... what did he call it?  That magical sound of a fast drain.
In the end he fixed it, and I am thankful.

Both Drains Unlimited and James in particular are highly recommended.

I had what I thought were 2 broken instant water heaters in my office kitchen and bathroom. I called Liberty because they had good reviews and they were close. Ari immediately answered my call and we set up a time for him to come check them out. He arrived on time with Asher. They were extremely friendly and professional. They explained that the units that were originally installed were really just for simple hand washing which made sense. Because of the tight space of where they were located they said the only other option was a different type of unit but didn't recommend it because it might flood and there isn't a drain in the floor where both sinks are. I've never had a plumber that explained everything in such detail which was amazing. They were able to adjust a few things and everything worked after that. When the bill arrived it was also much lower than what I was anticipating and it saved my company money. Friendly, Professional, Affordable? Look no further than Liberty Plumbing & Heating! Thank you Asher & Ari for such great service! Highly recommended!!

Ruben and his team were fantastic!  We had a slab leak during the Covid.  They came in and did the whole repipe quickly and worked with the city to get the permits.  It was a huge job but they made it look easy.  The left our house clean and wore masks.  They were always on time and completed on time within budget.  Very professional operation.
