I needed a last minute grout job done on my rental property prior to new tenants moving in. Mark was very helpful and flexible on timing and did an amazing job on both my bathrooms. Very nice guy who does stellar work and at a decent price! I will definitely use him again in future.

It was the day after the Giants won the World Series and we had a plumbing issue (over flowing toilet every hour, really gross) that needed prompt attention.

I called at least 10 plumbers and I think everyone was still recuperating from the night because nobody answered and only 2 called me back, Gateway Rooter being the first.

They were a little tardy, but the communicated with me that they were running late (and I wasn't too surprised given the amount of construction around my neighborhood... zero parking spots) so really no issue there.

The reason for the 5 stars is because they were professional, friendly and cleared up our messy problem in 5 minutes flat. They were also reasonably priced (in my book, anyway... I'm not sure what the going rate is for plumbing services but it felt reasonable to me) and I would recommend them to anyone.

Arthur was a great plumber to work with.  He returned calls and was on time.  He didn't complain or make excuses.  He did what he said and did so in a competent manner.   You can tell he really knows his stuff.  I'm in real estate and I will recommend this plumbing team for my West LA properties.   I'm a happy customer.

Avi is simply amazing.  Committed to doing the best job possible, and obviously truly cares about helping his costumers.  I feel so very grateful to have found him and that he will always make time in his busy schedule to help me with whatever plumbing issue i have.  THE BEST.

Our HOA often uses Willy's Plumbing for service & repair and I've found working with them to be a pleasure. Juan & Miguel are professional, clean & communicate clearly what they are doing or may need to do. Willy will personally return phone calls within a few hours if I have a question and he does a great job being there for his guys if they need clarification when they're on site. That's important for HOAs because of all the extra people and protocol we have to deal with. The office staff are pleasant and communicate great with scheduling etc. Thank you Willy's Plumbing.

PSA. I have no complaints about this company but they majorly overcharge for their products! Please shop around everyone...
I needed a new HVAC for my home and I got four quotes. Three came in around $9'000 while NEXGEN were quoting me $22'000. I feel for all of you this company have ripped off!!

Ben Trevino and William came out last night and fixed our heater. This was done after hours, and they both could not have been more professional and accommodating. We were without heat for 2 days, and it was very cold in the house. They did the troubleshooting and configured our thermostat to our preference. We cannot thank Ben, William and the dispatch crew at Nexgen enough. 5 stars is not enough.

The pipe burst in crawl space under the house. These guys were quick, clean and efficient. They replaced our old pipes and some other clogged areas they found with their camera. Walked us through the process and helped us find folks to clean up the hazardous mess. Great job will definitely call them again.

Update on my last review of TO Plumbing. After my original review, Danny, who identified himself as the owner, called me and profusely apologized for the bad service I received and because the service man did not unclog my laundry sink. He offered to send another tech to unclog my sink and also said he would refund my payment for unperformed services.
Alberto came out and was very professional and amiable and knew exactly what to do to unclog my sink. Took him about 20 minutes to get the sink working once again. Alberto is great asset to TO Plumbing!
BTW, never did get a refund. But at least my drain is cleared and no doubt, will use them again.

Manny and Enrique came out to look at a wet spot underneath the carpeting near our kitchen. After some investigation they found a pool of water underneath our kitchen cabinet work, and after some additional investigation they found a crack in the curve of a drain pipe in our wall that drains our kitchen sink and dishwasher. They were able to clearly show me the problem (I watched as water dribbled out when the faucet was on) and explain the solution. The solution won't be cheap, but that's because the pipe is embedded in a shared wall between our unit and another unit of our five unit building and it is going to be difficult to get access and fix the problem area. They showed up when they said they were going to show up, were clear about what the visit was going to cost and explained everything clearly. They worked on a temporary fix so that we could continue to use things until we're able to schedule the complete fix next week. We've used Santa Monica Plumbing many times over the years, and they continue to be very professional and reliable.

I had Drains Unlimited come out today to do some really simple, but beyond me work, and the owner Gaby showed up and once again amazed me. He is a professional, a friend, and a really proud father - and proud of his work. It all comes through when he's in your home snakin' the drain and figuring out why the shower has no water pressure suddenly.

I had what I thought were 2 broken instant water heaters in my office kitchen and bathroom. I called Liberty because they had good reviews and they were close. Ari immediately answered my call and we set up a time for him to come check them out. He arrived on time with Asher. They were extremely friendly and professional. They explained that the units that were originally installed were really just for simple hand washing which made sense. Because of the tight space of where they were located they said the only other option was a different type of unit but didn't recommend it because it might flood and there isn't a drain in the floor where both sinks are. I've never had a plumber that explained everything in such detail which was amazing. They were able to adjust a few things and everything worked after that. When the bill arrived it was also much lower than what I was anticipating and it saved my company money. Friendly, Professional, Affordable? Look no further than Liberty Plumbing & Heating! Thank you Asher & Ari for such great service! Highly recommended!!

I had three major leaks underneath my house . I met with 3 different plumbers and decided to go with Jurgen and I'm very glad I did. He was on time every day, and he was very respectful to my wife and baby's sleep schedule. His work was so neat and professional that I hired him for another job at a rental unit. Again, he did an excellent job there too. One thing of note was how proud he was of the work he performed. I actually went under the house with him and he was more than happy to show me everything he did.  Marvelous job, good man,  great pride and fair prices. He is my go to plumber now

Ruben, owner and general manager was very responsive to meet and provide estimates for repiping my entire 3-bedroom single family home with copper piping and replacing my old water heater.  This job included the patching of walls to look like the original color and pattern.
Ruben and his team of five specialists was made up of relatives and childhood friends.
The team completed the copper repiping for the entire house with a new 50 gallon water heater in one day.  Everyone worked very hard and the whole day under Ruben's supervision in their assigned areas.  
Two of Ruben's close relatives with expertise in wall patching completed their tasks in one day a week later.
No trash or mess was left behind by either team.
