They are so helpful and kind, they actually helped me solve my toilet flushing problem over the phone, it ended up being something simple which they were able to teach me. The woman I talked to over the phone was very helpful in figuring out the problem (unlike other company I called which didnt ask me any details and was probably going to try and charge me for new parts). Will definitely be using them for any future plumbing issues I might have. Thanks JB!

Had a plumbing problems. Joe came out to the house and explained what needed to be done. He was very pleasant and answered all my questions. The visit was prompt and with an emergency problem Palisades Plumbing came to the house as prompt as they could.

Disclaimer: I waited for the entire work to be done, giving John, the benefit of the doubt, before posting a review.

We removed 70% of my bathroom sink faucet and had the remaining 30% left when we called John's Plumbing to help finish the job.  We weren't able to remove one of the valves so I needed help. We had purchased the new faucet from OSH. When we called John he came with his father to finish the job. They came promptly, earlier than the time frame he had quoted. On the phone he quoted me 100-$200.

He installed the faucet, charged $260 and left. The justification was that $200 was for his labor and $60 for the additional parts he used. Mind you I had already purchased the plumber's putty, the water lines, and valves. The valves turned out to be the incorrect size so he used his own (those were some expensive $60 valves compared to the store bought ones I had). Don't forget I had also removed most of the faucet, saving him some time on the labor. As for the putty, he only used a quarter size.

Before they left, as I waited for John to write up the invoice I listened to his father give me a nice little lecture on society's morals and how people will try to gain from others instead of trying to help one another.  John said to contact him if there are any issues and even put on the invoice that his work is good for 1 year!

The reason for changing our bathroom faucet in the first place was because of the leaks from the valves. I came back inside to check on their work again and noticed they took my original faucet without even asking! It wasn't even an hour later I checked again and noticed that now, instead of the valves leaking there was a leak under neath the sink where the waterline connects to the faucet. We called John the next day and asked that he return to fix the new leak.

While on the phone, he gave me excuses as to why there was a leak and that he had noticed it was leaking before he left. Why didn't you tell us this? Instead he just left and said that we'll notice water seeping out from under the pedestal because of the extra water in the pipes. He dwelling on the manufacturer, it being a defective faucet, lower quality faucet and in his own words he couldn't do anything about the leak. Reluctantly he agreed to stop by Monday morning to see what he could do.

He stopped by Monday morning, again with his father. His father started lecturing about the quality of manufacturers, high end vs. low end products and how China made items are not the best in quality. John and his father both agreed that they did not recognize the brand of the faucet I had purchased. This is not appropriate customer service. You do not insult what a customer can afford and you definitely do not lecture your customer. I understood what they were saying about quality of products, but my concern is and was why would I be replacing a problem with a problem? If he noticed the product was defective why not tell your customer this as soon as you notice the issue? I would have gladly returned and replaced a broken or defective product!

When they finished checking and fixing the waterline leak, we checked their work again. He fixed the one waterline leak but now the side that didn't have an issue was now leaking. They again mentioned the manufacturer's defect. His father asked in a condescending tone, how difficult it would be to change the faucet. We advised John that it was not appropriate for them to take our original faucet, not offer a refund for work he was not able to appropriately complete and completely inappropriate to lecture customers about morals as if we had asked for free work! We asked them to leave and thanked them for their work. I give him 3 stars for trying...customer service needs work and would recommend not shying from speaking with your customers about issues that you observe as you are doing the work.

Steve just cleaned out my kitchen sink drain.  WOW -- what a knowledgeable and professional guy!  Not only was it done correctly, but he told me how to avoid clogs in the future.  And he cleaned up everything before he left -- it was like Steve was never here!  -- other than the fact my sink was draining properly.

I had water seeping up from under my linoleum squares on my kitchen floor. Unfortunately my house was built on a cement slab and the pipes were in or under the concrete slab.  The gentleman from Ser Plumbing came out to see what was going on. He was able to give me several options and I was so impressed with his knowledge, patience and honesty.  He took the time to answer all my questions. I took the quickest way to repair the damage since I had been without water for a couple of days. All  the plumbers I had called including Ser Plumbing were very very busy.
If I could give them ten stars I would because of the outstanding job he did. They covered the area they were working to limit dust since I have asthma.  He covered the pipe where the two holes were to protect it from any future damage and created a smooth layer so I could replace the missing linoleum squares. When he was done, I was so shocked!  He had found and replaced the linoleum squares and repaired the holes in the wall. I have had other work done in my house and his work was the best. The repair on the wall was so good, all I needed to do was paint it. He takes pride in his work and it shows.  He also didn't upsell me and he cleaned up the area he was working in but the most surprising was he went out of his way to replace the missing linoleum squares and replace a part in my toilet that was maybe causing an unexplained leak. I would hire him again and would highly recommend him to family and friends.  Thank you Ser Plumbing!

This was my first experience with Shellback and not my last.  We had a shower, toilet back up issue and needed help asap. I called Shellback and Eddie answered the phone.  He was so helpful and said he could have someone come out that same day. Thank goodness because we couldn't wait for the next day. Steve came and he was very polite and didn't rush through his job and was able to get us functioning through the evening.  He said there was a possible blockage and needed a camera to figure out the issue. He scheduled someone to return the following morning. Gary came out (didn't realize he was the owner until I wrote this) and he was also super nice. He was patient with me and showed me what he saw via his camera.  He answered all my questions and explained what future repairs would be.  He was not pushy and left us to make that decision. I asked for a estimate and he emailed me all the documents in minutes. What a positive experience with this company. I'm telling my friends about them. They excelled in customer service! Papa's Plumbing is professional, efficient and honest. These guys helped me out with my plumbing that was backed up. Would absolutely recommend. We had a time sensitive project repairing water damage in some drywall and he exceeded our needs in time, efficiency and quality of his work. His pricing was very affordable.

I can't believe these guys don't have good reviews yet.  They were the third plumber I called to clear a sink drain line blocked below the cleanout (I tried a standard ridgid drill/snake out to 25 feet with no results).  One plumber tried a rooter, and said they couldn't clear the line - they recommended hydrojetting ($1200 to $2000) as a temporary fix, or replacing the line running for $7500, including digging through the driveway.  Another plumber from the home warranty company sent a guy who only got his hand/drill snake caught in the line (at least he didn't charge me).

I was ready to spend $7500 but decided to make one more call so I could better stomach spending the money (or hopefully get a lower bid).  Allstar came out and cleared the line in 45 minutes for $100.  These guys will always have my business from now on.

Robert and his crew are very professional and knowledgeable about their craft.  Good guys as well.  They came out right away to replace my water pressure regulator.  Prompt and courteous.  Great job at a good price.

As a realtor, I like to find the best people for my clients. This time, I needed the help. Great service! I called on this morning for an emergency water backing up issue, they sent someone to take care of it 2 hours later, so impressive!

We discovered a leak in our water heater and were about to leave on a vacation.  We called Pitman Plumbing and Dale was at our home in a flash.
He replaced the water heater without a hitch and within two and a half hours we had a new water heater and plenty of hot water. We were able top leave on our vacation without worry!
