Jose came within the hour as he stated. Repaired a pipe behind dryer . The Gas Co had detected a leak after street work and couldn't turn on service until it was repaired. José repaired it within the hour maybe less .
I didn't bother to negotiate a price because it needed to be fixed and it was evening . A check of problem was $80. The first quote was $200 then went to $400. He replaced the line and a pipe that had another pipe in the elbow that didn't fit correctly .
My gas is back on. Kids can shower, we can eat and all things are back to normal. He made a long night of repair and Gas Co people bearable .

I highly recommend palisades plumbing. We replaced our kitchen island top and fixtures. An expert plumber was needed for installation.  Mario installed the new fixtures and replaced worn pipes and valves expertly at a reasonable price. We found our plumber.

I had an emergency situation where one of the pipes connected to my water main had burst. John was able to come out that same day just a few hours later and had my water line repaired in a jiffy. I was worried that it would cost me an arm and a leg but John was honest about his rates and did the work for a very fair price. A total lifesaver!

right away.  He owns the business, which I like, because they usually take care if their customers better.  His price is reasonable.  We had some misunderstanding about the work that needed to be done but he fixed it right away.  He came on time when he said he would come.  I would use his services again if the need arise. Best experience with a plumber I have ever had ! Ray is a truly honest, friendly, knowledgeable, skilled, and down to earth person. No pretense... nothing fake here. We had a leak in the hot water valve going from the wall to the washing machine. I took a picture of the leaky valve and sent it to Ray. He was able to look at it and give me a quote right then and there over the phone before he even came out. He was happy to tell me his rates over the phone and they are extremely reasonable (unlike some of the plumbers I called earlier in the day). He left his shoes outside the door so as not to take the chance of soiling our carpet. He answered all my questions while he worked and got the job done right away for the price he quoted.  Awesome! Main water line broke, scheduled an appointment they came in and replaced the piping in one day. I also called them for a gas leak that I was having issues and Santos was able to locate the leak right away. Santos is always available and does great work!

I searched for plumbing service in the area . Shellback promptly responded my request , set up  same day appointment with a great price .  I ended up calling and canceling the request ,the clog went away by itself .  I loved the customer service and the care shellback offered me and I highly recommend them to everyone ! Luigi was great to work with. He was very responsive and able to get to my property on short notice to fix some plumbing issues under my house. He completed the job in a timely manner and at a very fair price. I'll continue to use and recommend Luigi for all of my plumbing needs.

I cannot recommend papas plumbing highly enough. I had an emergency involving water leakage at my property, resulting in an astronomically high Bill ($1415 for two months).  I was ready to spend $350/hr for leak detection agency but  Papas came to rescue in time. They fixed the issue (faulty pressure valve) and replaced a leaky toilet. Very professional throughout.  The thing that distinguishes Papas is customer service and professionalism and coordination of service. They are highly efficient, communicate very well, and provide availability to address emergency needs. Highly recommend!!!

We had water leaking from our ceiling;  started calling plumbers at 10:00PM on a Saturday night.  Robert was the first live person to answer the phone after I dialed several other 24-Hour plumbers that asked me to leave a message on voice mail.  He was at our house 45-minutes later.  He was friendly, efficient, and charged us a reasonable rate for coming out from 10PM - 11PM on a Saturday night.  I would definitely call him in the future.

I see why this guy has all 5 stars! We used him yesterday after discovering an astronomical water bill. He found the leak and was so nice and gave very good advice about what I should be paying to get the leak repaired so I don't get taken advantage of. I really appreciated his kindness and expertise.

I called and they were at my home within the hour! They took the time to inspect what the issue was before just ripping in and charging me for it! I really appreciated Don giving me advice and recommendations as a solution and didn't pressure me to move forward with expensive (and nonessential) repairs. They were friendly, helpful and so kind! Had a leak in a brand new shower valve.  I called several plumbers; no one was able to determine the source of the leak.  Jim figured out the problem in minutes.  We got the part he came and fixed the problem.  He was reasonably priced, professional and honest.    From now on Sunset West Plumbing is the only place I would call for all our plumbing needs!!

I had a leak, didn't know where it was coming from. Called the owner of the company, such a nice guy. He even returned my call after hours and scheduled a time for his men to come out and investigate. Greg came out with another good man, and through thorough investigation and water test - they found the problem, which they quoted and finished job very efficiently and excellent work overall! They are clean and they clean up after themselves! Super nice and overall very good guys. I liked them a lot for the job they did and the price they quoted. Will work with them again and recommend them to my neighbors.
