Amazing grew! Gece is a boss! The work done by her and her crew was top quality. It's a 100 year old house and she was able to problem solve a few quirks that look great. She was even able to provide me with additional workmen I needed for the place.

I had the pleaser of working with two of her kids, Josef and Sam, on a different portion of the project. Just like their mother, they did top work and were a pleasure to work with.

Would hire ANYONE from the family to help me with a home project.

Bob went the extra mile and gave us superior customer service. He recommended the best garbage disposal and advised us to return the one we had bought.

On September 21st, I set an appointment for John to come fix my toilet. He was very friendly and prompt. He fixed my toilet. I paid him $70 and he left. The next day, the toilet was leaking from the same spot that he had attempted to fix the day before. I called them up and politely explained the situation (John didn't answer, it sounded like an older man). I basically said, Hey, no harm, no foul, I'm not mad, but the thing that I hired John to come fix hasn't been fixed, can he please come back and finish the job?

The man on the phone argued with me, telling me it had already been fixed (I guess he thought I was blind and/or messing with him). I said, I don't know what to tell you sir, I'm kneeling down here on the bathroom floor and it's continuing to leak from the exact spot I hired John to fix twenty four hours ago. The man said, John's not here, I'll have him call you back.

That was over a month ago. I called Plumbing Bros and they came and fixed it immediately.

So if you feel like giving a dude $70, having him NOT fix your toilet, and then having his phone guy argue and tell you that you're wrong, DEFINITELY call John!

OR, just give me the $70. I'll at least set us up a bar tab at the Village Tavern.

John, if you're reading this, feel free to respond. I'd love to hear it. (Seriously, I've been waiting over a month!).

I brought in Andy to investigate a long standing water leak and it turned out to be a very mysterious find.  At first it really appeared to be the old angled feed into the sewers, but upon further looking, my upstairs secondary sink waste pipe had a major leak.  I panicked and was so scared... This was a 3 part investigation and Andy was there holding my hand and explaining to be the constraints of each part... what it could be what it cannot be.   This definitely was one of the most stressful fixes to my house in my entire life.  So glad Andy was there.  He also did not charge me extra when a second crack was found despite them recutting the new connection and redoing the entire thing all over again.  Owning this kind of home is definitely one of life's challenges.  when explaining how pipes can be severed, he pointed out minute details that gave me final confidence in the fix.  They are also very skillful in fashioning custom fit for the pipes.  I will definitely ask for Andy again next time because Andy cares about his clients and their mental wellbeing.  Making this kind of repair is stressful enough... having experts like him takes the edge off for sure.

Second time I leave a Yelp review. In my experience, everyone always asks where did you hear about their business or to please leave a yelp review.
And that's perfectly OK, I get it.

BUT, Luigi did neither. What he did do was stop at nothing until he figured out what was wrong with our HVAC unit. After being told three times that it was fine by previous AC specialist even though it was not pumping cold air.
The AC seemed to work every time the other guy came out, so it was a bit frustrating communicating that it did not work when we wanted it to.
He found nothing wrong, and said it was fine.

After 4 months of it NOT being fine. During this weeks heatwave...
I called Luigi in the evening and he was out to our house the very next day.
Luigi got to the bottom of it and made sure it was working.

Straight-shooter, no nonsense, get the job done kind of guy.
Luigi was awesome and did a great job.

I'll recommend him to anyone looking for AC help.

Tomas did an excellent job fixing a water damaged wall and installing a new sink and toilet. He works hard and takes his time to do the job right. Will definitely use him again in the future.

If you're anything like me you probably don't like having strangers come to your house & work on a problem that you don't quite understand, all the while keeping your fingers crossed they don't make things worse, charge through the nose & have the problem persists once they've left & have gotten paid. * I thank my lucky stars to have found Allstar Rooter. They are reliable, friendly, reasonable & don't judge your plumbing hot mess which let's face it can be very embarrassing. They are true professionals. I trust them wholeheartedly & will continue to refer them to my family & friends.

A-Team did not charge us to come out to our house to fix what we thought was a bad mainline valve. A different plumber told us it needed to be replaced. Well it did not and A-Team figured out the issue and saved us $800 and did NOT charge a service call!!!!! Real gentlemen, honesty with integrity. I will be calling them for my future plumbing woes! THANK YOU!

I called him this morning and he told me that he hates to charge me for something that I maybe able to do. So I followed his instructions. And called him back and he said he will call me if he has time today.... He came in the afternoon maybe for some tiring job.  He started working right away and after using all his gadgets he found the leak! Imagine he said if he came and the problem was only the toilet, then he would feel bad charging me.  I wish all people are like Ron! HONEST. He was referred by a friend's friend!  Thank you Ron.

My husband contacted Don, because there was a leak in our kitchen and we weren't sure where it was coming from.  Don responded promptly and came out the same week to do a thorough inspection of the area.  We appreciated his help and good, honest service!

I freaked out on a Saturday afternoon when I noticed a drip coming from the ceiling on the first floor of our house. Called Sunset West Plumbing and phone was answered in two rings. (Had already called another place and left a voicemail for an emergency and  hadn't received a call back 20 min later.)  Jim called me within a few minutes and he was at our place within an hour.  

Jim helped find and fix the culprit: a split/leaking line to refrigerator under the sink. He also moved the direction of the line so that we won't bump it in the future and cause more damage. That kind of thoughtfulness is highly appreciated.

He also tried to fix our dripping shower head (cartridge replacement) while he was here, but didn't have the part bc our unit is old. Offered to come back on Monday. All of this within 20 minutes or so.

Overall:  Super friendly, kind, quick, professional, and personable. Seriously as good as it gets. (Have had poor and ok experiences with other plumbers in the area.)  

So grateful that we've found Sunset West Plumbing and will always call them first in the future!

I had a leak, didn't know where it was coming from. Called the owner of the company, such a nice guy. He even returned my call after hours and scheduled a time for his men to come out and investigate. Greg came out with another good man, and through thorough investigation and water test - they found the problem, which they quoted and finished job very efficiently and excellent work overall! They are clean and they clean up after themselves! Super nice and overall very good guys. I liked them a lot for the job they did and the price they quoted. Will work with them again and recommend them to my neighbors.

I needed a Plumber to camera a sewer line at one of our vacant tenant spaces in Canoga Park.  I found A-1 Apex on Yelp and reached out for a quote.  I was contacted immediately by Michel Gabay, and they were able to get to the job site with in a couple of hours of my request.  The technician was knowledgeable and the service was excellent.
I work for a company that owns/operates shopping centers and we will definitely contact A-1 for future Plumbing needs.   Thank you Michel and A-1!
