If you are in the market for a responsive, honest company who does excellent work, look no further than Palisades Plumbing! I woke up today to a water heater that had sprung a pin size leak in the copper out take hose. Not having a plumber that I've used in the past, I jumped on line, called a 24 hour emergency plumber (with a slick website). They sent someone out within an hour. I immediately knew I was going to be shafted. The guy looked at the label on the water heater before anything else, told me since it was 9 years old (and in very good condition I might add) that I needed a new water heater. I said to replace the leaking line only. He told me he didn't carry that material on his truck and if he did it would cost me $400.00! I went back on line found and called Palisades Plumbing (in my neighborhood), within an hour their technician John was here, replaced both the intake and out take lines for $224.00 with a smile, and genuine honesty.

I had an emergency situation where one of the pipes connected to my water main had burst. John was able to come out that same day just a few hours later and had my water line repaired in a jiffy. I was worried that it would cost me an arm and a leg but John was honest about his rates and did the work for a very fair price. A total lifesaver!

I normally do not write reviews but I have to give big props to Steve and his company for coming to the rescue so fast to take a look at my water heater tank which was leaking and our home was without hot water for a couple days already. He came to inspect the water heater for free and gave me a quick estimate which was better than any of the competition I found. On top of that he said he would replace the water tank for me all on the same day. He handled the broken water tank that had rusted, brought it to Home Depot by himself without needing any assistance, came back and installed the new tank and tested it all within just a few hours and we had our hot water back in half a day's work. On top of that he cleaned up the whole area surrounding the water heater without me having to ask him to. Top notch service is an understatement and I would vouch for him to anyone. Really amazing service that you rarely see nowadays. Steve went above and beyond and it was worth it for all the help he provided. I even attached the old broken heater and the new one Steve installed and it looks great and secure now.

Came out and do the work in term of replacing a broken hot water shutoff valve on time. Eddy was proactive in asking whether I wanted also the cold side replace as well.  He carefully tested the work out with the dish washer and the sink outlet to make sure proper operation. He made sure my water pressure is good and took time to answer my question about my whole house shut off valve.  This company did a gREAT job on this project

My AC had been down for 2 yrs because the estimates from two different big name HVAC companies had a huge price difference, and were still very high. I called Luigi based on reviews and HE IS AWESOME!! Found and repaired 3 things that were wrong, replaced a motor for 1/3 of what I was quoted and came in UNDER the lowest estimate by almost $200. He showed receipts, he is soooo nice and no nonsense and so is his son. Paid them more than they asked because I was so happy.  I live in a condo and my AC is HUGE, 15yrs old, sits on the roof, and has to cool my west facing top unit with floor to ceiling windows on west side and more windows on the south. It now runs, is way quieter, more efficient THANK YOU LUIGI and son!

Would absolutely recommend. We had a time sensitive project repairing water damage in some drywall and he exceeded our needs in time, efficiency and quality of his work. His pricing was very affordable.

I can't believe these guys don't have good reviews yet.  They were the third plumber I called to clear a sink drain line blocked below the cleanout (I tried a standard ridgid drill/snake out to 25 feet with no results).  One plumber tried a rooter, and said they couldn't clear the line - they recommended hydrojetting ($1200 to $2000) as a temporary fix, or replacing the line running for $7500, including digging through the driveway.  Another plumber from the home warranty company sent a guy who only got his hand/drill snake caught in the line (at least he didn't charge me).

I was ready to spend $7500 but decided to make one more call so I could better stomach spending the money (or hopefully get a lower bid).  Allstar came out and cleared the line in 45 minutes for $100.  These guys will always have my business from now on.

Very happy with Robert's service and support. He and his team responded quickly and was able to stop by on the same day.  He showed up on time as scheduled and the cost was in line with his estimate. We also discussed alternative and additional work for the future which I appreciated indeed. Certainly can recommend A Team.

We had some issues in a couple different areas, De Vinney Plumbing came out and completed the job and was fare on price . We will definitely use them in the future.

Sunset west plumbing came out and did a main line sewer cleaning, which they did well. However, I asked for the plumbers opinion on a slow bathroom drain and I felt it was diagnosed incorrectly leading to additional service and charge that did not remedy the problem. I am more inclined to try a different service next time.

Pitman Plumbing has saved us on numerous occasions - most recently this past week when a major plumbing backup turned our bathrooms into a disaster area.  Dale showed up after 9:00 PM and spent about two hours restoring our plumbing inside and outside of the house.  They've done it before too with other pipe issues we've had and we also used them to install a new hot water heater.  We've had all three of the guys here Dale and his sons Greg and Daniel and all have been super friendly, professional and above all top-notch plumbers.  We like their old-school, customer comes first attitude too and that's why we've given them a top rating here and also to our neighborhood group.

I cannot speak more highly about this company! I called all around and every company was telling me 24-48 hours to get someone out to look at my water heater. Two men came first thing in the morning to look at the issue. They were on time, knowledgeable and lovely people to work with. Definitely go here for any plumbing issues!
