Mr Harris is the most professional, honest and reasonably priced plumber I've ever had and I will only be using his services so long as I live in the this area. As soon as I called the number, Mr Harris personally answers and cheerfully asked what kind of plumbing I needed done. He was so knowledgeably and experienced that he was able to guess what the problem was over the phone just with the pictures I texted him. It was a small job that involved replacing the handle on a shower and even though I was pretty far away, he was happy to come down and give a free estimate. We agreed on a time for him to show up the next day and he was right on time, also gave multiple text updates to confirm how far away he was and to let me know exactly what time he would arrive.

When Mr Harris arrived he was very pleasant, quick and professional. He got straight to the bottom of the problem, gave me an extremely reasonable quote (must less than other plumbers had quoted) and explained to me in easy to understand details, what the problem was and what steps, parts and cost would be needed to fix the problem. I like that he explains things and is transparent with the cost of parts and labor. I was impressed and felt very comfortable with him right away, this is someone I trust to work in my house even if I had to leave for a while. He also had a wide range of tools to do the work, so he has the capability to do just about anything plumbing related (and was also able to do other kind of handy work as well). Therefore we decided to also have him work on the kitchen sink as well, which was completely broken, had leaks and a busted disposal unit as well. Mr Harris fixed that sink in no time, shiny and new. So we also had him repair our toilet which had multiple problems, again he fixed that in no time. He went to the hardware store and got ONLY the parts needed and presented all receipts and explained what each part was for. So I knew I wasn't overpaying for any unnecessary parts. In fact, he showed me that he was able to complete the work without using some of the parts, so he didn't charge me for those parts and he personally went back to the store and get his money back. That is A+ service.

A couple of days later, Mr Harris gave a follow up call to make sure everything was still working good and he wanted to make double sure that his work was holding up. Yes it was holding up great, but still I REALLY appreciated that he cared enough to call with a followup. That is something that stood out, that no other plumber has done for me. Usually other plumbers get the money and bolt outta there ASAP, never call you back for a followup and don't really wanna hear from you if their was any problems with the work. In summery Mr Harris is a 10/10 service handy man and I look forward to going with him any time I need a repair (and this old house will need MANY repairs).

After the pilot light on my water heater would not remain lit, I called Delta Bay Plumbing.  Within 45 minutes, Dave was at my house with the parts needed to fix my water heater.  Dave was professional, friendly, responsive to my questions, and explained what needed to be done to fix the water heater.  The costs were fair and I'm confident that the work was completed without error.  Hopefully, I will not need any plumbing services in the near future, but if I do, I know who to call!

Oscar is super professional and awesome. We called him two hours ago to help us with our water heater. He told us he would be here at 830, and he was right on time.  He is a plumber that knows his stuff, and was able to identify the problem right away! We have hot water again because of him!!

We had an annoying smell and sewer flies in the back bathroom.  It was a problem that I thought was in the main sewer line and would cost thousands to repair.  But Sebastian at MVP took the less aggressive approach and cleaned out the lines, flushed out the drains, and installed a P-Trap to prevent the odors from entering the house.

Sebastian is fabulous.  Knowledgeable, friendly, and takes care of business!

I would definitely recommend Merco to everyone. He does an excellent job and he's so friendly. His crews are very professional. Most importantly he is honest. I've  been trying to call a lot of other companies to do the mold remediation but they all give me a very high price but Merco did quite a reasonable price for me. 5 stars for him

This company is AMAZING!!! Not only did they arrive within the hour of us calling ( very big deal when you have toilets leaking and drains not draining) they also sent the most knowledgeable, professional, and helpful plumber. Carlos was Awesome! He knew exactly what the problem was and fix it the same day. He was honest and reasonable when it came to pricing. Carlos recommend to install a clean out access point .Very much impressed with there service. I will defiantly recommend them to any one who is looking for grade A service at a reasonable price. Hopefully I don't have any more plumbing issues soon but if I do, I love sewers rooter and plumbing will be the first ones I call.

I called the company at 7:45 (prior to then their phone systems just said unable to connect at this time, try later)  Although it was strange that there was no voicemail I was happy when I got through and they were able to send someone to my home by 8am.  They were prompt and he spent about 45 minutes running the snake through my pipes all the way to the street, over and over again.   Apparently there was ALOT of grease build up.  I've had two other plumbers come out that did a quick job and my sink clogged back up again within 6 months. After watching all of the black gunk come out of the sink trap I feel pretty confident that I won't need a plumber again in 6 months.   Steve was the technician and he was very professional.

These guys are a complete fraud.  First, a bait-and-switch with a garbage disposal.  Then I found out they installed it wrong and created several other problems.  Afterward, I talked to other people who also had problems with them.

Called this plumbing team  on a recommendation from a friend, and we are so glad we did. They came in, were able to give us a quote and do the work right then and there, no rescheduling or change in price. Very friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely call them in the future if we need more work done.

We recently had some plumbing issues and Guardian plumbing was responsive and came out on time and we were very happy with their service. I would definitely recommend their services if you have any issues. Easy communication as well.
