Velocity came out to my home right on time for a clogged drain that would have made for a difficult morning tomorrow! The team was prompt, easy to work with, clearly explained what the issues were and the options I had, and did an excellent job taking care of our clog that was blocking our connection to the main. They also advised us of other issues related to our plumbing so we can inform our landlord and I will be recommending them to him based on our experience. Don't think twice to give them a call!

We went through a remodel and I had Pro Quality plumbing come out a couple times to do various jobs such as installing toilets, a dishwasher, a kitchen faucet and disposal hookup and a bathroom vanity replacement. Frank, the owner, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. All the quotes I was given were accurate and if anything required more work it was discussed and approved with me first. Crystal, who runs the office, was a pleasure to deal with and always worked with us on scheduling and payment. All the guys Frank came with and sent out for the various jobs were all very respectful and always did the job to completion and in a clean and tidy manner. I will definitely continue to use Pro Quality Plumbing for all my future needs.

Called to have our tankless water heater flushed/serviced and so happy I did! Not only did he identify a problem where a connector was corroding, he was able to repair for a very reasonable price. I respect Rooter Hero and would recommend them based on our interaction. We recently purchased a home which had sewer lateral work performed by another company (which Rooter Hero purchased). Turns out the sewer lateral was incorrectly installed by the other company and would need to be corrected under the warranty of the previous agreement. Rooter Hero honored this warranty and fixed the issue with no questions asked.

Absolutely amazing.  Our floor heater needed serious work and we had a couple of places tell us it would cost over $4,000 and take several weeks to fix.  These guys came out the same day to check it, fixed it the next day for only $1150.  Everyone was nice and professional.  I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Really terrible experience. My water heater pilot went out and it wouldn't light back up. Called roto rooter to come out the following day. They showed up 2 hours late, then the older gentleman is completely negative. Oh it's a rheem, these are the worst, probably won't be able to do anything for you. Looks at it for 2 min, tries to light it the same way I did, gives up. Then he tries to upsell me to a new water heater for $5,000. Other plumbers and companies I've received quotes from are in the low to mid 2 thousand. Then on the way back to his truck, tries to blame me: you should've mentioned it was a rheem, we would've never come out. I will never use this company and will for sure tell all my neighbors not to use them as well. Try to learn manners and to work with people that are clearly having issues in a more productive way.
