I have hired them 2 years ago for shower issue. Their job had 5 yrs warranty. I called them couple weeks ago since my shower was leaking again. They arrange it quickly and sent Steve to investigate the problem. Steve went above and beyond and explain everything not to me but also the community maintenance person. His patient and knowledge was spectacular. Thank you Steve!

Great and professional service!  Armando fixed our shower faucet drip and adjusted the shower handle.  Fixed it right away.  Nicole was great in following up with a phone call and email.  Will contact them for future jobs.  Prompt and reasonable prices.

Red Lilly rocks! Last night, we had a major back up in the kitchen--sink, washer, everything. Made a call to Red Lilly this morning, and they gave us a reasonable two hour window. Rufus called and gave me a 15 minute heads up! He was polite, professional, and great at his job! I would highly recommend Red Lilly when the going gets tough!

I caution anyone who wants to use this plumber to get other bids before choosing them.  I wanted some faucets replaced in my home and was happy that they came out to give me a free estimate.  When they quoted me $1050, I chose another plumber who came in at $150.

Beware! Had them come out to inspect a gas line connection (6') at our home in Beverly Hills. Basic work that would take less than three hours for any capable plumber. Had another quote from Moe Plumbing in my back pocket and they were almost double the price! $2300 VS $1300. Also, during the inspection, the #2 guy took the liberty of sitting down in one of our chairs during the pricing inspection. Not a great sign of work ethic. Probably thought I hadn't done my research. Pretty sketchy. Ending on a positive note, they were polite at the time of their visit.

I love the response and care that I took off my call. They responded right away, then Carlos came the next morning and efficiently cleared my drains from all the gross stuff that was keeping it clogged. I will definitely recommend this company. They're professional and they treat you like you have an emergency, even if you don't!!

Ford's Plumbing came out to give an estimate for my tankless water heater that wasn't working properly.  they were the third plumber to do so, but the only plumber to take the time to actually figure out what the problem was instead of rushing to give an estimate.  Thanks to their due diligence, they ended up saving me two grand in estimates for things that wouldn't have actually fixed my problem.

No issues. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Came out to my home (Jerry N). Did the work (ran a snake through the exterior clean out access for the kitchen sink) quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up after himself (a lot of black sludge!). I paid him. Is there anything else I guy working from home can ask for?

Paxton came to my home within 2 hours of calling on a weekend and did a fantastic job!  He addressed my problems easily and thoroughly and he's a nice guy. Great service.

Called at noon yesterday after being referred by a friend. Both my mom and I needed work at our homes.  They were at my mom's house in 15 minutes and saved her $1550 based on a quote by Mike Diamond Plumbing.

Then off to my house for a new water heater, piping and sink repair. All done on time, clean and with great care to the surrounding area.

With a party about to bring in a few hours, our toliot begins to act up ... and not in a good way. David understanding the immediate situation about to happen, flys in and saves the day. I was so impressed by this plumber that I just had to review. The guys from RJ are legit! We had a pretty badly leaking tap in the kitchen and they fixed the issue in literally 5 minutes. I didn't pay because I'm renting, but they were on time, friendly, and effective.

Alex was able to arrive the same day that I called. He is very professional, polite and knowledgeable.  He diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to resolve it promptly.  I am thankful for his honest service and will be contacting him again for any future services.
