Yet another satisfied customer for Anytime Rooter here.  I was able to get an appointment set for within 2 hours of my early morning call, which even got pushed up as Brock was able to arrive early (a very welcome change from other contractors who show up late if at all).  Brock was a total professional and was able to troubleshoot and identify our problem quickly.  (He was also thankfully chill about my dogs, which can be a difficult thing when people need to come and work on things.)  He was able to find and fix the issue in short time, confirm it was done, and clean up on the way out.  And totally reasonable on cost. I would absolutely give Anytime Rooter a call in the future if (God forbid) I wind up with plumbing issues again.

Armando fixed the pipes under my sink and he did such a good job I went ahead and had him do my bathroom. You know how you just KNOW if someone knows their stuff? He does. Very personable, talks about his family. I highly recommend.

Dave was awesome! Helpful, communicative & investigative.. they had to do some digging to find a new handle for an apparently rare shower handle. We had to do the work over a couple of visits due to ordering of parts and Dave and also the receptionist Katelyn (can't remember for sure..?) were always great about following up and calling to arrange the best times. Dave also did a great job changing out a valve on the gas line. He did everything we needed taken care of and was also very patient and sweet with my 1 year old crawling around him and trying to see everything he was doing. Super nice guy. Just has the best experience with Sal's as my usual plumber has been a no show. I woke up this morning to no hot water again...I found Sal called this morning and a technician was over within a couple hours. Louis was extremely professional, and helped explain things in way that was understandable. Louis helped fix the issue with our water heater, and provided a quote for a new one. Highly recommend Sal's for any issues you may have!

I had a repair needed on my shower faucet that was above my pay grade. Definitely not something that was simple enough for me to do on my own (I soon realized as I observed the work being done). Not only were they quick to respond to my request for a quote, but I found their rates to be fair without overpricing while completing the job quickly and excellently. They were on time and did an overall great job. I would definitely recommend this business. Will call on them again next time I need this kind of work done.

I was getting ready for a bunch of messages with overpriced quotes, until I realized that I needed to be clear on what I needed. Some plumbers just stood by their quotes; while this one not only replied superfast, he remained professional and calm as we were narrowing down what it is I really needed. The price was more than fair and his patience alone is priceless.  He fixed the job and handled all my crazyness within 15 minutes on a weekend!! I highly recommend this honest, reliable plumbing service.

Can't remember if I posted a review already but if not, I meant to.  I found David on Yelp and those good reviews sold me.  Then I called him and he answered his own phone!  I told him I needed him as soon as possible which as it turned out was within an hour and a half.  WOW!  Second WOW is that he had all the parts on his truck and didn't have to go to a store and use up time.  He knew exactly what to do and how to do it.  His price was more reasonable than any other plumber I have had.  On top of everything else, he is a lovely man.

Ryan J came first thing this morning. I had low pressure in my kitchen sink and explained to him what I knew. He explained some potential causes checking it out step by step. He ended up fixing a kink and changing out the angle stops and I was good to go. Awesome job and I was really pleased.

Arrived on time. Quoted my repairs: Clogged toilet, three Moen shower cartridge replacements. $90 service charge that applies to repairs, that's fine. I ok'd the toilet snake/unclog but unfortunately he was unable to clear the toilet, it requires more than a snake. The price quoted for each of the cartridges was exorbitant, $175 for a $20 part - it's literally about $20 from Home Depot. Since the master bedroom shower was leaking quite a bit, I went to Home Depot and bought the cartridge and replaced it myself, although I prefer to have a plumber do it. I'll call another company to unclog the toilet. Prodigy is just too expensive.

Paxton's local to my area and I've been able to use his service on a couple of commercial projects. His prices are fair, not the cheapest but he's not trying to rip you off either, I can understand that he needs to make a profit. You have to allow guys like him to make it worth their while otherwise you wouldn't have quality plumbers anymore. Needless to say each time I've hired him it was done right and on time. That's the whole battle with contractors these days...

This got to be my best experience with a plumber ever! At first, my washer stopped working. While checking for problems, I found the faucet is leaking and I made it even worse. So on Yelp, I found this business and talk to Ruban. From the photos I sent he determined he can get the parts next day morning and we set appointment. The next day he arrives on time and completed work within an acceptable time frame. He even take the trouble to reset my washer. This is what I call service! I am sure to call him again when I need a plumber.

Hands down the best, most reliable plumber I have ever used. Before finding Mainline, I spent years in frustration with over-priced, unreliable plumbing services.  Mainline is always on time, cleans up after themselves, and with a friendly staff on the phone and in person.  Highly recommended. A+

Called T-Max to locate a leak in my garage. Tony was responsive and reliable.  He located the leak and fixed it quickly and provided exceptional service.  I would recommend this business!

David is awesome! I had a clogged dishwasher and  David was able to stop by the house the next day to fix it. He was friendly, quick, and explained everything thoroughly! Highly recommended.

We had mysterious heavy leaking from the ceiling of one of our bedrooms with no indication where it was coming from as the leaking happened even when no faucets were running or toilets flushing. Raime was able to uncover the problem pretty quickly with a leaking copper pipe in the ceiling. He had suggested the leak detection equipment as an option but then explained it would probably save us money to simply open the ceiling to see where the leak was (as we would pay extra even if the equipment didn't find the leak). The price was very reasonable and he took great care with our furniture and flooring to not damage anything and then to neatly cover the hole in the ceiling afterwards. Further he went above and beyond to look into a few other plumbing issues we were having to then repair and replace or quote us for future reference.  Very happy with this experience.

I had a Rheem tankless HW heater installed by a handyman. The install had a few issues. The obvious ones to me were the unit was leaking, and it was throwing an error. I could clear the code by turning it off and on again. Not so convenient when the hot water stops while taking a shower.

I contacted a few plumbers and Rodrigo stood out. He identified three issues with the install, one of which would take care of the leaking and error codes. The other two were for the efficiency and health of the unit. He quoted a competitive price to do all three and was flexible with scheduling.

Rodrigo was also either on time or provided updates to let me know when he would be there. This is appreciated since I understand a plumber may need to take care of emergencies that are higher priority than the work I needed done. As long as I'm kept in the loop and my time is treated with respect.

The work was done to my satisfaction, and I haven't had any issues since.
