I was HIGHly pleased with Broc's service at my home last week.  Not only did he take the time to carefully troubleshoot my issue, he explained his findings to me, fixed the problem with ease, and charged a fair and reasonable fee.  (Not to mention that he arrived on time, was professional, and a pleasure to work with.)  

It's not easy finding reliable service people, but I know I've found one now!  Big thanks to Broc at Anytime Rooter.

Our sink disposal stopped working, and Oscar was able to come the next day and fixed the issue very quickly. He also made sure to clean and sanitize all the surfaces afterwards, and put everything under the sink back where they were before. We will definitely use City Plumbing again in the future!

Cesar was great! He fixed both of my toilets quickly (they had flapper problems) and then installed a new kitchen faucet for me. He was very friendly and wore shoe covers, which I really appreciated.

I woke up to my water heater leaking water everywhere and these guys came out earlier than originally expected, Martin was my plumber and he was super knowledgeable and honest and very helpful with all my questions !!! So far, this is the only time I've hired this company, but they were as good as the reviews say they are. They made a prompt appointment with me (after another plumber flaked no less) and were able to show up within four hours of my phone call. Simon arrived within the two hour window they said he would. Simon and John identified the problem fairly quickly - a major buildup of sludge in the pipes that had caused a major clog. John used a mini-hydrojet to clear it (a regular rooter was not effective against such a gelatinous buildup). The process created quite a mess, but John took a lot of care to clean up afterwards (almost as much time as it took to clear the drain itself!) Afterward, you wouldn't even know the disaster that had come out of the pipes. While cleaning, John noticed I had a broken hose faucet and replaced it free of charge, even after I offered to pay for it.

Overall, they impressed me on every level - timeliness, problem-solving, clean-up, and the price was reasonable, especially considering the quality of service and professionalism. I will hire them again.

David was exactly what other Yelpers said...honest, friendly, responds in a timely manner and fair in his pricing. What I discovered about him was his thorough explanations and demonstrations in troubleshooting and what works best. And his honest opinion on fixtures (i.e. 30+ yo toilets) in the event whether they need to be repaired or replaced in the future. I could go on and on but you get the picture. We have found our go-to plumber for life.

After ringing around for a plumber; contacted Fords plumbing office, the secretary informed me she will have a suitable plumber out, within a time frame and reassured me she will call me back to advise me when the plumber will be at my house and his name. Within an hour of her calling me back, Riley was at our door. He and his team were very helpful, professional and certainly knowledgeable. Something I personally feel is important for any professional in any field, these guys were punctual and did not have us waiting around for them to arrive. We had several gas leaks in our house, originally told by the  Gas company technician we didn't have any, gas leaks, Riley found all four gas leaks. So thank you to Riley and his team. I would highly, recommend and use these plumbers again, if needed.

Prodigy Plumbing was able to resolve my issue in one visit, the same day I called to make an appointment. Sylvia was very helpful when setting up the appointment, making sure to find a time that was most convenient for me.

The technicians that came out were Tony R. and Jose. They arrived when they said that they would and were very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. They both made sure to explain what the problem was and how I could prevent it in the future. I appreciated that they didn't try to upsell me on things that I didn't need, but rather sold me products and services that were right for me. The next time that I have plumbing issues in my home, I'll call Prodigy and ask for Tony R. and Jose.

I contacted Carrera's Plumbing and spoke with Paxton. I had a clog in my toilet that i could not get fixed myself. It was getting worse and water kept leaking out of the toilet and going into my carpet.  Within 20 minutes Paxton came over and fixed the problem quickly.  Paxton's response saved me because my carpet was also getting wet from all the plumbing and i had less damage from it. I would recommend Paxton you anyone. Thanks!!

An amazing experience! Ruben reached out after I had sent an automated Yelp service request to nearby plumbing companies. I already reached out to some companies and did have another one scheduled to come tmrw to check out the situation...but decided to just get the job done by him. I had a leaky bathtub faucet and also wanted the sink faucet replaced last minute with the parts I already had on hand - and he was very accommodating. He was also extremely nice and fair with pricing.

His colleague AJ was also very polite and they both worked together quickly! They also wore protective covers on their shoes coming inside the unit and wore masks. I would definitely recommend their business and will be using their services for future repairs.

Prompt, professional and treated my home as if it were their own - wearing booties and being as efficient as possible. They went above and beyond on three different projects that needed emergency attention (toilet and faucets in kitchen and bathroom). Nice to know you can count on someone coming into your home without fear of getting scammed or corners being cut!

We had some plumbing problems and we called our usual plumber.  But he sent someone we didn't know and couldn't fix the problem.  It was just snaking the clean out.  I was desperate so I found D & D Plumbing on Yelp.
They were wonderful. They came out the following day.  His wife called early in the morning like she said, to make sure I still needed their services.
Dave arrived in the time frame she gave me and fixed it quickly.  He also advised me I should install a better clean out in the front yard.
A few months later we finally scheduled an appointment and he installed the clean out quickly and left no mess behind.
He also was very kind and took his time explaining my next step in redoing my 1955 pipes.  
I will be having him take care of that in the near future.

It's funny, today I saw Mattucci Plumbing's truck drive by, and I was reminded of my experience with them and R.J. Plumbing last year, and I said to myself, I need to share this on Yelp.

I bought my house last year and discovered the water heater's pilot light igniter was failing.  If I was able to get the pilot to light, it would go out after half an hour.  The heater was about 7 years old.

I first called Mattucci and they sent someone over.  The guy stood there, looked at the heater from afar, and told me it was a piece of junk.  Without even trying to diagnose the problem or to see what might be wrong, he was pushing me to buy a brand new heater from him at an outrageously inflated price.  I showed him the door.

Then I called RJ Plumbing.  John, the owner, came by and immediately I could tell I made the right decision.  John tried his best to fix the issue.  He took apart the igniter unit, cleaned out various things, and tried for about an hour to get it to work.  And it looked like he finally did.  I gladly paid him for his work and he left.

A couple of hours later, the pilot went out again.  I called John up and he came by again.  He tried to fix it again, but he figured the igniter was beyond saving.  He helped me call the manufacturer for replacement parts, but between the cost of the replacement parts and the time it would take for the parts to arrive, I decided to just buy a new one from John.

He not only gave me a great deal on a brand new water heater (cheaper than if I were to buy it myself and lug it home from Home Depot), he applied the labor fees that I paid him earlier that day towards the installation!  It was a gesture that was very much appreciated.

John installed my new water heater quickly and professionally, and it has been working great.

John is very knowledgeable, very friendly, stands by his work, and very honest.  Thankfully I have not had any other plumbing issues since then, but if I ever do, I would not hesitate to call him up again.  Highly recommended!

By the way, as I stepped outside my door the other day, I saw his truck drive by, and John waved hello.  How very nice that he remembered me!

Alex was able to arrive the same day that I called. He is very professional, polite and knowledgeable.  He diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to resolve it promptly.  I am thankful for his honest service and will be contacting him again for any future services.

These guys are honest and good. They gave me a service window and then called and offered to come early. Thomas arrived and was polite, fast and honest. What more could you ask for in a plumber? Definitely recommend them.

Rodrigo recently replaced my broken tank water heater with a tankless and the experience was 5-stars.  His communication, hustle and knowledge was impressive and I can't recommend him and his company enough.  This is the 3rd job he's done for me and he's my plumber 4 life!
