City Plumbing installed a new sewer line for me.  Also, fixed my toilet line and drains under the house, including the kitchen sink.  This involved digging a 10-foot hole partly underneath a small section of my concrete driveway.

I am giving them 3 stars because:
1. The concrete patch they put in my driveway (above part of the hole they dug) with has sunk with the last couple rains, it's now at least a centimeter lower in places than the rest of my driveway.  And they didn't really make it a straight line on the edge with the rest of my driveway.
2. The first time they came they fixed part of the sewer line, and blasted out the rest, and said that should be good.  It wasn't, my line still backed up, and they had to come back and replace most of the rest.  

My sewer appears to be working fine, as well as my sink, my toilet too although it doesn't sound right when it flushes.  So I'm happy thus far with all the drains and the sewer line, and the workers were respectful and nice.  Mostly, it's the concrete patch that bugs me.

Do NOT hire this company!!! They put a snake in our main drain. First of all he used the wrong snake. It had a spring at the end of the snake with no blade or anything that could cut through the clog. He tried putting the snake in twice and said it's not working, we need to use a hydro jet to clear it out. The snake was a deal for $60 to get you sucked into their more expensive service! I had a bad feeling about it all so I called Rockstar Plumbing and they opened the clog in no time! Was a very easy clog but Fix It Quick scared us by telling us that it's very serious and they think we may have to open our floor to replace the pipes which could potentially cost thousands of dollars. Got the job done with Rockstar for $100 in about 20 min time. I highly doubt they actually have 5 stars and most likely these are fake reviews.

I needed to replace my 100 year old main 4'' sewer line on my home and they had a competitive quote and were referred by a family member. They got the trenchless pipe burst done with a brand new pipe and took care of all the permit info with the city.

They also were able to replace some of the 6'' line while they were down there and then put a liner through the rest of the pipe so it's like a have a brand new sewer the whole way! They took care of all the permit info on this as well as re-compacting the dirt and pouring new concrete over where they had dug up a little 3x2ft patch of concrete.

Easy to work with, knowledgeable and really helped educate me on everything during the whole process. Charles, Michelle, Rufus and all the other team members were professional and great to work with from start to finish.

Recently, my in-home garbage disposal went south and stopped working.  Based on great reviews, I decided to contact Sal's Plumbing.  After a few messenger texts, I agreed to have them supply the disposal and the installation.

When the installer came out, he was courteous and professional.  Getting to the electrical plug for the disposal was a bit challenging, but he handled it like a pro and got the installation done.  What I was quoted, is what I paid, no up-sell or surprises.

I won't hesitate in using these guys in the future for my plumbing needs.

Have hired David on multiple occasions and have always been more than satisfied. He came to my home the very same day I called him even though it was a non-emergency. He showed up to my home with a mask on which I greatly appreciate during these times. I returned the favor by donning my mask as well. David is a true professional and knows his trade so well. He is personable and friendly with a twinkle in his eye. He took care of a leaking toilet in my upstairs bathroom. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to properly re-seal the toilet. Apparently my contractors who remodeled my bathroom previously had not properly sealed or bolted the toilet onto the floor, and the wax ring that was used was no good. Dave totally took care of me and charged a fair price. There's a reason I have him as a contact in my phone - he'll get the job done and get it done right. I'd give him 6 stars if I could. These guys are great. They were out in just over an hour to unplug our sink on the Sunday after Thanksgiving (a small miracle) and since the work only ended up requiring that the sink be plunged, didn't charge us for the call. Fantastic.

Excellent customer service! Spoke directly to Mark the owner who was very prompt on getting a plumber  out on last minute notice. Ozzy the plumber communicated clearly and completed the work to our satisfaction. We appreciate prodigy Plumbing and definitely will use them again!

I saw the good ratings, and decided to give Carerra a try. Phil was great on the phone, diagnosed the issue with my Rheem water heater, and explained exactly how to order the replacement parts using my warranty. I was able to get Rheem to send me both parts, and I called back. The first estimate was something like 200ish for repairs. When I called back they said it sounded more like 370ish for repairs. I was good with the price. The plumber came on site, and he was really wonderful. He installed the 2 pieces in just over a half hour. However, we charged me 425.00$. So, that was some sticker shock, and really, not super professional considering the ease in which the fix was completed, and the estimates provided on the phone. So, in the end, I didn't find my permanent future plumber because I can't really trust them. It's unfortunate because they seem like great humans, but not at all aligned with one another on estimates, or in ensuring they don't surprise customers.

Super responsive and flexible on timing even in these crazy times.  Were very reasonable on price and took steps to keep us safe wearing masks for covid and even booties to protect my floor. Will definitely use them again.

I cant say enough about how great Cesar and Ranelle have been.  I manage two properties from out of the country.  WIthin a month they have worked on both of them, clearing a main line where another company said I would have to dig up the sewer line, repairing  a hot water heater that had and and snaking two other lines.  They were super fast, reasonable, and dealt with the scheduling issue of my tenants.  Anyone who owns or manages property know how almost impossible it is to find a reasonable, reliable plumber.  There aren't enough stars to rate them with.  Ten thousand stars!

I was replacing my toilet and once I got the old one off I had a concern about the flange. I wasn't sure if I might have to pay the $$ for a plumber, but I called Dave and he had me text a photo, and texted back his opinion right away and alleviated my concerns (told me not to worry and that I'd be fine continuing with installing the new toilet). I easily gave him the opportunity to upsell me but he didn't charge a penny for his time and expertise. Will definitely use him in future.

I had a small plumbing job that needed to be done.  His office called me back right away with a time for the work to be done.

Not only did John show up on time, but he did all the work I needed very quickly and efficiently.  He also showed me where the main water shut off was located on my new house and talked to me about additional work that needed to be done - not right away but he told me what to look for so I don't run into any problems.  I was very happy with his estimates on the proposed work and the work completed.  I will absolutely call them again with any new work I need.
