Okay if you want the best then hire this company with BIG Ed, and Carlos with Daniella on the phones managing every concern and question you may have. First of all, my 89 year young mom had 4 other companies out to her home to take advantage of her and so much work done with probably cost her thousands of dollars. I then called Red Lilly Plumbing which I was referred to by MOEN!!! so Big Ed came out and told me what not to waste our money on and what to do, so I called out a couple of other big companies for their estimates and Big Ed gave us the not only the best deal, but through in some xtra things as well. While Daniella in the office handled all of my issues and the team they sent was not only very professional but reliable and in 3 days did a full re- draining of my moms home, instead of calling out numerous companies to handle these drain problems once and for all.
Thank you to Big Ed and the entire team at Red Lilly plumbing because not I have a trustworthy plumbing company that I can really on and depend on... without having to call numerous times for the ame issues and pay over and over again.

I worked with Joey and he was top notch! He was professional and worked quickly. We just had our kitchen remodeled and he changed 3 valves for me, installed a garage disposal, dishwasher as well as put all new pipes underneath the sink inside my unit. Request Joey and you'll be happy.

My garbage disposal wasn't working and BH called me within five minutes and -- before coming out -- asked me to try a quick fix that instantly fixed my garbage disposal free of charge. That sort of honest and integrity is rare, and made my entire day. Will definitely be using them in the future for more substantial problems.

Yup, found our guys! It's really hard to find trustworthy, efficient and knowledgable experts. John came out, inspected everything and immediately found the problem. He could clearly see the issue from outside the crawl space yet he still suited up and went underneath to see the full extent of everything. Next day, he came out with his crew and fixed everything up. What surprises me is how fast everything was done and how seamless the process was. The work and parts are warrantied too. Thumbs up. Like how I said, we found our experts.

Ruben is an extremely knowledgeable, professional and honest plumber. I asked him about multiple repairs that another plumber had quoted (but not fixed), and he explained why those items didn't actually need to be fixed - for free. He also quoted very reasonable prices for the services we did need him to perform (and, gave his honest feedback on whether or not he recommended certain products that I wanted him to install), then promptly did great work. I plan on continuing to use Non Stop Plumbing & Rooter for all my plumbing needs.

Absolute best! Ranelle is amazing, replies so quickly, so accommodating and helpful!!! The guys who have come to my home have been professional, polite (always wearing booties), soft spoken, honest and do an excellent job whether it's a clogged toilet or a major water leak emergency from a nail going into a pipe! What a pro! We had been having a gnarly smell from the bathroom for weeks, and haven't been mustering up the courage to call anyone for help.  We finally decided to ask for help so we could sleep peacefully with no stinky sewage smell and Dave to the rescue.  He showed up the same day we called, took a look, quickly analyzed the situation and provided a solution.  He had everything he needed to fix it and was in and out in 2 hours.  Amazing! John is as professional as one could hope any person could be.  Over the years I have used a significant number of plumbers, and John ranks at the top, if not #1.  I could not recommend him more highly - he communicates well and he does what he promises.  If only every contractor and subcontractor were as good as John...

I got an immediate response in my initial inquiry.  Was right on time for the appointment, maybe a little early. Alex came out to evaluate my pressure regulator.  Together we decided I needed a new one. He got the part and job was done in less than an hour.  Very friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable.

Called for help on some plumbing issues that my general contractor never finished. He was very knowledgeable and provided a ton of info on the job. I ended up not having to use him and had to cancel the appt but deserves a review for the excellent customer service

Rodrigo saved me time and hassle by not breaking thru the wall to fix the pipe. Good communication about the details of his process and excellent results.
