He worked for at least two hours to solve the problem and come to find out it's a building problem and not my unit! WOOHOO

I just want to start of by giving a shout out to Oscar and Thomas for there hard work and diligence in giving great customer service.  My problems started off with a flooded laundry room and water raining down from our pipe hanging over garage.  I was able to look up this company on yelp and quickly got Oscar out to help tackle what I hoped would be just a clog.  He was very polite and eager to fix the problem when he arrived and started snaking.  We weren't able to hit the clog from the first clean out and he thought we may need to pull the toilet which would have cost a lot more.  He got on the phone with Thomas for assistance to find another way to keep the cost low for me.  Thomas came down to the site and checked things out and together they were able to find another access point to see if they could hit the clog from another angle.  Luckily they were able fix the problem after using two different snake heads and a lot of effort.  I again want to voice my appreciation for not giving up and giving a very fair price for the hard work.  Thanks for coming out and taking care of us.

Carlos arrived on time at my house yesterday and replaced two bathroom sink faucets that were leaking.  He was extremely helpful in explaining what was going on and what his suggestion was.  The faucets look great and we are very happy with his work.  Also, Nicole was great and helpful with scheduling my appointment.  Armando even called to followup.  I also wanted to say that Carlos had a mask and disinfectant to clean after his work.  My husband and I really appreciated the professional work!  This is the second time that they have helped us and it was wonderful.

Red Lilly was great! They came to my house (in escrow) to do an inspection and provide an estimate for repairs with very short notice. I look forward to working with them in the future!

Our water heater was completely shot, and we needed a new one asap. Sal's had their technician at our house in less than an hour.  Martin was great -- friendly, knowledgeable, fast and clean. Unlike all the other companies, Sal's gave us their all-in price up-front. There were no extra fees or expenses to add later, and they stuck to that price. Hot water was restored in a couple of hours.

I would hire them again in a heartbeat, and recommend them wholeheartedly.

I had a repair needed on my shower faucet that was above my pay grade. Definitely not something that was simple enough for me to do on my own (I soon realized as I observed the work being done). Not only were they quick to respond to my request for a quote, but I found their rates to be fair without overpricing while completing the job quickly and excellently. They were on time and did an overall great job. I would definitely recommend this business. Will call on them again next time I need this kind of work done.

This company is tops!  Look no further.  Great first experience.  We're old so we have years worth of plumbing dilemmas.  We called them, they gave us a one hour window.  At the top of the hour of that window Simon called to say he'd be over in 20 min., and he was!  Reasonable prices too.  Service call was $135 in April 2018.  
Simon, is a nice, nice man.  He took care of a plugged bathtub and a pipe leak within minutes.   We are making them our designated plumbers from now on.

Update on 11/27/2017: David came over today to fix a problem with our gas range. He researched the problem in advance so he was prepared and then he found the problem and fixed it all in 10 minutes, total. He also offered to take a look at a recent repair on my toilet that another plumber had made when David wasn't available, to make sure it was done correctly. Once again, I found him to be smart, reliable, reasonably priced, and very good at figuring things out (and explaining them). I highly recommend him.

I don't write Yelp reviews very often, but I've hired Dave of Wallace Plumbing several times and think he really deserves my taking the time to give a review. Dave is friendly guy and a great plumber. I have called him at least 5 times for three different properties (two houses and a condo). He always responds super promptly, which as you know is very helpful when there's a plumbing emergency! He has fixed drains, leaks, water pressure problems, and even properly re-installed a toilet that had been installed wrong by another plumber. He will point out something that might need work in the future but his philosophy is if it ain't broke, don't fix it and he doesn't try to gouge you by having him fix something now that doesn't need it yet. He's very honest, and will tell you if it's something he doesn't think he can fix because it requires a big crew or equipment he doesn't have. He's very generous with his time and advice: In one instance, we had a water heater that was leaking and the company rep came and diagnosed the problem as something very complicated. I consulted Dave by phone, sent him photos, he consulted with a friend who is an expert in water heaters, and they diagnosed the problem correctly. He did this as a favor, to keep me from going down the rabbit hole with the water heater company. Anyway, I highly recommend him.

Pros: The experience taught me a lot about how to deal with contractors

Cons: Left a gas pipe wide open and leaking gas for five days (potentially deadly gas leak), Sent a different plumber every day (so he can use unlicensed plumbers), Sociopathic and manipulative conversations with the owner

We hired Ford's plumbing to work on the gas line to our water heater and have never had a worse customer experience. The company sent their most personable, qualified plumber to quote the job and get us to sign a contract, and then proceeded to send a different incompetent worker each day, using the California loophole which allows the use of unlicensed plumbers on jobs $500 or less. After intense contract disputes with the sociopathic manipulative owner, the job was finally completed. Five days later, after smelling gas in the house, we called the gas company who found that the gas line had been left wide open and leaking gas for 5 days straight. If we hadn't properly aired the house out, this mistake could have proved fatal.

If we had received proper customer service I would be writing a very different review, but when terrible work is paired with terrible customer service I feel the need to warn others.

UPDATE: Now the sump pump container is filing with sewage. The fun continues

Robert, a Technician from Prodigy, who came to review & resolve the clogged pipes was awesome.  He was courteous, patient, diligent, calm and professional.  Step by step, he reviewed and analyzed the situation using a camera from different areas of the house and resolved the issue for us at ease, without causing a mess or hustle.  

The price was very reasonable for the service rendered.  I couldn't be happier!  Next time I would definitely call them 1st!.Thank you very much!

I absolutely love these guys! Ruben has helped us out about a dozen times at different properties I manage- he's fixed a huge range of items from leaky toilets to broken pipes. Always nice to talk to, squeezes me in last minute, on time and fairly priced. I can't say enough great things about them -so glad I found NonStop!

We've used them for a couple repairs, and they are smart, knowledgable,  and thorough in their work. One repair needed immediate attention and they came over within the hour. Certainly recommend. And they accept credit cards.

Called T-Max to locate a leak in my garage. Tony was responsive and reliable.  He located the leak and fixed it quickly and provided exceptional service.  I would recommend this business!

Dave saved the day! I woke up at 4:30 am with water coming down from the ceiling over my bed. I called around a few plumbers and after a couple of no's, talked to Diane. She had Dave come over by 10:30 that morning. He eventually found the leak and helped me figure out next steps with mitigation. He then came over yesterday and fixed the issue.  I cannot understate how wonderful Dave and Diane have been in a very stressful situation. I will 100% call him for any plumbing needs going forward.

I sadly write this review due to the repeated non-response of John and RJ Plumbing, both this year and last.  Most recently I left a message describing services needed early yesterday morning via both his preferred text and the listed office phone to address.  I had three plumbing issues at my home: drain stoppers, a leaky faucet base, and replacing a kitchen faucet.  He has not responded via text or phone.  The same thing happened about a year ago or so; I chalked it up to Covid, but maybe not.

To be fair, I'd used John in the past; he was excellent, fair-priced, and efficient, even answering questions about what I'd need to do to maintain his new repairs.  I'm sorry that he has become non-responsive.

I had to come back here and express my gratitude to Alex! Unfortunately we had another plumbing issue in our garage and Alex took care of it right away. As many know, plumbing issues can be extremely stressful so I'm very happy we have Plumbing Works in our contacts. Thanks again!

Second time calling Sal's about a toilet issue. They got someone out here real quick and it ended up being a quick fix. Service was very informative and friendly, would call again.

Rodrigo is the best! We had a broken valve that another plumber could not fix and Rodrigo came out and saved the day. He's reliable, did the job in 30 minutes. He saved us thousands of dollars by not having to break open the shower wall. I'm so happy we found him and now have an amazing to plumber to call!
