Aric and Broc did an amazing job unclogging our main pipeline which was blocked by stubborn, overgrown roots.  They were patient answering all of my questions and happy to explain the process. Thanks to their hard work and having all of the right tools, the job was a huge success.

The technician was friendly and prompt! I need it to change the pressure relieve valve and the technician was able to change it on the same day.

I contacted Red Lilly Plumbing for a sewer repair on a hillside home in Northeast Los Angeles.  Had to repair a 4-inch sewer chimney (12 feet deep on hill side) and a 6-inch sewer lateral (6 feet deep at street level). Charles matched (and beat) another competitor's bid and we were in business.  Manny, Perez, and Castro were very friendly and knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job.  Halfway through the project it became clear that the 1923 sewer line was not connected to the main city sewer at the place where we all had expected it to be. This unforeseen challenge led to difficult negotiations during which I wished Charles had been a little more proactive with reaching out; and able to spend more than one minute on the phone during each of our phone calls.  But, I understand he was busy with multiple projects and was doing his best.  Giovanni ended up taking over the project and completed it swiftly once the crew was back.  A difficult project for all of us, but it eventually got completed, with excellent craftsmanship, and within 3% of the initial budget despite unexpected underground discoveries(!).  Would definitely do business with them again.

2nd time using Sal's. Exemplary service. Had a leaking pipe under the sink. Called Sal's. They had someone here within 20 min from my call and fixed within another 20 min! Thanks to Sergio (and another guy that had come but i forgot his name ‍) for coming out and also advising me on what to keep an eye out for.

Best plumber! Super fast and responsive. Fixed everything and were very safe as well. Couldn't recommend them anymore!

Called them out for emergency service because of a back up sewer line. This guys are great and reliable. Job was done within an hour, thanks John.

Called David and got a response within 15 mins.  Had a toilet that was slightly leaking.  David was able to swing by the same day to diagnose the problem.  Due to my own schedule, we had to reschedule for the following day.  David arrived promptly and fixed the issue quickly.  Highly recommend him!

The owner just happened to be in our neighborhood on a Sunday morning, drove by and met him within about 5 to 10 minutes.  He was tremendously helpful in quickly assessing and identifying a main leaking water line.
He didn't charge for the review. But could send someone out first thing in the next morning to open up our front lawn and fix the leaking pipe.    Thank you Robert Ford.

Called Mark to have my refrigerator water/ice maker line connected to my kitchen sink. The apartment complex i moved to, their maintenance personnel didn't feel comfortable doing this job. Mark was very pleasant over the phone  and accommodating with setting a schedule for this to be done.  He arrived 30 mins early and took his time to make sure the job was done properly.. During his time there he was super personable and open about his personal life which made me feel more comfortable about the person he is and how he runs his business.   I will definitely use his services again and pass along his business cards to my family and friends. What i liked most of all is that he took the time hisself to come and do this little job when he could have had one of his employees do it. Not to mention, he is BONDED AND INSURED . Thanks again!

Paxton and his assistant Ryan were an amazing standout in a sorry field of local plumbers.  I needed help quickly and had already wasted time dealing with a rude, entitled, overpriced plumber and many others that were just unavailable despite their advertising. Paxton was somehow able to get out here very quickly, assessed and explained the problem thoroughly and accurately, gave me a good bid, and fixed everything efficiently, courteously, and right on time.  My new go-to plumber!

One of our main pipes exploded , created a huge mess. We waited two days for other plumbers, no water, and they were all unreliable and no shows. A friend recommended Non Stop Plumbing & Rooters and we couldn't be happier! They showed up as scheduled found the problem in no time and had the best solution for the repair.  They even tightened a faucet that another plumber ruined. Such an honest company and great service. We've found our main plumber!

Wow!!!!  I called on a Friday morning at 9am and Ronelle picked up the phone ( no VM here...a real person).  Unfortunately, I need a water softener system installed and this just happens to be the one thing Mainline does not do.  Ronelle is so kind she is helping me locate a company that may be able to help me.  If I ever do need a plumber I will absolutely give Mainline Plumbing my business.

Called T-Max to locate a leak in my garage. Tony was responsive and reliable.  He located the leak and fixed it quickly and provided exceptional service.  I would recommend this business!

I will always use Plumbing Works because of Alex's honesty. Another plumbing company said my home and family were in danger if I did not make a repair costing $1,600. I asked Alex for a second opinion and he demonstrated to me why the repair was completely unnecessary. Think about that. He had a chance to undercut the other guys and make himself a few hundred dollars and he chose to do the right thing. That's why I will always go with this company.

Tried to charge my landlord $2500 for a simple leak, exposure, and repair. Gilbert's Plumbing charged $350 for the same job, and were much more professional. Also, the plumber from sals was told not to start the work, but  they did anyway, and charged landlord $500 for changing a leaky facet cartridge and putting a hole in the ceiling.

Rodrigo showed up on time with a mask professionally dressed And with covers over his shoes.  He was referred by a General Contractor as a very qualified Plumber.  Installed a kitchen faucet as requested.  Went above and beyond the required. Fixed a few other Minor projects and left with a very satisfied customer.  Happy to recommend him and will use him again.
