Broc came to my house at the time he said. Very professional. It was a much bigger job then he expected and apologetically added a bit more to the estimate which I had expected as it really took much more than a simple clean out. Other estimates were significantly higher. He completed the job and left everything clean and functioning properly. I highly recommend Broc.

I have called Red Lilly 3-4 times since we moved into our house - for everything from installation of a water filter system to repairing our macerating toilet. They're prompt. Reliable. And always super nice!

Did very good work for us, we had two faucets that weren't draining properly and both are now good as new. One necessitated getting new parts and was difficult to fix but it's working great now.

John and Gary are amazing plumbing technicians. I called while quite distressed about a water heater situation on an early evening. Of course, we had to be without hot water on the coldest day of this LA winter. John came over right away, worked some magic and temporarily restored function on it even though he mentioned there may be an issue with some parts. He was right so everyone got a hot shower in and the water heater was out again. Gary was sent to troubleshoot the problem with his voltage meter (thing) and after the parts finally arrived from the manufacturer, within a few hours, the water heater was fixed and peace and harmony (and hot water) was restored.

I have had the misfortune of having had more than my fair share of plumbing issues in the past. There is nothing more important than the feeling of confidence in the professionals you hired, and John and Gary just gave me that gut feeling that they are know exactly what they're doing. On top of that, the fees are very reasonable. John is very quick and immediate with his replies via text and phone. I think in this town, it's hard to find a trustworthy, competent and affordable licensed plumbing technician so don't even hesitate calling them if you need a plumber. I say them because John doesn't work alone -- he's got a team of technicians he can dispatch out and someone's always on call to deal with the middle-of-the-night emergencies.

David has done several jobs for us over the past two years and each time he successfully solved the problem.  He is dependable and friendly.  He has always been available for us within a day or two,  We highly recommend him as a plumber and all around good guy.

I called Ford's yesterday because my wall heater was not working. They said someone would be here between 11-1pm. Minutes after 11am, Scotty showed up. Big smile on his face and ready to help. He could not have been more helpful, showing me step by step what he was doing. He was almost instantly able to recognize the problem and help figure out the solution. I never write reviews but I needed to let everyone know just how amazing he was. Ford's is now my go to for any future problems.

Prodigy Plumbing is the best!  I've had several jobs done by Matt, Kory, and Ozzy. All 3 were very professional and did great work.  From now on, I will only call Prodigy for all plumbing needs.

The reality - My wife was home when Paxton arrived (not me), and for 15 minutes of looking at the job and giving your numbers, Paxton tried to charge her $115, and when I called him out on this, he admitted that he hadn't shared with me his $98 price and then dropped the amount. He squeezed my wife, who was home with our newborn twins, into paying.

Yes, he helped with the hair removal, but without quoting her (or saying what he intended on doing) he just dropped under the sink and started working. Same with the shower handle situation.

I'm all about paying experts fair prices. But this was supposed to be an estimate as I have another plumber coming to check out the issues as well. Paxton flipped it into work right then and there...and that's where I have the problem.

Update (Sunday 6/5/16) - The shower handle started to come loose again.

I cannot thank this AMAZING team enough! They did an OUTSTANDING job with explaining the major issue we were having. They were HONEST and gave us options to choose from that worked within our budget. Before they came I've never had to experience bad plumbing before and it was nerve wrecking! They really provided us with some peace of mind and also worked FAST and efficiently! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is having minor to major issues. They even provide emergency services and showed up after hours for us! Check out how bad our pipe looked before they showed up!

The work they did was great and affordable but it was SUCH a hassle to actually get them out to my boss's house. Would never give me a set time and when they did, wouldn't commit to it. Would say they'd call me right back, never did. When I called the lady out on it, she denied it, was rude, and then made excuses.  They obviously just didn't want our business very much and would make excuses for why it happened, countless times, and my boss is an extremely busy guy and needs a set time for everything and when they didn't get back to me, they called him directly which he did not want. He doesn't have time to deal with people in general not to mention unprofessional people and that's why I do it for him, haha, so then I was kept out of the loop by the plumbing company and it was all just a big mess.   Needless to say, we used them twice (2nd time was worse) so we will not be using them again and would advise you not to either!

Called T-Max to locate a leak in my garage. Tony was responsive and reliable.  He located the leak and fixed it quickly and provided exceptional service.  I would recommend this business!

I cannot even Fully express how happy I am with David and his company! We found him through Yelp after getting a few quotes from other plumbers who wanted to charge us a ridiculous amount of money to hook up my shower pipes. I bought a fixer upper and a older house so there were quite a few issues. Since we were so happy with David's work on my shower, we asked him to also replace our water heater to a brand new one and help to do plumbing work under the house because our original inspection report included issues that needed immediate fixing. We also asked him to come another time because we discovered a leak in one of our other pipes, so we had to shut off the water and he literally came over to us the same day before he went home because he knew it was an emergency. He also recommended a handy man to us who helped us do some other work on our house. So, the best parts??? He is SO reasonable with his pricing, he is a great guy who works hard and fast and will explain everything to you first, his assistant who handles his appointments is so sweet and helpful and his work is AMAZING! I have finally found my forever plumber and recommended David's company to everyone! You will not regret it!

I called RJ Plumbing for a plumbing emergency first thing on a Monday morning.  It took a couple of hours for Karen to call me back, but she was very helpful, understanding & pleasant to deal with.  She scheduled two sub-contractors to come out that day - one from Eagle Eye Detections, a leak detection specialist, and the other from TFM mold & water damage.
This review deals mainly with these two gentlemen, since RJ didn't actually perform the work.  

Anthony from Eagle Eye Detections showed up earlier than expected and spent a LOT of time isolating a slow leak in a pipe feeding the kitchen faucet.  He was very professional, and not only found the leak, but was able to fix it on the spot for an extra charge.  The only issue I have is that he hooked up an air line to the pipes to force the water out, but didn't stick around long enough to ensure that all of the air was bled out correctly.  If I didn't have a basic understanding of plumbing, I would've had to have him come out a second time to figure out why the supply lines inside the toilet tanks blew off of their connections and leak onto the bathroom floors.  

Thomas from TFM water damage started the cleanup immediately.  Actually both of these gentlemen were done well before my insurance could send someone out to estimate the damage.  Thomas is probably a little too pushy - I had to rein him in, so my agent could get a mold specialist out to assess that damage.  It's apparent that he doesn't like to wait.

Judging by the previous reviews of RJ Plumbing, I'd probably call them again when another issue arises.  I'm dismayed that they're only available M-F, since practically every plumbing emergency I've ever encountered seems to happen after hours and on weekends.

I had to come back here and express my gratitude to Alex! Unfortunately we had another plumbing issue in our garage and Alex took care of it right away. As many know, plumbing issues can be extremely stressful so I'm very happy we have Plumbing Works in our contacts. Thanks again!

I highly recommend Major League Plumbing. I called on a Friday evening during Memorial Day weekend when no else would respond, and MLP answered and came through within hours. They are very professional, knowledgeable and very fair priced. I needed my toilet fixed and it was handled within minutes. I'm appreciative of their service!
