Well I take back my previous Broc is fantastic review. He's not, he's an uncooperative and immature hot head. When you kindly ask to please be careful and not scratch a $400 Kohler fixture finish as he'd previously done, he stops, refuses to do the work and promptly runs out the door telling you to find someone else who's more gentle to do the job.

When you expect someone to do the right thing and they tell you to pound sand, that's just really bad business. When someone says they really need your help to fix a problem and that's how you react...think about that before you give him your business. This is the last time I use him. If zero stars were possible, that's what I'd give him for his uncooperative and downright rude behavior.

Enjoy the bizarre harassing devil ideation text messages lovingly sent by Broc. Clearly can't take criticism for his poor attitude.

On Sunday night our shower started backing up and first thing Monday I called City Plumbing. We've used them in the past and enjoyed thought they were stellar. We had agreed for someone to come out at 9 AM on Wednesday but last minute I need to change the window to later in the day and they were super accommodating.
Brandon arrived on time and reviewed all of the work that needed to be done and explained everything thoroughly to me. Looking forward to having everything working properly again!

Anthony came same day, fixed the problem quickly. His approach and handling of the situation was professional and clean. He was very knowledgeable. I would hire him again.

Had a couple of issues with my bathroom in my loft in Downtown LA and Carlos really helped me out! He diagnosed the problem (different than what the building maintenance had told me) and recommended the solution based on his knowledge of working in other units in my building and other high-rise buildings around downtown LA. The company (Red Lilly) is responsive, sent a technician out within 48 hours of calling them and seemed to be honest for my first time using them. I will be calling them in the future for any plumbing issues!

Replaced old cast iron drain pipes under the house. Had a cleanout installed. Concrete and stucco work. good communication from Gaspar and completed in a reasonable time frame.

I called  B H plumbing since i had a clogged drain.
They showed up within the time frame they gave me, they inspected the issue with a camera, than shahar took care of the cloggage in a professional way. Price was reasonable and i definitely recommend them.

I recently moved into a home in South LA and needed a specialist to check out my water heater. I called around for different estimates. Immediately, Cali Rooter was on the case. John was the first to return my initial inquiry, and was at my home 2 hours later. He diagnosed the issue, kept me informed throughout the process, fixed the issue, and that was that. I wish more companies were as diligent and accurate.  RECOMMEND.

Our DWP water bills had skyrocketed across two of our office buildings and so we looked for a plumber on Yelp to help investigate, thinking it was possibly a water leak somewhere. The first company we called from Yelp (with high ratings) came out and found a leak in one of our toilets. They only had time to look at one of the offices that day and gave us an estimate for close to $1,500 to fix the one toilet or $2,000 to replace. That seemed outrageous and so we decided to get a second opinion and called Wallace. David came out the next day. He confirmed the one toilet was indeed leaking and actually found a leak in another toilet in our other building. Long story short, he fixed both and only charged us $350 total. He is incredibly knowledgable and professional, and just an all around good person. It was clear we were being hosed by the other company, no pun intended, likely seeing our office spaces and assuming we could afford to be upcharged (unfortunately, not an uncommon practice). In an industry where it's very easy to take advantage of people who don't know any better, David's honesty and integrity were very much appreciated, and that will be rewarded in the future. I would not consider calling anyone else.

Efficient, thorough, and friendly. Very happy with the service for shower drain issue, from my initial contact with Sara to schedule appointment to the visit by Reilly, Will definitely contact in the future and refer to family & friends in the area.

Marco & Juan were great. Professional, organized, clean (loved that they put on shoe booties every time they exited and re-entered our home), knowledgable and equipped.  Diagnosed our tube faucets problems and offered and clearly explained several options for repair.  Once we decided on a direction, they fixed the problem and we have been enjoying our showers ever since.  Highly recommend Prodigy.

Paxton and his crew are great.   He's responsive, easy going and friendly (can't emphasize this enough, especially when on my end I've been stressed out and feeling frantic).  I've had him work on a number of issues (blockage, leaks... some minor, some major) and he's been very reasonable on the cost.  A few times I've had him check out other things and he's told me how I can DIY and save on costs.

I've also had him and his crew work on electrical issues (installing a new outlet, fixing hazardous wiring).

I highly recommend.

I know close to nothing when it comes to plumbing issues and I've called Non Stop Plumbing & Rooter multiple times now for issues that Ruben came and handled immediately, efficiently, and always with kindness, no matter how simple of a job I needed done and never made me feel silly for calling.

I cannot say enough of how Mainline Plumbing has answered ever problem we have had !!!!! Just recently (Sunday 4-15) we were notified by our neighbors that we had a leak  !!!! Called Mainline Plumbing and they said they would be out first thing in the morning , sending one guy !!! Well Monday morning I had 4 guys at my house and within about 20 minutes they found the leak (it was underground) !!!! Mainline Plumbing has been my go to plumbers and ALWAYS WILL BE !!!!! If you ever need a plumber DO NOT hesitate to call them !!!! Thank you again !!!!!!!

Superb customer service! We had some water gushing out at the front of our house. I called D&D and they answered very quickly. Came to snake the pipes - whole thing took only about 5 minutes. Definitely  going to be my go-to plumber for future work!

John was great with communication and very fair on price for scope of work we needed! Definitely would recommend. We will be using him for all our future plumbing needs(which we also hope won't be anytime soon) :)

I was so lucky to find him on Yelp. His quote was much more affordable than others  and yet his work was impeccable and his service was 5 stars.  If you want top notch service at a very reasonable price you won't find better. I highly recommend him.

Sal's came out in about an hour late on a Friday and cleared my sewer drain just fine. I appreciated the quick service but what I was concerned about was when the technician told me that if I posted a yelp review, I would get a $20 discount, so the price would be $165 instead of $185 to clear my sewer. I like to give business to local, family owned businesses like Sal's is advertised but I may have been better off with one of the chains, like Mike Diamond and wouldn't have been asked to get a better price if I gave them a yelp review. And, I had to do it before the guy left.

I'm super glad that I chose Major League Plumbing to help me out with my plumbing situation. Rodrigo was very professional, prompt, and nice all throughout our interactions. He was extremely patient and made sure to give all possible options rather than tunneling to the most expensive option right away. Rodrigo was very transparent about his services and how much it would cost (very reasonable). He was able to quickly diagnose and fixed our shower/sink pressure issue. I will definitely be calling for all future house plumbing issues. Also plus points for having plastic covers for his shoes when he entered the house!!
