Returned my call within 5 mins and showed up promptly first thing in the morning at 7:30am as scheduled.

Very professional, showed with business card in hand announcing himself with a hand shake. Nice intro!

Broc did not waste anytime getting started. Asked where to go and got straight to it. He actually took the time to show me everything he was doing and why things weren't working and showed me how to fix it myself for next time. I was actually expecting to replace everything, but he repaired and got things working great. Good as new.

Good attitude, great service, knows what he is doing.

They did a great job fixing my water pressure regulator, it was fast and done professionally. The pricing was fair for a Sunday afternoon. As everyone else was quoting a ridiculous price because it was a weekend. I  would definitely call them again If i ever need some help.

I called the company to get a quote to Replace 2 Washing machine supply Valves (valves to turn on hot and cold water, on a wall behind a washing machine). I was asked to text a picture (?) which I did.

I got a call back from their plumber with the estimate of $650!
It literally takes 15 minutes to do this.
I told him that for that money I could buy a new washing machine with free delivery and installation :).

It is very strange that you and your plumber have had difficulty understanding what Replacing 2 Washing machine supply Valves for a simple (non-commercial)  residential washing machine is.

Why not simply apologize for your plumber who was trying to take advantage of me? $650?
It took a plumber from a different company only 15 minutes, and no, it was a small fraction of  your quote of $650, way far from it :).

I don't want to write a review based on personal thoughts so I will try to rely strictly on facts.

1. I got charged 600 bucks to snake a drain from sales
    I got quotes from 3 other plumbers ranging from 200-350.  (I eventually went with the 350 one who fixed the issue and really did a great job too.)
2.  Sals was going to charge me 250 bucks to use a camera to see the clog (the other plumber I went with did it for free and removed an item from the pipe)

Sals was telling me there is no set price and the plumber will charge whatever they think the job is worth.  Fair enough, but when I call 3 other plumbers and they are all 250 dollars less than what you're charging, are you just ripping people off because they have no idea how much things cost?

the 3rd plumber from sal's came out and quoted me 2100-1900 dollars to remove the clogged item.  Trust me bro, i've been doing this for 15 years, I'll take care of you!  .. this is a person whom i've never met before, so yeah why would i trust you blindly with 2100 bucks?  The plumber who charged me 350 was able to remove the pipe and the clog.  I wasn't about to let sals charge me another 2k just to remove an item that another plumber was able to do for 350.  

Have the receipts to prove how much I was charged from Sals, and how much I was charged from the other plumber PLUS the actual item that was removed.

So disappointing to happen but I thought people might want to hear about it and hopefully learn from it.  I have had identical experiences as the last few people this month.

EDIT:  Updating with an estimate that I got proving the 1900-2100 estimate that Sals' came out to do LAST YEAR... not YEARS ago.  It's insulting that you're confusing me with another customer, and making me realize that the way you worked with me is just another day to you.

We called BH Plumbing and were able to schedule an appointment for the same day. Shahar was easy to communicate with pre-visit via phone/text and showed up on time! While here he thoroughly inspected/accessed the problem and took the time to explain our options. His approach was consultative and he is very knowledgable. Highly recommend!

I contacted them about an issue at 10 pm. They arrived at 8 am the next morning. Responsive and solid work.

Dave is great. He responded quickly to my request, was able to squeeze me into his day, and was gracious regarding a non-working elevator at my building. He fixed both of my problems -- bathroom sink and master bath toilet -- quickly and did spot checks on other wonky plumbing issues in my apartment. He was friendly and left the work area nice and clean. :-) I want to upgrade my faucets and he guided me through what specifications I need for the bathrooms and kitchen. I'll be calling him again when I'm ready to upgrade my faucets!

They went above and beyond good service, i would recommend fords plumbing to everyone. Great job!

Ruben did a fantastic job. The water line to my fridge wasn't working, and he was able to fix it in minutes. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him as a plumber.

We had an emergency sewer backup to our surprise at 7:00 this morning. Our toilets did not flush and just kept backing up. My husband found this amazing company, Mainline on Nextdoor, which were highly recommended and thank heavans for that. He called them right away and  Ranelle answered and was very professional. She took the time and listed to our emergency situation. She let my husband know that they were booked solid today, but after hearing our emergency, she squizzed us in. Within 45 minutes of our initial call, Richard showed up with an employee and were very professional as well as COVID compliant. They were there for about 1 1/2 hrs using a rooter machine because my sewer line was heavily Infested with roots. They  recommended to use a Hydrojett to help clear out all the roots. They came back later that afternoon to do the Hydrojett, so glad we took their advise.  We look forward to using Mainline for all our plumbing needs and you will too!

Great service and the prices are very reasonable. Tony was very reliable and arrived right on time.

D&D are the best plumbers in LA. I was having an issue with my water heater and Dave got it sorted out in no time. Came within the time they said, was a totally cool guy and fixed the problem. If you're having any plumbing issue give this family run expert business a call you will not be disappointed.

This has to be one of the best plumbers on the planet.  Right on time, clean, super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.  Great price too.  He replaced my shutoff valve in about 15 minutes.  Other plumbers told me 2 hours minimum.  He is a real find.

I called this company at 10:30 am and Alex was able to come within 3 hours
changed the outdoor Leaking Faucet, took care of a gas leak in the Barbecue, and also a leaking bathroom Faucet in a short time at a very reasonable price.

Thomas was such a huge help. He worked so hard to clear a clog 50 feet down our kitchen drain pipe. He was patient reassuring and hard working.  We have used Sals Plumbing several times. They are fair. But more important the value is huge.  Thank you Thomas!

We hired somebody else to install 2 shower panels, because they claimed they could do the job. It seemed reasonable, as the instructions looked pretty simple to follow. To our horror, that 'simple job' turned into a 7-hour nightmare and no water flow from either shower panel. Lucky for us, we found Rodrigo here on Yelp and, given the reviews, didn't hesitate to call him. It is now the next day and  our shower panels are running full flow and are amazing! Keep Rodrigo on your speed dial: he's prompt, he's excellent, and he won't leave a mess in your house. Oh, and we didn't even have to ask him to wear a mask, he had one on already and even brought new booties to wear in our home.
