Ditto all the 5-star reviews. I requested a quote on Yelp to unclog my tub/shower drain and did the thing where you have Yelp send the quote request to multiple companies. Of everyone who responded, Broc was one of the quickest to respond and had the cheapest price, AND he was available next-day. It only got better once he was here-- fast-working, friendly, fun to interact with, and was able to unclog my drain without a second thought (after I'd spent a week trying a plunger, vinegar, drain-o, you name it...to no avail). He made an otherwise-annoying problem much more enjoyable and I'll definitely be calling him for any future work!

Sink was clogged and draining painfully slow until Doug came out and took care of the issue. Above and beyond. Highly recommend these guys. Very legit

Ok, so I just moved in to my new house. Day three the shower backs up, water is coming out of the toilet. Naturally I am panicked. My house is full of boxes and now this.

I searched Yelp for the best plumber in Northridge and Armando at Fix it Quick plain bing came up. I called and honestly they were here about 20 minutes later. Very quick, much quicker than I thought.

You could tell he knew what he was doing right away, which made me as someone who doesn't know anything about plumbing feel better.

He walked the house and assessed the damage. He had the shower cleared out in no time and showed me on the camera how the lining of the pipes was very think and eventually this was going to happen again and he recommend a procedure.  At first I was hesitant, but decided it was it my interest to do it. I didn't want to spend the money having bought a new house, but it made more sense to me to spend a little now and not have a problem later.

We get in there and discover the true nature of the clog. A flange from a toilet someone installed was blocking the pipe flow. So picture a coin that fits perfectly in a tube. The right flow of water and it closes the pipe.

So Armando immediately recognized the issue and showed me on the camera the item blocking and he knew exactly what it was.

He made a sound recommendation on what to do. I wasn't able to afford the procedure right away - because new house. He gave me a very fair quote and honored it until I could get the work completed.

They just finished drilling in to floor, cutting up my foundation, cutting out the pipe - and he knew right where it was. It was really amazing how he knew. They relaid the pipe, filled up the spot with concrete and made the finish very easy for the tile folks.

Considering there was a jackhammer in my house and large scale cutting tools, the damage was minimal and there was no mess. They blocked everything off, and cleaned up very well after them selves.

Obviously this was costly, but I also own a house and these things do happen.  I could not recommend Armando and the plumbing team. He was thoughtful and knowledgeable about the work. He knows about the plumbing of homes and was very honest about his timeline and what it would take to do the work.

They are the best plumbers in Northridge. If you have to deal with this type of issue, use them.

I rarely write reviews but Red Lilly Plumbing is just too good. The dispatcher was prompt, courteous and helpful in the extreme. She responded to my online request almost immediately and after I decided to use Red Lilly, she had a plumber at my place within 30 minutes. The plumber, Cesar, was fantastic; also prompt, polite, knowledgeable, expert at his work and fast. And to top it all off, the price was much lower than the other estimate I obtained and was very reasonable. It's very rare to obtain this level of satisfaction for this kind of work.

Unfortunately my experience wasn't as good as other yelpers. I called them late Sunday afternoon. I was quoted $98 for weekday drain cleaning and a higher rate for weekends. I decided to wait till Monday since we have two bathrooms. The plumber came out and quoted $150 to unplug my drain. I did tell him I was quoted $98 the night before. He did argue about that, but did charge me the $98. He said all the pipes were broke and quoted me an additional charge of $330. I asked him to describe the damage. He said it was all the pipes under the sink. I passed on the repair of the pipes. I was able to repair the pipes for $35 and a half hour of my labor. I thought the $330 was excessive. He did unplug the drain.

Just had Shahar come back for a second visit... to fix my bathtub this time. He did an excellent job again. My tub was not working for years and is now perfect! I couldn't be happier!!

Gary came on time, was friendly, and best of all cleared our kitchen drain block which I was unable to after snaking it myself.  Highly recommend Cali Rooter and Gary

We called David to come fix our leaky garden hose and oh while you're here another project with the upstairs sink, which turned out to be a major job.  He fixed everything  and the price was reasonable, especially considering how big a job the sink ended up being.  He showed up right on time and was very honest.

I was having a bit of an emergency in my apartment and my landlord was useless, I called Fords plumbing and they answered immediately. The woman I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. She then directed me to Riley who was extremely kind and helpful. He helped me get my situation fixed right away and even called back to check on me to make sure the problem was solved and everything was still working properly. What a stand up guy! I will continue to use and recommend Fords. Thanks again Riley! Greatly appreciated.

Prodigy has done some great work for us and that's why I keep calling them back. Matt came out and diagnosed our Grohe leaky shower and ordered the part that we needed. He made an appointment to do the install and showed up promptly. The shower works great and he also descaled our Noritz tankless water heater and replaced the cartridge. While he was here Matt also tested our other water devices (sinks, toilets, showers, bath) and tested our water pressure. Thanks Matt!

Called T-Max to locate a leak in my garage. Tony was responsive and reliable.  He located the leak and fixed it quickly and provided exceptional service.  I would recommend this business!

Heaven sent. Saturday day before Easter , 5:38am our water line burst . Called 8 plumbing co. In total . A big handful came , took their ( $45-$95) travel fee & went on their way . ( we don't break concrete / we're too busy / we can't start till Wed/ it'll be $12,000 but will need $9k up front) ... not 1 cared that I have a elderly mom to care for , and can't be without water for too long.

I will call out High Speed Plumbing : you really are unprofessional. Send a guy who looked around & would NOT answer any of my questions. Take pictures , but no call back ... and then say I don't know why they sent me here and left. WTF?!??

11:44am , I spoke to DeAnn. And her voice alone assured me , I would not be 'taken for a ride' . That her guy David would be out to see it Sat between 3-4pm.

3:25pm.. a few others came & went with ridiculous solutions or none at all.
DeAnn calls and apologetically says David is running late but promises to be here. ( honestly, I should have been upset... but TBH, I was NOT. ) She once again assured me, I was in good hands .

Sure enough he showed up at 4:15pm. From 8 others , he was the ONLY one that really looked at the issue . Digged a few holes , turned the water back on ( as a curtesy for us to use since we've been without water by 6am when the water co. turned it off. )

Gave us a few options , a short term cheaper fix or a long term solution with a price that I didn't have to sell my kidneys nor my husband's on the black market.

Right then and there, I knew ... Godsend. To add, he assembled a crew to come on Easter Sunday . Yea ... no shit! They appeared at my house 9:20am. 6 superheros. Breaking concrete , laying copper pipes (190ft +)

Everything David said , he did. He was on site for 90% of the time. Worked a full day .

And him & his guy Dave came back Monday (today) and finished up. Tested the water , cleaned up ... and still with a smile.

Yes, I was bummed Easter plans got blown to smithereens ... but to see him and his crew come to our rescue / giving up their Easter ... was a very humbling experience .

Good people / fair honest hard working people still exist . And I am forever grateful for DeAnn being the angel who calmed me down during our first call and David being one for getting this done in short order.

No short cuts / no Jerry rig crap... their work is superb.

It's so refreshing to know there is plumber like John of RJ Plumbing that exists in this world.  He is so professional and immediately made me feel like I made the right choice in hiring him to install my new dryer.  I called several plumbers and RJ Plumbing was the only one who followed through in a timely manner and called me back with an estimate to install my dryer.  John was on time and was done with the installation very quickly.  He also saved me money on parts I had bought for the dryer, so I was able to take it back to Sears for a refund.  Before he left, he also arranged for someone to pick up my old dryer for free.  That was a relief since I really was not looking forward to taking care of that issue.  John was personable, honest and seemed very knowledgable.  An added plus is he only lives a few blocks away from me.  I really liked the idea of having a plumber that I could count on.  I would have no problem recommending RJ Plumbing to any of my friends.

I had to come back here and express my gratitude to Alex! Unfortunately we had another plumbing issue in our garage and Alex took care of it right away. As many know, plumbing issues can be extremely stressful so I'm very happy we have Plumbing Works in our contacts. Thanks again!

After my review the owner did reach out to me to make things right and reimburse me the service call that I was charged which I do appreciate. Excellent customer service and plumbing service!!! I messaged Rodrigo late Sunday evening for help with an installation of our new bathroom sink, and he responded immediately. He arrived to our house the very next morning!!!
