Broc was great.  Came out quickly and repaired clogged toilet quickly. Had a great attitude and made me feel comfortable and confident that I was getting the best service.

Very pleased with the quality of service. Dominic came out and fixed my leak quickly. This is my second job with Fix It Quick. The other was a massive project that had a few glitches, but Fix It Quick lived up to its name and we were only mildly inconvenienced. I would recommend them for responsiveness, quality of work, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

My bathroom sink was clogged & broken - Red Lilly sent over Jose to fix it & he was amazing!
He was on time & fixed my sink super quickly. He also shared some tips with me on how to adjust my sink in case I started having issues again.
Hopefully I won't have any further plumbing issues but would definitely appreciate his help again if I needed it.

If I could give this tech 0 I would! I called today because of some back up in my restrooms. The tech arrived and came to my door and stared at me as if he had no idea how to introduce himself or greet me, so I don't even know his name. It got worse from there. His attitude and conversation with me was condescending and short. Needless to say he did not stay long and did not do the job. Awful customer service and experience.

I needed someone to fix the shower valve handle which kept coming off. I was worried the problem would require going into the wall but Shahar came up with a much less intrusive solution. A week later...it hasn't fallen off. Thanks!

These guys were responsive and came when they said they would to snake a drain.

I initially wrote a review complaining about how they changed the price when they arrived at my property from their initial quote. The owner was on top of it and called me immediately and had the difference refunded. Seems like a good sign that the owner is invested in making sure the customer is happy!

Lovely fellow, fair prices, and excellent work. He was able to quickly and easily fix some loose faucets that my general contractor didnt install properly. It was a tight squeeze but he worked hard to get it right. And showed up exactly at his scheduled time. He will be my go to plumber from here on out.

Ryan Ford came on the same day/ within the time frame (on the early side) and was extremely nice & helpful!  He snaked the main line to clear the blockage and the original quote is how much I actually paid.  I'd had many, many plumbers come (2 being beyond horrible) but Ford's Plumbing & Heating was definitely one of the BEST!  THANK YOU RYAN!!!!

Great customer service. Alexis from Prodigy Plumbing came out last week and fixed a plumbing issue. He was ontime, courteous and kept me in the loop on what he was doing by showing me pictures of the work,  since it was under the house. I'll definitely call them back out due to Alexis's professionalism.

Called Ruben around 6 PM on Tuesday and scheduled an appointment two days later. Ruben was on time, courteous and very professional. I didn't even have to ask him and his colleague to use shoe covers before entering the house. He was able to resolve my leaking sink issue and told me about the warranty period. I'll definitely have him back and refer him to whomever I know. Thank you Ruben for the great service!

Mainline is truly the best Plumbing and Rootering company I've used...they are totally reliable, very affordable and they REALLY know their stuff!   They just fixed our leaking bathroom faucet and under-sink water valve, and did it quickly and professionally.  

I've used Mainline for a wide range of problems over the years (from leaking faucets and shower valves, to snaking/rootering out the largest clump of tree roots from our sewer line that you've ever seen - there was a true a monster pile of tree roots when they were done!).  

The owner, Ranelle, is always available and keeps you informed along the way.  She often asks for a quick photo of the problem texted to her so she can tell how big a job it will be, and can even tell what special parts might be needed based on your fixtures.  And if there are parts shortages (like there are now during COVID), she lets you know about that before sending a crew out (unlike other plumbers I've used in the past, who come out, charge for a service call, and only THEN say Oh, I'll need to order a part...I'll be back in a week).  And with Mainline, if someone else cancels or she has an unexpected opening, Ranelle will try to get you a crew out even earlier.

While no plumber is cheap, because Mainline is honest in their work, (don't charge you for unnecessary things, and don't try to pad the bills by sneaking in repairs that aren't really necessary -- like some other local companies do), I've actually found their rates to be among the best and most affordable in LA.  

If you live in Mainline's service area, and if you have a plumbing problem, do yourself a favor and call Ranelle at Mainline...once you've done that, you won't ever call another plumber again.

PS - their workmen on today's job were awesome, and they were very careful and safe in wearing masks, and had booties to wear when inside.  You can definitely feel safe having them in your home during this crazy COVID pandemic!

Amazing! He was on time, professional, and fast. He answered our questions about our water heater and performed the yearly maintenance required.

Had a leaky hose bib, Alex was fast, friendly, and did great work. Very helpful and will be calling again.

I called Sal's Plumbing to have them come out and check my backed up sewer line because I was having raw sewer leakage outside in my back yard. YUCK!  They came right over, driving a professional work truck, bringing all the heavy equipment needed to diagnose the problem.  I paid to have the plumbing snaked and to have a camera placed down the pipe to pin point the problem... Plumber David gave me a detailed reporting of what the plumbing problem was so I could pass the information on to my plumber... I requested an estimate from him also, just in case I wanted Sal's Plumbing to replace the broken sewer pipe.  I was very satisfied with their professionalism and extent of work that was completed for a very reasonable price...

After I had the raw sewage cleaned up, I decided to have Sal's come back out and replace the sewer pipe.  Again, they were very professional and the job included breaking up and removal of concrete, jack hammers, replacing pipes and concrete fill in. Even when some unexpected issues/ miscommunications came up during this job, which ran through the weekend, Sal's Plumbing worked diligently with me and I am very happy with the way everything turned out!  I will call Sal's Plumbing the next time I am in need of any plumbing work done! THANK YOU JOE AND DAVID!!!!

We manage a 5 unit apartment building. We have continual and usually urgent kitchen and bath drainage needs.
Yesterday was no different. Rodrigo responded to my request for a snake out within 10 min. He scheduled for the very next morning at 9a. He called on his way to the job. He also texted with updates. He was on time, very respectful, knowledgeable and seems fair and honest with his pricing.
He snaked 2 kitchen drains, and replaced some sink pipes. The basic snake was $75 per sink. Really reasonable.
He was also super clean and timely.  Huge plus.
He is going to do some additional work for us coming soon.
Based on today's performance and pricing, we would recommend Rodrigo for your pluming needs!
