RUFUS! This guy is AMAZING!!!!! I work at an Optometry office and we were having issues with our toilet and Rufus came to check it out in the POURING rain. ROBBERS in plumbing clothes... charged me $150 to a snake a drain and  told me that the snake got jammed because it was too clogged and they needed to put a clean out in($1800.00)
called another plumber in and they snaked and had it flowing in less then an hour!

What an awesome service this little gem is! So glad I came across it on Yelp! The management coordinated an absolute perfect delivery that I ordered from another company with an installation, right on time!

The tech was quite professional as well, of course so much credit must go to the man who did the incredible job! He came in, worked fast, clearly has a bit of OCD because he left the bathroom SPOTLESS. In, out, done. I literally didn't even know he was here he worked so efficiently!

Old house, old plumbing, like you we have needed a plumber every couple of years to clear our main sewer of all of the fun stuff that has been flushed into the works by our 3 children. Their mom and I have nothing to do with it. We are perfect.

Even though we likely called during dinner with the preverbal sh*tter's full, he quoted us quickly, gave us options and was on site to root us out within hours.

As a recommendation from a good friend. We used Ford's plumbing and heating twice now. And we love them. Riley was dependable,  quick in determining the problem and easy to work with. These last 2 days we had them do major work with our sewage pipes. We had 3 guys working on this, Johnny, Milton and Dino who were polite, friendly, dependable and quick to fix this problem.  We have now found a reliable and dependable plumber and have referred them to our neighbors and friend. Excellent work.

Came out same day within hours of call. Very professional staff. Very respectful of my property and garden. Price was very fair considering  all the work they did tackling a major root problem. So happy to finally find a plumbing company I can have on hand and trust.

Ever since we bought our house we continue to have backups in our main sewer line so I called up Paxton.   He identified the location in our sewer line where the issue began and recommended to dig down and replace it.  He and a small crew were able to get started immediately (the very next morning).  Turned out to be a very major issue where our main  sewer line BROKE and shifted 3 inches at the connection with the city sewer .  This break was 3' further underground than where we originally identified the issue.  I was sure this was going to take a lot longer given how much deeper the issue was than we previously discussed.  He and his guys worked double time to get down to the root of the issue, replaced the clay pipe at the city line with new pipe, and filled in the huge hole all in the same day!  He did an excellent job, turned it around in the time he quoted, and overall ended up being a VERY reasonable cost.

I'd recommend him for any plumbing job both big and small!

Returning home late on the Sunday after Thanksgiving, we found the Water heater failed at 11:45pm and Ruben arrived our house at 12:20am like a super hero.  It turned out the 1996 water heater is dead and Ruben replaced it on Monday, took him just 30mins... really appreciate his timely rescue...please call him whenever you need....

In escrow on a house and our initial inspection revealed sewer line issues and a video inspection was recommended. I called Ranelle and she was great to deal with, they were able to schedule an inspection for the next day.

During the inspection Cesar walked me through the system as they went through it showing me all of the issues that needed attention. Walked away with two dvd's of the lines from the cleanouts to the city service lines.

Got a report and quotes on other plumbing issues in the house the next morning from Ranelle. Can't recommend them enough! Will use them for repairs once we close on the house!

This morning our water heater had given up and we need it to replace it. Ronald was the plumber who came and gave us different options including upgrading to a tank less water heater. For a new tankless water heater we had to also upgrade the gas line to a 1 inch. I was not sure if i wanted to deal with a complete upgrade but after talking to them i really felt that they are a very honest plumbing company. They finished up within the same day to get us to our new water heater running. Best plumber will be calling them for my sewer and drain cleaning.

Thomas came and fixed my broken bathroom faucet so quickly! He was polite, well-mannered and explained everything he was doing in an easy to understand way. I also love that he wore foot protectors on his shows so he left my house clean! I will definitely be using Sal's again for my plumbing needs!
