My kitchen sink got clogged. I opened and cleaned the PVC pipes under the kitchen, and used a 25-foot auger to open up the clog. All was unsuccessful as apparently the clog was much deeper into the piping.

I called Anytime Rooter around 3 pm on a Sunday. The plumber was at my door within 30-45 minutes. He used an industrial long auger to unclog the pipes from outside of the house. He was very professional, fast, and clean.

We had to have MAJOR plumbing work done on our home.  We got 3 quotes (one of them from City Plumbing and Rooter because a neighbor recommended them) and although they weren't the least expensive, when comparing all 3 quotes with what was offered for the price, it was hands-down City Plumbing.

They respond to calls quickly; their scheduling is excellent; their personnel (both in the office and out in the field) are exemplary; and they aren't happy until everything is done to their customer's satisfaction.

There's no need for us to call another plumber if we ever need more work done.  We will call City Plumbing and Rooter.

A few weeks ago, my son's shower started smelling awful. While my husband tried several things to diagnose the problem (internet) we still couldn't figure out what it was. The smell started to come into the hallway!!! We had to duct tape the drains on my son's walk-in tub.  I contacted Armando after a first plumber came by twice & couldn't figure out the problem. Once I contacted Armando he was very diligent in getting back to me when he said he would. If he was able to make our appointments earlier or running a few minutes behind he'd call. As soon as Armando walked in & saw the pictures my husband had taken of our plumbing (from our crawl space) he knew what was wrong right away.  His diagnosis made sense to us after having read up on plumbing so much.  Our P-trap wasn't ventilated properly & the sewer smell was creeping in. He suggested a contraption (that would ventilate our plumbing properly WITHOUT HAVING TO BREAK OPEN OUR WALLS TO ATTACH THE PLUMBING TO OUR VENT PIPE!! He also changed our p-trap from the one our original contractor had pieced together! He took pictures from the crawlspace to show me what he had done & how the system worked. This is going to save me lots of time if I ever need it in the future. I'm saving his number & passing it on to friends and family. If he's available, I'll be using him for the addition I'm planning. My son's restroom is back to smelling like roses!!!

I had a leak from my water heater and had to get it fixed right away. Called John and he was in the area which worked perfectly, he came out and gave an estimate that I couldn't refuse. He took the job and finished it in no time, John knows how to get the job done professionally...no monkey business here! Will definitely call again for my plumbing needs.

Called David and got a response within 15 mins.  Had a toilet that was slightly leaking.  David was able to swing by the same day to diagnose the problem.  Due to my own schedule, we had to reschedule for the following day.  David arrived promptly and fixed the issue quickly.  Highly recommend him!

JERRY IS AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL and HONEST! Oh my, what an amazing day. Went from thinking we needed a new washing machine, a new roof, and mold cleaning to realizing we only needed a repair to the heating vent on the roof! We were having issues during the pandemic and had called another appliance company when my washing machine wasn't working (wasn't draining during spin mode and wouldnt start). Jerry at prodigy just so happened to be working on the back house doing a major repair. I asked my landlady who lives in the back house if I could talk to her plumber and she sent him over. I explained my issues to him when the appliance company I called was not able to trouble shoot the problem, to add to this issue, my water heater was leaking through the attic and we were terrified to run the heater since water was dripping onto the wires. JERRY was amazingly professional, kind and went beyond the call of duty by looking at my attic (to ease my mind since I was afraid there was water up there & possibly mold up there). He was amazing, took pictures for me, and spoke to the appliance company to explain to them what they needed to do to fix the issue which was to shorten or change the hose since the spin cycle would intermittently not work. They were going to charge me again (the appliance company) if JERRY didnt take time to help us (without an appointment) and talk to the appliance company that had already left saying nothing was wrong  He explained to them that water shouldn't be in the hose, so they need to change, shorten, of re-diagnose  the issue. Without Jerry's help in fixing our heater issue, we would have had to pay again, or call another appliance technician and/or buy a new washing machine; in addition to an electrician, the gas company, electric company and finally roofers who may have been dishonest and charged us for a job that didnt need to be done. Let me explain, We were already convinced the roof needed to be replaced. He eased our minds, and is currently on the roof fixing the problem which was caused by the person who installed the heater vent since that person did not seal it correctly! We felt so blessed and pretty much begged for his company info since we will NEVER call anyone else if we are having issues. The honesty, professionalism (wore mask entire time, had shoe coverings on, and was very kind in explaining everything in detail! Not only that, I found out today that his company ALSO does reverse osmosis repair which I have been trying to find a technician for months now! To add into this, I spoke with my landlady who had called another plumbing company that could not resolve the issue so she called Prodigy and they are fixing both homes and spending the day here. We feel so blessed to know we have home repair we can rely on, with TRUSTWORTHY employees who didnt charge us anything! My landlady will likely have to pay for the vent repair(not sure), but what a blessing. Honestly, it's like when you find that rare mechanic who is honest and tells you the truth, you better go to prodigy for honest professional hard workers. I have never felt so relaxed and been treated so well by anyone else. He explained everything in detail and was so kind! Best place ever I wish I could give them 10 stars! Amazing company. I asked for a refrigerator magnet with their logo since I didnt ever want to lose their information. Dont go anywhere else, prodigy is AMAZING!
Just after I posted this, I thought you know what I'm gonna ask him about an issue that has been bothering me for sometime. I had a pipe in my fireplace but nowhere did I see a place to light it. Jerry showed me a small hole in the floor and told me he would pick up a key for me and drop it in my mailbox on his time off. I wanted to pay him and he said dont worry about it. Then I asked if they do chimney cleaning since i heard that you need to do that once in a while. Then he told me it would be cheaper to buy a log that lights and cleans your chimney. I was blown away by his honesty and kindness. Wow!
Will never go anywhere else for anything. They dont just do plumbing. Call them first, I'm telling you, the best day of service I've ever had, and I dont write many reviews so you can see for me to spend my time doing this, its because I want other consumers to be happy and safe during this Coronavirus pandemic!

My mother in law had a gas leak and the gas company shut her gas off.  I called Paxton and he and his crew were out the next morning.  They found 2 really fast, but there were more.  They were persistant and found the 3rd and 4th.  But by the end of the day, they discovered there was a 5th leak.  They work the entire first day, came back the next morning and found the 5th leak.  Because the pipe was underground, they worked the entire 2nd day.  

I cannot say enough about how professional they were.  It was a true pleasure knowing they did excellent work.  The following day Paxton called to verify that the gas got turned on and all was ok.  He takes pride in his work to an new level.  I love the customer service!!!  I recommend him with high regards.

What more can I say? Ruben came over for an emergency leak in our bathroom at 2:30am. He fixed the issue right away and even charged me lower than what was quoted. I highly recommend Non Stop Plumbing & Rooter!

Mainline recently performed a camera inspection and hydrojet of my residential lines due to a root problem.  This was my second time working with Mainline and Ranelle is always very practical with recommending cost effective solutions to problems and very prompt with scheduling and performing work.  I would not call anyone else with a plumbing issue in the future.  Mainline is simply the best and most trustworthy plumber I have worked with.

I selected this company from Yelp.  John Allen is great - there is a reason why he has 60 plus 5 stars Yelp reviews!  John came out to inspect a broke pipe - he quickly determined that was not the main sewer line,but an non-working pipe (that was never used).  Very honest - individual character is something that you want in an contractor.  Do yourself a favor and call R.J. Plumbing.  PS - John loves dogs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had no idea who to call to help with my water heater and my hot water issues. I was not getting hot water in my back two restrooms and wasn't sure if it was the low water pressure of if there was something wrong with my plumbing.

After giving them a call, they were able to figure out the issue and installed a secondary pump that helped get the hot water to my restrooms a lot faster. Definitely an improvement and made my life a lot more easier being able to have hot water in the morning.

Overall these guys are great and I will be keeping them in mind when it comes to anything plumbing related for my new house.
