Needed the garbage disposal fixed. After a call to Anytime rooter I had Broc come out to to see what was going on. Broc was friendly and professional, with a no problem attitude. It was a minor issue easily fixed.
Currently have a separate plumbing issue to deal with so called Anytime Rooter again left a voice mail and Broc called me back within minutes. So speedy, I like it!  Again setting up a time was easy. So far so good the second job not completed yet but if all goes well I will continue to call this business with any plumbing needs.

Update** Paul was really disappointed what happened to me and reimbursed me for the visit and a portion of the drywall that they pulled out. A very honorable way to run your company and I appreciated his concern about what I posted.

Needed my clogged drain fixed and they responded on the same day. Anthony came out on the repair call and repaired my sink. He was very professional.

I've hired Red Lily maybe a dozen times over the years. I had a good experience with them in Eagle Rock so I stuck with them after I moved to Glendale. I am not sure how their coverage works so the timing may be a coincidence but their service now is a nightmare.

I hired them to fix a blocked shower drain. The plumber they sent out was extremely manic and told us a story about how clearing the drain required replacing all of the drain lines on the opposite side of the house. The explanation never really made sense, but I trusted the company and we paid about $4000 for them to do this. The drain clogged again a month later. We requested a different plumber this time, and the fix was much more obvious.

For smaller jobs, they routinely complete half the work and then say they're coming back. They never come back, and they'll start invoicing you for the half they completed.

Shahar and his team did a great job at installing a tankless water heater on my exterior wall to replace my older water heater in the garage.  They did a great job, very professional and great at following up after the job to ensure satisfaction.  I would certainly use BH Plumbing again and highly recommend them.

David is the best!  I started using him years ago because I had several friends who were clients and they raved about him.  He just came to my house on a Sunday morning to fix a broken shower (I couldn't turn the water off).  He cares so much and he is just so nice.  He was very responsive, came out quickly, and fixed our problem.  I can't recommend him enough.  It is rare to find a home repair person who has such an amazing work ethic and who cares so much about customer service.

Reilly from Ford's arrived within 30 minutes of my urgent call about a broken copper water line to my refrigerator, causing water to flood my wood floor and leak into the crawl space below. And of course, this happened on a Friday night. Reilly quickly assessed the situation which was made more difficult due to the age of my house and the lack of a shut off valve for the water line. He checked for a connection to pipes in the crawl space, checked the water pressure, and then repaired the line. Reilly is without a doubt the fastest and most efficient plumber I have ever seen. Best of all, the cost was extremely reasonable and fair, especially so because this was an after hours call. And Reilly was personable, patient, and answered all my dumb questions. I highly recommend Reilly and Ford's!

I have recently used this service to remove an old faucet and replace it with a new one I purchased at FERGUSON plumbing supply. I also got an in-line water filter that I bought online  and had Albert replace it as well. Each time I called Ruben he gave me a window of time so I could plan my day. Each time Albert called giving me a twenty minute lead time. He rang the door bell, arrived masked and worked quickly and efficiently. Their price was their estimate. Their estimate was very fair.

I had the pleasure of using Mainline plumbing; they were able to make what usually is a stressful situation, into something almost enjoyable.  I called the company very early in the morning - wanting only to leave a message - but, Ranelle answered (charming abet a bit sleepy :) and she was able to squeeze me into the schedule.  Not only, was she courteous, but she was knowledgeble and was unfrount about costs.  Ceasar came out with his crew and the equipment needed, and efficiently fixed the problem that that the previous franchise Rooter company could not after three trys over three days!

It is nice to know there is an honest, reliable, and plumbing family-run business in the area.  Would I recommend them? Of course! I have already called them to set up an appointment for non-urgent repairs that I have put off because I couldn't find a company I could trust.  There are three words that describe Mainline - integriety, honesty, and value!

(I made the mistake of originally calling one of the franchise Rooter companies and Mister did I make a mistake - the other Rooter company did not fix my problem after three trys and were only interested in upselling me - selling me services I did not need.  The other company was mostly interested in selling me hydroscrubbing for $3,800, saying that my problem was not fixable using rooting snake.)

What a professional and knowledgeable repair man. Dave was very honest from the beginning. I had called him because I had a clogged drain and was supposed to be here on Thursday. He called and told me that he had an emergency and if he come on Friday at 8:30. I appreciated the fact that he let me know what as happening so I wasn't just waiting around. On Friday he arrived earlier and took care of my problem in about an hour. He walked me through  what he was doing and also gave me suggestions on the what improvements I will need to do in the future. No pressure at all, he just explained to me what will go wrong and told me that I still had a few years to take care of it. There was no pressure and

John was amazing! He's the only plumber I've ever met who didn't try to up charge me just because I live in a nice neighborhood.  He gave me the same quote as the last time we worked together, which rarely happens with other plumbers. He was quick, on time and super helpful.  Honest guy.

I was in a tight spot with a plumbing emergency and Alex came out on a Sunday, figured it all out, ordered all necessary parts and came back as soon as the parts were in place and fixed it. He was quick and courteous and very reasonable AND he got me lunch:-) I'm very happy with the work and will definitely use him again.

They came the same day I called. In and out within an hour and unclogged my drain and fixed the garbage disposal. Very happy with their service.

My tenant called me last night about a plumbing stoppage, so I put out a request for some help here on Yelp for someone to come out the next day. It was 8pm so I figured that I would not hear back from anyone till morning. Rodrigo responded within 15 min and set up an appointment for the morning. He showed up early and cleared the line with in 20 min. Rodigo was prompt, professional and had great communication which as a property owner is a major plus for me. I will be using Major League Plumbing if/when I have future issue.
