He worked for at least two hours to solve the problem and come to find out it's a building problem and not my unit! WOOHOO

The customer service was great, both from Deborah on the phone and from Mike the plumber. I called to get repairs on a clogged drain and toilet flushing issue and they were able to send Mike to my apartment within 2 hours and fix it very quickly and professionally. The prices seemed very good relative to others I called. Very honest, nice, and efficient- would recommend!

Armando was the best. I had an emergency water leak on my main valve. I emailed late at night and he was there first thing the next morning. The work was fast and efficient and they were very accommodating and explanatory.

I needed to replace my 100 year old main 4'' sewer line on my home and they had a competitive quote and were referred by a family member. They got the trenchless pipe burst done with a brand new pipe and took care of all the permit info with the city.

They also were able to replace some of the 6'' line while they were down there and then put a liner through the rest of the pipe so it's like a have a brand new sewer the whole way! They took care of all the permit info on this as well as re-compacting the dirt and pouring new concrete over where they had dug up a little 3x2ft patch of concrete.

Easy to work with, knowledgeable and really helped educate me on everything during the whole process. Charles, Michelle, Rufus and all the other team members were professional and great to work with from start to finish.

Thomas came out and repaired our kitchen/bathroom drain line. Great work! Would def recommend.

I needed someone to fix the shower valve handle which kept coming off. I was worried the problem would require going into the wall but Shahar came up with a much less intrusive solution. A week later...it hasn't fallen off. Thanks!

On Sunday 7/21 our kitchen sink in West Hollywood was clogged. We tried fixing it ourselves to no avail. So we looked up a plumber on Yelp, and Cali Rooter had such great reviews we gave them a call.

Luckily, their plumber Simon was already in our area on another job, and was over at our house less than an hour later. No only did he clear the clog deep in our pipes, he cleaned up the mess it had left behind! That went above and beyond, IMHO.  Great job!

So here goes, my first review. I suppose with all the other 5 star reviews he doesn't really need mine, but it's nice to start off on a good note. David came and fixed 5 toilets for me today. The bill came to less than what he originally quoted, because he's just an honest guy, and before he saw what the issues were he gave me a safe ballpark.  There's a limit to what stuff he is comfortable working on, but he is very upfront about that in advance. He also happens to be an all around really nice guy. I wish I had called him a year ago

I recently had to replace my hot water heater and decided to go with Prodigy Plumbing based on their positive reviews and reputation in the industry. I was not disappointed. From the initial consultation to the installation, the entire process was seamless and stress-free.

The technician who handled the installation, Ozzy, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the different options available to me and helped me choose the best one for my needs and budget.

The installation itself was done quickly and efficiently, and Ozzy made sure to clean up after himself before leaving. He also took the time to walk me through the operation of the new hot water heater and made sure I was comfortable with how everything worked before he left.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience with Prodigy Plumbing and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is truly outstanding, and Ozzy was a pleasure to work with.

If i could give zero stars i would. I don't understand all the good reviews. Our condo had a block in the main line and someone came out to fix it. When it occured again the next week, we called them out again to either snake the main line again or diagnosis if we needed a more serious procedure dobe. The guy first tried to say that it wasnt covered under a warranty (not true) and after some arguing he finally came out and grumbled his way through another snaking which took care of the issue. He was rude to everyone and the funny thing was, he kept talking about all the residents as if we wrnt going to discuss and find out that he was talking about everyone! Worst service and dishonest.

Ruben and his team where great! The first appointment was to clear a drain. The service was quick and budget friendly. The second visit was to look at our garage disposal which was shot. The associate was super honest regarding the cost of the disposal retail and cost for them to purchase and install. With the price difference being negligible, I had them install. The service was quick and of high quality. Would recommend!

I've used Mainline three times after finding them highly recommended by many neighbors on my Nextdoor site.  Once was an emergency and they bent over backward to get a crew out right away.  Then they did a major job replacing pipes and took care of it exactly as planned/budgeted with excellent clean up.  Two nights ago I asked if someone could come out and replace my broken garbage disposal and it was done before lunch the next day.  They are wonderful to deal with.

Great service and the prices are very reasonable. Tony was very reliable and arrived right on time.

Our tenant was our of hot water on a late Saturday evening, and I sent out a few requests on Yelp for a quote for the services.  Early the next morning, I received a call from Dave and who I assume is his wife, Deena, with a follow up and quote for the work to repair.  Given that it was Sunday, I had low expectations it would be fixed, but several other businesses contacted me and Dave offered not only the best quote but the fastest service.  He was at the property within an hour of calling and fixed the issue right away.  We're very pleased with the timeliness, professionalism, and end result.  Would highly recommend D&D!

John  from RJ Plumbing did a great job - and most importantly he was friendly, clean, prompt and so helpful! It's so nice to find a plumber that you can count on if you need something fixed! Prices were reasonable too - definitely a plus!

We will be calling him again if we ever need plumbing help!

My son's bath tub had a clogged drain. Alireza was very responsive, prompt and very nice. He showed up, unplugged the drain and provided an excellent service with a positive attitude.
I will definitely use plumbing works for all my son's and myself future plumbing needs!
