My only issue why I took off 1 star is because of the lack of communication between the office staff taking your call, and the technician who actually came to see my broken water heater.

Raymond took my call, and I was going to have a free estimate of my water heater problems, then would be given a quote and it would be fixed on the spot. I told Raymond that the technician needed at least a 6 foot ladder to get on the roof bc that's what I usually used to get up there through my sunroof. Carlos got to my place with a super short ladder and said no one told him to bring a tall ladder. He said it would be $120 for an estimate since he had to climb onto the roof. Bait and switch? Anyways, Carlos was awesome and somehow found an exterior ladder and fixed the water heater. $200 later I think it was just the pilot that went out. Anyways it was done and all whilst me not being there. So I'm happy. Just a little frustrated with the lack of communication between the office and the technician. They did come day of and took care of everything.

Ford's was the only company out of the 5 I called actually called me back and they provided same day service. The technician (Reilly) who they send over was amazing, my unit did not actually need service and Reilly did not try to sell me on a repair that was not needed. He was courteous, provided guidance and super friendly. I even tried to tip him for his troubles and he would not take the money. When I do need plumbing/heating help, Ford's will be the first place I call.

So, we haven't scheduled work yet, but the plumber did a very thorough investigation under the house and took many photos even praising the beautiful replumbing work from a few years back.  He found 3 issues that we will have addressed and we're looking forward to getting that done.  We were very impressed with his professional, personal, detailed work.  This far, I highly recommend Prodigy.

Pax is amazing!!! Super friendly and efficient. Our kitchen disposal was broken and clogged as well as our bathroom sink and he took care of them quickly and thoroughly. We had the same issues a few months back and called a different plumbing service but they obviously hadn't solved the problem. We called on a Saturday morning and he came over within the hour. Would highly recommend!

I have used D&D plumbing twice for leaks on my very old home. They were quick to respond, on time and did a great job. It's hard to get someone to come out quickly that won't charge you an arm and a leg. Their pricing is very reasonable.

These guys are the absolute best! They are knowledgeable and efficient and the fact that they are willing to work on mobile homes is just icing on the cake. Alex responded to all my texts and kept me updated. Anthinio is a genius as far as making it work under somewhat trying conditions. They even helped out my son who was attempting his first solo tiling job on my shower. They make sure the job is done well and to your satisfaction.

Our water heater broke and had been leaking for a few days and we were without hot water.  I asked for quotes online from several different plumbers and Sal's called me within 15 mins of my request.  They sent Mark over at 2:00 to look at the situation and he was able to install a new water heater by the time I got home from my yoga class at 5:30.  Pricing seemed fair for what we got and now we are back in business with hot water and smiles!  The even took our old water heater with them as part of the service.  WINNING in Redondo Beach and no more stinky cheese family members!

We had a leak under our home. Ricardo came out the next day and got the job done in a little under 2 hours.  He was professional, respectful and very trustworthy. I will use him again in the future.
