We had a broken pipe underneath the house that needed immediate attention.  I called Red Lilly.  The person I spoke on the phone was really nice.  Their employee,  Cesar, showed up in 30 minutes.  He crawled underneath the house and described the problem, the cost to fix and the time it was going to take.  We were worried about damage to the floors, and Cesar assured us that we didn't have a major problem, just really old pipes that needed to be replaced. Our pipes were 90 years old. I don't think I've met a happier guy who was crawling underneath a house.   He also recommended that we change another section of the plumbing because it was also old and it wouldn't make sense to replace one section and not the other.  When we saw the old pipes after he cut them up and put them on the lawn, well, if that was your arteries you would be dead.  The part that wasn't giving us issues, but Cesar suggested replacing, was completely clogged.

Red Lilly is a good company, and Cesar is a great employee.

After I called Sal's Plumbing, they sent David the next day to convert my fire pit connection from propane to gas line. David was very professional, wearing a mask, and set it up very quickly. David was friendly and made sure there were no gas leaks and that everything was working properly.

Wow! A+ Shahar did an amazing job with our broken showers and was able to fix it very quickly.

Our showers were not using the normal water pressure and my biggest nightmare was a lot of work had to be done. However Shahar was able to fix it very quickly and without replacing a lot of parts.

I should have left this review sooner, because Dave is a plumbing rock star!!!  I had three previous plumbers try to fix a toilet that didn't flush completely.  A few of them could fix it for a minute, but it soon reverted to its bad habits.   Dave went further than any of the others and discovered that somehow a plastic hotel key had become lodged in the toilet.  He found this by meticulously examining the workings.  I can't say enough good things about him, and he is the only person I will call going forward.

They fixed a leaking pipe that was dripping thru the drywall ceiling below - could have been a complicated job, but luckily the issue was found quickly and fixed.

Like many of you who suffered during this most recent heat wave, I was miserable because my A/C decided to stop working a week before the heat hit Southern California. I have been without air conditioning for over two weeks. After a previous company quoted me for a price after they discovered the motherboard to the unit tripped and was partially fried. I waited over four days for the necessary part to come and the company stopped returning my calls. Prodigy and the owner Mark, appeared in our lives and literally saved the day. On the same day of the confirming the problem, Prodigy located the part and installed it that same day, providing my family with much needed relief. The supervising technician, Mike, was beyond professional, courteous, and empathetic. It was evident the employees thoroughly enjoy the company they work for. That comes from exceptional leadership and dedication to their craft. Hire this company!! You will not be disappointed!!!!

I would like to give Ranelle at Mainline Plumbing a HUGE thank you for helping me over the phone with my toilet problem today.  She is an Angel!!!  I have a Toto toilet that didn't seem to be filling properly.  To make a long story short - Ranelle did a little trouble shooting over the phone to help me while parts could get ordered.  In helping trouble shoot - we figured out that the water valve had been turned off slightly (probably from my housekeeper) and the water wasn't filling properly.  There is actually nothing wrong with my toilet - but I wouldn't have known that if Ranelle didn't take time over the phone to trouble shoot with me.  Great lady!  I will definitely keep this contact for future problems.  Call Ranelle!!!!

Called T-Max to locate a leak in my garage. Tony was responsive and reliable.  He located the leak and fixed it quickly and provided exceptional service.  I would recommend this business!

A few different people had done work on the kitchen sink in the house we're renting, and every time one problem was fixed, another one popped up. I decided to find someone on my own and found R.J. Plumbing, full of 5-star reviews on Yelp. I called on Tuesday and the receptionist said she didn't have anything available until Thursday, but she could recommend someone else if I needed service right away. I said I could wait until Thursday, and she gave me an appointment between 2 and 4. John showed up right at 2, diagnosed and fixed all the problems, and was out by 2:30. He explained everything he did and showed me that everything was working properly. The bill was far less than I expected, having had some plumbing work done in the past, and I was extremely pleased.

I am very much looking forward to finally being able to wash my dishes without having to clean up a puddle of water afterward!

It's been 2 years since we needed any plumbing done in our house (thankfully), and Sal's was just as good as I remembered.  Incredibly prompt response when calling to request an appointment.  But the best part?  YOU choose the 2 hour window that works for you.  I have wasted so many days for the cable company and other home repairs that give you a 5 or 7 hour window and expect you to clear your whole day.

Gino is the plumber who helped us as he did a few years ago and he was just as professional, timely and kind.  We are particular about wearing shoes in the house and Gino was putting on his boot covers before I even had the chance to say anything.  Pretty impressive memory from 2 years ago.  He was in and out in under an hour with time left over to chat with my young children.

If you need ANY plumbing work done on your house, Sal's should be the FIRST and ONLY place you call.

Rodrigo showed up on time with a mask professionally dressed And with covers over his shoes.  He was referred by a General Contractor as a very qualified Plumber.  Installed a kitchen faucet as requested.  Went above and beyond the required. Fixed a few other Minor projects and left with a very satisfied customer.  Happy to recommend him and will use him again.
