Broc is a terrific plumber and all-around hard working guy - he doesn't just phone it in, he genuinely wants to solve problems and takes pride in making customers happy. We have had him out to our house for several issues and he is unfailingly prompt and polite, and is persistent in the face of challenges. It is easy to get in touch with him and he is always quick to respond - a great quality in a plumber (no one wants a call center when their kitchen sink backs up). We couldn't be happier with his work and will definitely use him in the future!

Fantastic, well-run company that I will only use from now on for all my plumbing needs. Luis & Andy were absolutely wonderful. They unclogged my sewer line without any problem and were so helpful in coordinating a camera inspection, which revealed a large hole in the clay pipe. In less than 24 hours, Luis and Andy came back with the crew and machinery needed to fix it. This was a big job and it was performed exactly as they promised for a very reasonable price.  Communication with them and their office staff definitely exceeded my expectations. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Based on some of the good reviews I saw on Yelp, I wanted to give this business a chance since I felt I was already being priced gauged my current plumber. I called Armando and he answered right away and was able to promptly come out. He seemed professional and was on time.

My plumbing problem was that the water pressure is likely too high and water is dripping out where the pressure regulator is. Obviously, the regulator needs to be replaced. After we've barely exchanged pleasantries, Armando looks at the regulator for about 3 seconds and says it's going to cost $2080 to replace. Fortunately, I already had a quote (which I knew was already too high at $820).

I told Armando there's no way I can afford that. At first he said that's the price the office has and that he would have speak with someone to get any reduction.  I said flat out that I'm not going to be able to pay that. Without blinking, he then reduces the price to $900. At this point, I'm already feeling this was a massive red flag. How did it go from over $2000 to $900 in less than 90 seconds? I told him I had a quote for $820, but I knew that was already on the high end. Again, without any hesitation, he said Fine, we'll do $820. Armando did not do much inspection and didn't even check the water pressure. I let him know that I will pass, but thanked him for his time.

About 1 hour later, I  received a call from Armando asking what I thought about the price. I was honest and said I felt put off by the fact he basically tried to charge me nearly 3 times the previous quote. He told me again that these are simply the prices that the office has (even though, he appears to be listed as the owner on the Yelp page!). He gave me a final offer of $675 to replace the regulator and the release valve. However, both had already been replaced within the last 2 years. I got a quote from another plumber and they said I only needed the regulator replaced for a total of $275 - 9 times what Armando originally charged me!

Overall, it felt a very shady practice. I would certainly say to any potential customers to use with caution and do their due-diligence in researching market pricing for typical plumbing issues.

I had a sudden unexpectant plumbing gyser type outside leak last night at around 7:00 p.m. which required me to turn off the water in the house.

I did not want to pay emergency plumbing rates so I called what used to be my go to plumbing company.  They told me they would be at my house between 9 and 11 a.m.  They never showed up and never received a call.

Michelle scheduled a time, texted me confirmation of the appointment and even called me to tell me how far the plumber was so I would know when he would be arriving.

Cesar showed up on time, was courteous and professional.  He fixed the problem and now the water in my house is back on.

Red Lilly Plumbing is now my go-to plumbing company.

What an awesome service this little gem is! So glad I came across it on Yelp! The management coordinated an absolute perfect delivery that I ordered from another company with an installation, right on time!

The tech was quite professional as well, of course so much credit must go to the man who did the incredible job! He came in, worked fast, clearly has a bit of OCD because he left the bathroom SPOTLESS. In, out, done. I literally didn't even know he was here he worked so efficiently!

Quick service within 3 hours of initial contact. they came around 6pm and didn't try to overcharge even though it was past 5pm. Cleared the mainline in my apartment building and advised tenants of the problem. Would definitely do business with again. They seem a lot more eager and willing to accommodate than other companies I called. Thanks for the quick service, would def do business with them again

These guys are the best. We have used then for several jobs. They are really honest. Their plumbers have given us sone tips here and there to spare us expense over the last couple of years.  We have a house built in the 50s and a LOT of our plumbing needed to be replaced. Most of the pipes in the house started dripping this year, and apparently that was true for the pipes under the house. Everything they did they tried to support with as much evidence as possible so we didn't feel like they were being dishonest. We really have never felt like they were dishonest with us. All the plumbers are super nice too. We will continue using them and I highly recommend Ford's to all my friends.

I had them come out to an apartment I was preparing to rent out, on a Friday. I had explained to the guy I needed a cartridge replaced, he said $125...guy shows up, no tools, no parts, looks at it..says yep...we will have to come out on Saturday, because I have no parts or tools...

Saturday, slightly less incompetent (only compared to the other prodigy guy)  plumber shows up...no parts, but has tools, begins to take apart the valve...says its jacked up with hard water, the whole thing will need to be replaced...I said how much...he says $725 since its a Saturday after hours...Dude says uh...ok 575...I said, man i need to think about it...dude says...well i could do $500...I tell him to let me think about it, because It was more than i planned to spend...

I called Kleen plumbing (see my previous review)...he comes out, takes the valve apart, said it should still be serviceable...he goes to home depot, gets the part, and has me back in business in 30 minutes...the longest part of the repair was the trip to home depot. He did vouch for the hard water, but said i still have several years left on the valve.

If you want to be rescheduled, and then be scammed, you found your plumbers!

Paxton was great! He came over to snake a clogged drain. He was quick to work me into his schedule, fair on price, and kept the work area clean. 10/10 would definitely call him again for future needs.

Ruben responded promptly to my Yelp quote request, helped set up a same-day appointment and came within the time frame he promised. He was professional, quick, clean, and a pleasant to chat with. I would go to him again for any further plumbing needs and would recommend him to anyone who requires his services.

Fast, friendly and great service! Answers the phone and calls you back quickly. He was in the area so he was able to get here within 2 hours. Our restroom sink was backed up and needed to be snaked. Have given me a quote of $70 and told us to shop around. Others wanted anywhere from $90-$120! He wasn't here for more then 30 minutes! (Fast) he even cleaned up, and caulked our sink and toilet for free (attention to detail)

We needed a new main shut-off valve and John of R.J. Plumbing had done a great job on a neighbor's valve replacement. It's a messy job, involving concrete demolition and a water shut-off for the whole condo complex so I wanted the work done right and on-time.

R.J. Plumbing did a great job on the valve replacement.  

1) They return calls very quickly and follow-up thoroughly on questions regarding cost, schedule, etc.
2) John showed-up right on time and he kept me posted during the whole job on progress and problems
3) He did the work right the first time and thoroughly cleaned-up after the job was finished
4) John was always polite and professional
5) They did the work for the price promised

Alex was able to arrive the same day that I called. He is very professional, polite and knowledgeable.  He diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to resolve it promptly.  I am thankful for his honest service and will be contacting him again for any future services.

Kitchen sink backed up, I snaked it with a 50' snake but I needed a 100  footer.  Called Sal's, they came out same day snaked my drain.  Domonique, the technician, was professional and helpful, and removed the issue in 10 minutes.  I will use them again.

I was very impressed with Rodrigo's professionalism....  He told me what was wrong and he fixed it right away...  I will be using Major League Plumbing for my future plumbing needs...
