Broc was AWESOME, plain and simple. Our bathroom sink was clogged up and both baking soda/vinegar and plunger couldn't fix it. We have a party tomorrow and scrambled to find someone who could fix it on Saturday. We called at 10:30 and were amazed to hear they could send someone by 11.

Broc was great - very attentive, cleaned up everything nice, explained what he did. It was great.

The thing I like best about these guys is their transparency; they're really good about photographing the problem, so you know exactly what's going on.

They do great work, they're always considerate enough to wear surgical shoe cover booties in your house, they're courteous, and competent-- but their transparency gives you the confidence to make informed decisions and not second guess yourself, wondering if you're being treated honestly.  They're just great!

Armando arrived to our house promptly after we called for an emergency plumber when our main water line burst. He was very professional as well as friendly. He also explained to us with detail what needed to be done to fix our pipes.

What can I say about Prodigy Plumbing? AMAZING! I had just moved to Long Beach and missed the City's gas people by 5 minutes and they weren't able to come back to turn on my gas for 5 days! I was in desperate need of hot water and gas in my unit, so I called Prodigy. After confirming my gas meter was not locked by the city, they sent out Matt to come take a look at my unit and turn on the gas. Matt was at my place in two hours and was so helpful, nice, and trustworthy. Matt turned on my gas and even contacted someone to ensure I wouldn't get in trouble with the gas company. I will be getting charged $50 by the City for tampering with a city gas meter, but totally worth it to get my gas going 5 days before the city could have done it. I will definitely be giving them a call again if I ever need a plumber. Excellent service and excellent response! Thanks Prodigy!!!

Pax is amazing!!! Super friendly and efficient. Our kitchen disposal was broken and clogged as well as our bathroom sink and he took care of them quickly and thoroughly. We had the same issues a few months back and called a different plumbing service but they obviously hadn't solved the problem. We called on a Saturday morning and he came over within the hour. Would highly recommend!

Quickly contacted us after sending an inquiry on Yelp. Within 1.5 hours, our plugged tub drain was unclogged. We had previously tried to snake it ourselves, but the clog was found 15' in, which was the full length of ours.

They were nice to my kids and and put on their own shoe covers right away, which I greatly appreciated!

Ranelle and Cesar are the power couple of plumbing! From my first panicked phone call Ranelle was attentive, prompt & professional. She and Cesar worked with my irregular schedule and came by for a diagnosis (on a Sunday!), guided me on which fixtures I needed, where to get them & installed the new sink and faucet all within a couple days. This is my first plumbing issue I would describe as pleasant, thanks to Ranelle & Cesar! I recommend Mainline as a first-call Company.

I was in the market for a jetter service after another company did the snake service at my home but did not offer the jetter. Based on reviews and they are 5 stars, I left a message to get a quote. A tech named David gave me a call back within a few minutes, we spoke about my situation at home and seemed he was giving me good honest advice, gave me a quote and waited to confirm appointment.

I then called to confirm appointment for next day, they came in and started work, very nice 2 guys, got it done quickly and efficiently. Then they left without payment, I was a bit confused, but figured they would call later, and they did at end of day, very nice lady called for my payment info. Everything went smoothly with this place, I recommend.

I had a small plumbing job that needed to be done.  His office called me back right away with a time for the work to be done.

Not only did John show up on time, but he did all the work I needed very quickly and efficiently.  He also showed me where the main water shut off was located on my new house and talked to me about additional work that needed to be done - not right away but he told me what to look for so I don't run into any problems.  I was very happy with his estimates on the proposed work and the work completed.  I will absolutely call them again with any new work I need.

My son's bath tub had a clogged drain. Alireza was very responsive, prompt and very nice. He showed up, unplugged the drain and provided an excellent service with a positive attitude.

We had a semi clogged kitchen sink (it would drain slowly but clearly we needed professional help). Called Sal's on a recommendation from our handy man. Appointment was set for same day and the person running the phone / dispatch was reliable and professional.

A plumber came to the house. He arrived on time but from the moment he was there, it felt like he was rushing. He kept asking questions we didn't have answers to and then jumped to a conclusion after 3 mins that our garbage disposal was broken. He worked on the pipes for another 5 mins and then brought in his snake after we asked him to. His snake job was half assed and he only did one side of the sink pipes. He said we likely needed to do a high pressure wash (verbally in the $1500+ range) and he'd have to go under the house but maybe we didn't have to. We asked him to address the clogged sink and he then quoted us $650 (parts and labor) to replace the garbage disposal. This price is RIDICULOUS, especially after asking around. The Badger unit is about $125 so they were charging $500+ in labor for a job that takes 30-60 minutes.

The sink was now entirely clogged and not draining at all. He left the water and was pressing us for a decision to replace the garbage disposal. I paid him the $135 that was quoted for the snake job, despite the fact he actually made it worse. I just wanted him to go away, clearly not the right person for this job. This guy (while he was nice) was a total miss as a professional as far as I'm concerned. It's clear he is incentivized to upsell more expensive services, which created the behavior.

I had to call Sal's back (after calling to pay them for the service), explain the situation and request another plumber to actually drain the sink. They sent another guy out same day who fixed the issue within about 5 mins. He went in with his hands and pulled out the clog... something his colleague could have easily done if he was being even a bit thorough. The second plumber was confused about the quote and seemed like he didn't want to comment, we both just wanted to finish the sink job and move on with our days.

Overall, Sal's addressed the issue after $135 and two different visits. I can't recommend this business though given the treatment from their plumber who was behaving really strange, clearly had a sales agenda and left us high and dry in worse shape. No thank you. Your ludicrous paper quote you mailed me is in the recycle bin.

After calling several plumbers and plumbing companies, Rodrigo answered his phone and luckily he was available to help me out. He was within the area and was at my property within 40 mins.
He cleared out my floor drain without any issues and his prices are very reasonable.
He was prompt, courteous and honest and I told him, I will keep his number.
He owns his own business and works hard to help you out any way he can.
