Broc is very knowledgeable about clogged drains and tree roots. Turns out I didn't have a cleanout line after owning this house for 12 years and it never came up. When I finally had a main line drainage problem Broc came and cleaned out the roots through my toilet. He was fast and reasonable. Turns out I did finally need to put in a clean out line and a camera down my pipes so they could see what was going on. Broc charged 300 for the camera and 850 for the cleanout. The original quote from another plumber was 1500.

I had a minor problem later when I noticed the bolts for the toilet he removed and put back were sticking up too high to fit the little white caps that cover them up. He just came over and took care of it for free and with a smile. This was 8 months later. What a guy!

I had them put in a water heater for$1200. Later an electric water heater for $1200. Later a new garbage disposal for $600. $1500 two sink repairs. $40 drain cleaning. Now I need a new toilet handle that is broken an they won't  come out. I guess they only do jobs for big money.

Armando is great! Reliable and does an excellent job. He helped us when our pipe under the sink wore through and started leaking. I recommend him highly.

EMPLOYEES ARE SHADY AF!  Went with RLP because of their reviews on Yelp. 2 technicians were dispatched to fix a clogged shower. When they arrived outside, one technician was getting their tools from the truck while the other started wandering around the house and let himself into the backyard, without even knocking on the front door to let me know they were here. My gut instantly went on alert. One technician went straight to the bathroom, while I found the other one wandering around in the living room and kitchen. I showed him where the bathroom was and he kept wandering off saying he needed to know where the pipes are around the house. Shouldn't that be outside and not in the living room or bedrooms? He then proceeded to ask a bunch of inappropriate and personal questions. The technician in the bathroom seemed to be doing all the work while Mr. Wanderer dilly dallied around, making personal calls on his cell phone. A bunch of gunk came out from the tub and said they would have to come back out with the hydro jet and camera. They didn't bother to wash out the tub or the mess they left on the bathroom floor. While the technician was moving their equipment back out to the truck, Mr. Wanderer said he can have his friend come out and fix the clog at half the price what RLP would charge. I said I'll wait to see the outcome since they already started working. He seemed miffed and they left. I started getting blocked numbers that night and continued to get them for a good week at all hours. Did he take my information and give it to his friend? Wouldn't doubt it. RLP never returned my calls or followed up with me for a good 2 weeks. They finally dispatched 2 different technicians that were supposed to come out between 12-3 and didn't show up til almost 5. Never called beforehand to let me know they were on their way, didn't apologize for being late, went to the bathroom for 5 minutes and said they didn't have the tools to work on the tub and they would have to have someone else come out. WTF!?  My gut was on alert the very first time and continued to be on alert every appointment. I will NEVER EVER use RLP and HIGHLY recommend single ladies, older adults and anyone that lives alone to use another company.

Our main line was clogged. Joey came on a Sunday within the time frame that we were given when we called earlier in the day. He cleared the main line, requiring 65 feet of snake, within fifteen minutes. We were charged less than our previous plumbers would have charged for the same job.

We have made Sal's our plumbers since we had concerns about our previous plumbers years ago. Every plumber that Sal's has sent to us has been friendly, honest, and efficient; and we have no worries at all about paying too much.

So thankful we found him because we were in a very bad/vulnerable situation and he made it as easy as possible. He also showed us pictures and footage of what had happened in our system. It was helpful to work in full transparency.

Ok people. I'll be short. Sunday, Mother's Day. Had an emergency water leak. With I created my self. I've called this guy, he saying 1-1:30 hours. Showed up in 40 minutes. Fixed issue for reasonable price.

Installed a new garbage disposal and it was done fast, clean, and professionally!  David is a great guy, communicated all the details very well, and I would definitely hire him again!

I admittedly used Carrera's Plumbing initially because of their proximity to my home. But now Paxton has become my go-to plumber because of his knowledge and efficiency. He is prompt, professional yet also personable. A real straight-shooter. He takes pride in his work, a rarity with many in his profession (indeed with many professions!)  If he does not get the job done the first time, as was the case once, he will come back and stay till it's done right. When our water heater went out just  before my wife and I were expecting overnight guests, he worked overtime to have it in place before their arrival.  When we needed advice on plumbing issues with an out-of-state rental, Paxton readily gave it--indeed, spoke over the phone with the plumber himself to make sure we weren't getting ripped off.  I just wish he did electrical as well!

We had a kitchen sink plumbing emergency. I found Non Stop Plumbing & Rooter and I couldn't be happier. Ruben showed up within an hour and was able to fix the problem without any questions.

They were not too busy to deal with our back to back emergencies. We rented a house that has many problems...but they were called to fix the water heater and then remedy a very disgusting sewer line back up. They responded on a Sat night to do an emergency re-routing of a broken valve that was flooding our subterranean garage, then worked Sunday, Monday, Tues......to deal with the other major issues. Pleasant and well equipt.  Perhaps they prioritize the jobs based on the level of the emergency. They pulled out a giant root they suspected was 30 years in the making.  Thanks!!!

Great service and the prices are very reasonable. Tony was very reliable and arrived right on time.

We had a burst water pipe in our wall. We did not initially know it was in the wall. D&D's responded quickly and the plumber David came out to inspect and assess with very little wait time. Our issue was resolved quickly by the next day and effectively. David was friendly and very knowledgeable. Not to mention the pricing was reasonable. 100% highly recommend!

Called RJ Plumbing as a small leak was discovered on a saddle tap for my fridge.  I don't like taking chances with plumbing, so I looked for an experienced professional rather than making things worse or ignoring something that needs to be taken care of right away.  John came by right at the start of the 2 hr window he gave me.  He was friendly and professional.  He diagnosed the problem and explained to be the situation and my options.  I agreed with his advice to try and take the easier (and certainly less costly) route and he was able to do a bit of work to stabilize the saddle and take off a cap and attach a water line expertly without worsening the issue.  Everything was completed in about 20 minutes and I was charged only for the service call.  All in all, I was very satisfied with the service provided.  Recommend.
