Broc was a lifesaver.  I came home sick from work to find that my kitchen sink had leaked all over the counter and on to the floor.  I couldn't find a plumber that could come right away, but Broc said he could be there the same afternoon.  He was very patient and professional in how he explained what was wrong and gave me suggestions on what brands to use to replace the faucet.  He was also very courteous and polite.  The sink works great now, and Broc would be the first person I call the next time I need a plumber.

Luis was super helpful fixing a crappy toilet, no pun intended. My toilet was poorly installed by someone unqualified and wouldn't properly flush. Luis, one of the technicians, came and helped me, totally fixing my problem and being friendly and funny in the process! Great experience

They were quick to respond. Fix it did not charge for the initial visit.  Price could of been a bit cheaper but I paid for the experience and knowledge of finding a part. The actual work of replacing the part I could of done in the end. Bottom line I would use them again.

Extraordinarily poor plumbers. Worked as subs at our home to install tankless water heater and to renovate main gas line. Could not seem to leave our home without accidentally turning gas service off completely, leaving us without hot/warm water, the ability to use our stove, etc.. This happened on four occasions. Four.

Most recently Red Lilly showed up to install a log burning valve in our fireplace and - you guessed it - left our home having, a) not finished the job, b) turned off our gas service, and c) disabled our furnace so that even when the gas service was restored, our home was unable to be heated. I wish I could laugh at this near-acrobatic level of failure, but I'm afraid I cannot. Shame on us for not firing them sooner.

UPDATE: Within a half hour of my posting the review above, Ed and his team from Red Lilly were at our house going what was undeniably above and beyond to address all of our concerns. This has been a frustrating restoration involving a number of contractors, but I have to say that this really felt like next level customer service, and the sort of personalized attention to detail that will make me likely to return to Red Lilly in the future. Thank you to Ed and the team for the very solid work today.

We had a great experience with Sal's plumbing. They were quick to schedule a consult and replace our kitchen faucet. Dominic was awesome. He was right on time, incredibly friendly and got the job done fast. Great service, I'll be using them again.

We have had trouble finding a helpful, honest plumber, but we are so happy to have found Shahar! He is responsive, professional, capable, and we don't feel like he's trying to take advantage of us (like we have with others in the past). He installed a water filter system, a new shower head, and unclogged our sinks efficiently and at a very reasonable price that we agreed upon via phone in advance. Would definitely call him again and recommend.

We had two separate drain issues: 1) drain taking rainwater from the roof and brick patio (running under the patio) to the street, and 2) the waste water drains under the house running to the sewer line in the front of the house.  Different crews replaced the lines in each case:  Paul and Johnny for the patio, and Milton and Israel for the house lines.  All of them arrived promptly, worked hard, got their jobs done on time (or even early), and were friendly and accommodating all the while.  It's hard to imagine any better experience in getting these difficult and dirty jobs done.

We were fortunate enough to have Matt come out to the house to troubleshoot our one toilet that had been giving us problems since we moved in 1.5 years ago. We've actually had someone out to service it 3 times! Matt, unlike the others, went the extra mile to diagnose the problem and fix it once and for all. And he did so with a positive outlook and upbeat attitude. What else could you ask for? Well, let me tell you. This guy is SMART. He knows what he's doing and he knows his plumbing! I was so impressed by his ability to not just put a band-aid on the problem but actually get to the root of it. I hope I don't have to see him again soon but if I do, I'm glad to know there are qualified, skilled and pleasant plumbers out there like Matt!

I can't say enough about Paxon.  We've had to call him twice.  Once because our kitchen drain was clogged and the second time because our garbage disposal was busted.

Both times, Paxon was clear  about what our options were and what the problems were.  He predicted that the kitchen sink was clogged due to buildup over time and not due to anything we did (our landlord accused us as such... another story altogether).  After trying to snake it, the old pipes started leaking.  As he was cutting open the pipes he showed us the buildup that was occurring... it was pretty gross.  He spent a good amount of time because it was just a lot of work taking out the pipes and replacing them.

With the garbage disposal he said it was just way past its last legs.  The flywheel inside was rusted and falling apart.  He did a quick replacement installation and we were good to go!

I should note that each time we called, he was there the same day to fix the issue.

Highly recommend him!

Finding a good plumber has been quite frustrating. We have scheduled various plumbers to come and fix a few plumbing issues. However, each time one of them came the issues were not fixed or got worse! Hoping to eventually find a good plumber I then reached out to Ruben. He was very responsive and arrived at the scheduled time. I showed him the various items that needed to be addressed - he thoroughly explained what needed to be done for each one and fixed the items that could be fixed during his visit. He was so nice and professional and knowledgeable - and honest about the pricing and urgency of the items. We will definitely go back to him for all of our plumbing needs and recommend him to everyone who needs a great plumber. Thank you!

I don't often write reviews, but when our drains blocked this morning Mainline were fantastic. Here within 20 minutes, job done efficiently, explained the options for the future and did everything cheerfully. You couldn't ask for more.

Called T-Max to locate a leak in my garage. Tony was responsive and reliable.  He located the leak and fixed it quickly and provided exceptional service.  I would recommend this business!

Dave does quality work with quality parts, communicates clearly, and provides excellent follow up. Very hard to find these days. Glad to have found him.

John is awesome. He's provided excellent service multiple times over the last 8 years. We have shared his contact to all our neighbors and friends in need and they have agreed with our confidence in the quality of the work.

This morning our water heater had given up and we need it to replace it. Ronald was the plumber who came and gave us different options including upgrading to a tank less water heater. For a new tankless water heater we had to also upgrade the gas line to a 1 inch. I was not sure if i wanted to deal with a complete upgrade but after talking to them i really felt that they are a very honest plumbing company. They finished up within the same day to get us to our new water heater running. Best plumber will be calling them for my sewer and drain cleaning.

Had a bad back up in my bathroom sink, called a different plumbing service at first and was treated very rudely. When I called Sal's they were very accommodating and gave me an appointment that worked for me. Thomas showed up right on time and was very thorough in cleaning the blockage. I would highly recommend Sal's plumbing!
