The best for sewage work!

We called Red Lilly in on an emergency regarding our sewer line.  This was an older house, and the problem we had kept scaling up due to deeper problems being discovered.  All along the way they kept us in the loop on what they were doing, why it was necessary, and how much it would cost.  They even showed us the damage with a snake camera, and were very patient with explaining their methods.  Giovanni, the company's owner, is a boisterous and friendly fellow and was very willing to negotiate pricing and billing to fit our budget.

Now, these other reviews are rather harsh, and probably unfair and/or written by egotistical yupsters, but I noticed that they are mostly for small stuff like replacing dishwashers or sprinkler heads.  Maybe they're true, maybe not, but trust me, THESE GUYS KNOW THEIR STUFF when it comes to sewers, and were certainly more honest than the other companies we got estimates from.

Steer far away from this outfit based on our experience from last week.

Had the pilot go out on the water heater.  I don't fool around with things that have gas lines so called Sal's.  
Tech (Carlos) shows up early and tells my wife, within 2 minutes, you need a new water heater- $1400
I get home and ask-  
did you check the element- no
did you check the thermocouple- no
Try to relight pilot- no
Tells me unit is from 2013 by showing me the serial number.  I show him the tag showing the manufacture date is 2016 and is only 3.5 years old. (has a six year warranty)
Hmmm.  Now he starts talking about how he can't get parts and maybe it can be repaired but won't warranty repair

I suggest we try to light the pilot and Miracle!!!!  Works fine

Tells me to call him in an hour.  Call- no voice mail and no name.  Seems legit :(.  No contact back from him on anything.

Yeah, my opinion was this guy was not on the up and up

Not just my opinion-  to be sure have another company out who checks the system and everything is fine.  Just needed pilot re-lit.

Best plumber! Super fast and responsive. Fixed everything and were very safe as well. Couldn't recommend them anymore!

On Sunday 7/21 our kitchen sink in West Hollywood was clogged. We tried fixing it ourselves to no avail. So we looked up a plumber on Yelp, and Cali Rooter had such great reviews we gave them a call.

Luckily, their plumber Simon was already in our area on another job, and was over at our house less than an hour later. No only did he clear the clog deep in our pipes, he cleaned up the mess it had left behind! That went above and beyond, IMHO.  Great job!

David is honest, reliable, hard-working, fair and FUN! We had trouble finding someone and now I can't imagine our life without him.
We had him for two jobs: first installing a vanity in our guest bathroom (nobody else would dare touch this job, but David found the way) and then to install a shower drain in our main bathroom. He excelled at both challenges and we are very, very satisfied.
Stop looking around! David is your man!

We had a great experience with Ford's Plumbing. They were the third plumbing service to respond to our problem, and even though it seems minor, it was wonderful that they answered the phone, scheduled a quick appointment, and arrived for their appointment as promised. This was on top of diagnosing and fixing the problem quickly. Thank you Ford's Plumbing for doing such a great job.

Called Mark to fix a leaking toilet and he said he would work around his schedule and be there that day! He was quick, polite and clean. Also suggested that I don't use the blue tabs in my toilet because it eats away the washers.  Great attitude and I would totally use him again and recommend him to anyone.

Top notch! Very professional and efficient. They came out and repaired our plumbing in no time. Carrera's plumbing rocks, I'm glad we called them.

Didn't use this plumber because they didn't service our area BUT they provided very useful information and gave me estimates over the phone. Most of the people I called didn't give any info over the phone and required someone to come out and give a quote.

Mainline came within 3 hours of my calling them, and fixed the issue in under an hour.   Wore protective shoe covers, and didn't leave behind any mess at all.   10/10 would use this company again.

WOW!!!  I had a kitchen drain problem that needed emergency attention quickly.  D & D were amazing.  Made the exception for me in spite of a full schedule,  great on the phone, and showed up at 7:00 A.M. to fit me in, along with a fair price for the work.

RJ plumbing was one of the best plumber experience. He came on a short notice, fixed the plumbing issue, and even helped us a leak that was a result of another contractor who didn't finish their job properly. I highly recommend him!

Had no idea who to call to help with my water heater and my hot water issues. I was not getting hot water in my back two restrooms and wasn't sure if it was the low water pressure of if there was something wrong with my plumbing.

After giving them a call, they were able to figure out the issue and installed a secondary pump that helped get the hot water to my restrooms a lot faster. Definitely an improvement and made my life a lot more easier being able to have hot water in the morning.

Overall these guys are great and I will be keeping them in mind when it comes to anything plumbing related for my new house.

Had a sewer line backup and other piping issues under the house.  Nick came out and did a great job.  He was very responsive and professional.  I recommend using them for any plumbing needs.

Rodrigo is the best! Very personable, efficient and honest... unlike all the other plumbers our business has used in the past. Job was not that intensive, but was completed quickly and at a fair price. Communication was also very good, as he really seems to care about his customers and their concerns, even to the point of walking us through the whole job after completion and asking if we had any questions.

Nice to know we have a reputable and dependable plumber in our back pocket!
