WOW-- quick, competent and clean.  Great plumber.  Broc fixed my plugged kitchen sink quickly.  He ensured it was working properly and then cleaned the guck out of the sink before leaving.  How nice is that!  I intend to call Anytime Rooter whenever I need a plumber and will be recommending this service to my friends also!

I really like the customer service city plumbing and rooted provides. They respond fast and are pretty helpful. Jaime is the plumber that helps me fix my clogged kitchen sink and bathroom toilet. He did a great job!

I have to say that I was very impressed with their customer service.  The operator was kind and transferred me over to the plumber on site, Giovanni.  He was so knowledgeable and gave me a lot of information about installing a sub meter, which will be a lot less expensive that what we were looking into.  HE WAS GREAT!!!  I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking into doing plumbing work!

Shahar responded quickly and courteously to an emergency plumbing request on a Sunday afternoon. He unclogged our toilet expeditiously. I definitely plan on using Shahar in the future for our plumbing needs.

Had an emergency last night and called a few different plumbers, Cali Rooter & Plumbing were able to get here within 1hour even though they were on another job and it was after 10pm when I called. John was very quick and had my issue fixed in no time! He even came back when I called the next day because my landlord requested one other thing be done before they would cover the expense.

David is a gem! He was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He fit me into his schedule (on a Saturday) to fix my DIY toilet project. I was able to pick up a few plumbing pointers and learned not to always trust YouTube videos. Haha! :) He also fixed a botched job from a previous plumber and now everything's working smoothly! A month ago my wife passed away. We ended up hosting many relatives and guests. When they left, sadness ensued. But so did a nasty smell of sewage. Naturally we thought it might have been from Ballona Creek and the antiquated system in Culver City. The first plumber came out and could not see anything wrong. He robbed me of $150. A few days later the smell got worse so I called Ford's. Their technician Reilly climbed under the crawl space and detected the problem. The main line under the house, steel pipes from the 1940's had rusted and cracked and started leaking. He told me the bad news, and the three day job turned into a 7 day job. Naturally it cost me a fortune. But his crew was here everyday, working under the worst possible conditions to get us up and running. They were professional, honest, and diligent. I have nothing but the highest praise for Fords. Who will be my go to plumbers in the future.  Also, you might want to avoid Dr. Plumber to the Rescue who robbed me of 150 bucks.

Steven Garcia was great and was able to assess the problem instantly. He saved us a lot of money by fixing our garbage disposal instead of buying a new one. I will definitely use them again. He was polite, professional and helpful.

Ever since we bought our house we continue to have backups in our main sewer line so I called up Paxton.   He identified the location in our sewer line where the issue began and recommended to dig down and replace it.  He and a small crew were able to get started immediately (the very next morning).  Turned out to be a very major issue where our main  sewer line BROKE and shifted 3 inches at the connection with the city sewer .  This break was 3' further underground than where we originally identified the issue.  I was sure this was going to take a lot longer given how much deeper the issue was than we previously discussed.  He and his guys worked double time to get down to the root of the issue, replaced the clay pipe at the city line with new pipe, and filled in the huge hole all in the same day!  He did an excellent job, turned it around in the time he quoted, and overall ended up being a VERY reasonable cost.

I'd recommend him for any plumbing job both big and small!

my mom's house seemed to have a leak coming from a pipe that was connected to a sump pump under the house. i called non stop plumbing based on their great reviews and they did not disappoint! ruben came by and couldn't find anything wrong except that the ground was wet where the pipe entered the cement floor. he said the pipe was broken and glued it back together and didn't charge her anything. i was shocked that in addition to not charging her, we got a free estimate as well!  the problem was eventually solved when we found out the next door neighbor had a copper pipe pinhole leak for weeks in her crawlspace that saturated the ground and eventually made it downhill to mom's house. thank you ruben for your kindness and honesty! we will definitely call you for future plumbing needs and would highly recommend your company!

In escrow on a house and our initial inspection revealed sewer line issues and a video inspection was recommended. I called Ranelle and she was great to deal with, they were able to schedule an inspection for the next day.

During the inspection Cesar walked me through the system as they went through it showing me all of the issues that needed attention. Walked away with two dvd's of the lines from the cleanouts to the city service lines.

Got a report and quotes on other plumbing issues in the house the next morning from Ranelle. Can't recommend them enough! Will use them for repairs once we close on the house!

Called T-Max to locate a leak in my garage. Tony was responsive and reliable.  He located the leak and fixed it quickly and provided exceptional service.  I would recommend this business!

D&D's is more than GREAT.  This is a local family owned business in NELA that is AWESOME.  
I generally start my Yelp search for services looking for local small/family owned businesses with 5-star ratings and recent reviews.  Due to the COVID pandemic and now being on a fixed income, I had delayed various maintenance issues and have been tackling them as best that I could given finances and stress.  This past week, the bathroom sink pull-up assembly, i.e., stopper got stuck and water could not be drained out.  The kitchen sink Delta faucet mounting was loose and wobbly, so I ordered the mounting bracket.  However, the bigger delayed service needed was the extremely slow draining of the shower and basically no draining of the bathtub (which meant no baths.
I AM SO HAPPY THAT I FOUND D&D'S ON YELP.  
I had initially requested a quote from a highly reviewed NELA plumbing business and they did not even bother to reply.  I then contacted the next one that was also in NELA.  The only good things that I can say about this business is that they were prompt in getting back to me, scheduling me for a free estimate the next morning, and sending me a written estimate.  I had prepared myself for an expenditure of a few hundred dollars.  I also thought that the slow drainage would be due to a clog and only require snaking.  I did not anticipate quotes of $175 for the kitchen faucet, being told that my entire pull-up assembly in the bathroom sink had to be replaced and that would be $250.  However, the big one that floored, stressed, and made me highly skeptical was the exorbitantly high quote of $6800 and that I had to totally replace the galvanized sewer line. No options/phasing were presented.  I asked if for now could they at least snake the drain.  Told that would not help. I had to ask them to at least un-stick the pull-up assembly so that I could use my bathroom sink.  They did and charged me $100.  When I asked if they took credit cards, I was told there would be an additional 3% charge.
I IMMEDIATELY WENT BACK TO DO A YELP SEARCH FOR A SECOND OPINION AND FOUND D&D'S REASONABLE PLUMBING  
Deanne called me back within minutes.  She was able to reach Dave and they scheduled me for early the next morning.  Dave arrived promptly at 7:30 a.m.  He inquired as to all of my issues.  He immediately checked my kitchen faucet and proceeded to go under the sink to inspect the problem.  He found that the mounting bracket part that I had ordered and thought was missing was actually still there and required to be tightened, which he did and WOW - my kitchen faucet is totally fixed and no longer wobbling.
Dave then went to my bathroom and checked the bathroom pull-up assembly and discovered that the lever was still not connected.  Dave fixed that too.  Dave then moved onto the shower drainage.  He ran the snake first and cleared out some of that accumulated yecchy hair.  Dave then went under my house to inspect my sewer lines.  He took videos and informed me that the shower drain was not connected to the sewer line and was draining directly to the dirt under my house.  Dave thoroughly explained to me the condition of my sewer line and the existence of this health hazard.  He gave me a very reasonable quote, which included replacing roughly 40' of galvanized sewer pipe or the option for me to split it into 2 phases.  Fix the immediate shower drain and galvanized-PVC connection issue or do it all now.
Dave's quote was less than half of the prior exorbitant estimate.  Dave listened to my concerns and was understanding that this was a major expense for me.  He told me that it would be a 1 to 2-day job and the sewer line replacement would  have a lifetime warranty.  He also told me that I would not have water for about 2 hours.  It was a no-brainer for me to select D&D's and give the go-ahead.
Dave then left to send me a written description of the work to be performed with the lifetime warranty.  He and his assistant returned within the hour and started work under my house.  Dave completed the sewer line replacement the same day.  He had me run the water from all the fixtures in my bathroom and kitchen so he could check for leaks.  The shower was draining, but the bathtub was not draining.  So they snaked it and when that didn't work they went back under the house and found that the tub was also not connected.  D&D's fixed that and had to purchase a special part.  
Dave even fixed the crawlspace cover, cleaned up and removed all the galvanized pipes before he left.  He did not charge me for the kitchen faucet and the bathroom sink.
Dave and Deanne, otherwise known as D&D's Reasonable Plumbing, are now my go-to for all future plumbing issues, and I have already passed their contact information to friends with my strong recommendation.  They are honest, thorough, efficient, and considerate of the customer.  I now have peace of mind and all of my plumbing is working smoothly.  Thanks Dave and Deanne.

John continues to be my go to plumber. He is on time and respectful, as well as reasonably charged. The plumbers that installed my water filtration device (chosen by the company, not me), told me we would have to drain all the water out of my house in order to fix a leak underneath. John did not have to do this and quoted me less. He just changed out my hardware on two sinks. For this he charges $275 to give you an idea of cost. He deserves his 5 star reviews on Yelp. :)

I was in a tight spot with a plumbing emergency and Alex came out on a Sunday, figured it all out, ordered all necessary parts and came back as soon as the parts were in place and fixed it. He was quick and courteous and very reasonable AND he got me lunch:-) I'm very happy with the work and will definitely use him again.

The guys and gals at Sal's are great. I called about a mysterious leak on a weekend, and they sent someone out right away. And the weekend price wasn't terrible.

My water heater wasn't working and major League Plumbing responded to me immediately when I reached out and was the only plumbing service to get back to me so quickly! He was so nice over the phone and walked my husband through troubleshooting the issue in real time and was very knowledgeable about the issue!
