Had an emergency tonight and called about 10 people. No one could come, most never returned our call. Thank Gd Brock did! He was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable, super nice to my son and did the job he said he would do and for a fair price. He just earned our business forever and we will be hiring him for our business needs, too! Yet another home run referral from my Yelp community-thank you!

The customer service was great, both from Deborah on the phone and from Mike the plumber. I called to get repairs on a clogged drain and toilet flushing issue and they were able to send Mike to my apartment within 2 hours and fix it very quickly and professionally. The prices seemed very good relative to others I called. Very honest, nice, and efficient- would recommend!

Great job! Fast and very professional. Carlos was at my place within 2 hours and job was done in about 1 hour. Will def call them again if I ever have any leak or plumbing issues.

I sent up a Bat-Signal on Yelp this Thursday, because the drains in my upstairs and downstairs bathroom  were backed up. I received a message from BH Plumbing the same day. Shahar was able to come to my house within 30 minutes of speaking to him. He performed a camera inspection and explained that the problem was my main line (root intrusion), and showed me the issue on the camera. He suggested getting  pipes lined in order to prevent future problems (expensive undertaking), or hydro-jetting (temporary solution). We settled on Hydro-jetting to clear the lines for now. His crew arrived the next day, but they were unable to clear all of the monster roots, so using the auger was the next step. The crew came on Saturday and cleared the remaining roots and showed me on the scope. The pipes were cleared, but they will need some more work in the future for sure.

Overall, my experience with with BH Plumbing was positive. Shahar and his crew are professional and reliable. They keep you up to date on scheduling and arrival times. They also show up when they say they will. Every service was performed as specified and pricing was fair. No outrageous upselling or threats of Fix it now or the worlds will collide! nonsense.

I will definitely use their services again! Thank you Shahar, Jose, and Aaron. ( I didn't get  the name of one of the crew members.  I will add him later, so I can give him a shout out as well.)

John from Cali was absolutely fantastic. We had a problem with our Noritz, tankless water heater. It would suddenly shut off mid shower (which as you can imagine is a major bummer) We had the folks from Cali out three times trying to track down the problem. In the end, John came out himself, spending several hours on the unit and on the phone with Noritz Tech support. It was obvious that he wasn't interested in the money. The most important thing to him was fixing the problem which he did. The unit is running fine now and Cali has new customers for life.

David has worked on our plumbing 3 times now. He is always professional, does a great job and most important trustworthy. David has gone above and beyond the call of a plumber to fix our plumbing issues. He cares about the work he does and it shows in his work.

Alexis came today and he was awesome. He came right on time, worked extremely quickly and cleanly. Price was reasonable, and he was in and out in about 30 min total. Amazing service! I have to say too that the customer service staff is amazing too. This is my third time using prodigy and the admin staff has been amazing each time. Our gas shut off overnight. When we turned it back on our Rheem water heater pilot light wouldn't turn back on. I called Carrera's Plumbing - on a Sunday - and Paxton quickly came over. Much to my amazement, he fixed the issue in less than 30 seconds and taught us what to do the next time it may happen. A quick (and apparently easy, for Paxton) visit, but in that brief time we developed a lot of trust based on Paxton's skill and communication. We'll call Carrera's first for our plumbing needs.

On a Sunday afternoon, our toilet started to overflow! We tried plunging the toilet we ourselves and had no luck!

Called Non Stop Plumbing & Rooter and Ruben answered. He was so easy to talk to on the phone and said he would be out shortly. He came by and within 15 minutes he had checked out the problem, used a snake to clear out the clog and had our toilet up and running again!

Very reasonable for emergency hours and I highly recommend them! Don't hesitate give them a call for your plumbing needs!

I registered on Yelp expressly to give this review of a fabulous local business who solved our problem honestly, quickly, easily, and at 1/3 of the quoted best price estimate by a plumbing company.  Ranelle squeezed us in on the same day and they could not be easier to work with.  Plus their hydrojetting comes with a year warranty.  Problem solved, good service found.

Great service and the prices are very reasonable. Tony was very reliable and arrived right on time.

I recently bought a new place and I unfortunately inherited some plumbing issues. The bathroom faucet was leaking and I needed to find somebody to fix it. I called a few places and what I learned is most these businesses are either too busy or just won't call you back. I called D&D and Dave was eager to help. Dave told me that the type of faucet in my shower has a warranty for life and that I should call their 1-800 number to get a replacement part shipped to me for free and he'd swing by right after it came and swap it for me. I appreciated that Dave knew to do that as opposed to some other place that would show up and upcharge me for a part I could have gotten for free. The part came a week later and Dave came by very promptly to do the swap. Dave even respected my Asian house rules of No Shoes Inside.! He was respectful, on time, and affordable. The faucet has stopped leaking and the work was great.

I could end my review there but I'll tell you another quick story to confirm how great Dave is. I got a washer/dryer delivered to my house today and the guys said I had the wrong type of gas line connector installed. I had a 5/8ths and needed a 3/8ths part. They said they weren't allowed to change it due to company policy and I needed to hire a plumber. A plumber... where do I know of a good plumber? Dave! I called Dave and he came by an hour later to swap the piece. I've never seen that type of turn around for these types of businesses which is why I'm going out of my way to tell everyone about it! Dave is great and honest which can feel like it's hard to find in the age where every corporation is out to get you and only cares about their bottom line. Give Dave a call, I think you'll be happy!

They are great! Most importantly, the job gets done. Also, they are friendly, happy, on time and clean. Wonderful people!

We recently had some plumbing issues, clogged sink and shower. Geno from Sal's plumbing arrived promptly at the time scheduled and did a great job of clearing it out in under 20 minutes. I highly recommend Sal's for all your plumbing needs.

We lost hot water on a Saturday and Rodrigo was able to come out to help us within an hour of contacting him. He quickly identified the problem and clearly walked me through the recommended solution. He even sent before and after photos of the work as it was underneath our house. He also got the work done in less time than he estimated.
