Had Brock come by for a issue with the kitchen sink. I have some problems in our building which he was familiar with. He fixed a long time leak, unclogged the drain, cleaned up after himself, and tested his work. I'd definitely use his services again. Recommended on the west side. He has a good attitude and takes pride in his work.

Luis was great. Came out same day for the backed up pipe under a sink. Explained the situation very clearly, provided options and found a good solution. The office is very friendly and helpful in scheduling service. I definitely will have them back next time I need the services of a plumber.

Ok, so I just moved in to my new house. Day three the shower backs up, water is coming out of the toilet. Naturally I am panicked. My house is full of boxes and now this.

I searched Yelp for the best plumber in Northridge and Armando at Fix it Quick plain bing came up. I called and honestly they were here about 20 minutes later. Very quick, much quicker than I thought.

You could tell he knew what he was doing right away, which made me as someone who doesn't know anything about plumbing feel better.

He walked the house and assessed the damage. He had the shower cleared out in no time and showed me on the camera how the lining of the pipes was very think and eventually this was going to happen again and he recommend a procedure.  At first I was hesitant, but decided it was it my interest to do it. I didn't want to spend the money having bought a new house, but it made more sense to me to spend a little now and not have a problem later.

We get in there and discover the true nature of the clog. A flange from a toilet someone installed was blocking the pipe flow. So picture a coin that fits perfectly in a tube. The right flow of water and it closes the pipe.

So Armando immediately recognized the issue and showed me on the camera the item blocking and he knew exactly what it was.

He made a sound recommendation on what to do. I wasn't able to afford the procedure right away - because new house. He gave me a very fair quote and honored it until I could get the work completed.

They just finished drilling in to floor, cutting up my foundation, cutting out the pipe - and he knew right where it was. It was really amazing how he knew. They relaid the pipe, filled up the spot with concrete and made the finish very easy for the tile folks.

Considering there was a jackhammer in my house and large scale cutting tools, the damage was minimal and there was no mess. They blocked everything off, and cleaned up very well after them selves.

Obviously this was costly, but I also own a house and these things do happen.  I could not recommend Armando and the plumbing team. He was thoughtful and knowledgeable about the work. He knows about the plumbing of homes and was very honest about his timeline and what it would take to do the work.

They are the best plumbers in Northridge. If you have to deal with this type of issue, use them.

Red Lilly Plumbing, especially Charles, is very very competence, customer-oriented, and offers fair prices.  I hire this company to redo the plumbings of my entire 1950s home on the hill side: water main replacement, copper repiping, sewer line repair, basement laundry setup, and new tankless water heater.  This company uses top of the line materials such as type L copper pipes and high-end tankless water heater.  Charles is very knowledgable and applies the latest technology to replace my old sewer line under the foundation slab with minimal excavation to the house.  He re-routes the main water line to the house creatively without damaging the front house concrete and avoiding the need of the water pump.  His desire to do the right things for his plumbing job shows!  It also helps that his communication is excellent.  He listens to our concerns and feedbacks, and either educates us or makes necessary changes.  Not only he does a great job, his bid is very competitive.  I shopped around quite a bit before committing to them. Over all, we recommend strongly this company, especially Charles, to own your next major home plumbing make-over.  They have the skills and the tools to do it correctly and offer an impressive warranty.

I had a stopped sink drain in an upstairs bathroom.  I had previously called a plumber from a *different* company, but they were not able to clear it with their 15' snake and recommended cutting into the wall and pipes!  So I called Sal's instead, and the supervisor recommended that they come out and try their 25' snake.  Sal's were able to come out the next day and quickly clear the drain with the snake.  I appreciated the quick reply from the supervisor, the quick/timely service, and the professional approach from Sal's to easily clear a drain that others couldn't!

I like feeling that someone is going the extra mile for my business..I had a clogged drain in my bathroom..I called Shahar. He came over the same day and gave a free inspection. He went as far as putting on his crawl-suit and went under the house to inspect and take pictures of the piping underneath...also sending the pics to my phone so I could see things for myself. Since I have an older modeled house, he also notified me that I would need a Gas-shutoff valve in case of an earthquake; which nobody has said to me. He came over 2 days later, per my request, fixed everything with his 3-man team, in less than 90mins, and the repairs have been clean and flawless.

Carlos was fantastic!  Very knowledgeable, hard worker, and nice guy who came to our house late at night and fixed a busted water pipe in the dark recesses under our house.  A heroic job that got our water running again so that we could shower before bed.  Thank you Carlos and Cali Rooter & Plumbing!

I needed to replace a water heater. Interviewed several companies and ended up choosing Ford's because their guy Reilly inspired confidence in me. He explained the options clearly and frankly. So far, so good.

Prior to moving into our home, we were told by the home inspector that we had a misaligned main sewer pipe.  We were referred to Prodigy by our real estate agent, who had nothing but awesome things to say about them.

Al was my service provider and he was the best.  He was honest, professional, personable and allowed me to ask every question I could think of.  He included me in the entire process and I was well aware of what was happening at all times.  The team that he had brought in over the two days to fix my main sewer pipe were prompt, friendly and professional.  

Despite having to tear up my front lawn, the team put it all back together and it looked as if nothing happened!  I would definitely, without a doubt, refer Prodigy to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and honest plumbing company.

Paxton and David were wonderful! Patient, answered every question and explained to me in detail everything that was going on. The more questions I had the more patience they had! These guys were amazing in every way. We called them with an issue and they were fast to get back to us to schedule a next day service. The employee and the dispatcher were both professional and easy to communicate with. Once they got on site they continued to impress. There were multiple things that they found that we didn't know about and when they found them they showed me the issue and also were able to make the repairs that day. I will absolutely be using them again when ever I need plumbing services.

Had Mainline come out due to a broken irrigation/sprinkler pipe. Came out the morning I called and the job was done by mid day. Very courteous and explained the situation. We ended up replacing the plastic broken pipes with better quality and longer lasting copper pipes and the entire job was $325

I had read the reviews about mainline prior to calling and I can say that the reviews live up to the service. Will use them in the future and they are now in my address book

John is great!  He gave me an estimate over the phone for a couple of issues with two toilets.  He showed up on time, brought everything he needed with him, got to work, finished in an hour, and billed me LESS than the estimate!  I will definitely call him when needed in the future, as well as recommend him to others!

We recently needed a plumber to repipe our house and drain lines. Plumbing works and rooter was recommended to me by my neighbors which had used to replace their water heater and drain cleaning. Alex and his team repiped our home and did a complete sewer system installation. They also replaced our old water heater with a new norwitz tankless water heater. Their price was very fair with great Workman ship. If you are looking for a plumber definitely call Alex from plumbing works and rooter. Thank you guys!

If I could give Sal's more than five stars I undoubtedly would. Just an all around pleasant experience.

After dropping my husband off at the airport for a red eye to the east coast, I returned home to the sound of horror...  gushing water. After checking the bathrooms, water heater, washing machine, and even the fish tank, I realized that the sound was coming from under our house!

My husband replied to my panicked texts with a simple Stop worrying about the water bill and the drought. Plane is taking off. Shutting my phone  off now. Just call Sal's Plumbing. And so I did.

Not even 45 minutes later and I had an attentive plumber equipped with an extension cord light thingy taking a look under my house. He knew exactly what the problem was and put my mind at ease. He made no promises whether clamping the pipe would work, but fortunately it did. He could've just charged me for a whole pipe replacement, and I wouldn't have been the wiser.
