I left two messages over the course of the day (Friday- a weekday) and didn't get a call back. I'm not sure they should be describing themselves as any time

I was having a difficult time removing our shower cartridge. After many attempts I still was not able to and so I decided to call city plumbing and router. They came out the next day and were able to fix the issue in less than one hour. highly recommend George's service- Professional and courteous. The receptionist was also very courteous and give us a heads up before George arrived.

My garbage disposal has not been working for a few months and we neglected to fix it right away causing more issues. I found Fix It Quick Plumbing here on yelp and they sent out Armando. He did an amazing job! He did not give up even though my sink was a so bad. While fixing everything he explained what was wrong and showed me step by step what he was doing and why he was doing it. Great customer service! Pricing was excellent compared to other places I had researched. I am very happy with this service!

I contacted Red Lilly Plumbing for a sewer repair on a hillside home in Northeast Los Angeles.  Had to repair a 4-inch sewer chimney (12 feet deep on hill side) and a 6-inch sewer lateral (6 feet deep at street level). Charles matched (and beat) another competitor's bid and we were in business.  Manny, Perez, and Castro were very friendly and knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job.  Halfway through the project it became clear that the 1923 sewer line was not connected to the main city sewer at the place where we all had expected it to be. This unforeseen challenge led to difficult negotiations during which I wished Charles had been a little more proactive with reaching out; and able to spend more than one minute on the phone during each of our phone calls.  But, I understand he was busy with multiple projects and was doing his best.  Giovanni ended up taking over the project and completed it swiftly once the crew was back.  A difficult project for all of us, but it eventually got completed, with excellent craftsmanship, and within 3% of the initial budget despite unexpected underground discoveries(!).  Would definitely do business with them again.

I found myself in a bind with the kitchen sink sprayer not working. Shahar worked a miracle and found me some time in his busy schedule. There was a cancellation and he was able to move my appointment up send Rudolph to take care of my problem.

Rudolph was polite, professional, and took all precautions with regards to the virus situation. He was masked the whole time. He wore special booties to protect my floors. He was most efficient and speedy get in and get out. He checked and double checked his work to make sure my new faucet was installed correctly and that there were no drips, leaks, or any other problems. I had to have the work performed, it was the kitchen sink. How can you live without a kitchen sink. t was great to know that there are people that take pride in their work and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure the work is perfect and that you are completely satisfied.

I would call them any time I have the need for a plumber and absolutely recommend them to my family, friends and colleagues.

Our building needs a lot of plumbing upkeep. We've been through a few plumbers over many years and David is the best. He's honest, personable, PROMPT, and so far he's always been able to come quickly (at least within one day, if not the same day) as when I've called. I also love that he's an efficient worker, telling you only what you need to know - and doing only what needs to be done - and nothing more. He's honest, letting you know upfront what he can and can't do, and has always done the job well the first time. There's no drama with David and his experience speaks for itself.

I called Ford's plumbing for help, I had a broken faucet and a leaking toilet that was old as dust. I was a little hesitant about calling a plumber, because my husband likes to attempt to do all repairs, but this one was one he did not want to tackle. Ford's Plumbing gave me a brand new toilet and a brand new facet and it was beautiful and inexpensive and Ryan was a pleasure to talk to. Even my husband was happy.

Second time using their services and their 5 star service continues.   This time, Vince came and took care of my plumbing issues.  He worked quickly, was very friendly, extremely professional and obviously knows his way around a toilet!!

I'm so pleased with this company and everyone I've encountered and will be using them whenever the need arises.  Hopefully we won't become too close.

I had a fairly immediate need to resolve multiple sink clogs, but had limited availability to meet a plumber. I was referred to Paxton and he showed up to my home in 45 minutes and had the problem resolved in 30 minutes. He did a great job, was very easy to work with, fairly priced and honest. Doesn't get better than that. Will definitely be my first call for anything plumbing related going forward.

I had a water heater issue a couple weeks ago, had two plumbers come by to give estimates and both said the water heater needed to be replaced, at a cost of well over $1000. I was almost resigned to my fate when Ruben came by and said that the supply line was just damaged and the water heater itself was fine. What?? Total cost was $120 and he fixed it on the spot!! He even fixed an issue with a phantom touch faucet in 5 minutes on his way out.

I don't post a review unless I feel VERY strongly about my experience. And I felt like I needed to express how thoroughly impressed I have been with Mainline Plumbing.

I called them late in the afternoon on a Saturday and got a call back immediately. They gave me constant updates, always followed through on their word, were on time and...most importantly...offered me solutions that saved me HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS!

They are friendly, reliable, punctual, professional and HONEST! Good luck finding THAT somewhere else. They are definitely my plumbers from now on!

Great service and the prices are very reasonable. Tony was very reliable and arrived right on time.

Dave was very efficient and diagnosed the problem very quickly. Resolved the issue with the appropriate treatment to unclog the bath tub and toilet.

John was great in doing an affordable installation of a tankless water heater for us - job was on-time (he made time), the installation is super clean, and he was extremely timely.

I've since called him for other plumbing needs and he is always responsive and has been able to work with my schedule.

John is extremely responsive via yelp messenger as well as phone.  he is definitely my go-to guy for any plumbing needs.

I work for a property management and we are always dealing with plumbing issues. We needed to work with a plumber who could handle the work load. Alex from plumbing Works has been working with us for the past year, and this review has long been overdue.
Alex is the only plumber we use they do everything from drain cleaning, water heater installation and any water leak repair we have had.  Always on time and very fair prices.

I called Sals on a Sunday afternoon and they were able to get out within an hour. They fixed the plumbing issue quickly and explained what was causing it so it can hopefully be avoided in the future. Service was great- plumber was professional and wore a mask. I would definitely use them again.

I had a sewer backup and overflow in my backyard last weekend. Major League guys were very responsive and showed up within an hour of our initial contact through Yelp. My problem was solved in no time after that! I would highly recommend these guys for sewer and plumbing related problems!
