WOW-- quick, competent and clean.  Great plumber.  Broc fixed my plugged kitchen sink quickly.  He ensured it was working properly and then cleaned the guck out of the sink before leaving.  How nice is that!  I intend to call Anytime Rooter whenever I need a plumber and will be recommending this service to my friends also!

Had a leak in our toilet when trying to install a bidet, and also had an issue where a previous plumber had left our dishwasher unsecured and prone to hanging out from under our countertop after working on it.

Thomas was extremely helpful and friendly. He tried to reinstall the bidet with the parts I had, but encountered the same issue and identified a necessary replacement part for a plug in our toilet whose threads had been stripped. The price was reasonable and he even secured the dishwasher the other plumber had left at no charge.

A line in our bathroom backed up just before tenants moved in so I headed to Yelp to find someone to snake it. Red Lilly had good reviews and based on my experience they are well-deserved. They were able to give me an estimate on the phone (which was in line with other estimates I had gotten), to schedule a visit very promptly and got the line cleared with no problems. Where they went above and beyond was when Charlie thought he felt a crack in the line while running the snake. He crawled under the house to make sure he hadn't damaged anything (something that very few plumbers have been willing to do) and pointed out some potential issues and gave me a quote in case I want to address them in the future. From start to finish Red Lilly was thorough, efficient and professional.

We've used Sal's Plumbing in the past for some plumbing issues and have been very happy with them.  A few days ago our hot water heater started making some very strange noises - sounded like it was going to blow up!  David came out to check it and we did need a new one.  He did a great job, was quick and very efficient and a really nice guy too.  Our hot water was back up and running so fast I didn't even really notice it was out.  Thank you David!

Called Cali Rooster in the middle of the night (because boilers just don't burst when it's convenient for you) as one of the pipes were spewing water all over, & they requested I send them a photo of the situation so they could walk me thru what to do for the time being. I really appreciated that they were even willing to help over the phone.

So here goes, my first review. I suppose with all the other 5 star reviews he doesn't really need mine, but it's nice to start off on a good note. David came and fixed 5 toilets for me today. The bill came to less than what he originally quoted, because he's just an honest guy, and before he saw what the issues were he gave me a safe ballpark.  There's a limit to what stuff he is comfortable working on, but he is very upfront about that in advance. He also happens to be an all around really nice guy. I wish I had called him a year ago

This is a mom and pop business owned and operated by Robert Ford for decades.  The excellence instilled in every worker is inspired by the owner, Robert.  I called because the hot water in my shower suddenly went cold, this after I had a tankless water heater installed just one year ago (by another company).  Imagine my distress.  A new water heater breaks down after one year?  I called Ford's and was lucky enough to speak to the owner who seemed to genuinely care, who advised me to check the heater if it had power.  The digital display was on so it did.  Then he advised I turn on the kitchen faucet to hot. Surprisingly, the water turned hot.  Then I was advised to try the shower again and the water turned hot!  Robert told me that my computerized water heater is sensitive to water pressure and if the pressure is not high enough the heat won't turn on.  I need to clean the shower head or buy a new shower head.  How many businesses would help a customer solve a problem over the phone like that?  I strongly endorse Ford's Plumbing and Heating.

I used Prodigy in the past and was happy with the service from the founder, Mark.  Fast forward several years and I checked in on them again to see how things were going.  Mark's business has expanded to over 20 employees, broader market coverage, multiple trucks, etc. Creating scale in a service business is always really difficult because maintaining and ensuring quality control across more plumber is always really difficult.  Hats off to Mark, Prodigy, and his staff.  Now, Mark is managing a plumbing empire and my next business with them was handled by Matt Hand.  What was amazing was the service level went UP with Matt handling my project from when Mark performed it last time.  This is truly remarkable because maintaining and improving service quality as a service business scales up is difficult.  Please see the review as the job with Matt is not completed... to so far, so good!

I really can't say enough good things about Paxton. Friendly, efficient, knowledgable, and very professional. Helped me out in a jam multiple times and is now our go to guy for all our plumbing needs. Very highly recommended!

I only wish I had found mainline plumbing and rooter earlier.  I will never ever use anyone else, these guys have done an unbelievable job and have constantly come in at an extremely fair price and super professional job.  I went through my home warranty Company (on my latest issue) and they sent out somebody else and I was quoted $1000 because he needed to tear out my walls and rip up my tile and replace the entire valve system...I got smart and called Ranelle... her team came out and simply replaced the stem.  Problem solved and no construction crew.  There's a reason why they have five stars and so many reviews.  If you're not using them you are literally throwing money down the drain... no pun intended!

Our toilet backed up into the shower and we desperately needed a plumber immediately.  Having recently lost our plumber of 30 plus years , I looked through the Magazine of Values and found D and D plumbing.  I was given a quote over the phone.  The plumber arrived within 20 minutes.  He was very clean and very pleasant.  He went right to work and the problem was resolved quickly.  The job was not as complicated as he had expected so he charged me less than the  quote.  I thought that was so fair of him.  I am grateful to have found this reputable company and I will continue to use them.  I have no reservations about giving them 5 stars and recommending them highly.

I had a problem with my water heater, the problem was resolved in a reasonable amount of time, and at a fair price too.  John was wonderful to work with.  He gave me all the options (replace vs. repair) plus took the time to call the manufacturer.  The heater was still under warranty, helped order the parts, (at no price to me) and then installed the new parts the following day.  He made sure the water heater was operational while the parts were being shipped. He saved me a good chunk of money with the repair and I am a very happy customer.   I highly recommend RJ Plumbing and will definitely use this company again.

I was looking for a plumber to do a water heater installation and drain cleaning. Mike from plumbing works gave us the best price and did a very clean job. Plumbing works is my go to plumber from now. They also do coppee and pex repipe will call them for my next project.

Thomas saved me again!  I called him in a panic because a handyman had come for a simple job and left me with a partially installed water filter, leaking sink, and stinky broken dishwasher in the middle of my kitchen.  Thomas came within 2 hours of my call.  He fixed the filter, repaired the leaks in the sink, drained the dishwasher, and removed it at no extra charge.
He's super honest, and gives me a realistic quote before he comes.  And if the job turns out to be simpler than expected, he charges me less than the original quote.

These guys are awesome! I was attempting to do some routine maintenance to our hot water heater when I hit a roadblock. I reached out to a couple plumbers and Rodrigo was first to respond. He was super communicative over the Yelp messaging app, updating me on his arrival after a previous appointment ran long. Once here we discussed the issue and he advised we sit tight (instead of pushing unnecessary service on us). He was very honest, friendly, and gracious with his time. Recommended!
