Broc is supreme!  All hail Broc!

Seriously, the facts: commercial bldg, 80 people, none of our toilets are working.  First, I went to yelp and started calling down the list since our normal contractor was on the other side of town dealing with another emergency.  Broc was the only one able to come immediately!  Second, he addressed the issue and got us up and running in no time (15 minutes). Now that is world class customer service... especially for something we all hate to deal with like plumbing issues.  
I agree with all those 5 star reviews and I'm so glad I stumbled across Anytime Rooter to help us :)

George and David came by to check out a rusted natural gas hook up for a grill I hadn't used before.  They were on time and professional.  They determined the existing hook up could be used and did not want payment for the quick visit.  The next time I find a problem that needs to be fixed, I am calling these guys.

Armando is probably the best - he feels like family and makes you really comfortable and you don't feel like you're being sold a pipe dream! (Pun intended) - He works with you and goes above and beyond to get the job done. He's honest and when it comes to a Plumber that's what you want. He's also affordable. He's not trying to up-sell or gauge you wallet by terrifying you with the what if's and all that. He does what's needed and works with your schedule. Happy I found him! And will recommend and use him again.

Our entire experience with Red Lilly was great. We had an old 'shower tower' in the bathroom that wasn't working anymore. We chose to replace it to avoid adding new plumbing. We were able to easily schedule the repair with Red Lilly on a timeframe that worked with our HOA. Our plumber was punctual, friendly, and professional. He handily tackeled all of the issues that arose in trying to replace a very outdated panel with the new one which turned out to have defective parts. Knowing the limitations of scheduling with the HOA and that we had guests arriving in a few days, he went above and beyond to get the job done. We will definitely call Red Lilly the next time we have plumbing issues.

Called them on sunday, they came out told me problem, came back monday to finish the job, ended up replacing toilet up stairs 2nd fl, great service! AAA+++

Shahar and his guys did a fantastic job.  I needed to replace my water main, and his bid was 2/3 of the next lowest bid. He also had a very good idea that prevented me from having to tear up my driveway.  He completed the large job in just two days, and his worker was very professional.  Great plumber.

Carlos was awesome! He got here super fast, fixed the clog, and then described to us what was going on and what our options were. He was also very COVID safe!

With this businesses ratings, I expected something.
I called David, left a voice mail and messaged through the yelp app there is a request estimate.  Thankfully it wasn't an emergency.  
Glad others had better luck.

We needed to fix a seriously leaky water supply line to our toilet on a Saturday; Ford's was the only place with a plumber available. Luis was here in less than half an hour and immediately saw the problem (I'd tried to replace a shut-off valve without knowing how compression nuts work). Not only did he fix it in 5 minutes, he also taught me every step of the process--including how to use a Pasco puller to remove the old compression sleeve. Price was reasonable for a plumber on a weekend on short notice (not *cheap*, but plumbing never is), and it's a relief to have my water turned back on.

Luis turned what could've been a big mistake into a small one. I would definitely recommend Ford's in the future!

I'm general contractor and I Got myself into the plumbing problem. I called in Prodigy plumbing they set me up with technician named Oz.
He was extremely helpful and I would Definitely use them again

Paxton has done 2 jobs for me the second one today. I called him last minute for an emergency pipe breakage and both times he came right out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. He is very professional and does the job right. His price was fair both times. And he's a great guy as well. I have never written a yelp review before but felt compelled to do so today. If you need a Plummer this is the guy to get.

I went to their website and filled out a contact form. Ruben called me back almost immediately. He came out the next day and fixed my gas line very quickly and for a reasonable price. I would definitely use him again.

I have so many wonderful things to say about Mainline Plumbing! If you read nothing else, stop looking and hire them!

Mainline Plumbing is a wonderful gem we found on Yelp as new home owners a little over 7 years ago. Our new purchase money pit had some issues with the pipes under the concrete driveway and tree roots. The first company we contacted told us we would have to dig up the driveway and install new pipes. As any diligent (and house poor) homeowner does, we got a second opinion from Mainline. They told us not to waste our money. We didn't need to dig up anything. They rootered (is that the technical term? Haha) through the pipes and said if we cleared out every couple of years and were careful with what we flushed, (down to the brands of toilet paper we should stay away from) we'd be just fine. Almost 8 years on that has proven to be the case. From that moment on we knew that we had found our plumber! We've never needed a second opinion for plumbing! This is a testament to their honesty and knowledge. They absolutely are experts in their field.

Since then Mainline has been so quick to respond to all the normal gross plumbing joys of home ownership, making sure that we are taken care of what feels like almost immediately. They are so wonderful to their customers, new and long standing.
When the team is here they are so hard working. They do not stop until they identify the problem and get it fixed. If they need more guys or different equipment more of the team shows up.
They are skilled, diligent, and hard working.

Just today I text Ranelle at 7:20am (I didn't want to call so early) to let her know our 10 yr old hot water heater had given out. She immediately replied, directed me to take photos so she could do a warranty check. Her first priority was to make sure that I didn't have to buy a new water heater if I didn't have to. What did I tell you about being honest and taking care of their customers? Ranelle gave me all the information about extending the new tank's  warranty and is going to help me with the SoCal Gas rebate!! Who does that?!?! Good people, that's who!
I was told the team would be here after lunch. The team finished up their first job early so I was given a heads up and at 11:05am the team was here. Because my husband was giving a presentation on Zoom they went out of their way to drain our 75 gallon water heater with a hose instead of the noisy pump they normally use (I'm sure this was more time consuming). The team really is so considerate of your home and what you have going on. By 12:45pm everything was done, one of the guys showed me how to light the pilot and adjust the temp if I need to and Cesar, the owner (with Ranelle) and plumber extraordinaire was hosing down the pavement to make sure there was no trace of them having been there. What a great and quick experience for something that could have caused big problems!  

If all of this was not enough to convince you how good they are at what they do and how lovely they are I have one final experience to tell you about. My in-laws lost their house in the Wolsey fires a couple of years ago and I am helping them to find all the finishes and fixtures they need on a budget (side note: even with massive insurance polices, insurance doesn't cover every cost - we have had to budget hard for even the basics). So, not being an expert in plumbing and plumbing fixtures myself I didn't want to mess anything up and had some questions before I bought the wrong things and had them installed in the new building. It is important to note that Mainline are not the plumbing company our contractor uses (although I wish they were). Nonetheless, knowing how lovely they are I called Ranelle to ask if she would mind educating me a little bit on a couple of things. Not only was she kind enough to give me her time, which was so helpful, she tried to connect me with one of her suppliers to see if we could get all of the items (for an entirely new house) at a discounted rate. She did this for no other reason than she is a wonderful person! She wasn't going to get any commission, nor did I have any control over who the contractor uses for his plumbing needs. I can't tell you how much this warmed my heart and speaks volumes to the wonderful people they are and excellent company Ranelle and Cesar run.

So if you've made it to the end of my 5* review you won't need me to tell you to stop looking and call Mainline.

Called T-Max to locate a leak in my garage. Tony was responsive and reliable.  He located the leak and fixed it quickly and provided exceptional service.  I would recommend this business!

Our shower clogged up seemingly overnight. Nothing would drain. D&D was amazing! David came out the next day and fixed it all in 10 minutes. So quick and professional! Really great service. Will be using them in the future when we finally get around to re-piping our house!

Excellent plumber, responds timely,  very reasonable and honest!  If you want an honest plumber, call John Allen at RJ Plumbing.  He's a local from the South Bay and very reliable!  I recommend him to all my friends!  Smells good most of the time too:)

I work for a property management and we are always dealing with plumbing issues. We needed to work with a plumber who could handle the work load. Alex from plumbing Works has been working with us for the past year, and this review has long been overdue.
Alex is the only plumber we use they do everything from drain cleaning, water heater installation and any water leak repair we have had.  Always on time and very fair prices.

The guys and gals at Sal's are great. I called about a mysterious leak on a weekend, and they sent someone out right away. And the weekend price wasn't terrible.

Nice people. Smart plumbers.

Rodrigo is amazing!! I was given Rodrigo's number by my neighbor who had recently had some work done. First, my hot water tank was on it's last leg and Rodrigo came out to re-light the pilot that I couldn't manage to figure out. He was so fast, caring, knowledgable, and he listened.

Because I knew the time had come to replace the hot water tank, Rodrigo really listened to my concerns and worked with me to quote the best tankless and filter system for the house. I was so impressed with how fast he and his team worked - and they were so pleasant and professional. AND the system looks great, quality work, and works amazing. No more waiting for 5 minutes for the hot water to get to my bathroom.

BONUS: I had recently broken my arm and my mobility was severely limited - Rodrigo really stood out as he helped me check my dryer gas connection.
