Broc was responsive, on-time, helpful, and professional. Before the appointment he helped me source a new Insinkerator, without upwelling, just providing information. I have been very happy with their work and professionalism throughout this past year. George has been on time, proficient and knowledgeable about his work. I am glad to be leave the safety of our plumbing in their hands.

Armando was very helpful on the phone. Called them first thing Monday morning since our water heater was leaking. He was able to let me know the cost over the phone and how much it would cost to fully replace my water heater with a new one. It was very reasonable and it also included them taking out our old water heater.

So I called them at 8am, and by 10am Alberto came over and he was very knowledgable and friendly and took a couple hours to do everything. I wasn't expecting for everything to be done before 2pm that day, but I'm glad that I went with them. Will be going to them for any of our plumbing needs!

Had my gas turned off due to a leak and needed it repaired quickly in order to reconnect. Requested quotes from a bunch of companies on yelp in the evening- 1/2 didn't respond and the other half told me to call their office the next day. Red Lilly responded right away and scheduled someone to come give an estimate the next morning.
Dave is the master plumber who showed up. He was professional,  courteous. and quickly assessed the situation.  Although he couldn't fix it that day he schedules me for 1p the next day, and assured me he would let me know of he was able to come earlier.  Sure enough he reached out the next morning and came by 9a and had everything fixed within 45 min.
I would definitely recommend Dave and Red Lilly.

Had a main line stoppage and my regular plumber wasn't able to come. Called Sal's on Saturday morning after seeing them in my local newspaper ads. They were able to come at 11am-1pm.  Quick response.

Thomas spent 2 hours snaking and running a camera through my lines to check for any other issues.  I spent a lot of time evaluating the results with him. Learned a lot and the camera service was complimentary with the service.

Total cost was very reasonable and now no problems!  I hope it stays that way.  

Summary: Quick response, good prices, and grateful for the insight into my houses plumbing sewer system.

Called up BH for help with a bathtub leak. The plumbers arrived on time as scheduled. I had bought a replacement part which turned out to be the wrong fit. They spent the extra time to track the correct part and pick it up to get the job done during the same visit! The work was done professionally on all accounts. Will definitely give them a call again if something comes up with my plumbing!

They were the first to respond to my quote request on line. From our first on-line messages to the time the leaky bathtub faucet was fixed, it took only a couple of hours. The man that came by (John, I think) was punctual, focused, and straight to the point, which I appreciate. He quickly fixed the leaky faucet, showed me what had been wrong with the previous part, and left absolutely no mess behind. He was so quick to respond, diagnose our issue, and let us know that we'd need to contact a different company for our specific issue (jetting the sewer line).  He then found a referral and provided quickly.

Just had them replace our hot water heater and the instahot under the sink. Second time they've some work for us.  Scotty always shows up on time and is very clear about everything the job entails. Advises on very step and answers every question patiently.  Plus he's very friendly and doesn't sweat the small stuff. You might find a cheaper estimate somewhere else, but their prices are fair and I will gladly pay for reliability, honesty and professionalism every time.

Was looking for a general plumbing inspection for a house in escrow after it was recommended by the home inspector. Prodigy was the first company I came across, and they didn't disappoint. I'll tell you this- Luis is the man! As a first time home buyer and with plumbing not quite being my area of expertise, Luis clearly explained all his findings and gave recommendations based on different options. He laid out what truly needed to be fixed immediately, and what was in good enough shape to wait, just as if he was advising a friend. The receptionist had forgotten to call to give me a 30 min. heads up, but Luis waited for me to get there and even took the time to discuss some things with me over the phone while I drove to the property!

Buying our first home is stressful enough, so I'm glad that Luis and Prodigy were there to help!

The reality - My wife was home when Paxton arrived (not me), and for 15 minutes of looking at the job and giving your numbers, Paxton tried to charge her $115, and when I called him out on this, he admitted that he hadn't shared with me his $98 price and then dropped the amount. He squeezed my wife, who was home with our newborn twins, into paying.

Yes, he helped with the hair removal, but without quoting her (or saying what he intended on doing) he just dropped under the sink and started working. Same with the shower handle situation.

I'm all about paying experts fair prices. But this was supposed to be an estimate as I have another plumber coming to check out the issues as well. Paxton flipped it into work right then and there...and that's where I have the problem.

Update (Sunday 6/5/16) - The shower handle started to come loose again.

Ruben and his team were very fast to respond to our 911 call with rooter issues. They came same day and although they needed to come back next day, they fixed the issue and made it happen. Their pricing is fair and it's nice how responsive Ruben is via text. I'm saving his number for next time. Good value and people! Thanks again :)

Unfortunately we had to a main line blockage (roots) on the Sunday we returned from vacation.  It was a real bummer until Mainline showed up.   Caesar brought the camera and the snake and even managed to pinpoint where the roots were invading the pipe.   (I'm looking at YOU my little primrose bush.)

Since it was a Sunday I was concerned we would have to wait, but he jumped in the truck and was at my door in twenty minutes.

Would use again and recommend to friends.

Called T-Max to locate a leak in my garage. Tony was responsive and reliable.  He located the leak and fixed it quickly and provided exceptional service.  I would recommend this business!

I had a water leak in the crawl space of my house. Called D&D and Dave was at my house in 1 hour.  He found and repaired the leak in no time at a reasonable rate.
Would definitely use them again.

Your husband and I agreed on a price over the phone. When we missed each other on the appointment day (he didn't bother to knock loud enough), he offered to come back the following day. He arrived the next day and did his work - charging me extra for installing a German-made faucet (which I bought from Costco for crying out loud!!) and adding on a surcharge for the trip out to my house the first time.  He never bothered to tell me about the surcharge over the phone or before he started work (I was already pissed at having to pay extra for him to install the German-made faucet).   When I complained about not being aware of the surcharge, he stood towering over me with a threatening look.  What an ###.  Stay away from this rip-off artist. Patronize the hard-working, honest plumbers out there - anyone but this jerk.

Alex was so incredibly helpful in diagnosing with the problem was with my toilet. He even showed me how to do some of the replacement so that I didn't have to spend a ton of money. I appreciate his expertise, his explanation, and his kindness. I would hire him immediately!

Thomas from Sal's Plumbing is super friendly and awesome. Our guest toilet was clogged yesterday and Thomas was able to fix it in less than 20 minutes! The customer service was five stars. Highly recommended Sal's Plumbing. Will use them again for any plumbing issues!

Rodrigo saved me time and hassle by not breaking thru the wall to fix the pipe. Good communication about the details of his process and excellent results.
