We had a recent water leak and found out our entire underground pipe system needed to be replaced. After meeting several plumbing companies, we went with Tip Top because they were the most responsive and laid out a clear plan with options.

Tip Top finished the work in just 3 days! Other companies were quoting 1-2 weeks. They provided updates throughout the work and completed a quality post inspection.

Andy saved the day. We had a toilet that was running with a corroded water valve which wouldn't fully turn off the water and forced us to turn the main water supply off until someone could come out to fix it, ASAP.

Andy's dance card was full, but he still managed to come by today and repair the issue which has us back on our feet, our toilet working and water flowing in the house!

He was communicative, letting us know when to expect him, when he was delayed, and when he was on his way. He got straight to the issue and repaired the problem.

He was also reasonably priced.

I needed my toilet installed. Yony V. gave me a written estimate prior to starting the work. He wore a mask, put booties over his shoes and left the bathroom and adjacent room clean. He even disposed of the old toilet. He checked and rechecked to make sure the toilet worked properly. Yony was very polite and professional.
The next time I need a plumber I will request Yony.

Fast, reliable, and honest! My water heater broke and they came out within an hour of my call, and replaced my water heater with a new one on the same day! Marty was my Plumber and he was great, he showed up on time explained everything thoroughly and worked clean and fast! I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and neighbors!

These guys know what they're doing and are professional and efficient. They will absolutely be my go to guys for my 2 instant hot water (Rinnai) units, which are notoriously finicky to program apparently.

Asked a technician to come out on short notice. He showed up at the tail end of the two-hour window, but walked in, diagnosed the valve issue immediately, fixed it, and said No Charge. We've used this company before and so are regular customers, but that's the kind of thing he didn't have to do. So they can expect my next call as well, for sure.

My tenant sent me a photo of the ceiling with a puddle dripping down. 3 guys showed up and quickly accessed the situation, they advised me of the holes they needed to make before they started anything. Once confirmed they quickly found the problem, sent me an estimate and said they would come back in the morning and get started if I wanted. They sent me lots of photos and showed me exactly what the issue was. They are not pushy in any way and they were great at not getting the tenant upset in any way with their work. I highly recommend them and will use them again!

We have an underground leak outside our house and called Hard Hat. The plumber was very responsive and we got a reasonable quote on the same day within two hours. The plumber was professional, friendly, and instilled confidence that their crew is knowledgeable and does responsible work. Though we ended up choosing a plumber we have used before, we wouldn't hesitate to try them in the future given our good experience.

PM Plumbing repaired several minor issues that had accumulated in my home.  Leaking tub faucet, running toilet, two sink faucet replacements, ice maker repair  and garbage disposal repair.  The plumber was professional and friendly and got the work done quickly at a reasonable rate.

I have called them 4 different times now for problems around the property and each time they arrived right away and completed the job quick and professionally, one time I called them from home at 7am and they met me at the property by 7:50am, great service and great prices.

We needed to have our dryer duct cleaned. He asked for $195 for this, even though he quoted $95-195 and he only used a 24 foot wand. Then he said the duct is obstructed and he needs to scope it for another $295. After he scoped it he said the duct was separated so he can't do anything until I repair it. Final bill:$690. Duct still not unclogged!

George is FANTASTIC!  I can't recommend him highly enough.  I called because I had a backup in my bathroom.  They were able to squeeze me in within a few hours of the call.  I received not one but two phone calls updating me with an ETA.

Jarrod is Customer service at its finest! Jarrod came to our home and fixed issues we were having with our old and nasty pipes. He was courteous, explained everything he did and was patient with our old pipe situation. We are grateful for his expertise knowledge. really friendly guys over there. my mom needed some help with an issue and they really took care of her. she's 70 years old and not doing very well but these guys fixed the issue she was having with the toilet at home and made it very easy to work with them while i was at work. thanks guy

Great work. Very fast and efficient. I called to inquire about the service and in less than an hour a technician was at my door. Once he got in, he fixed the problem in about 15/20 min. Perfect!!!

Ben, Thank you for your service! He was timely and very courteous and diagnosed and fixed the issue within one visit. Time is of the essence and he came out (no fee to check it out) and it was a simple quick fix (required a flat-head screw) of a tightening and the leaking issue was resolved! He recommended a restoration company for next steps.  If you are unsure and looking for quotes, call these guys first!

A coworker referred me to Beach Plumbing & Jetting after hearing my complaints about the plumber my home warranty sent me.

On Day 5 without a functioning water heater, I decided enough was enough and called Beach Plumbing. They were very responsive, and were able to locate and install the water heater part within a few hours. While they were there, they also made quick work of a leaky toilet I was having issues with.

I wish I called these guys from the start. Fast, friendly, efficient service. Will definitely use them again!
