Excellent service, fixed my clogged sink without issue.
Notable good service: my issue started on New Year's Day, these guys responded to my message and quoted me a job for the next morning. All other services either didn't respond, wouldn't quote me until they arrived, or couldn't make it until two days later.
Arrived on time, did not make a mess.

Fantastic Plumber's! Was referred to them from a yellow pages listing in google search. They were in my area and could come by within two hours.  Dave asked what my problem was, and told him that I had a toilet clog that was beneath the toilet and I had already removed the toilet but couldn't reach the clog with my short auger. I needed them to come clear the blockage and replace my toilet.
One of the nicest and most personable techs, Willie,  came and did everything quickly, cleaned up after himself, and even help me remove the disgusting saturated carpet that was in the bathroom and take it outside. I definitely put their number in my phone book for next time. Pretty rare to find really nice service people, fair prices and quick service.

I found Andy to be prompt, helpful, and he followed through well.

I had a mainline clog and called a different plumber first, but when they arrived they wouldn't clear it for me because it involved removing the toilet. I called Andy and he called me back, he was very good at returning text messages. He was able to come out the next day for me. I felt like he always made sure to keep me informed as to his schedule and what he could do for me.

After sending an email got a quick reply and was able to set up service the next morning for my clogged kitchen sink. Alex E was my tech. He was very courteous and professional. The issue ending up being a larger issue beyond the sink. He diligently diagnosed and also checked under the house. He was able to snake out the line through the main. A little extra time and effort but success. Alex also provided suggestions on maintenance and future repairs for consideration.

Fast, reliable, and honest! My water heater broke and they came out within an hour of my call, and replaced my water heater with a new one on the same day! Marty was my Plumber and he was great, he showed up on time explained everything thoroughly and worked clean and fast! I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and neighbors!

We started getting only lukewarm water in the middle of the day. I checked our gas water heater and everything seemed ok. Confused, I called Water Heater Pros. Jose answered and he walked me through a series of checks on the phone. He correctly deduced that the issue was a leak in a pipe under the house. Sure enough, when I walked around, I could hear water leaking from one side of the house. He advised me to turn the heater to the lowest setting possible, shut off hot water inlet and call a plumber. His timely help avoided any more water leaking into my crawl space and damage to my boiler.
Its rare to see customer service and values in a business like this nowadays.

Took six weeks working on a small job. Showed up sporadically throughout - poor communication. Inspector failed their work two times and told me I should be embarassed by their shoddy work. Was not fun to be called out like that by the inspector. The owner lied to my face when I told him what needed to be fixed and he told me he would do it. He then promptly proceeded to cut corners leading to the second failed inspection.

My handyman was able to get the job done on the first try and pass inspection.

Oscar and Chemma !!!!! thank you so much for being so awesome and answering our hysterical call for help! Our main sewage line blew up nasty stuff all over the backyard and Oscar came to our rescue ! Don't hesitate ! Just call them ! If you needed a sign to give you the push you needed to get plumbing help, here I am !!!!!! Oscar even let us watch him stick the camera down the pipes and it was soooo fun and sooooo disgusting !!!! Worth every penny. If you want it done right, call them! Your home deserves to be well taken care of by professionals ! This is the company :) thank you again

PM Plumbing repaired several minor issues that had accumulated in my home.  Leaking tub faucet, running toilet, two sink faucet replacements, ice maker repair  and garbage disposal repair.  The plumber was professional and friendly and got the work done quickly at a reasonable rate.

Avo and Charles came the same day I called and installed my kitchen faucet.  Excellent service and price. Extremely knowledge and helpful. Will definitely call them the next time. Thank you!!!

Able to come out right away and check out the water pressure in the back hose I was concerned about. They gave everything a thorough check, informed me of options, and gave me their very thoughtful recommendation that happened to be do nothing since the fix options are expensive and will not provide a huge improvement in water pressure. I really appreciated the honesty and the additional helpful tips he provided in being able to assess future issues with my plumbing independently. Overall awesome experience. :)

Can't say they didn't do their job properly, but they came to inspect a water leak and said they would follow up.  Called me a week later, saying they didn't forget about me and looking to see when their schedule would clear up.  Two weeks since then, and I still hadn't heard back.

We had trouble with our sink and garbage disposal was linking water.  Adam Amador came and fixed the leaks and solved our problem sink.  He is professionalism, knowledge and efficiency was awesome!  This is the second time was called Western Rooter and have not been disappointment.  Can't recommend this company wnight, Thank  you Adam!

Jorge and his team are quick to respond, reliable and dependable.  We had to use them three times in two weeks and each experience was great.  Kitchen sink install, fixed a bathroom shower and a leak outside.  Would definitely recommend!

I needed an urgent service for my apartment main line that was clogged. All apartments were clogged  severely and decided to contact David. David answered the phone and was very professional and came in a timely manner. David and his partner were very helpful and provided several suggestions on how to fixed the problem with the main clogged line. The clog was worse  than expected but David made sure that the job got done to solve the issue. Both were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to complete the job. The issue has been finally solved!! Thank you David and team!

Waterworks plumbing Did a spectacular job at installing a shower and toilet in our new home. I had contacted so many other plumbing companies with no success. These guys are very reliable and truly care about their customers. They came out and did an inspection to make sure that they were able to complete the job and from then on everything went by like a breeze. I highly recommend them if you're looking to work with people who will make things easier for you.

Second time calling Free Flo and both times super happy! Today Anthony tackled swapping my garbage disposal.

My original disposal was different than the one I had purchased to swap (same fitting sizes but different brand) but Anthony and Free Flo held to their original very fair quote price without any haggling or complaint.

Anthony was super professional. He called ahead, arrived early (which was great for my work day!) and performed his work with precision and care! He was also super friendly and easy to get along with!

On completion he went the extra mile and spent time testing my dishwasher and the plumbing going into the disposal to make sure it was leak free and good to go!

Will continue to call Free Flo for all my plumbing needs in the future!
