Maikel showed up on time.Perfect installation of a new water heater. He explained everything regarding codes on the water heater. Showed me how to flush the water heater which had no idea that needed to be done once a year.

I was contacted by David J. and we discussed the situation and everything has been straightened out.  His team returned to perform another inspection and the technicians were very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.  David proved himself to be a standup guy and man of his word by doing what was necessary to get to the bottom of things and sent his team out again.  We haven't  had a chance to complete the job yet but will definitely be in contact.  Thank you, David!

I  have a list of plumbers I call when need one. Of the most responsive and knowledgeable plumbers I have hired, Andy was amazing...and down to earth. He helped me trouble shoot, he took a very large old severely cracked main sewer pipe out of the wall with great ease and put the whole thing back together again in a matter of a few hours. His work was amazingly clean and tidy.  I am switching out my go-to plumbers and from now on I will call Andy first.  Such a great experience professionally and responsively.

Watch out for these guys making your stopped drain into something much bigger.  We had the same scenario as another reviewer that we neededdigging under our house to replace pipes etc and the cost would be in the $7,600 range.  Our pipes are not buried under ground... They were not happy when my husband pointed that out and left in a hurry.  Got the problem fixed by another plumbing company.

Chris from Rocket Plumbing did outstanding work. We initially got an estimate from another plumbing co. to fix a shower/tub diverter for $1800 that would have required cutting a whole in the wall behind the shower.
Got a second opinion from Chris at Rocket Plumbing. He was able to replace the diverter unit, no cutting for a total of $315. Great job. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend.

PM Plumbing repaired several minor issues that had accumulated in my home.  Leaking tub faucet, running toilet, two sink faucet replacements, ice maker repair  and garbage disposal repair.  The plumber was professional and friendly and got the work done quickly at a reasonable rate.

Nothing like a 11:30 p.m. front yard flood and swooshing sound to energize a startled homeowner on Memorial Day Weekend Friday night. Thanks to Yelp, I found a more local firm Plumbing Boys, but their technician was already on a job, so they referred me to an actual family-related business Plumbing Dudes in Burbank.
Armand arrived by 12:45 a.m.--after providing water shutoff guidance--and assessed the problem as a ruptured irrigation water supply line, which could wait until Saturday morning since water to the house was not impacted. He arrived early with the right parts; dug through mud, did all the work in several hours then scheduled a return after giving the PVC clue time to set. He was on time for each of his 3 trips; professional and checked the irrigation system just to make sure the repairs held. He even gave me instructions for a possible future valve issue replacement, which my gardener could perform.
Let's see: 3 visits--including in the middle of the night--ALL of the work and repair for a more than reasonable price. One-third less than I expected to pay. The cost was below $300.

Jaime saved us from an almost-midnight plumbing emergency. We feel so grateful for his quick response and skill. We came into our kitchen to find water gushing from under the sink- even after turning the water off! We called Jaime desperate (not many plumbers answered their phones at 11pm!), but he came over within 20 minutes, diagnosed the issue, fixed everything onsite and explained everything to us in layman's terms. He had great customer service and saved us from our entire place flooding. We'd definitely use him again!

Great, friendly service.  We had a water heater burst on a Saturday morning, very early.  George showed up within two hours, took a look and immediately contacted a water restoration company after surveying the damage.  The two companies (AA Twin and 360 Water) worked together over the four days of drying / repair scheduling around each other.  Very helpful, organized and again, great service.  Highly recommend these guys!

Recently used Jorge and his team to repair a leak. He is fair and reasonably priced. His crew came out the next day and made the repairs, cleaned-up afterwards and were respectful and courteous the whole time. I would definitely recommend them. They give free estimates and warranty for work preformed.

David was very responsive and showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the leak fast and perfectly. His rates are reasonable. I would highly recommend him and would use him again for future.

I've had Avi here on at least 3 different occasions and I've been incredibly impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and his straight-forward assessment of the situations he's diagnosed every time (including a real head scratcher).  I've tried a couple plumbers in the years before, but I haven't called another plumber since.  I know exactly who I'm calling for all of my plumbing needs, big and small.

I live in highland park area There was roots in the sewer line and I needed a hydro jetter to cut out all the root intrusion and then they ran a camera to show how everything is cleared up but told me that there is  hair line cracks in  main line that need to be replaced eventually. The good thing about free flo is they aren't pushy and explain everything and answer all questions. They don't Try to upsell.

I called three other plumbers and never got a call back or an answer. I was able to describe the problem and they were at my home within the time they specified.
