Maikel showed up on time.Perfect installation of a new water heater. He explained everything regarding codes on the water heater. Showed me how to flush the water heater which had no idea that needed to be done once a year.

Mike was great, timely, professional, got our kitchen sink unclogged quickly and efficiently, great response time, highly recommend!

TWO MINUTES. That's the time it took for Andy to fix my garbage disposal. AMAZING. Called Andy two nights ago and he was able to accommodate me last minute for the weekend. Chris from Rocket Plumbing did outstanding work. We initially got an estimate from another plumbing co. to fix a shower/tub diverter for $1800 that would have required cutting a whole in the wall behind the shower.
Got a second opinion from Chris at Rocket Plumbing. He was able to replace the diverter unit, no cutting for a total of $315. Great job. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend.

I manage a busy hair salon & spa and our water heater went out late in the afternoon on Friday.  Jose (possibly the nicest guy on the planet,) met me at the salon at 6:30 in the morning on Saturday to ensure that our staff and clients would enjoy hot water.

I need to say that if you are looking for an honest, kind, responsive company that comes out promptly and gets the job done, look no further!! Trevor listened to my issue and despite the fact that it was late afternoon, toward the end of the day, he told me that he would he had someone not far from my home and he would try to get him here right away and if they couldn't get here, he would come himself.  Manual and Matt came over quickly.  They were very nice, clean and knowledgeable.  They fixed the problem very quickly and they did not try to rip me off or overcharge.  They were reasonably priced and I would recommend them to anybody.  It is refreshing to find a service company that has such excellent customer service and integrity!! Great plumber. They did a great job. Showed up as promised. Fixed the clogged drain quickly and kept things as clean as reasonably possible. Professional and courteous. Even had a special screw on his truck which saved time. I would use them in the future and recommend to others.

PM Plumbing repaired several minor issues that had accumulated in my home.  Leaking tub faucet, running toilet, two sink faucet replacements, ice maker repair  and garbage disposal repair.  The plumber was professional and friendly and got the work done quickly at a reasonable rate.

I've used them twice now and both times they were quick, on time, and very professional.  The first time was to replace a broken shower knob, not only did they quickly get a replacement but installed it within 30 minutes.  Second time was to investigate low water pressure in our guest bathroom.  They were able to diagnose the problem and fixed it within minutes.  I'm definitely using them for any plumbing issues in the future!

We have lived in a very beautiful condo on the Westside for several decades. Unfortunately, it was built in the late '70s and the plumbing shows its age. That being said, it is only natural that we have needed repairs both big and small - from a huge pipe-burst flooding incident to minor faucet leaks, and everything in between.

Funny thing! My house reeked of a fowl small and I was sure that a water leak somewhere caused mold on my drywall's. Two guys came out from plumber Guys checked all my plumbing. They told me the good news and the bad news. It turned out my Plumbing was fine but the smell was from my nasty cat spraying all over my designer rugs and carpet. Grrrr...  anyhow, if it weren't for the guys I would have replaced my sump pump for no reason. I did pay them for a service call.

My store in downtown LA had a toilet overflow and Properly Done came within an hour and half. I tried calling others companies but they would scheduled too far out. Properly done came to snake my drain and put a camera to find the issues. These guys were fast, reliable and did the job. Recommended

From the start I had a good feeling about David, he responded quickly offered a free quote next morning and showed up on time, had all the parts to fix my Gas line valuve for my dryer connection, David not only got the job done quickly and cost affective but he accepted Zelle which made it that much easier.

We had so many guests over and I accidentally put food down the disposer. Not a good idea! The sink was clogged and I needed it fixed ASAP. I didn't want to deal with this while I had guests over. I called waterworks plumbing and they were on their way. The plumber was able to get the sink back to normal within 30 min. Great service that I would recommend to friends and family.
