My water heater stopped working late Sunday night. Plumber Pro was available that night to trouble shoot the problem. Maikel was a true professional and walked me through the issue and described what was going on. The water tank was damaged and was leaking. The only fix was to replace the heater. He had a new heater at my house the next morning and installed it. It was a very quick turnaround and he stayed around in order to test my water etc.

I would recommend Maikel (Plumber Pro) to anyone.

I had my old heater removed and a new one installed by Adee.  They provided a written esitmate, then did exactly the work they promised on time and on budget.  They were also respectful of entering/exiting the house while doing work and cleaned everything up when they were done.  I couldn't be happier with their service!

I'm glad the other company flaked- These guys are great. Ryan showed up at the promised time, immediately figured out the problem and had the parts and knowledge to make the repair. He did not attempt to coerce me into replacing the entire unit, which most companies I contacted seemingly wanted to do. They are pleasant people and want to do a great job. When I initially called they walked me through some steps and procedures with the unit to make sure they actually needed to come out....I consider that honorable and honest. The final cost of the repair was also less than almost every other quote I received from other companies......I highly recommend using Water Heater Pros.......

My son flushed a Minecraft block down our only toilet and it got wedged in there pretty good. We tried everything ourselves and could not get it out. This review is long overdue. I highly recommend hard hat rooter, they are the most honest plumber I've worked with thus far! The owner Ralph is very responsive and provides the estimate within 24 hours. I've worked with a lot of plumbers and they are professional and priced competitively!

PM Plumbing repaired several minor issues that had accumulated in my home.  Leaking tub faucet, running toilet, two sink faucet replacements, ice maker repair  and garbage disposal repair.  The plumber was professional and friendly and got the work done quickly at a reasonable rate.

I'm extremely grateful! My tankless water heater stopped working on a Friday evening, which potentially meant no hot water all weekend because nobody I was calling beforehand was available to come and take a look. I called Plumbing Dudes and they talked me through a quick and easy way to get the gas meter that had been tripped by the gardeners up and running again. The guy I talked to was so incredibly helpful. I'll definitely call them again with any other plumbing or water heater repairs that come up in the future.

Our garbage disposal started to leak from multiple places. J&E messaged us relatively quick. They were very responsive. Within 12 hours, my garbage disposal was replaced and it is working fine. Yelp's messaging system really works. I would hire them again.

So surprising to have a delightful experience with a plumber, but George really impressed me.  I called on a Sunday night for my tenant's clogged pipe, and he was there first thing Monday morning!  (this was a Thanksgiving weekend, mind you)  He took care of the problem quickly and efficiently, even though he ran into a few problems and actually had to cut off the snake-  but even with that, the price was extremely reasonable and it was such a pleasure to deal with someone so friendly and professional who actually seems to love his work.

Pablo came out next day and on time to fix our clogged kitchen sink, great service and really nice guy.  He was careful not to make a mess and let me know the cost up front.  Cost was reasonable/average but it came with a 30 day guarantee which was reassuring.   I would call them again.

I feel like they are honest and the charges are fairly priced. Very hard to find these days! Companies like this deserve all our business :)

My shower tub got clogged at around 11pm. Started looking for a plumber and got a couple of replies. Jorge replied back within 10mins. His quote was very reasonable, so I decided to move forward with him. He told me he can stop by the following day between 8-830am (pretty quick for a late message). He arrived a couple minutes before 8am! He tried unclogging the tub, but had difficulties. He went underneath the property and noticed an issue with the plumbing pipes that were causing the clog. The quote increased couple hundred bucks because the job had to be done underneath the property. He managed to unclog my tub, installed new abs pipes and a new bath waste drain kit. 100% satisfied! Will use him for future projects...

Nothing but great things to say about Avi and Waterworks. Easy to schedule and work with, great availability, and the work is top grade. Avi did a fairly big job for me, but I'm sure he is great for smaller stuff too.

Outstanding service! Spoke with Steve, sent out to look at our bathroom shower valve. Patrick arrived on the same day, within 15 minutes, was friendly, personable and efficient. He diagnosed the problem, outlined the possible complications (in this case, a broken pin that keeps the stem locked in) and worked with it until he was able to successfully get the stem out in two pieces. So appreciative that they did such great job! We would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Finally, after years of searching, a plumbing contractor that returns phone calls, shows up when they say they are going to, and does what they say they will at a reasonable price.  

That's all I've wanted, but have been unable to obtain until now.  These guys are my new go-to and someone who I won't hesitate to recommend.
