I've hired Maikel twice in the past month to fix three toilets. He was quick and reliable. Definitely calling him again for future plumbing problems in my rental properties.

I called Tip Top drain pros after reading the great reviews on yelp because i had old galvanized water lines underneath my crawl space that had completely burst due to old age. Marc came out within 30 min and shut the water off for me and gave me a couple of options on how to fix this mess I had.  I went with his recommendation to do a full repipe with new copper lines.   His price was beyond fair and he kept his promise on completing the job in 2 days. His crew was very polite and I will definitely be calling Tip top drain pros for any future plumbing problems I run into in the future! Thanks guys

After being readily disappointed by another plumbing company, I reached out to Andy for a toilet blockage.  He responded promptly, gave an estimate on the work, provided an ETA and showed up when he said, despite the rainy weather!  When he arrived, he assessed the issue and knew exactly what was needed to resolve it.  We'll definitely be using Andy for future work and grateful to have found such a reliable company!

Fast, reliable, and honest! My water heater broke and they came out within an hour of my call, and replaced my water heater with a new one on the same day! Marty was my Plumber and he was great, he showed up on time explained everything thoroughly and worked clean and fast! I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and neighbors!

My tankless water heater stopped producing hot water and after trouble shooting it and even going with another service I was given the number to a Rinnae preferred service provider- the Water Heater Pros.  Ginno came out and was able to determine what was wrong with my heater.  Of course Rinnae stopped making my model of heater which complicated things, but Ginno worked his magic and with his persistence he was able to get the heater up and running at a fraction of the cost of what I had anticipated paying.  My advice to anyone with a malfunction tankless water heater is to start with the Water Heater Pros and save yourself from cost and headache of using any other company.  They are by far, the best service provider in SD.  Thanks Ginno.  You are the best..... Give that man a raise!

Earlier in the week I called a much larger company, Sunset West, and after waiting 48 hours for no returned call, I took a chance on Lords of Plumbing.  Michael called me back immediately and was able to come over promptly. He was friendly, clear about what was wrong (which, among other things, was the result of some incompetent work by another plumber) and he followed up as promised the next day with information about the parts. Would definitely work with them again.

Oscar and Chemma came to the rescue for my family and I today! We were suffering plumbing problems that we couldn't fix ourselves but they found the problem and fixed it like magic. This company will be our go to guys from now on! Thanks again Oscar and Chemma!

I had sink that needed to replaced - a job that required moving plumbing from an unusually high old fixture to a more standard setup. I priced out the job, and Hard Hat provided a very reasonable quote. Having previously had a good experience with them, I brought them on. Francisco and his team did a fantastic job; they were very detail oriented, easy to communicate with, and professional. In addition to their plumbing work, they were able to point out a defect in the sink I was sent which saved me a future headache.

We had a backup in the bathroom  toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. He was very informative about what he had to do and what was the problem. I'm very happy with the level of service that PM Plumbing provides. It took ten days for our previous plumbing company to send someone over to fix our dripping shower. After he had examined the shower he said he'd be back the next day with the parts. That was four weeks ago and we've never seen or heard from him since.

Then just last night we had a blocked sink that, by this morning, had become an emergency. I googled and called all the big name 24/7 Emergency Rooter/Plumbing companies but none could come over till next week. Some didn't even call me back. Then I called Plumbing Dudes and they sent Avo and Charles around within an hour, and had it all fixed in 20 minutes.

As they were finishing up Charles noticed the dripping shower and asked if I wanted it fixed - I said yes, and so he checked it over and let me know that it needed a special part. But instead of saying it would take a day or more, he said he would personally go and pick up the part and be back in 45 minutes and install it, which he did.

After they were done Avo wiped down the stairs and floor on his way out to make sure everything was spotless.

I am very grateful for their expert help and excellent service. Needless to say, Plumbing Dudes are now my #1 choice for any future plumbing needs.

Jaimie was so attentive and very quick to respond, I had such a major emergency even worse than I could've possibly imagine. When he got there he assess the situation and he was reasonable in his price to fix it. He showed me exactly what the problem was even though I'm not a plumber he made it simple for me to understand. At the end of the day my problems are solved and my life can you go on so I am very thankful and I would recommend them over and over again

Very nice guys, George and his associate Evian were fast, efficient, and professional. They had shoe protection to protect the floors and were very clean and friendly. If I have any future plumbing needs, I would give them a call. The prices are upfront with no hidden charges. They were both knowledgable and made sure the faucet installation was done right. They also made a couple recommendations. Great service on the westside.

I am a property manager, and my tenant's shower would not shut off.  She was able to turn off the line to her own condo unit, but then she didn't have any water.  Western Rooter was able to come out in a few days (yes, all plumbing companies have been exceedingly busy during Covid-19), to find that there was a broken valve inside the shower wall.  The only negative (not Western's fault) was that since the tenant was not available until 3:30 PM, that meant the plumbing job had to go to time and a half, as they weren't able to finish until 8:45 PM.  My other comment, though again, not really their fault, is that they had to take out tile to get to the problem.  I have seen my tile guys carefully chip out tile (kind of like a sculptor), and get the tile out without damaging it, so they can clean off the edges and use it again.  The plumbers took it out such that all the tile ended up in little pieces -- oops!  Again, that is not what they are trained for.  they made sure the area was clean before they left.  So, all together, I very much trust this company, they aren't going to try to gouge you on price, and they are all trained very, very well.

Jorge goes above and beyond! I almost used Jorge on my last project, and I'm so glad I called him this time. He's incredibly responsive, professional, and efficient. When I was in New York, he followed complicated directions to enter my house and fix a sewage back-up while an AirBnb guest was out doing errands. Then, he came back the following week to replace a sewage pipe that 2 other plumbing companies have fixed in the past 6 years. He discovered that the pipe they fixed was shoddy, and that there was yet another pipe that was completely eroded and needed replacement. He crawled under the house, which is on a steep canyon hill, and took video for us. I didn't even pay him for the sewage back up for several days, which I feel badly about, and he did the estimate for free. Just a great experience, which you can rarely say about plumbers. 10 year warranty.

David was quick to respond on Yelp for our tankless water heater install. He was completely honest and open about every charge. They showed up on time to do the work and finished in a timely manner. He offers very Competitive pricing. We will use again for our future plumbing needs.

We bought a 100 year old home that was in disrepair and needed to repipe our entire home. After interviewing many plumbers, we decided to work with Beach plumbing as they were clearly the best candidates. We also decided to get a new tankless water heater and new water filtration system with them as well.

Their owner Chad was of great help during the repipe, overseeing the project, and answering a lot of questions asked by my family. Chad was very professional and really cares about his company's reputation.  Edwin, their lead manager, also did an amazing job assessing our challenges and organizing project from inspection and contract and to follow up. He always answered my phone calls and house calls promptly, and thoroughly answered all of my questions.  Chad and Edwin went the extra mile to keep us happy and keep things on schedule.
Chad the owner also hires great people and I could tell that he cared a lot about his employees. They were a stellar team including the managers, supervisors and technicians to every employee I came across. The front line team was polite, efficient, great at communicating with our family, cleaned up after themselves and keep the mess to a minimum.  They started first thing in the morning by covering up all our hardwood floors, hanging plastic to protect areas they wouldn't be working in, and covering up everything else.  They found ways to work around areas that couldn't be disturbed, like counters, backsplash in the kitchen, and tile in bathroom showers and exterior stucco.  They also did a great job of patching the walls when they were done.

We are also very happy with the results of their work nine months later as we haven't had any problems, and are enjoying our new improved water flow, tankless water heater and filtered water. It was worth every penny!!! The Beach Plumbing team are my plumbers for life!!!!
