If you are looking for a reasonably priced, highly skilled plumber, Maikel is your man. Don't waste his times on quotes if you're not serious, because it costs small businesses money. I have used him twice and both times he is has been wonderful, professional and don't a very good job

Willie came to our facility and was quick to reassure us he had it handled. I have never had a company and friendly and was extremely reasonable with their estimate. Fortunately we did not have a gas leak however, any plumbing needs I have in the future I will be certain to call Willie!!

Andy provided excellent service afterhours, had a pipe leaking water all over the bathroom floor, he came within 45 minutes took care of the job perfectly and for a great price. I highly recommend him.

I called a few businesses around urgently because well I had a leaking main line. I got quotes 50-90%(!) more than Castaneda. All for the same scope too. So either they were giving me the PV Tax (it's real) or they knew I was in a bind so they were trying to make a quick buck.

But Team Castaneda came out, they measured and gave me a more than fair quote to do an amazing job. They were on time, prompt and cleaned up after. You never knew they dug up my yard to put in a beautiful new line with valves. And for all the businesses that try to gouge or make a quick buck, this next ones for you. When anything in our home needs plumbing attention, I'm calling Castaneda first. Always. Not you all who tried to take advantage of a homeowners situation.

My mother's toilet in Glendale, CA had an incident Monday evening, Memorial Day weekend and we needed to get a plumber on ASAP. Luckily her condo maintenance crew did shut off the water to the toilet. I believe I was on Yelp that night once I found out from my sister in San Diego that Mom needs help. I live in Temecula, CA. Luckily, Yelp has a top 10 list of plumbers and I was able to get in touch with Rafi, the owner, who scheduled Eduardo, the technician, who was at my mother's condo between 11-12 on Tuesday. According to my mother and her caregiver, Eduardo was very efficient, thorough and professional. He wore a mask, gloves and booties during this time of COVID-19.. I commend the great customer service of Rafi, Eduardo and Ariga at the office. They emailed me the invoice and credit card receipt for my records. We will definitely utilize their services again since we will be replacing the toilets at my mom's condo. Well-done and well-recommended. Thank you.

PM Plumbing repaired several minor issues that had accumulated in my home.  Leaking tub faucet, running toilet, two sink faucet replacements, ice maker repair  and garbage disposal repair.  The plumber was professional and friendly and got the work done quickly at a reasonable rate.

This was a great service! They came out within a couple hours of my call (earlier than anticipated, even!) and were quick to help diagnose and fix a problem that another company didn't catch when they were out a few weeks prior. They had all the equipment on hand and everything was completed quickly and efficiently, with no problems to speak of since. It was great to have them on hand and I'm glad they were able to help - will definitely call in future for my plumbing needs!

Able to come out right away and check out the water pressure in the back hose I was concerned about. They gave everything a thorough check, informed me of options, and gave me their very thoughtful recommendation that happened to be do nothing since the fix options are expensive and will not provide a huge improvement in water pressure. I really appreciated the honesty and the additional helpful tips he provided in being able to assess future issues with my plumbing independently. Overall awesome experience. :)

George is the nicest guy and super knowledgeable about all things plumbing.  He has all the high tech tools and video scoped our drain line to help us close on our house.  The price was very good and he explained quite a few other issues we weren't aware of such as correct water pressure and regulators to our house, yearly maintenance for the tankless water heater and a few others without giving us a hard sell for anything additional.  That's always a plus in my book.  He arrived early to our appointment and we spent a good 1/2 hr after he was done speaking with me and our agent, even helping her out with information about another client's home she was in escrow with.  He is naturally very helpful and down to earth.  He took his time and even inspected all the fixtures in the house afterwards to give us an A-OK even though he was only there to inspect the drains.  He will be our plumber from now on.

Richie was great . Fast efficient and friendly. Job well done . Also due to Covid he never took his face mask off and covered his shoes to come in . Nice to know they are being cautious

I had a pipe for my sink start leaking after I tried fixing a clog myself. Within an hour I had a plumber at the house, and within half an hour everything was fixed. The service was quick and everyone, including the dispatcher, was extremely courteous and helpful. Hopefully I don't have any more plumbing nightmares any time soon, but if I do, I am definitely calling them again.

Thank you Raul ! I suspected my water heater was broken and started to ask around on Yelp for quotes. Raul called pretty quickly after I set up a time for a quote stop by. He showed up on time, was very polite and gave me a quote for a new water heater. I appreciated him not pushing me on getting a tankless vs traditional water heater but was good about explaining the difference in function and pricing. Properly Done Rooter is a family business, Raul and his brothers showed up the next day exactly on time and finished exactly on time. I really appreciate this super smooth and low stress experience!

David is by far one of the BEST plumbers. Honest! (Which is rare for their trade) friendly, and overall genuine. He answered my call at 9:30pm. Showed up at 10pm and got my issue fixed 40 min after that!

I work in a hotel, and I will definitely make sure I call HIM before I call anyone else if my hotel needs a plumber. I absolutely recommend him!

A coworker referred me to Beach Plumbing & Jetting after hearing my complaints about the plumber my home warranty sent me.

On Day 5 without a functioning water heater, I decided enough was enough and called Beach Plumbing. They were very responsive, and were able to locate and install the water heater part within a few hours. While they were there, they also made quick work of a leaky toilet I was having issues with.

I wish I called these guys from the start. Fast, friendly, efficient service. Will definitely use them again!
