I've hired Maikel twice in the past month to fix three toilets. He was quick and reliable. Definitely calling him again for future plumbing problems in my rental properties.

I had a slab leak that was an ongoing issue for a few months I only noticed because my bill was three times the amount I usually pay. I called several companies and no one was able to get out to me till finally I got in touch with Tip Top drain pros. They sent out their supervisor Mike and Willie not only were they able to find the leak but they came with up with a solution that was cost-effective and long-term. Quality work at a great cost I highly recommend this company.

My ground floor toilets were blocked so I called Andy. He came ASAP and worked diligently to unclog the entire sewer line going out to the main. He is professional and experienced and offers competitive rates!

This business seems incredibly disorganized and continually drops the ball. For example, I scheduled a quote appointment on a Friday. I was told by the person who came out, who was a couple of hours late, that he wasn't able to give a quote because he needed his superior to do it. I was promised that s/he would come out that evening or by tomorrow at the latest. Four days later, I called back since I still hadn't heard from anyone and was again promised a response by tomorrow at the latest. The deadline has passed and I still haven't received a quote. Two stars since the first person did eventually come out and gave a good recommendation for a much smaller problem. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a more reliable company.

Fast, reliable, and honest! My water heater broke and they came out within an hour of my call, and replaced my water heater with a new one on the same day! Marty was my Plumber and he was great, he showed up on time explained everything thoroughly and worked clean and fast! I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and neighbors!

We have a tankless Noritz water heater and despite a completely newly remodeled home/plumbing/pipes/shower fixture etc... we had a weird problem where the kids shower went cold despite the master shower still hot when both were in use.

Previous plumber was nice but didn't know anything about tankless and offered up no solutions so I had to search for tankless specialist.

Called Nortiz and was told It's not the Nortiz water heater. Great. Now what?

Combed through nextdoor.com, found Water Heater Pros, a company many had given detailed positive reviews...and checked out the yelp reviews here...

So I called Water Heater Pros and Jose answered - Ryan came the next morning and within minutes of hearing my description of the problem, running both showers - Ryan had the answer. Replaced part, found other issues/concerns with our set up of the recirculator (WHICH BY THE WAY the contractor's plumber who I thought 'knew his stuff' DID NOT INSTALL CORRECTLY!) so Ryan fixed that too and now we will #1 save money and #2 not run hot water thru pipes all day which will shorten the life of the system. Ryan even found out how to fix the 'clank' we hear when the clothes washer is drawing in water and shutting it off (which by the way....NO ONE COULD diagnose or fix before!) I was beyond impressed with how much Ryan knew about water heaters, in my case, tankless. Insane. He's almost passionate and encyclopedia-like about it! All good for me - problem solved and was very affordable. Had me checked everything was working and that I was satisfied with work. Job done!

WHP is primarily for water heaters and doesn't do cartridges etc of fixtures. I had earlier called our other plumber for that issue (which on a side note - if you ever have leaks with your fixtures...call the manufacturer FIRST bc had I called Moen PRIOR to calling regular plumber - I would have been sent the cartridge FREE and saved myself $$).

Why oh why can't ALL companies be professional, affordable, highly competent and friendly??? This was such a great experience that I won't cringe the next time any plumbing/water heater issue happens.

I manage a handful of properties throughout LA and always have to search high and low for trustworthy vendors. I met with 4 plumbing companies and Lords of Plumbing was the only one that provided a pleasant experience from beginning to end.

I inquired about a repair through yelp and was helped by the owner Trevor. He was able to tell me what needed to be done by photos I provided and guided me to schedule the service through the office manager Gabby. She was quick, helpful, and friendly every time I reached out to her. After the first estimate I was provided I came back to her with lots of questions and she was able to provide me with all the answers I needed.

Edmund is the one who did a few repairs for us and did an amazing job. We had a leaking sink caused by it being poorly mounted by a different company, which he was able to fix and properly mount. We also had an old toilet with a broken flusher, so he sourced us the toilet of our choosing, installed it, and removed the old one from the house for us. He maintained health and safety protocol, was polite and respectful in the home, and very thorough with his work. The pricing he quoted us was always fair and he arrived on time to every appointment we had with him.

I am keeping Lords of Plumbing in my back pocket for any future plumbing work we need!

Oscar and Chemma came to the rescue for my family and I today! We were suffering plumbing problems that we couldn't fix ourselves but they found the problem and fixed it like magic. This company will be our go to guys from now on! Thanks again Oscar and Chemma!

PM Plumbing repaired several minor issues that had accumulated in my home.  Leaking tub faucet, running toilet, two sink faucet replacements, ice maker repair  and garbage disposal repair.  The plumber was professional and friendly and got the work done quickly at a reasonable rate.

Best customer service I've ever encountered. Helped me diagnose a problem that was simply just me not tightening the valve enough and not enough plumbers tape. Oops! It's so rare to find good honest people these days so I truly appreciate this company. Owning a small family business myself it's so nice to deal with such a great company in our community. Our garbage disposal started to leak from multiple places. J&E messaged us relatively quick. They were very responsive. Within 12 hours, my garbage disposal was replaced and it is working fine. Yelp's messaging system really works. I would hire them again.

Third time I used George the owner and master plumber and his apprentice- this time on my older home; he was very thorough again and kind; he cleaned out a shower drain and recommended a filter from Home Depot to keep it clear of hair- he even showed my husband how to install the filter when we get it. He also went out of his way to do an unexpected plumbing related task for our electrician who was also at our home doing some rewiring- he definitely didn't have to do that and yet took care of it for us.  His prices are very fair, and he is knowledgeable and kind. You really don't feel like you are getting taken advantage of and he is honest. I will continue to utilize George and his company for my or my family's plumbing needs.

Best water jet ever. They really worked at getting my line clear and took them a little longer than I thought was normal but they kept it till they made it work. I highly highly recommend these people

I loved Rick the technician who came out to fix our mini plumbing emergency. We had both toilets and showers stopped up and needed a snaking. They responded the same day and came in a reasonable time frame. Rick fixed the problem and we haven't had any issues since. I highly recommend this company.

I needed both a gas grill connected and a pilot light relit. Properly Done responded to my appointment request almost immediately and had a technician out the next day. Within 24 hours I was in business. The pilot relight was a quick fix, but we had issues with the on-hand parts for the grill. My technician visited Home Depot twice in order to get the right parts and stayed late in the day to get the job done. I'd highly recommend them.

We had some issue with our toilet. I found David Rooter here on yelp and he was quick to respond.  He came on time, have me a fair price and got the job done right away. It is tough to find honest people and David came off as just a hard working guy providing his best service.  Since he was here I had him take a look at my leaky shower. He said he would order some parts and come back to fixed it once the parts are in.  I will update review then.  Lastly, he warranties all his work. Now that is what I am taking about!! UPDATE: David came through once again. Fixed my leaky shower as promised. He actually hunted down a special order part and went to pick it up in order to get the job done.  A+ service.

Avi is an amazing plumber!  He came out when he said he would, located the problem and fixed the problem with our underground drain pipe, replacing a collapsed drain pipe.  We don't know what we would have done without his expertise.

We had our main sewer line clogg on us last night. We went in yelp and within 5 minutes we're able to schedule an after hours emergency service that same night, super easy and simple. Nick came out and he saved the day. He immediately went to work unscrewing the clean out and like a volcano exploding you just see everything that doesn't shine under the sun as they say! He cleared the line showed us the condition of the sewer with the camera and came by with the guys the next day to do a repair on a section of clay pipe that had been filled with years worth of roots!! We're very thankful and happy with Nick and Free Flo Rooter!!!

My water heater pilot went out and I couldn't get it to stay on. I messaged Beach Plumbing through Yelp and for a quick response with a reasonable quote for a new thermocoupler, the most likely cause. They were at my house within the hour.  Fabian was able to get the pilot lit for me.  I guess the problem was me not the water heater!  He didn't even charge us for coming out!  They have a loyal customer in me from now on. Great experience all-around.
