Needed someone quick and affordable. Glad I picked Plumber Pro. Maik came by and was able to diagnose our problem (which was definitely different from what our suspicions were). He was able to fix it the same day. Not only did he fix the problem, but he made changes to the piping so that I could have the option of adding a sink in the future.

Communication was super easy through yelp and text. Very professional and quality of work was excellent. Prices were affordable and I kept his contact for future work. Highly Recommended.

They were on time, kind, friendly, and found the leak quickly and fixed it!

Andy seems to think that his time is worth more than the time of President of the United States :)

I invited Andy to give me a quote for a VERY simple job, just need to install the new shower valve and connect the already installed sink. After checking everything, he gave me a flat rate quote of $650.00. So I asked him how long would the job take ... He said that it'd take all day, I asked him to tell me the specific number of hours and within the first 5 second, the time went from 2 hours to 3 hours to maybe 4 hours ...

Realistically, I know that a simple job like that won't take more than 2 hours 'cause I've already had quotes from other plumbers and since I've had all of the materials, the whole $650 was just the cost of his labor, which means he wanted to charge me $325 per hour :)

As a comparison, US President's salary is $400k a year, if you divide that by 2000 avg. work hours per year you'll get $200 - normal hourly rate for a President of the United State :) Mr. Andy here thinks he should be making nearly 2x as much :) I barely held myself from laughing in his face when he told me that it wouldn't be fair to charge a client an hourly rate, 'cause he might need to go to a store to buy something for me and spend time in a traffic :) Unless he thought he'd spend in traffic over 10 hours, he really had nothing to worry about :)

Another comparison - an avg. salary of a plumber in the state of California is $26.22 (from the entry level of $15.10 to the expert of $47.52) yet for some reason, Andy seems to think that his time is 10x more valuable than any other plumber in CA :)

He also said that he has a min. charge of $150.00 which is absolute MAX that he should possibly ask for a 2-hour job and even, in that case, he'd be making $75/hr or almost 2x the amount of the most expensive plumber in the state.

So my advice - do not waste your time! He will NOT give you a fair flat rate fee and will refuse to work on an hourly rate basis.

Josh L. is fantastic! Iif I could give more than five stars I would. I know that sounds cliché, but he went above and beyond in helping me with my dishwasher. I'm saving his number for any future needs.

Chris from Rocket Plumbing did outstanding work. We initially got an estimate from another plumbing co. to fix a shower/tub diverter for $1800 that would have required cutting a whole in the wall behind the shower.
Got a second opinion from Chris at Rocket Plumbing. He was able to replace the diverter unit, no cutting for a total of $315. Great job. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend.

Absolutely the best company I have worked with by far!! Such a  professional crew! We had a water heater leak and I called water heater pros from a referral. Spoke with Jose and he was so helpful on which avenue we should take so we can address the situation asap and cost affective. He new which water heater I had from just telling the model number which really surprised me and gave me reassurance that they are pros and they know how to work with residential and commercial units. Really appreciate the great work, transparency, and just how fast they were able to resolve our problem and getting the crew together in such short notice! I called the Lords of Plumbing after another plumbing company stood me up. They were able to fit me into their schedule the next day, which was a Saturday. I liked that Trevor gave me a range of time I should expect someone to arrive. Edmond came on time and took care of what he could that day. He gave me fair estimates for the other work needed (replace regulator & bathroom  faucet) and came back the following week for the installations. He also took the time to check if anything else was leaking in the pipes and sewer line below the house. He thoroughly explained to me why things were happening so I felt comfortable proceeding with the repairs. Also recommended brands and websites I could shop for faucets and shower heads, etc. Overall, legit and down to earth vibe for this homeowner.

Oscar was timely,  thorough, and professional. He did a great job fixing my plumbing problems and educating me about the process.  

They loosened my tub faucet and said they would come back to fix it the next day but did not return the next day. That was disappointing, but they did get it taken care of that third day when I called in about it. All ended well.

Recently our sink began to back up and not drain. We figured it required a simple snaking and found Hard Hat on Yelp. Called in the morning and they were able to have someone come out the same day. Turns out our drainage issues were not so simple, however the tech didn't give up (all the while attempting to be quiet as to not wake my napping toddler). He snaked the drain several times and even went under the house to check the pipes, taking video so I could see any problem areas. Finally the drain was clear and I was only charged the original drain clearing fee. They even called me later that day to help me with an unrelated air conditioning issue. Great, fast and efficient service. I'd definitely call them for future plumbing issues.

PM Plumbing repaired several minor issues that had accumulated in my home.  Leaking tub faucet, running toilet, two sink faucet replacements, ice maker repair  and garbage disposal repair.  The plumber was professional and friendly and got the work done quickly at a reasonable rate.

I've used them twice now and both times they were quick, on time, and very professional.  The first time was to replace a broken shower knob, not only did they quickly get a replacement but installed it within 30 minutes.  Second time was to investigate low water pressure in our guest bathroom.  They were able to diagnose the problem and fixed it within minutes.  I'm definitely using them for any plumbing issues in the future!

Our garbage disposal started to leak from multiple places. J&E messaged us relatively quick. They were very responsive. Within 12 hours, my garbage disposal was replaced and it is working fine. Yelp's messaging system really works. I would hire them again.

I called George to get a second opinion about my hot water heater pilot light.  I was told that my 8 year old hot water heater needed to be replaced.  I wanted to see if it was possible to replace the pilot light and thermocouple.  

George was very honest and told me that eventually that the tank would need to be replaced and that it does cost a lot for them to come out to fix something small.  He gave me ranges for replacing the tank and suggested that I consider a tankless system.

Being mechanically inclined, I asked George if it was a hard fix to replace the pilot light/thermocouple.  He said that it wasn't and told me exactly what tools I would need.

Thanks to George, I got the spare parts and tools and was able to fix the water heater by myself.   The hot water heater is running again with no issues!

I really appreciated the time that he took with me over the phone to talk through the issue.  I will definitely be coming back to him when we need our hot water heater replaced!

Needed to extend the drain pipe for my new vanity. Carlos from Western Rooter did a clean and fantastic job on it. He was in and out in a few moments, and charged a fair price for the work. Western Rooter was very responsive and professional. Will be back for other projects that we're adding to the home in the near future. Wonderful experience!

The most amazing service person I have ever had in my home. I called one morning (a Saturday of course) and was told that someone would be out within the hour. About an hour later Reyes showed up. He was friendly and knowledgable and listened to all of my insane questions and comments and treated me with great respect.

Reyes fixed two sinks and snaked my main line but while that sounds pretty normal, it was complicated. There was a weird smell in the house which ended up being a broken cap on the main line, but Reyes checked all under the house, and every sink and toilet and shower. He gave helpful hints about when to run water and how much to not have the smell, and how to make sure to keep our drains clean.

After checking all through the house, Reyes had to go get the main line camera. After he left I received a call from the owner to let me know it would be an extra hour or so and he wanted to let me know and check to see if that was ok. It definitely was as I had to run errands anyway. Reyes came back and it was raining while he had to work outside on the main line. He did it all with a smile. On the repairs, one sink was easy, the next sink was crazy and had pipes that were crunched in and needed to be pulled out and changed.

Also, I don't wear shoes in my house and they kind of collect by the door. I don't ask other people to take their shoes off but Reyes walked in, saw that, and immediately took off his shoes. I told him not to worry, but he did it every time, even when we had to walk in and out the back door.

Had a dishwasher leak and they came within 24 hours to take a look. The two gentleman that came were very courteous and knowledgeable about the problem. They immediately knew what was wrong and fixed right away. We have a newborn at our house and the thought of not having this fixed same day would've been horrible. Luckily they knew what they were doing! Highly recommend :).

They were able to accomodate us right away within the day. They are prompt do an excellent job on repairing our faucet. Everything was done in less than an hour! Highly recommended!

My go to plumber, the best in LA. Honest,efficient, hard working and a great guy on top of it all. Again arrived at the house on time,didn't try to rip me off like most plumbers and contractors in LA do,knew exactly what he was doing and got it done efficiently. Always does what is asked of and if it needs be, more than you knew you needed. I can't rate them high enough. Even gave me advice on other projects and how to save money by doing them myself,Avi is full of knowledge and his son aiding him is also a great young man on the up.
My only complaint is that they can't branch out into roofing,contracting,gardening,electrics as I'd have them do everything in my home . Trying to find a good human in those other fields that isn't trying to rip me off or their work isn't great is tough and still looking. 5 stars and the rest for this great company. Look no further for your go to plumber

I had a plumbing emergency and Free Flo sent out Steve. Steve was extremely courteous and even earlier than he quoted me. He came in and fixed my problem immediately. I couldn't imagine using anyone other plumbers than Free Flo and Steve!!!

My water heater pilot went out and I couldn't get it to stay on. I messaged Beach Plumbing through Yelp and for a quick response with a reasonable quote for a new thermocoupler, the most likely cause. They were at my house within the hour.  Fabian was able to get the pilot lit for me.  I guess the problem was me not the water heater!  He didn't even charge us for coming out!  They have a loyal customer in me from now on. Great experience all-around.
