Our kitchen sink backed up and of course LiquidPlumbr did nothing. I reached out on Yelp and got an immediate response from Plumer Pro. They had availability within the hour (major bonus for this issue) and a very reasonable price.

Guy was prompt to his time (10:30, and I reached out at 9:00), thorough in his job and left everything working and clean.

SUPERB! Here was my experience. Mike was on site every day to supervise and make sure I was being taken care of. The two gentlemen that did the work were here before 8 am every day, they got on with the job They worked hard.

One thing I liked more than anything was that everything happened exactly as described and written in the job sheet. When I did have to just clarify what I expected to see happen on the last day, they listened, went out to buy what they needed, came back, and surpassed my expectations. I took pictures. Now we're always going to call TTDPs when/if we ever have a plumbing issue in the future.

Andy came by within a few hours to try and repair a clogged shower for one of my tenants. There was no clean-out so he had to go through the toilet in order to get the snake in and unclog it. In the process of moving things, he accidentally ended up breaking a photo frame (I had to cover the costs for my tenant).

Once it was unclogged, we talked about maybe getting a camera and hydro-jet to ensure that it wouldn't get clogged again (this was my idea). The total amount for the work after the hydro-jet and camera would be $1100.  

I agreed and we waited for his friend to come with the hydro-jet.  Andy disappeared for a few hours (about 3 hours, wasn't sure where he went) and his friend proceeded to use the hydro-jet for the clean out.  I left for a few minutes and when I came back the bathroom was flooded. Apparently he ran the hydro-jet before putting in the camera, so without having any idea what would happen, there was 4,000 pounds of water pressure pumping into a system that couldn't handle it.  This happened twice and I had to come with a bunch of towels and help his friend clean everything up. There was water and crap everywhere in my tenants place (coming out of the sink etc).  It was a mess. Andy was still nowhere to be found.  I also had to pay for a cleaning service for my tenant because of this.

Finally we (I'm sitting in water helping his friend) ran the camera through and his friend explained what the issue was. Basically there was a portion of the line that wasn't sloping enough and that's where the water was building up. This section had to be dug up and repaired with the correct slope.  So technically we didn't even need the hydro-jet. It was a waste of money that I wouldn't get back.

It was another hour before Andy showed up and quoted me $3500.  I called another team who had done work for me and asked them what they would charge me. They said they would do everything (dig everything up, install two new clean-outs and repair the slope causing the buildup) for $1200.  The work is now complete and I paid over $2000 less going with another person (this is what happens when you use people who are recommended and not people off yelp).

I don't appreciate the exorbitant price that was quoted, especially after I had already paid $1100 (before the work was even finished).  I will not call them again for any issues.

Kirk is fantastic & knowledgeable.  He provided great customer service and quickly found and resolved my problem with the leakage occurring underneath my kitchen sink.

Chris from Rocket Plumbing did outstanding work. We initially got an estimate from another plumbing co. to fix a shower/tub diverter for $1800 that would have required cutting a whole in the wall behind the shower.
Got a second opinion from Chris at Rocket Plumbing. He was able to replace the diverter unit, no cutting for a total of $315. Great job. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend.

I've been referring this company for tankless service in the Los Angeles basin for about a year now. Never received a complaint or a compliment until today. A very happy tankless owning homeowner called me back because of the excellent service and pricing that she received from Jose. I always had to wonder about giving Water Heater Pros as a referral but, I have no problem giving out your company name as long as Jose is the man that shows up. I expect that you guys only send out the best. Thanks.

I had a huge problem with the pipes from my house to the sewer. Mike came and was professional, gave me an estimate and fixed the problem. While it was expensive, I think it was fair and was a big job. He prevented my having to do a much bigger job by lining the pipes. He came back a couple weeks later for a toilet stoppage and although he said it was not related, he worked for two hours and didn't charge me, which I really appreciated after spending a lot of money the time before. This was above and beyond and I found out from the owner, was done on his own time, and was his own decision not to charge me.

I highly recommend Mike.

Oscar and Chemma !!!!! thank you so much for being so awesome and answering our hysterical call for help! Our main sewage line blew up nasty stuff all over the backyard and Oscar came to our rescue ! Don't hesitate ! Just call them ! If you needed a sign to give you the push you needed to get plumbing help, here I am !!!!!! Oscar even let us watch him stick the camera down the pipes and it was soooo fun and sooooo disgusting !!!! Worth every penny. If you want it done right, call them! I want to start by saying how quick and professional this man is. He is super efficient and excellent in every way. This is the man you want fixing your house. I am so pleased he fixed the house so nicely. I am so grateful.

PM Plumbing repaired several minor issues that had accumulated in my home.  Leaking tub faucet, running toilet, two sink faucet replacements, ice maker repair  and garbage disposal repair.  The plumber was professional and friendly and got the work done quickly at a reasonable rate.

Our tankless water heater stopped producing hot water yesterday evening. Plumbing Dudes were one of two companies that returned my after-hours phone call. Today they correctly deduced the problem - a partially tripped gas earthquake shutoff valve - and VERY patiently sat on the phone as my husband & I tried to locate the valve & turn it back on.

They also provided us with a VERY reasonable estimate for a tankless water heater flush that we intend to have done next week.

We needed to have our dryer duct cleaned. He asked for $195 for this, even though he quoted $95-195 and he only used a 24 foot wand. Then he said the duct is obstructed and he needs to scope it for another $295. After he scoped it he said the duct was separated so he can't do anything until I repair it. Final bill:$690. Duct still not unclogged!

We called AA Twin Brothers and scheduled an appointment for Saturday. They gave us a time block of 8am-9am, and I was met by Eli at 8am on the dot. He then inspected the area of our concern and didn't find any leaks. He went on to explain the typical leaks that occurred with the toilet which demonstrated his thoroughness. The cost was $80 and because he didn't find anything, he was nice enough to check out any other plumbing issues we may have. On the way out, he said that if there was actually a leak, he would use the $80 I paid him for that work. Real solid move. I'll be calling these guys again if we have any plumbing issues. The workers were very professional, polite and fixed the situation very fast. I liked that they arrived early and cleaned up after the work was completed. I would recommend both of the plumbers that came out today.

Our water heater turned off last light. I called Plumbing Boys and was able to get someone to my house within an hour.  Levon was able to diagnose the issue and fixed it quickly. I will definitely be recommending this company to our neighbors.

Raul and his team were amazing!! They arrived 30 minutes after my call for a clogged kitchen sink and solved the problem within 45 mins. They did a thorough and excellent job, and left the place very clean! Will definitely be calling them for all plumbing needs!

Loved the way he gave me a practical quote. He went underneath the home and checked everything thoroughly. He was not afraid to get dirty. He gave accurate information about the problem. After job was completed he was very attentive to our concerns. He is very responsive. I highly recommend David.

This company is the best for Weekend emergency service they came quickly didn't over charge and they helped make sure the problem was solved quick and correctly other companies told us different and made it seem very difficult and it wasn't I will never use anyone else again

Rich and Tim were able to squeeze us into their schedule pretty last minute. They were so easy to deal with and very honest about the repairs and charges. They showed up during their window of time and were even patient with me when our tenant wasn't there to let them in right away.
