Excellent service, fixed my clogged sink without issue.
Notable good service: my issue started on New Year's Day, these guys responded to my message and quoted me a job for the next morning. All other services either didn't respond, wouldn't quote me until they arrived, or couldn't make it until two days later.
Arrived on time, did not make a mess.

These guys did an awesome job. Quick to respond, reasonably priced and solid work. Will definitely use them again.

Andy our plumber was fantastic and he showed up right on time. Great to work and communicate with, he also gave us a lot of info to help better maintain from future plumbing problems. We are a little nervous when anyone comes to our house to fix or replace something but he had the experience smooth as possible. I enjoyed the fact that there was no up scale on pricing and he was very clear on price and transparent with everything else. The whole plumbing service went great and will be using him more if other problems do come up.

I needed my toilet installed. Yony V. gave me a written estimate prior to starting the work. He wore a mask, put booties over his shoes and left the bathroom and adjacent room clean. He even disposed of the old toilet. He checked and rechecked to make sure the toilet worked properly. Yony was very polite and professional.
The next time I need a plumber I will request Yony.

Fast, reliable, and honest! My water heater broke and they came out within an hour of my call, and replaced my water heater with a new one on the same day! Spoke with Jose and he was so helpful on which avenue we should take so we can address the situation asap and cost affective. Had a great experience with Francisco who I requested for a quote on the clogged drain running from the house to the sewer system on the street. Told him another plumber had already snaked the drain that morning and used their camera to locate the partial clog, with the recommendation to dig out the drain and replace a portion where roots had entered. Francisco was willing to scope the drainage pipe, too, just to verify location of the clog, which job normally costs $250, but offered it for free, so he could validate the type of work needed to be done. He then quoted a very reasonable price. Although we decided to defer the job, since the drain was now partially unclogged, I will certainly keep him in mind when we do decide to go ahead with it. I found Francisco to be a friendly, honest person great to deal with.

PM Plumbing repaired several minor issues that had accumulated in my home.  Leaking tub faucet, running toilet, two sink faucet replacements, ice maker repair  and garbage disposal repair.  The plumber was professional and friendly and got the work done quickly at a reasonable rate.

I found this business through Yelp. It had great reviews so I called because I had an emergency leak that needed to be fixed immediately. Armand was so friendly on the phone and was at my home within 30 minutes. He inspected the leak and gave me an immediate reasonable quote for being so short notice. He started right away and finished the job within an hour. Had the leak not been fixed soon the water damage would have cost way more damage so I am extremely grateful and impressed with the quick service that Armand provided. I highly recommend Armand and Plumbing Dudes and I will continue to call him for all my plumbing needs.

Awesome service - contacted me within minutes of posting a job on Yelp quite late one evening and arrived an hour later. He was super friendly, diligent, and efficient. He even went above and beyond quickly fixing an additional issue we had with another part of the home's plumbing. Would definitely recommend.

Charles just left our home. He replaced an old bathroom sink faucet with a new one and he was awesome. Top notch service! He cleaned up after he was done. He went above and beyond and answered ALL my questions on future faucet replacements for tub and shower. He ended up replacing old hoses and other bits corroded from old age. A little on the pricey side but a job well done.

I called western rooter today asking to get a tech out as soon as possible to fix a slow drain in my kitchen sink.  They were able to send out a tech within thirty minutes!

Pablo, the tech came out and diagnosed the problem right away and fixed the slow drain in no time!

These guys are very professional and have great pricing compared to other companies. They came out today to hydro jet clean my storm drain. They completed the job very quickly and efficiently. They were also very honest and gave me some recommendations on how to keep my drain clean instead of telling me I need to replace the entire pipe like another company that came out.  I would highly recommend them! Amazing job! Jorge is very nice and knows what he is doing. I highly recommend when it comes to cost I had gone thru Velocity plumbing and it was very expensive for just faucet work! Go with Properly done cause it's done right and very affordable. Will definitely use them again.

Contacted David in the morning about an emergency drainage issue. He was here within 2 hours and our problem is resolved! Explained what the issue was, and even crawled under the house to see what he was working with. He went well beyond what our previous plumber was doing to fix the problem. Save his number, nothing beats a reliable plumber!

Called Free Flo about a nonfunctional garbage disposal and they were able to make an appointment on the same day. The service person was friendly, was respectful of Covid protocols (masked and socially distanced), and mindful of my dogs (I have 3). I've used Free Flo for other plumbing issues for the last 5 years or so but it's the first time I'm writing a review for their exceptional service. They're reliable, fair, dog friendly, and in-and-out in less than 10 mins.

Our hot water heater needed to be replaced. Rene and jason came out and were quite efficient in getting the problem taken care of. Very friendly and professional. Would certainly use their business again!
