Our kitchen sink backed up and of course LiquidPlumbr did nothing. I reached out on Yelp and got an immediate response from Plumer Pro. They had availability within the hour (major bonus for this issue) and a very reasonable price.

Guy was prompt to his time (10:30, and I reached out at 9:00), thorough in his job and left everything working and clean.

Highly recommend!

I am a person that never really leaves reviews. But this time I just had to, just because I'm very satisfied with the help and service that Mr. Josue Landeros did for me at my house. I just have had many plumbing problems for years, couldn't get the right guy. I was very iffy when I called these guys. Once Josue came over and took his look around, he recommended what had to be done. He did his thing and problems were fixed. Thank you again!

Chris from Rocket Plumbing did outstanding work. We initially got an estimate from another plumbing co. to fix a shower/tub diverter for $1800 that would have required cutting a whole in the wall behind the shower.
Got a second opinion from Chris at Rocket Plumbing. He was able to replace the diverter unit, no cutting for a total of $315. Great job. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend.

Absolutely the best company I have worked with by far!! Such a  professional crew! We had a water heater leak and I called water heater pros from a referral. Spoke with Jose and he was so helpful on which avenue we should take so we can address the situation asap and cost affective. He new which water heater I had from just telling the model number which really surprised me and gave me reassurance that they are pros and they know how to work with residential and commercial units. Really appreciate the great work, transparency, and just how fast they were able to resolve our problem and getting the crew together in such short notice! I feel I should update the previous (below) review as today the company receptionist called me and said that the manager instructed her to refund all but the $45 I paid to Edmund yesterday. She was very apologetic and apparently the manager was concerned about what had transpired and wanted to make things right. I give the company credit for handling the matter in such a professional way. Perhaps it was only the one particular plumber (Edmund)  they sent to us who acted unprofessionally and tried to take advantage of me financially.  

Here's my original review from this morning:
I would absolutely not recommend this company. I had high hopes given all the positive reviews they received, but instead found them (or at least the guy they sent out) to be a rip-off artist.

We had a leak outside and because it occurred during the afternoon I wasn't able to get our regular plumber to come out (he comes from Orange County and always helps us with plumbing issues very early in the morning). Consequently, I googled local plumbers to find someone to come out immediately. Based on so many stellar reviews, I contacted Lords of Plumbing. Edmond came out a couple of hours after I called, which was great. I was told over the phone that I'd be charged $45 for the visit and that that amount would go towards the repair costs. Instead, after diagnosing the problem, Edmund charged me $123 just for coming out. He said he'd come by the next day with the parts and he'd do the repairs. When I asked for an estimate of what the repairs would cost, he told me it would take about 8 hours and that he'd only charge me for 7 hours of work plus the parts. The total would amount to about $1200. He made it sound as if he was doing me a favor, giving me some kind of a break in costs. He kept talking about how he'd love to help me out, but this is business and he can't do it for less.

As the estimate seemed completely unreasonable, I ended up calling our regular plumber, who came out at 5:30 this morning, did the repairs, replaced all the parts, finished the whole job in about 1 hour and charged me $750 in total.  It turns out my instincts were correct in not trusting Edmund!

Great works guys! Thank you so much for coming on a short notice. My tenant sent me a photo of the ceiling with a puddle dripping down. 3 guys showed up and quickly accessed the situation, they advised me of the holes they needed to make before they started anything. Once confirmed they quickly found the problem, sent me an estimate and said they would come back in the morning and get started if I wanted. They sent me lots of photos and showed me exactly what the issue was. They are not pushy in any way and they were great at not getting the tenant upset in any way with their work. I highly recommend them and will use them again!

PM Plumbing repaired several minor issues that had accumulated in my home.  Leaking tub faucet, running toilet, two sink faucet replacements, ice maker repair  and garbage disposal repair.  The plumber was professional and friendly and got the work done quickly at a reasonable rate.

i am new to Burbank and needed someone to help with my water heater - I woke up to all cold water. They came out the same day and were extremely professional and nice! I will be using them again with any plumbing needs I have.

Too expensive. Wanted to charge $690 to change my faucet and washer in the toilet. Had to find another plumber.

AA Twin Brothers was a great choice for Us, on time, efficient, HONEST, and family type feel very, RESPECTFUL as well, especially David He's been outhere 3 times, twice solo and very good/hard worker go out His way to get the job done, My APPLAUSE!!

My it was taking a long time for hot water to come through, I needed a honest, dependable company (no more independent plumbers or small time companies) I found Western, gave them a call, the office assistant made an appointment for someone to come out, Oscar came out, looked at my water heater & determined that I did need a new one! We discussed pricing- & agreed! He left went to pickup water heater & other materials, came back & finished the job!!! He was very professional, cleaned out water heater storage closet, I was concerned because water flow in kitchen wasn't full force & he showed me how to take off nozzle & clean out sediment & water started flowing great!  It's so important to find a reliable & honest plumbing company and I've finally found one that I'll use forever!  Customer service means everything to me, even if I have to pay a little more!!!

A+ service from Daniel. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and overall a great guy. I felt that he was fair with his assessment and did a very clean job under my house and inside. I would highly recommend calling the plumbing boys and especially asking for Daniel. As someone with siblings in construction and engineering, they felt the work was done with high standard and quality in mind.

I recently had an emergency with my water heater at a pretty late hour of the night and Jorge responded almost immediately to my inquiry.  I sent him a photo of the heater and he was able to diagnose the problem and give me an estimate over the phone.  Within 35 minutes he was at my house and fixed my broken water heater that night.  His communication was excellent, his pricing was very reasonable, and he came through in a huge way for me when I was in a tough spot.  Would definitely recommend Jorge and will be using his services for my plumbing needs going forward.

David was quick to respond on Yelp for our tankless water heater install. He was completely honest and open about every charge. They showed up on time to do the work and finished in a timely manner. He offers very Competitive pricing. We will use again for our future plumbing needs.

Avi came to us when my toilet bowl was leaking and he discovered that the toilet was leaking because the pressure regulator went bad! I am so grateful he came to help us because if it were someone with less experience who didn't realize what the true problem was, the underlying cause would have gone undetected and then a pipe could have burst inside the walls and I would have had a much bigger problem.

to my friends and family. they came on time , where professional and got the job done ! I'm absolutely satisfied with the work avi and his employees have  done In my home . Above and beyond a 5 star company  !!

Service was prompt and actually was able to provide service hours earlier than originally scheduled. Repairs were made for my tub drainage within an hour. Repair estimate was given with photos of the repairs that were needed.  Would utilize their services again in the future and recommend them to friends and family in their service area.

Richard is awesome. We were unable to remove our old shower head and he did it in a second. He didn't even charge us for that. We wanted to remove the hose from our outside water faucet. It was too old and hence wouldn't come off. He said he would bring a new faucet and replace this one. He even gave us recommendations on what we should do with our bathtub and the other shower.
In a nutshell, great service from a fabulous person.
