We have a tankless Noritz water heater and despite a completely newly remodeled home/plumbing/pipes/shower fixture etc... we had a weird problem where the kids shower went cold despite the master shower still hot when both were in use.

Previous plumber was nice but didn't know anything about tankless and offered up no solutions so I had to search for tankless specialist.

Called Nortiz and was told It's not the Nortiz water heater. Great. Now what?

Combed through nextdoor.com, found Water Heater Pros, a company many had given detailed positive reviews...and checked out the yelp reviews here...

So I called Water Heater Pros and Jose answered - Ryan came the next morning and within minutes of hearing my description of the problem, running both showers - Ryan had the answer. Replaced part, found other issues/concerns with our set up of the recirculator (WHICH BY THE WAY the contractor's plumber who I thought 'knew his stuff' DID NOT INSTALL CORRECTLY!) so Ryan fixed that too and now we will #1 save money and #2 not run hot water thru pipes all day which will shorten the life of the system. Ryan even found out how to fix the 'clank' we hear when the clothes washer is drawing in water and shutting it off (which by the way....NO ONE COULD diagnose or fix before!) I was beyond impressed with how much Ryan knew about water heaters, in my case, tankless. Insane. He's almost passionate and encyclopedia-like about it! All good for me - problem solved and was very affordable. Had me checked everything was working and that I was satisfied with work. Job done!

WHP is primarily for water heaters and doesn't do cartridges etc of fixtures. I had earlier called our other plumber for that issue (which on a side note - if you ever have leaks with your fixtures...call the manufacturer FIRST bc had I called Moen PRIOR to calling regular plumber - I would have been sent the cartridge FREE and saved myself $$).

Why oh why can't ALL companies be professional, affordable, highly competent and friendly??? This was such a great experience that I won't cringe the next time any plumbing/water heater issue happens.

We've used Lords of Plumbing twice now (Dan the first time and Edmund the second time), for a variety of issues - a leak in our kitchen, issues with our garbage disposal, and toilet.  Their service is as good as it gets.  Can't say enough positive things.  They were courteous, professional, on time and they didn't waste any time getting the job done and didn't try to sell me anything that wasn't necessary.  And unlike most, they even took their shoes off before entering the house!  
Their 2 service window is extremely convenient (most usually give you a 4 hour window) and they call with advance notice when they are en route.  And the price is VERY reasonable and was consistent with what they quoted me on the phone.

Fantastic plumbing company.  I have used them for several bathroom sink cloggs, sink replacement, and water heater install.  They back up their work if there are any issues that materialize after the work is done.  I have shopped around for other plumbing companies, but this company takes my business.

Raffi and Daniel are amazing at what they do. I had a technician (from another company) come out and tell me that we needed to replace the pipes under the house for a gas leak. I wanted a second opinion on the home and Daniel came in and let me know it was the water heater was the issue. Not kidding- he diagnosed it and installed a new water heater SAME DAY. Now everything is working perfectly, not to mention we got a 6 year warranty on that water heater. Great communication, fast turn around and affordable prices. Raffi and Daniel were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend this company for honesty and affordability. I will use them for all my vacation rentals in the area.

We had a backup in the bathroom  toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. He was very informative about what he had to do and what was the problem. I'm very happy with the level of service that PM Plumbing provides. We have used Plumbing Dudes on multiple occasions over the years and have always have A++ excellent service.  Arman, Jorge, Mary and most recently Charlie have been great.  During the recent Socal rainstorms we noticed our backyard flooding and quickly realized we had an obstructed storm drain.  I called Arman and he had Charlie reach out to me within 5 minutes.  Charlie dropped everything to head over here because we were worried about the rising water entering our home.  He spent several hours with us in the rain figuring out the problem and we ultimately got it drained.  It was a difficult job because of our lot size and the multiple storm drains with Y connections etc.  But Charlie and his partner were fully capable and game to work out in the cold and rain to help protect our house.  These guys are the real deal.  Save yourself the time and energy and just call them for your plumbing needs.  Very reasonable prices, excellent service, and quality worksmanship.

Jaime did a good job taking care of my mom's gas dryer vent.  He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the lint that came out of the vent.  (Gross!  So much came out!). I appreciated Jaime showing me what my mom needed to get done.

Very professional company, George came on time in the window provided, and was very friendly. Amazing customer service gave me options on how to fix the problem I had with my washer machine draining properly. He snaked the line, adjusted my pipe height and waited around to make sure the water drained properly. Very reliable and would recommend him to anyone Needing plumbing help.

Rene came to install a bathroom faucet.  I tore out the old one and I know how difficult the space he had to work in.  

He had difficulty in installing the new fixture because of the hardware that we supplied (everything is quick connect but it didn't stop leaking).  So, he spent twice as long doing the job. Even with that, Western Rooters' pricing is significantly better than I normally use.

Rene was professional and courteous.

Called these guys at 6 pm on a Sunday for a leak under the kitchen sink that had caused us to have to turn off the water. They arrived within a half an hour and fixed our problem! Awesome services when we really needed it. Thanks!

I recently had an emergency with my water heater at a pretty late hour of the night and Jorge responded almost immediately to my inquiry.  I sent him a photo of the heater and he was able to diagnose the problem and give me an estimate over the phone.  Within 35 minutes he was at my house and fixed my broken water heater that night.  His communication was excellent, his pricing was very reasonable, and he came through in a huge way for me when I was in a tough spot.  Would definitely recommend Jorge and will be using his services for my plumbing needs going forward.

The hoses underneath my bathroom sink leaked and made a big mess. I called a handy man to fix it but the problem persisted and decided to go search for a plumber here on yelp. After answering a few questions David was the first one to hit me up and ask me questions about the issues and I sent him pictures. He was extremely accommodating despite the time (11pm) and was able to give me a quote. he showed up the next morning (sunday) at 9am sharp and was very approachable and friendly. I had all sorts of questions and he was very pleasant. I shared with him my frustration with the work the handy man did and David reassured me and gave me a 30 day warranty if anything came up no extra costs. It's been well over 30 days and not only did he fix what the handyman did wrong I haven't had any issues since. What he quoted me was what I paid there was no surprise fees or extra charges. What David charged me was $100 more than what I paid the handyman. If the cost of service is too cheap so is the job. Pay a professional lesson learned. Thank you David!

These guys are absolutely amazing! They are a team of skilled professionals who know exactly what the solution is to any plumbing problem you may come across. I've used them before and have always had a pleasant experience with them. Their receptionist is also great! She answers all of my questions and concerns. Overall, they care about their customers and their satisfaction. Highly recommended!

Nick at Free Flo has been the best plumber I've had the pleasure to work with (because having to call a plumber is usually never a good thing!).

Especially over Covid-19 Nick has always been very knowledgeable, patient, professional and efficient. He is able to explain the problem, explain how he's going to fix it and educates me about it to avoid future problems. Many times plumbers will come in to get job done and leave without a word.

Nick has come out numerous times to fix this or that with accuracy and efficiency. We're planning to install a soft water system soon and he went out of his way to make the time to educate me on what copper pipes that should be used (apparently M copper pipes are a no).   How would I know?  He also explained to make sure that the drinking system should be cleared of debris before final connection. Again, how would I know?

If you want to work with a trustworthy company that has great scheduling and plumbers who care about their customers definitely use these guys.

Free Flo is our go to for plumbing and 100% referable.

Beach plumbing just left our house. They added a washer and dryer hookups up stairs and ran hot and cold water lines as well as a gas line and vent. A roughy two days but Renee and his guys came through. There were a few unforeseen mishaps but they quickly adapted and overcame the situation. Overall we're 100% please with beach plumbing and jetting. I highly recommend these guys. Way to go the whole team. I see why you have 5 stars.
