Excellent service, fixed my clogged sink without issue.
Notable good service: my issue started on New Year's Day, these guys responded to my message and quoted me a job for the next morning. All other services either didn't respond, wouldn't quote me until they arrived, or couldn't make it until two days later.
Arrived on time, did not make a mess.

Just had Cesar Cortez and Brandon Beech up to fix my kitchen sink. Both of these fine gentlemen were professional,
and great plumbers! They had my sink draining in minutes! Can't say enough good things about these two! I know who to call when I have plumbing issues!!!!

Fast, reliable, and honest! My water heater broke and they came out within an hour of my call, and replaced my water heater with a new one on the same day! Marty was my Plumber and he was great, he showed up on time explained everything thoroughly and worked clean and fast! I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and neighbors!

I contacted Water Heater Pros because my water heater stopped working and was leaking. I thought it was time for a new water heater. When they came out they told me that it wasn't time for a new heater it was just the drain valve that had failed. They ended up replacing the plastic part for a brass version. I was so grateful that they did not try to upswell me a new water heater and that they ended up making a quick easy fix to get the water heater I had working again.

I've used this group many times in the past and have always been happy with them.   I recently had a hose bib that needed to be relocated and was given a bid for $595.   The price seemed high so I contacted another locally based, highly rated plumber on yelp who promptly came out and did the same job for $175.  Maybe it's a one off, but their price for this particular job was inflated.

Oscar was very knowledgeable and gave me good advice and excellent service. There was a delay in getting here but Jose kept me informed so I knew what was happening and when they would arrive. I will use them in the future.

Ralph was great! Highly recommended. He came out to look at a bathtub overflow issue and told me it didn't need immediate attention. Even gave me an easy work around. He was kind enough to answer all my questions and I appreciated his top notch service!

PM Plumbing repaired several minor issues that had accumulated in my home.  Leaking tub faucet, running toilet, two sink faucet replacements, ice maker repair  and garbage disposal repair.  The plumber was professional and friendly and got the work done quickly at a reasonable rate.

Arman gave me a good price on Tankless water heater and Tony installed it! Very clean and professional. The permit inspector said it was really well done. Great price and great professional service! This is my go to plumbing company from now on. 5 star!

Jaime saved us from an almost-midnight plumbing emergency. We feel so grateful for his quick response and skill. We came into our kitchen to find water gushing from under the sink- even after turning the water off! We called Jaime desperate (not many plumbers answered their phones at 11pm!), but he came over within 20 minutes, diagnosed the issue, fixed everything onsite and explained everything to us in layman's terms. He had great customer service and saved us from our entire place flooding. We'd definitely use him again!

George is FANTASTIC!  I can't recommend him highly enough.  I called because I had a backup in my bathroom.  They were able to squeeze me in within a few hours of the call.  I received not one but two phone calls updating me with an ETA.

We had a great experience with Western Rooter and everyone involved from our specialist Omar and his team, to Susan in billing and everyone in the office. We found Western Rooter on Yelp and called them for a second opinion for a main line blockage and pipe replacement (So glad they service the Upland area!). The estimate we got was clear and more informative that the others we received. The price was reasonable and WR even had good financing options that worked for us. The day of installment the team showed up early, worked late after the sun went down and was able to get the project done in 1 day (absolutely incredible). Our job required city permits for breaking up and replacing a section of our sidewalk, and Western Rooter worked with the city of Upland and streamlined the process for us. Thank you immensely to everyone at Western Rooter for all your help and making a stressful situation run smoothly. It sounds like Omar met several of our inquisitive neighbors during the long day he was working in our yard, but for any neighbors he hasn't yet met we will be recommending Western Rooter :)

Work that was done:
- tree root removal under the sidewalk that was causing the pipe to tent up and created standing water in the pipes, which ultimately lead to the mainline blockage
- burst new pipe line back to the house to replace old clay pipes that were out of alignment
- cleaned the cast iron pipes out to the city line and used a liner to keep their integrity and increase longevity
- they dug three holes and replaced the section of grass they dug up in the front yard and several weeks post work the grass is growing back just fine.

We had a great experience with Ricky! We messaged on a Sunday night for quotes to a couple companies to replace a sink flange that had chipped paint. They quoted me the lowest price by far and ended up being able to come out the very next day to replace. They even did a test to make sure there was no leak after the replacement. It looks great!!

Rene, the technician showed up on time, confirmed my suspicion of a partial blockage in the main line sewer and went to work. The issues was resolved quickly & professionally.  Thanks for the expertise and prompt service.
