We had a clogged toilet this morning, went through Yelp and found Maikel at Plumber Pro. He's honest, fast, affordable and very nice. He didn't try selling anything we didn't need either like some places in the past tried.
I highly recommend Plumber Pro.

Thank GOD I have finally found a plumber.  I reached out to Tip Top and heard back almost immediately.  They asked me to call in to schedule a service appointment and when I did, they told me someone could be at my place not only TODAY but someone could be at my place in less than an hour.  Naturally, when Josh arrived, the issue I was having decided to go on a lunch break and I swore to him that I wasn't crazy.  He said this always happens and to reach out to the office or to him directly if the problem persists.  While they didn't have anything to fix, they still didn't try to sell me on a product or service I don't need (like most other plumbers have) which I sincerely appreciate.  I have already saved Tip Top in my phone as my plumbers and will absolutely use them again.

I didn't hire this man, my real estate agent did, saying that he had a lot of good reviews on Yelp. After our experience with Andy this morning I don't understand how that's possible. Going through inspections on a newly renovated home and there was an issue with the tankless water heater. My agent couldn't get the guy she wanted so she called Andy and he agreed to come out at 9:45am, with a quote of $125 to look at the water heater because the hot water wasn't coming on and also check the pipes underneath the house because the general inspector told us there was moisture near the front sewer line. Andy arrived about ten minutes late and he does not have the best bedside manner so to speak. He went through the house and we turned on the faucets and ran the water. He stated the obvious, that the hot water wasn't coming out. Yeah, that's why we called you.

We take him to the water thermostat which is set to 120 degrees so there should be hot water. The seller's agents are there as well and we all take him to the tankless water heater and we go over everything. He doesn't know what it could be, maybe says the problem is within the water heater. He proceeds to go under the house and my agent and I stay with him. He then calls another plumber (?) to talk, admitting he doesn't know what the problem is. The guy on the other end gives him a possibility, which he then repeats to us. Fine. Whatever, but we ask him to check the pipes for the leak our general inspector put in his report--like my agent has asked him to do when they spoke over the phone--he doesn't seem to understand what we're asking, even though he agreed to it, so we say it over and over until he gets it. He sees moisture underneath the house but he doesn't know what it could be.

At this point, getting anywhere with Andy is taking forever and the seller has brought in his own plumber to take a look. I need to leave for work so I write Andy a check for $125, which is what he quoted to my agent. As my agent had brought him out to do a professional inspection of the plumbing she asks for his write-up on what he thought were the issues as well as a quote for possible repairs. This is where it goes off the rails. Andy gets upset that he has to basically do what he was called out here to do (and my agent told him over the phone she would like a written report and bid) telling us that he doesn't need to write up a report because the other plumber is there to fix is. But that's not what was agreed upon, so my agent reminds him it was part of his job.

Andy then tells us that he's going to charge us MORE for writing the report. There's a back and forth between my agent and Andy, which I was witness to, where she tells him that despite the other plumber she also needs a written report from him because that's going to go in our own paperwork during escrow on the house. Andy gets upset and hands the check back to me, telling me he doesn't want my money. He goes on to complain about having to come out, that my agent hadn't told him she needed a written report (I was there, she even said it multiple times to him as he was doing his inspection and he would nod and say yeah).

Before it becomes a full blown argument my agent actually apologizes to him if there was any miscommunication (I don't know what their phone call was, but again, she asked him MULTIPLE times that she'd need him to write up his report and he agreed). At this point my agent just wants him to leave because now the owner is there as well as the other agents and this guy is awful and unprofessional and whining about basically doing his job. I give him the check back, telling him that he did a job so I'll pay him. He takes the check and agrees to just write up a quick assessment and his quote. Fine. Yay! We think the problem is solved but five minutes later Andy comes out of his truck and asks if we've seen his check. He thinks he's dropped it on the ground. I have to stop myself from laughing out loud because this has become absurd. We take the time to look on the ground for the check but I and my agent tell him I handed it to him, he had it in his hand. He doesn't know where it is. He gets back in the truck and I have to get to work so I leave, assuming he'll find it in his pocket or his truck.

Now, the rest of this is second hand from my agent but she calls me as I'm driving to tell me she got into a full blown argument with Andy in the middle of the street. He threatened to take her to small claims court because HE LOST MY CHECK. She's pissed, but she gets another call. When she calls me back she tells me Andy found my check.

Honestly, I'm happy he found it because I never want to see this guy again. I have NO idea why he's gotten so many good reviews on this site. In my thankfully brief encounter with him he was awful and unprofessional and didn't really seem to know what he was doing. Buyer beware.

They just did a big job for us - Installing a gas line which entailed digging up the entire proper, then restoring stone work etc - and we can't recommend them highly enough. Everything was first rate and - apart from being so nice - they were also incredibly neat (on a very messy job) and just excellent all around. .

Chris from Rocket Plumbing did outstanding work. We initially got an estimate from another plumbing co. to fix a shower/tub diverter for $1800 that would have required cutting a whole in the wall behind the shower.
Got a second opinion from Chris at Rocket Plumbing. He was able to replace the diverter unit, no cutting for a total of $315. Great job. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend.

Excellent level of service.  I was lucky to find these guys.  We came home with a newborn to no hot water. After explaining my situation he rushed over and had us back up the same day with a new water heater. Very professional and good price.  It's nice to see people still willing to go the extra mile for the customer. Can't stress enough how much I recommend them.

Manuel and the Lords of Plumbing are the best plumbers I've ever met.  I met them when I had a nightmare Roto Rooter situation in my backyard. I was getting shaken down by Roto Rooter and they broke my sump pump. I asked The Lords for advice and they were honest and upfront of how it should be done, but without any expectation or angle to get work- just wanting to help. I just hired them to fix my toilet as a result of such upstanding ethics and they fixed it in 30 mins and within 24 hours of calling them on Sunday. Unreal. Easy peasy. Straight up and professional.

Oscar was very knowledgeable and gave me good advice and excellent service. There was a delay in getting here but Jose kept me informed so I knew what was happening and when they would arrive. I will use them in the future.

I've used this business several times, and the technicians are always so nice, quick to respond, and helpful. Will absolutely continue using!

We had a backup in the bathroom  toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. He was very informative about what he had to do and what was the problem. I'm very happy with the level of service that PM Plumbing provides. This afternoon I contacted Plumbing Dudes and spoke with a personable man, Arman. I explained our gas fireplace piping and floor key issue. He gladly granted my same day request to diagnose our problem before the holiday. He arrived, immediately determined the issue and successfully and competently resolved the issue within an hour of his arrival. Thanks to Arman we have a fully functioning gas fireplace and ambiance for the holiday. Hope we won't have a plumbing need in the near future, however if we do, I will again place a call to Arman.

There was stench coming out of the sinks. I called in regards to the issue and they walked me through the necessary steps and gave me an estimate. They arrived on time and explained it was an issue with the main line sewer. The job was completed to high standards and I loved their work ethic and cleanliness. Highly recommend!

AA Twin Brothers was a great choice for Us, on time, efficient, HONEST, and family type feel very, RESPECTFUL as well, especially David He's been outhere 3 times, twice solo and very good/hard worker go out His way to get the job done, My APPLAUSE!!

We have had them out 2 times. Once for a stopped up sink and another for a clogged toilet.  Very professional. The get to work right away, clean up after themselves, and I know what the charges are before they work.

These guys are professional and great. I got the best quote from 4 different neighborhood plumbers. These guys came the next day to remove and install 2 toilets. They met me at Home Depot to pick up the toilets. The work was clean and done quickly. I will use them again.

Came out on a Sunday to fix a block in the main sewer line. Fast and efficient. Talked me through the whole process. Explained all the options and pointed me towards some DIY options if that was my preference. Ended up going ahead with their quote and would highly recommend.

I've used Free Flo a few times and have always been satisfied with their work. Patrick, in particular is fantastic. Knowledgable, friendly, only will charge you for the work you need.

Excellent service! We had a blocked drain for a couple of days backing up, and didn't get to call for a plumber till Saturday morning. Spoke with Richard, the owner of the business, and he was at our house within the hour. Very friendly, told us to start running the water for the sink and the washing machine and he had the problem taken care of in half an hour. Cleaned everything up and we were good to go. Very reasonably priced too. I will definitely call Beach Plumbing the next time I need a job done.
