So incredibly helpful! I had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday night (on Labor Day weekend), and so I wasn't sure I'd even be able to get on the phone with a plumber. Not only did I connect with Andy, but he was so so helpful. He wasn't able to make it out that day, so he called a colleague of his who came out to help me that night.

I'm so grateful that Andy was able to help with a same-day situation!

Hired what I thought was Morganized Plumbing but apparently they were bought out by Adeedo along with several other plumbing companies.  Hired them to snake a 50' line, but they did about a third of that. Had problems the next day and was then told I needed a camera inspection but there would be no additional charge.  New technicians showed and said there would be an additional charge.  Finally they did the initial inspection and told me the main line also needed a camera inspection. The quote for they was just under  $900, but I was told my original payment would be applied.  It was not.  After that my repair options started at $6,500 and within a day had soared to $19,000!   I got the job done for $6,000 by another company.  I made repeated phone calls to their Accounting Dept and never once got a call back.  The receptionist said her supervisor would call me back but s/he didn't. Finally left a detailed message for their Customer Service contact, but never received the promised refund.   Really sorry I ever called them, what a waste of time and effort.

Chris from Rocket Plumbing did outstanding work. We initially got an estimate from another plumbing co. to fix a shower/tub diverter for $1800 that would have required cutting a whole in the wall behind the shower.
Got a second opinion from Chris at Rocket Plumbing. He was able to replace the diverter unit, no cutting for a total of $315. Great job. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend.

I saw the name of this company on Yelp and thought Yeah right. But the reviews were positive and from real accounts so I gave them a shot.

Trevor arrived exactly on time to the minute. He fixed my problem, and another smaller problem I didnt realize I had. Charged me 1 hour labor fee and that was it, since he didnt need replacement parts. Five stars.

We had a backup in the bathroom  toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. He was very informative about what he had to do and what was the problem. I'm very happy with the level of service that PM Plumbing provides. Able to come out right away and check out the water pressure in the back hose I was concerned about. They gave everything a thorough check, informed me of options, and gave me their very thoughtful recommendation that happened to be do nothing since the fix options are expensive and will not provide a huge improvement in water pressure. I really appreciated the honesty and the additional helpful tips he provided in being able to assess future issues with my plumbing independently. Overall awesome experience. :)

I was dealing with a home warranty company and their plumber that they assigned to me. Needless to say after 2 weeks (yes 2 weeks...and we have kids) without hot water and without a clear plan to fix our water heater any time soon, I called Western based solely on Yelp reviews (1000+ 5 star reviews). My call was placed during my lunch (12:30pm to 1:30pm) and we had hot water by 4:30pm. Total cost...$125. Total estimate from Fidelity National Home Warranty and All Intercity plumbing...$985....AND out water heater is still under manufactures warranty. Do yourself a favor and call Western.

Wow - I'm impressed.  We had an old bathroom sink that needed to be repaired.  Not knowing who to call I looked on Yelp and decided to give Plumbing Boys a call.  I am glad I did.  When I called they were quick to dispatch a plumber to our house to look at the situation within 3 hours.

Josh was great.  He thoroughly explained the work that needed to be done, gave us several options on how we could fix the issue and was extremely courteous and professional.

After getting the parts he returned promptly the next day and quickly fixed the issue.  I really appreciated his customer service, timeliness, and honesty on the options we had.  Our new faucet looks great!

While I am hoping that we don't have plumbing issues in the future I now know who to call when I do.

Simply put - responsive, professional, and efficient. Anthony and his crew came in after I noticed a small leak underneath the house. I called around for quotes and they were able to check it out same day. Turns out the issue was the pipe connecting to the bath tub spout was a little too short so it wasn't fully sealed. He could have easily upcharged me by suggesting he cut and thread new pipe for a few hundred dollars. Instead, we tried to make it work with the existing pipe. When that didn't work out, Anthony was able to find a cost efficient way to get a pipe that was the right length to resolve the issue by installing a copper pipe with two male fittings attached on both ends. He and his crew worked quick, were respectful (both my wife and I work from home), honest, and cleaned up after they were done. I highly recommend them!

I called three other plumbers and never got a call back or an answer. I was able to describe the problem and they were at my home within the time they specified.
