Great service from Maikel! Helped me fix a kitchen sink clog and put some broken pipes back together. Upfront about the price and I really appreciate the time he took to explain everything to me. Will definitely be calling him for any future plumbing needs!

The angle stops for three of my sinks weren't working and I had a leaky faucet on top of that.  Mike Gomez did a great job fixing the issues plus he took a look at a water intrusion issue between my unit and a downstairs neighbor. The work was completed quickly and my plumbing is now back to normal.

Chris from Rocket Plumbing did outstanding work. We initially got an estimate from another plumbing co. to fix a shower/tub diverter for $1800 that would have required cutting a whole in the wall behind the shower.
Got a second opinion from Chris at Rocket Plumbing. He was able to replace the diverter unit, no cutting for a total of $315. Great job. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend.

Our water heater pilot light wasn't working, and we had no hot water. Ryan from Water Heater Pros immediately found the problem, ordered a new gas valve from the manufacturer and came back promptly to install the part the same day it was delivered. They're dependable and get the job done! Jose was responsive to my calls/texts as well.

These guys are the best, they stand behind their work 110%.  They don't try and sell you more than what you need.

Oscar and Chemma !!!!! thank you so much for being so awesome and answering our hysterical call for help! Our main sewage line blew up nasty stuff all over the backyard and Oscar came to our rescue ! Don't hesitate ! Just call them ! If you needed a sign to give you the push you needed to get plumbing help, here I am !!!!!! Oscar even let us watch him stick the camera down the pipes and it was soooo fun and sooooo disgusting !!!! Worth every penny. If you want it done right, call them! We had a backup in the bathroom  toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. He was very informative about what he had to do and what was the problem. I'm very happy with the level of service that PM Plumbing provides. Arman is not just a plumbing dude (although he is delightfully chill), he's a plumbing magician!  We had a sink back up that two other plumbers said could not be snaked and we'd have to do major work to get it flowing again. Arman got it working in like 15 minutes.  We still need to address some larger issues, but at least our house is fully functional again and we can plan our project.  Thank you!!!

We needed to have our dryer duct cleaned. He asked for $195 for this, even though he quoted $95-195 and he only used a 24 foot wand. Then he said the duct is obstructed and he needs to scope it for another $295. After he scoped it he said the duct was separated so he can't do anything until I repair it. Final bill:$690. Duct still not unclogged!

Super fast service. Called and they were here within 30 mins. Guy was nice as can be and fixed everything right up. Will definitely use again if other problems arise.

I had a terrible experience w Western Rooter and their unfair pricing scheme for a Smoke Test that cost me $450 w/ questionable results that cost me greatly.  

I had a smell problem with my pipes and called Western Rooter to come out and advise on what the problem could be. They suggested I do Smoke Test. It was $450. The test was done in 45 minutes. It consisted of two men blowing smoke down one of my three exhaust pipes and looking to see what cracks in the walls smoke came out in the bathroom.

The problem. This test if far from conclusive. More then one room filled with smoke, the basement did as well. They couldn't deduce why the smell was coming from two places in the house and why the smoke from the basement. Without that questioned being answered, they're  suggestion was to knock down the wall and replace the exhaust pipe for another $1700. This would not include the price of repairing the wall.

I could not afford either of these services and resorted to getting the pipe snaked instead with  another of their contractors and that was close to $200. He did a great job and was a very nice guy. All of the employees seemed honest and fair to me. The pricing is not fair.

When I called management hoping to have a sympathetic ear, I was told at most I could get a 10% discount. I asked what the cost breakdown was for the service. She told me the two men were paid $90 per hour. The smoke canister $30. So where does the rest of the cost go to? If the entire work on the pipe is $1700 then why is a 45 minute test $450?  When I asked the manager if the price seemed fair she said Yes its fair to me.

I request that Western Rooter create a tiered system for smaller homes when doing the smoke test.

The Smoke Test plus snaking of three pipes came out to $580. If that seems fair to you, use Western Rooter.

Lesson learned. Ask about all the costs associated with the job in detail before they start. A more conscious company would have explained this before they entered my home saying they are here to help.

My sink was spitting out water, and it was 8pm at night. Most plumbing places were closed, but Plumbing Boys was open! Thank goodness.

They promptly sent someone over within 40 minutes (amazing!!!!), and my sink was fixed within 30 minutes. I had a really bad clog near the bottom of the pipe. My plumber showed me the mess, which I appreciated because it helps me understand what the heck happened.

Another slight issue came up (which I won't detail here), but all the you need to know is that Tony, the manager, took care of it immediately. I love great customer service! Tony even followed up with me to make sure that the issue was resolved! Love this place!

Called Properly Done Rooter for an estimate on what I thought was a simple cracked water pipe. I Spoke to Jorge he was very attentive and arrived within the hour. He went under my house and informed me that most of my pipes were broken and corroded due to the age of the house. I had no idea how bad this was. She showed me the pipes and they were really bad. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and quoted me a price. Which was beyond reasonable. Jorge and his workers were here until 8:30pm and they did an amazing job with everything. Don't hesitate to hire Properly Done Rooter for any for your plumbing needs they were FANTASTIC!!!

David and his assistant are excellent! They helped me with a main line plumbing problem and a kitchen sink clog. David was honest, resourceful, and thorough. He gave me his price and stuck to it. I appreciate his professionalism. I will definately call him again if I need help.

Steve was terrific from start to finish. He was knowledgeable and professional and honest about pricing. We were rushing to get some work done so my wife and I could move into a home before she gives birth and Steve came in on a Saturday and just went to work, quickly repairing everything, doing my family a genuine service. I strongly recommend Free Flo, and look forward to working with them again.

Our bathroom was flooding.

We had just purchased our first home a few months ago and this was our first plumbing emergency. It was a Sunday and the first half dozen or so plumbers we tried contacting were closed. When I finally got a hold of Richard I was surprised when he said he could come out to our place within the hour.

Richard was able to diagnose the problem quickly and explained all the different options to go about fixing the issue - roots in the main water line. While working on the fix, he found an access to the pipe in our lawn and was able to give us a cheaper price on the work. Very honest of him and will definitely call again for any future plumbing issues. Highly recommend.
