After calling on a local handyman and a large plumbing company, I was surprised when they both failed to address the blockage causing my toilet water to backup into my bathtub. The plumbing company suggested I call a rooter company willing to go beneath my home and clear the blockage with a large snake. I immediately looked up several plumbers on HomeAdvisor, unfortunately none were either willing to go beneath my home or owned the proper sized snake/rooter to address the blockage. By default, I ended up searching for a plumber on Yelp, and came across Andy's stellar reviews. I gave him a call and he responded quickly. After explaining my issue, he assured me he'd dealt with this type of situation before and after providing a very reasonable quote, he scheduled me for the very next day. Andy is a one man gang, and arrived at my address with his own company van, which was loaded with everything a large plumbing company might possess, plus more! Andy didn't waste any time getting right to work, he's a busy man as evidenced by his phone constantly ringing with new business. Once this seasoned plumber got under my house, he was able to maneuver the huge drain cleaning snake into the clogged pipe and attempt to clear the blockage. It turns out it was a pretty good sized object that was impeding the water flow into the sewage pipe. Andy made sure to take his time, and be very deliberate while clearing the pipe, which I appreciated knowing he had a slew of other appointments he needed to attend to. Once the problem was resolved, Andy cleaned up the surrounding area and left it as spotless as it was when he arrived. I should've just called Andy and his keen expertise of plumbing from the beginning, problem solved in just 45 minutes! Best money I've ever spent on an issue I wasn't so sure there was going to be an easy solution , after having several others pass on the job. If you're a homeowner, and you want a quick, easy, affordable solution to your plumbing needs, then consider yourself jackpot lucky once Andy the plumber takes care of business!

My water heater needed to be replaced ASAP and Melissa was able to get me a plumber within the hour! Mind you it was already 3pm. Min came out and accessed the situation fast. My new water heater was installed early the next morning without ANY hiccups! Thanks Min and Melissa!

Chris from Rocket Plumbing did outstanding work. We initially got an estimate from another plumbing co. to fix a shower/tub diverter for $1800 that would have required cutting a whole in the wall behind the shower.
Got a second opinion from Chris at Rocket Plumbing. He was able to replace the diverter unit, no cutting for a total of $315. Great job. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend.

The best ever!  I called and Ryan came the next day, knew exactly what was wrong immediately, he was able to service my working water heater and replaced the broken one the next day.  So polite and friendly, expert repair.  Highly recommend!

Fantastic plumbing company.  I have used them for several bathroom sink cloggs, sink replacement, and water heater install.  They back up their work if there are any issues that materialize after the work is done.  I have shopped around for other plumbing companies, but this company takes my business.

When I call a tradesperson (plumber, electrician, HVAC repair, etc.) I have come to expect a hassle, blown appointments and other problems.  So, when I experienced NONE of these problems with Hard Hat, I decided to do something I seldom do-- write a review.

Raffi was on time (he actually got to my house a few minutes before I arrived, prompting a text from my wife saying the plumber's here-- what's your ETA.)   By the time I arrived a few minutes later, Raffi had already scoped out the problem and come up with a plan for fixing it.  The work was professional and the price reasonable.

I wish that all tradespeople were as Responsive, Responsible and Reasonable as this company.  I HIGHLY recommend them.

We had a backup in the bathroom  toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. He was very informative about what he had to do and what was the problem. I'm very happy with the level of service that PM Plumbing provides. I chanced using Arman for an emergency when 911 Plumbing was unavailable during this horrible rainy season.  I was so happy I did!  He came out in the pouring rain and gave advice that he did not need to - suggesting that we needed extra gutters and roof repair to stop water from leaking in.  He's extremely responsive and the work has been great.  His rates are also reasonable, so I will continue to use him for our HOA.

First time customer. David arrived on time, was polite, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. HJe was honest as another plumber told me I needed to replace the toilet, David said i only needed to replace the flapper, a $ 5.00 part. They are my goto plumber now and David was the best.

John came to our place to give us an estimate and was super friendly and knowledgeable and was super honest about what needed replacing and what was fine as is. We were scheduled an appointment very quickly after.

The team that came to our place, Leo And Tony were incredibly friendly and professional. They did a great job getting everything replaced and fixed up real fast. Would love to work more with those two and this business in the future on other projects!

Had an excellent experience.

My toilet was clogged and when I tried to plunge, the water would come out the shower. I knew I had a big problem and called the Plumbing Boys based on their positive reviews.

They were excellent (Shawn and Adam). The pipes I have are ancient (cast iron) and they snaked the drain trying different gauges until the issue was resolved.

They fixed the issue, arrived promptly, were polite, cleaned the area after they were done and stuck to the original estimate to snake the drain.

Excellent Experience - Highly recommended.

Five star team!!! Jorge originally was called to inspect the water pressure of the shower. Upon assessing the pipes, he noticed that they were a ticking time bomb as they were the original pipes from the 60's of when the house was built. So we went with a complete re-pipe of the house and upgraded to copper. They also changed out the drainage pipes too. I had called around and many other plumbers quoted a higher price and a longer window of completion. Jorge and team were done within 2 days of the project and with a fair price.

They did such a great job, I called them back for another project. They installed a 1.5 wall furnace unit and they were done in one day. Again, I was impressed by their professionalism, cleanliness, and the overall results.

I would highly recommend Jorge, Raul, and team.

David will definitely be my plumber from now on , needed a plumber right away and within an hour he was at my door. My drains from the outside were clogged and he was able to get it unclogged thank you David for being so helpful and not expensive as well.

Have used Free Flo multiple times over the years. Called them in February this year because my garbage disposal was acting up. They managed to fit me in quickly, Steve and his team came by and were amazing/professional/prompt etc.

A coworker referred me to Beach Plumbing & Jetting after hearing my complaints about the plumber my home warranty sent me.

On Day 5 without a functioning water heater, I decided enough was enough and called Beach Plumbing. They were very responsive, and were able to locate and install the water heater part within a few hours. While they were there, they also made quick work of a leaky toilet I was having issues with.

I wish I called these guys from the start. Fast, friendly, efficient service. Will definitely use them again!
