do not hire this company!!!! 5 days with no water from a main line leak..donny said we will have water for you same day..3 days later they left without turning on the water and tokd me to do it at 7pm..i did and water was gushing out of the poorly sweated copper connection..still no water. you would think they would send someone right away..nope.

Fast, reliable, and honest! My water heater broke and they came out within an hour of my call, and replaced my water heater with a new one on the same day! Marty was my Plumber and he was great, he showed up on time explained everything thoroughly and worked clean and fast! I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and neighbors!

I had to do a thorough search to find someone to service my Noritz tankless water heater. The manufacturer gave me three names.  I chose Water Pros because of their close proximity.  Ryan came yesterday replaced the thermal fuse & descaled it & provided maintenance on the tenant's unit.  Very professional; definitely knew what he was doing. Will call again for any issues with the heaters.

I chose Lords of Plumbing due to their good yelp reviews, but unfortunately I could not have had a much worse experience with this company and their admin procedures.

The guy who I believe to be the owner, Manuel, came to our house to inspect a couple of toilets and promised a quote/estimate to be emailed the following day (with work completed at a later date as well). The invoice was never sent, and I even followed up 3x, speaking with him personally to get this quote, and each time he promised to send it the next day - failing to ever deliver.

Additionally, Manuel was rude, curt and unfriendly on these 3 follow up occasions over the phone. I needed the estimate to provide the city of Santa Monica proof of a leak so we could be reimbursed by them by a certain deadline. Thanks to the major Lords of Plumbing fail, I wasn't able to make this deadline and received no money back...and the work was never done. I really don't know why they didn't want this business. SMH

Oscar and Chemma !!!!! thank you so much for being so awesome and answering our hysterical call for help! Our main sewage line blew up nasty stuff all over the backyard and Oscar came to our rescue ! Don't hesitate ! Just call them ! If you needed a sign to give you the push you needed to get plumbing help, here I am !!!!!! Oscar even let us watch him stick the camera down the pipes and it was soooo fun and sooooo disgusting !!!! Worth every penny. If you want it done right, call them! Your home deserves to be well taken care of by professionals ! This is the company :) thank you again

We had a backup in the bathroom  toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. He was very informative about what he had to do and what was the problem. I'm very happy with the level of service that PM Plumbing provides. Too expensive. Wanted to charge $690 to change my faucet and washer in the toilet. Had to find another plumber.

I called Jorge on a Sunday after our water heater wouldn't light. He not only showed up that day but he, Raul, and the rest of their crew returned first thing the next day to install a new tankless water heater. They were skilled, efficient, and professional. Jorge also installed a new outlet in our bathroom and did an amazing patch job to the wall.

Overall, a fantastic job! I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

We had a clogged kitchen sink and our usual plumber wasn't available. So we had to find someone who was responsive and reasonably priced.

We called around and found David who responded to our call immediately. He was able to take a look at our problem in the afternoon, gave us a quote, and came back the next morning.

He unclogged our drain and replaced some leaky pipes. He was very professional and ultimately we were very satisfied with his work.

I had a leak I don't understand anything about plumbing my husband was out of town I was worried, then I found waterworks plumbing on yelp, I called them the customer service was really nice, they made an appointment for me and she told me not to worry because she will send someone in the next hour to deal with my emergency. The plumber came explained to me that I had a burst pipe. the price was reasonable customer service was good the plumber was really nice and answered all my questions, I would highly recommend them.

I was a little skeptical to see a five-star rating with over 2,204 reviews on Yelp but was not surprised after I went through the experience as a customer myself.
We needed garbage disposal replacement, Free Flo was the first company to reply on our Yelp project and handled the job with professionalized from beginning to end. I first spoke to Ben to schedule an appointment, followed up with Rafee on the day of the appointment to confirm ETA, met with Steve the technician onsite. Steve was courteous with our property, he wore booty cover and mask the entire time, explained the repair with knowledge, followed by maintenance tips and future care of the unit. I don't wish for anyone needing a plumbing service, however this crew made it very pleasant for me.

I needed a repair in our shower faucet and Beach Plumbing came right on time and totally fixed me up. They gave me multiple options based on how much work I wanted to do which I found very helpful. Ultimately he spent a couple hours working away and everything was good as new. Would definitely hire Beach Plumbing again. Also super polite and made sure to take precautions while walking through my house. Very much appreciated!
