We had and issue with our shower valve. We could only shut off the water at the main valve. We called Maikel and he gave us an appointment time. He was on time efficient and reasonably priced.
I will use him going forward on all my plumbing needs.

Very poor business attitude. Highly do not recommend.

Andy is a life savior. We accidentally got a small measuring spoon stuck in our garbage disposal. I was able to take everything apart, but could not get it out. My attempt took me several hours. So I eventually gave in and decided to set up an appointment with a plumber. I tried to get in contact with four different companies. Many turned me down due to it being the holidays, but Andy was there! He was able to get it out within 30 minutes and had my sink working properly quickly. I now have me a new plumber that I can rely on!

Booked the appointment.   Sent an email with details.   Called when unable to come for original appointment.
Called before arriving for rescheduled appointment.
Duncan came.  Duncan checked the furnace and thermostat and vents .
Gave me a report.
I have a plan for entire home.  The air conditioner/ heater man didn't do all the tests Duncan did.
Because of Duncan I am getting another air conditioner man from my paid plan.
Duncan went out of his way.
Valerie is excellent.   Contacted me to see if I was satisfied .
Also spoke to Zachary.   I have a year plan.
When items not covered I will use Adeedo.

Fast, reliable, and honest! My water heater broke and they came out within an hour of my call, and replaced my water heater with a new one on the same day! Marty was my Plumber and he was great, he showed up on time explained everything thoroughly and worked clean and fast! I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and neighbors!

Jose and Ryan showed up on time I had full maintenance at very reasonable price . My 8 years Nourtiz old tankless heater was working well and after their service looks like brand new again., Both   are knowledgable  guys and very honest.  I recommend  them to my  friends for keeping up their tankless heather service every two -3 years.

Scheduled a week out and they came on time. The plumber that came did not seem knowledgeable and didn't really want to investigate the plumbing issue I had (leaky showerhead). He wasn't at all familiar with the shower mechanism and seemed very confused with how it worked, and wouldn't even touch it to investigate, so I asked him to fix the bathtub spray nozzle. When he said he was finished, the spray nozzle worked, but it didn't send all the water to it so the faucet was still on as well. When I asked why it didn't work as expected he said at least the nozzle works now. I expected better service and expertise than this from all the positive reviews, maybe he just had a bad day? I don't know but my honest experience was definitely not amazing. I will have to call someone else for help.

Very fast, reliable, and reasonable! Sergio came and cleared my clogged kitchen sink in minutes! I highly recommend them and will call them again for any plumbing issues I may have.

We had a backup in the bathroom  toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. He was very informative about what he had to do and what was the problem. I'm very happy with the level of service that PM Plumbing provides. We were extremely happy with Plumbing Dudes! They came out quickly and on time, worked for two hours to snake a particularly blocked kitchen drain, and were very fairly priced. Our drain was particularly troublesome and they spent as long as necessary to make sure it was clear. We will definitely use them again!

Jaime saved us from an almost-midnight plumbing emergency. We feel so grateful for his quick response and skill. We came into our kitchen to find water gushing from under the sink- even after turning the water off! We called Jaime desperate (not many plumbers answered their phones at 11pm!), but he came over within 20 minutes, diagnosed the issue, fixed everything onsite and explained everything to us in layman's terms. He had great customer service and saved us from our entire place flooding. We'd definitely use him again!

Office picked up right away which was great & said plumber would call me.  He did not.
A day later I called back & was given a time & day. At the time & day I was called to say plumber would be a certain amount of time late. He was later.
When he came he he said he did not have the toilet flapper in his truck & had to go get it. I asked him if Home Depot was the closest(5 minutes) or the hardware store since it was such a simple part but he said he had to go to their supplier & could come back the next day if I didn't want to wait then.
He came back an hour and a half later! Replacement took a minute & he asked if I would like the bill emailed.
I said yes, thanks!  but over a month and 3 phone calls later no bill to give my landlady for reimbursement.
Check was finally deposited after three and a half weeks so I could get proof that way.
The worst part though was when I showed the contractor the old part he said it just needed an adjustment, not a new part--and the charge was $125!

Called for EMERGENCY SERVICES and they can only book us for 4 days away??? Lies on yelp. Not for emergencies.

Edit in response: I did NOT ask for estimates. I asked to book for an emergency service and was told to wait until next week. Please don't offer emergency services as a service if you don't. Lies on Yelp doesn't help. Even on the phone with your customer service, I asked how much for emergency services. She said we have nothing available for today, Monday is the earliest.

Tony came the next day, which I thought was very quick and convenient, even though it was not an emergency.
Very respectful of our home, friendly and nice to talk with. He explained everything very well.
Very dedicated, he went to 3 shops to find the best trims for our shower.
His pricing was very fair, and I was so pleased with it all that I left him a good tip.
DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

Five star team!!! Jorge originally was called to inspect the water pressure of the shower. Upon assessing the pipes, he noticed that they were a ticking time bomb as they were the original pipes from the 60's of when the house was built. So we went with a complete re-pipe of the house and upgraded to copper. They also changed out the drainage pipes too. I had called around and many other plumbers quoted a higher price and a longer window of completion. Jorge and team were done within 2 days of the project and with a fair price.

They did such a great job, I called them back for another project. They installed a 1.5 wall furnace unit and they were done in one day. Again, I was impressed by their professionalism, cleanliness, and the overall results.

I would highly recommend Jorge, Raul, and team.

David was quick to respond on Yelp for our tankless water heater install. He was completely honest and open about every charge. They showed up on time to do the work and finished in a timely manner. He offers very Competitive pricing. We will use again for our future plumbing needs.

All I can say is WOW!!!
It was the Best experience I have had in years with a contractor of any kind. I called them for a second opinion regarding a few plumbing issues we had around the house. Not only did they save me almost $1000 but showed me how unnecessary most of the repairs that other contractors tried to convince me I needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone Who is looking for an honest opinion and price.

Last night, after watching the Patriots make a surreal comeback in the Super Bowl, our plumbing backed up and the clean outs were overflowing.

At 9:30 pm I texted over 10 highly rated Yelp 24/7 plumbing services and no one was available

What to do? How to flush and it will start pouring in the morning????

Then these guys called me and said they can be by between 10:30 and 11:30 pm. Awesome!

They showed up on time, took care of the job and their price was reasonable

So far, we have flushed at least 5 times this morning and all is good

My kitchen sink was backing up and getting pretty gross. No amount of drain O in the world would help. Richard and Kevin cleared the sink in only a few minutes and it works perfectly now.
