I woke up one more to find water all over my daughter's bathroom floor and a stopped up toilet.  I called Right Size Plumbing first thing in the morning and they came out immediately.  David was clean, professional (even wore those booty things on his shoes even though I told him it wasn't necessary) and explained to me in terms I could understand, what had happened.  While he was there I mentioned the water pressure in some of our sinks was fluctuating between full force and very little.  He fixed both problems quickly.  He was friendly, prompt, informative and had good pricing.  It's so hard to find companies that you trust in this particular area of home fix-it because you always feel taken for, but I feel that I've found a company that I can rely on and won't overcharge me.  I will definitely be calling them again and have already referred them to friends.

I had a gas leak, and wanted to know about my options. Andy was very knowledgeable and gave me a good explanation on what could be the issue along with what can be done. It is a complicated issue that can only be solved with the proper testing. Although I end up going with someone else due to the time constraints, I really do appreciate his helpful insight.

READ THE UPDATE AFTER THIS...  Supervisor Arturo came to the rescue.  After we had called for same day service it somehow was lost in the Service Call hole.  He came out the next morning and cleared out our kitchen clean out like sparkling new.  To add they even waived the service charge.  We look forward to having them come out again for our storm drain cleaning due the the professional and prompt service where safety is first during these trying times.  Thanks again!

UPDATE - I don't want to take away the good they did previously, hence I didn't remove the previous write up. But, now after the second experience it's best to update the rating with additional explanations.  We called them again on 11/26/20 and scheduled a new service for 11/27/20 for preventative storm drain cleaning between 12 to 4 PM. The day of the appointment at 4:30 got a call that they couldn't make it and it was rescheduled for next day between 12 to 2.  The next day at 3 PM got a call from the manager with apologies that they were not able to make it and rescheduled for the following week 12/01/20 between 12 to 2, guess what? They never showed up and never called.  That's what we got from their manager!  Now you see the reason for changing from 5 star to 1, I can only add that thankfully there was no emergency and was just a preventative measure before seasonal rain.

Chris from Rocket Plumbing did outstanding work. We initially got an estimate from another plumbing co. to fix a shower/tub diverter for $1800 that would have required cutting a whole in the wall behind the shower.
Got a second opinion from Chris at Rocket Plumbing. He was able to replace the diverter unit, no cutting for a total of $315. Great job. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend.

My water heater died on me and after much research ( done mostly by my father) we landed upon Ryan at Water Heater Pros. In three days I had a new unit installed, pipes rerouted, electricity re-routed, etc...no small task. They took care of EVERYTHING and the project turned out beautiful.  We will def recommended them and will use in the future  for annual service. So, so happy with the professionalism and quality of work. Not to mention the perfect clean-up and their courtesy and patience answering all our questions. Totally comfortable with these guys and highly , highly recommend to others!

The first time I tried Honest Plumbing, Dan came over and fixed EVERYTHING.  He was attentive, honest, and a darn good plumber.

The issue I have comes with the second time I tried to get a hold of Honest Plumbing.  I called back in November and left a message.  No response.  I called in December and left another message.  Again, no response.  

On March 25, I called and actually got Dan on the phone.  He's awesome.  He scheduled someone on March 27, 2013 to come to my house to give me a quote.  

The guy was forty-five minutes late.  I explained that I wanted a written quote so that I could discuss it with my husband.  He assured me that he would send one.

He took no notes and gave me off the cuff quotes.  

As he was leaving, I gave him my email address because he said that was the easiest way to get me the quote.  And then I waited.

And waited.

And waited.

A week later, I called to see what the deal was with the quote that he said he'd send later that day.  Oh, I'll let him know, said the gal on the phone.  Nothing.

A week after that I called again.  Same thing.

A week after that I called again.  Yes, I called three times just for a quote--Dan's that good.  But nothing.  At least she remembered me when I called.

So, one star.  Dan's great if you can get him, but the rest of them don't get back to you, which is absolutely useless when you have two sinks that leak.

Oscar was very knowledgeable and gave me good advice and excellent service. There was a delay in getting here but Jose kept me informed so I knew what was happening and when they would arrive. I will use them in the future.

Our drain sink was clogged and they made were able to come within the hour to unclog it! Speedy and friendly service. Very reasonable pricing.  Would use again in the future.

We had a backup in the bathroom  toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. He was very informative about what he had to do and what was the problem. I'm very happy with the level of service that PM Plumbing provides. The Plumbing Dudes were the only ones available for an emergency defective bathtub valve which caused a pretty major leakage throughout the day.

They came out promptly and replaced the valve. They were nice, quiet, and very easy to work with.

Definitely could have replaced the valve myself under non-emergency circumstances, but I appreciate the professionalism and peace of mind that they brought.

Jaimie was so attentive and very quick to respond, I had such a major emergency even worse than I could've possibly imagine. When he got there he assess the situation and he was reasonable in his price to fix it. He showed me exactly what the problem was even though I'm not a plumber he made it simple for me to understand. At the end of the day my problems are solved and my life can you go on so I am very thankful and I would recommend them over and over again

George and his entire crew were meticulous. They really ought to charge more, and I realize the reader probably thinks I'm related- but we're not. We had a water heater go bad with a slow leak that ruined the units on the two floors below us. Yes, we didn't have hot water for a few days, but all 3 units had to be fixed at the same time AND there were code violations with the code updates in place- so George had to deliver the news and arrange for the inspections with the City of LA. This area has a strict HOA and he was able to work with everyone. He was dependable, they never left a mess, wore booties, even worked late and on Sundays.
They really lived up to the name of AA!
The office staff conveyed every message and in watching the crew work on our building for about 3 weeks, he was just putting out fires if a call was not returned within an hour. A lot of people depend on this company. They're honest. There were people in a jam and they could have increased their costs but didn't- when paying with a credit card, he was apologetic about having to pass on the %fee charged to him by the credit card companies but geese, he needs to make a living-& it was about $40 in total. Great people. Use them.

Expensive but efficient.  Brought a journeyman and left for an hour to buy parts that I'm sure added to my final bill.

I contacted Tony to get a second plumbering company in when Ritz plumbing tried to price gouge me for an emergency weekend of 2 pipe blow outs.  With my water shut off, I really needed someone to come same day.  On a Sunday morning around 9:00 am, Tony answered the phone and told me he would do his best to come.  He came around 11:30 am, got parts and came after his already scheduled jobs.  I realized he fit me into his very busy day, and I appreciated that!  It was a stressful weekend with all bursts happening late at night as well as on a weekend.  I think their price was fair for what they had to do and the fact work was performed on a Sunday.  At 4:00 on a Sunday, i have water!  Tony and Danny were very nice to deal with.  Plus their truck is so great!  Thank you Plumbing Boys!!

Very quick to respond (especially during this difficult time) and professional. Gave an honest assessment of the problems with kitchen sink. Reasonably priced for outstanding work done. Will definitely use again.

I had an issue with the main line so I called waterworks plumbing. The technician was really nice. He came promptly on time and gave me a much better price than what other plumbers gave. I also asked him about my water heater he was really fair and told me I should not change it. He could have just screwed me and said I should change it but he was really honest. Thanks waterworks plumbing! It's people like you that make America great.

My sink was backing up for over a week and my landlord decided to ignore my multiple emails.. so I had to take matters into my own hand. It was a Sunday night past 10PM and I decided to message them for a quote. Wow! I got a reply within 2 minutes on a Sunday night.. after 10pm. I was set up and ready for my appointment within 4 minutes. Crazy.

The following day, Monday, Nick gave me a call 30 minutes prior to arriving. Upon arriving, he even took his shoes off before entering, that itself is exceptional customer service. He worked on my sink and got it working within 30 minutes. Talked me through about the process and made sure the water was draining well. Following few days he even texted me to follow up to see if it was still draining well. To top everything off the price for the service was VERY competitive and affordable.

Called them out to fix a leak in the in ceiling of my garage (below a second floor bathroom). Worked around my schedule to come out. Found that the leak was actually from the rain and coming in through a seam in the roof line. Figured it all out, but because they couldn't fix it (a roofing issue) charge me zero.

I hardly ever write reviews, but finding two guys like this that are nice, smart, know what they are doing (even beyond their area of work), and then are more than fair. Pretty amazing. Wish I could give them more stars.
