Great service from Maikel! Helped me fix a kitchen sink clog and put some broken pipes back together. Upfront about the price and I really appreciate the time he took to explain everything to me. Will definitely be calling him for any future plumbing needs!

I found Andy to be prompt, helpful, and he followed through well.

I had a mainline clog and called a different plumber first, but when they arrived they wouldn't clear it for me because it involved removing the toilet. I called Andy and he called me back, he was very good at returning text messages. He was able to come out the next day for me. I felt like he always made sure to keep me informed as to his schedule and what he could do for me.

Stay away.  I've regularly snaked my main line to the street with great
success over the years and have never had a back-up of the main line.  Adeedo said snaking only removed 10% of the roots and that what I was doing was waste of money.  They wanted to to a HYDROJET for $897.00 saying it would last 2 - 3 years.

Chris from Rocket Plumbing did outstanding work. We initially got an estimate from another plumbing co. to fix a shower/tub diverter for $1800 that would have required cutting a whole in the wall behind the shower.
Got a second opinion from Chris at Rocket Plumbing. He was able to replace the diverter unit, no cutting for a total of $315. Great job. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend.

We made a service appointment with Water Heater Pros to diagnose one of our Noritz tankless water heaters which showed signs of a leak. Ryan was the technician assigned to our appointment. He looked at our heater and knew very quickly what the issue was and it basically came down to the need to replace it. He had one outstanding question regarding the compatibility of a replacement heater with our existing (second) heater and was open about needing to confirm his assumption with the manufacturer, which he did while he was at our residence. We really appreciated his level of transparency.

While the cost to replace the heater was high, it was in line with other quotes we received. Ryan's knowledge and professionalism are what differentiated Water Heater Pros for us and why we ended up going with them for the installation project. On the day of the installation, Ryan continued to carry the same level of professionalism and we were very pleased with the quality of work.

Our issues with delayed delivery of hot water to our bathrooms and cold spots during our showers are now gone and we couldn't be happier!

We intend to use Water Heater Pros for our annual flush going forward and highly recommend them if you have any issues with tankless water heaters!

My three bad plumbing experiences in the 10 years prior were almost worth it to be able to immediately measure how different these guys are.

Water was seeping under all my walls, perhaps from the toilet, shower, and or washing machine. They got there quickly, though i had not been a customer before and quickly shut off the flow.
Next they shared the scenarios they had been able to quickly rule out and what information was needed for us to know what the solutions was.

We agreed on a course of action somewhere between the most minor patching and replacing everything. They were clear in describing what we were betting the problem was and where we might be wrong, and advised this course so that we didn't over-spend unnecessarily \

Unfortunately we lost that bet. A week later it happened again. They were right out at my house again. Cleared the iines again, added a way to make it easier to be sure it was working. Took it to the next level. And left. No charge.  (That was a big surprise. They had been up front the previous time about the work and gave me the option to make a bet that the cause was not the more expensive problem. So  when it seemed like we'd lost the gamble, i figured i'd be on the line. .)

Then it happened again. Again they were right out. And again were clear on what they were doing. Again, no charge, though they said that if they had to come out again they would need to. (Again, a nice surprise) . That third time was the charm and haven't had problems since, and that was more than a year ago.

these guys know their  plumbing . They bill fairly and as professionals. (And i have no problem paying when billed fairly for the work these guys do and the uh,stuff they have to deal with .)

They also interact like real people, I'm comfortable having them in my house, and they have the best logo ever.

My experience with them has been for both major and minor issues, some requiring quite a bit of investment and my take has been the same each time. This is not one of the seemingly common contractors who overdeliver on the tiny jobs to get good yelp and then gouge the big jobs.

Pleased to review them and wish i'd remembered to finish this months ago.

Oscar and Chemma came to the rescue for my family and I today! We were suffering plumbing problems that we couldn't fix ourselves but they found the problem and fixed it like magic. This company will be our go to guys from now on! Thanks again Oscar and Chemma!

We have a sewer line that had been problematic for over 15 years, routinely backing up and difficult to snake.  This time around, we were completely stopped up.  Two other companies came out and failed.  We finally found Hard Hat.  Ralph and his associate Michael took a completely different approach, and actually took the time to find the source of the problem -- which they did.  They were back the next day and resolved the issue.  It is such a relief to have an actual fix!  Plus they were great communicating the issues and suggested fix, and left the house spotless.  Thank you so much Raffi and Michael!

We had a backup in the bathroom  toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. He was very informative about what he had to do and what was the problem. I'm very happy with the level of service that PM Plumbing provides. Our garbage disposal started to leak from multiple places. J&E messaged us relatively quick. They were very responsive. Within 12 hours, my garbage disposal was replaced and it is working fine. Yelp's messaging system really works. I would hire them again.

My favorite plumbing company, I always call them first, and I always ask for David.

I have used them a number of times and they are always honest and professional.

I recently heard that David may no longer be there which would be a huge shame, he was my favorite plumber!

Western Rooter scheduled my appointment the next day, confirmed by email and text. I had a 2 hour window and they texted when they were on their way. The 2 plumbers were courteous and nice. They changed pipes in a sink that was leaking and tested the sink with me present. Paid by credit card. Very easy process. Will use them again in the future.

Plumbing Boys should change their name to Plumbing Gods! I've used them on three occasions now and each experience was great. First, I had a backed up drain. I called them late on a Sunday afternoon. Rick came out WITHIN THE HOUR and quickly resolved the issue. Second, I hired them to replace a bunch of old pipes under our house - and fix some that had been poorly installed by the previous owners. They did great work. No more leaky sewage in our crawl space! And third, I hired them to fix a mysterious rattling pipe in my shower - Rick really went above and beyond to solve the issue, which thankfully turned out to be very minor. I found Plumbing Boys to be efficient, courteous, and honest. Highly recommend!

Jorge and his crew came by and fixed a clog and replaced a garbage disposal. They were all very nice and competent and cleaned up after. Jorge didn't charge me the $200 some other places on here wanted to just to bring a disposal. It was also really hot inside my place and they didn't complain. Top notch.

I needed the bathroom sink repaired and kitchen sink as well. David contacted me that he could come check out the situation at no charge after I asked for a quote. He was able to get everything repaired in both the sink and kitchen. He was very friendly and efficient. Got everything done quickly and we definitely recommend him for quick and efficient visit for all your plumbing needs.

I've had Avi here on at least 3 different occasions and I've been incredibly impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and his straight-forward assessment of the situations he's diagnosed every time (including a real head scratcher).  I've tried a couple plumbers in the years before, but I haven't called another plumber since.  I know exactly who I'm calling for all of my plumbing needs, big and small.

I had a backup issue with my bathroom plumbing and I called Free Flo when my original plumber who came by was unresponsive. Free flo was very responsive and told me they could get a tech out within 1-2 hours. Patrick came and after looking at the issue, helped me to understand what needed to be done. He was very helpful and informative and accommodating to my requests.
I was happy that I called them and they fixed the issue quickly!

I had a clogged sink, disgusting! I called Beach Plumbing and Jetting.They we're able to come out right away. Rene was awesome courteous,knowledgeable and good at making me feel at ease.
