I requested a quote at almost midnight and Mike quickly responded. He also responded to my messages early in the morning. He came and quickly unclogged my tub and explained what he was doing. Very easy to work with and reasonably priced.

I have never posted a Yelp review, not because I don't use Yelp but I have never felt compelled to do so until now. To sum up on the experience with Tip Top Drain Pros - thank goodness that I found them.

I am on the board of the 7-unit HOA and our hot water pipe leaked profusely on a Sunday afternoon around 4pm. After calling 3 plumbers that I knew from past, I reached out and used the Yelp quote request and Tip Top was the first to respond within 20 minutes and sent a technician over within the hour!!!  That initial response exemplified Tip Top's commitment to customer service, especially their owner David.

I will spare the details of the progression of the repair as they were drying,  restoration and pipe repair/replacement since most of those details will not be relevant to your situation. I will emphasized that their pricing was also unbelievably competitive!!!

As I said, THANK GOODNESS our HOA was lucky to find Tip Top and will continue to seek out help from Tip Top in the future for certain.

I contacted Andy's P&R for an estimate to replace a broken garbage disposal with the exact model, which had already been purchased. The work would entail removing the current disposal and installing its replacement. The company's estimate for this work was $425- more than double other estimates I received. The person whom I hired for the job completed it in literally 10 minutes. I realize that there is travel involved to and from a job site and sometimes jobs are easier than expected, other times far more difficult. But an estimate of $425 for this simple job was such a high outlier that I felt compelled to share my experience and encourage others to obtain additional estimates before going with Andy's P&R. His work may be high quality (I have no evidence to support or refute that) and perhaps for more complex jobs the pricing was more in line with going rates. But wow, this really seems like price gouging.

Please do your self a favor and look for service somewhere else. I called on a Tuesday to get some work done. Donny came over on Thursday May 27, 2021 took a look at the situation gave me a quote and promise work would start on Friday and would be worked on over the weekend as my gas was turn off. He guaranteed by Monday they would be done and all they had to do is wait for the city to inspect. Friday they came in and started working on it. Saturday they showed up at 3pm and it was only one person as they were short staff. Sunday noone came by I called them to no responds, I called Donny and got no response. Monday noone came over. I called the manager to please have someone call me. Donny finally called me and apologized but someone would be over on Tuesday. Wednesday they came finish the project and all we were told was they would set and appointment with the city to have them over. For 2 months I got no response from noone about getting the job done. I called and called Donny avoided me. However Adeedo was ready to get paid as I got my financial bank calling to get approval for payment. I denied it and try one more time to get someone to get Donny or supervisor to call me, noome called. I finally took it upon myself to call the city got someone on the phone and schedule them to come take a look at it. They came the following day on July 12 I called the city and to my surprise my address had no schedule pending inspection. I made the appointment and they were there the next day. I finally got a manager to call me and he give me a lame excuse about how they do their city work thru a 3rd party. At the end of the day I don't care who Adeedo hires to do city appointment all I wanted was information for 2 months. Not living my front yard a mess for 2 month. Yet once city was done they wanted their payment. Lousy business, no communication and Donny sucks if anyone is looking for a great plumber hit me up I found a better and cheaper guy.... never again Adeedo

Chris from Rocket Plumbing did outstanding work. We initially got an estimate from another plumbing co. to fix a shower/tub diverter for $1800 that would have required cutting a whole in the wall behind the shower.
Got a second opinion from Chris at Rocket Plumbing. He was able to replace the diverter unit, no cutting for a total of $315. Great job. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend.

Jose and Ryan showed up on time I had full maintenance at very reasonable price . My 8 years Nourtiz old tankless heater was working well and after their service looks like brand new again., Both   are knowledgable  guys and very honest.  I recommend  them to my  friends for keeping up their tankless heather service every two -3 years.

Gabby, the receptionist who answered all my calls was very nice. Beyond that, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business. THe fact that I talked to Gabby so often is the first clue that this was not a good experience.

We had a leak and water damage. The plumber came to the house and set up a small isolation area to dry out the affected site. They left it there for a week with no word of when he would return. I had to call the company, who told me that they had to assign a new plumber to the job. They should have contacted me to tell me this!

We went into the area that was surrounded by plastic and found a puddle of water that had been standing under the dehumidifier for days and had damaged our floorboards. We took pictures and I called the company, but II never heard back from them regarding this problem. We removed the dehumidifier, and it is still sitting outside of our house, six weeks after they first came to our house! They still haven't come to pick it up.

We then had to wait a couple of days for the new plumber to continue the job. I stayed home from work to meet him. He arrived looked at the job, and left after 2 minutes, telling us that he'd have to talk to the previous plumber about what had been done. Why didn't he do that before coming to the house?

They had to replace some of our subflooring in the upstairs bathroom. In the process, they had to cut a pipe. They left the pipe open overnight with water still flowing. They simply stuffed rolls of our toilet paper in the pipe to stop the water flow! In the middle of the night, a section of our ceiling collapsed due to the water leaking through the toilet paper, and we had water all over our newly installed hardwood floors! I called the company who said they'd put an emergency call in. It took them almost two hours to show up. They never apologized for the snafu.

I finally called the company and told them that we would find someone else to finish the job. They then charged us $5,500 for their unfinished work and poor service!! We could have completely remodeled our bathroom for this cost.

And to top it all off, when we had a new contractor come to finish the work, he showed us where Lords of Plumbing had reinstalled the toilet incorrectly!

I hate giving negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share this nightmare of a situation.

Great works guys! Thank you so much for coming on a short notice. My tenant sent me a photo of the ceiling with a puddle dripping down. 3 guys showed up and quickly accessed the situation, they advised me of the holes they needed to make before they started anything. Once confirmed they quickly found the problem, sent me an estimate and said they would come back in the morning and get started if I wanted. They sent me lots of photos and showed me exactly what the issue was. They are not pushy in any way and they were great at not getting the tenant upset in any way with their work. I highly recommend them and will use them again!

ralph and his crew are great and i'd recommend them to anyone with plumbing repair needs. i was in need of a major sewer line repair and ralph was about 1/3 the cost of the first person who discovered the issue. ralph and his crew were timely, clean, friendly, respectful and great at communicating throughout the process.

We had a backup in the bathroom  toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. He was very informative about what he had to do and what was the problem. I'm very happy with the level of service that PM Plumbing provides. For any future work that will be needed to be done they are the first ones I will call. If you need someone to help you with your plumbing needs I highly recommend PM Plumbing .

I hate most plumbing companies. They are usually a rip off and do not care about the work they are doing. Plumbing Dudes were great. Charles came out and was very detailed and only cared about making me happy and doing the best job. You have a choice- choose these guys and ask for Charles!!

Awesome service - contacted me within minutes of posting a job on Yelp quite late one evening and arrived an hour later. He was super friendly, diligent, and efficient. He even went above and beyond quickly fixing an additional issue we had with another part of the home's plumbing. Would definitely recommend.

This review is long overdue but OMG they are the best plumbers ever! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Our water bill was higher than usual so we called the water department to take a look. It turns out we had a leak. I shopped around for plumbers and carefully read each review. I Set up appointments for free consultations and out of everyone George and his team were the best. They are professional and very hard working. PRICING was very fair, specially compared to other companies. I don't know much about plumbing and George did his best to explain everything to me. He always kept me in the loop of what was going on. If you want someone who is honest, reliable, hardworking and overall just a good person you've found them!

Arnold was great! So professional, and kind. He was able to explain things to me in a manner I understood, which is super important in the event I have the same issue again. He also was able to suggest things for me that I can fix in the future to prevent any other foreseeable issues. Will definetely stick to them in the future!

Sean arrived within 30 minutes of my call to Plumbing Boys.  He unclogged my kitchen sink within 15 minutes!  Super nice guy, wore his mask the entire time.  I would definitely use this company again!

1930's house in Alhambra with cast iron mainline!!! With all of this rain we had roots growing into the main clogging everything. Jorge and his crew found the roots with cameras and cleared them out!! Also added a trap which many of these older homes don't have. This makes it easier access for any future plumbing problems.

On one of the coldest days in Los Angeles they fixed the problem in one day. Up to 5 crew members working at one point.

Contacted David in the morning about an emergency drainage issue. He was here within 2 hours and our problem is resolved! Explained what the issue was, and even crawled under the house to see what he was working with. He went well beyond what our previous plumber was doing to fix the problem. Save his number, nothing beats a reliable plumber!

By far the best plumber I've ever met!  Reasonable prices and Avi is responsive to questions.  Nothing he does is a secret, so you know what you are getting.  He comes prepared and also looks to save you money by helping with preventative suggestions.  He is frankly the best in the business.

Reached out via Yelp for a consult, they replied immediately and scheduled for first thing next morning.
I was having back ups from my kitchen sink. I had had two other plumbers out, both gave me different recommendations - one said to just jet (clean out) the pipe, one said I needed to replace the whole pipe. Ben said jetting is only temporary, but no need to fully replace the pipe - he could simply fix the existing pipe so it was set up correctly. He finished the job within an hour! Can't tell you how much he saved us.

I've already recommended him to my neighbor. We will be calling again!

I called on Friday night around 4:45 PM for a Saturday morning appointment. I was told that they would be at my home between 11:00 and 1:00. Fabian and Tom showed up at 12:00, calling first to let me know they were on the way. When they arrived, they assessed the situation and got right to work. 30 minutes later they were cleaning my sink, saying that they had opened the drain. They were friendly and very professional. The repair cost was well below what I had expected. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any drain problems you might have.
