Maikel showed up on time.Perfect installation of a new water heater. He explained everything regarding codes on the water heater. Showed me how to flush the water heater which had no idea that needed to be done once a year.

We have had the need to unblock our sewage line at least twice a year. I was very happy to find Tip Top on yelp with many excellent reviews. Michael Gomez came within two hours to clean out the line. He was exceptionally professional and kind in his manner, so when he suggested that he could (within an hour) have a camera down the line, I accepted and soon saw that my line had many places where the ceramic pipe was allowing roots to intrude. All of the team had a kind, professional manner so I agreed to have most of the line replaced with a trenchless pipe burst application up to code. The crew came the next morning and did the job efficiently, all of the crew members being friendly, hard-working and professional. After three days of labor, the camera shows my line is totally clear, and my garden is back in shape like new!

Andy's service definitely lives up tp the hype! I contacted him at 8:30am this morning about fixing my clogged pipes, and he managed to squeeze me in on the same day. I appreciate that he did additional work beyond what I had originally called him about too, right there on the spot (i.e. replacing the leaky trap on my very old sink). He's definitely going to be my go-to plumber going forward--Thanks for your help today, Andy!

My water heater was shutting off unexpectedly and also running out of hot water too quickly. The tank still had a 10-year warranty through October 18, 2022, so I called the number on the label on the tank.
I called them on Saturday (5/22/21), and the receptionist scheduled an appointment for the following day, Sunday. She assured that they operate the same way on weekends. She asked if the appointment window could be between noon and 2 PM. As I had a previous engagement, I asked if it could be between 1 and 2 PM. She said that would run a risk of the technician to be significantly late, so I accepted her request. I then had to cancel my original plans to accommodate it.
Sunday came, and nobody showed up by 2 PM, so I called them, and it was very frustrating to deal with the outdated answering service. Anyway, I eventually spoke with a woman, and she told me that the technician wouldn't be available until 4-6 PM. I was not happy that I canceled my plans for nothing!
Besides, if I did not call, I would not have known how grossly they were going to be late because nobody had a courtesy to let me know.
So, I decided to run errands and return by 4. Then, 15 minutes later, the same woman texted me to let me know that the technician would arrive in 30-45 minutes. I had to drop what I was doing and head home. I was jerked around all day, and never once heard a word of apology from this employee.
The technician, Ray, came and insisted that his system shows that the warranty expired in 2018. I told him that 10 years from 2012 is NOT 2018. He excused himself to go back to his truck to speak to his supervisor in private. After a while, he came back and said he had to run a test which was to open all my faucets to see if the hot water will eventually run out.
How is that relevant to the tank intermittently getting shut off? He answered that it was not his call, but the company's protocol, and without draining my tank, he cannot verify that the tank needed to be replaced. Yet, he still would not acknowledge that my tank was under warranty, so what really was the point of this wasteful test?
First, they tried cheating out of the warranty. Then, after they already wasted my whole day, they now wanted to waste a full tank of hot water. I told him that I'd go through their protocol if they acknowledged the warranty. Ray said that only his manager can talk to me about the warranty, and either Brian Santos or Alfonzo would call me tomorrow, Monday.
Nobody called me on Monday.
Tuesday, I had to call them a few times and finally talked to Brian Santos, Plumbing Division Manager. He now needs to send another technician tomorrow, Wednesday, to duplicate the problem. How would they duplicate it if the tank shuts off unexpectedly and intermittently?
Now it's Wednesday. The technician was scheduled to arrive between 10 AM and noon. At 8:38 AM, Brian texted me to notify that even though he now knows that the tank is still under warranty, they would NEVER replace the tank but only the parts. He just told me yesterday that depending on the diagnosis, they were to determine whether to replace the tank or the parts.
I asked him how he came to the conclusion without the diagnosis, but he kept dodging my question and never answered it. He also told me that I'd have to pay for the labor. However, he would not disclose the price, so it could be hundreds of dollars.
I then called around, and everybody said that nobody would mess with parts on an old tank. It's clearly dying since it has multiple issues, so they all said the only way to go is a replacement. Otherwise, we'd be taking a risk of leakage, and since my tank is located upstairs, we should not take the risk.
I was originally planning on replacing the tank next year when the warranty nears expiration, but I could foresee that Adeedo would cost me a lot of money for their undisclosed labor fees on upcoming repairs as the aging tank will have more issues throughout the remainder of the warranty. Besides, it may start leaking in the meantime.
Hence, by the time I'm ready to replace it next year, I will have spent hundreds of dollars for labor on their scammy repairs, and if it starts leaking, it will be a nightmare. So, I've bought a new tank to minimize the damage. And of course, not from Adeedo!
In conclusion: Beware. Your warranty may never be honored the way it's supposed to be, and you will face unknown expenses, being jerked around by this unethical company.

Chris from Rocket Plumbing did outstanding work. We initially got an estimate from another plumbing co. to fix a shower/tub diverter for $1800 that would have required cutting a whole in the wall behind the shower.
Got a second opinion from Chris at Rocket Plumbing. He was able to replace the diverter unit, no cutting for a total of $315. Great job. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend.

From start to finish the process took 20 min. Responded to my enquiry on Easter Sunday and had a technician out here before 11 o'clock on Monday morning. Perfect service, perfect solution for any Noritz Water Hearer repair

We've used Lords of Plumbing twice now (Dan the first time and Edmund the second time), for a variety of issues - a leak in our kitchen, issues with our garbage disposal, and toilet. Their service is as good as it gets. Can't say enough positive things. They were courteous, professional, on time and they didn't waste any time getting the job done and didn't try to sell me anything that wasn't necessary. And unlike most, they even took their shoes off before entering the house!
Their 2 service window is extremely convenient (most usually give you a 4 hour window) and they call with advance notice when they are en route. And the price is VERY reasonable and was consistent with what they quoted me on the phone.
I highly recommend Lords of Plumbing. You won't be disappointed.

Great works guys! Thank you so much for coming on a short notice. My tenant sent me a photo of the ceiling with a puddle dripping down. 3 guys showed up and quickly accessed the situation, they advised me of the holes they needed to make before they started anything. Once confirmed they quickly found the problem, sent me an estimate and said they would come back in the morning and get started if I wanted. They sent me lots of photos and showed me exactly what the issue was. They are not pushy in any way and they were great at not getting the tenant upset in any way with their work. I highly recommend them and will use them again!

Had a leaky shower for the longest time that was costing us money, so we finally decided to get it fixed. Sent a few messages to different plumbing services and these guys responded the quickest and with the best offer. A free estimate and then same day fixing. Francisco came over within 2 hours and was very professional and courteous. He wore a mask, gloves, and wrappings over his shoes the whole time, making us feel very safe during this pandemic. Job was completed in 40 minutes. Not only is our shower not leaking anymore, but the hot and cold knobs turn easier and more accurately now as well. Can't recommend them enough!

We had a backup in the bathroom toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. He was very informative about what he had to do and what was the problem. I'm very happy with the level of service that PM Plumbing provides. For any future work that will be needed to be done they are the first ones I will call. If you need someone to help you with your plumbing needs I highly recommend PM Plumbing .

Had the guys come out and inspect and old gas line for a new gas range. Apparently the gas line had the original valve on it from long ago (1925?). Anyhow, they inspected, gave a reasonable price to change out the valve and hook up the range. They got on with the job and finished in a half hour and they were on their way. Very professional, good value with competitive prices. I would definitely give them a call for my next plumbing job.

Our garbage disposal started to leak from multiple places. J&E messaged us relatively quick. They were very responsive. Within 12 hours, my garbage disposal was replaced and it is working fine. Yelp's messaging system really works. I would hire them again.

George and his entire crew were meticulous. They really ought to charge more, and I realize the reader probably thinks I'm related- but we're not. We had a water heater go bad with a slow leak that ruined the units on the two floors below us. Yes, we didn't have hot water for a few days, but all 3 units had to be fixed at the same time AND there were code violations with the code updates in place- so George had to deliver the news and arrange for the inspections with the City of LA. This area has a strict HOA and he was able to work with everyone. He was dependable, they never left a mess, wore booties, even worked late and on Sundays.
They really lived up to the name of AA!
The office staff conveyed every message and in watching the crew work on our building for about 3 weeks, he was just putting out fires if a call was not returned within an hour. A lot of people depend on this company. They're honest. There were people in a jam and they could have increased their costs but didn't- when paying with a credit card, he was apologetic about having to pass on the %fee charged to him by the credit card companies but geese, he needs to make a living-& it was about $40 in total. Great people. Use them.

Homar provided rooter service to my residence in Temple City. I needed more work than the rooter service. But, the overall service was excellent.

Amazing job! Jorge is very nice and knows what he is doing. I highly recommend when it comes to cost I had gone thru Velocity plumbing and it was very expensive for just faucet work! Go with Properly done cause it's done right and very affordable. Will definitely use them again.

David came to our home for our yearly maintenance/descaling of our tankless water heater. He's very responsive and did a great job. Would use him again next year.

We needed a plumber ASAP. Tried to replace a shower cartridge but got stuck. I called Avi from Waterworks and he was able to come out within 45 minutes in the late afternoon.
Quoted me a price over the phone, came and did the job. Absolutely no upsell or surprises. He was friendly and gave me a few other plumbing tips as well.
It's really important to find an honest skilled, knowledgeable plumber (or any other person hired to do work for you) and I'm so happy to have found Waterworks.
