Chris from Rocket Plumbing did outstanding work. We initially got an estimate from another plumbing co. to fix a shower/tub diverter for $1800 that would have required cutting a whole in the wall behind the shower.
Got a second opinion from Chris at Rocket Plumbing. He was able to replace the diverter unit, no cutting for a total of $315. Great job. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend.

Ryan came out on time and patiently answered all my questions, collected the info he needed to quote me a price for either a traditional gas water heater, a tankless Noritz TR40, or a tankless Noritz TR50.  I chewed on the numbers for a while, weighing the $800-1000 rebates on the tankless units plus the $300 federal tax credit extended to this year. In the end I chose the big boy TR50 and scheduled install for a week later. Ryan and Adrian came out and worked very efficiently and in conjunction with the electrician who put in the needed outlet. They worked to put the condensate drain where I wanted it and talked me through the maintenance needed to keep up my 25 year warranty. They also replaced a drippy hose bib for me while they were at it! I could not be happier with the professionalism of this team, and the quote was a couple hundred dollars less than another company that seemed inexperienced with tankless.

Sometimes you wonder why a business has all 5 stars and nothing negative to say. Is it all just family and friends? Not here. It's very clear I am not related to the owners :)

I called a few businesses around urgently because well I had a leaking main line. I got quotes 50-90%(!) more than Castaneda. All for the same scope too. So either they were giving me the PV Tax (it's real) or they knew I was in a bind so they were trying to make a quick buck.

But Team Castaneda came out, they measured and gave me a more than fair quote to do an amazing job. They were on time, prompt and cleaned up after. You never knew they dug up my yard to put in a beautiful new line with valves. And for all the businesses that try to gouge or make a quick buck, this next ones for you. When anything in our home needs plumbing attention, I'm calling Castaneda first. Always. Not you all who tried to take advantage of a homeowners situation.

Had a pipe burst in my home on a Friday night and was filling up in my laundry room and starting to leak out to the bathroom and hallway.  I called Ralph and he sent over his ace Chris who quickly replaced the broken copper pipe and got our hot water going again.  We had a big event the next day in the house and they really came through and saved us.  Pricing is very fair and the work was professional.  Very satisfied with their service!!!

We had a backup in the bathroom  toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. He was very informative about what he had to do and what was the problem. I'm very happy with the level of service that PM Plumbing provides. I have called them 4 different times now for problems around the property and each time they arrived right away and completed the job quick and professionally, one time I called them from home at 7am and they met me at the property by 7:50am, great service and great prices.

Jaime did a good job taking care of my mom's gas dryer vent.  He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the lint that came out of the vent.  (Gross!  So much came out!). I appreciated Jaime showing me what my mom needed to get done.

This is the second review I've written about Free Flo Rooter. Patrick just left, after fixing the clogged toilet problem. He was great, listened to us, explained the most likely causes of the problem, and suggested a longer-term solution.

This is the third time I've turned to Free Flo Rooter for help with a plumbing problem. Three different guys came out -- and each of them was professional, friendly and courteous and answered my naive layman's questions patiently and clearly.

Three different guys, each one terrific? I'm guessing the way they treat customers reflects the way the owner of the company treats them.

Based upon my 3 experiences with them, I recommend these guys without reservation.

They didn't give me service but I wanted to leave a review on their integrity. They referred a different company out that could help me, today's world you don't always get that. So 10/10
For being honest and for other plumbing issues I'll be coming back to call them!
