My parents have been putting up with a clogged sink and bathtub for the past year, why? God knows. I finally convinced them, more like forced them to allow me to help. That's when I found Maikel, not only did he reply in a prompt manner but he was ready to take on the job ASAP. This man had good manners from start to finish. Got the job done in a timely manner for a more than reasonable price! Needless to say, it's probably the best investment my parents made. $100 to shower and use the sink comfortably. Don't know what took them so long! Anyways, it was also nice that he spoke Spanish!

Tip Top installed a new water heater to replace our 18-year-old one whose pilot couldn't be relit after a gas shut off. Thanks, Michael, for your commitment to customer service and making everything right.

I called him for an emergency repair on a Sunday morning, and he agreed to come by a few hours later. The scheduled time passes, so I message him about the arrival time. He then messages back saying that he simply forgot, and could no longer come. He did offer to return later in the week.

All the while, my bathroom sink was leaking into the wall.

This isn't simply unprofessional, but had consequences because I then had to pay a really high fee for another plumber to come at the last minute, and also discovered that the wall had been so soaked that it needed to be replaced.

I always use Adeedo for all my plumbing news. Last Friday I had thr pleasure of meeting Michael Farnsworth. He came to my house in a timely mmanner, very friendly, social, very professional, he made me feel comfortable with him being in my home and explained everything that needed to be done. I will definitely request him next time I call in. Thank you Michael F. :)

Chris from Rocket Plumbing did outstanding work. We initially got an estimate from another plumbing co. to fix a shower/tub diverter for $1800 that would have required cutting a whole in the wall behind the shower.
Got a second opinion from Chris at Rocket Plumbing. He was able to replace the diverter unit, no cutting for a total of $315. Great job. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend.

The water heater blew over night on a Friday and flooded the place.  After calling another (more advertised & recognized) plumber, a friend recommended Jose at Water Heater Pros.  The previous plumber wanted to charge me extra on top of their estimate to help turn off the water for the 2 day interim before it could be fixed preventing further damage.  When I called Jose, he wanted FIRST to lead me through (over the phone) how to shut things off to stop the water from flowing.  He also assisted us in emptying the water heater that was continuing to leak.  This was BEFORE we even began to discuss an estimate, timing or anything else.  
KUDOS FOR CARING SERVICE!
He sent guys to the house on Sunday at no charge to make sure.
On Monday, two friendly plumbers, Ryan and Adrian, did a quick, professional & phenomenal job charging less than half of the other guys.

Matt came out on a Saturday to snake out a main line block. Most friendly plummber ive met! Got me sorted out quick. Definitely recommend using them when you get into a plumbing pinch

Oscar was very knowledgeable and gave me good advice and excellent service. There was a delay in getting here but Jose kept me informed so I knew what was happening and when they would arrive. I will use them in the future.

We had a backup in the bathroom  toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. Our garbage disposal started to leak from multiple places. J&E messaged us relatively quick. They were very responsive. Within 12 hours, my garbage disposal was replaced and it is working fine. Yelp's messaging system really works. I would hire them again.

Can't say they didn't do their job properly, but they came to inspect a water leak and said they would follow up.  Called me a week later, saying they didn't forget about me and looking to see when their schedule would clear up.  Two weeks since then, and I still hadn't heard back.

Justin, Mark and George fixed our emergency plumbing issue fast.  They were professional, friendly and explained clearly the plumbing problem and their plan for a fix.  I highly recommend Western Supreme Rooter.

Our water heater stopped working at 7:00 pm. I called Plumbing Boys around 8:00 and it was done being repaired within the hour. They were fast and had great customer service in explaining exactly what had to be done. I would definitely use them again.

Jorge goes above and beyond! I almost used Jorge on my last project, and I'm so glad I called him this time. He's incredibly responsive, professional, and efficient. When I was in New York, he followed complicated directions to enter my house and fix a sewage back-up while an AirBnb guest was out doing errands. Then, he came back the following week to replace a sewage pipe that 2 other plumbing companies have fixed in the past 6 years. He discovered that the pipe they fixed was shoddy, and that there was yet another pipe that was completely eroded and needed replacement. He crawled under the house, which is on a steep canyon hill, and took video for us. I didn't even pay him for the sewage back up for several days, which I feel badly about, and he did the estimate for free. Just a great experience, which you can rarely say about plumbers. 10 year warranty.

So amazed with this service!! David came out within 15 minutes and was so knowledgeable about our plumbing issue! He saved us from being bathroomless during this crazy pandemic!! Great service and definitely recommend!!

Nothing but great things to say about Avi and Waterworks. Easy to schedule and work with, great availability, and the work is top grade. Avi did a fairly big job for me, but I'm sure he is great for smaller stuff too.
