My water heater stopped working late Sunday night. Plumber Pro was available that night to trouble shoot the problem. Maikel was a true professional and walked me through the issue and described what was going on. The water tank was damaged and was leaking. The only fix was to replace the heater. He had a new heater at my house the next morning and installed it. It was a very quick turnaround and he stayed around in order to test my water etc.

I would recommend Maikel (Plumber Pro) to anyone.

We had a drainage backup at 2 am and spent an hour trying to call those so-called 24 hr emergency plumbing service to no avail. Only one answered, Tip Top. Willie responded quickly. We have been extremely pleased with the professionalism and respectfulness of the Tip Top guys through this experience. If you have any plumbing issues these are the guys to call!

Andy is the go to guy for quality work and quick turnaround. I called him based on the reviews here and he really delivered. I needed a water line installed for a refrigerator ice maker so I reached out to him. First off, he answered the phone personally and came down for a quote right away. Once he saw the scope of the job he gave me a fair quote. He and his crew came down the next day and did a top notch job. They are total pros, so they worked quick and cleaned up nicely, even sending me pics of the work once it was completed. I won't hesitate to call Andy again!

Charging an old lady $2000 to replace  a leaky toilet? referringa friend to refer a gas leak when she smelled gas in the house? - you know the gas company will do that for free. wow. BTW, I did call Erica, the owner of the company- she has never returned my phone call. My next call is to to the Better Business Bureau.

Chris from Rocket Plumbing did outstanding work. We initially got an estimate from another plumbing co. to fix a shower/tub diverter for $1800 that would have required cutting a whole in the wall behind the shower.
Got a second opinion from Chris at Rocket Plumbing. He was able to replace the diverter unit, no cutting for a total of $315. Great job. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend.

Our water heater pilot light wasn't working, and we had no hot water. Ryan from Water Heater Pros immediately found the problem, ordered a new gas valve from the manufacturer and came back promptly to install the part the same day it was delivered. They're dependable and get the job done! Jose was responsive to my calls/texts as well.

Ralph and his team are the absolute best. They arrive exactly when they say they will, they are nice, efficient and professional. No job is too big and I always feel comfortable when Hard Hat is working on my plumbing. Our last job was a relatively large job as the property is quite old, but Ralph made sure it was taken care of quickly, which was a relief. I cannot recommend them more!

We had a backup in the bathroom  toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. He was very informative about what he had to do and what was the problem. I'm very happy with the level of service that PM Plumbing provides. Wow! Where do I begin... Arman and I have become the best of friends over the past year! I've had plumbing issues throughout the year and every time Arman has over delivered.

We needed to have our dryer duct cleaned. He asked for $195 for this, even though he quoted $95-195 and he only used a 24 foot wand. Then he said the duct is obstructed and he needs to scope it for another $295. After he scoped it he said the duct was separated so he can't do anything until I repair it. Final bill:$690. Duct still not unclogged!

I'm giving these guys 4.5 stars (and that rounds up to 5).

George was the guy who came to look at my plumbing situation. He basically came over an hour after I called on a Sat afternoon. That's pretty quick!

We set up another appointment just because he needed the parts and he had another appointment to run to. A few days later, he arrived and fixed my problem, which was a simple job of replacing the valve. But as I watched him work, I realized that even if it was something I knew how to do, it required some experience and finesse.

The job took longer than he had estimated, which is why I'm taking half a star off. But I can understand that sometimes you can't predict the unpredictable. All in all, I was happy with the work, and plus George is a great guy to talk to so I didn't mind having him in my house for awhile.

Richie Ortiz at Western Rooter is amazing. He is very professional and informative. He explained the process beforehand in detail and gave me updates during the work. I highly recommend Richie Ortiz!

There is a reason why David is on the top of the list when you search for plumbers in zip code 90255.  I'm all about supporting local business in the area.  After calling 5 other plumbers to come out on a Sunday morning to check on my tenant's clogged toilet.  David was the only plumber that picked up the phone and was there within an hour.  He gave me an estimate, kept me in the loop the whole time and fixed the problem.  Paid him through Zelle and he was on way to his next job.  With that type of quick and easy service deserves repeated business.  He is now my go to plumber if any plumbing issues happen.  Thanks again for the great service!

Waterworks plumbing was amazing! I'm so glad I used them. I was referred to them by a friend. They were very reliable. I used them to fix my shower because it was leaking. They finished the job within an hour. Highly recommend them!

We have a water leak in the house and we called Free Flo Rooter & Plumbing to come and check it out. To find out that there's a huge leak pipe damage behind the wall of our refrigerator. Anthony took care of all the issue and was very helpful and knowledgeable on what's going on. He did an amazing job in making sure I get the damage resolve and was very accommodating in answering all my questions and was super nice. Sooo my husband Panos deals with all house issues and he'd been wanting to write an awesome review for these guys but he's not a Yelper like me... so here are his two cents, word for word!

Just because one plumber couldn't do it, doesn't mean another one can't. Famous words spoken by Richard. I called him up and he was here in short notice after an hour. And indeed, lo and behold, after 2 days without water and a failed attempt by a previous plumber, we had water again. The cold water galvanized pipe edge piece in the kitchen sink was rusted and corroded and said previous plumber wouldn't dare to take up on the task and had us believe that the only solution was to start re-piping THE ENTIRE HOUSE  first thing the next day. I like to prove them wrong Richard said. And he did. With his herculean strength and mad skills, he managed to get it out and put a new valve in. He saved the day and bought us some time until we decide to re-pipe. Friendly, funny, genuine, honest, and highly effective, Richard is one of those people who can immediately make you feel like you've known them for years. He's the real deal and you have to look no further if you need a plumber. Thanks Richard, you ARE the man!

**Updated**. A couple of days later it was Fabian's time to save the day. This time the ice maker supply line to the fridge was leaking. Fabian figured it out in seconds and came up with the solution in another few seconds. Brilliant! Didn't even take any money for it. These guys are #1 in my book and they deserve all the 5 star reviews they get! Like Richard said Yes, we want to make money, but we want to help people too. That says it all.
