I requested a quote at almost midnight and Mike quickly responded. He also responded to my messages early in the morning. He came and quickly unclogged my tub and explained what he was doing. Very easy to work with and reasonably priced.

I reached out to them on Easter Sunday when we determined we had a gas leak. Gas company came out and shut us down. Having a toddler - my wife and I needed hot water and heat immediately and were concerned at the situation lurking under our home.

I received a personalized and thorough response directly from the owner, David. I spoke to him that afternoon (on a Sunday) and he assured me he would have a plumber scheduled for Monday morning.

The next day - right on schedule - Willie came to my home to assess the situation. Willie was knowledgeable and  thorough in evaluating what was wrong. Our gas lines were a mess and even with bad news, Willie had a plan to solve the situation effectively and efficiently. He is a pro and I trusted him the start.

Over a couple days, Willie had a crew of excellent and hardworking plumbers  - Jose, Pablo and Jose - out to my home. They were accommodating and continuously updated me on progress. The three plumbers worked non-stop and because our situation was such a mess, they were able to identify problems and rectify them.

So even with bad news - they had solutions. Willie, Jose, Pablo and Jose went the extra mile to turn what was a mess of a system into a well oiled machine.

The gas company came out after Tip Top left and remarked at the well done repair job and fired our gas up immediately.

My wife and I now have the peace of mind knowing that our potentially hazardous situation was repaired by professionals who took their job and responsibility seriously.

Besides being accommodating and doing great work Tip top is also very affordable and as the issues developed they were thorough with their explanation so I felt comfortable along the way.

Andy is a life savior. We accidentally got a small measuring spoon stuck in our garbage disposal. I was able to take everything apart, but could not get it out. My attempt took me several hours. So I eventually gave in and decided to set up an appointment with a plumber. I tried to get in contact with four different companies. Many turned me down due to it being the holidays, but Andy was there! He was able to get it out within 30 minutes and had my sink working properly quickly. I now have me a new plumber that I can rely on!

Charging an old lady $2000 to replace  a leaky toilet? referringa friend to refer a gas leak when she smelled gas in the house? - you know the gas company will do that for free. wow. BTW, I did call Erica, the owner of the company- she has never returned my phone call. My next call is to to the Better Business Bureau.

Fast, reliable, and honest! My water heater broke and they came out within an hour of my call, and replaced my water heater with a new one on the same day! Marty was my Plumber and he was great, he showed up on time explained everything thoroughly and worked clean and fast! I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and neighbors!

i thought i had a leaking commercial water heater. they came and checked it out and turns out it was a leaking pipe. they saved me a lot of money and headache with their honesty.

they returned a few days later and fixed the pipe and now my water heater room is dry with no leaks

Can't say enough good things about Raf and his team. Raf came out on short notice (twice), went above and beyond, took his time and did all he could to help us. PM Plumbing repaired several minor issues that had accumulated in my home.  Leaking tub faucet, running toilet, two sink faucet replacements, ice maker repair  and garbage disposal repair.  The plumber was professional and friendly and got the work done quickly at a reasonable rate.

Great people to work with, on time, thoroughly professional, great workmanship, and very friendly.  Charles and his crew are really tops!

Our garbage disposal started to leak from multiple places. J&E messaged us relatively quick. They were very responsive. Within 12 hours, my garbage disposal was replaced and it is working fine. Yelp's messaging system really works. I would hire them again.

Called this company after looking at the other reviews.  They were great! David was awesome.  He did a great job and was on time.  He was very courteous and cleaned up after himself.  Pricing was comparable to other plumbers but I felt he did more than the average job.  We will definitely use them again!

Manny called ahead of time and showed up in the promised timeslot. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Hopefully, the company will come up with a competitive bid and I can hire them to install a new tankless water heater.

What can I say.  These guys are great.  My jacuzzi tub was not draining properly.  The guys anticipated my needs, brought the right parts, were careful, clean and respectful.  And they were very responsive.  Also the price was fair.  I spoke with Tony and Gary came out and did the job - both great guys.  You really can't beat these guys.  I will use them again the next time I need a plumber.

Update:  8/6/15  They did it again!  I had a toilet that was a problem They came out and we ordered the parts together from Koehler. They showed me how to put the parts in when they were here but for whatever reason I wasn't able to successfully do it when they arrived.  Artem came out on the spur of the moment - came from Pasadena to Topanga to help me out and then didn't want to charge me for the trip.  I was so grateful to get the work done before my sister-in-law arrived that I paid him and gave him some pastries for the road.

Don't even think of calling anyone else!!

Jorge came out promptly and made the fix to our water heater for a great price. I had a couple of issues with our  heater after the repair (not the fault of Jorge). I texted Jorge and he came back on two separate occasions without charge.

David was patient, accommodating, and very kind! I got different keys for the rooftops and got him wrong places to check gas lines. However, he was kindly and patiently waited (sorry and thank you for the troubles). He was very accommodating and reasonable about charges.
He kept our appointment, and our communication went smoothly.
He was also reliable and thoroughly explained our gas lines and ways to understand the issues. Thank you!!

I called waterworks for a leak, Avi came out within a few hours and fixed the plumming problem. His work was great and affordable, Avis is amazing he explained the problem and why it happened. highly recommend, will be calling him for all our plumbing issue in the future.  The office receptionist, is also great, very courteous and kind.

Steve was fast in responding, was able to squeeze us in even earlier than expected and completed the job quickly. So quickly in fact that he reduced his service fee as a courtesy. Thanks Steve!
