We were in a emergency bathroom water overflow situation at 7pm! Maikel was very responsive and came to our warehouse shortly after the call. Problem solved and back to normal again. Highly recommend and will definitely call him again for any future plumbing issues

I was contacted by David J. and we discussed the situation and everything has been straightened out.  His team returned to perform another inspection and the technicians were very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.  David proved himself to be a standup guy and man of his word by doing what was necessary to get to the bottom of things and sent his team out again.  We haven't  had a chance to complete the job yet but will definitely be in contact.  Thank you, David!

Andy saved the day. We had a toilet that was running with a corroded water valve which wouldn't fully turn off the water and forced us to turn the main water supply off until someone could come out to fix it, ASAP.

Andy's dance card was full, but he still managed to come by today and repair the issue which has us back on our feet, our toilet working and water flowing in the house!

He was communicative, letting us know when to expect him, when he was delayed, and when he was on his way. He got straight to the issue and repaired the problem.

He was also reasonably priced.

Fast, reliable, and honest! My water heater broke and they came out within an hour of my call, and replaced my water heater with a new one on the same day! Sometimes you wonder why a business has all 5 stars and nothing negative to say. Is it all just family and friends? Not here. It's very clear I am not related to the owners :)

I called a few businesses around urgently because well I had a leaking main line. I got quotes 50-90%(!) more than Castaneda. All for the same scope too. So either they were giving me the PV Tax (it's real) or they knew I was in a bind so they were trying to make a quick buck.

But Team Castaneda came out, they measured and gave me a more than fair quote to do an amazing job. They were on time, prompt and cleaned up after. You never knew they dug up my yard to put in a beautiful new line with valves. And for all the businesses that try to gouge or make a quick buck, this next ones for you. When anything in our home needs plumbing attention, I'm calling Castaneda first. Always. Not you all who tried to take advantage of a homeowners situation.

My in-sink disposal decided to die and leak in the middle of Christmas Day. Did a Yelp search the day after and got a super-fast response from Hard Hat. They could even come out same day (I had them come the day after). Michael showed up on time, checked the situation, showed me what the problem was and was able to install a new disposal right away. He educated me about the new unit and even tidied up under the sink beautifully. Couldn't have been nicer or more professional. I hope my plumbing will always work (har har har) but if and when it doesn't I'm calling Hard Hat again. Total pros!

PM Plumbing repaired several minor issues that had accumulated in my home.  Leaking tub faucet, running toilet, two sink faucet replacements, ice maker repair  and garbage disposal repair.  The plumber was professional and friendly and got the work done quickly at a reasonable rate.

I had a plumbing issue (leak).. it was a Sunday so most of the plumbers I call were off. I managed to speak to a couple and I got a call back from Armand(Sp). He met me at my property 40 minutes later.
He got there and opened my ceiling.. he was NOT able to find the leak... after running water etc.. nothing. He was there for about 30-40 minutes and found nothing..

He charged me $225 for his service.. um.. my ceiling is gone.. my floor is wet.. and you say there's nothing wrong? As he walked out.. one of the others plumbers showed up and asked me if he could take a look.. for FREE.

He found the problem.. and addressed it for LESS than THIS company charged me for a service charge (normal rate is $90-$99)!

Will never call this company again!!

Jaimie was so attentive and very quick to respond, I had such a major emergency even worse than I could've possibly imagine. When he got there he assess the situation and he was reasonable in his price to fix it. He showed me exactly what the problem was even though I'm not a plumber he made it simple for me to understand. At the end of the day my problems are solved and my life can you go on so I am very thankful and I would recommend them over and over again

Absolutely the best plumbing company! I called this morning due to a broken hot water heater. George arrived a little while later and went over the problem with me and explained everything about the hot water heater and what he suggested and how he was going to replace it, etc. He then left briefly to pick up the new one and came back and had it installed quickly. He was so nice and helpful and really took the time to explain the process and everything he was doing and why and let me know to ask him if I had any questions at anytime. He even took the time to add a screw to the bottom of my hot water heater door base as it was popping off. I can't say enough great things about AA Twin Brothers Plumbing and about George. If you need a plumber, seriously don't bother looking for anyone else and just call AA Twin Brothers. You wont be sorry! They do a fantastic job, are so professional, friendly and are really the best!

We have had many different technicians service our older property in the last few years, but none of them were as EXCEPTIONAL as Avi from Waterworks Plumbing. Courteous, super professional and always shows up on time! Each time we call Avi at Waterworks Plumbing company for service, he diligently diagnoses the problem, fixes it, and courteously takes the time to explain his work. The service rates are extremely reasonable and fair too. Owning an older house increases the likelihood of plumbing issues,  but It's a pleasure working with Avi every time. The best plumber in LA !!!

Today I needed my drain line cleared and I got really lucky because the person helping me, Patrick,  went way above and beyond. Not only did he clear the line, he also went under the house to try and see if he could find it why so many roots were in the line. I know I was his last customers of the day and he could've  easily left after the line was flowing but he stayed a long time genuinely trying to help me see what's the cause of this. I appreciate his extra effort and it was in no way tied to pressure for more services. He was really just being helpful and shed light on the problem for me to devide next steps.. I can now see why Beach Plumbing has such a high rating on Yelp. They are fantastic. We needed to have our main water supply line replaced, but it was a big job. We tried to get estimates from several plumbing companies, but they either neglected to call us back, were no shows or they came and never bothered to give us an estimate. We did manage to get one other real estimate, but they wanted to run some of the line above ground. In contrast, Beach Plumbing never missed a step. They came out the same day we called to do the estimate and spent a lot of time working to make sure the price would be accurate. We waited a few days hoping to hear from a couple of other companies, but no luck. We called Beach Plumbing back almost a week after they were at our house, but they were very pleasant and accommodating about when we wanted the work done. The job was not easy, and did not go smoothly because of some large tree roots, but they stayed professional and did excellent work.  Even though the job took almost twice as long as they expected, we were shocked and happy to be told that the price remained the same as the original estimate. I cannot recommend Beach Plumbing highly enough.
