After requesting a quote through yelp, I received a call within an hour to schedule an appointment. Mike and Willie came out to my home. Upon arrival I got a Courtesy call that they would be arriving. I had an emergency leak, They wore shoe covers and addressed my issue right away. I really appreciated the great communication which was excellent and I would highly recommend this company Mike and willie, thank you both for taking good care of my home. What seemed like a problem with no solution was fixed by Adeedo plumbing. After calling other companies and getting technicians set out only to charge me for the quote which was way too much for the minor repair that I needed to be done, I called Adeedo.

The previous quotes for this issue that needed fixing were vastly more expensive than Adeedo charged me. The other companies spent 5 minutes in coming up with what seemed like a solution that was the best for them.

On the other hand, when I called Adeedo I was greeted by a kind women on the phone who spent some time going over the problem at hand. She was quick to take notes and even offered some tips that fixed the plumping problem quickly. She set up a time for a technician to come to my house and see what was going on, free of charge.

The man, Victor, arrived promptly and told me to rest assured that he was devoted to finding the BEST solution, not just the quickest for him and the most costly for the company. He spent a substantial amount of time investigating what was going on, when he came with me options. He clearly and effectively communicated that I had three options here. Option 1 a cheap repair that would fix the problem quickly. Option 2 a medium cost repair that would not only fix the problem, but also prevent it from occurring again by upgrading a part. Or, option 3, a complete replacement that would be costly, but would be simple enough and fix the solution.

Although it was hard for me to pick which repair I wanted to commit to, Victor stood by and helped me decide talking about which would be the best. I was debating between the simple fix or the longterm fix both which he guaranteed would be repairs he and the company would support, I ended up choosing the simple repair. Victor pointed out to me that because I had never had plumbing problems before and that he could still fix it and support it, just not to the same degree that he would be able to with upgrading the equipment, it was the right way, and the CHEAP way.

Victor told me the time it would take to fix and asked me questions about how I would prefer he work. He was working on the project shortly after, quietly, efficiently, and cleanly. Victor did the repair and showed he what he had done and how he knew that it would work. He also told me that at the time there was a discount for this repair and he would be glad to use it for the cost of the repair.

All in all, Adeedo SAVED THE DAY and is the company that you wished you had been calling all along. The genuine care for their customers, in addition to their work ethic in doing the right thing, not just the costly thing for them, reinforces their image of one of the last honest family run companies.

Don't use somebody else, USE Adeedo!

Fast, reliable, and honest! My water heater broke and they came out within an hour of my call, and replaced my water heater with a new one on the same day! Marty was my Plumber and he was great, he showed up on time explained everything thoroughly and worked clean and fast! I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and neighbors!

My tankless water heater stopped producing hot water and after trouble shooting it and even going with another service I was given the number to a Rinnae preferred service provider- the Water Heater Pros.  Ginno came out and was able to determine what was wrong with my heater.  Of course Rinnae stopped making my model of heater which complicated things, but Ginno worked his magic and with his persistence he was able to get the heater up and running at a fraction of the cost of what I had anticipated paying.  My advice to anyone with a malfunction tankless water heater is to start with the Water Heater Pros and save yourself from cost and headache of using any other company.  They are by far, the best service provider in SD.  Thanks Ginno.  You are the best..... Give that man a raise!

I initially contacted Lords of Plumbing based on their reviews, and 5 stars is not enough!  Joshua came out on time after calling me 30 minutes in advance.  Wow, what a stellar plumber, and all around great person!

Joshua quickly diagnosed the issue, worked on both the sink and shower, and did such an amazing job cleaning up after the service, you would never have known there was work done in the house.  The black stuff that came out of the drains was truly nasty, and not a drop of anything anywhere.  

I have found our new plumbers to add on speed dial as I know we will not be disappointed. Thank you, Joshua for such a remarkable job that was pleasant, and affordable!!

Oscar and Chemma !!!!! thank you so much for being so awesome and answering our hysterical call for help! Our main sewage line blew up nasty stuff all over the backyard and Oscar came to our rescue ! Don't hesitate ! Just call them ! If you needed a sign to give you the push you needed to get plumbing help, here I am !!!!!! Oscar even let us watch him stick the camera down the pipes and it was soooo fun and sooooo disgusting !!!! Worth every penny. If you want it done right, call them! Ralph is awesome! I called because I was having problems with my kitchen sink water pressure. He then FaceTimed me and walked me through the simple fix for free in order to save me money.

We had a backup in the bathroom  toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. He was very informative about what he had to do and what was the problem. I'm very happy with the level of service that PM Plumbing provides. For any future work that will be needed to be done they are the first ones I will call. If you need someone to help you with your plumbing needs I highly recommend PM Plumbing .

Installed an air gap and a reverse osmosis water filter in my kitchen, would use them again

Our garbage disposal started to leak from multiple places. J&E messaged us relatively quick. They were very responsive. Within 12 hours, my garbage disposal was replaced and it is working fine. Yelp's messaging system really works. I would hire them again.

Very honest and friendly. Josef and his team came out and replaced an old main water line. Very professional, explaining everything they did before and after work was done. Would highly recommend this company.

Fast and reliable service. They arrived to the job site on time, even ahead of me, and waiting until I got there. My job required a part that they did not have on their truck, and they went and got it, came back and did the job.  They also cane back a second day to do a different job and spent time cleaning up afterwards.

I contacted Jorge and Properly Done to give me a quote on moving my water heater and replacing it with a tankless system. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was looking at/for, what they would need to do to install it, and then talk through some options before getting me a quote.

That same day, I'd been repairing my fridge and the tech noticed a leak in the water line. While Jorge was looking at the water heater, I asked if he could take a look at the fridge line, too. He said of course. I didn't need to schedule a new appointment - he fixed it on the spot. He was efficient, did the job well, and the price was very reasonable, especially considering he wasn't even planning on doing work at my home that day.

This may be a newer company, but Jorge and his brother are super experienced and trustworthy. I'd highly recommend giving them your business.

Great experience from start to finish. I was able to quickly set up a time for a visit through the Yelp messaging system. They provided me a two hour window and said they would call before arriving.

The day of the appointment I got a call from Nick (NP) saying he was 15 minutes away and arrived exactly when he said he would.  I appreciate that he arrived with his mask on for COVID safety. He also removed his shoes before entering the house. He didn't have to, but it was very considerate.

I had two bathroom issues. One was a loose toilet and was worried about possible larger issues. Nick assessed that it just needed tightening. The second issue was replacing a trap under the sink that wasn't up to code. Stopper and pipes got replaced all for a very reasonable price. Nick made sure everything was working properly. Clean work.

I plan on having a kitchen faucet replaced with Free Flo in the very near future.
