It's is with great pleasure that I write this review. SHORT STORY Tip Top Drain Pros & Plumbing was impeccable from start to finish. The full team went above and beyond the call of duty. David Jones and his team provide excellent service from the first moment of contact. I've referred them to all of my friends,  family and neighbours. They were professional, conscientious and diligent. I will consider Tip Top Plumbing for any and every problem they provide solutions too. They are a fine example of what companies should strive to be!!

After 4 failed plumbing posted a project on Yelp on a Sunday afternoon. Within moments I received a response from David providing me a very detailed description of his company, practices and services. I took comfort in the fact that they were verified, with great reviews and an up to date Instagram page. I thought maybe this was a bot message because it was so well written, even intuitive- to answer all of my queries before even speaking. At the end he asked if he we could have a quick chat about what I was experiencing (a month long kitchen stoppage effecting 3 sinks that had become impossible to live with and ruining my life!). We spoke briefly, he offered me some possible solutions (FREE on a Sunday afternoon!). I tried all that I could. David suggested we schedule for a more thorough visual inspection for the following day to which he said we'd wait for the scheduling department- to solidify the time. HE ASSURED ME THAT HE WOULD NOT LEAVE UNTIL THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED. The following morning, EXACTLY at 8:30, David arrived with a 4 man team (Willie, Luigi and Gus- all of whom were EXCELLENT throughout). They all were socially distanced, masked, shoe coverings in hand, and fully vaccinated. THEY suggested that they travel in and out the house the path of least contact. They communicated well and thoroughly. Nothing about them felt shady (as others have get in the past).these guys were so thorough and transparent, making sure i understood every detail every step of the way!They exhausted ever effort to discover the least invasive measure to take to solve the problem. Despite there persistence, it turned out the job in fact required opening a wall to which I was mortified to hear!!  A clean out need to be installed through about 20 of cabinet, dry wall, cement, chicken wire,etc). Upon completion of the job they did a stellar job to clean up the area. Alas they did a more than beautiful job! I felt like having that problem resolved gave me life!! And best of all they were VERY fairly priced (and that was without haggle). Any company that can restore my peace of mind is worth raving about. Some businesses say satisfaction guaranteed but these guys went so much further than that. (I wish I could give them more stars)

My ground floor toilets were blocked so I called Andy. He came ASAP and worked diligently to unclog the entire sewer line going out to the main. He is professional and experienced and offers competitive rates!

Adeedo had a great coupon on their website for tankless water heater maintenance, and we chose to take advantage of it for our routine annual maintenance of the equipment. I'm often skeptical of couponse; sometimes when you take advantage of offers or coupons, there is a kicker, an additional charge, or they find SOMETHING that requires an additional charge. But I rolled the dice anyway, and got an appointment at a mutually convenient time. Min showed up during the promised window, was neat and professional. He explained exactly what he was going to do, approximately how long it would take...lived up to the coupon price with no question, and got the job done in a neat and efficient manner. Very nice guy and job well done. Very old school in his approach (which is good!)..and offered some helpful suggestions when I asked a question regarding the equipment he was services. He was so polite, he even asked if it was okay to put a sticker on the tank advising that Adeedo had serviced it (so I would know the next time)...most companies don't bother asking, they just put up their tacky sticker. Min was much more polite!
Further, his invoice was clear, easy to read and looked like it was written by an architect. I expect we will call Adeedo again, and will ask for Min.  Job well done!

Chris from Rocket Plumbing did outstanding work. We initially got an estimate from another plumbing co. to fix a shower/tub diverter for $1800 that would have required cutting a whole in the wall behind the shower.
Got a second opinion from Chris at Rocket Plumbing. He was able to replace the diverter unit, no cutting for a total of $315. Great job. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend.

Jose of Water Heater Pros installed my Noritz tankless heater about a week ago and I couldn't be happier. I had received several proposals from other plumbers - a wide variety of prices and solutions that led me to question if any of them knew what they were talking about. I was impressed with Jose from our first discussion - he was clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. His prices were fair, and he came out at no charge before installation day to make sure he would be prepared with all plans and equipment. He took great efforts to make sure the heater he was proposing would be sufficient for my house. The installation went very smoothly and the work is very clean and professional. I have been very happy with the heater. I cannot recommend Water Heater Pros more highly.

Dan's the man! He was punctual, gave courtesy arrival time call, personable, informative, educational and honest. They are affordable and fast. They live up to the company name and image.

Oscar was timely,  thorough, and professional. He did a great job fixing my plumbing problems and educating me about the process.  

They loosened my tub faucet and said they would come back to fix it the next day but did not return the next day. That was disappointing, but they did get it taken care of that third day when I called in about it. All ended well.

Woke up to my toilet leaking water all over the place. I frantically cleaned up and tried to tighten the bolts myself. That didn't work so I gave Hard Hat Rooter and Plumbing a call at 8:15.

Michael was here at 9:30 sharp and immediately fixed the issue (just needed a new wax ring). He checked for water damage under the tiling and checked to make sure there wasn't a blockage in the pipes underneath. He made sure the wax ring fixed the leak by flushing a few times. He also caulked the bottom of the toilet for us. Price was reasonable and worth the peace of mind. Michael was very speedy and thorough and left my bathroom very clean after he finished fixing the toilet.

Thank you Michael and thank you Hard Hat Rooter and Plumbing for the very quick fix - you certainly saved me a day of anxiety as other plumbers said they would not be able to get out here until later this afternoon.

PM Plumbing repaired several minor issues that had accumulated in my home.  Leaking tub faucet, running toilet, two sink faucet replacements, ice maker repair  and garbage disposal repair.  The plumber was professional and friendly and got the work done quickly at a reasonable rate.

Very reliable, Angel came out and was terrific, fixed all the issues.
I recommend for your plumbing needs and more. They are very responsive !

There was stench coming out of the sinks. I called in regards to the issue and they walked me through the necessary steps and gave me an estimate. They arrived on time and explained it was an issue with the main line sewer. The job was completed to high standards and I loved their work ethic and cleanliness. Highly recommend!

Office picked up right away which was great & said plumber would call me.  He did not.
A day later I called back & was given a time & day. At the time & day I was called to say plumber would be a certain amount of time late. He was later.
When he came he he said he did not have the toilet flapper in his truck & had to go get it. I asked him if Home Depot was the closest(5 minutes) or the hardware store since it was such a simple part but he said he had to go to their supplier & could come back the next day if I didn't want to wait then.
He came back an hour and a half later! Replacement took a minute & he asked if I would like the bill emailed.
I said yes, thanks!  but over a month and 3 phone calls later no bill to give my landlady for reimbursement.
Check was finally deposited after three and a half weeks so I could get proof that way.
The worst part though was when I showed the contractor the old part he said it just needed an adjustment, not a new part--and the charge was $125!

Johnny came by to repair a leaking sprinkler line installed by our gardener. He knew what to do , and the repair was done quickly   We are very happy with his work and his customer service. We would highly recommend him to everyone!

I cannot say enough good things about Danny and the rest of the guys at The Plumbing Boys.  My wife and I bought a new house that our initial inspection revealed had major root intrusion into our sewer line as well as a slow drain in the master shower... that we were told just needed to be snaked.  Danny came out and confirmed the issues, but also discovered that the reason the master bath drain was slow was the previous owners had washed excess grout down the drain when redoing the shower... and as you can imagine, screwed everything up.  He also found that most of the drain piping was ANCIENT and that what had been recently re-done was not to code and frankly kind of crappily done  He showed us pictures of everything which made it clear he wasn't trying to upsell us.  Dabbt offered us a discount if we wanted to re-pipe the house's drains at the same time as getting the sewerline replaced.  We took him up on the offer.  

That's when Danny really went over and above... Once he and his guys started excavating, they discovered that whoever originally piped our house must have been an escaped mental patient or maybe a relative of MC Escher.  There were not one, but THREE water lines leaving the house, meeting up about 9 feet deep out under the sidewalk... not only that, but they were encased in cement that needed to be jack-hammered out. The complications and insanity under there was a major deal.  What Danny thought might be a 2 day job ended up being 5 days (no way he could have known), but he didn't charge us one cent extra and even put our new garbage disposal in for FREE.  Not only that, but he worked with us to do the job in stages so we were barely inconvenienced and able to shower and use at least one of our bathrooms almost the whole time. He was a total rockstar and has earned customers for life.  

As if all that wasn't enough, he was calm, kind, and communicative at every step of the way.  Never did we feel like we were being pressured, upsold or any of that nonsense.  He gave us the facts, showed us the evidence and let us decide what we were most comfortable with.  If everyone was as awesome as Danny we wouldn't need yelp.

The guys showed up early this morning and took care of the drain problem.

David was quick and provided great work for a great price. So fare things are working fine. I would recommend this company.

Thank you Waterworks Plumbing for saving my home!!! I can't say enough about how good these plumbers are.  I woke up to a disaster... It was literally raining in my home theater.  Me and my husband panicked.  We called Waterworks and they showed up right away. The plumber was so professional and knowledgable.  He found a leak from my upstairs bathroom, and fixed the problem.  I would have expected to pay a high price for emergency service, but no.... The price was very reasonable.  I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a good plumber!

I seriously love them! Nick has serviced us twice already and both times it's been a breeze. Not only did they help us fix the problem, but also inform us on what's causing it and what we can do to avoid it in the future. Unfortunately our issue is going to be a continuous one unless we completely tear down our house and redo our pipping. Thankfully we've found a trustworthy company who we can depend on if the problem arises again.

If I can give them 10 starts, I really would. After everything said and done, they even clean up after themselves and returned everything back to it's place. They're absolutely perfect, highly recommend them!

Edwin came to fix our sink and his service and attitude was impeccable. He went above and beyond and looked into other potential problem areas and gave sound feedback. Will hire them again!
