We had a great experience with this company. From the first greeting on the phone, which was friendly and personable to meeting with Willie who came to our home. Willie was polite, extremely knowledgeable and courteous. This company is one I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

After calling on a local handyman and a large plumbing company, I was surprised when they both failed to address the blockage causing my toilet water to backup into my bathtub. The plumbing company suggested I call a rooter company willing to go beneath my home and clear the blockage with a large snake. I immediately looked up several plumbers on HomeAdvisor, unfortunately none were either willing to go beneath my home or owned the proper sized snake/rooter to address the blockage. By default, I ended up searching for a plumber on Yelp, and came across Andy's stellar reviews. I gave him a call and he responded quickly. After explaining my issue, he assured me he'd dealt with this type of situation before and after providing a very reasonable quote, he scheduled me for the very next day. Andy is a one man gang, and arrived at my address with his own company van, which was loaded with everything a large plumbing company might possess, plus more! Andy didn't waste any time getting right to work, he's a busy man as evidenced by his phone constantly ringing with new business. Once this seasoned plumber got under my house, he was able to maneuver the huge drain cleaning snake into the clogged pipe and attempt to clear the blockage. It turns out it was a pretty good sized object that was impeding the water flow into the sewage pipe. Andy made sure to take his time, and be very deliberate while clearing the pipe, which I appreciated knowing he had a slew of other appointments he needed to attend to. Once the problem was resolved, Andy cleaned up the surrounding area and left it as spotless as it was when he arrived. I should've just called Andy and his keen expertise of plumbing from the beginning, problem solved in just 45 minutes! Best money I've ever spent on an issue I wasn't so sure there was going to be an easy solution , after having several others pass on the job. If you're a homeowner, and you want a quick, easy, affordable solution to your plumbing needs, then consider yourself jackpot lucky once Andy the plumber takes care of business!

With the help of David and staff, we have heat at last. I really appreciate David jumping in to rectify the situation... possibly just a breakdown in communication. I was even offered a discount for the issue, which is also really appreciated (hope that comes through soon). Would I recommend? Yep. Let's chalk this up as a single incident - will I use them again? Yep.

Fast, reliable, and honest! My water heater broke and they came out within an hour of my call, and replaced my water heater with a new one on the same day! Marty was my Plumber and he was great, he showed up on time explained everything thoroughly and worked clean and fast! I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and neighbors!

I'm a Property Manager and we used these guys as a recommendation from our plumber. THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I am so happy with their service and they even found an issue with one of our tenant's showers that my plumber had not thought of. Super impressed and highly recommend!

One late afternoon recently, we discovered moisture seeping through our kitchen's oak floor, so we immediately looked online for a plumber. The person who answered the phone & listened to our story was professional, asked appropriate questions & said someone would be at our house between 8 and 10 the next morning.  Manuel arrived a few minutes after 10 & immediately went to work & soon determined it was a slow- leak in our dishwasher's hose that was ruining our beautiful floor.  After decades of interactions with various plumbers whether independent or employees of companies--we were really greatful to have encountered a professional like Manuel.  We all know the many jokes about stereotypical plumbers, :-o -- but none of them would have applied to Manuel because he was polite, professional and looked totally together hygiene-wise.  ;-)

In addition to figuring out what the problem was fairly quickly, he gave us valuable (free) information and advice, including suggesting we trash the d/w because at age 8--regardless of how good it looked & had been working, it was already at the end of its life.  We agreed because this LG was a lemon and we had to fight with LG to repair it (wiring problems, TWICE).   He also suggested that we have the new d/w installed by the store we buy it from because it would be less expensive than using them.  LORDS of PLUMBING were a pleasant surprise in all ways.

We also asked about their unusual --& humorous to us--company name and their logo of a lovely Saint holding a large red-handled monkey wrench.  Manuel explained that it WASN'T the Virgin Mary, but Saint Rose of Lima, Peru, who cut off her hair & messed up her face to try to dissuade suitors from being attracted by her beauty.  At any rate, we like LORDS  arty sense of humor and we like & appreciate them.  We're praying (no pun intended) that we don't have another big, expensive plumbing problem, but we know who we're gonna call!  LORDS OF PLUMBING!

Has a leakage from ceiling. But glad they come for the rescue.

It took just a few minutes for Raffi to check and find out the problem in my home water heaters leakage.  He replaced the pressure regulator and leaks stopped right away. he has a lot of experience and he knows what he is doing. It was so easy to work with him. I am definitely going to have him do other plumbing jobs as well in the future.

We had a backup in the bathroom  toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. He was very informative about what he had to do and what was the problem. I'm very happy with the level of service that PM Plumbing provides. The First honest and professional Plumber who has ever been at my house. He was on time, clean, respectful and on top of that his work is quality work Plumbing dudes is the only plumbers that I will ever call and will definitely refer to all my friends and family. We needed to have our dryer duct cleaned. He asked for $195 for this, even though he quoted $95-195 and he only used a 24 foot wand. Then he said the duct is obstructed and he needs to scope it for another $295. After he scoped it he said the duct was separated so he can't do anything until I repair it. Final bill:$690. Duct still not unclogged!

Been using AA Twin Brothers (George) for the last 2 years. They always provide excellent services with reasonable prices. This time my kitchen sink backed up and David took care of me. David is an excellent and friendly plumber, not to mention clean and neat. Thank you David!

Thank you Western Rooter and a BIG thank you to Homar and Alberto F. For getting the job done  in a clean and timely manner. They were Professional and  explained what the situation was and what was needed in Plummer 101 lingo . I Definitely recommend them! They were also very nice and polite to our kids.

My water heater stopped working, so I called. Josh came over at our designated time and fixed it immediately (with a quick run through of all the different options, scenarios and prices, which I appreciated a lot). The owner also followed up to make sure we are happy with the service. I would definitely call them again in an instant!

Jorge was quick, efficient, professional, and the price was fair. HIGHLY recommended. I've added him to my contacts as my official plumber. He's also very responsive on yelp and communicates really well. I messaged him earlier today in the late morning and we scheduled something for this late noon. He was here right on time, and ended a lot sooner than what was discussed. Toilet works perfectly now. :)

Late at night I had a leak under my kitchen sink and David was quick to respond to my request!

My sink got clogged an hour before hosting a big party at my house, since my wife trashed potatoes' peel down into the garbage disposal. I called Waterworks Plumbing and within 30 minutes, Avi arrived to my house. Instead of replacing the entire garbage disposal unit, Avi cleaned and fixed the existing one as well as the clean out access and the P Trap. Thanks to Avi, my kitchen sink was clog-free and my guests and I were able to enjoy the party. I appreciate this exceptional, prompt and professional service and will definitely use Waterworks plumbing for my future needs.

I just want to add up to my previous reviews about this company!  I have had to get a couple new water tanks replaced. Nick changed both of them at different times and always happy to call them up (I'd feather not have to but... ). They do show up on time and they are pleasant. This happened during COVID lock down but I never got to write it earlier... giving a 5

Richard took my call and walked me through a very simple solution that I did on my own with only a wrench.  I was worried I needed a repipe, a new water heater, or at least a several hundred dollar plumber-visit.  I ended up getting back full water pressure with only a 5 minute call to these fine folks and a little wrench turning.  They'll be my plumbers for life!
