Excellent service, fixed my clogged sink without issue.
Notable good service: my issue started on New Year's Day, these guys responded to my message and quoted me a job for the next morning. All other services either didn't respond, wouldn't quote me until they arrived, or couldn't make it until two days later.
Arrived on time, did not make a mess.

Mike and Willie, the supervisors, are the most honest, reliable, and communicative service professionals I've ever interacted with. I have absolute faith that the job will be done correctly and that problems will addressed with fairness and truthfulness. The entire Tip Top team is a company you can actually trust.

Whenever I have a problem with my rental property, Tip Top is available to get the job done very quickly, often same day or next day. I know that once I've placed the call, the problem is being handled. Dealing with Tip Top has given me peace of mind with all of my plumbing needs.

We had a clog in our kitchen sink and my husband took the parts out. Andy was nice enough to spend extra time putting back the parts without additional charge and he also fixed the clog 30-40 feet down through the pipe line.

I don't often write reviews but this experience deserves one.

We called Adeedo for a leak at the base of our toilet.
1st appt was scheduled 10-12am. He showed up around 4pm.  He worked on the leak, but the very next day,  the leak was worse and flooded our restroom floor.  Called again.

2nd tech came. Worked on the leak, said it was fixed, but water flooded the rr again the very next day.  Called again. 3rd tech came, took some pics, and said that the leak was due to to piping so they'd need to break the cement floor to fix it.

Three techs, 6 days without a toilet, and a worse problem than when we 1st called, and they took no responsibility for not being able to fix the problem & blamed the pipes instead.

I spoke with the managers Carl and Brian who said that according to their technicians we had to jackhammer the concrete slab open to fix the piping.  At this point i told them I'd lost faith in their company and his techs and refused to let them do anymore work on our place.

I was referred to Xtreme Plummers by a friend.  They came the same day and in an hour the problem was solved.  They found that gobs of excess wax from 2 wax rings the Adeedo techs had used was blocking the pipe, not allowing for drainage, and causing the back-up.  
Problem fixed, no demolition required.

Seriously, if you're thinking of Adeedo...AdeeDon't!

Fast, reliable, and honest! My water heater broke and they came out within an hour of my call, and replaced my water heater with a new one on the same day! Marty was my Plumber and he was great, he showed up on time explained everything thoroughly and worked clean and fast! I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and neighbors!

Jose and Ryan showed up on time I had full maintenance at very reasonable price . My 8 years Nourtiz old tankless heater was working well and after their service looks like brand new again., Both   are knowledgable  guys and very honest.  I recommend  them to my  friends for keeping up their tankless heather service every two -3 years.

Carlos was honest, friendly, and reliable. He fixed the problem with are toilet very quickly. We are so happy to have found such an honest plumbing company so near to our home. They were very professional over the phone and in person. Great prices too!

We had a backup in the bathroom  toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. He was very informative about what he had to do and what was the problem. I'm very happy with the level of service that PM Plumbing provides. Armund is a quality dude.  When a new employee of his (no longer with his company), turned out to have made exaggerated promises, with worse than disappointing results, Armund came quickly to the rescue!

When we had enough of the broken promises and shoddy work, from the ex-employee, on my wife's urging to call the owner, I finally did. Armund answered the phone and told me he would be right over. He was literally here in 5 minutes. Armund quietly and non-defensively heard our difficulties with his employee and the botched job. Armund inspected the work done and not done, and said I will make this right at my expense, I only want satisfied customers, and this work is not to our standards.

We set a new appointment, and Armund promptly made all the corrections. Armund went beyond just fixing the prior shoddy work, and at his considerable expense, took care of the oversold promises of his now ex-employee.

Seeing that Armund was an excellent plumber, and a man of his word, we made another appointment to have him replace an older toilet, his work was timely, top notch, and his pricing was reasonable. He definitely showed his integrity and pride in his work and company. I'm so glad we found a new plumber who stands by his work.

Too expensive. Wanted to charge $690 to change my faucet and washer in the toilet. Had to find another plumber.

WOW!  George was awesome!  Came to our house to fix our plumbing problem on the day we were set to have a birthday party!  (And he recommended two different suggestions, one of which was significantly less expensive!) He got everything all taken care of and cleaned up with plenty of time to spare. We have had no trouble since then.  And he was so friendly!!  We will definitely be calling him again if we need plumbing help of any kind.  YAY George!!  = )

Tony has been taking care of our home for years. Always upfront and reasonable. Explains costs and tries to advise of possible problems. He contacts you if on time or late. Highly recommend.

Jorge is amazing! He helped us with our clogged kitchen sink on a Sunday night with no notice. And he really knows what he's doing. And, oh yeah, his prices are reasonable.

substantially less expensive than other plumbing companies. They showed up on time, charged me exactly what they said they would on the phone, and the repairman Avi, actually did more work than the original estimate.

I cannot rave about this plumbing company enough! If you ever need a plumber, these are the guys to call, or in my case, request a quote via the Yelp app!

We started having issues on Saturday morning with our restroom. Long story short, our main line was clogged. We thought it would be an easy fix by going to Home Depot and buying some supplies based on some recommendations by some of the employees there. None of the supplies we bought worked, which led us to the next step...call a plumber. At this point, it was already 9PM. I was so frustrated that I couldn't use the restroom in the comfort at my home. I searched for a plumber via the Yelp app and found this company. Within 10 minutes, I got a response from a business, which happened to be Free Flo. These guys run 24 hours! They said they could send a technician over to check out the problem, which was crazy to me as it was already 10:30PM, but hey, I needed a restroom, so I took the offer.

They came and took a look at the issue. It turned out that it was bigger than anticipated, so they said they'd come back in the morning as they needed to use certain tools and we'd be disturbing the neighbors.

The next morning they arrived and took care of the problem right away! These guys are extremely professional and made sure they cleaned up their mess as well, leaving it completely effortless for us - SCORE!

You can stop reading Yelp reviews now, these guys are solid.  We were looking to do a total re-pipe on our 1920's Spanish style duplex and called around to a few companies looking for estimates.  

Once Richard, the owner, came out and explained the process and why we needed a total re-pipe I looked no further.  Sometimes you just meet someone and you trust them right away, and for me he's that kind of guy.  I knew that he would back up his work and get the job done well.  

He didn't lie when he said it was going to get a bit ugly as re-piping is a pretty invasive process.  But he had an entire team of people come in and knock it out in just two days work.  They were thorough and professional and totally knew their stuff.  Fabian oversaw the job as Richard needed to have surgery the day our work was scheduled to begin.  But on the second day of work Richard, fresh out of the hospital after surgery, showed up a bit hobbled just to make sure that everything was being done to his standards.

When I first met with him he had given us the pluses and minuses of both PEX and copper piping (we went with PEX) and priced the job to completion for whatever we chose.  There were no secret or hidden charges.  Whatever issues they faced during the install, it was all included in that price.  

And once the plumbing was in, he had superior quality finishers that came in and matched the unique stucco on the outside of my house perfectly and also did the same to the walls they had to cut into on the inside.  The only thing they don't do is repaint the disturbed walls but was explained to me well ahead of time.  

In short, I trust them, they do quality work, they show up on time, they're experts at what they do and Richard has decades of experience that he brings to the job.  Richard himself is a personable, friendly, straight shooter and it was very refreshing to do business with someone like that.

Now our water pressure is great, we have full time hot water to the faucet and we feel like we made a friend who just happens to be our plumber.
