Our kitchen sink backed up and of course LiquidPlumbr did nothing. I reached out on Yelp and got an immediate response from Plumer Pro. They had availability within the hour (major bonus for this issue) and a very reasonable price.

Guy was prompt to his time (10:30, and I reached out at 9:00), thorough in his job and left everything working and clean.

We had a recent water leak and found out our entire underground pipe system needed to be replaced. After meeting several plumbing companies, we went with Tip Top because they were the most responsive and laid out a clear plan with options.

Adam is my hero! He went to work immediately súper kind and understanding of my dog barking at him. Very professional. Had my air conditioning running super quickly. Fast, reliable, and honest! My water heater broke and they came out within an hour of my call, and replaced my water heater with a new one on the same day! Marty was my Plumber and he was great, he showed up on time explained everything thoroughly and worked clean and fast! I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and neighbors!

These guys were PROS. Jose was great helping me set up appointment and let me know the steps involved in getting a new hot water heater for my house.The two guys that came out to do the job were great. Very knowledgable and experienced. They found a couple problems with my set up and fixed them. No rain water will get to this water heater.
I will use these guys again and highly recommend to anyone who needs a water heater.

Super happy with an emergency Saturday day service. Edmund was at my place with 30 minutes. He was professional and courteous and was able to unclog my toilet with an hour. It's a rather involved job that needs to be done by snaking down through the pipes from the roof and he was able to do it all on his own, no problem. I was really in a jam with no working toilet and so thankful to Lords of Plumbing and Edmund coming to my rescue. He even said hello to my cat!

Oscar was very knowledgeable and gave me good advice and excellent service. There was a delay in getting here but Jose kept me informed so I knew what was happening and when they would arrive. I will use them in the future.

We had a backup in the bathroom  toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. He was very informative about what he had to do and what was the problem. I'm very happy with the level of service that PM Plumbing provides. They showed up to my house within an hour of me calling. They didn't charge to come to me and diagnose the issue we were having. They quoted us reasonable and inexpensive prices. Gave us good advise. We needed to have our dryer duct cleaned. He asked for $195 for this, even though he quoted $95-195 and he only used a 24 foot wand. Then he said the duct is obstructed and he needs to scope it for another $295. After he scoped it he said the duct was separated so he can't do anything until I repair it. Final bill:$690. Duct still not unclogged!

George is great.

On time. Very knowledgable. Informative, skilled and honest. Those last three don't always go hand-in-hand and are often mutually exclusive. With George, they beautifully co-exist.

The Problem: Water-heater leak discovered per inspection, as we are selling our house, so time and expertise were critical.

The Solution: George assessed the problem, ordered the part and came back the next day to fix n' install. Water heater is running perfectly.

The Net Net: Fair prices. Great service. Nice personable guy. Honest. On-time.
As long as I stay in the area, I will not use anyone other than George for my plumbing needs and I will recommend him to friends.

I had Western Rooter replace a water heater that was old and incorrectly installed.  The old water heater was installed in a really tight corner and Western Rooter did an excellent job of installing the new one.

I can't say enough about Tony (owner) and Daniel, and Rick as plumbers and honest brokers.

Jorge and his team are quick to respond, reliable and dependable.  We had to use them three times in two weeks and each experience was great.  Kitchen sink install, fixed a bathroom shower and a leak outside.  Would definitely recommend!

David has helped us out of several pinches.  Most recently he helped us with a drain line issue at our house that was the result of a bad contractor.  The service is alway prompt and the prices are more than competitive.  Communicaton is top notch and they have always arrived at their planned time.  

Hopefully we don't have many more issues to deal with but if we do we know who we'll be calling.

This is my favorite plumber ever Avi and his crew came out to my house when my faucet was leaking gave me a really good price. Cheaper then three others fixed the problem and even left my bathroom cleaner then it was. I'm a customer for life. Thanks Avi

I have used Free Flo Rooter for the last couple of jobs. I am very happy with their service.

Patrick came earlier than my scheduled appointment and he did a great job in fixing my clogged drain in the shower. Not only did he explain the process in detail, but he also gave suggestions on how to prevent the problem from happening again.

I definitely recommend using them for your plumbing needs.

I spoke to them about us wanting to replace a water heater. There's no diagnostic involved but the person told me they have a hard rule to send some over to talk to me. Given the current situation with the pandemic and high gas prices, I don't know why they purposely make it more difficult. I already know when the person shows up, he will try to sell me things and then schedule another appointment to install.

When I spoke to them, I was hoping the dispatcher can transfer me to a manager because we have an urgent issue and get a straightforward quote. instead, she gave me this mean girl attitude and basically expressed they would not have a problem even if I left a bad review. I had no plan to write one honestly but since this business really doesn't care, i guess here it is.

I want to note that I was not rude. I was just expressing concerns about an urgent issue because our tank was literally spraying water like a broken water hydrant. we needed a tank replaced and we were ready to hire. The business has no sense of urgency, did not care and she never ever offered to have me speak to any manager. It was not an option. The owner, below, clearly took the dispatchers side of the story and went out of his way to invalidate a customer's experience and making me look like a horrible human being all because I left you a bad review? His response is classic bully behavior.

If you hire this business and encounter a problem, do you think you can even trust this owner? This man is on attack mode. I just got the impression that your team doesn't care and my intuition was correct. Now they are accusing me for being rude and make excuses for their sales tactic. In conclusion, thank you so much for not taking my business, not that I was going to hire you anyways. . By the way, we literally just hired a reputable licensed company (with amazing reviews) to install a water heater right after my negative interaction with this company. Quote was straightforward, no sales pitch and they are coming at 9am tomorrow.
