A tenant's kitchen sink was clogged. I contacted these guys and Josh was right on it. Took care of the problem quickly and suggested I have the clean out hydro-jetted, which I did. I will definitely use them again.

Outstanding! Andy answered right away, which is probably hard to do in his profession, set the best time for me to have him come out. During diagnosis, it looked like it could be a bigger job than expected but he was able to get it done right then and there (always good news) and cleaned up incredibly fast. I'll be recommending him often!

I had a very positive experience with Adee plumbing on 2 occasions. Today Charlie was on time and very nice. We were having a leaky toilet and water hammer problem. He determined that we had a broken pressure regulator and that it was the likely cause of the problem. He proposed a stepwise plan to replace the regulator. The repair was done in a timely fashion. The price seems reasonable. He explained every step that he was doing. after the repair he carefully explained what to expect and how to look out for problems in the future. Not long ago we were having an issue with the air conditioning duct and filter system. Kyle fixed the issue. He was on time. He was also very careful to explain what was the problem and an estimate of the costs. He repaired the issue in a timely manner. He was very helpful in explaining what I could do in the future to prevent problems and gave me tips on how I could fix it myself! Highly recommended.

Fast, reliable, and honest! My water heater broke and they came out within an hour of my call, and replaced my water heater with a new one on the same day! Marty was my Plumber and he was great, he showed up on time explained everything thoroughly and worked clean and fast! I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and neighbors!

Highly recommend you find another plumber. Not only was our problem not resolved, but we were put in physical danger after being told the problem was resolved.  As a woman, I also didn't appreciate being told I have 'mesmerizing eyes' when I'm home alone with a plumber, so ladies please use with caution.

Lords of Plumbing sent someone out to look at our wall heater which was identified as 'unsafe' by SoCal gas. After reviewing, the plumber made a recommendation that he claimed he could not guarantee would resolve the issue. We tried it anyway, knowing the other option would be to replace the entire unit. He came on another day, replaced the piece and notified us that the issue (which was potentially life-threatening) was completely resolved and that it was safe to turn heater back on, which we did. ** Note to self, always call SoCal gas, they will check safety on all gas appliances for free and are very friendly and prompt

Needless to say, when SoCal gas came to inspect it.. the job was incomplete and inhabitable, our heater was turned back off. We were told that there were two things that needed to happen for the situation to be fatal, and we had one of them (the other being a bird randomly nesting on our roof). He also informed us that the plumber fixed the incorrect part and that he clearly didn't know how this type of wall heater works.

Fast forward to Lords of Plumbing revisiting the site - the (extremely cocky) plumber came back to look at the work and let us know that they have a 'wall heater specialist' at Lords of Plumbing that he would recommend come look at this. WHAT A BRILLIANT IDEA! WHY DIDN'T WE DO THAT THE FIRST TIME?! ...$800 later... I'm sure you can see why we were fed up with this runaround.

On his way out he definitely didn't forget to mention my 'mesmerizing eyes' on a few occasions, which just so happened to be the one visit where my boyfriend was not present. Keep your eyes on the heater bro, maybe that's why this work isn't being done properly.

At this point we realize we need to replace the entire heater, which is fine, the situation is what it is. We, having already worked with them this far, call Lords of Plumbing again to have the 'wall heater specialist' come out to finish the job and they quote us another $150 to just have him come and take a look! After someone from their team has been to my home 3x already personally to look at the situation.

The customer service here is non-existent l and I'm indignant as a customer and a woman. I welcome an apology from the owner.

Sometimes you wonder why a business has all 5 stars and nothing negative to say. Is it all just family and friends? Not here. It's very clear I am not related to the owners :)

I called a few businesses around urgently because well I had a leaking main line. I got quotes 50-90%(!) more than Castaneda. All for the same scope too. So either they were giving me the PV Tax (it's real) or they knew I was in a bind so they were trying to make a quick buck.

But Team Castaneda came out, they measured and gave me a more than fair quote to do an amazing job. They were on time, prompt and cleaned up after. You never knew they dug up my yard to put in a beautiful new line with valves. And for all the businesses that try to gouge or make a quick buck, this next ones for you. When anything in our home needs plumbing attention, I'm calling Castaneda first. Always. Not you all who tried to take advantage of a homeowners situation.

Our guest room shower drain was back up, and the toilet has water running issue; I checked Yelp and we decided to call hard hat at Christmas holiday week, they responded quickly and on time.
 Arthur was efficient and professional, he not only fixed the issues and reassured us the problem was resolved, we appreciated the honesty and efficiency!
 We will always call hard hat if any plumbing issue without any hesitation!

We had a backup in the bathroom  toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. He was very informative about what he had to do and what was the problem. I'm very happy with the level of service that PM Plumbing provides. I had a leak under my kitchen sink and the Plumbing Dudes sent someone out almost immediately to fix it...they were courteous, fast, professional, and generously priced! Could not be happier with their service, will definitely use again for any and all my plumbing needs int he future!

So where to start, we had a choice of different plumbers to come to our small business and unclog a drain, so I reached out to this supposed plumber Jaime. He told me originally that'll be $195 for three drains but when he came to our market he said it was for only one! Then on top of that he used just a little stick to take out the small top layer and said he was done but I asked him to snake it and he replied that it's fine. Then low and behold this morning I walked in and my drains were flooded again. I called him and he came in yelling at my wife saying that we intentionally flooded the drains because he didn't want to do the work of real plumber! This Jaime guy is definitely a ripoff! I definitely do not endorse this company!

I called in the morning and got same day service at the time I requested. I had two men show up for what was a simple leak. Both guys were super nice, explained everything and very courteous. I went off the Yelp rating I saw and wasn't disappointed. For sure I will have them come back again!

Quick fix of a toilet leak at the base.  Called at 08:30, arrived by noon and pulled toilet and changed waxed seal in an hour or so and done!

Recently had to have our main sewer line replaced due to old age and root damage. Tony gave us the fairest quote price-wise, and he and his team were able to get the project completed in the timeline quoted. Also appreciated that Tony and his team were friendly and willing to explain the process to us so that we understood what was going to be done. Will not hesitate to reach out to them for future plumbing needs!

1930's house in Alhambra with cast iron mainline!!! With all of this rain we had roots growing into the main clogging everything. Jorge and his crew found the roots with cameras and cleared them out!! Also added a trap which many of these older homes don't have. This makes it easier access for any future plumbing problems.

On one of the coldest days in Los Angeles they fixed the problem in one day. Up to 5 crew members working at one point.

Contacted David in the morning about an emergency drainage issue. He was here within 2 hours and our problem is resolved! Explained what the issue was, and even crawled under the house to see what he was working with. He went well beyond what our previous plumber was doing to fix the problem. Save his number, nothing beats a reliable plumber!

Avi and his son showed up on time, and were very kind and helpful in assessing the problem.  They came late at night and helped assess my water heater problem. Very kind and honest people.

I've had such a great experience with Narek! He came highly recommended by a friend of mine and he does great work. He explains things in an easy to understand way and is honest. He took videos and pictures when he crawled under my home to inspect and also complete the work, so you know exactly what was worked on. He's so helpful and provides great guidance! I can't recommend him enough!

Our drains was clogged up so we called Beach Plumbing and their technician Edwin found that it was clogged up with shrimp skin. The next day another technician name Kody came and found our main pipe made of iron cast all cracked up. So we decided to replace all the pipes with new plastic pipes. We also got a quote from another plumber that gave us a cheaper quote, but we decided to hire Beach plumbing business instead because we trusted their 5 star reviews on Yelp. Robert and Dion was the one who came and did most of the work. After all the pipes was replaced, a day or two later when I went to use the dryer I started smelling gas leak. I immediately shut off the gas valve and called Beach Plumbing. Their guy Adan came and fixed the leak. Turns out Robert or Dion didn't tighten the gas line tight enough. I understand it was a big job so a mistake like this can happen, but our house could've burned down if I hadn't noticed the leak. Furthermore, the wall patcher was suppose to come the day after the pipes installation but nobody came. So I had to call the office and turns out they had a scheduling problem. So they decided to schedule the wall patcher the following week. There was also still a leak in our main shower drain. Edwin couldn't fix it so Kody and Rene had to get come get it done. After that was done the drain strainer plate in our shower was all bent up, so I told Edwin and he says he would change it. After he changed it, I noticed now it's missing a screw. The service I received was highly disappointing and really put a bad taste in my mouth. First the gas leak, then things not being done on schedule, and the whole main shower drain situation left me losing a lot of sleep and I lost days of work. I had to call off work multiple days so that someone would be home to greet the technician, but then either nobody shows up or they show up late. The whole experience was frustrating. They've lost 2 stars from me. Not sure if I want to recommend Beach Plumbing to friends and family anymore.
