Highly recommend this company. We heard a hissing sound in our wall. Our plumber told us to
call them so they can pinpoint before we start breaking open random areas. Rigo from waterboy showed up at our door. We were very concerned due to the pandemic. He had a mask, gloves and shoe covers. He worked swiftly. Marked an X and went on his way. It was quick, we opened it up and it was there. He knew exactly what he was doing. Thank you for the help Rigo!!

Oscar is the best! I called a bunch of plumbers before him and he was fair and honest with his pricing. Called him and he came in 20 mins. He was very honest with my water heater explained everything to me and even told me what parts to ask for to claim warranty from the water heater warranty. So happy to have hot water again and to work with such a knowledgeable and kind man! Highly recommend him!

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

Marco did an awesome job on clearing my kitchen sink clog.  I will use him again next time.  I would give him six stars if possible.

We had a sewer main line backup, the guys are supper nice and know what there doing. I contacted them last minute and there were quick to respond and found the issue immediately. Great service!

Fernando and pops came through December 19, 2019. They told me owning a home would be fun until you have a busted pipe through the wall. With some time Fernando and his pops were able to find the pipe in the wall going to the ground to take care of it. Our horrible home owners insurance said give us a week to send someone out.

Great knowledge when they arrived. Broke it down step by step of what needed to be done. Price was given. If needed I would reach out to them again.

Chris originally came out because toilets and tubs were backing up. I called on a Sunday left a message. He texted back that same day. I thought that it was his day off so I wasn't expecting a reply until the next day! We scheduled a time for Monday and he kept good communication. He was nice and explained a lot of stuff from the problem to maintenance. Problem was fixed. Until 4-5 days later I was back to square one with everything backed up again. This time I had a family member sick with the c word. So obviously Chris wouldn't be able to come in. He said in order to figure out the problem he would have to come in so he could diagnose but he couldn't because of my situation. I asked if he had guarantees on his work and he replied quickly and then offered to just run the pipes again without coming in. I can only hope that this second time can get me through until my house is free of c so if it happens again he can come inside. My pipes are not ideal and the types of toilets I have don't make it any better. So if you're in the market for a new toilet make sure it will work well with your piping! (I could be the only one with this problem though).
Anyway, I am very appreciative that he is coming back (within 20 mins of my first text to him). I couldn't just go to a hotel (because of c) or use anyone else's toilet as well. I was stuck and I didn't know what to do (I have a family with 2 kids). Thank you Chris for helping me and my family. I will be sure to recommend your services to others.

Wow. Quick, no fuss, give you the answers you need right over the phone service. Didn't give me the runaround and was able to advise me with pictures and a quick video I text messages to him. On Super Bowl Sunday no less! I will definitely be calling him for future work.

Very fast and efficient. My bathroom sink wasn't draining, and they fixed the problem. Also, they work clean and cleaned up any mess that was made from their work.

Harry was outstanding. He came here saw it was the mixer. Went to get the part total cost $258. One guy from Home Advisor wanted to break through walls and charge me $1800. Do not ever use Home Advisor for anything. Only use Harry for plumbing . He is nice and is honest. Just the truth Laurie!

Jon and Jeff is very professional and kind. They spent about one hour finding the leak and repaired them. I am so appreciate and satisfied with their service. Five stars!

Ordered a new fridge to my new apartment, that unfortunately had no fridge water line set up.
After I got the approval from the management company, I needed a licensed professional to set up a new line and hook up the fridge cause I didn't trust my old handyman to get it done, so I found On Call here, and scheduled the installation with Jeremy, who was SUPER nice and informative over the phone.
Installation went great and smooth! they were on time and very honest, no over charges or surprise fees.
Guess I got myself a new plumber! would call back, and recommend anyone who requires professional, reasonable and honest plumber!

Had another great experience with Ray and Sonic Rooter & Plumbing! Reached out on a Friday night because our kitchen sink was backed up. I knew that there was a possibility that we wouldn't be seen because it was a holiday weekend and already pretty late. I was slightly panicked because I was hosting a party the next day. But Ray came through once again and saved the day, the very next morning. Feeling very grateful for such exceptional service. Thank you, Ray!

I just had to write. SoCalPlumbing&Rooter have helps us several times over the years. . The are clean cut, friendly, great workers and always the best work AND clean up better than they found it. After reading some of these great reviews I figured how could I lose with Matthews Plumbing so I scheduled a time today for him to come out and address some plumbing issues I was having. He was as good as what his reviews said about him.

In this day and age it seems almost impossible to find a contractor that comes out when they say they will, fix the problem your having, and charge a fair price for their services.

I highly recommend Matthew's Plumbing and will be passing on his contact information to others!

My review is pretty much the same as Dennis K's.  The inspection was fine however expect to be solicited and spammed via emails and phone calls by third parties after the inspection in an attempt to buy things like home alarms. Sure it's probably in the contract as John states but let's be honest, not everyone reads those things in fine detail nor expects to be opted-in until explicitly requesting to be removed from up-sell opportunities.  Just another way to make more money out of a customer which I understand but it should be opt-in, not opt-out.  That way is more customer friendly and less sneaky.  Now go ahead and claim this review is false despite the fact that this is exactly what happened.

I was in need of a plumber to replace my commercial water heater and all city plumbing came out during the 4th of July weekend and had it replaced and installed Monday on 4th of July. Mayans plumber's name was Paul very nice young man and pleasant and knew his stuff I would highly recommend this company for their diligence kindness and professionalism to anyone in need of any type of plumbing service. Once again thank you all city plumbing and thank you Paul for handling this situation before the tenants started an uproar without hot water. You the man.

Years ago I moved into a new house and thought I needed drainage in an area of dirt where the water kept pooling up.  I called John Keefe.  They were done so quickly putting in 5 drainage things and pipe (less than an hr) and it just didn't feel rt - like nothing had been done - it was too quick.  So I looked in the architectural plans and sure enough those drainage things had been there all along.  They must have discovered them when they started moving away the dirt on top and pretended they did the work... and charged me a lot too.  I'd hate to write a bad review if this really didn't happen but If they had actually put in new ones, then what happened to the ones that should have already been there???  Also the fact that I was suspicious enough to investigate makes me think they are con artists AND overpriced.  The main guy is/was very charismatic but so what.

Jessi arrived early. I explain to him the problems. He told me what my options are and what it would cost. He worked quickly and efficiently and it was obvious to me that he knew what he was doing. I felt the charges were very reasonable. This is the first time I've used John Riordan Plumbing and if I need a plumber again I'll call them and ask for Jesse. I highly recommend this company.
