I had received emails from water and power notifying me that I may have a significant leak due to continuous water use at my home. I had tried several times to locate the leak myself, but couldn't find anything unusual. I called Waterboy and they had a leak detection expert at my house with a couple hours. Rigo was very nice and professional. I was concerned about having someone in the house due to Covid, but he wore a mask the whole time and worked quickly. He checked the house, under the house, all front and backyard irrigation and pool. He located the leak which was well hidden from view in the backyard. I'd have never found it on my own. I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

Marco was early, super kind, and gave me helpful tips for caring for my sink.  $165 for 15min rooter was a little steep, but they were available and handled the job like a pro.

I need a different service than they can provide, but Chris seems like a person of integrity who is generous with his time. He answered his phone promptly when I called and patiently answered my questions, took the time to understand the situation with more complex than typical access on a hillside home, and offered me a referral to another resource that can help me.

This is another review as I have used this company twice in a month for different services. First, I contacted them for a quote to replace a water heater. When the plumber arrived, he looked at the water heater and noticed that it was rather new and didn't think it needed replacing. Instead he cleaned it out, got the pilot lit and it worked fine! He advised me to make sure to keep weeds and other grasses away as it was collecting inside the water heater storage container restricting airflow. He didn't even charge me for a service fee.

As a result I called them again when my kitchen sink clogged and garbage disposal stopped working. They came on time and within a few minutes had the sink unclogged and replaced the garbage disposal. They advised me that the wiring was bad and I should have it checked. They advised me against connecting the wires until I could get it looked at. Good thing too. I had an electrician take a look and he advised that we should replace the wires and the covering was deteriorating. It could have resulted in a fire or at the least the garbage disposal not working and us not knowing why.

Responsible, reliable and honest!!! So great to have such a great plumbing service locally.

Great customer service all around! During these times I was not so excited to pump my septic tank but the clean, careful and thought out work Sewer Man did was amazing. I have used their plumbing services before and they have never show anything less than five star service!

Aquaman Leak Detection is simply amazing!  Look no further if you have a leak!  I had another major leak detection company out to my home twice and they were unable to locate the leak.  If I wanted them to continue I would have to pay $180.00 per hour.  I  did some research on the internet and found that most leak detection companies would get into your pool to check the drains, lights and returns along with looking for structural cracks.  The first company didn't get in my pool.   I found a video posted by Aquaman and read the reviews they received and decided to give them a try.  Best decision I have made in any of my home repair jobs.  
If your anything like me it seems when somebody comes out the price always increases from the initial estimate.  Not with Aquaman.  Kenton is truly one of the nicest service providers that I had at my home.  It truly appeared that he was on a treasure hunt as he was determined to find the leak.  After jumping in the pool and carefully checking everything imaginable he found a crack on the wall where the water comes from the Jacuzzi to the pool and he fixed it.  At that time he stated lets see what happens and if our pool is still leaking he would come out.  
Well it continued to leak and I contacted Aquaman and they came out again.  This is were the professionalism and honesty of Aquaman comes in.  Kenton once again jumped in the pool and Jacuzzi and upon further testing he found the leak.  Under the concrete  He said it was an elbow joint that cracked, he marked the spot where he said the elbow joint was located.  Today I had my pool service that repairs pipes at my home and to the tee, Kenton marked right were the break was.   I highly recommend using this company.  It is well worth the price and has saved me hundreds if not a few thousand dollars if I continued to use the other company.   You will see that the price quoted is the price paid.

I gave this company a second show since the Owner personally reached out and called me to apologize for not communicating with me. I'm SOOOO happy that I did. Their tech came out earlier than he said he would and was able to identify the problem as that my sump pump was just clogged up. He cleared it out and it began to work immediately. He even went so far as to clean up the area that was dirty by the standing water. When we asked how much he called his supervisor and there was no charge at all. My wife did tip him of course for his honesty. SoCal Plumbing will now be my first call for ANY plumbing needs. Thank you for resorting faith in plumbers!

John recently performed a general inspection for my clients on their very first home purchase. Along with John's thorough and clear inspection reports, his follow-up is fantastic.
