I called Jake for my parents' house clogged toilet. Jake was very honest, good and got the job done quickly.  My parents were very happy with Jake and the result.  His price was very reasonable too.  Will recommend his service to whoever needs it.

The first time they came to clean my sink drain in the bathroom a couple months ago - they came late but all seemed to have worked (price was $325 for one sink - $69 is just a snake).  That was in March, 2021.  In Oct 2021, I had a clogged line on the toilet in the same bathroom - arranged for them to come. The office called me twice to reschedule - and also an hour before the scheduled time to get more details where they found that i had the deep clean on the line just 6 months ago.  As I waited in my two hour window  (hour into my wait) they called again to try to reschedule to the next day saying the technicians are all too far away to get to my scheduled appointment.  Seems like they decided they cant make the same money.  Technician who came was good but the service?  I would recommend trying someone else first.  Very disappointed.  I will post my next plumber review to see what may come.

Mike was professional, efficient, and friendly. I sent out a service request to 4 plumbing companies through Yelp around 6:30 a.m. and Mike from ASP was the first one responded. He did a thorough job to clean out the main pipeline at my rental property. In comparison to the time and efforts he spent on this project, the price he offered is beyond reasonable. I would definitely use his service again.

Plumber #1 said it was too difficult of a job.
Plumber #2 didn't follow up on calls and emails.
Then came James, who I found through Yelp.  Thank you
to everyone who wrote a review.  

Shame on me because I did the whole 'cart before the horse' and bought a sink I loved before properly measuring.  It looked good on paper in terms of measurement.  No, it did not fit.  

James made it happen.  A little more sweat than expected but he made it work and I am happy!!!

More importantly, James is on time, reliable and hard working.  I sincerely appreciate someone who makes it happen.

I called them yesterday morning at 9am and Josh showed up within 45mins. Josh replaced my main water valve and installed a water pressure regulator in less than 2 hours. Josh was very professional, knowledgeable, and perfectionist. He even checked couple of my faucets and gave me tips how I can fix them myself. I am so happy that I called Olson Superior Plumbing for this job! They have just earned my business for life :)

Kitchen sink was clogged and I needed someone to come out and unclog it. I searched through Yelp and I found Macias Plumbing & Rooter with excellent reviews. I called them on a Wednesday late afternoon and some one was out to my house by Thursday morning. Macias Plumbing & Rooter did not disappoint. The experience was very professional and friendly. I will make Macias Plumbing & Rooter my go to guys with all plumbing related issues.

Working with Hotline Plumbing was a great experience. They communicated well about arrival time and got the problem taken care of quickly. A different plumber had quoted us $750. Hotline charged us $85. I'll be calling them again next time!

So thankful for Mick at Right Price Rooter. We had a bit of an emergency with flooding in my grandma's bathroom. I called a couple of plumbers by searching yelp and no one was able to make it out for a couple of days. So glad Right Price Rooter was on that list as well! Mick showed up within less than an hour of me calling and knew what the problem was. He sent someone over first thing the very next morning who was able to fix the issue!

My husband knows a bit about plumbing and agreed that the price to repair was more than fair, especially given the emergent nature of our situation. My grandma was in a panic, so it was such a relief to have someone out asap.

Mick was kind and responsive over the phone. I wasn't able to meet Mick in person given my work schedule, but my dad who did meet him was also impressed. Will definitely keep him and his team in mind for all of our future plumbing needs for our personal residence as well. Don't even bother calling anyone else, do yourself a favor and call Mick first. I promise he will exceed your expectations.

I've now been working with Albert for over two years hiring him for a variety of services.

I had a bad plumbing job done by one of the main companies that services the valley and thankfully Albert was able to fix everything and make it much better than before!

First I was going through a remodel.

Albert has worked on replacing shower valve, drains, water lines, installing a gas line for a dryer, installing washer/dryer hookups.

He now services our entire HOA for a property of 12 units. He's always on time reliable and gets work done in a timely manner. More importantly his pricing is always fair.

We've had a handful of emergency leaks in our building and he's always super reliable and honest about the job.

We had one emergency where a Unit was unoccupied and was leaking outside the apartment super late at night. Albert was on the scene right away to address any issues and stayed late to finish the job.

He also noticed a few other poor drains in the building that needed work and has now replaced every drain line in our building!

So many of our neighbors have used him and appreciate his services his team is very nice and honest.

If you want to support a small family business support his work! You won't regret it!

Harry came very quickly when no one else was available. Unclogged the sink in under 30 minutes and we're able to enjoy our evening. Would absolutely recommend!

Armando and his team did a full repipe of my house late last year. It included a new main water service line, water lines in house and drainage pipes. They were very professional and even finished the job within a week, to my surprise. They did everything by the book and we went through the city inspection with ease. They are now my go to company for our plumbing needs. I highly recommend Armando and his team.

HT was great. Quick reply and was able to make a same day appointment. Arrived early, and got the job done efficiently / quickly without wasting any time. He helped disassemble/move/reassemble a bed and crib that we were moving into different rooms. He even helped move the beds, as well as some rugs although that wasn't part of the stated work order. I would definitely use again.

Jay and his partner (dad?) were amazing. They arrived on time, communicated easily via text and phone call, and we're up front about costs. Jay provided options for my garbage disposal repair based on best practice and price, and showed me what was going on every step of the way. I am a mom who was at home with a 1 year old, and they were so good with being respectful and even chatting and playing with my daughter.

Highly recommended, and I would call them again any time I have another plumbing need!

Unethical and dishonest.  I had a plumbing emergency and he quoted a major job that would cost $15K.  The problem occurred at a rental property while I was out of town - no time to bid, had to address immediately. I asked my handyman about it, went to Yelp, then agreed to it based in part on what he told me it would take to complete the job.  He said it would take him one week with eight laborers to complete.  My associate went to the job to check on him; bottom line, he used four laborers and it took him three days to complete.  Less than $1K in material.   So he's clearly opportunistic.  But that's business.  The worst part - I had to pay him half of the fee by credit card as I was out of town.  He then requested the remainder of the fee when he claimed he completed the job.  I told him that I was going to return to town in two days and that I'd like to walk the job with him before paying the balance.  No reply.  He billed the credit card anyway.  Run from this guy.

Ultimately drain cleared so going to write this off to initial frustration

Only major rec. is that workers more diligent in putting down tarps to work on and clean up

Initially the service seem to be a high-quality responsive service

On the first round of repairs things were left messy and unfinished and we had to clean up

on the second visit they double charged us for the exact same process on a sink clog with no results

Our overall cost was in excess of $700 to simply clear out blocked drains

We were told on the second visit for the blocked drain they were bringing a camera and a special rotor

They never did that and the extremely slow process by the was it disappointing and infuriating with items being forgotten trips up and down the elevator nothing brought all at once

We were not given what we were represented as being given and would not recommend this company again
