I had a unique issue with a insta hot water heater that needed to be replaced. Jacob handled it like a pro. He ordered me a new heater to replace the old one and installed it very promptly. I had called other plumbers but they didn't want to deal with it but Jacob turned out to be my savior.

I had a non emergency leak, but one that needed to be fixed and I reached out via yelp sending out my request to multiple vendors.
Avant responded quickly and came out this past Monday to give me a formal bid. The evaluation was very thorough and Alex did look for ways to minimize the cost to me. He checked the pressure on multiple hose bibs and he came to the conclusion that I had where the leak was.
He said he could get started immediately, but I had to send him off to have other bidders come as well
Avant did get the job, and Matthew and Alex completed the work in 2.5 days for completing not only the water leak, but I had asked for additional work to be done and we added that scope - discounted because they were already on site.
While doing their work, they focused on minimizing our water service downtime. Over 2.5 days, the water was probably down for a few hours in between any real usage period (between lunch and dinner). They gave us ample warning to get some water ready just in case.
Matthew and Alex came to my house clean, left dirty and they spent little time dilly-dallying. There were a few surprises along the way, but nothing they couldn't handle or fix.

Great work quality!! James replaced a bathroom vanity which also required a large amount of drywall repair, re-plumbing, and some unexpected baseboard adjustments. He paid attention to detail and made sure that the job was done right, and even cleaned up before he left :)

One of the best experiences with plumbing issues. I had called them for a second opinion of a leak we were having. Eric and Anthony took the time to explain everything to me and gained my trust. I will be using them for every plumbing project going forward. No fluff! They are straightforward and reliable! Thank you gentlemen!

I would not hire again. Ros answered the texts but immediately subbed out the job to other plumbers who were lazy with their work, did not go above and beyond to find a tough gas leak and wanted to overcharge for every step they did and complained about doing the job right. You can find better.

My toilet was overflowing on a Friday night at 11pm. Messaged this company and was pleased that they quickly responded. We agreed that they would come check it out the following morning. Unfortunately they never showed. No call. No message. Nothing! Absolutely unprofessional. Wasted my time waiting around when I could've had someone else take a look.
Edit:
The owner is now claiming that I called him early on sat morning and cancelled. You were the only company I was in contact with since you agreed to come between 9-11am. I never called you once as we only spoke via Yelp. I wasted 2 hours of my day waiting for you. Unprofessional and dishonest.

We bought a house, but some of the pipes were old, galvanized type and we needed the whole house to be re piped because we found 6 spots had leaks. Not even sure how it passed the pre sale inspection... Were looking on Google and Yelp, we were very lucky to find these company! Armen and Hacho were prompt, friendly, and extremely detailed. They were able to schedule an appointment for us the very next day after I called to get an estimate and also he was able to get his crew out to work on our house 3 days after to start the job. The team re piped our entire house in less than 2 days. The crew was clean, polite, as well as quick. We will call them again 100%, If anyone is looking to re pipe a house, these guys the once! Highly recommend!

We used Sewerman for sewer inspection for a house purchase. The house was (is) in escrow. We emphasized the urgency of the report and asked if he is going to use the camera for his report. He said yes and yes.
Usually such reports sent in 24hrs.with the video of the sewer line and the conclusion of the inspector. This is the right way and the only way to have the view inside the sewer line, otherwise how would we know he actually has the equipment and the information we need?
5 days calling/texting to retrieve the report (visit on 11/2; report on 11/8). I got an invoice and short confirmation: the overall sewer is good. Please pay the invoice.
I asked, where is the link to the camera video? Harry attacked, 'you didn't ask' and immediately got defensive and raised his voice:'clearly insisting about the video i am being the most difficult client he EVER had and I have no idea what am I talking about!:)

Our toilet was clogged and water came up from shower on late Sunday evening, Armando responded to my call and resolve the issue within half an hour.
After 3 weeks we have a minor clogged again and Armondo show up the next day without extra charges ( he gave one month warranty on his job).
Great guy to work with, thank you!!

HT was great. Quick reply and was able to make a same day appointment. Arrived early, and got the job done efficiently / quickly without wasting any time. He helped disassemble/move/reassemble a bed and crib that we were moving into different rooms. He even helped move the beds, as well as some rugs although that wasn't part of the stated work order. I would definitely use again.

For ten years, I have been searching for a reliable plumber in Hollywood. Finally I have found him. His name is Jay and he is very professional and reliable. I've read all of the other reviews here, and I agree with them.
For me, Jay took on a massive challenge of replacing the main sewer line on a steep hillside. He gave me a very reasonable price, he started the job exactly on time and finished ahead of schedule.
The work was very difficult because of the hillside location and yet he never complained. He just got to work and did it fast and well.
The job was extra complicated because the digging and pipecutting and replacement were done in a neighbor's yard on the hillside above their house. As you can imagine, this is a very difficult request for a neighbor to accept and get comfortable with. But I did get permission and I promised my neighbor that Jay would do the job without any disturbance. Jay did not let me down.
Jay and his crew were supremely professional. They were so quiet and so efficient that my neighbor did not even notice they were there working until I texted to let them know that the job was already done. Afterwards, there was literally no trace of the digging.
The other thing I noticed about Jay is that he uses state-of-the-art equipment. He showed me the scope down the sewer line, which is hundreds of feet in length, and it was all very clear in color on the video monitor. He also used a metal scanning scope to find the pipe on the hillside and he has a state-of-the-art system to line the old pipe with a fiberglass sleeve. I felt very confident about his ability to do the job correctly.
Jay is a good communicator. He explained to me very carefully every step of the repair job in advance. At each major step during the repair, Jay climbed up the hill and invited me to come down and inspect the work. I like knowing that the plumber is not afraid to show his work and is willing to explain it to a customer. Not all plumbers want the homeowner inspecting their work. Jay is okay with it because he does good work.
In sum, I recommend Jay highly. He is trustworthy, reasonably priced, prompt, thorough and reliable. You can't ask for more.
(Also, I have previously hired four different plumbing companies, including the two big ones, and they were very disappointing. Three of them created more problems than they fixed. From now on, I will only go to Jay for all my household plumbing jobs).

Ultimately drain cleared so going to write this off to initial frustration
Owner has been highly professional
Only major rec. is that workers more diligent in putting down tarps to work on and clean up
Initially the service seem to be a high-quality responsive service
On the first round of repairs things were left messy and unfinished and we had to clean up
on the second visit they double charged us for the exact same process on a sink clog with no results
Our overall cost was in excess of $700 to simply clear out blocked drains
We were told on the second visit for the blocked drain they were bringing a camera and a special rotor
They never did that and the extremely slow process by the was it disappointing and infuriating with items being forgotten trips up and down the elevator nothing brought all at once
We were not given what we were represented as being given and would not recommend this company again
