Wow! So impressed! I called Plumbing By Jacob to help fix and repair a tub/shower remodel today. Both my consultation and work appointments with him were prompt showing up exactly on time. Our old plumbing was a mess behind the old shower wall. Jacob knew exactly how to repair as well as set us up with our new faucet set. Such a relief to know that the work it done correctly. Pipes are all set and secure, and now I can continue our tile work without any fear of future leaks. Whew! And his price? Let's just say Jacob was more than reasonable, hundreds less than two other price quotes we received for the same job. Thank you, Jacob. We WILL be calling you again for our home and apartment repairs!

They were so quick to respond and send someone out! Our sink was clogged and within 24 hours Matthew was here and fixed the problem. He's also super sweet & explained everything that was going on so I wasn't left in the dark. Great service. Fair prices. I'd recommend to everyone!!

These guys gave me a quote to service service a clogged drain for $79.  Then they show up and and claim that its gonna $145/drain.  What a rip. They bid low, then run-up the cost when they show up. They never mentioned that the $79 quote was based upon having a cleanout access point.  That's a lie.  They just made that up , after they arrived.

James is amazing! I was looking for a handyman because my closet railing was falling apart and also my floating sink vanity was sinking a bit. He gave me a reasonable quote and was able to come take a look at it the next day. He fixed both issues quickly and I asked him to take a look at a few more things, which he happily looked at and was able to fix for me.

One of those things was a stubborn sliding door that was not sliding correctly. He even went out to buy materials and came back to re-install the mount. It was still not sliding correctly, so he came back the next morning to shave down the bottom of the door and re-mount it again. In the end, it was fixed and I am a happy customer!

I purchased a new stove that didn't quite fit due to the existing gas line. I called Macias Plumbing on a Saturday not really expecting a response and to my surprise spoke to Ros. He told me he would be out in about an hour and he did. Helped me resolve my issue, stove fits, price was very fair. I appreciated his honesty and commitment to do the work correctly and not cut corners. These folks are  trust worthy and reliable.

Once again, Hot Line to the rescue. Had a shower drain that was backed up. They showed up on time. Both gentlemen where clean, friendly, and professional. The drain was cleared in a few minutes. I've used Hot Line twice now and both times have been wonderful. I won't hesitate to call again if the need arises.

Mick  It's just unbelievable I got multiple estimates up to 4 of them with various professional companies not only did he come in at the lowest, but WOW he  passed all my expectations hands down. His crew came to the job with face masks and shoe covers  and treated our home as if it was theirs... I did all of my water system to copper all of my  drains replaced under the house all the way to the street.  Throughout the entire job Mick and one of his assistant Dominick were very communicative and they worked threw the weekend, had different crew members lined up for the weekend. This company did not skip a beat at all whatsoever. I hate it when contractors start a  job and go to other jobs, not with this guy here, he stuck to the job and finished. Amazingly, he did not take one single penny and told me I will only collect when the job is 100% done to your satisfaction, wow, that just shows you how confident and knowledge they are (who does that)

If you are able to find him don't waste your time with anybody else. Just meet the guy and you will know exactly what I'm talking about. Very knowledgeable and has been in the business for a long time !!  Best contractor experience I have ever had. Thank you Mick and his crew for making such a difficult process so easy for our family.

Albert was amazing- I requested a quote and, within 2 hours, he was here at my door (exactly on time). He snaked the drain in my shower in no time at all and was LOADS cheaper than any other plumbing service I had received a quote from. So awesome!

Harry is very efficient, experienced and knowledgeable. He helped us with our water heater, the pilot light would not light. He contacted the manufacturer and got us replacement parts under warranty. The installation was smooth and quick.

Called Armando about a bathroom sink that wasnt draining. He showed up within the hour and got right to work. He ended up having to replace some pipes and snake the drain to take care of this stubborn blockage. He had the whole job done in under an hour which included having to saw off some old corroded pipes. His total fee for the job was incredibly reasonable considering the work that had to be done plus the professionalism shown. Very happy with his work and I will definitely call him for any future needs.

He was great. Very polite and did a wonderful job on the toilet and somehow getting new rubber wheels on the shower door!

I have used Jay numerous times at my main residence as well as my rental properties for plumbing issues as well as a complicated gas line situation. He is extremely professional and very reliable. I called him with an issue this morning and he was at my door within an hour. He is honest and very competitive with his pricing.

After booking an appointment a day out for a clogged kitchen sink. The technician did not show up for the 1-3pm window.  I reached out twice to see what was happening, with no word back. Had to book another plumber last minute, who showed up within a few hours. I am only giving 2 stars because I can't give 1.5.  Also the tech was apologetic when he finally got back at 6pm, giving a story about being busy, etc... Bottom line, regardless of what's happening, a quick text or call to update would have saved a customer and bad review. Lesson learned I hope.
