Jacob did an excellent job for me. Had a clogged line and needed to get it fixed right away - he came right over and took care it without any hiccups. He was professional, cleaned up after and all at a reasonable price. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

Yesterday I would have given it a two BUT they truly  guaranteed the quality of their work. Initially a younger less experienced plumber came and misidentified the problem. Upon request, they sent a more experienced plumber, Daniel, who throughly  examined the situation. He was able to identify the problem and was clearly able to explain what was happening and rectify the situation. The supervisor I spoke to was very efficient and understanding and we are getting  a reimbursement because the job that really needed addressed was less involved and less expensive.
If I don't receive my reimbursement I will let you know but all in all I have to say this is a company that stands by their word and work from my experience thus far.

Dan  was on time and did a fantastic job. All Service Plumbing provides professional individuals that was knowledgeable about the service they provided. Will definitely refer my friends and family.

I had a kitchen that needed new cabinets, we were assuming it was going to be expensive. James came by and sanded down our cabinets and made them look like new. We didn't expect them to look as good as they did but he did a fantastic job. Very professional demeanor and he was the most polite handyman I've ever met.

Had a couple of toilets and a kitchen sink that needed servicing. The entire process inclusive of scheduling, estimate, troubleshooting, and execution met my expectations.

Bryan and Johnny arrived on time; walked through what they needed to do; and spent time analyzing a future project plan for us. These guys are absolutely professional, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Called on a Saturday morning and Ros answered the phone.  Let him know that I had a leak under the kitchen sink, and he was at my house in 40 minutes.  He gave me a reasonable quote for the work and then worked really hard to get my pipe repaired.  I really appreciate how quickly he showed up and how well he did the job.  Thanks so much Ros!

Sent out a request to 6 different plumbers and Giovanni was the first to respond...on a saturday! Went with Hotline because of the great reviews and immediate availability. They didn't disappoint! Mauricio and William came out on Tues on time. My shower was just putting out hot water. Mauricio said the cartridge needed to be changed and gave me a reasonable estimate. $125+part. After further evaluating, he found out that it just needed to be cleaned out/alot of debris buildup. So he cleaned it and now it works. Only charged me the service fee $125! Mauricio is professional, honest and friendly. Great service, thank you!

After another plumber couldn't clear a clog from our drain, I called Right Price Rooter. Fernando came out the same day, and he got the drain cleared. Their pricing was upfront and reasonable. Will use again!

Albert is fantastic. Great service. Came out last minute and handled a plumbing issue right away. Highly recommend him for any plumbing issues.

Sewer Man responded right away to my request for a quote, communicated with me right away and on the next day they came in and nicely and very quickly replaced a broken outdoor faucet. I really appreciate the professionalism and service they offered.
Will definitely call them again for future work.

Armando and his brother came the same day when we contacted him. He got things done quickly and cleaned up his work afterwards. Very professional. I will be using him again in the future.

HT was great. Quick reply and was able to make a same day appointment. Arrived early, and got the job done efficiently / quickly without wasting any time. He helped disassemble/move/reassemble a bed and crib that we were moving into different rooms. He even helped move the beds, as well as some rugs although that wasn't part of the stated work order. I would definitely use again.

I used Jay the other day to flush out my 2 year old tankless hot water heater. He was on time, communicated well and was an all-around nice person--The plumber that I used to install the tankless hot water heater for some reason doesn't service them, so I needed to find somebody else and was very happy with Jay and his service. I would definitely call them again if I am in need of a plumber.

Adrian and his team are a true find.

Our nightmare contractors installed all of our bathroom fixtures incorrectly when they gutted our bathroom. Our shower was leaking. Our bath was leaking. The hot and cold water were reversed. Adrian took the time to come to our house, call Kohler several times, assess what needed to be done and make a game plan. He and his team had to drill through the stucco on the outside of our house to get to our pipes, and they did so perfectly and with the highest level of communication with each other throughout every step of the process.

The leak is gone, the hot and cold are right, and now we have a panel where we can access our plumbing without disturbing our bathroom's marble in the future if need be.

These guys are truly caring, talented, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly (including something we didn't even ask for and they didn't charge for).

HUGE thank you to Adrian and everyone who came to our house. We have another project to tackle, and are literally about to give you guys a ring to schedule.

Only major rec. is that workers more diligent in putting down tarps to work on and clean up

Initially the service seem to be a high-quality responsive service

On the first round of repairs things were left messy and unfinished and we had to clean up

on the second visit they double charged us for the exact same process on a sink clog with no results

Our overall cost was in excess of $700 to simply clear out blocked drains

We were told on the second visit for the blocked drain they were bringing a camera and a special rotor

They never did that and the extremely slow process by the was it disappointing and infuriating with items being forgotten trips up and down the elevator nothing brought all at once

We were not given what we were represented as being given and would not recommend this company again
