Prior to finding Jacob I received two quotes from other plumbers, one of which is constantly seen on TV during the Price is Right.  In anycase, Jacob gave me a quote that was HALF of what both other competitors offered.

Jacob arrived on time and was very pleasant!  He finished the job in the quoted amount of time and that was with some minor adjustments he had not planned for.  Even with those minor adjustments to the job he did not charge me extra and stayed within our agreed upon price.

I have to say, to find an honest plumber these days is hard.  Jacob is honest and his prices are more than fair.  His work and craftsmanship are second to none!  I highly recommend Jacob to anyone with their plumbing needs and will be giving his card to some of my friends who are contractors.  Great Job Jacob!  Your work was greatly appreciated!

When we got bad leaks and needed plumbing help we found them on Yelp and got them out the next day! So helpful and professional, helped us fix our issues, gave estimates for future problems and gave us all the information we needed. So thankful for them. Will definitely keep them as our plumbers!

I called few places from hydro jet... one called mr.xxxx.  one Mike xxxx ..  and also team xxxx... all quoted me between 400 to 700 for hydrojetting the kitchen line in a single family home with clean out...

Do yourself a huge favor and call this place,  very easy to get a hold... they have appointments on the same day or the next day.

I needed a variety of small repairs done at a one bedroom rental unit.  James was responsive and timely and completed the repairs.  I am very happy with his work.  He also suggested regrouting the bathtub and bathroom window which I really appreciated because I hadn't noticed how bad it was.

I was impressed with Olson Superior Plumbing today, and I am not writing this to get a discount.  
I called because our kitchen sink was clogged and needed to be snaked. When I called, on a Saturday, the phone was answered promptly.  I didn't have to leave a message and wait for a call back.  I was told Charlie could be by that same day between 6-8, and I'd get a call 30 minutes before arrival.  I was given a quote as well.
Charlie called 25 minutes before arrival, arrived a little after 6.  He was pleasant, positive, professional, and knowledgeable.  We also asked him to fix a sink fixture, which he said, no problem. He performed all of the tasks efficiently, gave some pointers to improve the drainage better, and charged us the quoted amount.  
We will use Olson in the future.

We had a problem with our dishwasher pooling water at the bottom whenever we use our garbage disposer.  I called Hotline to ask them about the issue and they said they would come to give a free estimate.  Ben came over and fixed the issue without having to install an air gap.  Apparently my contractor's workers connected the garbage disposer & dishwasher incorrectly.  They were going to install an air gap that wouldn't look good aesthetically for our newly remodeled kitchen.  Ben was very courteous & professional and explained the problem.  He finished the job quickly too.   Thank you Ben, and Hotline plumbing, once again for helping me out!!!

This place was great - answered my call on the weekend. Mick from the company dispatched a tech to our residence in no time. Fernando was quick and very professional, and knew how to address the plumbing issue.  Definitely would highly recommend this business. Thank you.

I was pleased that we hired Harry for our recent plumbing issue. I found him to be competent at what he does and he is friendly as well. He was quick to respond over text and yelp. I sent him pics of the issue over yelp and he was able to give an initial estimate with that. Then it was easy to schedule a time for the actual estimate and also schedule the repair with him over text. He did not deviate from his initial estimate.
Few days after he completed the work we found that the issue had not completely gone, so I texted him and he replied right away and promptly scheduled a time to come back to take care of it. Initially another plumber quoted me a lot more and wanted to do more work than necessary for the job. Harry did not try to make the job bigger than it was and only replaced whats absolutely necessary - for that I think he is an honest person and trustworthy.

I requested a quote and within minutes received a reply. Armando was at our house the next day for a kitchen drain clog. He explained the process every step of the way with a successful resolve. Definitely will be calling them for any future issues.

We called Teddy in the morning with an urgent request that needed to be done before the day was over.  From the beginning he was responsive and offered a fair price to come out.  Once he arrived he was friendly and efficient.  He got on our roof to reposition a tarp that had blown over and also installed an exterior light fixture.  

He's both capable and reliable which is not always the case with some handymen.  We really appreciated him and will definitely consider him for future projects.  Thanks Teddy!

This is the kind of plumbing company you always hope for. Jay answered on the second ring, quoted me over the phone, showed up in 15 minutes. They wore shoe covers, worked super clean and were done in a half hour. Clearly Jay takes pride in doing the job right. I highly recommend giving this company a call the next time you need a plumber.

Diaz Plumbing was very professional, timely and affordable! We called them at 9:10am and they were at our house 30 minutes later! The young men were very polite and efficient. I will definitely keep using and recommending Diaz Plumbing in the future.

Initially the service seem to be a high-quality responsive service

On the first round of repairs things were left messy and unfinished and we had to clean up

on the second visit they double charged us for the exact same process on a sink clog with no results

Our overall cost was in excess of $700 to simply clear out blocked drains

We were told on the second visit for the blocked drain they were bringing a camera and a special rotor

They never did that and the extremely slow process by the was it disappointing and infuriating with items being forgotten trips up and down the elevator nothing brought all at once

We were not given what we were represented as being given and would not recommend this company again
