I just wanted to thank Action Jackson for the caliber of people you hire as employees. The first people I met were Jacob and his team to unclog a drain and hydrojet the side sewer and they impressed me greatly with their hard work and knowledge. They're the reason I decided to have Action Jackson install the sewer liner that I needed, despite my usual habit of getting bids from three or more companies first.
When I met Frank early yesterday morning I learned that he and his cohort Josh had arrived earlier than usual to try and finish the jackhammering before I needed to work with students remotely in the house. I'm a reading specialist and the children can be hard to hear, so Frank and Josh's extra effort was very meaningful. But this was just the beginning of the amount of hard work they did for me. I couldn't believe how much they got done in one day! There was so much heavy digging! Those guys are STRONG! They fixed the original problem expertly and then lined the whole side sewer along the house. Today, after another ton of heavy digging, they finished the angled sewer lining all the way out to the sidewalk just as we'd discussed. Frank even ran a camera down when everything was done and I'm looking forward to receiving it. For me, it will be like looking at a piece of art because I know they took the extra time to do it carefully and right.
And I would be remiss if I didn't thank you for Jodie and her patience as I worked to fix a glitch with my bank. I was so embarrassed and frustrated, but she couldn't have been more gracious and kind.
I'll be referring you to others!

In business since 1991. Company was recommended by my insurance carrier after I filed a claim for water damage. The personnel are very responsive - especially given the leak problem - as well as professional and knowledgeable.
First individual came out and ruled out any plumbing leak issues and was followed by a second individual (who was scheduled through the next 3 weeks) only 2 days later when a schedule change provided the opportunity) and who then spent 2-3 hours on the metal roof until he was certain that he identified the two separate leaks causing the problem.

I was really impressed with their work. They came in and did everything really fast and cost efficiently. I had an older toilet replaced, the kitchen faucet, and also a bathroom faucet. They came on time, came in and did the work, and got out fast. Everything is working great, and I was impressed with both the quality of the communication, their ability of fix anything they ran into (one of the sinks had an old, non-standard hookup that they worked around). All in all, I was really happy with the results and would hire them again :)

I got 3 bids to replace our 80 year old side-sewer and Price Busters offered not only the best price but also the best solution and strategy for the repair. John and his crew worked really hard and minimized its impact on our yard during the repair. I highly recommend John and Price Busters Plumbing.

Look no further, Westminster is the one you want. Professional, but down to earth. Communicative, dependable, timely, and very high quality work. We asked Julie to help us remodel our 1920's basement and install a heat pump. Everything was on-time, on-budget, and on-point.

The only good thing with Joe's 2 sons plumbing was the responsiveness and that they gave me a free quote but that's all.
In my case, my water heater was leaking a little bit of water and I suspected that I had a faulty water heater pressure relief value. But the plumber convinced me that water main had a faulty pressure regulator and that was responsible for the water heater leaking. He ran a few tests on my garden spot and sent me a $2k invoice for changing the home's pressure regulator - a part that is $50-60 at home depot. Other contractors told me that an entire new water heater could be installed for $2k. So I was really annoyed by the diagnosis & quote and thought i'd take matters into my own hands.
I bought a pressure test value for $11 from HD and to my surprise, my home water pressure was just 60psi (recommended range 40-80). I retested at different times of the day and it was the same.
I got some help to replace my water heater pressure valve and just as I had initally thought, it was broken on the inside; replacing it fixed the problem. So, it seems like this company tries to invent new problems instead of solving the right problem. I'm never going to call these guys for my plumbin needs.

Great service, honest and reliable plumbers. They'll be the first I call should I have any plumbing issues again! Thanks Ron and Tyler!

Very Professional. The service rep not only solved the problem but also worked with me to address residual water impact.

Called Glenn on a Sunday morning of a 3-day weekend when we found our water line had broken in our front yard. He was here in about 30 minutes, and dug like a 20 year old and had the line repaired and everything covered back up within a couple of hours. Best response time ever!! Would highly recommend!!!

What an awesome company, unfortunately first they had no openings and I had to take an emergency appointment which is a little higher in price but the company called me 2 times to give me an opportunity to fit in their schedule the same day! Super friendly and knowledgeable contractor fixed our issue with a pipe instead of selling me a new garbage disposal! Super!!!

Excellent service and very professional. Dave fixed our furnace when all things with it were wrong. He was straight forward with pricing and his work. He even installed our Nest thermostat. You can tell he really values his customers and we will be his customers for life!! We support the small business owners who value their relationship with their customers instead of profit. Thank you for getting our home warm again for our 3 month old!!

Ed's done a great job for us every time I've called him. Service was fast, reliably, honest, friendly, and a great value. Ed and his crew are good people - you can tell.

No hot water and all the faucets and shower heads leaking water, I reached out to JV Plumbing on a Sunday morning. In less than an hour, Jose responded and we scheduled a diagnostics visit for the same day. He replaced our water pressure regulator and the water heater. I can't believe how fast and how well he handled the whole process and fixed our issue! From start to finish, everything was so smooth and professional. We will reach out to him anytime we have a plumbing issue in the future!

The northwest was hit by a big snow storm with black ice. My external irrigation pipe burst even though it was insulated.
Could not find the shut off so had to stuck off the main water so had not water.
Call around and no plumbers available for 2 weeks, could not get trucks out.
Called Top Gun located about 1 mile Al said said 2 weeks out.
I called again the next day and spoke to Al and he agreed to come out to cap the pipe. He inspected and saw that if he caped the outside pipe it will buster at again.
So he needed to locate where from the inside it was piped. He said usually you can access the crawl space form inside the house, my tenant found the place. al was able to turn off the valve and all is good.
Thanks Al for coming out to resolve the issue.
My tenant is hosting a baby on the weekend and now they have water.
5 stars.

I had a clogged sink and Silas responded quickly. It turned out to be a very simple repair that really took no time. Silas didn't charge for his time or for the repair work. Sink works just fine now. Highly recommend Weeze's plumbing.

My toilet was running, I sent Otter an email and they responded right away and had an opening the next day , they showed up in the window time frame , we're polite and courteous, and professional. Evaluated my issue and gave me a reasonable quote. Had my toilet repaired within the hour. I highly recommend them. They are also a local company to maple valley which is important to me.

Don't waste your time with these jokers. If there was a no stars option, I would give it to them. They are shoddy and unprofessional. They seem to be making some shady dealings as well. BEWARE!!!

If you want to keep on waiting for them to show up, hire them! Good luck with that! Curious what their actual work will be like????

I have used Puget Sound Plumbing several times for sewer problems. David and his team have always been very responsive, prompt and courteous. Recently they replaced my side sewer which was very complicated and turned out to be a much larger and more difficult job than originally anticipated. Chris and his crew worked very long hours trying to stay on schedule according to the timeline they gave me. They were able to completed this difficult project in a timely manner

Seattle's Best Plumbing needs to legally change its name to Seattle Worst. They are undependable, they make promises they can't keep, their office support team is inept and there is no manager to assist with customer related issues.. Trust me, call anyone else for your plumbing needs because these people will turn your plumbing problems into nightmares...
