HISTORY
Established in 2013.
I started this company out of frustration with the larger companies in the area failing on the Customer Service side of this business. I have been plumbing for 26+ years and in furnaces for 15+, I've seen one man shops grow to successful shops with almost no advertising and asked many times how can they do it with no adverts? Well I knew from what my dad taught me but I got hung up in the larger shops until now. Customers feed my children so I'd best take care of the customers.
ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER
Navy brat till 16, Used Job Corp to get a step up and out, went to sea as a Merchant Marine Engineer traveled around the globe a few times. Finally got the urge to start a family and came ashore. In an engine room it's all plumbing, pipes and valves everywhere. So I got into what folks call Plumbing, started in new construction got so darn bored with the same stuff day in and out. Went to Service work and found the perfect fit with my skills and want in the working world. I found I really enjoy plumbing and the furnace work is just fun. Since coming ashore and getting with my Job Corp sweetheart, we've three great sons, 14, 10 and 4. Married for 17years now and looking forward to the rest. I have a great life.

Contacted Worx a few months ago, and OMG I'm so glad I found Dave! I had an overflowing sump pump in the back yard. He gave me estimates on how much it would be to unclog it, and ALSO educated me on what the real problem was and whether or not it was worth the fix. Dave was nice and genuine, and really loves what he does! That is the kind of attitude I respect!

I hired David for a complete pipe refit on an old rental home, and I am glad I did. He was very happy to provide an estimate and did so promptly and professionally, he won that competitive bid and I haven't seen any reason to bid him out for the additional work he's done.
Little details like he put the emergency shut off valve in an easy place to, you know, use in an emergency is just part of what makes him so valuable. He also boiled down an endless night of internet research for me (hot water tank with recirc pump vs. tankless) and quickly recommended a great solution for my residence. And followed up a few days later to make sure we were happy (we still are!)
Lastly, and I know this will sound strange, but I think his finished work is nice to look at. I'm almost sad when the drywaller covers up what he's done.
Very professional & exceptional service.
Was able to fix the disposal instead of replacing it which saved me a lot of $.
Would highly recommend.

Honest and decent plumbers are indeed a rare find. David is one of those finds. He was here 15 minutes after I called about my toilet mayhem and he took time to explain what he was doing. I will be using Worx plumbing for years to come!!!

Excellent service and very professional. Dave fixed our furnace when all things with it were wrong. He was straight forward with pricing and his work. He even installed our Nest thermostat. I called these guys because my sink was leaking at my business and Dave popped right over within an hour. I was so impressed. He had me all fixed up in no time, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. As a lady, that meant a lot. I will definitely be calling him in the future for any of my plumbing needs.
I like to fix things around the house but when it comes to pluming I've seen enough to know it's better to have a professional come out to do it. That's when I met Dave. While remolding my bathroom I purchased a new toilet and needed it installed. Dave was highly recommended by a friend. He came out, was very knowledgable and was pretty clear in explaining to me the whole process. He even offered an additional service to haul off the old toilet at a price that wasn't bad compared to the headache of loading it up, taking it to the dump, and paying fees there. It was such a relief to deal with someone who still has pride in their work and made sure I was taken care of.
Dave with Worx Plumbing just provided me with superb service at my house. I had a hose bib those I was unable to shut off. I phoned Dave and he came right over to bail me out.
I just had Dave and his son out to my house. Real nice to see him showing his son the business! I called to set up an appointment and he was in my area so asked if he could just stop by since it was not a big fix that was needed. Dave took a quick look and gave me a quote which was really close to the guess he gave me on the phone. In no time at all, Dave and son were done with the project. Dave even voluntarily gave me some advice that will help my plumbing in the future. Hopefully I will not need a plumber anytime soon but if I do it will be Dave at Worx.

Dave was very prompt and communicated well. Installed a new faucet, replacing a leaky one out front with a modern, frost free version. One of my internal pipes split, Dave fixed it quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use WORX in the future. Good to find honest, hard working plumber!
