While installing a sprinkler system, the installer saw that the pipe coming from the meter into the home was a 1 metal pipe. We needed to install a T joint into the pipe so the installer could finish. Being a Sunday, it was challenging to locate a plumber after searching on Nextdoor. That Is how I came across Wezee. Joshua arrived when I was told, reviewed what was needed, quoted a fair price, and the job was completed after some time. Can't say enough about the professional and knowledgeable way the job was handled. Well worth the call to Wezee for your plumbing needs.

My first time using Wezee's Plumbing and what a pleasant experience! I had recently moved back to my condo, and was having bathroom sink water pressure issues. I emailed Wezee's with an immediate response. I was able to receive service the same day. The faucet was fixed perfectly, and the staff member was very kind and professional. Thank you!
Carlos replaced a toilet at my preschool and besides doing a stellar job he was also kind and answered a lot of kid questions. Very professional and very patient.

Second time turning to Wezee's, this time for a kitchen sink that was linking inside the cupboard underneath. (First time was a while back for a bathroom sink drain replacement, and that repair job is still going strong). The whole faucet fixture required replacement. (I got stuck with some lousy plumbing when I moved in...) But I needed to get to an appointment in an hour and a half. Amazingly, the Wezee's team raced out to get the replacement faucet, came back, and installed it with plenty of time to spare.
Wezee's provides reliable and experienced plumbing service.

Josh and Landon called to say they were on the way and arrived promptly first thing to get started. Josh sized up the situation with old, corroded venting and poorly-installed sewer pipes. He proposed solutions, they gathered the parts, and they had the jobs completed in under 5 hours!
I can't state strongly enough - If you need a plumber, call Wezee's Plumbing! They're responsive, clever, friendly and perform Really Good Work!
I have been troubleshooting a leak issue for some time in my home and, after trying out a long list of fixes, resorted to contacting this company to assist. They were professional, timely, and friendly, but unable to advance the solution any further than I had. The plumber said he would ask some sage colleague of his for more ideas, but I never heard back from them.
Also, there may be some design/code issues with the plumbing in my home. The plumber just said it all looks good. I am not confident with that conclusion based on what my own research has turned up.
They did knock a few dollars off the visit since they couldn't fix the problem, and that was nice. Also, they were clear on the call that they may not be able to find the cause.
However, after calling around, I have received valuable tips and advice over the phone, free of charge, from other plumbers. It seems there are people out there who are genuinely interested in solving the hard problems, and I will turn to them when the hard problems arise.
As far as this company goes: They are probably reliable for obvious issues ( dripping pipes, clogged drains, etc), and they could come through in a pinch for people who don't have the time nor energy to fix any sort of plumbing matter. That said: I don't consider them experts in the field.
Contacted Wezee for water heater service (which is clearly stated on their website as one of their offerings). They responded quickly with, unfortunately, we dont service water heater alarm messages, just water heater replacement at this time. Said another way, sorry potential new customer, but we are only interested in large profitable opportunities, not on customer service and earning your long-term trust and relationship. I recommend folks take their business elsewhere.
We've had the Wezee's team fix plumbing issues in our house four or five times now (everything from a new water heater to a water hammer issue to leaks). Each time is a great experience. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable, and always responsive.
The latest Wezee's visit was last week to fix a leak from our upstairs bath tub that did some damage to the bathroom below. I left a voicemail on their line at about 9:00pm. The next morning at 7:30am I had a call from Jennifer asking to schedule her team to come out that same morning. By 10:30 they were here and addressing the issue. Josh and James were very friendly and got the whole thing fixed in a matter of a few short hours. They also took the time to answer all my questions and had me reassured throughout the whole process. I highly recommend the Wezee's team! Couldn't be happier with their service.

Used a while back for some work in the kitchen. Haven't had any issues since so quality of work was solid but very expensive with an hourly rate around $700 (the office is 7 minutes from where I live so can't blame that on travel time). Be sure to get a quote, or consider using a company that charges based on time worked.

Dan R. came out last week to install a new hot water heater, and once again I had a spectacular experience with Wezee's! Not only did Dan swing by on time, get the work done quickly, provide great banter along the way, and keep the price we agreed to, but he also identified a faulty valve in the hot water heater line that was just running into the main drain line.
Needless to say, heating up cold water just to send it down the sewer is not a very economical way to run your house AND it was producing a constant low hiss that was so uniform it had just become regular white noise. Dan R. came back out this week and replaced the valve, which again was a great visit, and now the hot water is all staying in the tank and the hissing is gone!
I super appreciate how Wezee's goes above and beyond to help their customers solve all their plumbing problems. Make sure to give these folks a call the next time you need any help at the house!
We're building a basement bathroom and have had Thoren & James do all the rough-in plumbing for it, including ground works, sewage pump, new water heater, drains, water lines, etc. The rough-in is now all finished and inspected and we are ready to start closing up the walls.
They have been fantastic to deal with, super attentive, friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. Thoren even came in on his day off to make a slight change to some of the piping that would make fitting our washer/dryer into the space easier. Look forward to having them back for fixture installation once it's time for that!

Needed someone to fix the pilot light from going on out the water heater in our townhouse. guy came out, re-lit it, but didnt diagnose the problem nor fix it. charged me a lot of money. next day, pilot light out again, i call back and tell them they didnt fix it. they send another guy, does same thing...stays maybe 20 minutes according to my tenants, relights pilot and leaves without any diagnoses of problem or attempt to fix why pilot light is going out, says he is going to charge me same exorbitant price as before. gave up on them and called someone else who said never use these guys.
In the past when they did not have time to look at something for me, Wezee's went out of their way to find another plumber from a different company. So I decided to call them again for a specific fix to our bath tub stopper and drain replacement. Thorin and Dan came over and said I should not sweat the drain replacement with our older plumbing unless we wanted to get into some major updates. Dan fixed the tub stopper while Thorin gave me a quick quote on dealing with some roots. They were quick, efficient, honest, and I will remember them next time for sure.
Was my go to for almost 10 years under any and all circumstances. No longer. Had a toothbrush flushed down the toilet while I was out of town. What should have been an easy fix...wasn't. Ended up paying $200 not to have the problem solved (snaked) and was told it was impossible the toothbrush was still the problem, when i got home and toilet wouldn't work again. Fixed it myself. Took the toilet off and lo and behold there was a toothbrush stuck in it. Weird. First time I was treated like a mark and it will be the last time. In the trades, you're reputation is only as good as your word and your work. Both were lacking in this case and I will not call nor recommend to anyone in the future.
The plumbers were on time, friendly, and were able to diagnose the problem, which was different than what I thought it was. They didn't have the exact item to fully fix the problem, so they left, got the part, and returned quickly to finish the job. And the cost of the call was very reasonable. I'll definitely be using Wezee's again!
Wezee's Plumbing saves the day! Awesome service, super cool guys on site, and great, reliable work.
Tried to replace our main shut-off valve DIY style, but ended up with issues where we were without water. Called Wezee's on a Thursday in the late morning. Dispatcher said there teams were stuck on jobs, but one could come out first thing on Friday morning. A couple hours later, she called me back and said they could come at 3pm, which was a savior. We had another plumber lined up to come around 6pm, but really appreciated Wezee's accommodating us on such short notice. Two nights in a row without water starts to get old.
Thoren and James showed up, and were total straight shooters. They tried to work with the mangled situation that we presented them, and we had some good laughs with how we got to where we were. They were completely honest in their assessment and presented a couple different options which hit different price points. Once we all agreed on the best course of action, I green-lighted the work. They worked incredibly fast and had everything buttoned up and ready to rock by 4:30pm. No small feat when this job required getting into our foundation wall because of the short stub of pipe we'd left them to work with. They did this all while letting us watch over their shoulder, and giving us several tips along the way.
On the $$$ side, they were totally fair, and even gave us a considerable loyalty discount when I mentioned one of their co-workers had installed our tankless water heater. Wezee's is a class act, and before they left, I had them bid re-piping a bathroom remodel upstairs. We learned our lesson, and look forward to getting them back out here to give us solid work and piece of mind.
Thanks gents. Appreciate your good work and humor. Look forward to seeing you again soon.
Have called Weezee's twice after being recommended by a trusted handyman. Super nice, responsive, easy to work with, and reasonable. Both times they were able to come over the same or next day (neither issue was an emergency). I needed to replace some old plumbing and a sink, and Zach steered me to the best value and did a great job. The second call, Zach showed me a quick fix for the issue I was having, and recommended a product to use that's been very helpful. I recommend highly.
(oh, and my avatar says San Diego, but I live in West Seattle)
Josh came over today to check on some pipes that were newly uncovered when we removed ceiling dry wall. Very personable guy and upbeat. He told me everything was just fine as is and pipes did not need to be replaced. How often does that happen? Weezee's came highly recommended from my Windermere agent and I can see why. Honest company. Would definitely recommend!
Affordable, reliable plumbers with all-around excellent service! Daniel identified a significant plumbing issue when I called them for what I thought was a minor leak in my basement. As a newish homeowner I was nervous about filing a claim but he and Louise (Wezee) calmly guided me through the process, referred me to a great restoration company, worked with me on a payment plan, and quickly performed the plumbing repair. Daniel was super helpful and professional, and I'll happily go back to Wezee's for my future plumbing needs.

James and Thoren came out on short notice working around the time I needed to go pick up my son from school and were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the issue presented. I was very pleased with the responses of this company and the 2 people who came out to manage the emergent issue with my toilets clogging the same day as I called.
Thank you so much Thoren and James.

I spoke with Jen to schedule someone to hook my refrigerator to a water line. She got me In when it was convenient for me.
I put them in my calendar on the wrong day and Jen got me in ASAP after my mistake.
Thoren showed up and he was great!
Very friendly, professional and fast.
Everything was cleaned up before he left.
I will definitely be calling for any plumbing needs in the future.

I've been using Wezee's Plumbing for the past two years. It's been a plumbing-intensive two years, and I've called on Wezee's for a variety of tasks, from installing a new toilet (with bidet attachment!) to re-doing our sewer to plumbing a new bathroom. I've been happy with their work and they continue to be my go-to plumbers.
I got started with them when I realized I needed to have the sewer re-done on my 90-year-old house. I'd gotten quotes for trenchless methods but didn't have confidence in the vendors. My housemate had heard of Wezee's and suggested I call them. They gave us a quote to replace the sewer the old-fashioned way--by digging it up and laying new pipe--and it wasn't any more than the trenchless quotes. We were happy with their work and have always called on them since. Louise, Zach, and crew are prompt, professional, friendly, reasonably priced, and they do good work.
Thoren and Dan were very professional and their work quality was excellent. I had a build out of a small commercial kitchen. Their knowledge and creative solutions really made the project possible. When timeline seemed plausible to be pushed up by a week, I pulled in a favor and they showed up! They put in so much work to make my job pass inspection in time! Thoroughly impressed by their workmanship and work ethic! Highly recommend them!
Good products, reasonable prices, VERY good service
Will use them again and would recommend to anyone else who needs plumbing work also

These guys are a classy outfit. I called wanting to contract for a service on and water heater expansion tank replacement. I was told by the guy who answered that I should just get on YouTube, and do it myself, as it's a very simple and quick job. He told me he would feel bad taking my money for such a simple task.I checked out some videos online, and sure enough, it's super simple. I wish there were more honest tradesmen like these guys.

I work at Arrow Hair and Beauty, a little salon in Belltown. Over the winter our hair washing sinks broke and we couldn't find anyone who could help, and kept getting passed around and with insane quotes that we couldn't afford. This was obviously a huge problem that we needed to fix as soon as possible and we were so lucky to stumble upon Wezee's Plumbing. They were fast, efficient and affordable, and we are so happy to have things running smoothly again! We're almost back into fall and there is absolutely no leaking whatsoever. The next time we need a plumber we will definitely be calling them!
I was going to call this business based on the hours they have posted herein.. as in OPEN Sat and Sun. Don't bother, it's a ruse... when you call the recording will give you the actual hours and they are NOT open on the weekends.
So I see the reply, BUT THE HOURS ARE STILL improperly posted here as an Ad, that they are OPEN for business during the weekend like normal. No, they are not. You can call and get an emergency plumber on the weekends, for the emergency charges no doubt, that is misleading and no one likes to be lied to. When you call you will get the actual hours. Why not just post your hours truthfully? Open M-F, emergency after hours......

Wezee's plumbing proves to be the best I've ever used. I have contracted lots of different construction companies, plumbers, roofers gardeners and Wezee's proves to be the best of all. Not only were they prompt, They were in and out so quick up to the task. Their staff was very professional and curious, they cleaned up after themselves they showed up on time and were here when they said they were going to be here. Their prices are reasonable, really reasonable and they exceeded my every expectation in a plumbing company....I would highly recommend them and I will use them again. And I am very picky, ask anyone.

We used Wezee's for a half-bath rough-in and fixture install for a new bathroom in our basement.
The plumber rescheduled each appointment he had with us at least once. The first quote he gave us he never took notes anywhere so when we had him come to do the actual work we had to go through it all again. However we were willing to overlook this because he gave us a pretty cheap quote. At the time of the first quote we asked so we just call you when we want to fixtures installed? and he said yes.
Several days after rough-in we scheduled a 9am fixture install. We called him an 9:15 and he said something about being underground in a cave or something. We said we would leave a key because we had to go.
When we got home we found a new invoice. He charged us the same amount in labor for the fixture install as for the whole bathroom rough in. If he had quoted us even half this amount, we never would have agreed to it. There was a place under the quote section for a signature on the invoice where the customer agrees to the quote. It of course was not signed because it was never presented to us.
It all felt really shady and the only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because when I called and confronted him with all this, he did let me name a price that I thought was reasonable.
Clearly this experience is the minority so take it with a grain of salt, but we will definitely not be working with Wezee's again.
UPDATE: Wezee's contacted us offering a refund to alter our review (which we did not accept). The offer is clearly against Yelp policy (yelp.com/guidelines). As I said, we were in the end able to negotiate a fair price. The review reflects the fact that we had to fight in order to get that price and we felt wronged a customers. Trying to pay us off after the fact does not change our experience.

Had a water line rupture when we had our fridge delivered after 5 on a Friday, shut the water off, now had no water with two young kids. Desperately started dialing down the yelp list. Zach was at my house within a few hours and did a great job in repairing the issue. These guys were the only ones who picked up the phone (no else even called back) and they figured out a way to get to us well after hours and saved the day. It wasn't cheap but definitely worth it, will use these guys from here on out!
What a relief. We had searched for a plumber who would tackle an unusual project. Wezees immediately said yes. Zack installed the hand-crafted 8-sided stainless kitchen sink in a very tight space. He was efficient, careful and easy to work with. All communications with the team at Wezees were prompt and clear. Outstanding.
G.H.
Excellent job! These guys are the Neiman Marcus of plumbers. They replaced my sump pump on a dry sunny day the service provider was pleasant and cleaned up the work area. The rate was approximately $750 an hour, but what do you expect to pay for such high quality work.
Called in on 10/18/2014 and scheduled an appointment. My sink began dumping water into my cabinet, and it was clogging up my whole weekend morning. Because I'm a student I had already begun looking around and trying to get an idea of rates and was quoted (from another company) at $250 for the first hour, and $50 for each quarter hour after that.
I was floored.
Then Zach from Wezee's got a hold of me, asked what was wrong, and then guided me through a simple checklist to trouble shoot the problem...on the phone. It was easy, and fixed my issue (ended up being an in-body spray nozzle probelm). He said he was happy to save me $125.00, I said he saved me nearly double.
I can't say enough how thankful I was. This is bar none the best experience with any sort of maintenance professional I've ever had. When the time comes that I can't fix it on my own, i'll be back to Wezee's for help.

Just had the best experience with Wezee's -- had an electrical problem associated with a hot water tank and Steve was super fast and responsive, explained what was happening with our system, and corrected the problem more or less immediately. I can't imagine being more impressed.

We wanted to switch out our kitchen faucet and we got in touch with Louise at WeZee's. The booking process was painless and Zach communicated all throughout the day to let us know that he was running on schedule. The install was well done and they paid attention to not leaving a mess behind. I'll definitely ask him to come back for my other projects in my home.
Two for two with Wezees.
First one going back, circa 2011, I called Wezees when my terlet stopped working and bathtub stopped draining. Clogged sewer pipe. Wezee (or her associate) diagnosed my problem on the phone, quoted me a price and Zach came out a couple of hours later and fixed it.
My house is 100 years old - so I gathered I was on bought time even with the 2011 intervention. Jan 2015, same issue, more serious diagnoses - cracked and displaced pipe - Wezee's came out and fixed it next day for a very reasonable price. Before I called Wezee's I called another company much to my detriment.
They are breaking my tub every time they come out to get new business.
Do not go with them if you do not want to spend $ 1,000 on an issue that could of been fixed for way less

So I never write reviews, but my experience with this business was pretty awful and confusing.
My family and I needed to update our plumbing at our home and we were referred to Wezee's.
They conducted an initial inspection very promptly and scheduled a date for the actual project, saying it would only take one day and quoting a very reasonable price. However, the day comes...and they don't show up. No call, no nothing. We call them, ask if there was some confusion, and our appointment is rescheduled to the following week with no explanation.
The 2nd appointment day comes...they don't show up AGAIN. They don't call AGAIN. We call them multiple times and when we finally get through, they claim that they are having an emergency and it will have to be rescheduled. They told us they would show up and we decided that we should give them one last chance.
The 3rd and final appointment day comes...they still don't show up and remain as incommunicative as ever. they don't call, they don't respond to our inquiries. To this day we have had no explanation. We finally were just too confused and frustrated with the whole situation so we called someone else who could get the job done.
Its understandable that things come up but what kind of business treats a client like that? Perhaps our location was too far away or the site wasn't feasible or the job was beyond the limitations of this company... any of which is totally understandable, I would imagine, as long as the client is informed of it! It's too bad. We were initially very stoked to work with this company but the actual experience was terribly disappointing and a waste of time.

The team did a great job to almost finish the project, just that the supplier of a shower pan provided the wrong one. They need to reorder that and return to finish. Still, they did a great job on everything else so far.
Called the office to have them come out and give me an estimate to repipe a smaller older house. Estimator /Sales manager came at the set time and had a brief look around and left stating they would send me a bid.
Two weeks go by and nothing so I went back to where I originally saw them working in my neighborhood. Their company trucks are awesome w Rosie the Riveter on them and they are a GSBA member and the reviews here are very nice. When I caught up to them in the neighborhood they acted a little surprised I didn't get the bid. When I said I didn't think the office had my email address they said sometimes things just fall through the cracks. The guy gave me another business card and said shoot me your email and I will have it to you by tonight. I did so and NOTHING so I texted him and said I didn't receive the bid. I got a reply of it will be there by morning Again, NOTHING.No apology for failing to do what he said he would do and then failed to do what he said a second time. I was never rude or demanding. I would love to own a business that doesn't need business. I have a house and the money to have it improved and they have a business that does the kind of work I need. Scratching head. In fairness, when I caught up to them they asked when I wanted it done. I said nothing was wrong with the plumbing so not in a huge hurry but that doesn't mean when I have you to my house to provide me with a bid that I don't want one. Waste of everyone's time. I work hard doing the things I say I will do and would have appreciated the same from this company. After this review I was contacted by the estimator/sales manager and a bid was sent to me. He was very professional and reassuring about himself and his company. An apology was extended to me in regards to the delay. I will follow up this review if I actually decide to have the work done by them.
Hands down the worst experience I've ever had with a plumber. These people are completely dishonest. They charged us over $600 for a simple leak of a tub and sink. They refused to give an itemized description of work done and cost of parts. The receptioninst, Jennifer was awful! When I requested an itemized receipt, she claimed we don't do that she stuttered in a voicemail message stating that as they had an account with the plumbing parts store that she couldn't provide a cost of the parts, and then claimed the next day that she never said that, though still has not provided an itemized receipt, completely unethical. She also refused to pass me to the manager. These people are a frightening example of why you should always go through a personal recommendation. I strongly doubt the validity of their good reviews.

First off, they did a good job installing a new drainage pipe to divert water away from the side of our house. The plumber who did the job was very thorough and timely. My issues with the company were (a) very hard to reach at times, (b) tore up the yard quite a bit with no plan for where the sod/dirt would go and put that job on me, (c) the out flowing water now erodes my front yard soil and a French drain will need to be installed. Also, I wish they would have told us to touch base with our neighbors about the job. We really didn't know how much of the lawn would be torn up and as new homeowners that small gesture (hey, you should mention this to your neighbors) would have meant a lot.
I recently had a very negative experience with an unethical plumber. The next time I needed a plumber, I searched Yelp for Ethical Plumber. Who popped up first? Wezee's. I made an appointment and sure enough, they were true to their reputation. Zach came exactly on time, introduced himself and went to work. He had finished the job and cleaned up after himself in no time. The fee was consistent with plumbing prices in the area, but even if it were a bit more, I would hire them.
Our toilet was acting up, and I didn't know who to call--one doesn't necessarily think about plumbers or who to use until something goes wrong. I figured I should consult the GSBA directory to find someone who could do the job. For those of you who don't know, it's the Seattle LGBT business directory (thegsba.org). Wezee's was listed there, and we gave them a call not knowing what to expect.
We were very pleased with their work. Louise, the proprietor, was very helpful and dispatched Zack to service our toilet. He was in and out quickly, fixed the problem, and talked me through how to keep a similar problem from occurring in the future. My place isn't very old, so I don't expect that I'll be calling them too often, but I would definitely recommend them for pretty much anyone's residential plumbing needs.
Serious business folks. Don't mess around when you have plumbing issues. Go straight to Wezee's.
I couldn't get a plumber out for love nor money, everyone busy. Wezee's somehow squeezed me in. They asked for a picture of the faucet needing repair so they could have the correct parts on hand when they arrived.
They called before they came to let me know they were on their way. Didn't have to, because Zach showed up at 8:30am on the dot. Which was the time they said he would be there. He was quick, clean, had the right parts and was really nice about answering a million questions. I am going to be renovating my bathroom soon, so I didn't want anything fancy done, just get the hot water to turn off. He did just that and I really appreciate that.
Now I can shower once more!!
I needed to replace a broken gate valve on my interior copper plumping system at the point where it went outside my house to a system in my garden. I called Louise and she had me take pictures with my digital camera and send them to her so she could quote me remotely. Her quote was very reasonable so we made an appointment for the next day with her co-worker Zack.
Zack was friendly and very quick at his job. He explained everything he did and helped me better understand the plumbing in my house by answering a myriad of questions. After finishing the replacement He cleaned up the little mess that was created by the work and was on his way. A nice plumbing experience!
To be clear:
Beacon Plumbing came out to look at this same specific job -- installing a new toilet waste pipe and running water lines for new shower. Maybe they were having a bad day? They side-eyed me about permitting, guilted me about the old galvanized pipe that already existed there, flat-out refused to use the shower fixture that I had purchased, lied to me about what building code would allow, and generally made me feel uncomfortable in my space. (In a positive, they did have a clever suggestion for an expensive macerating toilet to avoid installing a standard 3-inch drain pipe.)
In contrast, Thoren and Chris from Weezee's arrived with a much more limber attitude. They acknowledged the challenges, waved off my apologies, put me at ease in their abilities, and went right to work. They pulled the proper permit for me, scoped the existing ancient toilet line, dug a tidy archeological hole in the basement's 1900/1901 concrete floor, impressively cracked into the old cast pipe, and created a truly beautiful ABS joint for the new toilet line. Also ran new water lines and created new toilet vent in the ceiling. The inspector came by the following business day and she outright marveled -- have you EVER heard of a building inspector marvelling?? -- at their work.
I loved having these guys at my house. Not only were they brain-brawn-brilliant plumbers and problem-solvers, they knew their social Ps & Qs, were respectful a of my space, tolerant of my children, and full of good attitude.
Lots of appreciation and respect. Weezee's is my new go-to plumbing service. Worthy of near-rhyming couplets and my first review on Yelp.
I have a problem... Well, I should say, my roommate has a problem. It nearly impacts 15% of the world. This problem, as unpleasant as it might be, is crippling toilets everywhere. It's commonly referred to IBS or Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
Fortunately there's a cheap and reliable solution to my otherwise unfortunate situation. I called WeeZee and within a snap, they solved the problem. Not only that but I will be calling them soon to help with a light bathroom remodel.
Thanks for your help. You guys are clutch!
We've been remodeling our 1939 home for the past couple years. All throughout this enormous (and stressful) process, Wezee's has been our steadfast plumbing company. They have been the one trade that has shown up on time, communicated thoroughly and completed what they said they were going to do without go backs and mistakes. We appreciate Louise, Thoren, Zack and Silas and would strongly recommend them to anyone in need of an honest competent plumbing company.

Great experience with Wezee's Plumbing. I had 2 leaking toilets leaking. Zach came to my home and was very knowledgable and professional. He fixed the problem quickly and explained my options for replacing my old toilets in the future. He was a delight! I love that this company is woman-owned and a part of the GSBA! Excellent service from great people. I highly recommend.
I had a clogged sink and Silas responded quickly. It turned out to be a very simple repair that really took no time. Silas didn't charge for his time or for the repair work. Sink works just fine now. Highly recommend Weeze's plumbing.
If I could give Wezee's ten stars I would. My toilet wouldn't stop running. The estimate from Southwest Plumbing almost gave me a heart attack. $628! And he recommended we replace the entire toilet. Cost? $1018! He was shown the door and I called Wezee's based on the reviews here and so glad I did. Zach was awesome. Polite, professional, and knowledgable. He fixed the tank items that weren't working and only charged me $202. That includes going to McLenden to get the parts. Zach is my new plumbing go to guy. I would never hesitate to call Wezee's in the future.
Two experiences: First, we had a leaky faucet, and they came out, found a quick and easy fix, and offered to forgo the service fee, which was a very kind and considerate thing to offer. Second, they got in and out on short notice to replace a broken faucet--quick, pleasant, and competent. Recommended.
Excellent experience. They answered my phone call and scheduled me for service the next day, as requested. Communication was good prior to the appointment. Zack arrived when he said he would and quickly assessed the problem. He fixed the leaky bathtub faucet and educated me on several plumbing related questions I had about my house. The service was done well and without issue. The cost was reasonable. I'm totally happy with Wezee's and would recommend them to a friend.
We were extremely pleased with Weezee's service, which was prompt, efficient and friendly. Zach took the time to explain his repair so that we know what to watch for in the future. We used Weezee's on the recommendation of friends, and I'm happy to pass on the same very high recommendation to others.
Wezee's is my go to Plumber! I had worked with some other plumbing companies previously and then I was referred to Wezee's. Wezee's has done all of my plumbing for the past 6 years. Wezee's is very easy to work with. They reply right away, are easy to schedule work with, everyone is kind and knowledgeable. They are patient when answering questions and do excellent work. I have never had to call them back to complete or fix a project. Lastly, I have never felt ripped off. A+ in my book
My partner and I had an excellent experience with Wezee's. We worked with Zach, who was great - he was thorough, responsive, timely, and helped us identify ways to keep our costs down. He and his crew managed to get us scheduled right away and then replaced all of our ancient piping, two toilets, all our shower fixtures, and some other miscellaneous stuff in just two days. Wezee's is a member of the GSBA, and everyone who came into our home was great to work with and LGBTQ-friendly.

Zach saved me thousands of dollars by helping me run my electric heating system more efficiently with a few tweaks, instead of re-installing a brand new system which was what another company suggested. Honest, personable, quick to respond and does high quality work. Later on, I got his help when I thought I had a plumbing leak. He cut open a wall and helped show me how it was a split in the caulking of my upstairs bathroom rather than a plumbing-related issue. Again, saved me a headache and was incredibly helpful. I would go to Zach for any issue and trust him and Wezee to give me an honest assessment and provide a good-quality solution!
Thank you for being so quit in seeing us and sending Zack who was the greatest to look at things, We have had two other plumbers here and they kept telling us we have major problem that needed to be addressed and Zack was able to look and see no leaks that they were telling were there no puddles under the house like they said and that our piping was fine. And he was able to fix the sprayer on the sink in 5 minutes for us right away. After having a house inspection we were told all these things needed to be repaired and we had previously been taken by two unscrupulous plumbers and so I questioned whether that was not the case again and Zack reassured me that things were just fine and could find no leaks. Thank you Wezee's for being a great company that we can trust and with honest people working for you.
I want to have a long-term relationship with Wezee's Plumbing. As soon as I called and spoke with Louise, I knew I'd be in good hands. Both she and Zach were friendly and accommodating every step of the way and, most importantly, they really seem to know their stuff. And, because I was calling from Portland about a home that I still own in Seattle, they really could've taken advantage of me because I wasn't on-site when the work was done. But they didn't. They're fair and trustworthy and really easy to work with.
I'm not sure if I'll have any more plumbing needs anytime soon, but I know who I'll be calling when I do!
I did a major remodel of a my business. Zack and Louise were out from the get-go, gave me a fair bid for the amount of work that needed to be done, and completed the work in a timely manner. Later, when I had issues with other things--hooking up a dishwasher, capping off and tearing out defunct water lines and rerouting drainage systems, they were out first thing with solutions and professional help. I would definitely use them again and again.

Weezee's was very professional and extremely responsive. They were able to send someone out immediately and take a look at my faucet. They fixed it on the spot and took good care of me. The 3 days later, had some other unrelated issues with the faucet, they came back out assessed the problem and gave me some options. The accommodation was fair and reasonable, they took care of it as a warranty and I was back in business with no problem. They were on time and very efficient. I will call them again when I have future plumbing needs.
I recently had some plumbing issues that prevented me from using my upstairs bathroom. On a recommendation from my contractor, I asked for assistance from Wezee's. Lead technician, Zach, was wonderful and professional and not only got back to me fast about checking out the issue but going above and beyond in his work to locate the issue and resolve it. It only took a few hours when I thought it would take the weekend! It was a pleasure working with him and I would strongly recommend Wezee's for any plumbing issue based on their professionalism, efficiency, and fair pricing! Thank you Zach! :)

Louise and crew is awesome. I had called them for fixing the toilet, Zack came out on a Sunday for that. We also hired them to add a new bathroom in a small space. All the other contractors seemed worried/confused/advised us not to take that route, Louise finished the job confidently with inspection. They are friendly and reliable and cleaned up after their work was over. Their plumbing fundamentals are very strong.

I called Louise in the afternoon after having mistakenly cut a small line to a water purifier. She was able to have Zach come out the next morning at 8:30 to look at the situation. While he was here, I showed him two other plumbing projects, minor ones, that I wanted fixed at some point. Zach was pleasant and helpful. He needed to purchase some parts, came back and fixed all three issues. He was gone by 12:45pm. This far and away exceeded any hopes that I'd had, especially as the two additional issues had been festering and I'd even forgetten about them when on the phone with Louise. Bottom line: BRAVO Zach and Louise! I'll be back!
Water heater went out on a Saturday so I shut it down and drained the tank to prevent damage in a finished basement. I decided I could wait until Monday for the plumber but really wanted to schedule the visit to be sure it got done. I called three plumbers in the Ballard area and always got an answering service with only a promise for a call on Monday morning. However, the fourth call to Wezee's was different. Left a message but got a call back from Louise within 20 minutes. She scheduled the apointment for 8 AM Monday, gave me an over the phone cost esitmate for the tank replacement and told me the job would take about 4 hours. Well, everything was as she said. At 8 AM Anthony was at my door, the tank was replaced and everything buttoned up in a little over 4 hours and the price was just below the quote. Good job all around. I definitely recommend Wezee's.
