Tim is honest, fair, and took the time to make sure we found the best and least expensive solution to our problems. He never tried to sell us, and he even connected us with a plumbing contractor when it turned out there was a less expensive way to solve our problem than relining a whole sewer. He has great integrity.

This company called us within hours after we placed a service call through our insurance. They came quickly and was professional. It was for a rental. Justin and Dave? were courteous and took off their boots and had masks on.

John Driscoll arrived on time, fixed my clogged toilet and leakey kitchen faucet with great efficiency.  He is friendly and courteous.  He charged me his minimum plus a bit more for the kitchen sink - ended up being about $100 less than I was worried I would have to spend.  I have a sigh of relief that my toilet is flushing again, and that my kitchen sink is tightened up and no longer dripping.  Thanks John!

Showed up on time and did a great job on replacing a bathtub mixer valve.  His price was excellent and I ended up calling him back that afternoon, as my upstairs toilet suddenly needed a new wax ring!  
Luke is professional and friendly.  I will plan on using him for additional work, as I have a few rental properties in the area.

Day after Thanksgiving I ended up with a clogged kitchen sink. These guys were able to get me in under 2 hours. The plumber was super nice and professional. Fixed the issue with a snake -- in and out in under 15 minutes. Thank you!!!!!

Todd came to the house to do a couple of minor repairs.  He was on time, very efficient and prices for what he does without trying to gouge.  More than that, he's a guy you feel like you can trust to do the job and be honest with you about what needs to be done.  I feel really grateful I've found a great plumber in my area to do any work I need.

Brian and Jen are awesome! They added a half bath to our laundry space. They are super down to earth and I couldn't imagine them overcharging anyone. They were fast, fair and professional. The final product was amazing. We will definitely be using them again. I would recommend them to anyone.

We've now used this company twice. Several months ago our water heater stopped working. Our warranty company assigned another company who couldn't fix the unit for several weeks. They ordered parts and put us on the back burner. We called West Sound and they fit us in immediately. The technician found the problem immediately and had the part to fix the problem. He was done in 45 minutes and I have to say, he was outstanding. The other plumber orders unnecessary and incorrect parts. WSP technician had every part he would have needed to do the job.

Today we had water coming through a light fixture in our downstairs master closet. After trouble shooting, found a leak under the sink in a bathroom upstairs. Once again, West Sound was available and sent a crew within an hour. Josh and his partner examined the leak and fixed it immediately. It was something I could have fixed but after cleaning up the water leak, it was nice to just have Josh fix it.

My wife and I are truly grateful for the customer service from the office and for Josh and his partner for the quick fix. We've used a lot of plumbing companies here since 2003 and have to say, West Sound Plumbing is the best we've used.

Brad and family are top notch.  I hired them to repipe my house last spring and then install the trim once our renovation was completed.  These guys are true professionals and meticulous in their work as well as customer service oriented.  Of the three quotes that I got, theirs was highest but I have no doubt that they did a better job than others would have done and they didn't cut any corners or try to add on additional cost after they started the job.  

Once we got to later stages of our renovation we noticed that Brad thought ahead and planned everything carefully for the trim to go Iater.

They were also very respectful and pleasant to have working in my home.

There's no question that Adam is super smart and a pro. He came out to my house after I panicked that something was seriously wrong with my pipes/flow setup when my toilet wouldn't flush properly.

He took one look and said I was in luck, it wasn't my pipes. All I needed to do was to keep a snake on hand and expect the occasional backup, given how small my toilet was. I was so grateful for all the knowledge he shared and for his expert take on my situation. Highly recommend!

We've used this company several different times. One was to replace a gas water heater and the job was professional and reasonably priced. The second time was when we had trouble with our sewer backing up. Turns out that the guy that built our house was too lazy and/or cheap to replace the last few feet of sewer pipe where it connected to the main. Konstantin did all he could to fix the issue before we finally had to dig up the street and replace the decades old pipe that had been completely clogged by tree roots. It wasn't cheap but he gave us discounts as he tried very hard to find a cheaper solution to the problem. Thanks City of Seattle for passing the inspection on old sewer pipes. I will definitely use them again. They are super professional and do quality work at reasonable prices.

I am really impressed by Hristo and his crew. They did a very complex job - several separate jobs actually - repairing a poorly done irrigation pipeline install, digging a new hole and then installing a water flow meter. It was not something usually done, and ABV plumbing came for 3 separate appointments and got it all working. What I am really impressed by is the attention to detail and the passion for their work. Well done!

Contacted Ryan to replace the leaky hose bib in the back of our house.  He had already replaced the hose bib in front and did a great job.  Rather than replace the faucet, which would have been difficult and expensive, he recommended I replace a part which was available on Amazon for $10.   I was able to replace the piece in 5 minutes saving me hundreds!   Alpha will be our family's go to plumber from now on.

Prompt to address the plumbing issues, knowledgeable, cost conscious,  great communication, willing to travel, covers more than plumbing issues. Will use them again in the future!

**Buyer beware!!** We had fixer come out to install an outlet above the fireplace for our tv. The first person they sent was not qualified for the job, he made multiple holes in our drywall and instead of drilling through the studs to route the wire, he drilled through the other side of the drywall into another room. Then they sent a second person to patch up all of the random holes and the second person charged us incorrectly for the hours they worked. Now they are trying to charge us $400 for all of the errors that they made and we still don't have the outlet at the end of the day.

I can see them maybe being worthwhile to call for small jobs around the house as long as you are tracking their time worked closely, but I would absolutely not trust them with any electrical work.

I'm new to the area and needed a plumber for what I considered somewhat minor work. I had a water heater that didn't heat the whole tank and some faucet needed changing out. I got 2 other estimates before Adam from Rich Wilson Plumbing came over. The others told me I would need to replace the water heater and the other work for take hours, almost all day, to complete. Adam and his very efficient technician completed all requested work in under 2 hours. From the first contact with Rick Wilson plumbing, Adam does what he says he's going to do, shows up when he says he will and completed the job in the time estimated. I'm so happy I found this shop. I would recommend them to anyone who needed a plumber.

I had Steve's plumbing install drainage pipe in my yard in Grand Blanc.  The work went well and I do not have any complaints about the job, it's what happened after that is unacceptable.  They cut my invisible fence and after multiple calls finally hired another company to repair... 9 months later.  Still waiting for them to repair my lawn where the pipes were laid.  This was all included in our work order.  Multiple calls and very rude.  Said they are too busy.
