We had Igor come and he was great. He provided great advice, really clear communication, very punctual, and his work was flawless. Would highly recommend.

So happy I found Luminaire. They were able to fit me into their schedule quickly. They replaced multiple exit signs in my office and throughout our facility. They were able to complete the work in under the time quoted so we ended up getting charged less than their estimate. There were additional exit signs that were not holding a charge despite newly installed batteries. They proceeded to check the entire facility to ensure all exit signs were working properly. Luminaire was able to install the additional exit signs the next day to ensure building safety guidelines were met. The entire team was very professional and they did an excellent job.

I know nothing about electricity.  We lost power in the wall outlets of our 3 bathrooms.  Called Carlson and the lady who answered walked me through a possible solution.  It worked perfectly.  She could have easily turned my problem into an expensive service  call and I wouldn't have known the difference.  Honest and helpful people work here.  Give them your business.

Pasha did a very good job. He came the next day after I called him. Showed up on time, fix the issue much quicker than I expected. Cleaned everything before he left.  I highly recommend him.

Honest assessment, well priced, and high quality work.  I had them do some electrical work on our newly purchased home, was very pleased with every aspect from initial call to final product.  They offer great rates for military as well.  Using them again for another project.  Definitely my go to for electrical needs.

This is not in regards to their service but one of their drivers. Going I-5 South near Northgate one of their vans was tailgating me dangerously close. Mind you I was going 10 mph over and he could have gone around into the passing lane. Instead he chose to tailgate then when he finally went around he flipped me off while driving the company van. Very unprofessional behaviour and dangerously reckless driving.

Cole electric was highly recommended by my property manager. They were very thorough in determining where my electrical connection was broken. Jordan even inspected my (wet) crawl space and checked the power to a sump pump that quit working- to make sure it wasn't related. Jordan and Andrew returned two days later and restored power to my bathroom outlet. At my request they put an additional outlet in my hallway for MUCH less than what I expected an electrician would charge. Friendly, expedient, reliable, knowledgeable and reasonable.

We hired Justin for an installation of NEMA 14-50 in our garage. He had great communication and was very professional. At our request, he provided us with a clear estimate for this job. We found it very easy to work with him and communicate via email and text throughout the entire process. After the work was done, he also followed up with us to make sure the L&I inspection was completed as well. I'd definitely recommend him!

Liem and James showed up for the bid and the work on time and delivered exactly what we asked for. The scope of work was straight forward; an upgrade to the existing electrical panel from 100 amps to 200 amps and general tidy up of electrical wiring that was quite a mess. They both worked tirelessly for 14 hours straight in ice cold temperatures to make it happen.

Communication was easy and straight forward throughout. Pricing was reasonable. It doesn't get any easier and better than that. Would highly recommend.

Update 1/27/2017: We had to re-ground our electricity due to a replumbing of our whole house. Liem came around again to do this for us very quickly and also fixed up a few of our electrical outlets while here. Great follow up of the initial service provided at no additional cost. He came promptly and did the work.  It is easy to find electricians to do work before they are paid, harder to find electricians also providing great follow up after the job has been completed. I also wanted to add that Liem was quick to arrange permits and inspection of our initial job as needed by the City. He made the whole process very simple and straightforward which I greatly appreciated.

So happy to have found an honest, reliable, knowledgeable electrician! Kevin and Ryder worked fast and with precision, removing an unsafe outlet and adding two new outlets in under an hour. They exceeded my expectations in our partially finished basement and were very friendly, taking the time to educate me on other electrical questions I had. We'll be using Go Hawk Electric again in the future for ceiling light instillation and any other electrical projects that come up.

I met the owner and his staff during a recent trip to WAA and he helped my brothers fix an AC problem for a mid-rise building (central) by Dash Point, and worked on another property held by them near Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium / Rustony Area.  Highly Recommended

We had a great experience with Electric Company of Seattle.  They fit us in for an emergency fix.  Brian was quick, friendly and explained everything to us.  I'd hire them again.

Great company! I've had these guys do two projects for me. The first time I chose them just because I thought the Yelp deal. They installed my chandelier and it looks great and functions perfectly. I bought a ceiling fan and I chose them to come back because they did such a good job first time. They even came back to help me install the remote kit I bought later--for free--just to help me out. They are clean, polite, and do great work. I highly recommend milestone.

Seth was great.  Reliable and reasonable.  Sometimes that's hard to find in an electrician.  Would highly recommend.

Brian was able to fit us in during an unexpected opening in his schedule. He arrived promptly and fixed the problem easily. He is a very nice man, his charges are reasonable, and he knows what he is doing. I am thrilled to have found a great local electrician.

Tried to call this company 3 times. First time someone answered but said nothing. When I called back, a guy answered and I asked if they install ceiling fans. He told me No. I'm offline now. I asked him what that meant (i.e., being offline) and he just hung up on me. Could use a lesson or two on customer service. I wouldn't bother calling unless you want to deal with someone whom I found to be rather cantankerous.

Chad responded to my emergency on short notice by fitting me in at 7am, the only time I had available. He instantly identified the questionable workmanship left by the previous contractor, and immediately fixed it. He was easy to work with, explained complex technical issues in a manner that I could understand, communicated well (which can go a long way toward creating peace of mind) and was conscientious about all aspects of the project. Would definitely hire him again and, in fact, I have already asked him to give me a bid on some other projects that I need done.

One day the lights in my living room went out. My husband had done some work as an electrician in the past but couldn't figure it out. We were waiting on a friend who is an electrician to look at it when he had free time. It didn't matter to us when he came because the sun kept our living room bright until around 9.
   Then suddenly one day all of the power in our house went out. I thought for sure it was just our house because the only neighbor I could see still had power and we had the previous electrical problem. My husband called south sound electric. They asked him if the power was out for the whole neighborhood and he told them he didn't think so because our neighbor had power. Well it turned out that my neighbor had power because he was using a generator! The electricians stood at my door and told me they were just at someone else's house who also didn't have power. So they sent us a bill for $103 for doing literally NOTHING. They could have called when they found out it was the whole neighborhood but they didn't. When I called to dispute the bill the secretary was very hostile and even laughed at me. Do not use these guys, even if you're desperate!
