We install holiday lights each year and noticed it was not turning on. My husband tried to change the outlet, but it wasn't the issue.

After checking reviews, I asked for a quote from the Red Line. I got the response promptly, and they sent one of the electricians out the very next day! They offered the same day, but we were not available.

It took a while to find out why it was not working, but once it was diagnosed, it was fixed right then and there. We were told exactly after a diagnose, if it can be fixed right away, we pay the diagnostic fee, but if it requires more work (ordering parts, etc.), we need to pay the diagnostic fee and for the service to fix.
All we needed to pay was the diagnostic fee of $180, plus taxes!

Definitely hire the Red Line for any electronic issues.

So happy I found Luminaire. They were able to fit me into their schedule quickly. They replaced multiple exit signs in my office and throughout our facility. They were able to complete the work in under the time quoted so we ended up getting charged less than their estimate. There were additional exit signs that were not holding a charge despite newly installed batteries. They proceeded to check the entire facility to ensure all exit signs were working properly. Luminaire was able to install the additional exit signs the next day to ensure building safety guidelines were met. The entire team was very professional and they did an excellent job.

I had some minor electric issues and questions.  They were able to come out right away to fix the issue.  Highly recommended.

I called this morning and left a message, not expecting to hear back today (a Sunday). Someone got back to me right away and gave me a reasonable estimate. To my pleasant surprise, he was able to come out the same day. He was polite, efficient and did a great job installing a 220v outlet for my EV charger. I would highly recommend Merv Electric!

They responded quickly but their availability timeline was not within the guide lines of my HOA so I did not use them.

Brian and james came over in a last minute pinch when my original electrician flaked. They were professional, quick reasonably priced, and entertaining to boot. I would most certainly hire them again.

Trustworthy, efficient, thoughtful and kind.  Bought an older house that needed a lot of the electrical work cleaned up and repaired.  These guys did a great job.  Totally affordable too.

I highly recommend Justin, he is everything that a customer can ask for . Very dependable , responsive and mostly importantly knows what he is doing . He helped us install 14-50 NEMA in our garage and like others mentioned his estimate was the best out there . I am going to get all future work done with Justin only .

My husband and I recently bought a 30-year old townhome in Bellevue. A few months later some electrical problems started happening. Our contractor tried to troubleshoot but determined that an electrician was needed, so he recommended Liem. He and Liem then met at the townhome together and after trying different solutions discovered that an entire electric panel was needed. Liam took care of that for us within the following week. He did an excellent job at a reasonable price, and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him!

This company just completed a major home rewiring project. They were on time, worked hard, were extremely thorough and courteous. They were EVERYTHING you could ask for in a business and MORE!!

I met the owner and his staff during a recent trip to WAA and he helped my brothers fix an AC problem for a mid-rise building (central) by Dash Point, and worked on another property held by them near Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium / Rustony Area.  Highly Recommended

Have used them twice now.  Once to replace an old service in our house that was on it's last leg and once recently after damage from a windstorm.

Both times they were great to work with and in both instances due to the time sensitive nature of the issues worked very hard with us to be as flexible as they could with their schedule to get us in quick.

Besides squeezing us into the schedule the work was top quality and at a great rate.  I would recommend them to anyone.

Great service by these guys!  Friendly, fast and affordable. Had pendants and a chandelier put up in my home. They even ran to Home Depot to get extra parts I needed and took my old lighting fixtures to the dump for me. Would hire Milestone again for sure!

Tried to call this company 3 times. First time someone answered but said nothing. When I called back, a guy answered and I asked if they install ceiling fans. He told me No. I'm offline now. I asked him what that meant (i.e., being offline) and he just hung up on me. Could use a lesson or two on customer service. I wouldn't bother calling unless you want to deal with someone whom I found to be rather cantankerous.

I have been remodeling my basement and had excellent experiences in Bremerton with flooring, plumbing, HVAC, etc.  Chad Ferguson was hired for rewiring the basement.  An estimate was given for 4 days.  He took 50% up front and dragged out the first part of the project over 9 weeks.  He consistently lied about days he would show up and the timeline to complete the job.  Chad and his scheduler(his wife, April Ferguson) will give any excuse necessary and I wanted to believe them therefore giving them extreme patience.  Chad and April called several times for more money before the project was anywhere close to complete.    Three weeks ago, I scheduled the last part to be done and on Tuesday of this week of course he didn't show and texted to ask for payment ahead of time with an unclear timeline.  I was patient for many weeks, giving him opportunities to catch up on work on nights and weekends and even giving him an advance but now I am so sick of babysitting him through this project.  If you have a light fixture that needs replacing with no timeline, sure hire Chad, but anything more than that, stay far away.  Only time in my life I've felt so compelled to right a review.  Also, If you look at their reviews there are many 5 stars from April and Chad to inflate their ratings.  I always paid promptly and correct amounts.

Expect terrible customer service which comes with accusations and insults.

South Sound Electric was contracted to do significant work to our home, a two-day job totaling several thousand dollars. In addition to leaving our home a mess (wires, screws, insulation, drywall dust from gangbox cutouts left all over floor), they made several mistakes and neglected to bring them to our attention.

One of the issues was their technician drilled two holes for the same ceiling can light as the first was into a support beam. Upon completion of the install they did not offer a concession for this mistake and did not bring it to our attention - but we have a nice second hole cutout screwed back in to the ceiling to show for it. They also punctured a random holes in our walls claiming we were responsible for it because my spouse indicated to the technicians we would fix it on our own which was not true and something we don't even know how to do.

South Sound electric did not complete the items on the estimate and made mistakes along the way with no admission of guilt and no concessions for the mistakes or incomplete work. If something was not done, they were quick to say we don't do that kind of work or it should have been understood in the estimate - even when the estimate says nothing about their disclaimers.

This could have been resolved with an admission of mistake and an offer to remedy the problems; at worst there was a misunderstanding of the estimate and what it covered. Instead of an attempt at a fair and even resolution, we received personal attacks and accusations of being liars. At South South Electric, the customer is always wrong.  

We never got an apology and only received an offer to remedy some of the items after we complained (and sent photos - the owner didn't believe us until we sent proof of how our home was left dirty)... but the counteroffer from South Sound Electric does not remedy all of the issues nor does it excuse the personal attacks.

TLDR; South Sound Electric did not complete the job, did not bring the mistakes the techs made nor the incompleted tasks to our attention, and when we finally discovered this and brought this to the attention of the owner he immediately denied it and called us liars.  

Avoid at all costs.
