Just fixed water leakage from the ground outside of my house. The experience of the service of PNWP is fantastic. Ricky was very responsive and professional. He came to my house on time and fix it inspecting other possible leakage.

The water line toward to the house and right by water meter got a pinhole. I got to know that it was my responsibility to fix it after inspection by city water department. I called a couple of plumbing services based on the reviews in Yelp and got Ricky.

He told me that he has been in this job for 18 years and started his own company 2 years ago. The job he's done looks perfect. He even got all dirt back and cleaned the area.

We woke up Sunday morning to a huge puddle in our basement. After calling they showed up 45 minutes later to fix the leak, and they were able to inspect all of our plumbing fixtures to ensure that no other leaks would happen.

I highly recommend them, especially for new home owners!!

Great job fixing a leak.  Highly recommend David but Rocky is no longer with them so the prior reviews aren't relevant.  They were expensive but maybe because it was an urgent situation?  I'm going to take off 1 star only because I'm not sure how much of a surcharge an emergency should be?  I think it might have been double normal cost but it was during work hours.  Anyway, service / knowledge was a 5 star.

Wow! I have never had a plumbing emergency before, and it isn't something you hope for! But if you have any plumbing needs, Rocky here is a life saver! He has gone above and beyond for us! A day before I leave the country, having a main water line crack, he has re-arranged his schedule to help us. I am so relieved and the crisis isn't even over yet, but he has been such a rockstar, I couldn't wait to give him kudos! THANK YOU!

We initially asked for PNW Plumbing to come in for a clogged kitchen sink. Later we discovered that the old copper pipes connecting through crawl space are leaking at a few spots.

They offered a great service for a very fair price. Great communication and flexible on timing. Rocky tested everything a couple of times and made sure all installations look good. They did a clean job making sure no mess is left behind.

Highly recommend PNW Plumbing to anyone in this area. You won't be disappointed.

Rocky IS the MAN!!!  My plumber of 20 years failed me so I checked Yelp and found PNW Plumbing. I was desperate since my new washer and dryer showed up on Wednesday and the water supply faucets were frozen and the delivery guys couldn't to the work.  It was quite an involved job but Rocky came to my rescue - on a Saturday!!!  He did an awesome job, was most professional and I now have a new plumber.  These Yelp reviews really do help and I want to share my good find with anyone else in need of a pro.  Thanks Rocky, and I'll see you next time.

Woke up one morning to a leaking hot water heater. I shut it down and we started calling plumbers based on reviews. First call they were too busy to help us that same day. Second call was to PNW plumbing. Rocky said he had a full day but made room for us by moving some less critical work around. Got us a new gas heater installed by mid-day.  Also noted that our flue had been part way disconnected so we'd been venting CO into the garage. Yikes!  Good thing we got that fixed. We'll be calling him next time we need service.

I had a plumbing emergency when a pipe froze.  I called around, and plumbers weren't answering.  I called Pacific Northwest Plumbing, Rocky said he had just finished dinner, and would come down.  He came down in a hurry and got my water back on in under 20 minutes.

Left voicemail with this company, and filled out their online form to request service and no response over a week. Maybe they have too many customers and are not interested in new business, and zero response is very annoying. I took my business elsewhere.

Have I got a story for you...while prepping for our house to be painted the downspouts were taken off in my back yard.  I was taking my dogs out in the yard and my phone slipped out of my pocket into the open pipe and slid down completely out of reach.  And to make matters worse my phone case has my drivers license and my visa in it...now underground !!!!!

I decided to call a plumber to run my crisis by them to see if they could help and boy am I glad I called Rocky.  I told him my situation and his response was now this sounds like fun!  He said he'd recovered many a diamond ring but never a phone in a drain pipe no less.

So here is the amazing thing: I called him at 9:50am, he was at my house at 10:10 assessed the situation and went to work immediately.  He trimmed a pipe-no luck, then he dug under my flagstone steps cut the pipe and handed me my phone by 10:40!!!!  In less than one hour he was able to take care of the rescue and clean everything back up.

Don't EVER call another plumber!  Rocky was so personable, knowledgeable, and kind.  He was up for the challenge and boy did he do an amazing job!  Thanks again Rocky!!

I first called PNW Plumbing to request services for low water pressure and they walked me through what the issue may be over the phone. Turned out I needed them come to install a new faucet however, they saved me a lot of time and money by diagnosing over the phone. I got a new faucet at Home Depot and the next day, they came and installed. They were responsive, prompt and did a great job! I will definitely use them again.

I called Pacific Northwest Plumbing based on their business address and yelp review. I was watching Rocky and Robb's work and they did excellent job. My issue was a broken water valve. Rocky cut the drywall to replace the old valve and it was nicely done while Robb was taking care of old and new fridge. They were both very friendly and highly recommended!

I needed a plumber and have had great luck with local businesses in Redmond so when I came upon the reviews for Pacific NW Plumbing I called.  Rocky was awesome and his work was great.   On time and on quote...I will tell others about his work and call again if the need comes up.   I would not look anywhere else for quick, honest and superior work.   Thanks Rocky!

What an awesome company, unfortunately first they had no openings and I had to take an emergency appointment which is a little higher in price but the company called me 2 times to give me an opportunity to fit in their schedule the same day! Super friendly and knowledgeable contractor fixed our issue with a pipe instead of selling me a new garbage disposal! Super!!!

Wow!!! I can't thank Rocky enough for his amazing work! I was out of town(but family was home) when our water heater went out. I found Rocky on yelp, called him, and he was at our house within 15 minutes. His quote was about $500 cheaper than the first company I called and he did fantastic work. Further, my water heater was behind a bunch of stuff in the garage. Rocky let my wife know he would move all the stuff and even put it back after install. Great job.

Rocky is so great!  He is not only a great plumber but a good person as well.  As a single woman, he has had the opportunity to overcharge me on numerous occassions, but has always been FAIR and HONEST.  If you need work done and don't want to get ripped off, call Rocky!

I contacted Pacific Northwest Plumbing for I a leaking gate valve behind a heat pump in my utility room. My initial call was answered quickly and I was given an arrival time the next day between 1and 3 pm. This was a slow leak that was containable so the next day worked fine. The following day Rocky notified me that he was running ahead of schedule so he was able to come early. The problem was looked at and Rocky tried to tighten the gate valve body rather than just replace it. Upon further inspection found that the valve body was cracked. Again instead of replacing the gate valve he followed the copper line out and discovered it was not being used! Rocky cut the valve out and capped the line saving me some money!! Rocky also suggested I change out my inline water filter (I had a spare filter). Rocky helped me with that at no charge.

We had a gas line leak and I wanted someone local who does good work.  I called Rocky and he fit me into his schedule quickly and got it done.  He was extremely professional and did the job perfectly.  I will definitely call on Pacific Northwest Plumbing in the future when we need plumbing repairs.  Highly recommended!

TL;DR - So, I'm looking at reviews for plumbers on Yelp. I come across PNW Plumbing and their ton of 5* reviews. I figure no one can be *this* good. Wrong! Rocky *is* this good. I'd give 6* if possible

Story: We have a 50 year old house that the previous owner just screwed up, royally. Seems he thought he was a plumber/electrician/roofer/landscaper - did all his own work. . . HA!
We've had a drain from our laundry room that has always been sluggish, and backs up periodically. Other plumbers have had to come out in the past to snake the thing.
This time, the drain started backing up, and a kitchen sink began draining slowly and backing up into the laundry sink. I decided to try someone who has great Yelp reviews, is local, and not a big national company. Cue, Rocky and PNW Plumbing. I called/texted PNW, and Rocky came out within 48 hours as it wasn't an emergency.
Well, once here, Rocky (what a professional; a nice Oklahoma transplant) analyzed the situation and set about correcting in a methodical manner:  lets get the drain open and then see where we stand. Turns out our blockage destroyed his new cutting head on his electric snake. WHOA! SO, Rocky heads for the crawl space (no previous plumber ever checked this). He comes back with a dire but solvable analysis of the main line - huge belly, solid blockage, most likely calcium/sediment/etc. Section of pipe will need to be cut out and replaced. Rescheduled for today (next day). This evening, following 6 other service calls, Rocky shows up, dives into our hideous crawl space and sets about tackling the issue. Two and a half hours, voila, the drain is working beautifully, er, mostly. Seems Mr. My Genius Previous Homeowner installed the laundry drain pipe *below* the level of the exit to the septic system (figures). Water has a tough time running uphill, you see :-)  So, sediment could not escape the pipe and, thus, built up in the rise. The drain is working for now, and Rocky will come back when the weather changes to rework the entire design and run of pipe to correct the stupid install of the previous owner.
Bottom line: great service, professional and thoughtful approach to my problem, commitment to his client and my need, excellent follow through, wonderful human being, more than a fair price for service rendered, value-value-value. I do not say this often: I, without hesitation or reservation, recommend Pacific Northwest Plumbing for any plumbing need you may have. It will be a service experience that you rave about to your friends. Thank you, Rocky.

Our kitchen faucet failed and we called Rocky at Pacific Northwest Plumbing based on some recommendations in our neighborhood Facebook group.  I ran to Home Depot to get a new faucet and Rocky was pulling up to our house when I returned.   He took a look at the situation and quoted me a fair price with no extra charge for Sunday service.   He was fast, friendly and thorough checking the supply lines, caulking and making sure there were no other leaks.  Will definitely call Rocky for plumbing service in the future.

Need a plumber?  Call Rocky Robbins at Pacific Northwest Plumbing.  A few days after having surgery, the fill valve on my toilet malfunctioned.  While big brand plumbers tried to sell me a new toilet, Rocky just came out and did what needed to be done.  He was friendly, courteous, prompt, and did not leave me a mess to clean up (like some contractors do).  I felt in good hands and really appreciate Rocky and his work, especially living alone and just having had surgery.  As a woman homeowner, I have encountered some contractors trying to lead me down the garden path of work that didn't need to be done.  Not Rocky:  he just showed up, in good cheer and respectful of what I wanted and needed, and got the job done.  Thank you, Rocky and Pacific Northwest Plumbing!

Rocky has helped me out three times now and done a terrific job each time. He came out within an hour when we found a leak and I then got him to clear a blocked drain and replace my water heater. All the jobs went perfectly, no issues. he's very responsive and easy to work with and does very neat work. I'll be a customer again I'm sure.

Rocky was great, very responsive to our request. Requested I send a picture of the problem and was there same day to fix it. Took the time to show me how to turn off the main water supply in the event I needed to stop the flow immediately. Highly recommend and will use him for all other plumbing needs.

Excellent plumber and super reasonable. Rocky was very responsive and didn't make us wait two weeks as many other plumbers quoted. He installed our new sink, faucet, and fixed a leak in no time. A really nice guy too. We will definitely use him again should the need arise!

Used a couple times for sewer line replacements.  Super nice friendly people to do business with.  Done right for a good price and minor issues were resolved in a timely manner.  Would recommend!
