David at All City Sewer Repair knows exactly what he's doing, he was very informative and confident on how to fix the issue. David not only replaced the broken pipe, he installed an all important washout system near the street. It turns out that the washout pipe has been mandatory in all new homes since 1971 and it's one of the most important elements to your sewer because it can help to prevent your house from flooding.

Friendly and great to work with. Reasonably priced and did a great job and kept the house clean. Ours was a multi-day job Had to run a new service to our house. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is they could have done a little better on communications as to when they would or wouldn't be there so we could plan our days. Will use them again next time I need a plumber.

Requested a quote on yelp and got a response within minutes of posting. Fast professional service during hours most other companies won't even answer the phone. Thanks Will

I called Jerry when I needed my hot water heater replaced. He was able to come over the next day. Not only did he provide an estimate in line with what other were able to give over the phone, he did the work the same day. On top of the worked promised in the quote, repaired some shoddy work done by the orginial builders. I felt like Jerry was a partner rather than someone trying to cheat me out of money.

Garrett, Jason and Adam were easily our favorite part of this process. The repaired a broken sewer on our property, and we're on time, professional and easy going. They made a very stressful process much easier by doing the right thing and treating us well. I would recommend Pro Sewer Repair to anyone!!

Schuerman Plumbing is highly recommended by friends and neighbors for their outstanding work, fair prices and efficiency.
The father and son team, Tom & Mark, worked very well together and got the job done as promised.
Nice to have a team of plumbers that can be trusted. Wish I knew them sooner

I can't rave enough about this company! I've had 2 plumbing issues in the past few years. I had other companies bid the jobs. None were as competitive, honest and responsive as Jay Frees. I will no longer call for bids. Moving forward it will be one call to Above Plumbing and Jay Frees. A+++

Bill was available on short notice, and he showed up with a smile on his face. Very knowledgable and affordable. I'd recommend him!

I found Ben White and Whitelaw plumbing from two different clients who kept saying that we should meet as we were so similar in our approach to our business. As an electrical contractor I am constantly asked by my clients if I can refer a plumber. Referring other contractors is scary! They in part represent you when they come out to a project that you have worked hard to build a relationship with.
I am now excited when people ask me if I can recommend a plumber! I know that Ben at Whitelaw plumbing will not only do a great job for them but it also makes me feel better knowing that my clients are getting the best!
With so many of my projects being done with the homeowners doing the project management it is great to work with another contractor who is on the same page.
Ben takes pride in his work too! It is ashame so much of his plumbing ends up being covered by walls as it is a work of art!
Thanks Ben for taking great care of my clients!!

Had my water heater start leaking on me last night, got ahold of Dave this morning and told him what was going on. Sent him a pic and he was out in about 3 hours. Friendly, quick, I was back and running in no time, would recommend.

These guys were hired by our landlord to fix a leak in the front yard. The first crew was okay, and while one of the guys came to our door without a mask on at one point, he promptly put it on when I asked. However the next crew that came around, was led by a super loud, obnoxious white guy who smoked, yelled from his truck and wouldn't wear his mask. Toxic masculinity galore. I'm not kidding. Yuck and creeps. They sure worked hard and fixed the leak, but it sucked having them around when I was alone at home with my baby. Also, after taking out most of the front yard dirt and shrubs to get to the pipes, they put the plants back in all the wrong places (and very poorly), and they used SO many gallons of water to pack the dirt that we now have a totally unworkable clay-like soil. Seriously, it's like cement and it is collapsing in places where they didn't fill it up properly. Total crap job. Totally obnoxious dude.

Jon is top notch! He's trustworthy, quick to respond, schedule time and efficiently replace all plumbing in my old, but newly remodeled home. In addition to getting the work done, he provided great advice and suggestions. He's very knowledgable and his consultative nature helped us get the best quality products and service, for which we otherwise had not known. I was also highly impressed with his suggestion to replace the in-line, which was in dire need. He did a trenchless water line replacement and a repipe, super quick and effective without any holes dug in my yard. Jon is now my #1 go to guy for any and all future plumbing work. Clearly, I highly recommend him to anyone for any job.

I am a Realtor in the Snohomish area and recently used this company for a sewer scope. I was highly impressed and will be using them again!

Vortex plumbing had provided the best experience I could have asked for. After having dealt with two other plumbing companies, I had a referral to Vortex who responded quickly and came out within an hour of calling to look at a clogged drain. He scoped the drain and showed me where the problem was fixed it and scoped it again to show me that it has cleared. His price was extremely reasonable. There was total transparency in the process. I wouldn't call anyone else for my plumbing needs.

We were in a pickle with a bathroom sink that decided to stop draining. I wanted to work with someone local and after reading the reviews decided to give Erik a call. This was a Tuesday morning and although I received his voicemail quickly after I received a text letting me know he was with a customer and would call me in a bit.
Not much time passed and Erik called. I explained the situation I was in and he shared he could meet that night! What's that Batman? YES...the day I call he can meet me. He arrived when he said he would, was polite and professional and quickly cleared our problem.
Thanks so much!!

This company came out the last week of March, gave us fantastic quote and set up a schedule to have our sewer replumbed by April 4th. They didn't break ground until April 4th, and have shown up for approximately 2 hours a day, 3 days a week since then. Today is May 4th and the project is still ongoing. Every week it will be done next week. They refuse to commit to anything, accidentally chopped into our water main and shut off water to the apartment building. They failed to secure the proper permits for the job as well and panicked when they found out another company reported them. We just found out a week ago that the permit application was denied, but they still continue to show up randomly, a few hours at a time to apparently look at the hole they have dug. Maybe roll around in it a bit but the casual observer can not see anything getting done. They always seem to be waiting on someone to bring them a part. On multiple occasions they have left the sidewalk completely cluttered, a 5 foot hole completely exposed and have piled dirt in front of 2 of the three exits to the building in complete indifference to fire code. On top of it all they ripped out our controls for our sprinkler system and now have spent weeks trying to get around to repairing it. They refuse to let us call in the sprinkler company to repair it saying it's going to be fixed tomorrow. Well tomorrow never comes and we have a full construction zone still. They even had the gall to request full payment before the job was done! I have either been a project manager or property manager for over a decade and never have I ever had an experience like this. It must be good to be so busy you can hold a customer hostage. I guess the thing that really gets me is the only explanation ever offered is that they are busy and they promise to get back to you, but never do! Well unless it is to give you worthless drivel about next week. You have to hold thier feet to the fire just to find out when - maybe they might pop in again. They do not hold themselves accountable in any way and pretend like everything is fine. The only people that show up here are the billing department and the estimators. They will be the friendliest company to your face and promise you the moon until you sign thier work agreement and put 50% down. That's the last time they will care about you or your project. Also they love to park in your neighbors driveway even after they are told repeatedly not to. I'm just besides myself, beside this crater in front of our building. Never again.
Edit: It's been a week and absolutely no one has reached out and tried to talk to us. It appears Vinny S below is offering the same lip service as the rest of the company with zero follow through.

After waiting weeks to make an appt to get someone to come by to give a quote for a tankless water heater, I didn't get the quote within 3 days as promised. After 1.5 weeks, I received a quote for the hardware but not the labor, and after several inquiries by text and phone, I heard nothing back. They ghosted me and I'm not sure why.
That said, Elvis is knowledgeable and friendly and I appreciated his explanations.

I wish I could rate them as no stars but they were friendly so I suppose they deserve one star. My husband installed an air gap incorrectly it seemed since it was leaking (basically lots of water under the sink). I called two other places but they were booked for the day and we were desperate. Southwest plumbing could come out that morning so I scheduled them! I suppose I should have known there was an issue since they weren't busy and the good places were booked up!! Anyhow, he gave me the bid of $500 and said what all needed to be fixed which sounded like a lot of things... sort of. 45 minutes later and replacement of one hose he was done. Tested it but there was still spraying water - undid everything and then said the faucet was broken and needed to be replaced but I'd need to pick out a faucet and call them for installation. So, they came to our house and we had leaking water under our kitchen sink and they left after I'd paid $500 with water still leaking under our sink... My husband found the problem as a hole in the supply line to our faucet. Replaced the supply line and leak fixed. Still can't possibly understand how fixing a leak for the air gap costs $500. I just finished talking to the plumbing manager about the cost and basically they aren't going to do anything. I also complained that they didn't even fix the problem - leaks under the sink!! I will never, ever hire (even if we are desperate again) Southwest Plumbing. They charge by project not hour which they claim will save you money - don't be fooled. If it saved you money they wouldn't do it. I think they are an unethical company which shouldn't be in business. How you could charge $500 for 45 minutes in good faith is deplorable.
