Dave made the process of getting my sewer line fixed stress free! He and his team worked extremely hard while in the rain and cold! Super responsive and quick to get the job done. Even with there being a few more problems found once we got to the break. Super thankful for Dave and his team. If you are looking to get some work done at your house I promise you won't regret hiring Dave and his team.

We called Green Planet to have our 40-gallon gas water heater replaced. The work they did looks good and I haven't experienced any issues, however I found their pricing to be $500-600 more than I would have expected for the job.
Based on asking friends/co-workers on their replacement costs most ran between $1000-1300 (for normal tank replacement). When we called Green Planet we were told over the phone it would be around $1000 which was inline with my expectations. However after the installer showed up the quote was $1500 for the tank/install. Plus he recommended replacing the small pressure tank on the top for around $200. So total price was $1700 and after tax just over $1800.
When we questioned the difference between his quote and the phone quote he said they were likely talking about just tank costs. Looking up the Rheem prog40s-38n rh62 model tank they installed it appears to cost around $600, so their labor install cost was about $900. This is in a 10-year old house with the tank in the garage, so there weren't any complications or modernizations that needed to happen, just a basic swap of the tanks and configuration.
So if I would summarize my experience. It would be they do quality work, but seem to charge much higher than average.

Quick and efficient service. Installed a new stove plug. Did a great job for reasonable price. Definitely recommend and would use again.

I was referred to Jerry to repipe my old galvanized pipes. He came and did a very thorough walk through specifying options and implications. He also recommended that we replace the water line to the street as the old line would clog up my new tankless water heater.
When Jerry was onsite to do the work, he was all business. He came promptly each day and ended up working well into the evening to keep to his schedule. We were living in the house so he had to reconnect the water each night before he left.
During the work, I made several changes to our original plan and Jerry was able to adapt and work with me. In all cases, he made recommendations to do it right (e.g., attaching the water line to solid structure.
It was important to me to have a plumber that's flexible and also thinks of how the space will finish out. Jerry minimized damage to finished surfaces (virtually none) and planned the runs so that it would save space in the basement.
I'm calling him back when we redo the bathroom.

I needed a plumber to fix a broken bathroom faucet drain so I reached out to 5 different local companies requesting an estimate. Jeff was the first person to respond (same day). He provided me with an estimate and information on his availability. I appreciated the timely response with details, vs. a lot of phone tag/back and forth which is what I was getting from other plumbers. I went with Jeff because it was clear he respected my time and he was thorough. Not only was his estimate fair, but he called me the morning of the job to confirm, and then again after the job was complete to provide me with all of the details. If you want timely professionalism at a reasonable price, look no further. STELLAR!

I've worked with Rob for years, back when he was with another sewer specialist, and just had him complete another job for a complete lining of my sewer in West Seattle. Not only did he come in about $7,000 under the competition, but he also makes sure he gets the job done right and within the timeframe and price quoted, even if it means he had to take a hit paying the subcontractor out of his own pocket. Rob is an honest, hard-working guy, and he and his team never disappoint! I highly recommend Pro Sewer Repair for your sewer line repair needs.

This is the family owned business you want to hire if you have plumbing needs or issues.
The awesome experience began with booking a time with his wife Klota. She set the tone with understanding my issue, having me send some pictures beforehand to ensure the service appointment would go smoothly, and sending a followup text confirming the time and date of the appointment.
Mark showed up on time, was friendly and respectful of keeping everything clean, and did a great job. A true professional.
I needed to get a plastic valve replaced for my water line going into my fridge. Not only did Mark take care of that, he noticed my pressure regulating valve was leaking, he happened to have the part on hand, and took care of that for me as well at no additional labor charge.
Their prices are fair, they don't price gouge you on parts, and you end up feeling great about your decision to hire Schuerman Plumbing.

Jay was prompt, courteous and fantastic. He unclogged my toilet without any additional sell on, and he was honest about his pricing. Highly recommended!

I've asked Bill to come over around 5 or 6 times and he also worked for a friend of mine. Always on time, figures out what needs to be done on existing construction (replacing a kitchen faucet today), works fast, keeps things clean, and never a need to call back. Never has needed to go fetch a part because his truck is completely stocked and organized. Very reasonable price (I pay before he leaves the house). It doesn't get any better.

Ben has done a lot of work on our house and always does an amazing job. We've had him replace a water heater, replace old plumbing in our house (for our remodel) and he also put in an extension to a pipe line so that we could move our washer and dryer from upstairs to downstairs. He always acts with high professionalism and is a general pleasure to have in your house when you need plumbing work done. He makes recommendations per code and is accurate in his estimates for his work. I would highly recommend him and his services. He also communicates well via email which we love. Thanks Ben for all the great work!

Our morning started off horribly with an embarrassing toilet fiasco. My husband called at 7am and MVPP was at our house by 10am. Tucker the tech was very nice and made light of the embarrassing mess. Everything took 15min and he was so professional. I was able to clean everything up before my son got home and no one was the wiser. Thank you MVPP I would recommend your service to anyone.

These guys were hired by our landlord to fix a leak in the front yard. The first crew was okay, and while one of the guys came to our door without a mask on at one point, he promptly put it on when I asked. However the next crew that came around, was led by a super loud, obnoxious white guy who smoked, yelled from his truck and wouldn't wear his mask. Toxic masculinity galore. I'm not kidding. Yuck and creeps. They sure worked hard and fixed the leak, but it sucked having them around when I was alone at home with my baby. Also, after taking out most of the front yard dirt and shrubs to get to the pipes, they put the plants back in all the wrong places (and very poorly), and they used SO many gallons of water to pack the dirt that we now have a totally unworkable clay-like soil. Seriously, it's like cement and it is collapsing in places where they didn't fill it up properly. Total crap job. Totally obnoxious dude.

Jon is top notch! He's trustworthy, quick to respond, schedule time and efficiently replace all plumbing in my old, but newly remodeled home. In addition to getting the work done, he provided great advice and suggestions. He's very knowledgable and his consultative nature helped us get the best quality products and service, for which we otherwise had not known. I was also highly impressed with his suggestion to replace the in-line, which was in dire need. He did a trenchless water line replacement and a repipe, super quick and effective without any holes dug in my yard. Jon is now my #1 go to guy for any and all future plumbing work. Clearly, I highly recommend him to anyone for any job.

This is the second time I've hired Vortex, as I was very happy with their services the first time.
Today-Thanksgiving Day with 6 guests staying through the weekend-downstairs toilet clogged and a plunger wasn't working. Turned off the water to the toilet. Someone decided to shower upstairs, which flooded the bathroom toilet. I called Vortex. He came out in 2 hours and quickly found the problem (roots blocking drainage from the septic pipe into the tank). It took him 45 minutes. He has all the best tools, i.e. cameras, etc. and quickly fixed the problem. It was $600 with tax, which is pricey in general, but it is Thanksgiving.
2-3 years ago we had a problem with the kitchen sink clogging. Another plumber snaked it but it clogged a few days later; he told me to find someone with a camera and jet cleaner. This is when I first found Vortex. Again, with all his equipment, he located a nasty, solidified mass in the pipe that looked like concrete, and replaced that section of pipe.
I will always call Vortex for my plumbing emergencies. Thanks Deep!

Erik and helpers have helped us keep this old house running lately and we so appreciate his hard work, even in the wretched heat! Always on time or early, charges always according to his estimates.

Sam was fantastic and I highly recommend him! He replied quickly to my request for a garbage disposal inspection, and ultimately a replacement. He came same day and arrived when he said he would. The price was what he quoted for the work and he offered suggestions to prolong the life of my new disposal. Sam was very friendly and worked quickly!

Was able to get a reply from an employee over the Yelp app late at night & have someone come out the very next day to unclog our pipe under the sink! They came on time within the time frame they gave me & called me when they were in route to our place. Thankfully it was in our budget to have the pipe snaked. Now I know that the disposal is just in case something goes down the drain... not to flush piles of celery juice down Lesson learned! Will be using Mr. Rooster again when we're ready to have a leak in our bathroom fixed!

WOW WOW WOW! What can I say about this company. Tim was absolutely fantastic! The best thing I can do is describe our experience. We called tech city about a faucet that wasn't working. They booked us less that two days later for an appointment at our convenience. Tim and his partner showed up right on time and were incredibly polite and professional. Tim listened to our problem and found the solution within 60 seconds! Not only did he find the problem, but he fixed it right away! Such an amazing company and will 1000% be using them exclusively in the future!

A big shout out to Kirk and Benjamin with South West Plumbing! True professionals. Upon arrival on-site, Kirk set expectations as to the process they were going to follow and how they were going to engage us. They diagnosed that our hot water heater expansion tank and release valve had failed. Upon finishing, they provided well thought out alternatives to either repair or replace. The explanations were clear and unbiased. We decided to replace and scheduled the installation two days later. On install day they were on time, had all the necessary materials, decommissioned the old tank and installed the new one. No issues, which I believe is based on their training, expertise and preparation. An outstanding experience from start to finish from our perspective.
