We had a clogged toilet in our upstairs bathroom.  We tried the snake thing and plunger but neither worked.  We called Blake Plumbing and spoke with Aaron to schedule the appointment.  He was very responsive, and said Brian would be doing the repair.  Brian showed up on time and fixed/unclogged our toilet.  He took 1 hour to complete the job and the price was reasonable.  So glad that we found a responsive, reliable, and reasonably priced plumber.  If we have future plumbing needs, we'll definitely call them again.

I can't stress how fortunate and glad I was to be able to find Aaron and Brian to replace my hot water tank amidst the holiday. Thank you Blake plumbing, Aaron and Brian.

Our tank broke at the most unfortunate timing - winter temps, holiday season, everyone was closed. I looked for days, no one knew how to replace our tank due to its uniqueness (the tank flowed hot water to the circulator fan to serve as a space heater to our home). I decided to reach out to my community and that's how I got referred to Aaron from Blake plumbing.

They were very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable about the tank. To top that off, they have an upgraded tank in stock! They were able to squeeze me the next day (THANK YOU!!) due to the urgency of my issue - no hot water for days. Brian and Aaron arrived and did the prep work-removed the old plumbing and tank, briefed me about the whole system, and how the new hot tank operates. I'm very very fortunate that they were able to not only upgrade the tank, but also upgrade the plumbing around it. Now I'm enjoying hot water again.

Again my sincere thanks to Aaron and Brian, for being able to accommodate me during the holiday. I highly recommend them, in fact I even hired them again to service a different plumbing need. If you have any commercial or residential plumbing needs, I'd definitely recommend them.

Very pleased with how professional they were with repairing a leaky pipe in a difficult to reach place in my house.  Invoice was more than fair, and broke down costs involved with investigation versus cost to fix, which was helpful for dealing with insurance.  Would recommend them without hesitation.

We had a clogged shower drain.  Tried using the baking soda and vinegar solution and then went and get a handheld drain auger with no success the previous evening.  Called this morning to see if there were any openings in the next couple of days.  I was able to get an appointment the same day and Brian even arrived early, had our drain cleared quickly to the cheering and applause of myself and my teens.   I think the price seemed very reasonable.  I will call them again if needed and will recommend them to family.

The owner Aaron was incredibly responsive to my feedback. He provided a lot of helpful information and insisted on providing a refund. Aaron's professionalism and customer service is excellent, and the main reason I would use Blake again.

I would also like to add that Aaron did do all that he could to come out to our house during terrible weather when others couldn't.

I've used Blake Plumbing several times for different properties over the last 5 years and always been happy with the service. Helped in both emergency situations and larger projects. Provided options so I could decide how I wanted to handle fixes and never had any issues with the fixes.

If you are looking for a plumber, I cannot recommend Blake Plumbing in Renton enough.  Aaron, the owner, provided customer service that went above and beyond.

A plumber came within 3 hours of my call, followed protective anti-COVID protocols and took care of my problem quickly.  I was impressed.  I could see why friends recommended the company.

I recently called lots of plumbers to ask some questions about installing a hot water tank and was unable to reach anyone until I called Black Plumbing and Blake answered the phone.  I could not have called a better person.  Blake was super helpful.  He answered all of my questions and actually gave me the history and what and why for for each of my questions.  Blake is super knowledgeable, and such a nice guy.  He spent a lot of time with me and seemed genuinely happy to do so.  He even told me to call him back if I have any questions and that he loves to talk about plumbing.

I know I will certainly use Blake whenever I need a good plumber.

I used Blake Plumbing very recently to have my kitchen sink and faucet removed and discarded prior to the installation of granite countertops. After the install, they came back out and installed my new faucet.

I'm pleased with the service I received throughout the entire process. I needed work done at the last minute possible, so I called around to several plumbing companies and Blake Plumbing was the first company to call me back.

Janelle was very accommodating to my schedule and the plumber, Brian, was super friendly and explained to me what he was doing. Really a great company, and I'm glad to give them my business.

I got aggressively tailgated by one of the drivers. He flipped me off when it was my turn to merge and was so close to my car that I could basically see his nose hair. This is not ok and a bad rep of the company. I will no longer be using this service.

I had a plumbing issue over the weekend because my kitchen sink wouldn't drain.  I reached out to multiple companies through yelp, but I am glad I decided to also call this company when they opened on Monday morning.  Even though they were very booked, they squeezed me in the same day.  They showed up in the window they told me, snaked our drain, tested and made sure everything worked, and even talked to me about how to install an AAV and were out of here in a little over 30 minutes.

I truly think they did a great job and would recommend them to all.

Emailed Aaron on a thursday for a backed up toilet.  No hurry as i have 2 other bathrooms so he scheduled Brian for Monday afternoon.  Brian came within the time frame and took  minutes to clear.  Easy fix and very nice. Would highly recommend and will call again when i need plumbing service.

Didn't use them, but they recommended a tool for our toilet before we used them and the tool worked so saved us $100 bucks!!! Very thankful and the guy I spoke to was knowledgeable and very nice!

Aaron saved the day when he talked me through troubleshooting a frozen water pipe - for free, no less.  Thank you, Aaron, I see why you have all 5-star reviews.

Consistent five stars between service both at my work and at home.  

Just had them out again and it's all my spouse's fault.   Spouse likes to do things like buy a cool new shower head at Costco and then just leave it in the box for four months.   And then the dang shower p-trap was clogged again so spouse tried to use the magic coat-hanger they left us last time.   Clearly there is technique to these things because spouse got the coat hanger STUCK.   So after taking a shower with a sturdy bucket upside down over the metal sticking out of the drain (I don't want to win the Darwin Awards, thank you), I called Blake Plumbing again.

Janelle was awesome as usual.  Brian was our plumbing expert today and he was great.   He had that wire out of there so fast...knew exactly what was going on and how to deal with it.   Boop...just like that.   Done.  He gets bonus points for not laughing at us, although we wouldn't have minded.  :-)   The new shower head is awesome and is far more useful installed rather than sitting in the garage in a box.   Brian also noticed there was some calking around the faucet missing so he took care of that too.

At our request Brian also spent about 30 minutes with us investigating a non-functioning spigot in our horse pasture.   Ultimately he didn't solve that little mystery (we didn't really expect him to) but we learned a ton just by talking to him and seeing his process.  

Total bill $191.63 including tax.    Part of me was hoping Brian would say, Nope, sorry.  No way to get that coat hanger out.  You'll have to remove the tub so you might as well remodel the bathroom but alas, no such luck.   Dang, it would have been fun to tell stories about my spouse's $10,000 coat hanger.  :-)

Very professional and friendly. Brian not only did is job pitch perfect but also helped us with a few other things. He attached a new faucet in my kitchen which turned out to be faulty. He not only suggested the part we need but once we got the part and called him he came immediately and did not charge for it. I will surely call Brian for all my plumbing work . Very important and cannot miss it . Their pricing was very reasonable as compared to other companies.

Used Blake's plumbing to fix my bathroom sink's leak and my outdoor faucet and was very happy with the results. Great customer service. I would definitely recommend them.

I was driving today and a driver driving the Blake plumbing truck was aggressively driving, instead of slowing and taking turns merging he purposely drove up while I let the truck in front of him in and almost sideswiped me forcing himself against my car forcing me to slam my brakes and hit the curb almost hit me. I would never hire this company who has dangerous angry aggressive people working for them.

We received quotes from two Angie's List providers who came on site and whose quotes seemed really high. Neither one offered an alternative plan. When we called Blake Plumbing, Aaron suggested a better way to achieve our goals, gave us a quote over the phone, and when we were ready, John came over as promised to do the work. No nonsense, just did the work beautifully and stayed within the quoted amount. I have always had good experience with Blake Plumbing and recommend them highly.

Great service! Brian came out on a Saturday morning and took care of my clogged drain quickly and efficiently!

I really feel for plumbers...when you need them you need them right now and when they agree to do the job all we do is complain about how expensive it is! We were very satisfied with the prompt and professional service we received. We had a leaking expansion tank on our hot water heater, they were able to come out the next business day, and replaced it quickly.  Even better, the billing was appropriate and fair!  They didn't mark up the cost of the part, like many vendors do.  We were very happy with Blake Plumbing and would definitely use them again in the future.

We were really impressed with Blake Plumbing.  They came and fixed a whole hodge podge of plumbing issues in our 50 year old house and were friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced.  

At the last minute we thought we had to cancel our appointment because of a sick child who needed to go into the doctor, but Blake Plumbing was able to come to our house an hour early.  So we got our plumbing problems solved and our child to the doctor.  We really appreciate their flexibility and great customer service!

Blake Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend.  Aaron contacted me promptly, asked questions to understand the problem, gave me a quote, and then resolved the problem shortly after arrival for less than he quoted.  He explained exactly what he was doing as it was happening because I was interested, how our plumbing was configured, why his proposed solution was the best option.  Awesome.

As a lone female condo owner, not always understanding even some of the basics, Aaron not only explained everything thoroughly but also treated me with respect and courtesy.  When Brian showed up to do the work, he was quick, efficient, courteous and helpful.  He went out of his way to help me understand where and how things worked.  This company deserves your trust and your business.

The short review: this firm was clean, efficient, reasonable rates, and did the job exactly as requested.

Longer review: this firm was on our neighborhood's referral list and we decided to call them, as other homeowner's liked Blake Plumbing's work.  

From start to finish these guys were completely up front and honest and kept to the phone quoted price.  Too many times I'd had a contractor give me a low bid only to have them add-on a bunch of costs when they started doing the work.  

These guys were available to do the work the same week I called them and showed up on time.  

Bottom line: if I'd have any other plumbing jobs for someone to do, I'd definately call them first.  They weren't cheap, but I got my money's worth and have confidence in the job they did.

I first used Blake for a remodel of my bathroom. I was having my tub removed and a claw foot tub installed. I had plumbing issues in this room before. They gave me a bid for moving the plumbing to another wall and to keep in same wall. The difference was practically pennies. They also moved my incoming gas line from under the cement floor to into my mud room, re-piped the water heater and ran a line in my attic to over the kitchen as I was planning to have the kitchen changed from electric to gas stove.
I could not be happier with every one of these jobs. They were on time, reasonable and I believe that this company is owned by a non profit shelter.
I then moved out of state and I can call them anytime my tenants have issues or concerns and they make sure I get all the informantion on the job a quote and receipt sent to me and not bother my tenant with any of the details. I just love these folks.

Arguably one of the most honest and forthright plumbers I've ever dealt with. I had a bid from another big name plumbing outfit that was astronomical. Aaron from Blake Plumbing came out, gave me a much more reasonable bid and spent a good half hour explaining how we could probably do it ourselves. After considering we'd probably make it worse, we called Aaron back. He was out today, fixed the problem, was exceptionally informative and the price was extremely reasonable. Aaron came to my house twice. Diagnosed  a broken sewer pipe and recommended a company that would fix it. Then came back to diagnose another problem. Didn't charge for either visit. Great customer service!!!

We had a routine bathroom clog that was too deep to get with our home snake. This company was highly referred and they performed every bit as well as was described.

Janelle was extremely efficient in finding out exactly what was going on. She promised Aaron would call within a day. Aaron called less than 24 hours later. Brian was out within 6 hours. He was prompt, courteous, attentive to be sure he had left us with a completely cleared drain that wasn't leaking anywhere in the basement pipes (we live in an older home and that could have been possible due to pipe age).

Their fee for service was more than fair.

For all the bad raps you may hear about plumbers; this company is terrific!

I want to recommended Blake plumbing to anyone with a plumbing problem. I called and spoke with (Jenelle) and she was the friendliest most personable individual. She scheduled an appointment for me and called with a reminder. She was so pleasant and friendly. Brian was the plumber who came out to fix my shower drainage problem. He was professional, on time, and efficient. My shower is draining like a champ now! I highly recommend this company and plan on using them again for future plumbing needs.

Brian was just here. Amazing! He quickly found the origins of several separate, unrelated, issues. While he was working to make the repairs, he answered my millions of questions. The cost was so much less than I had feared. When I first called, I spoke with Janelle who was knowledgeable and professional. Blake Plumbing is a total class act!! So happy I now have a plumber!!

Looking for reliability and trustworthiness? Aaron installed the plumbing in the bathroom remodel of my home in 2006. Since then I have referred him to several of my clients and they have all given me positive feedback. He has stayed on my directory of referrals ever since. This year, Brian did the plumbing work for our kitchen remodel. Same top notch service! What more can you say.

I called on Monday morning and got a same day appointment for a leaking kitchen faucet.  Janelle was polite and professional as she booked my appointment.  Aaron called before arriving (as I'd requested), removed his shoes before entering my home, was extremely polite, efficient, and professional.  He even checked out a couple of other concerns around the home and gave me his professional advice on a number of different areas.

I am very impressed with Blake Plumbing. I think their rates are reasonable and service is excellent. We have used them several times and wouldn't use anyone else. I have also noticed their plumbers have really smart solutions that one would typically not think of. For example, when the water stopped running to one of our rentals, they figured out they could clean the pipes by back flowing the system instead of digging up the line. This saved us a few thousand dollars!!

I used Blake Plumbing on an emergency repair. They came out quickly and made the repair that evening. Great service, reliable, honest and clear diagnosis.  Scheduled them to return for some routine work I need done. I highly recommend.
