My water bill was excessive for Wintertime. The meter kept moving at a allow rate even with no household use. The response time for service was very prompt. Procedures were explained before the work started. Even though the leak was small, the technician found it. He was respectful of the property.

Matt came out when nobody else would. He was not only professional and friendly, he was knowledgable and honest.  He was very reasonable and worked very hard, manually digging up and repairing our broken water main.  If you need someone fast and trustworthy, he is the only call you need to make.

We had an issue with water in our yard and we found Matt through a family connection and he was at our house within hours that day and identified where the leak was and dug and dug until it was resolved. He came back the next day, even though he didn't have to, to make sure there was no residual leak and even helped fill the hole (we said we could do it). His willingness to go over and above was such a relief and we felt confident in his ability. Great person to work with!

When the piping from our well to the house starting leaking into into the garage from underground I was referred to Leak Finders West by a local plumber.  Matt came out the same day and identified the location of the leak.  Based on the source being under the concrete pad, Matt recommended a replacement line be put in for our 70 year old iron pipes.  Four days later Matt and his team ran 100 feet of new piping in just a few hours, with water shutoff for only 1 hour.  Matt was courteous and professional and charged an extremely fair price.  He beat other estimates by a wide margin.  I'm extremely satisfied with Leak Finders West and they will absolutely be the first people I call if I ever encounter this issue again.

We are a satisfied repeat customer!  Today, Matt came out to locate a water leak that the City of Bremerton water department notified us about while we were on vacation.  It was a very bad leak so we had the city turn off the water and when we got back into town, we called Matt at Leak Finders to help us locate the leak.  The conditions for finding the leak were as bad as they could possibly be: the ground was damp, there was thick layers of leaves, pine needles and big branches that fell during a severe windstorm a few days prior.  Plus, this is on a 3/4 acre property with the water lines traveling from the street up a easement path to our house (about 1000 feet).  We were initially thinking that there was no way Matt could find the leak under such circumstances, but he did!!  He methodically troubleshooted the problem through a series of steps including pressurizing the line and trusting his instincts as to where the leak was - he was right. We didn't know it, but the city water came up the easement path and  veered to the right side of a secondary building. He was right!  We highly recommend Matt and Leak Finders West.  If they can find the leak on our property, they can find it on yours!  I want to add that Leak Finders found a leak in 2017 on another property of mine which also had a really long water line.  Coincidentally, the plumbing guy we used to replace the water lines on the other property (Jeff at Eagle Plumbing)  told me to call Leak Finders West for this job (which I was going to do anyways) - saying they were really great!

We identified a leak existed in my water line between the street header and the house.  The Kitsap Public Utility District recommended Leak Finders West.  I called them and was dubious at first because no up-front information was given on the method they use to find the leak.  Talking with the tech who found the leak, I learned that they introduce air into the water line via a hose bib on the house and listen with sensitive equipment for air leak noise beneath the ground. I works and localizes within 2-4 feet.  At $325 for the job, which included transportation to/from our place, this seemed pretty reasonable to me. I would hire them again.

Great service, no nonsense. Glenn is very honest and upfront about the costs and typical lead times. Quoted the price upfront, explained the process and kept his word. Use Leak Finders with confidence, highly recommended.

After getting hammered with some water company high water bills, I hired Leak Finders West to help me find and fix my water leak problem(s).  Matt, the company owner, came out on my service call.  Matt is the text book example of polite, personable, can-do, friendly professional. He found our leaks and was able to fix them for us.  (Yes, he found two leaks, ....it was just crazy to have him show you the leaks with the assistance of low pressure air while at the same time it being a very impressive trouble shooting demonstration!)  He was efficient, effective and very friendly.  After the past few years of COVID where no-one was nice, no-one smiled, Matt was a delight to work with.  His prices are fair and he is a hard worker.    The bottom line from my experience with Leak Finders West: a knowledgeable can-do professional with a smile that got the job done fast and for a fair price. I highly recommend.

I can't say how great it is to find a person like Glenn in the world.  He is honest, fair and spot on with leak detection.  He literally was a day early and found it within a couple hours and it was the right spot.  The previous leak finder I hired charged me $1700 and told me an incorrect spot which costed me a lot more money to have someone dig and not find a leak. They wanted to just keep digging around for it. They were nowhere close to the leak.
Glenn's detection was spot on. You can trust them because if he can't find it, he won't charge you.  Great guy.  It's refreshing to know there are people like him still around.

I'd say that their ability to find leaks is good but their pricing is not.

Their communication is good but the one phone number I have for Glen does not have a mail box set up so leaving a voice mail is not possible.  He called me at 8:00 am to ask if it was raining.  He said that the sound equipment is very sensitive and using it in the rain would not work too well.  I told them it was more of a mist than rain.  They arrived a little after 9:15 am.  It did not rain the rest of the day.

It took Glen and Vince about 45 minutes to find the leak.  Good job.  They packed up and left by 10:00 am.  He would send the bill to the Plumbers that had sent him to my place and that was okay with me.  I didn't ask what the price was, thinking that it would be a sensible amount.  They seemed to be very likeable and sensible individuals.  My mistake.

For the whole job which took less than an hour, the bill was $521.50.  I'm unsure how that figure was arrived at.  I have yet to receive an invoice.  I'm not at all pleased with the bill but I will pay it, what choice do I have.  I do know that I will not recommend them to anyone and certainly will not ask for their help in the future.

Called Glenn on a Sunday morning of a 3-day weekend when we found our water line had broken in our front yard. He was here in about 30 minutes, and dug like a 20 year old and had the line repaired and everything covered back up within a couple of hours. Best response time ever!! Would highly recommend!!!

I wish I could comment on his ability (I am sure that people who've used him are satisfied), I can only comment on his lack of contact while waiting to get a potential leak looked at.

Glenn was scheduled to come by on a Tuesday, and told my landlord someone needed to be here, so I work from home. Half an hour after the appointment time I haven't heard from him or my landlord about him showing up, so I call. He got called out to Puyallup for something, or whatever.

Instead of calling me to let me know he was going to be late, he does nothing, and I have to call him to ask. Lame!

I reschedule him on the phone to come out on Friday. I work from home on Friday so, I figure, he can come when ever his heart pleases him to come. I don't expect much, but I figure, how could his customer service get any worse.

Friday rolls around, I'm working away and it gets on to about 11:30 am, and I haven't heard from Glenn, and I haven't heard from my landlord. I figure he's off on some adventure and can't be bothered to let a customer know what's up. So I decide to call and find out his ETA.

Upon talking with Glenn, he isn't planning on coming out to my house because its raining. There is potentially a leak under the house, pouring water into the foundation, or rotting out the walls, but oh its hard to find those in the rain. Not impressed. Double Lame!

I'll give Glenn credit that he is probably good with finding leaks and fixing stuff. And maybe the rain genuinely makes it hard to find. I don't know, this isn't my thing. But I do know that you keep your customers informed. You let the people who are counting on you know what is going on. This business fails at that. Glenn fails at keeping customers informed, and for that I give this one star.

Glen is an excellent plumber.   He just came out to our shop here at Jiffy lube in south Port Orchard. He is a great guy, pleasure to work with, great integrity,  and very handy.

He is a great example of why it's a good idea to use local small businesses. If there is anyway I can use his services or advice in the future, I will. -Connor 3608764286

Glenn is impatient and charged his minimum two hours but only stayed for about 45 minutes or less. I sent out the check as instructed and it still hasn't been cashed almost 3 weeks later. I'm not impressed by his customer service and that I paid $250 to have him circle the meter that I knew was already leaking. My utility company told me to call them because of a high water bill. Too bad he didn't wait for me to get home before he left! Especially since I already had to pay for the time.

Got Glen's number from a friend and was told he's pretty busy. Called him on Wednesday and he said he was able to come out Friday afternoon, but it might be late and he would keep me posted. Got a call Thursday afternoon asking if he could come out in about an hour. Did take him very long to find the leak. Worth the money having him come out.

Was given his number, called and he came out relatively quickly.  Found our leak with his hearing device also quickly.  We had to replace entire water line to the meter, because previous owner used substandard piping. Glen gave us a reasonable quote and I had my yard helpers help with the project to get it done sooner.  Glen used quality parts and all went well.   Highly recommend Glen.  He will be coming back to replace a yard hydrant soon...not associated with other project.  His prices seem very reasonable and he seems quite knowledgeable.  Repeat customer.

I called leak finders thinking I needed a locator service, but they asked me a bunch of questions about the property and my utilities and were able to explain that my water line would be in the same trench as my electric, which I already had marked. Very knowledgeable and saved me $$ and time!

I called this business mistakenly, thinking it was the number of a plumber who could replace a toilet, and he gave me referrals to local businesses that could help us out. Very helpful, and gracious about my calling at almost 9pm on a Friday!
