I could not be more pleased with Gary from Go Long Plumbing.  He was very efficient, patient with my 3 year old's questions, and very knowledgeable.  I had four plumbing issues and he fixed all of them in a short amount of time and his charges were unbelievably low.  This company will definitely be my go-to for any plumbing needs in the future!

Wow - just WOW!  When you see the five star reviews, you should believe them.  I threw out a bid to get a tankless installed and some gas piping done.  The reality is - NOBODY wants to run new gas piping in a crawl space...no one.  It's a sucky job and I was getting ridiculous quotes.  What I appreciate about Steve was that I expressed I was in a time crunch - he had an opening and came same day - he evaluated my space and gave me some SPOT ON recommendations that PSE said they were impressed that even knew this information.

He was able to work his schedule to fit into the timing of my job (it's a full remodel and I am managing a lot of different people!)  He answered my NUMEROUS phone calls asking him millions of questions to make the other workers happy (the furnace guy, the roofer, you name it...)

There was one last piece that needed to happen before the fireplace install happened and Steve and Tom again rearranged their schedule to fit me in.  Tom even called around to find me some bids for an additional small job that I needed done.

What I love about Washington Water Heaters - reasonable pricing for excellent work - they respected my home (even though it is a total construction site with no heat right now!!) - they came when they said they would and they made sure all pieces of the job were complete.  

At the end of the job, it started down pouring and there was a leak in the new roof that was being put down - Tom was already on the roof so him and Steve got a tarp and put it up there to help me out!  Does anyone work like this anymore?  Washington Water Heaters and crew do - couldn't recommend highly enough!!!  

As a real estate agent, I encounter a lot of people and I am overly impressed with their work, work ethic and their respect for a job well done.  Thanks for being old school, taking pride in your work, doing what is right for the customer (even for the crappy parts of the job!)

Owner operator. Gave me a quote before coming which was accurate upon arrival. Hire this guy. Reliable, nice, responsive and fast. He started his business 3 months ago with his wife. Wishing them the best.

Would NOT hire again. Pulled the gate off my fence and then did not send the paperwork to the county. My house is now not closing on time, I hope my buyers don't back out.

I get to go spend MY day at the county tomorrow begging for a rush order.

Great experience. From when I called to set up the appointment to the actual service- everyone was extremely pleasant, professional and efficient.
Navid was great! Very nice and professional. He assessed the situation then gave me an estimate before starting any work which I appreciated. He was conscious of our space by wearing shoe covers and setting down a mat before he started working. He communicated clearly and worked efficiently. I really enjoyed the whole experience and will definitely hire them again.

Set up an appointment for the following day. We little hot water and a house full. Fred Haggert was the technician that came to help. He was so nice and explained everything clearly. My husband had actually turned the temperature down....... Fred showed my husband how to do it correctly, very nicely.
He would not charge for the call. They have a customer for life! Nothing better than knowledgeable folks with awesome customer service.

Travis, the owner, responded quickly, came by the next day. He was super easy to talk to, explained the issue and what he recommended. He fixed it the same day and let us know how to prevent it in the future. I'll definitely be calling him again for any issues we have in the future. Great guy & great prices. Highly recommend working with him!

These guys were great. They are a 2 person team and have great communication with their clients. They replaced our corroding pressure release valve and it did leak a tiny bit but they came out to address the problem on their convenience. Hard working guys that are extremely knowledgeable.

Had a job interview with Owen the owner was offered a job He wanted me to start right away. I told him I had to put in my two week notice. I told him I would see if I could start any sooner. I've told my boss about my two week notice to start working for Owen however, right after I told my boss oh and then tells me he hired someone else because they were willing to not put in their two week notice. So now Owen has made me look like a complete ass. So tells you a lot about his characteristics as a person. He has probably cost me my job now he has told me if anything changes he would let me know however, I would not want to work for someone like this. So if you're asking yourself, should you hire Safe And Sound Plumbing? The obvious answer is no because of their characteristics. He is obviously untrustworthy.  do you want? Someone untrustworthy working  in your home or on your property?

Called Tom late in the evening when I returned home to discover that one of my old galvanized drain pipes had failed.  He couldn't come out that night, but said he'd be out the next morning.  Chris showed up at 8am, described the work he was going to have to do, and did it in about 30-35 minutes.  Showed respect for my home, cleaned up after himself, and was out the door in 45 minutes.  No fuss, no upselling on a repipe due to the galvanized pipes, and overall just a very positive, professional experience.  I will use Affordable Plumbing again...just not soon, hopefully.

Brent is knowledgeable, skilled, efficient, and easy to work with.   Brent and Collier Plumbing have great communication and follow-up.  They are reliable.  I highly recommend this family business.   I have worked with them a couple of times on different projects at my home.

I just called these folks this morning and my leak was fixed before 2 pm as I write this review.  Rigo is a master craftsman and the owner of this family owned business.  He is fast, curious, and very in tune with the needs of the homeowner and insurance compliant receipts.  The repair was top quality and I am sure that the pipe joints he set will last far longer that the rest of the pipes.

For emergency work, 24-7 call In and Out.  You will be happy with the work and even happier with the price.

I had Kaizen plumbing out to install my bathtub, install the drain and install the water lines.

Dave came to do the work and he was a really nice guy and good at what he does. He didn't leave until it was right. I appreciate their attention to detail, fair pricing and quick turnaround for doing our work. I would definitely recommend d Kaizen plumbing and will use them again.

I live in a neighborhood of 10 townhomes that are equipped with rainwater cisterns for toilet and laundry water. The rainwater is not potable and so our city required backflow assemblies be installed to prevent the rainwater from getting into the city's water supply. These assemblies are installed inside each of our homes and our city requires they be tested annually.

Last year (2015) I volunteered to coordinate the tests for each of the homes in our neighborhood. We received quotes from a few backflow testers and chose Backflows Northwest. I worked with their dispatcher Steven van Doorn to arrange for a tester to test all of our homes in a single morning. Because the tests were all scheduled together, the company offered us a group discount. We made all our arrangements mostly via e-mail. In every communication, Steven was prompt and thorough in his responses. The tester, Chris Martin, arrived on time and was quite pleasant. He completed the tests in less time than expected, which resulted in an earlier arrival at several homes. Chris, however, was quite flexible in rearranging his schedule to accommodate each family's needs for arrival time. All the assemblies in our neighborhood passed their tests. The day after completing the tests, Steven submitted the results to the city and also to our neighborhood. Backflows Northwest sent a bill to each of my neighbors via post. The company offers an online payment option on their web site which was quite convenient.

Since my neighbors and I were sufficiently pleased with Backflows Northwest, we hired them again this year (2016). Because of an error in our city's notification system, we had a pressing deadline to complete our tests. Backflows Northwest was able to accommodate our schedule. This year, I again worked with dispatcher Steven van Doorn via e-mail. Because we'd worked out many details last year, arranging the schedule this year went even more smoothly. The tester, Jeremy Simkins, was also pleasant to work with. Based on last year's schedule, we allotted less time for each test. Jeremy completed all the tests like clockwork right on schedule. All the assemblies in our neighborhood passed their tests again. A few days later, Steven submitted the results to our city and neighborhood. Again, he sent a bill to each of my neighbors via post.

My neighbors and I have had a pleasant and efficient experience both years with Backflows Northwest and definitely plan to hire them again next year.

I decided I could change some outlets by myself. I wanted a prettier look. Turned out it was not a task for me.
Dean changed 3 outlets in my bedroom plus the light switch. I appreciate his help! He came over while the street still had some ice.

I am very thankful. In my opinion, he is a bit pricey. . Therefore, I found someone else to change the rest of the outlets/light switches in my apartment for less $.

If you're looking for quality, professional work at a good price, you found it with Premier Plumbing. We just moved and had an issue with our hot water fluctuating at our new house. Called around to get estimates from 4 diff places since we're new to the area. Premier gave us the best estimate, took the time to talk me through the issue, then sent me a quote and scheduled me for the repair. Bob and Travis came out on time and did a phenomenal job. While they were here, they also saw a minor thing that needed to be fix (something was piped weird by a previous person) and went ahead and just fixed it, no additional cost. Said that they just couldn't just leave it like that. They made sure the hot water was working, then took the time to show me what they did and how I can adjust the heat in the future. Very friendly and thorough people. Told me if I had any issues to call back and they'll come back to see what the issue is. If you're shopping around, call these guys for sure and I'll bet they'll be the best you'll find around town. I wish I could have Premier fix everything at our new place but hands down, if you need plumbing or anything work related to water, they are your people!

Had 3 booster pumps leak and fail within 2 years. Got the new booster pump however the outlets were not compatible. Tried to reinstall the old pump in the meantime but the leak became much worse leaving my home without any water due to not having a working pump.

Christian came by Friday night mind you, immediately dropped what he was doing to help us out of our jam. Pump is working great now and we have water!

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with.
Not just plumbing, any company, anywhere, TERRIBLE.
My warrantied hot water heater went out and they charged me $1400 to INSTALL a new one, not buy a tank, just INSTALL it.  The tank was covered under warranty, but the labor to replace it was $1400.  Absolute extortion on the warranty program.
Highly suggest using another plumbing company unless you enjoy being taken advantage of.
NIGHTMARE experience.
