The product is cool, I like how easy to clean and simple it is. I have never had such a horrific service experience though. The guy stood in the doorway while I went in the bathroom to get something, and when I tried to leave he touched me while saying you're sexy. I don't really need to say more than that, do I? He also left nails on the floor and debris on every surface of the bathroom.
UPDATE: I have never been contacted by anyone from this company. I am taken aback thought altogether not surprised by the gaslighting in Shelley's response. Good on you for upholding rape culture and standing with the oppressive majority, I guess.

My story starts with Roto Rooter. Upon discovery that my sewer clean out was backing up, I called Roto Rooter. He was here less than an hour, could only get 20 feet, handed me a stack of estimates if I want further work done and charged me $569.00 (don't call them). I began the process of getting bids for a spot repair. Gene Johnson pluming bought my request from A+ Sewer Technologies and scheduled a time. Once here (remember, I was only looking for estimates), the tech Phil SWORE he could clear the line, was ADAMENT that he could clear the line, 97% sure he could clear the line. He got as far as Roto Rooter and succeeded in breaking off the bit at the end of the snake...so now that's in the line to, charging me $300.00. He felt bad, so he came out the next day to mark the line and discovered another potential problem at the clean out five feet from the sidewalk. He thought maybe I was on septic and called the city....really. He sent me an open ended bid for 5 foot spot repair $2300.00 escalating if any further issues were found. I then got two more bids from NW Sewer and Drain Pro Pluming. I went with Drain Pro Pluming for a 3ft repair and line flush $1800.00.
Turns out the Cotton Wood tree I removed in September (I have only lived here 3 months) five feet from the line had completely destroyed 30 feet of sewer line. The additional bid for 30 foot replacement was $5700.00. Now, just from the 3 foot explore, they knew three things...there were roots, there were utilities and there were rocks. Next day, they rented a backhoe (I was surprised they didn't have one) and started digging. They got five feet from the sidewalk and encountered roots 9 inches thick which required a chain saw to remove (also rented). They then hired a truck to suck dirt out on the other side of the utility lines (supposedly $700.00-never did see the invoice). Hook up completed after two days of tough work( unbeknownst to me, with the exception of the inspection, they were done working). Now they want more money because it was such a tough job, oh and it was raining one day which made them miserable while they were working. Raman said no one would have taken this job, I was lucky to have him and it's going to cost me more, I hate North Bend, I'm never coming back here. I guess escalating costs are not unusual in this trade, but it was a shock to me, so buyers beware. Additional $2880.00 incl. tax with no prior notification until the hook up was completed and they were essentially done with me. Communication was shockingly poor. Price escalation was never discussed with me or I would have chosen differently.
Drain Pro has left a 60 yr old Grandmother with no money and a 30X3X5 foot trench to fill in because Drain Pro Plumbing (I'm guessing) does not have a backhoe, and I received no price cut for this, also stuck me with site cleanup (mountain of plastic sheathing, containers of sewage, sheets of plywood and broken apparatus, I wish I could post pictures-you'd be shocked). Total cost $11,000 (for 3 days work and job not completed), and LOTS of drama. (Yes, $2840.00 over their promise). Just got my shovel and wheelbarrow today, wish me luck!

The whole process, from requesting a quote to installation was a breeze. I needed my water heater replaced and the technician arrived promptly on time and completed the installation without any issues. I am very happy with the work and would not hesitate to call them again for any future

I worked with Paul. Assume it is the same company but I do not think they are based out of seattle.
Paul and his crew were great.
Reasonable quote, they fit me on the schedule in a reasonable amount of time, job was done as they described, faster than they predicted, cleaned up afterwards, and no surprise costs at the end.
Best, yet, I write this review a year after the work and my basement has been dry through the winter.

I originally met Steve when he scoped the sewer line in the house we were planning to buy. He mentioned he'd been to the house several times in the past.
We are now the proud owners of that home and when we had a drain back-up during the pineapple express Steve was the first person we called. He showed up the next day. The ceilings were already open to replace old plumbing and he immediately noticed the drain from the upstairs bath that had caused the previous owners years of trouble. Steve's advice, Get it out now while the ceilings are open.
Serendipity, I say. Ceilings were being closed up the next day. If Steve hadn't come when he did we'd be living with a brand new bath and a slow, troublesome drain.

Needed a backflow test required by the city. Called for an appointment and spoke with Vera who was super friendly and Ben showed up the next day. He went the extra mile and fixed a couple little things he noticed in our utility closet. He will be our go-to plumber from this point forward, especially since he was a genuine guy and is familiar with radiant heating systems, which is hard to come by. Thanks so much, Ben!

Very friendly and reasonably priced. The plumbing and heating specialist was on time for the scheduled service and was very knowledgeable of both our furnace and plumbing needs. We will definitely reach out for any related services in the future. Thank you!

I needed to find a plumber for a kitchen issue. They answered the phone right away and were able to fit me in their schedule the next day.
They came in, made a quick assessment, fixed the issue and were done. 1 hour. Wonderful, knowledgable and professional. I will hire them again, if I have a need.

I hired Don to install a new toilet three weeks ago. His work is very professional, and the job got done in a timely manner. After the project was completed, the work area was cleaned and was ready for use.
I called quite a few plumbing companies to compare price quotes regarding this project, and Don's quote were very competitive -- at times, his quote was much lower compared to other companies. I have had the new toilet for three weeks now, and everything has worked great. Thanks Don.

I had a great experience working with Nate on some plumbing issues I had in the toilet and in the shower. When I talked with him on the phone, he asked for details and even offered some troubleshooting tips. When he arrived to check out the issue, he was very quick and thorough, talking through all the things he was looking at. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He was upfront with the pricing, so there was absolutely no surprise there. I wouldn't hesitate to call him for any other issues, and in fact, I already called him for something else! Very honest person and someone I would highly recommend. I can totally understand why he's received such positive reviews.

I hired Arash to replace our 50 gallon, conventional gas water heater. I got a few other quotes and his was very competitive. His associate Armand came over the next day and completed the installation with no trouble at all and did a good job finishing in about 2 hours. Arash came over at the end to help close out the job and they ended up replacing the flexible gas line without charging me anything extra. I'd definitely recommend them based on their good quality work, timeliness and competitive pricing.

I just bought a house with a well and know nothing about wells. I had some questions and concerns and called Steve to ask about rates for an inspection. He gave me a lot of great info about self-servicing my well and made no attempt at all to sell me any services, stating instead that everything I wanted done would be easy to do myself, and he didn't feel it would be necessary for me to pay anyone for help unless I really wanted to.
I got the impression that Steve is a really stand-up, honest guy and I've saved his number for when I need professional help with my well in the future. This is the kind of person I think everyone wants to do business with.

Our drainage pipe was clogged. Cameron, their representative came over and fixed the issue which needed great diagnosis skills and going under the crawlspace to snake the drain pipe. Great service! Thank you. :)

Our water heater was done after 20 years and we needed one ASAP! I found Danika on Home Advisor with excellent reviews. I called at 4pm Friday afternoon they were at my house the next day. Ferris and Colin installed our new water heater. They were professional and quick! I initially spoke with Tony. Extremely responsive and genuinely wanted to help. I highly recommend Danika! We now have 75 gallon gas heater (the home was purchased new with a 55 gallon 20 years ago).

Hamid came as a well prepared, courteous and punctual professional. He arrived half hour ahead of time, quickly sorted out what was the problem, replaced necessary part and along the way gave me few advices and suggestions. Granted, the little emergency ended up being less problematic, than it looked first with the flood in the garage, but it doesn't change the quality of service we received. I will certainly contact Hamid again if necessity emerges.

I have to dispute Tom's statements. I called at 12:15 stating that I was already there and inquired about when to expect them. I was not given a time but was told that it would be ok to go home since I live 15 minutes away. My time slot was afternoon . I didn't realize exactly what that meant I guess. I went back at 3:30 to make sure that I was there. At 4:30 we called again since we had not heard anything and were told that the truck was still at a job that he had started at 2:00. I finally gave up and left at 5:30 and at 5:45 got the call the the driver was on his way. That isn't afternoon anymore, that is evening. I get that things happen and jobs go long sometimes. Call me let me know what is going on. I should t have to chase anyone down to give them my business. I called AAA septic and was given a 2 hour window. I can live with that. I should have asked for referrals in the first place.
