We needed a new sewer line as our main waterline broke, so we searched for a couple of bids as to how best to make this task quick! The pipe was leaking slowly and quietly for over a week because the bids coming in were astronomical. Then, we found Complete Trenchless! We met with Cesar the very next day so to surmise the situation and the cost. Right then and there, on the spot we hired him as the history of successes we discovered he had was fabulous! The next day they happily began the work and boy! did they ever do an amazing job. His crew were all so polite and they really went to work for 2 solid 8 hr days. It was windy, 32 degrees cold, and wet but they smiled all the way. We highly recommend this company as their ethics and pricing are as solid as the pipes they installed.

There was standing water in our dishwasher this weekend, so we started looking for plumbers! Bob Oates was the only plumber we called on Saturday that actually picked up their phone, and I called quite a few, so props to them for that!
They arrived quickly and fixed the problem without having to run out to the store to get stuff - success in my book!

I highly recommend Mike's Plumbing. Our kitchen faucet developed a persistent leak and I contacted three local plumbing companies. One failed to respond at all. One responded after two weeks saying they charged $200 for an estimate, and that fee would be added to the repair cost. Mike's Plumbing, however, responded immediately and provided an estimate after I sent a detailed description and photos. They then provided the requested service within a few days of my request--replacing the faucet exactly as described in their estimate. Their workers were quick, clean, and courteous.

Great company and amazing people. Gino was so helpful in fixing my kitchen sink line

I contacted ProMax on a Sunday, via their web site, and explained that I had a broken water heater and was looking for a company that could replace it within a day or two. I was surprised to hear back within hours, and not simply from a scripted 'customer service agent' that was telling me someone would be in touch soon! This was a real person that actually performs the real work, asking for photos of the space and the water and electrical connections and asking about parking!! After some back and forth with those details I was provided an estimate and once I'd agreed to that I was put on the schedule for the following day. Two young gentlemen arrived on time and got right to work, dealing with the complexities and showing professionalism and friendliness and respect for the property. They worked efficiently and cleaned up well. One item that could be improved is their ability take payment - I needed my check book, which is unusual - but they explained that they had just adopted a new payment system and were working on electronic payment capability. I would definitely call them again.

Professional, respectful, punctual, and efficient.
I called the team at Waterways Plumbing and Drain Cleaning to help with a leaking toilet. Making an appointment with the team was easy. As promised, they called half an hour before the appointment to make sure it was still a good time and then were right on time for the appointment itself.
After a brief inspection, they quoted me a price for the best case scenario. Once they got to work, they were able to confirm the problem was what they had originally suspected. Since it was the best case scenario, I only had to pay exactly what they quoted.
They wore covers over their shoes and laid out a mat so as not to damage the hardwood floors. What I was worried would be an all day repair, actually took the team less than an hour to complete. The entire time they were in my house they were extremely considerate and professional. Furthermore, they were very accommodating of my work schedule and special requests.
They answered all of my questions and gave me suggestions on some things I may need to be on the look out for in the future. The work came with a six month warranty and I couldn't be happier. Thanks for making a stressful situation much less stressful! I really appreciate it.

We have wanted to replace our 19303's shower/tub assembly for years. The few plumbers we had look at it said the tiled shower wall would have to go to put in new assembly. A friend told us about A-List. Heath came out and said they could work behind the shower wall and not disturb the tile. Delicate work but Jason really came through. As he cut and removed the galvanized I thought I could never do that. A clean and tidy job. Highly recommend A-List.

10 out of 10. I will only use B&J Plumbing. Responsive, clear, honest, and competitive. They installed the water heater in my home, did an amazing, neat, and tidy job. They have since added additional features as I've needed them. I am a demanding customer with very high standards; B&J Plumbing have far exceeded my expectations every time.

Dan from Rapid Rooter showed up precisely on time at the beginning of the time window, which was two hours. He cleared our drains, both the sink and the washing machine stand pipe, in half an hour, including clean up which he did very well. I'm pleased with their service and will use them again, if it proves necessary.

These guys are great. I've hired them twice now over the past year to fix a clogged pipe and a problematic faucet. They are polite, communicative, and on time. Their prices are fair and they didn't even charge us to fix the faucet! They have earned my trust and I would not think twice about recommending them to anyone.

We had a backup that was overflowing in our basement. We thought we could clear it, but it was too far down the line. We found Steady Flow on Yelp and had a very positive experience. They give free estimates, which is always a bonus. The job took quite a while, as clearing the pipe was more work than expected. But they stuck to their original bid and even gave us a discount for running late - so we had no surprise extra charges. Both Kyle and Jordan were polite, respectful and tidy while on the job.
We love local companies that are competent, professional, honest and ethical, which Steady Flow is all of those qualities. If we have a future backup, we will definitely use them.

They were great! We had a leak in a pipe in the basement from our kitchen sink. The drain from the sink also clogged and backeed up water into the dishwasher which flooded the kitchen floor. I called on Thursday morning and just a couple hours later Bill arrived to give me an estimate. He gave us two options for fixing our kitchen drain problems, no pressure to choose the more expensive, permanent fix, which we ended up choosing anyway. We had our gutter system disconnected from the sewer and our old kitchen drain pipes bypassed and rerouted to a new up to code pipe. I was able to schedule the appointment to have the work done the very next day. Bill and his co-worker, Dee, were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Bill noticed that our dishwasher was not plumbed correctly, so he took care of that too. I would definately hire these guys again.

Luckily I came across Tracy via home advisor. Needed gas line run from existing line several feet for a new cooktop. Had a couple estimates which made me shake my head...way expensive. Tracy got back to me within minutes and was able to see me the next day for an estimate. I immediately liked him and he seemed very knowledgeable. We agreed on price which was very fair and the following day he came out to perform the work after another job he had going on. He was quick, clean, and provided us with information to finish the cooktop install once we were ready. He also stuck to the estimate cost so no suprises. I'd recommend the supple plumber for any job based not only on price but the quality of work and because he's a really nice, knowledgeable and experienced guy. Thanks Tracy! I love my new cooktop!

We had been told by a heating technician who managed to work in our claustrophobia-inducing crawlspace that there was a leak. So... I poked around the internet and found this plumber with a number of good recommendations. I called them, talked to Pete, and he even was ready to come by the same day. I wasn't (because I was at work) so we set up for later in the week.
Wow. Great plumber! Friendly, courteous, focused, responsive and thorough. He found our leak and fixed it quickly. The price was super-reasonable, too.
He'll get all our plumbing business from now on.

After committing to meet me in the afternoon (only was able to commit to a 4 hour window), they called an 90 minutes into that window to tell me they weren't going to make it which was unfortunately too late in the day for me to get another plumber out. They might be fine if you have flexibility in your schedule to wait for them but unfortunately that was not my situation.

Just got done with a late night emergency at my home. Patrick was awesome. He assessed the situation and came up with a plan for the path to the solution. As a contractor in the mitigation industry, I'm keenly aware of what you want in an emergency response. And these guys delivered. This is the company you want to have come to the rescue. Thank you Brian and the crew at Plumbing and Drain Company.

I usually don't take the time to give Yelp reviews. But Bryce & his company really deserve it. He doesn't solicit Yelp reviews probably because he has more than enough business. Like me, others have likely found that he's a rare breed in an industry full of shady characters trying to make a fast buck.
I had gotten another bid from someone highly reviewed on Yelp, who was located in West Seattle. While that other person got a lot of positive reviews, his approach was sleazy (asked for all cash up front & claimed that permitting was unneeded for my smaller project). Bryce, on the other hand, is incredibly well spoken and sounds more like a professor rather than a plumber. Never did I feel like he was selling me on anything. I just knew that I had to get part of my sewer line repaired. He educated me on what the problem was & gave me a reasonable quote. And no, he never suggested that I pay him all cash before beginning the job. Moreover, he explained why even simple sewer line repairs *require* a permit. No biggie for Bryce, as he managed everything in a prompt & efficient manner. While I hope never to have another sewer/plumbing issue, I know who I'll call if I ever do.

Scary person who harasses random LGBTQ people on social media calling them pedos. I would think twice before letting this person into your house.

We recently discovered our water main under the house was leaking badly and found Plumb Pros here on Yelp after first making the mistake of calling another plumbing outfit, one of those companies who advertises heavily with catchy jingles and mailer coupons. A guy from that first called plumbing company came out same day, was nice enough, and seemed to know what he was talking about but when it came time to give the rate quote he took quite awhile writing down numbers and mumbling to himself, then eventually after finishing what seemed like a very complicated math formula he came up with a price for what he described as a bare minimum emergency fix, a price that seemed well beyond even my worst case imagined scenario...he then proceeded to show me a quote for a much bigger job which he strongly recommended as a longer term solution, to change out the existing water service from the main meter to the house...though admitting there was no evidence of any problem with that, yet...we desperately needed a fix to the running water under the house so we tried putting the amount for the basic quote on 3 different cards but came up short on credit for this charge. We decided we couldn't get it done at that time and he agreed to come back when we had the funds together...not a good feeling for us.
That was the good news....as it forced me to do a little more searching after discovering the numerous positive reviews here for Bruce and company, emphasizing his fairness, honesty, workmanship, and competitive rates, I gave him a call. He answered his phone immediately, even though he was on a job under someone else's house as he described. After discussing our dilemma he assured me that no matter what the issue was his price would be well under the first company's rate, which he described as an outrageous attempt to gouge a typically naive customer. I immediately felt a huge sense of relief just hearing that. Bruce called me back shortly as promised to schedule a next day service, something that was much appreciated going into a holiday weekend.
He arrived on time the following day, and quickly assessed the situation. The diagnosis was not much different than the previous plumber's but his solution was so much simpler and cost effective...at about 1/7th the cost! And the way he explained the cause of the issue I have good reason to believe this solution will hold up just fine. He assured us that if anything else should come up with this he does stand behind his work. And that is priceless:)
