My water main needed to be replaced (ouch!) and someone suggested I call Complete Trenchless. Cesar was very responsive and not only came in with the best bid but also had the most novel solution that required breaking the least amount of cement.
On the day of the job, two guys arrived early followed by the permitting crew from the city (they issued the permit onsite) and my new water main was in by the end of the day.
They left two holes exposed in my yard and marked both clearly for safety. The city came out to inspect the next day and said the work looked great!
Cesar sent two other guys out a day later to backfill the holes and return the yard to its original state.
They did such a good job, you can't even tell the rockery in my front yard was ever disturbed!
Thank you Cesar and team!

I've been meaning to write about this really negative experience I had with Bob Oates a few months ago. I'd used them to come and unclog drains a couple times and all went well. I then had them come out to help me with updating my plumbing (kitchen sink water lines, drain, shower/tub water lines and rough in) and really had a bummer of an experience with them. There were a bunch of things that were frustrating, but here were the main ones: scheduling was a nightmare. I had one office person tell me that they had received my check and would be there at 9 am on a Monday. By 10 am, I called them and they said they hadn't received my check. Then they told me that I didn't need to have anything for the guy to do the work, but it ended up he needed to have a shower valve. So the plumber they sent was only able to do part of the job. When I tried to reschedule to have the work completed, it was really hard getting them to respond to me (and the person I was communicating with, who I think was the owner, was non-responsive generally, and pretty rude when he did respond.) We finally scheduled a time for a Saturday, then they called me an hour before the window there were supposed to be there and said they had to cancel because the boss needed some work done at his place. At that point, I was pretty fed up (and already had to cancel/reschedule other contractors to work with the cancellations) and just hired another plumber to finish their work. The owner said he would fix this and then I never heard back from him. And then, just to top it off, when I installed the sink in my kitchen, it turned out that they installed the drain high enough that I now have to hire the same plumber to rip out the wall and lower it to accommodate a garbage disposal. They installed it so that it would work for a shallow sink and not a deep sink and never asked me what I was going to be using. Deep sinks are really common these days, so that's the kind of thing any plumber should ask before doing that work (as the plumber I ended up using, who is awesome, explained to me). Long story short: if you need to have a drain cleared up, Bob Oates is just fine. Anything more than that, find someone else.

Very responsive! Great service, although they weren't able to complete and fix the issue. I appreciated their service. The issue, since it was a more complicated process to rectify the problem, was forwarded to the landlord.
I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs and issues.

Devin came by and gave me an honest quote and actually was the only plumber to see if my main control valve could turn on and off. He honestly said that it might not even be necessary to replace it.
None of the other plumbers I got quotes from tried to do the same.
Would definitely trust again.

ProMax did a wonderful job fixing my water heater. I called them after having a bad experience with another company that couldn't figure out what was wrong with my water heater and told me I needed to replace it ($6k). I would highly recommend them - very experienced, professional and great to work with.

Fantastic folks. Came out 2 days after I found them on Yelp, and had my bathroom drain unclogged in less than 1/2 hour. Super folks.

A pipe at our house burst on December 23rd in the late afternoon. A-List plumbing was the only company we found that was willing to help us fix the pipe so we could turn our water back on before Christmas Eve.
Heath came exactly when he said he would arrive and was quick to fix the issue. As first time home owners, he was also very kind in explaining what he was doing, what we can do if similar issues arise in the future, and how to avoid issues.
They saved our Christmas Eve and for a reasonable price (which they were upfront about as the minimum given it was an emergency call). Thank you Heath and the A-List plumbing crew!

Austin and his crew are professional, wore masks during their visit, and got the job done.
I hired B & J Plumbing for a master BR rough-in on seven new fixtures. Out of four plumbing companies, Austin walked me through every step. He ensured that my questions was answered promptly and he provided significant guidance towards this remodel.
The company is family owned and spans three generations of plumbers. Austin, the latest owner, is personally transforming and expanding the business with a stronger web presence.
I strongly recommend going with B & J for your plumbing projects.

Dan arrived on time, did the job quickly and left things clean and tidy. He also correctly identified our blockage culprit as an Ankylosaurus. Price was good.

I am so impressed with these guys! Customer service is really important to me and it was impressive to actually experince GREAT service from when I spoke to Tim on. I was super nervous about finding someone new after my trusted plumber retired from an injury so I am happy to have found my new go-to! Andrew was super communicative, thorough, and I could tell he cared about doing a good job. His apprentice was also great! It can be super intimidating having complicated plumbing done but these guys made it easy.

Fast communication and follow through. He was also able to do it for cheaper than other place's had quoted us. Great job!

After spending $400 on another plumber who couldn't fix the leak Kevin and Thomas showed up and did an amazing job. I never realized how much plumbing is like being a detective - you can't replicate exactly what happened at the time and you have to look for clues. These guys took their time, isolated the problem, and fixed it for about a 1/5 of the cost of the other guys. I would call them again in a heartbeat.

I got a plumbing issue that made my master bathroom flood. Tracy came and fixed the problem. I gave him 5 stars because: he showed up on the exact minute of appointment time. He fixed the problem in very professional and effective manner. He did a very good job communicating about the problem and the way of addressing them. He was pleasant to work with. Id be happy to refer him as the go to plumber.

I own investment real estate and have used Pete the Plumber for years. He is the best! Pete is competent, fair, honest, and a good guy. I'll use Pete foreever! Or, at least until I die.

I had a blocked toilet, due to what I suspected was too much toilet paper flushed down (kids + upset stomachs=much flushing)
I attempted to clear the blockage with chemical toilet unblocker and a 3ft toilet auger/snake.
I called Gene Johnson Plumbing & Heating (AKA Zoom Drain) and spoke to an operator. I provided details of the problem and explained than I have tried to unblock using my own auger and what is required is someone with a longer one to remove a blockage of paper.
I asked for an approximate cost. The operator informed me that my area (1 mile from their offices) has a $49.95 call out fee, however he would not be able to provide any costs. This is untrue as the services provided are listed in a fixed price menu (more on this later).
On arrival I went through the issue and again stated that I believe a longer auger that the 3ft one I owned would do the job.
This fell on deaf ears though when they pulled out their laminated menu and went straight to recommending that I should put a camera down there to see what the problem is. Cost of this? $595+tax.
I turned this down. I was then recommended they remove the toilet at a cost of $700+tax.
Frustrated at this point I told them all that is needed is an auger longer than the one I have.
The menu cost of an auger was $190 + tax. I agreed to this and signed authorisation.
They head off to their van to get their auger and come back with a home depot bucket and an auger not that dissimilar to my own $10, 3ft auger.
I did mention that I did not believe that auger would do the job as it was no longer than the one I had already used and I was very surprised that as a professional they did not have something longer/more substantial with them. Apparently there is one, but this is on a different van. Given I had already signed authorisation agreed to give it a go.
They spent about 2 minutes trying to removed the blockage with the auger. Unsurprisingly it did not work.
So, they got the menu out again.
This time they were recommending jetting out the pipes. There were several options ranging from $700-$1795 depending on whether I wanted certain chemical used to clean and clear the pipes. The house is a little over 12 months old. The pipes will not have any sort of build up .
Fed up with the constant upselling I told them I wasn't interested. Paid $209.19 (with tax) for their attempt using their auger.
I was asked if they could email the invoice to me along with a link to write a review. I agreed to both. I got the invoice but not the link to review (I suspect they knew it wouldn't be positive)
When they left I went straight to home deport, purchased a 25ft auger at a cost of $30. They were still parked outside by the time I returned and removed the blockage with it.
I feel these guys will gouge and upsell whilst taking advantage of what for some is an urgent situation. They are not transparent when it comes to costs when you call and ask; I suspect that once you've paid $49.95 call out and have a guy in the house ready to fix your problems it's harder for you to say no and easier for them to sell their service at exhorbitant prices.
Avoid at all costs.

We had a major plumbing catastrophe around the holidays. It required digging several holes on our property through our concrete driveway around 3/4 of our home to replace 80+ year old sewer pipes. At every section of pipe, a new problem developed. We initially hired another company and their service was terrible. We connected with Bryce after doing Internet searches and thank goodness we did. He spent several days over about four weeks problem solving and working. He gave us a quote for the whole job and stuck to it. Even when I know he encountered numerous other issues along the way that cost him more time, he didn't increase the initial quote. If I could pay him more I would have. The whole event was already an unplanned financial blow for us but I felt that Bryce was more than honest with us. His work mates were respectful and hard working. They even took the time to clean my neighbors front sidewalk that was dirty from runoff from our property as a result of all the work. I highly recommend him. Honesty is what you will get with Bryce.

Scary person who harasses random LGBTQ people on social media calling them pedos. I would think twice before letting this person into your house.

Had a bad valve installed in several locations on account of the prior owner's contractor cutting costs. Two separate leaks within one year.
We decided to request quotes from plumbers in my area to get all of them changed. King Plumbing came in at a reasonable rate but what really sold me was their responsiveness and honesty. That really puts my mind at ease selecting them.
Leading up to the repair, I received a quote, service date and time, and expectations with regard to water service. Day of the repair, my plumbers asked if they could arrive early which was not a problem for me as my water had been turned off for the day for other reasons. Repair was started early and finished even earlier. When the water returned, I checked for leaks throughout the night and of course, there were none.
Having a 5 star rating is important. This let's others know they can rely upon the quality of service and integrity when it comes to King Plumbing. I'm confident in giving King Plumbing 5 stars for their service.

Bruce Melton is god sent! Unmatched expertise and honest to goodness people with the highest integrity. Call Bruce when you have an issue. Don't think twice! We had a sewer line issue, and lost use of our plumbing entirely. We had called a dozen plumbers to come take a look and had quotes ranging from $20-30k to fix the issue. All seemed to be going after the wrong problem. It just didn't make sense to my me. Then I found Bruce. He came out walked me through a super detailed analysis of what could potentially be happening, and took me on a journey to validate or discard each hypothesis. He found the issue, worked tirelessly to fix it and we've been golden since. He has over 30 years of experience (I think he really has 200yrs plus, to be honest) and will bend over backwards to resolve your issue. Hire him and you won't regret if!
