I have to commend Kalub and Damon and Brandenburg Plumbing.
I was without water for three days...called on Monday...they arrived before noon and repaired my problems. The men were pleasant and professional...fixed my problem in steamy hot conditions...and I would recommend them every time.

I had one of those homeowner moments - just as I'm drifting off to a nice well-earned sleep, my daughter shakes me awake and says, I think there's poop and pee in the upstairs bathtub!. What!?. Long story short, I had a clog in my pipes, and my toilet had backflowed/upchucked into my bathtub. Lovely. After futile attempts with a snake, and a midnight run to Walmart (after finding that HD and Lowe's no longer stay open late), and trying the super DrainPower opener with no luck, I reluctantly go to bed. Call Johnny at 8 in the morning, and he tells me no problem. Someone will be there in two hours. Cameron (a very polite and well-spoken young man) shows up at 10. 30 minutes later, we're all good. Turns out the clog was a monster hair ball, ~30ft into the pipe, so I would never have reached it. This is why we have experts and professionals. Cameron cleans up, and leaves the place looking spotless. Couldn't ask for more.

Hope to never have to use them again :), but you definitely should!! :)

Loved that they wore their masks.  They were friendly and explained everything they needed to do before they did it.  Saved us a lot money by not having to bust out the concrete which could have cost thousands!  They were neat and tidy, and careful to not cause more damage than necessary.

Arnold and the team came out to fix a water leak that had forced us to cut off the water to the house. He was really kind and fit us into his schedule on the same day since we were without running water. His team did a great job and even improved the tap from our main line into our sprinkler system. I'd definitely recommend A Deal Plumbing to a friend and will use them again if I am ever in need of a plumber.

These guys did a job for my mom. She said they where great. Shawn did an outstanding job, for a very reasonable price. Thanks Shawn and Apache plumbing.

I am BEYOND grateful to 4 Paws Plumbing. After SNOVID, we were up schitt's creek without a paddle. Busted brand new water heater and couldn't get a plumber to actually show up. I was losing my mind not having hot water in my house. Laundry, dishes, stinky kiddos. At 6pm on a Friday, 4Paws arrived because my neighbor who is a builder called in a favor for me. I was so desperate. Our incredible neighbor let us buy his water heater from him (he said he could wait a month or two for a new one, since you literally could not find a water heater to buy in the state of TX after snowmageddon) and 4Paws had it installed within an hour. I was beyond impressed and so, so grateful. I will only use 4Paws Plumbing for all my plumbing needs going forward.

...And shout out to the terrible Austin Metro Plumbing for giving me a confirmed appointment via text, making me wait a week, and then NOT showing up or returning my phone call or text message. Y'all need to take some lessons from 4 Paws Plumbing on customer service.

Really impressed with Come And Plumb It. They were so kind and helpful on the phone and with getting an appointment set up, on time for the appointment and installation was great. I really appreciate the communication, explaining the issue and even explained what to do for typical issues (how to resolve a jam) and I even asked a few other questions and he gladly helped explain things. This guy is the best.  He helped me on a Sunday with a difficult problem, broke it down into layman's terms, and was very kind and honest.  He went above and beyond to help and save me on a costly job.  I think highly of his business and personal integrity and recommend him unconditionally.

Frank came out to look at my water heater,  gave me an estimate for repair. As they were working, they discovered a crack in the tank so it needed replacing not repairing. Frank was upfront about price, gave me a cost for labor, helped me pick out a water heater from Lowe's,  picked it up and installed it. This was AFTER 5pm on a weeknight!! Left my home clean and my final charge was exactly what he said it would be. Frank and Tony did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Trio Plumbing!

We could not have been happier with Darrell and everyone at Good Flow Plumbing. Our mystery leak was suddenly creating very high water bills. I was expecting the worst and very expensive plumbing bill to match.

I called at 11:45 AM and Darrell was at my front door at 3:30 PM that same day. He made quick work of checking all the easy/obvious spots for the leak and when those came up fruitless, he was able to locate the leak in my front yard with only minor digging. He kept me posted on his progress and explained his next steps. Within hours, he was finished. It was clear our leak had been fixed and our water pressure is better than ever.

Their rates are competitive and they're honest, friendly, and skilled. The final price was more than fair and we couldn't be happier.

I would never hope for plumbing issues but when they arise, I'll be happy to have Good Flow Plumbing back to our home.

I hired L&P to come back and install a vanity or me. Alex showed up and custom fitted the plumbing to work with a somewhat difficult shelving configuration. He was excellent, as was his work.

Seriously, I can't recommend L&P plumbing enough.

This company keeps letting me down. I used to live in a rent house and they were the contracted plumbers, I dealt with some rude back and forth s from the receptionist at the time as well as the plumbers telling me multiple times that grease build up was from years of grease, but then refused to tell the owner of the home causing me to foot the bill.
Then today, I chose this company based on their work, not their honesty, to install my water softener. They arrived and opened the box we had bought from lowes. They advised that it was broken and that we would have to send it back. They then left my home and gave us a 95 dollar bill for less than 15 minutes at my home. I understand a bill but for doing no work  I can't believe that. I then called and spoke to the owner who refused to budge on the price stating it was booked and gas is expensive. I'm sorry but in my opinion these people are crooks no matter if they work well or not. I would probably have been a lifelong customer for them as I live in new braunfels, but I will never give connally plumbing another chance. Disappointed.

My 10 year old water heater went on the fritz on a Friday   I had a home warranty and I placed a call to them.  Because it was Friday the plumbing company they assigned my case didn't have to respond until Monday.  That was too late for me.  I was  not going to go 4 days without hot water.  I found Chris and Squared Away Plumbing online and I called them..  Chris  responded immediately and came out to my home within a few hours.  He had the problem diagnosed and left to pick up a new water heater from the supply company.  Before the end of the day I had a brand new water heater and plenty of hot water.  He even helped me get the warranty company to reimburse me for his installation.   I couldn't ask for better service!

Angel came out even earlier than the appointment I had scheduled, and was easy to reach and get responses from. Quickly took care of a stopped up sink that I had and good price.

This company is amazing! Within 30 minutes of our A/C going out on a 95 degree Friday night, Mark arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem, and promptly fixed. I was extremely impressed with his thorough knowledge of our HVAC system, and was so courteous. I highly recommend Blanco A/C Electrical for your service needs, you will not be disappointed.

Our water heater had a leak and we had been without hot water for a night. The next day I called Weldon Couch Plumbing and within the hour already had someone at my door. Even though they didn't have the necessary parts to fix the issue, they managed to fix it enough so we could enjoy hot water temporarily. The next day despite having a busy schedule they made time late to come back and fix the water heater. They didn't charge an outrageous amount of money like other plumbers would have, they were affordable and efficient.

Update: ABC contacted me and honored the original estimate. Steve was professional, timely with communication and followed up with the situation after my original review. Was expecting a bit more of eagerness for my business considering the 6 weeks of delay but let it go. Decided to go with another contractor who was very responsive, reputable and economical. Would certainly consider ABC in the future due to their response.

Pete and his company are first class.  From the moment I contacted him to the end of the job, Pete was a consummate professional.  The communication was seamless, his quote was the best price out of 4 other companies, and he is military friendly.  Our tenants were also impressed with his professionalism ensuring the job got done correctly.  We are stationed overseas, and the peace of mind knowing that I wasn't going to get taken advantage of means everything.  This company is veteran owned and run.  We will definitely use Pete again for our plumbing needs!!
