Best Plumbing Services in Texas
Very expensive and did not give me an estimate before doing work. I thought it was customary to tell the customer what you're going to do and give an estimate before doing the work and charging $480 to replace a simple faucet. I have used Rhea Plumbing (Llano) before and their prices are fair and reasonable.

Labor Day...and I all of the sudden have a steady flow of water dripping out of a light bulb in the ceiling of my garage. Electricity and water don't mix, so I desperately started calling plumbers. I called about 25 plumbers...most didn't answer their phones...and of the ones who did, nobody could come out for days. The one I found who would come out same day was charging an extra $200 surcharge because it was a holiday. Johnny Rooter was one of only 2 who would come out same day and not charge an extra surcharge. As a HUGE added bonus, the technician called me on his way and started asking me questions. Through the questions he asked, he realized that my issue was a leaky air conditioner pipe, not a plumbing issue, and said he didn't want to charge me for coming out when they couldn't fix an air conditioner. He didn't have to ask those questions ahead of time and save me the trip fee and initial half hour fee, but he did, and I could have kissed him for it. I was able to get the air conditioning people out here and the problem was solved, just like he said. You can't say enough for honest repair people so I will definitely have Johnny Rooter on my list of people to call if I ever need plumbing done!

Loved that they wore their masks. They were friendly and explained everything they needed to do before they did it. Saved us a lot money by not having to bust out the concrete which could have cost thousands! They were neat and tidy, and careful to not cause more damage than necessary.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Arnold and son did an excellent job repairing a toilet flange and resetting the toilet at a very reasonable price. Located close to me as well so it's nice to be able to use the services of a neighbor.

We had a kid that flushed an object down our toilet. We called and within an hour had someone out here. They were also quick to fix the issue and very reasonably priced. With four kids we are bound to have something like this happen again and we will definitely be calling Apache when that happens! Highly recommend!!

One of our water heaters sprung a leak just before Christmas and threatened to literally dampen our holiday but these guys would not have it. They were courteous and responsive, punctual and efficient, friendly and professional. They quickly diagnosed the issue during their first visit, offered various options to address it and explained the pros and cons. We agreed to replace both of the water heaters with a tankless system, which they did an excellent job of installing at a very fair price, getting us back to normal just in time for Santa's visit. The new system is working great and our attic looks so much better without the huge tanks up there! Oh yeah, they were also very good about following COVID protocols.

Looking for an incredible plumber in San Marcos, Texas? There's a lot of plumbers, some not so good, some good, some real good, and then there's Justin Biersdorfer of Come and Plumb It.
Justin is extremely courteous, reliable, pays close attention to what you want him to do, pricing is great and the work done is incredible.
This is the guy, the Cadillac of plumbing. I watched him turn an entire mess of pipes going every which way (created by a good but not so good plumber) into a work of art, that is if you can see plumbing work as art.
I think some people can find art in plumbing and if you are one of them then Justin is your Michelangelo.

Issue...after issue...after issue...poor follow-up and taking no ownership in addressing their less than professional work. Robert and his company did the plumbing for my new home. When we moved in, we found one issue after another...5 leaks in total. We ended up having to get another plumber to repair 4 of the issues...2 of which required cutting into our recently finished walls to repair them. Only after threatening to go to the BBB did he come out. He fixed one issue, a poorly seated bathtub drain that took him 15 minutes to repair. A while later we found another leak from an upstairs bath that guests used, leaking down into our media room. Robert 2 times said that he would come out to address it but never showed up, then went dark on us. He still has not responded and we will be getting another plumber out to fix. In all, there have been 2 bathtub leaks causing damage, 2 in-wall shower leaks and an icemaker drain-line leak. He may be able to fix simple things, but I wish we did not use him to plumb our home.

Atech plumbing were incredible! I had a pipe burst outside the front of my house, and they did everything they could to move a couple things around to get to me as soon as possible. They were incredibly reasonably priced! I was quoted $1300 by Rooter Man Plumbing, and Atech did the same service for a fraction of the price. They were professional, kind and reasonable.

Frank is very knowledgeable and efficient and doesn't try to upsell more work than is needed. He installed a kitchen faucet that we had bought at Lowe's. He was great to point out the features of the warranty on the faucet and made sure we saved the necessary information to take advantage of the lifetime warranty. I met him doing work at a house my daughter was renting and he solved a complex intermittent issue that they were having. He services as far north as Round Rock. PLUS it's a black-owned business.

Good Flow Plumbing was able to send a representative (actually two!) to our potential home just two days after I called. Matt Kammlah did a camera test of our below grade piping since our house was built in 1961. All turned out well, they were extremely professional and quick. I would definitely use Good Flow Plumbing again.

Victor and Fabian are awesome! Came out at no charge to help us assess water pressure issues, shower slow drains, hose bib installation, and estimating future project for greenhouse. They did a great job fixing things up at a reasonable / very competitive price. They are also highly knowledgeable, competent, and most importantly friendly/trustworthy! It's always tough to find professionals you can trust these days so it's a relief to have found them. It's clear that they put the customer #1! 10/10 would use again!

I put a screw in the wall where I never expected a pipe to be located, and punctured it. I was unable to locate repair parts at the Big-Box stores, and was unsuccessful in getting two local plumbers to show any interest in helping me. I chose to call Connally because of their great reviews. They scheduled me an appointment in less than 24 hours, and arrived early. The technicians were kind, polite, efficient, and answered all my questions in regard to required repairs. The price quote was fair, (less than expected) and turned out to be even less on completion. I would highly recommend Connally Plumbing of New Braunfels, to everyone in Comal County.

This review is long overdue. Chris has been my plumber for several years now and he is fabulous! As a long-time property owner, I have gone through my share of plumbers. Chris and his team are professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and go the extra mile every time. Highly recommend for all of your plumbing needs.

I called ROD Plumbing to handle a leak in my tankless water heater. Angel scheduled a repair quickly (he was responsive even on the weekend). Erik did the repair - he arrived early (but called first), he fixed everything quickly and professionally. I felt as though he really knows what he's doing. He made sure to clean everything up, wipe down the pipes to check that nothing else was leaking, and made sure I knew how to run everything myself before he left. My experience with ROD Plumbing was outstanding, and I recommend them without reservation.

Lived in Texas for 17 years. I manage facilities and suppliers at many levels and deal with technical vendors all day long.
This company has been doing my HVAC work since I got down here and I have never had an issue. Prompt, professional, accurate, at every level from technicians to office staff.
No silly commercials, just great service and quality products at fair prices. On my system that was installed at my own home today I did not even bother to get a second quote because I knew exactly what my money was buying.

This review is way overdue. Weldon has been taking care of all our plumbing needs for almost five years now. He's honest, his rates are very reasonable and he's very responsive. He won't try to up sell you on products or services you don't need. Once he's fixed something it never is a problem again. I've referred him to several of my friends and to family. He always has removed his shoes when he comes in which is unusual for a contractor, to ensure nothing from outside gets tracked in. Having had a child who has medical challenges I have really appreciated this small and simple gesture. He's both kind and respectful. We are currently overseas and he's the only plumber we trust to take care of our property's needs while we're away.

***Edit #2: Manager Jesse A. came today to retreat. He provided great service, gave me his direct phone number to call him in the future for scheduling or any issues, and apologized for the previous issues. Updating to four stars from two.
***Edit #1: received a nice call from manager Brian K. who apologized profusely for the fake survey and the lack of responsiveness. We scheduled a time for a supervisor to visit and try to earn back my business. Updating to two stars from one.
***Initial review: We scheduled an initial pest control visit and paid a crazy amount ($175.37) then agreed to a low quarterly rate. After the first visit, I got an email thanking me for completing a customer satisfaction survey -- but I didn't complete it, and neither did my husband. The auto-response had a copy of the survey with my responses and they were all 10 out of 10 and even included some free text from me at the bottom saying Thank you for great customer service. But we didn't write that! My husband and I got a pretty good laugh and called to let the company know. No big deal really, we thought they would want to know if their technician was fudging their reviews. They said they would look into it and call us back. But no one ever called back.
After that, we saw pests in our home and garage twice and called to request a re-visit which is supposed to be included in that high initial visit cost, but again, no one called us back.
Finally, we got our email reminding us of our upcoming quarterly service visit and I responded saying I was ready to cancel my service because of their lack of responsiveness and someone called me back - five days later...

We had a pipe freeze and burst during the Texas winter storm, but it was leaking inside our living room wall without our knowing about it. We didn't realize it until water started coming up through the floors! Plumbers were in high demand because of the storm, and we were calling everyone, trying to get someone to come out right away, without any luck. When I called Elite Plumbing Solutions, they realized the emergency and came right away and took care of the problem. They did a great job and located the leak in the wall right away and fixed it. They did an excellent job! I would definitely hire them again!!
