I called Plumbco based on positive Yelp reviews. Everyone was right. Gary is quick and gets the job done at a reasonable price. He quotes the job right after he understands what the customer wants to accomplish.

It was a non-emergency and we agreed on a 2 hour window 2 days later. He called half an hour into the scheduled time window and let me know he'd arrive in 15 minutes.

The hot and cold water pipes coming out of the wall under the sink that are fitted with shut off valves were old and rusty. Since I wanted to change a faucet, I thought the pipes could possibly break off during installation.

I told Gary that I wanted both pipes and shut off valves replaced. Gary and his assistant James (also a master plumber) were in and out within about 20 minutes. They were neat and cleaned up any mess made.

Right choice was very available to answer all my questions regarding a water heater project I needed done. They educated me on the difference between on demand electric vs a smart tank water heater and helped me choose the best for my home. They built a platform for me to get my new water heater back to code and at the right height and also helped me to fix some piping issues that arose during installation. In shutting off the ancient sprinkler system before leaving town, as fate would have it, the pipe cracked and the pressure side started gushing an eight foot tall fount of watery goodness.  Kim arrived just a few hours later and tackled the problem amazingly quick and efficiently.  Unsure if the entire mains would need repair or if it could be isolated to the sprinkler pipes he took a chance and tried removing the sprinkler system that branched off the main pipe (the condition of all the pipes looked hopelessly beyond saving), but to our amazement the threads connecting the sprinkler pipe system were still good.  So out went the old corroded sprinklers and their local pipes, and in went new PVC tubing and siphon valves.  A short time later, pressure restored, and it looks good - I am no longer watching a miniature old faithful and Kim with Drain Control gets my thumbs up!  He knew his stuff, didn't mind my hanging around and was a pleasure to work with.  I'd definitely recommend him and will keep his contact info should anything else go wrong with those old creeky pipes......

Wow these guys came out to check my toilet within 4 hours of calling them. The communication was top notch and I felt comfortable with the individual who answered the phone.  No upscale or flashy discussions and upfront pricing and expectations. The service was quick, professional and grade A quality. I will definitely call these guys for any plumbing issues in the future.

I needed an electrician to fix or replace my ceiling fluorescent fixture, 2 tubes X 4'.
This business got good Yelp ratings and reviews. I contacted them through Yelp and they responded in about 10 minutes. He could have come the same day but I had a conflict.
Giovanni arrived the next day on time. He recommended replacing the fixture with a LED fixture. Giovanni and his assistant completed the job in about an hour and cleaned up completely afterwards. As an added plus, he removed the other fixture and burned out bulbs so I didn't need to worry about having to put them in my trash bin.
The cost was reasonable and the estimate was what I paid. Check or credit cards accepted.
I highly recommend this business.

Discovered a major leak on my main waterline right at the house late yesterday. Call Nathan at 9a, he said he'd be there at 10:30 and he was. Him and his helper worked in the rain for one hour. Disaster before Thanksgiving averted, thanks Nathan. I highly recommend Texas Plumbing to all Westbury residents.

I have used this company twice and they have never failed me.  They are reasonable with cost and always try and come that day if possible.  They were in and out in 30 minutes.  Job done!!

Asked several plumbers to come by and take a look at some repairs I needed. After getting bids I invited each one back to take a second look. Only Chris came by, took a second look and promptly increased his initial bid, by less than $20! Not only was his price still better, he got on it after some initial communication issues and knocked out the job in record time. In all respects a good, professional contractor. My landlord scheduled an appointment for JD Precision Plumbing to come out and evaluate the replacement of a shower fixture and repair of a faucet.  I took an entire afternoon off of work for the evaluation.  We scheduled the repair for 3 days later.  I then take an entire morning off of work for the repair...the technician was supposed to be at my home by 9 am.  Almost 10 am and no technician.  I call to find out where my technician is and they tell me that they weren't able to reach my landlord for payment prior to the service so they weren't coming out!  No phone call, no communication whatsoever!  If I hadn't called myself I would have never known what was going on.

I was able to reach my landlord and take care of the payment that morning...they then call to tell me that my technician is going to be there in 30-40 minutes.  1 hour 10 minutes go by with no technician...and again no phone call.  I once again call them to find out where my technician is!  He finally shows up and thank God he was quick and did a great job!  

I had the service manager call me so I could make him aware of the events.  He promptly let me know that he was aware...and was very ignorant about it.  My conversation with him was like talking to a brick wall so I finally just hung up on him.

While the technician was great the support staff was absolutely horrendous...and the service manager even worse!  Beware!

These guys have saved me a couple of times.  The first time was to repair damage done by another area plumbing company and then do the job that was supposed to have been done the first time.  Alliance clearly had more knowledge and courtesy than their competitor.  The second time was to correct a deficiency on a home inspection report that I needed fixed quickly. For a non-emergency repair they were still able to fit me in in very short order and fix the problem.  They are upfront and honest about the job and always professional. These guys are my go-to plumbers for the area. Highly recommended.

Contracted through HomeServ to prepare outside leak at water line.  Once scheduled, they kept us informed of changes.  Although our appointment was moved out twice, we were pleased overall with their service, quality of work, and timeliness and would likely use them again.

Charged me nearly $400 to remove old kitchen faucet and install new one which I had purchased elsewhere.  Simple job.  Way too expensive.  Won't use again.
