Very happy with this company! Rex was our plumber; very professional, efficient, and patient with our many questions. He's been out three times for different jobs ranging from a simple shower head change to reopening a shower drain that had dried grout in it. I like to support small businesses that do a great job! And yes! Booties over his boots!

This review is a week late, but it is better late than not keeping my words. I committed to the owner Acosta Plumbing (Randy) that I will be writing a review of my experience no matter if is bad or good.  He did not fail to impress. I honestly can say that rarely I would met or conduct business with someone whom has such high integrity. Randy will be continues to earn my business.

Let's start from the beginning, I called the posted contact number--no answer. Mostly, Randy was busy with other jobs. I left a message on Yelp for a quick quotation to diagnose the issue with two broken water heaters.  Randy responded within 24 hours window, which is a plus in the business world. Set an up appointment to have him take a look of the problem.  Mind I tell, there were two other people (1 plumber/ My property Sup) checked my broken water, and was not able to give me a clear solution.  Randy stop by the house as arrangement. Communication and on-time was excellent. I really appreciate anyone who keep their appointment and provide clear communication.  

I already have done my research and ask around, what would be my estimated cost to repair or install two brand new water heater.  After Randy 1st, he provided his honestly feedback and multiple options of solution. He even suggested that I should contact my builder to fix the issue since it is under warranty.  Again, I truly appreciated an honesty business operator. I took his advice, and it was a fail. My builder did not want to help.  After failing to get any assistance from my property builder. I was glad to give my business to Acosta plumbing rather than to my original contractor whom installed the units.

Overall, price is definitely reasonable and was much better than other whom quoted me. Service and communication were outstanding. Honestly won me over.  Thank you, Randy.

I contacted Drain Care Sewer and Hydrojet for drainage issues at my home. John came and found that my pipes were clogged and I also had a leaking water heater. He provided me with detailed information and pricing. His service is impeccable and prices are very reasonable. Although this company specializes in drains/sewers, he fixed my plumbing issue. Thank you so much for the excellent service that was provided. This company went above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend and would definitely use again.  I will also refer to my family and friends.

Total lack of professionalism on the part the dispatcher, Georgia. I reached out on a Saturday via Yelp. Received reply to call to make appointment. Called Monday and spoke with Georgia and set appointment for Thursday -- the first available. I waited for days. Thursday came -- no call, no show. Called to inquire and Georgia claims she did not write down my telephone number correctly and as such they were unable to confirm the appointment and skipped me. Mind you, the correct phone number was provided via the initial Yelp inquiry. She then attempted to put me back on the schedule for the FOLLOWING Thursday; no attempt was made to correct their error by working me in the schedule the same day or following day. Also -- every time I have spoken to Georgia on the phone she is loudly smacking and chewing on food. Would not recommend this business to anyone. Then the owner comes to LIE in response to my factual review. God bless his little lying soul. Again -- I would not recommend this business to ANYONE!

I tried to install a new dishwasher, only to find out the supply valve shutoff didn't work. Ended up with a minor flood in the kitchen. Called Right Choice on Saturday morning based on good Yelp reviews, and because our regular guy couldn't get to us till Monday. They answered promptly, got a plumber on phone so I could describe the issue and gave me a quote. Even offered to quote me on the dishwasher install as well. Their tech Austin showed up about an hour later. Immediately fixed the faulty valve. Then installed the new dishwasher. Austin was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with a difficult install. The price was right too! So thankful I didn't go with the box store install because they wouldn't have done the plumbing. Definitely would use this company again. Big plus: they are open on Saturdays!

I had Christian come out and gave heads up when he would be at my house. He was able to replace some of the toilet and sink faucet parts that were leaking or causing pressure flow issues. He have me a initial quote before starting the work and I was pleased with the service he provided. I would recommend and I will use them again!

The valves under my kitchen sink was leaking and I called several places for quotes and availability.  I got Kim on the phone and he gave a rough estimate.  When he came over and checked everything, it was a loose connection so he tightened it and charged a very small fee.  I really appreciate his honesty.  He also advice me on getting to know where to turn off the water from the HOA in case a bigger problem occurred and the plumber can't turn off the water to fix it.  Really great person and an awesome service.

Hugo was on time, knowledgeable and very neat.  Had a door that would not lock due to an older home on a crawl space, Hugo knew exactly what to do! He was quick and verbally told me everything he was going to do. This is a handyman that I will definitely keep the number of!  Can't go wrong with this guy!

Meant to add this review over a month ago!  I highly recommend Plumbaway Plumbing.  After sending a message via yelp, the owner Robert responded within an hour even though it was the day after Thanksgiving.  One of their plumbers, Cameron, arrived at my house much earlier than expected.  In fact, he apologized to me, in the event he was late.  He stopped quickly on his way over to quickly have lunch.  What?!!!  That was enough to make my day.  Not your typical surly repairman, having a bad day.  Cameron was very professional - slipped into disposable booties before walking in the house, prepped his work area to ensure no mess, cleared the kitchen clog, completed his work, and even ran multiple follow up tests to ensure all was working well. He was such a diligent, respectful and very nice guy!!!  Cameron deserves a GREAT belated Christmas bonus!!!!  Thank you very much!!!!    I will definitely use again, even though I won't be looking forward to another plumbing issue.

Geovanny is very knowledgeable and accommodative. He is my go to guy now and can work weekends which is a big help for me. Good pricing and great work. My whole family uses him now.

Got some water stain on the ceiling. I'm a pretty DIY person, so I cut the ceiling trying to fix it myself, but couldn't even locate the leakage.
Called Nathan up since they are located quite close to my home. They quickly located the issue was the loosen bath tub drain cover. The leakage was small so hard to notice. Glad they were able to spot it. Sometimes, I have to admit DIY just can't match professional's experience.

They quickly fix it with a reasonable price. Great job.

These guys are great! Highly recommended. Service and quality of work was great. Also the response time was amazing. They fixed a broken mount on the guest bathroom and did it in record time for the party we were having that night.

My parents home had a broken pipe that was releasing sewage under there house. I'n addition the broken pipe allowed sewer gases to pure out into the open for a terrible smell. We contacted Alex and explained the issue and we quickly set up an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time and as expected. The work was completed professionally and he was on point with his estimate. Thank you First Aid Plumbing. You took an scary situation and brought back normalcy.

I was recently informed that it appeared I had a leak in the exterior water line. The city sent a crew out and informed me there was a leak between house and meter. After checking several leads I contacted Texas Best. They were very professional and courteous. They asked some questions and they could come by in a couple of hours. I telephoned around 3 o'clock. They arrived in less than an hour and looked the scene. My yard was so full of water you wold think a storm and come in and not run off. They offered 2 options and told me one way more expensive because they could not see any bubbling to pinpoint the leak. The second option less expensive was to run a new line from meter to house. This should last several years. They can put the next morning a round 8. By 1030 they were thru. They even did a good job of cleanup. The exposed ground will have grass full in very quickly.
The crew was very polite and very hard working. I would use them again with no problem. I would recommend them with out reservation.

This guy was the only one who responded to my Yelp request for water heater repair. The others never responded or said they only work on what they install. Even though the issue hasn't been fixed, I like to acknowledge this guys responsiveness and eagerness to win your business.

JD Precision just got done diagnosing a plumbing problem in my house, which 3-4 other companies have failed to diagnose over the past 2 years. I am just ticked off at myself for not hiring these folks two years ago. It could have save me a lot of money with all the other crappy companies my home warranty company sent over. Anyway, I want to highly recommend these guys. The person they sent over was Dustin and another young man. Professional beyond my expectations. I am calling them every time and not messing around with another plumber, EVER!! This company deserves to be successful.

I had several minor plumbing problems in my house. I did have a leak that needed  attention immediately.  I was given a quote in advance and could have said no.  So far, the work appears to be quality work. The problem is the work done I paid 404.00. I needed the leak stopped NOW, so I authorized the work and paid the bill.  This was extremely high for 2 hours work.  That's 200.00 dollars an hour.  I will definately shop the competition for my next plumbing repair.

We had leak outside the house. Cedric was the technician that showed up to the house. He was very professional and courteous. I showed him where the leak was and he said he would get right on it. He fixed the leak and answered all the questions that I had about it. He even explained a few other details. Over all a very satisfying experience.

I had an appointment that was scheduled for 3/9/2021 but they did not show up. This appointment was scheduled two weeks in advance. I called them and was told that my appointment was rescheduled but not by me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that someone would call me but of course no one called. I called a second time and was told all the supervisors were in a meeting and someone would call me back by 2pm today but of course no one did.
