Yovani was the most professional and organized electrician that responded to my request for a quote. He did everything he said he would and left nothing for us to question. He arrived when he promised he would and clearly communicated with us along the way as the job progressed. He was respectful to our home and time. He gave us some tips as well on how to save some money on various inquiries that we really APPRECIATED! He completed the work he came for today in about two hours and we scheduled him to come back and install recessed lighting throughout our entire home next week. We have been doing major renovations to our home since closing escrow and he has over delivered on all of his promises thus far!

I used Yelp to send out quotes to 5 different companies and the owner Joel responded within 15 mins.  Keep in mind this was about 9pm on Friday when I was searching for a company to come and wire up a transfer switch to my electrical panel so that I can use my generator to provide back up power to my home.  Joel was not only the quickest to respond, but he was also very reasonably priced.  I let Joel know that I would like to provide the material to save on some cost, he was very helpful and asked that I send him what I was looking to purchase to ensure the equipment would be sufficient for the job.  Joel showed up on time, did a great job installing the transfer switch that ended up looking amazing!!! Like it belonged there! The crew that was at our home today was wonderful. They were extremely professional, quiet, courteous, honest & friendly. Also really great with both of our babies & dogs. They couldn't do the job as we had envisioned (due to ceiling structure, not their fault) but they offered an awesome workaround and completed the job same day at a very fair price. Will definitely use them again.

Appointment arrival was on time. Tech was efficient. Installed a Ring Doorbell in about 20 minutes, helped me with the app, showed me a couple of tricks, bells and whistles. Will be calling them again for our business account.

Based on the reviews, I was pretty hopeful calling this place.  The caulk where the staircase met the raiser was cracked, so I thought it was going to be an easy DIY job.  I ripped out the old caulk cleaned the area and then taped everything with blue tape to get neat lines.  I started caulking didn't like it, so I wiped off the caulk and tried again.   I wasn't satisfied so I realized I needed a professional because there were so many corners and couldn't make it look neat like the professionals do.

I called asking for an estimate and they said all their jobs are $175/hour with a 2 hour minimum plus the cost of materials.  What a rip off!!  Who are they kidding??!!  Those prices are outrageous!  What were they planning to do to my stairs for that price?

I took a break from the DIY caulk project and then came back to it.  Watched some Youtube videos and read some tips on caulking.  Third time is always a charm, let's do this!  It took me 2 hours to do the entire staircase and if I must say so myself, the results are pretty darn awesome!  Final score Tammy 1 and caulk zero.

I am still on the hunt for a good handyman for future projects.

Last electrician didn't setup my breaker box correctly and still couldn't come out to fix it. Mr. Electric can out, told what was wrong, and fixed it in a day.

Very satisfied! I was referred from a friend in the neighborhood that used a pro master electric for their whole rewire in their home and they were satisfied. I used a pro master electric to install LED lights around my home that lights up my yard at night and later on used them to change my breaker panel! This is my go to electric company !!!

I had a great experience with Mr. Electric recently. I sent an online request for service one evening and to my surprise, someone called me within an hour.   They were able to come out the very next day.  The service rep (Brandon) was very professional.  After explaining my issue to him, he explained what steps he would be taking to identify the problem.  The problem was resolved quickly.  Due to the age of my home, he also recommended that I have an electrical safety check.   When he finished, he provided some great suggestions to electrical updates that I may want to consider for my home.  Very satisfied with my first experience using Mr Electric.  Will definitely use again, as well as recommend to family and friends.

Excellent service.   Water was backing up into the bathtubs in 2 of my apartments.   Technician, Isiah, assessed the problem by checking not only my apartments but the neighboring properties.  He determined the problem belonged to the city.  His recommendations were right on.  He communicated directly with the tenants and explained the source of the problem.
