Heater went out in the middle of the night and I called them first thing in the morning. They were prompt that they showed up within three hours when I first made the call and the gentleman that serviced my heater was very informative on what was the issue. I was fortunate enough that the labor and parts were still covered under warranty too.

Brad was able to come over next day and fixed our shower's water pressure very quickly. From the reviews I knew brad to use great parts and the bill seemed fair. Glad to have found him, and we will hire him  again.

Was responsive to my request and was able to come by the next day. I liked that they quoted everything before the work was done but I was charged $25 over the quoted price out of nowhere.

The repairman that came to my home was very friendly and I thought did a good job of explaining things to me.  I was not thrilled that he made a mess of my bathroom.  My bathroom trash can was used as a bucket and left with nasty stuff in it.  There was also significant splatter on my bathroom cabinet doors after the work that was performed.  

Not bad but could improve.

Gilbert is MAGIC.  

I'm typically stingy with my 5-star reviews, but Gilbert deserves EVERY SINGLE ONE (and more).  He is MAGIC and he really knows his stuff.  He just fixed major problems with BOTH my bathtubs AND ALL THREE toilets in less than 2 hours.

I wish I had called him A LOT sooner (instead of worrying for over a year why water spots were growing on my downstairs ceiling and dreading having to call a plumber).  Call him.  He really is as amazing as all the reviews say he is. (( :

We had a clogged kitchen sink. Curtis Kurka was the tech that was sent after hours. He was responsive, clean, and knowledgeable. He quickly resolved the issue and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Rooter-Man.

They showed up late, looked at the problem and then said they would order parts. They said the parts would take two weeks. They followed up a couple times then I never heard back from them. I called the mfg and got the parts in 2 days...now I just need a plumber that is reliable.

We called Pierre to come out on an emergency call for a broken pipe and he came out capped the pipe so we can have running water again temporarily until we can get him to come back out to fix the pipe. His crew Eric and partner came out and were super friendly and fixed the pipe quickly! Thank you so much Pierre and your guys for the awesome job and outstanding customer service you provide! We are so grateful for y'all!

I had a bathtub that went from slow-drain to no-drain, so I decided to unclog it myself. After plunging for hours and using Liquid Plumber the tub was draining. A week later I realized that I hadn't unclogged the bathtub at all. Instead, I had broken a connection between the drain and the p-trap and it was flooding my crawl space every time I showered.

I called Henderson Plumbing and Dave showed up, crawled underneath the house and replaced the old cast iron p-trap. He snaked the line and my bathtub was now draining properly. The job took almost 3 hours, because he had to take a couple trips to get the right parts, but Dave was very professional and did a good job. I plan on using Dave for all of my future plumbing needs and I highly recommend.

Make sure to get an estimate before any work is done. That was my big mistake here - don't let it be yours.

Two stars because they did the job, but $250 to run a pipe snake is twice as much as most companies will charge so make sure to call around first.

Our water heater started leaking. Very fast response from Braulio! He helped me over phone to troubleshoot and diagnose where the leak may be coming from. He went over what options I had and even recommended following up with manufacturer to check if any warranty was left on the old heater.  He provided a detailed quote of the work he would provide and when he would be able to perform the job.  He also informed me of available city rebates that I could submit. He arrived when he said he would, on time!  Braulio is always very friendly and courteous.  The job was completed successfully and I am very satisfied with the work he did.

We had them out recently to try and figure out why we had a puddle in our yard. He was quick to get back to us, and we loved that he was located in Manor. We also appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he correctly stated that it was a problem with the city's water line. We will for sure hire him again if we ever have another need for a plumber.

I called Republic Pipeworks because I needed a new hot water heater. Jim came to my house checked everything out and had it replaced with a brand new one for a GREAT price.  I would recommend Republic Pipeworks to anyone!

We needed a replacement for our leaking water heater. Joe came by the same day and installed one, gathering parts from two or three locations to get the job done on a Saturday. Friendly, informative and helpful at all times. Just what we needed.

Had a couple stopped up sinks and bathtub. They came out and checked them out, fortunately or unfortunately the sinks weren't stopped up any more, although they did locate a monster hair ball which wasn't helping anything.

Professional, courteous, hardworking guys, polite and helpful reception also, checked in multiple times when they were on the way.

10 years ago someone removed all the gas appliances from our house.  The gas lines had corroded and weren't where we needed them.  The gas company had removed their meter from the house and we needed all new everything to hook up our new Gas Furnace.  We needed new gas lines run in the house.  Most of the plumbers I called wouldn't even return my call or they just weren't willing to do the job.  The few that came out gave me outrageous quotes to run a couple of gas lines under a house with a pier and beam foundation.  Tad with Thunderbird came out and was extremely professional.  We talked about our requirements and he gave me some options that would cut down on the complexity and price of the job.  They got me a proposal that was very reasonable.  They got the job done in a day and we passed the city inspection without an issue.  Today, the gas company installed their meter and we finally have gas service.  I couldn't be happier with the service I got from the folks at Thunderbird Plumbing.

Today if the fourth time I have used Pure Plumbing Service.  Each and every time they have done a wonderful job.  The staff is very professional,
polite and flexible.  I would recommend Pure Plumbing to anyone if you
have a job that you want done right.

Olvin and his team are the real deal. They did an amazing job tiling my bathroom. I had something come up that prevented he and his crew from working for about a day, but he was very flexible and still finished the project when he said he would.

Working through our home warranty company they first came and the toilet clog was not fixed. They kept promising dates for 2 weeks and refused to come unclog the toilet. Very rude and unprofessional, BEWARE! Never came back.
