Service call today was prompt and curteous.  Everything went smoothly.

I have had Brad come to my house twice in the last couple years.  Once to replace a water heater, and again to fix some leaks.  Each time, Brad has been professional, personable, and efficient.  He is honest, hard working, and fair.  He also fit me into his busy schedule!  Thanks again Brad!

Cody came out to take a look at our slab leak. He knew his stuff right off the bat! Very efficient, knowledgeable, punctual, very honest. I would no doubt highly recommend Proven Plumbing no doubt! Thank you Cody and Proven Plumbing!

I felt compelled to give Gilbert a shot based on his outstanding reputation, and indeed, he does it great justice. He diagnosed and fully repaired three toilets in my home which had been developing various issues and costing me exorbitant utility fees and minor leak frustrations. We also discussed an ongoing issue with low water pressure inside my home on which I intend to follow up soon, and I'm certain that Blue Dragon Plumbing is the company for the job despite his generous offer for me to shop around.

The total cost of the job came in near the estimate and the components of the bill were reasonable and well justified. He was in touch via cell phone the day of service, showed up on time, and stopped the work clock when he had to leave for a short time to get some parts. He works quickly and efficiently, but not without great character.

He does seem to be fairly booked at the moment - we had to schedule a week out from my initial call. He was training a new employee named John on the day of my service, who was also professional and seemed ready to uphold the Blue Dragon name and quality standards. Hopefully this trend will continue and Austin will have ready access to a fleet of honest and skilled plumbers who share Gilbert's passion for helping people to stay clean and hydrated.

I found myself in a quandary recently. Our water pressure had been fluctuating for a few days and we thought maybe our water was being rationed during prime use hours. (Well every other weird thing has happened over the past year so why not?)
Anyhoo -Saturday it went from a slow stream to a trickle to no water at all -and it was affecting all sinks, commodes and bathing facilities in our home. We are so clueless we still thought it must be a worldwide event! (Ok-maybe a neighborhood event...) so we polled our neighbors only to find they all had water!!
What to do? Decided a plumber was in order. I began my research on Yelp of course and there were many agencies that had great reviews.
I was drawn to Rooter Man as it had an abundance of 4&5 Star Reviews. Was family and veteran owned and operated.
Being the frugals we waited until  Monday to call. The call was picked up by the 4 th ring and Catherine had me describe our plumbing problem. She reviewed their schedule and offered an appointment Tuesday afternoon between 2-4pm. She advised that whomever was assigned would text me when they headed our way. She then advised the fee for the service call was $79, but said if we opted to have them repair the problem tomorrow that fee would be waived.
I appreciated her being forthright with their processes. She was very professional and had a smile in her voice.
The next day I missed a call from Catherine and when I called her back she advised they had a cancellation and could arrive between 12-2p if we wanted to take the earlier appointment. That was fine with us. She reviewed their process of having the plumber text us when on their way.
Before too long I received a text from Byron with his picture- a great way of identifying who would be coming. There was also a phone number given should we have any questions.
A text also came when he arrived at our home. Byron introduced himself. We described our issues with the lack of water.
After listening he began removing the kitchen sink faucet head. I was telling him that in my restroom something resembling sand was coming out of one of the sink faucets. He asked us about our water heater and if we had a traditional style water softener. When we said we did he diagnosed the problem immediately. Evidently the softener had broken and was spilling tiny silicone grains out into our water pipes. He then began to run the water and sure enough out they came. He explained it was best to use the larger faucets to discharge the contaminated water. He opened the faucets in both tubs... wooo -E there was a lot of that stuff from inside the water softener. He told us that since we had a Moen Faucet at the kitchen sink - they had such faith in their product they would likely send us a new head free-no shipping-no nothing...what a great tip!! He said to simply email them. I told him I was concerned about the fridge too so he told us what to do about that to avoid using any tainted ice or water.
He offered to replace the toilet tank innards or saud that we could do it as well to make sure they continued to function. He then tidied up the areas he had made repairs to. He was able to give us the invoice- we paid the amount due. After thanking us for choosing Rooter Man he said goodbye- and to call if any further problems developed.
Byron was professional, and offered us some great tips. He was neat and clean. He was respectful of us as his customers.

I am leaving this review here, because others' reviews helped me choose a great business and plumber today. As most of these situations happen, I had an unexpected leak that was hard to determine its location.  I got right on Yelp and saw that this company had great reviews, so this is where I started. Emilio and his daughter came out within 30 minutes of my reaching out.  He explained things in detail and provided a fair quote. I was shown the leak and pics of the finished product. Believe me when I say they had to get down and dirty with this job with the leaks location, recent rains and digging that had to be done to get to it. I appreciate all they did and I highly recommend this company.  I hope you're as lucky as I was to get Emilio and his daughter.  :)

Y'all A&T is a life saver! We had a hard nasty job that needed to be done and i struggled to find anyone to even come out and give me quote for it. One company came out and the price they quoted me was completely insane. I called Pierre and he sent someone out the next day and gave me a fair quote that we could afford, and once we approved the estimate they got right to work. This was a tough job that required tunneling under our house, chipping concrete, and busting out nasty old cast iron sewer pipes that were no longer draining. The job took awhile but that's completely understandable,it was tough work and we aren't exactly located close to his office. Kevin and his crew were professional and hardworking. They did everything they could to make sure that we understood the process and that everything was being handled. Now our toilets flush and showers drain! I cannot recommend these guys enough.

David was quick, friendly, and professional. Our tub drain was clogged and he saved us with his plumbing magic. If I ever have another plumbing issue, I will definitely give David a call. Or a message. He was the most responsive and clear communicator via the Yelp app out of all of the plumbers I messaged. Thank you David!

I discovered a leak in my main water intake for my house one evening. Abel responded promptly with a reasonable quote and was able to get me an appointment in less than 24 hours.  The work was professionally done and Abel and crew were very pleasant to deal with.

Fixed my water heater when it broke. I texted him, as I usually do, and he responded that he will be at my house in less than 10 minutes! He replaced the part and we have warm water again. In the past he has installed a dish washer and fixed plumbing in my bathroom. He gives you an honest estimate and that is rare. I recommend you get in touch with Standard Plumbing if you need a plumber that is great and honest! A rare find!

Garbage disposal stopped working and sink was backed up over the Labor Day weekend.  I couldn't cook or run the dishwasher.  Called, left a VM on Sunday and Jaime texted me back within 30 minutes.  He said he could drop by the next day at 10:30-11:00. Mind you, that was the Labor Day Monday!  He showed up on time and got to work replacing the broken disposal with another one I had bought from one of the big box stores.  Unplanned but he was also able to fix an old toilet at the same visit.  All for a reasonable price.  

Very grateful for his responsiveness and professionalism.  I've found my go to plumber now and I know my old house will have something for him come back for another visit...hopefully not soon.

Jim is awesome.  He helped us with a gas line extension to our grill and has helped us with a bunch of other problems previously.  He's the only plumber we'll call.

Called Monday repairs/replacements completed Tuesday. (I was not a prefered customer.) Fast friendly service. This was for toilet, supply line and cutoff valve replacement. They cleaned the work area and hauled off the old. While here, other areas were inspected, recommendations and quotes to follow.
Pros from the get go.

I am a fan! We have complex water heater issues at our home related to the original construction. There was no easy solution. Jeff spent much time problem solving instead of just ripping open walls which would have been much more costly. He came up with a solution that works perfectly. Ted and Jeff fixed other items in our home as well. I'm so thankful to find people that are top notch in their craft, kind, professional, easy to work with and very fairly priced. Thank you again for all the wonderful work!!!

I've been using Pure Plumbing for several years and Mark has always been outstanding.   This weekend had an issue with my on demand gas water heater.   Called Mark and he walked me thru a few steps on the phone, and after several back and forth calls as I worked thru the process I was able to resolve the issue.   No need for an on site service call and Mark was patient and friendly every time I called.   You can't go wrong - I would recommend hands down.

They showed up on time. Great communication. A couple mistakes that were promptly corrected. Olvin was very nice and followed through with everything he said. I'd recommend again. Thank you.

Working through our home warranty company they first came and the toilet clog was not fixed. They kept promising dates for 2 weeks and refused to come unclog the toilet. Very rude and unprofessional, BEWARE! Never came back.
