Best Plumbing Services in Texas

We have now used Sosa Services twice in two months. We needed two ancient toilets replaced and Sosa Services replied quickly and with the best quote by far, out of many other quotes I had received through Yelp. They provided quick, friendly service all while I was on a work meeting in my dining room. Then last week our garbage disposal decided it was no longer for this world. Sosa Services came out the next day and had the thing replaced in under 45 minutes. Definitely recommend!

Joaquin was amazing!!! I sent out a quote request on Sunday expecting to get a reply on Monday morning when everyone is open. Joaquin responded with 30 mins with a ballpark figure which was very reasonable and in my budget. I sent them a link to my Aquasana Whole House Water Filtration with Saltfree Water Softener so he could clarify the price. Not only did he take his time in putting the system in right but he made it so it didn't take up my whole garage wall. He did everything he said he would do and more. I highly recommend this company as they keep their promises and stand by their work. Thank you Joaquin!

Had great service on a damaged irrigation system. Lots of leaks were fixed, and system adjusted. Extremely fair price, and Logan provided great service!

Will call them again for future work.

Only nit was that they are extremely busy, so there is a wait for an appointment date.

My home was flooded and in complete disrepair.  CH men and women restored my entire home in the most professional manor.  They were so prompt.  They ACTUALLY came to work when they said they would.  Unheard of with other companies.

I, also, made many good friends in the process.  Kudos to Anthony, John and, especially, Juan. Although I have my home back in better condition than before the disaster, I have to say that I miss the good conversations I had with your staff.

These guys are great at communicating, I got a quote very quickly and the job was done just days later (stone to divide between my yard and my neighbor's yard because her grass is different than mine and was taking over my grass). Any additional questions I had I could text and got a response right away. Most importantly, reasonable pricing, and great work! Originally I got another quote from someone we know (who was probably going to contract the work out), and the quote from the other guy was more than double than JNS Landscaping's quote! JNS landscaping actually does the job instead of being a middle who contracts the work out. Very nice guys too!

My water heater failed (at the worst possible moment hahaha) and he quickly came to diagnose the problem and in less than 40 minutes from my initial phone call, he already had a new water heater at my house quickly. He came because he takes jobs from select home warranty. Select Warranty did not cover breaks in the water heater (that is ridiculous, whats the point ??).  In an hour he already had my old unit out and was installing the new intake lines in an instant. The whole installation took less than 4 hours. He is very knowledgeable and I feel that I could trust him. He explained to me all the questions that I have about plumbing on the spot. He is personable, friendly and professional and I appreciate that.

He got me out of that bind quickly. The price was a steep for a water heater install (I realized that later, he did the job short notice i suppose it is worth the up charge to a certain extent) but he was prepared, thorough and the work looks solid. He gave me several options and fielded all my questions. His work is guaranteed for 2 years.

I did not do my due diligence because of time constraints. Regardless, he was quick and was straight forward with me and did quality work.

American Plumbing's Felix Griffin and his son, Felix Jr., have been our plumbers of choice for decades. They call you back right away and come out as soon as possible. Felix is a character, but the good kind of character . . . easy to laugh, but knows his stuff, top to bottom.

Honest and do good work. Knowledgeable  plumbers.  Worked with us on our remodel and also helped us last minute. Highly recommend.

Sylvester came out right away when we had an emergency. He immediately got to work and fixed our issue. He is very fairly priced, and does great work! I would highly recommend him!!

We had a new AC/heat system installed in the summer.  The AC worked great all summer long and the whole experience was a really good one.  The sales guy and the technicians were GREAT to work with.  

The heater wasn't working properly when they came out to perform a heat system check late on Friday afternoon.  The two technicians who worked to resolve the problem were great to work with -  very polite and both worked diligently to try to get the heat running and they kept us informed about what was going on.  They worked diligently, I must add, until almost 9PM. Turned out there was a problem with one of the components and finishing the job wasn't a possibility that same day.  They were able to put in a temporary fix to get us through the weekend with heat.

When we spoke to the company EARLY this morning (Monday), they told us that the manufacturer couldn't get the required replacement part to them for several days.  Chrisitanson arranged to get a whole system from a local source, remove the part we needed and get it installed today.  It was evident they had worked over the weekend to have a solution ready by this morning - that really goes above and beyond, in my opinion.  We told them we were fine to wait for the part from the manufacturer - but they insisted on getting us fixed up (regardless of the cost or extra effort required on their part)!

I would recommend Christianson HIGHLY to anyone in need of AC/heat or plumbing service.  Every single encounter we've had with them has been more than satisfactory.

***SCAM ALERT!!!!!*** This company sold me on their sonar leak detection services at 400/hr.  The guys sat on the ground at the water main w/o any special equipment and then after an hour (and a 400.00 bill) told me he couldn't hear anything it was too windy.  He was also supposed to fix my leaking shower faucet but told me he wasn't qualified to do that repair either.

I hired an irrigation company and they fixed the problem outdoor leak in 20 min.

I was looking for a plumber to assess why the pilot light keeps going out on my water heater. I believe it is likely the thermocoupling system b/c the water heater works fine once the unit is running, but has a hard time staying lit. I called Radiant because they boast same-day appointments and had open availability for the day...which should have been a clue.

The 2 guys who came out here, between both of them, could not figure out how to even turn my pilot light on. WHAT? Yes. I had to show them how the unit worked. They then offered to do a comprehensive evaluation of the rest of the plumbing in the house. Um, NO. You are here to look at the *water heater.* They of course tried to upsell me on replacing the whole water heater, which I expected, but is still annoying. When I told them No on that as well, they then told me they had to go to their truck to prepare a tiered estimate of pricing for the repairs. Let me emphasize, they did not look at my water heater at all, examine any of the components, or ask any questions--except for what the model number was, which I ALSO had to show them.

They returned 20 or so minutes later with a price for: 1) replacing the entire water heater (which I had already told them I did not want to do); this was over $3k; 2) a quote of $950 to rebuild the heating elements. I asked why they would do that when none of the parts appeared damaged or corroded in any way--nor had they even looked at them. I was told, based on the way the water heater sounded, ma'am. Because #mansplaining. THANKS, GENTS! 3) The piece de resistance, however, was that they offered to just replace the thermocoupling unit (which is actually what I had called them about) for $450--before taxes. So $500 total. I asked how they could possibly justify that cost when the part (which is a small piece of copper wire) costs between $5-$15. There was no answer for that. I was simply told, that's our flat rate pricing, ma'am.

Take the ma'am out of that equation, and I guarantee I would have been offered a different quote. My X chromosomes do not preclude me doing comparative online research about parts replacements, and I am not a first-time home owner. (Everyone else I've spoken with confirms that this pricing is absolutely ludicrous, BTW.)

I am beyond annoyed that I wasted my afternoon. Meanwhile, my search for a trustworthy plumber continues...:/

And to Radiant--DO NOT EVEN BOTHER responding that you were unable to locate my name in your system, as if to imply this experience never happened. Obviously Austinite is not my real name, but my experience was certainly real, and I hope it serves as a warning to others about your shady, overpriced business dealings, which have been substantiated by numerous people on this forum.

All my drains and toilets clogged this evening. Cedar Park Plumbing came referred to me by usual plumber who was unable to help me himself. Bill arrived within an hour, unclogged the pipe, cut out the roots in the pipe and had me back in business very quickly. He didn't even mind me hanging around and asking questions.

After he was done we discussed the pipe repair that needs to be done, what the possible scenarios are (patching the pipe or replacing the whole thing). I should get the bid on that tomorrow.

Friendly staff and a good experience. Would use again.
