Best Plumbing Services in Texas
They did a complete re-pipe of our 1930 farmhouse. Alex is an excellent communicator, as are the guys that work for him! They were timely, professional, did excellent quality work! I plan to contact them if we need anything plumbing related in the future! I highly recommend them and have been telling all of our friends and family!

Matthew came out to help us and he was outstanding. He fixed 2 problems we had with sinks. They are a little pricey but that is because they don't mess around! They will come out on time and fix the problem. I recommend them their services especially if you are working in real estate and need someone reliable and trustworthy.

We have a new house and we have been having a difficult time with warranty repairs and such. I asked Austex to come out and just give us a second opinion about what is going on. They sent me a very experienced and knowledgable person to review our system. They were able to answer all our questions, check the whole system, set up the system correctly, ( the first time that has happened in a year with our builder) and let us know where we have red flags that the builder needs to fix. It was worth paying a small fee to be educated on how to use our system and to know why we are having troubles. I am so happy I gave them a call. And you can guarantee we will be calling them again if our builder continues to fall through with warranty repairs. Thank you, Alex!! You were much appreciated.

Very prompt reply to a request for emergency plumbing issue and a fair price. Will use again!

I just had ET Plumbing re-pipe my 1935 house. Eric is great to deal with. They did a great job and hauled off the old galvanized pipes. I'll definitely be using them again.

Simply THE BEST decision we made. Our home flooded as a result of a burst water heater. We contracted with Colony to complete the restoration repairs. They were exceptional from start to finish. Colony did a very thorough inspection and bid estimate; the attention to detail was exactly what any home owner would want. Colony handled everything, from the packing to move out, to the final details associated with the move back in. Throughout the project our assigned Project Managers were superb, responsive, attentive to details and a pleasure to work with. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations, and having a firm that really cared about our loss made the experience less stressful. The value add with Colony is the quality of all their people. They really care about doing a quality job and treat your home like their own. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

So far so good with these guys. They come when they say their going to come and will move stuff in your yard to make sure all the grass is mowed. Their prices are reasonable too.

Friendly on the phone, BUT HORRIBLE IN PERSON. Mike came over to look at a water heater issue I was having last week. I paid a fee for him to come out because everyone else seemed to be booked. I just wanted it fixed as soon as possible. Mike was very annoyed that he needed to use a ladder to access the water heater even though I told him it was on the second floor over the phone. He was mumbling under his breath and upset he needed to do that. He told me that I would need to replace the entire water heater and would call me with quotes because he had to get to the next place. Never called me back. Since then, I called another plumbing service and they fixed the water heater for $180 in about 30 minutes. Stay away.

I had a sewage drain problem, and while Felix said that was beyond his expertise, he gave me a personal reference to another company to help me out, and it was all fixed within an hour! THEN he called the next morning to make sure it all worked out! While I couldn't use him this time, I hope that if I need plumbing help another time, that he's available to help me out again. Very professional and works with what's best for the customer!

Honest and do good work. Knowledgeable plumbers. Worked with us on our remodel and also helped us last minute. Highly recommend.

Incompetent and Rude. Guy has no business still offering his services. Not professional grade.

They were fantastic. I had a leak in my master bathroom that I thought was coming from a totally different location than where they found. They went right to the troubled area. They used methods and techniques that I was not aware of to fix my plumbing issue quickly and for less cost than I was expecting. They certainly could have performed much more expensive and time consuming repairs and I would have never known the difference. I felt that plumber that worked on my issue was honest, reliable, and trustworthy. Those characteristics mean a lot to me. They were quick to come out to house and were very friendly while there. They were respectful of my property and left the job clean and tidy. They even went out of their way to check some other issues for me that they didn't have to do. On top of that, I have a 1 year warranty now on the work that they performed. I will certainly be calling Christianson back if I have any other plumbing issues in the future.

Remodeling contractor brought in Jake from GC Plumbing to fix a punch-list discovery left behind by the original plumber. We started off thinking it was simple -- replace part of the stack under the sink because there were no threads to screw the P-trap to. No. The grinder backflowed uphill. There was a hidden cut in the waste pipe run to the coupling at the back of the cabinet to the stack in the wall. It got complicated. Fast. And the original plumbers will never set foot in my house again. Working with the contractor, we opted to open up the brick wall outside the kitchen to get to the stack. And, there, we discovered the x plumbers used the wrong parts to hook the stack together, violating code. Jake just worked his way through all this with a sense of humor, gloves, and a box of parts, test fitting it all, gluing it up, testing again, making it work. Along the way, I opted to ask him to flush the waste line under the slab because the sink and dishwasher always drained slowly. Out came his crud cutter -- a jet head on a long, thin black hose hooked to a pressure pump. Yup. There was nothing less than a blockage. Long story shorter -- call these guys, ask for Jake, get your plumbing fixed.

I was talking to a neighbor about Radiant. He mentioned their service people seem to be some type of commission or bonus plan that gets them extra money based on what they sell you. That theory fits perfectly with my experience with Radiant. I called them once because one the ACs at my apt/workshop was leaking oil at a copper connector going into the unit. Since I had worked with my Uncle who had an AC Heating business in East Texas during my high school and early college years I knew that indicates a leak of refrigerant and oil - easily repaired. We had a service we liked, but Radiant had done some free or low cost walk for a local animal shelter we supported, so we thought we should give them some business. They sent a tech out who said (after only glancing at the unit) the compressor was going out, the oil indicated oil had gotten in to the compressor and that was very bad. I asked if compressors had changed since a) previously, compressors were cooled by having freon and oil circulating through them, and b) the leak was at a copper flare joint that was a common source of leak type failures. He had no real answer but just said the compressor was definitely going out, since the compressor next to it was the same brand and age, we needed to have someone come out for an estimate to have both replace. (Both units were a bit over 5 years old at the time. I thanked him, paid the service fee, and asked him to have his estimator call me. (I canceled the spest8mator after I talked to other experts). I did some research regarding the problem, discovered I was right about this being a simple leak, and the service tech was wrong. I called for a service call with the other company we normally used. The tech agreed that the oil indicated a leak, not a bad compressor. He tightened the connection, added freon, gave me the standard disclaimer that tightening a flare nut and adding freon may or may not be a repair that would last. The repair lasted and a while later we decided the house unit (which was very old) needed to be replaced and we replaced the other units at the same time. (But, before all of this, I called Radiant and asked to talk to the head of their service department. The person I talked to refused (several times) to answer my question about loose connectors, freon leaks, and fake compressor failures. I decided by not answering the questions he may have answered them. Since then I talked to other people who said Radiant service techs are essentially sales people. This seems to be a trend in the business. My advice is a) skip Radiant when looking for a service provider and b) ask all service providers if their technician has a commission or bonus based on a sales plan.
I must admit Radiant's ignorant tv ads have played a part in me finally deciding to post this review. I have trouble believing they have so little respect for their customers and potential customers that they would run such dumb, annoying ads. The recent (early 2022) election ad is a new low in how ignorant can you go.

HOLY CRAP!
I have to start by saying that I'm a first time homeowner and I'm definitely new to handyman work.
Over the past few months, a leak has developed into a GUSHER from my bathtub. I've been dreading getting someone to fix it.
I went ahead and called AAA Auger the other day to come give me a quote to fix the leak and they quoted me $500.
They told me that I had to replace my faucet and that I'd have to basically have my entire bathtub taken apart.
Then I called around... getting various phone quotes from other plumbers in the area.
When I came across Cedar Park Plumbing, they were GREAT on the phone and VERY flexible with scheduling.
The plumber, Ldon actually came out today (SUNDAY -- on Father's DAY!) and
was able to FIX the tub... without dismantling the tub. He even went and got the parts himself !
Also, a few months ago, I installed a garbage disposal in the sink upstairs and since, there has been a leak in it. He went out to the truck, sawed some PVC, dismantled and re-piped the entire sink.
When he gave me my $125 invoice, I couldn't believe it.
I told the man he was absolutely gifted. He was quick, honest, and professional.
PLEASE use these guys!
AMAZING!!
