Hired to replace water valve going from house to city. Good customer service, price, and work. I would hire them again.

We needed our kitchen sink plumbing snaked out. Another company cancelled due to the freezing weather, but Joaquin fit me in even in his packed schedule. He was super friendly, professional and fast. He was also very reasonable and his company gave me a quote before he came out, unlike the other company I had booked with. I am so happy we can do the dishes again! This is a great plumbing service company and if I ever need anything I will call them again without hesitation.

Great service from Austex and from Anthony in particular. Showed up on time, wearing a mask, and fixed our system quickly like a pro. Good communication  and great overall service. Naturally they are a little busy so you probably won't get next-day service but they're worth the wait.

They did a fantastic job installing my new water softener! They got the job done with less than 24 hours notice.  David and B were veryhelpful, friendly, and a pleasure to work with!  I will definitely call them next time I need plumbing services! Highly recommend!

ET Plumbing is the most professional company I have the pleasure of working with.  Eric sets the benchmark for excellent service.  He came to my home a couple of weeks ago and fixed an issue in our guest bath; same day I called.  Then today he found the leak and issue at our rental property.  He is always on time and friendly.  Let me also say I manage several properties and work in real estate.  I never hesitate to refer this company and especially Eric or Fabian to my clients.  I know I can trust them to deliver top notch service.  Thank you Eric and Fabian for all your hard work and excellent service.

John, from Colony Home, was such a lifesaver. He was so knowledgable when it came to two separate water issues we had- he helped with everything from the mitigation to repair. His team on-site was kind and trustworthy.  His office team was organized and responsive. I would recommend John over and over again!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Saul was very professional and performed the work in a timely manner. We have dealt with many lawn care companies over the past few years but JNS is by far the best! Saul texted 10 minute prior to his appointment time, he took the time to check the system and quoted me prior to replacing items. Him and his team fixed everything at the same initial appointment. We've used American Plumbing since we've bought our home 10 years ago! We had them out for simple stuff like new toilets and sink disconnections during renovations to a broken pipe and excavation! They know they're stuff and do it well! Felix is friendly and totally old school, he tells ya like it is and is very honest about it! I personally like his good ole boy style!

After my grandparents were extorted by a previous plumber, it was nice to meet Sylvester and his son. Sylvester took his time and did an amazing job and even called to check in on my grandparents. After my grandparents were abused by a previous plumber Sylvester was like an angel. He charged us half the price of the previous plumber.

I cannot be happier with the emergency phone support provided by Curt (sp?) this morning. Our home air conditioner was not working properly and Curt stepped me through a troubleshooting process that determined the capacitor probably needed to be replaced. I went to a local air conditioner repair shop with my old part and was able to replace it, saving a service call and getting the house back to normal. THANK YOU for the excellent phone support!

Absolutely great customer service to begin with!  Hands down a great job and in a timely manner.  Replaced my grinder next day after the initial visit. Left everything in my yard way cleaner than when he found it.  Super pumped to recommend these guys, especially Jason!  My new plumber for life, and I have several properties!  Thank you!

Chad came out from Radiant yesterday, and I was very impressed! First off, I was happy they could come out so quickly, and he was very kind, as was his assistant. They quickly realized that I had an air conditioning problem- not plumbing, so Chad immediately put an order in for someone to come out later in the day to help us out. Oh yes, another thing that I cannot forget-- these people have so much respect for your home. They wear protection over their shoes! I appreciated that so much as my husband and I spent the past year remodeling our home, and I became exhausted by workmen treading dirt all over my clean house!! :( There still is a little work that needs to be done, and so far, I found my first bill a little pricey, but then.... when there is a potential fifteen gallons of water sitting on top of my ceiling... I need the problem fixed right and fast, before a tragedy could happen. Thanks guys! :)

I had an appointment on Tuesday to check on a leaking pipe in my yard.  The plumber said to expose the leak and he'd be back on Thursday at 10:00 to fix it.  On Thursday at 8:30, I got a call saying they couldn't make it and that the soonest they could be there is next Wednesday!  Next Wednesday!  Seriously?  After they stood me up they weren't interested in making it right.  We've been unable to turn our water on for several days and now I'm stuck trying to scramble to find another plumber.  Do not call them.  Do not call them.  Do not call them.
