We have worked with Micah and his wife for several years on various projects around our house.  Recently, a relatively new water heater that he installed failed and began to leak from the top!  We called after hours and Jenny dispatched Micah to come out immediately.  Long story short, the heater's malfunction was a manufacturer's defect (still under warranty) but regardless, Micah came out and removed the unit, took it to the supply shop and had our new one installed next day.  Oh, and they didn't even charge a service call or labor fee.  We will always call Micah when in need and they keep getting our business because they stand by their work and get the job done right.  Thanks for getting us back up and running Micah!

Shows up on time, he does our annual cleaning of tankless water heater. He is polite, professional and explains what he is doing. I highly recommend.

If I could give no stars I would. There communication is lacking. When asking for pricing, they apparently gave me the wrong rate and then later when I questioned about the charges they stated, You got a deal. Michael is not personable at all. When I asked for clarifying questions, he asked retorical questions like, If I had my apprentice there for 4 hours working on it and charged you for 4 hours does that make sense?.  I do not appreicate being spoken to like a child. I think it comes with customer service to EXPLAIN what your charges are and why. No need to get so defensive and be rude to your customers. I did not raise my voice at him, I even asked him to clarify things for me because it could be a miscommunication. Take the time to find other options. They were at my house for an hour and charge an additional 45 minutes of travel time. Their facility is 20-25 minutes from my place. I think if you plan to charge someone more than the original estimated amount discussed you should be able to communicate that to your customers.

The plumber, Bryan, who came to our home was very polite, and more importantly he did the job quickly which was important since labor is paid for by the hour. He over estimated how much it would cost to complete the repair, so it was a pleasant surprise to have a lower bill than expected and also showed integrity. Great service! I called on a Friday morning with no hot water. I was asked to send a picture of the brand and model so they could bring parts if needed. They arrived within 2 hours of my call. My 9 year old water heater was still under warranty so I paid just for labor to have a new thermostat installed. 2 other companies told me they couldn't come until Monday/Tuesday and never asked about what unit I had. Great friendly fast service!

Spoke to Bob at 12 pm.  He said he will be to my house in 2 hours. No show, no call.   Called 3 hours later,  he said he will be there in 45 minutes.   6:30 pm no show or call.   So disappointing!!!

My faucet for the bathtub wasn't working properly & the faucet for the sink had low pressure. They came right out & took care of it in a timely manner!

We can't thank these guys enough. We had a pipe burst today thanks to the snow, and they came out after their busy day should have been over to cap it and get our water back on. They were extremely professional, showed up with masks on, and explained everything to us. Truly, we can't thank you guys enough, and you've earned customers for life! Thank you!!!

I had a sump pump replaced.  First the outdoor outlet shorted out because the seal was broken between the house was loose and water seeped into the outlet.  Within a year the sump stopped working.  Roots had grown into the tank because the lid of the tank was cracked where the new pump was installed. Third the wire for new pump was not buried more than 2 deep.  Therefore, lazy and shoddy work.  Never ever use this plumber.

I had this plumber redo my sewer line from the toilet thru the front yard to the street, install a mud sink, a disposal, and fix a couple of leaks. On every task he did, I had to recall him at least once to return a fix a leak or other plumbing problem he caused. Lonnie left my front yard a huge mess--never removing the clay pipe pieces and other trash he or his workers dug up, and he left the washing-machine drain hose OUT of the drain so that when I ran the wash, water ran all over my laundry room and caused my hardwood floor to buckle. I found a 2-foot hole, full of water, around the cleanout on the side of my house after he was supposedly done with all work; and I could go on. He didn't show up at all on a couple of appointments and on some days he didn't arrive to work on the plumbing until evening time. It took several weeks to get what he was supposed to do actually done (though the yard is still a mess and my laundry room floor is jacked up), and I would NEVER use him again.
