Kinda  an emergency, needed yard mowed quick.   Martinez Services call texted back in minutes on memorial day weekend.  He got over in a couple of hours on a saturday.  Due to appointment running late had to leave him money out.  He is very honest, did work.  Great job, stayed in contact, sent pictures.  Great guy, great lawn guy.  Top notch.  Hard worker.

I will never use another plumber!  Wayne is the best, and his wife that does all the behind the scenes!  I am the girl that calls 10 people to get prices before I commit, and I don't believe I will ever have to do that again in the plumbing department.  These guys gave us a great deal on a MAJOR remodel job, and were professional, courteous and very punctual!

We have an older home that we inherited and it has had ongoing plumbing issues that just never seem to be fixable other than a temporary solution. Plus our home had an extension added to house my wife's great grandmother in the late 70's. The plumbing has always been even worse in that section.

Chris arrived on time and immediately resolved our problems very quickly, cleaning out both drains to the Main and replacing some leaking hardware. We live in a 2001 home in Cedar Park and woke up the other day to a wet floor on the main level.  Outside, the edge of the foundation was wet all the way along the side of the house.  We called a few plumbing companies that we were sure are locally owned and operated and Local Plumbing Service was the first to call us back, very quickly.  Tim came out the same day and evaluated the situation, diagnosing as an in-slab plumbing leak (noooo!!!!).  He scheduled us the following day to come and isolate the leak and give us  options and prices for repairing the problem.  We ended up re-routing that whole branch of the in-slab plumbing through the first floor ceiling, eliminating the in-slab branch entirely.  Tim and Mike did a great job with the re-route and created the fewest possible access cut-outs requiring repair and were careful to protect our furnishings from dust and damage.  They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, kept us well-informed of the process, and cleaned up after; all the things you want when you're dealing with a significant home repair issue.  Their price was not the lowest we got, but was competitive and in-line with the local market for scope of the job.  Their electronic scheduling, estimating, and payment software gave us a clear, itemized invoice and an easy payment interface.  Thanks Tim, Mike, and LPS!

We had a MONSTER clog in our kitchen sink, and I tried four different plumbers to clear it. Only the fourth plumber got it cleared out by using their hydro-jet. We have old cast iron pipes, and they were very cautious using the jetter. It took them several hours, but they were able to clear out tons of old grease that had accumulated over decades. Their price for this service was reasonable, and they were able to come out the same day I called them! Amazing! I wish I had started with them from the beginning.

I did not hire Anchor Plumbing to replace my water heater but their response was fast and a good consult/estimate.  I'm writing this on 7/29/2020 and we're in the middle of COVID, so home visits are fewer.  Mr. Paul called me back and we facetimed with our iPhones so he was able to see what I needed.  Initially, I wanted a hybrid water heater to replace my old one.  However, after talking with Mr. Paul, there's a lot more involved than simply switching our units.  He was frank about how a hybrid needed to work with building codes.  Other plumbers I took estimates from didn't seem to know or were willing to skirt the rules.  I'd rather have someone tell me possible but rather than do the work halfbaked, and I have to deal with it years later when I sell the house.  For my next plumbing fix I'm definitely giving them a call.

I can't say enough about Ray and Gus. These guys are my heroes! Yesterday 12/7/2015, I'm about to head out to an appointment when all of sudden out of no where my sewer line or septic backed up. I didn't know if I needed a plumber or septic guy but he came anyway.  I called Ray and they were out there in 1 hour only to work for about another 2.5 or 3 hours.  They worked and worked until they solved my problem. We bought a fixer upper and was told we only had 2 tanks of which we checked often. Well they (through hours of troubleshooting) found a 3 rd tank about 1 ft buried under the grass. WHAT!!!!! Can't imagine how upset I was. Nontheless, they were able to flush my line and advised a septic guy to come out ASAP.  He was very fair priced, professional, courteous and just a God send. I'm happy to know I have a plumber now.

Warren just left after replaced PRV in our main line. Unbelievable communication from start to finish. Great job was done. Water pressure better than when we moved in. I texted on Sunday with job details. Warren said he would be out Monday. Monday morning got a call asking to reschedule because it was raining like crazy. Reconfirmed for Tuesday am. He showed up on time and finished on schedule. I will keep this company in my cell phone. Best price, awesome service, great communication. Everything a great company should strive to be!

Justin and his assistant really live up to the company name!  I had another plumber work on the toilets in our house this week, and I discovered not long after the repair that one of them was leaking very badly.  I was shocked that the other plumber would not come back and assess the situation for me, especially since I had just paid him a large sum of money and he knew I was leaving town for several days. I called Justin, and he came over and worked hard to get us all squared away before we had to leave.  I couldn't be happier with the service I was provided.  Just in Time rocks!

Chris from STAT Plumbing came out to fix a leaky toilet he was fast, efficient and super nice! I would definitely recommend him for your plumbing needs. No need to try anyone else! Thank you Chris!

If you're trying to decide whether to DIY or call this guy, save yourself the time (and shame of failure), put down the wrench (plunger?) and dial that number.

I like to consider myself pretty handy, so when the sink needed fixin' I took on the (seemingly) simple job. A week and a dismembered sink later, we gave in and called BG Plumbing and were given a reasonable quote over the phone.

This guy was nice and professional.There's a good reason he's so highly rated on Yelp (that's how we found him). He didn't even mock us for our failure, just explained how he did in a few minutes what took us days of trying (I'm sure we loosened it for him). He even had to make a trip to the hardware store to buy a special tool for the job, but despite that, he stuck to the amount he quoted over the phone. Good guy, good deal.

H&S Backflow is incredibly responsive and efficient. Mike came out diagnosed the problem and was able to repair my pool backflow issue the very next day. Will definitely be using them again for any of my future needs!

I know every plumber in Austin is busy.  This team did a great job several. months ago putting in a tankless water heater in my home, but I now I have a kitchen faucet switch out and I have called them 4 times and each time they tell me to text them with the job request and then they never respond - NEVER.  So I have called and texted a total of 8 times over 2 weeks.  

At least give me the courtesy to tell me your too busy or recommend someone else to call - but don't leave a paying customer hanging.  This job was not an emergency but what if it had been??

I guess the job is not large enough.  So disappointed as I wanted to utilize their services to install tankless water heaters in two other homes.

We had them come out yesterday to clean & repair our home AC system.  From the phone to the repairs very friendly and professional people.  Very happy with their work & I was not charged one penny over the quoted price. Highly recommend them!

Firstly, you know you have a winner when a person answers the phone. Irrigation is such a competitive field in this area that many companies I called had a voicemail and (maybe) called you back the same day, or they couldn't book you for weeks which left my crispy brown shrubs and lawn to die miserably. Enter George - who calls you when he begins heading to your home and even updates you if he's stuck in traffic. Right there, I knew I had a winner.  George didn't disappoint, as he looked at my dismal spaghetti bowl of odds-n-ends wires, dried in the sun because a former sprinkler company had just left a mangle of mess above ground and exposed many years ago and the former homeowner had no clue. I was concerned that my budget was blown and I'd not be able to put my kids through college, but George quoted me an estimate for the job to which he neatly fixed and installed a new control unit.  This new unit was light years ahead of the old junker that came with the house and was so much easier to program. He completed the job much faster than anticipated and the price was about half what we thought it could be ( now my daughters can run for President someday! ). Thanks George for walking me through the programming and operation! He also patiently taught me about maintenance since I'm from Seattle and never had a system before. I'd recommend George and Diamond instantly to friends, neighbors, clients and others. I now have my GO TO SPRINKLER guys!

Long story short.... Fox replaced 3 full HVAC systems in our home over the past two weeks and 2 OF THE NEW SYSTEMS INSTALLED BY FOX HAD GAS LEAKS. I was in the attic organizing Christmas decorations and noticed the gas smell. I immediately turned off the gas and called Fox. They had a tech out within 30 minutes and he identified leaks in two of the recently installed systems. One had been leaking for over a week!!!! I had difficulty with Fox during the scheduling process, but that pales in comparison to the dangerous situation they put my family in. Thank goodness my wife asked me to get out the Christmas decorations, otherwise we may have been in a terrible situation.
