Scott is very professional and responsive. I got the quote from Yelp within 20mins, scheduled the appointment the next day. It took him 20mins to fix the broken pipe from the ice storm, also he insulated the pipe because they are exposed outdoor. Really nicely done.

Nick was great.  Has been here twice-is honest, very timely, very pleasant and communicated exactly why things work the way they work in our home plumbing setup, which will help us understand a lot in the future.  Fixed toilet leak & refurbished 20 yr old toilet, cleared sink drain, & tackled water filters, all done well & professionally, cleaned up well after finishing.  Good value-thanks!   I'll call Union Jack  again.

I was one of these winter vortex houses that had busted plumbing, to make a long story short. I was having a tough time even getting plumbers to come to my house to give me an estimate for the whole house re-pipe. Two of Austin's bigger named plumber companies cancelled on me, five minuets before my window, with one on a Monday and one on a Friday. I don't start relationships like that, so I don't reschedule.

My brother in law owns a plumbing company in CA and I told him my woes and he found O & M on Yelp and told me to give them a call. I did and I'm so happy for it.  

Ben showed up Friday morning and on time, to give me an estimate and I told him I was looking for a relationship. I don't just what the wham bam thing, and that I wanted to feel comfortable. Ben walked the property with me and explained all and took the time to think about me needing an additional exterior water faucet and when I told him I'd be interested in a water softener system in the future, he suggested doing the piping now - which would be a great time/money saver.  

I'm so excited that they'll be able to start work in a week! Other companies were trying to quote me so high it was as if they were trying to dare me to give them the job! Looks like O & M is my plumbing Co and I'm sure I'll be recommending them to all. I have complete faith the work will be high quality.

There is something to be said for timing and circumstances lining up. It turns out that a new Plumbing company came into creation at the beginning of the year and they would end up being our greatest help during the Icepocalypse of 2021.

Shout out first to my man Manuel (a.k.a Manny) for helping out a Pflugervillian who desperately needed to get the hot water working again. He was able to help us get the assistance we needed during a time when other plumbers had a 2-week waitlist.

Next up was Codi. The man. The myth. The legend.
He was able to diagnose the water heater's issue in a matter of moments and suggested a fix that was a simple matter of swapping one heating element for another. Even when I admitted I probably caused the issue, he just took the time to explain so I could learn vs lecturing.

Hands down - I would work with Codi and the gang again. Once we're clear of everyone else in Texas needing help, I look forward to working with them on future plumbing projects. Worth every dollar spent to get back to some sense of normalcy.

Highly recommended. An outdoor water supply line to my house was broken and I was without water. Geronimo was the first to respond to my request and came in significantly more affordable than other services that had followed up later. Best of all he arrived first thing in the morning to do the repair. I also had him replace my pressure regulator valve while he was replacing the broken pipe nearby. He also did a great job of cleaning up and putting the grass back in place. If you are looking for plumbing services, look no further.

Diego is a true gem! He helped us out after an exterior pipe started to leak after a bad freeze. He was quick to respond, extremely professional and did an excellent job with the repair. Not only was Diego's service amazing but he charged us a fraction of what other companies wanted just to assess the leak. We are so thankful to have found him and will definitely be asking for his help with other projects in the future.

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

Living in Texas, there are few things more important to me than air conditioning reliability.  I am so glad I found Honest Air Conditioning.  They really are honest, and they are very knowledgeable as well.  I had a great experience with Randy last year with duct cleaning, replacing old registers, and getting it all sealed well.  This month, I had an equally great experience with Rick who checked on A/C and heater performance as part of the maintenance plan I got.  I can't say anything bad about them, and I'm pretty picky.  Prompt service, reliable time windows, and friendly people.  I plan to be their customer for a long time and recommend with no reservations.

I have used them for 3 different issues, and every time they are on time, professional and reasonably priced.  Their repairs are great, not a temporary fix but a proper repair.  

Something to keep in mind, if you have a plumbing issue you are likely going to need a timely fix.  Look up pricing and parts cost and have a reasonable idea of what costs you may be looking at before a plumber comes over, so you are not upset with a quote.

We had a main waterpipe bust under our mobile home. I had one guy come out and after 4 days of nothing, called these guys. They not only came out the same day, but did the work right after a big rain storm and had water flowing through the house in about an hour. Casey and his co worker were great. I would highly recommend this company.

I was recommended by a family member to this business. My estimate was given pretty quickly and was able to get into the schedule easily. I had a toilet that needed to be replaced and a problem with a leak in my shower. My toilet was replaced quickly and at a reasonable price and Gabe found out the problem for the water leak in my shower and was easily able to fix it. I was very impressed with the job that was done Gabe was very professional explained everything that needed to be done and what the problem was. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends and will use him again in the future if needed.

Moved into older house that we knew needed wtr htr replaced.  The sticker on it said 1991.  This is 2022.  R u serious???  Just didnt know how fast we needed it.  It started leaking but probly had been like that for awhile unbeknownst to us.  Thats an emergency!  I contacted PlumbSmart, spoke to Ebony who took down all my information and said would have someone contact me soon.  Ebony was friendly, pleasant and professional.  Probly like in minutes, Cody contacted me, gave me a quote which I thought was reasonable.  He was even able to get someone out there the same day.  Sent me Ryan.  He was all business, professional, friendly, efficient.  New wtr heater is now installed and code compliant-has water pan and expansion can.  So glad I found PlumbSmart.  Will def call them for anything plumbing.  Totally recommend them.  You wont be sorry.

Al came out last week and installed a new fan for our house. He showed up on time, did his job efficiently, then cleaned the debris up very well. I will now use him for any of my handi-man items that I do not have time to do myself.

This company is the best, at first we were going to have to wait over a day before they could get to us. They later called and told us a job had finished early and could work us in, yea! The guy that came, James Clanton was super polite and nice, he got us up and running in no time. We highly recommend them.

Our pipe behind our refrigerator busted over the weekend and we were left with a mess to deal with while waiting on our home owners insurance to get back with us. After several online quotes and a plumber coming out to our house Monday morning with an outrageous estimate, we turned to Facebook for suggestions. One of our friends text me immediately and let me know if I wanted a fair and honest company, Ruben's plumbing was the way to go. I called the number online and was told they could come out the next afternoon. Ruben was on time and determined to find the leak after there were no longer signs of a leak (weird o know.) After about 15 minutes of he was able to find the leak and repair it quickly. I whole heartedly recommend Ruben's Plumbing Service!

Hello All,

The Plumber who arrived at my apt was knowledge and friendly. However if you're doing an insurance and or a home warranty claim I would avoid this Plumber at all costs.

This is due to what appears to be predatory Bussiness practices, or a gross negligence of their billing practices

I submitted a call to Daniels Plumbing on Friday Dec 23rd. I was able to confirm an appointment with them for service on Monday Dec 25th. I was calling due to pipes bursting in my bathroom.

I was sadly disappointed on Monday when they informed me they were overbooked with emergencies and canceled my appointment and rebooked me for Thursday. I understood there were a lot of emergencies that were probably more urgent then my water that I stopped leaking, so I had little concern this with.

However my issue came up once they arrived at my condo for the repair. They provided a 2k estimate, and I shared at that time that I wanted to provide it to my insurance, and Home warranty for review prior to paying.

After submitting it too travelers(Insurance), and Old republic(Home Warranty). Both of them requested itemized estimates explaining the labor and part costs.

Daniel has been unable to provide this after 3 days of consistent calls, when contacting their scheduling team one agent was able to contact a manager and insisted a GM or customer care manager would contact me. Another agent told me there was nothing they could do.

The root concerns from my Insurance and the home warranties is prices that cannot be justified, and that seems to be the case with Daniel being unable to provide a breakdown of the charges for parts and or labor.

Dear Daniel management team, You should have multiple notes with contact information for my Home Warranty, and my insurance and their requests.

If not please feel free to contact me and hopefully we can resolve this in a timely manner.
