Sewage suddenly started backing up in every drain in the house in Johnson City; not a good situation. Called WB on Sunday and they were out on Monday. It's been awhile so can't remember the names of the two gentlemen who expertly and quickly remedied the situation, but top notch job. Highly recommend W.B. Plumbing Company.

I noticed water on the floor under the bathroom sink but couldn't tell where it was coming from, except apparently from behind the wall.  First thought was that we would need to tear out the vanity and need a whole remodel. Danny's crew came over to assess the situation on Friday; on Monday came back, located the pinhole leak with a minimum of wall damage, soldered it up and all is well.  Honest service at a fair price.  That is why they are our go to plumbers.

They were able to come soon. Replaced/installed light fixture. Installed new fan. Replaced light switch and stabilized kitchen faucet that came loose. Recommend.

Found myself in a pinch and needed a plumber right away.

Kyle responded to my message right away. He was very kind to speak to and treated my house in the utmost respect. He was very open and honest about what needed to be done to fix my garbage disposal and had it up and running in no time! He was also reasonably priced!

Had a kitchen faucet replaced (I suppled the faucet- he was cool with that). Plumber also replaced two cutoff valves-one that needed to be replaced right now and one the plumber recommended since it was old. ( He gave me a choice about whether to do second valve ) . Price was fair, comparable to other quotes. Gave me a discount on installing the new valves since it was an add-on.

Very fast next day morning service, prompt arrival at appt. time. Worked neatly (minimal spillage ) and cleaned and dried under the sink thoroughly after the job was finished.

I bought a new refrigerator and completely spaced that I didn't have a water line to connect for the water and ice dispenser. I called a few plumbers whom all quoted me over $300! I finally found David and his prices were less than half of what others quoted. Not only that his reviews from past clients being a local and honest guy whom does excellent work is always what I look for. He was professional, helpful and did great work. Was in and out in an hour. I'll be referring and using David for a lifetime. Thank you David and highly recommended!

I have used this company on multiple occasions and have been extremely satisfied with the service provided.  They have been very quick to arrive and they are very good at troubleshooting issues.  Everything they have repaired or installed as been above quality workmanship.  Any mess has always been cleaned.  The prices are fair and affordable.  They are my go-to plumber!

I can't praise JD, Chris, and Wimberley Plumbing enough.  They answer their calls promptly.  They come with good speed when there is an emergency or an urgency.  Chris is so knowledgeable about to look for things, what to do.  He obviously has become a master plumber from experience and abiity.
Further, their pricing is fair, which is not the case with other plumbers around Wimberley that I have used.   BEside all that, they are really friendly.

Ramon is the owner operator of this business.  He knows his stuff.  I have had him over to do several different repairs and he always did the work timely, with no hidden costs.   His rates are reasonable especially  when you KNOW the job was done well.  If you live in the greater Elgin/Bastrop/McDade area and need plumbing, electrical, or general home repairs,  give him a shout.

Review update: they made it right! We called and discussed our inability to get a rebate, plus the amount of time spent, and Mr. Wilson heard us out, talked to the plumber who did the work, and discounted the cost of the job with the exorbitant bill. Add it to the list of pros: these people are indeed professional. I will call them again for major plumbing work.

I thought I was a pessimist, but even *I* was able to seriously underestimate the exorbitant cost of some recent gas work I had done by Wilson Plumbing. I have had similar work done in the past - running a gas line in a home from floor to attic- and it did not take 6 hours or cost nearly as much. Upon opening the bill: ouch.

First, the pros: whoever picks up the phone does his best to get a handle on your needs and understand the situation. I also used these guys for a repair on a rental property and for understanding my billing needs and tenant contact info, bravo. And the work is done well - you're paying for a licensed plumber. It ain't cheap.

Cons: I was told the installation of a gas line for my dryer would take about 2-3 hours. I guesstimated that would be about $500 in labor. We added on another small repair when we made the appointment. The whole ordeal took 6 hours, mostly because of the inability to poke through attic insulation. My husband ended up having to hand them a golf club from the garage to get it done. Shortly after they departed, we discovered a gas leak in the laundry room, caused by a cracked fitting on the dryer, which necessitated another visit the following morning. (Fixed at no charge.)

Mega cons: 6 weeks later we got a bill that's about the house payment, billed for 6 hours of labor. $140/hour to poke holes in insulation. What's more annoying, I then found out Texas Gas Service offers a $300 rebate for dryer gas valve installation, but our install won't qualify because the plumber did not get a permit. Again, ouch.

It's never fun when the septic high water alarm goes off.   I had been using a different service, but they no longer want to come all they way out to the Lake Travis area.  I found Bill Sanchez Plumbing & Septic on Yelp! and I'm glad I did.   Bill was prompt, friendly, and thorough.   He did a meticulous pump-out of the tanks, and quickly diagnosed the pump issue as a simple wiring issue.   I also greatly appreciate Bill walking me through my system and highlighting simple areas I could improve/maintain better myself.  

Bill's charge was highly reasonable considering the amount to pump out and the need to diagnose and repair the field pump.

From now on, Bill Sanchez Plumbing & Septic will be my go-to for all things septic and plumbing.  I highly recommend.

Thank you Tony.   I had a water issue where my bathroom, kitchen and laundry room flooded anytime I used any water facility (toilet, shower, sink).    At first I didnt know where it came from so after troubleshooting it, found that all the water was coming from my downstairs bathroom anytime any water in the house was used, causing a big mess.   It was about 6PM when I called and although Tony wasnt available, he did give me some pointers of what too look for and gave me a reference (texted it within minutes of hanging up).     After trying 6-7 people (none available), I decided on using Armadillo for this service (first impression was just awesome).     So I scheduled for him to come out the next day.

Next day comes and Tony texted me first thing in the morning saying he would be out in 30 minutes (note: this was much earlier than he quoted and of which I was super thankful for as I couldnt use any water at all).

Tony shows up, (in a mask) and begins work.   All told, 20-30 minutes and the job was complete with a solution and a diagnosis and I can finally use the water again.

I have had to have the Tanker's guys out to my house on several occasions for several different problems. They always arrive promptly, are very friendly, and explain the job to where I understand before they do anything. Prices are fair and service is great. I will continue to use Tanker's for any plumbing issues, and would recommend to anyone.

2 years ago we had Woods come to our home to install a new HVAC system ($5,000+ system).  I wanted to do business locally and have someone locally that we could go to for future needs.  Just recently, the auxillary drain line to the HVAC system in my wife's studio clogged and water was spilling down our walls.  I immediately vacuumed and drained the auxillary pan and cleared the clogged.  We then called Woods to come and repair/replace the main drain line.  I was shocked when I saw the bill.  They charged $169 to vacuum the water from the pan, $120 to install a new drain line running the PVC pipe down the outside of the building (not through the wall) and $350 to install a new drain pan--something you can purchase from Home Depot (galvanized 26 guage steel) for $120.  This is all in addition to a $49.95 charge to diagnose a problem that didn't need diagnosis.  I was very disappointed to see these outrages charges to a valued repeat customer.  After calling and complaining about these excessive rates the technician manager agreed to drop $120 and service diagnosis fee.  I cancelled the pan replace and main drain repair and will do that myself.  I was stuck with the $169 charge to drain water from the pan.  Woods lost a valued and repeat customer today.

Nice guy. Arrived on time. I feel like I was overcharged for the job. 3 guys showed up for what seemed to be a one man job. Charged $650 labor for 3 hours of work.

Writing this after getting a spam call from them. I used them to work on a few things in my home last year and each time they pushed to do more work. Obviously their owner isn't happy with just being expensive and doing honest work. Instead they offer to do additional work, for example they offered to change or added LED based canned lights. The price?  Only $500 to do so for 4 canned lights to be replaced with LED lights and maybe even I could have an additional 2 installed if I had a place I needed (literally making up work).
I went online and found that the LED replacement lights for canned lights run about $15 each and I replaced them myself in about 2-3 minutes each. So $60 worth of equipment and 15 minutes of time and I did the work myself. It was trivial and they wanted $500 for this?
Find an honest shop that won't try to screw you, SALT is definitely not the place unless you want to pay exorbitant prices.

Owner of company (Eusebio) hardly returns calls. He is not personable and is completely hands off. Jorge, his brother on the other hand is the profesional one. He picks up calls, he is resourceful and helpful and does the work on a timely manner.
All you want is for Jorge to be in charge of your project.
