Best Plumbing Services in Texas

I really find these reviews quite suspect. So I called Wedgeworth to schedule an appointment, the lady seemed more interested in finding out where I found out about them than she did with my request nor did she have basic information about how they bill their clients for diagnostics.  I am giving them a 1 star even though they have not performed any service because when I called they could not tell me whether Wedgewoth will transfer the costs to perfrom disgnosocs if I decide to fix with them. She said to me that it is a free estimate  but with some costs? What costs? She couldn't specifically tell me. How the rest these folks were able to get them to come out to perform service without this most basic piece of information befuddles me.

I have called twice and booked appointments with Randy and he has never made the appointment. The first time I had to call him and I rebooked. Now today I have a day off work and he was scheduled for 10am which I booked weeks ago. Again no show and when I called he was at another job. Poor business person who deserves a bad rating. You cannot count on him .

They came Saturday because I had no hot water. They inspected and said it was a part to be replaced. Ended up not being that and needing a water heater. They sourced the water heater in a day and installed it. Austin kept me abreast of what was happening and was very thorough.

Héctor and the cree were absolutely great at completing our old water heater. They were very knowledgeable and detail with the installation. They when above and behind to fix other plumbing issues in our house and provided guidance on maintenance. Thank you to Acacias Plumbing!

Sewer Lateral Inspection done by Kim before buying a house in San Jose. Super nice availability, was able to come over within 3 hours after the call today. Spent time to explain the situation and review the whole video of the sewer inspection with me. Video saved on a USB key and given to me. All of that for a competitive price. Definitively recommend.

Hugo really wowed me. He did 3 jobs for me today, one fairly complicated. The results surprised and delighted me--and he charged less than I expected. I would DEFINITELY use him again.

Incredibly impressed with this company's responsiveness and honesty. We had a overflowing sink that caused a leak in our living room ceiling and they were immediately helpful from the first call. Manuel in particular was very knowledgeable and walked is through the problem. He saved us money and showed us how to keep out of plumbing trouble! Can't recommend them enough!

Gevanny and his crew are great. Gevanny's ability to communicate prior to the job, during, and after is fantastic. I had them replace the sealant around my tub and my standing walk in shower. They went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done professionally, and that my bathroom was left spotless. Gevanny relaxed but professional approach made it simple to talk about current jobs and future tasks. Everything I asked for was done promptly and to the highest standards. Gevanny doesn't tell you what you need to do, he does what you ask him to do. Multiple things I inquired about we solved without spending money on them. For example I have WiFi power adapters in my house and was wondering why they only sometimes had power, we came to the conclusion that it was because of timing the old owner had set on the network to control the outlets. Gevanny didnt try to sell me new outlets and labor, he told me mine were fine and if I really wanted to he would be happy to change them. I really look forward future projects and general home improvement. Pricing was incredibly Reasonable.

Extremely disappointed with the communication and professionalism from the owner Nathan. I had Texas plumbing come do a remodel project for my house, moved drains and gas pipes. His men did the work, they were great until I started having issues with the city inspection and a gas leak that seemed to be inconvenient for the owner. I called and texted the owner about the gas leak, but he never reached back out to me. I ended up having to pay someone else to fix his work and was left without hot water for two weeks!!!! I would not hire this company again due to the lack of communication, and complete egocentric attitude he has. I was so sad to find the gas leak when in fact this was his job to check after moving gas lines. communicating with the owner on this project, he was demeaning, over talked me and down right awful. If you hire this company as a woman be prepared to be ignored, not spoken to properly and over talked. Don't use them.

We had a water heater leak this morning in our attic around 6AM. I called around for estimates and they were were ranging between 3k- 5k for two water heater replacements and installations. Now I hate that when I need a repair and I call a company, I have to talk to an assistant who knows nothing about their field and all they can tell me is they would have to get a technician out to come do an estimate. It's just a waste of my time. I like talking to an actual professional who can give me an estimate with all the given data. It's just quick and easy. When I called EPW services, I was greeted by Jordan. I explained my situation and he gave me the best estimate. I've called him back multiple times just with other questions and he was able to answer them all. Jordan was really professional and knowledgeable about whole dilemma. We are currently waiting for them to actually do the repairs. Will update once everything is done

The technicians arrived on time at 1pm, drained the water out of the old water heaters, Replaced them  with the new ones, finished up and were out by 5pm. No complaints here! They did a good job. I would definitely use this company again in the future!

This is an absolute phenomenal company, the technician/owner's name is Sebastian who is a young honest guy. He takes a ton.of pride in himself and his work. Great pricing!! He showed up on time, wore a mask and solved the problem quick and honestly. Great to have an amazing plumber to call moving forward.

I called to see if I could get someone out for a clogged sewer line. They where able to get a plumber out the same day. The plumber was really nice and was able to unstop my sewer line. I will definitely be call them back in the future.

Water heater replacement. Showed up a little after the scheduled time and left a bit of debris but other than that they gave me a much better price than with others I had quoted and I had a new water heater under 3hrs.

I had 3 plumbing companies come out and give me an estimate for the repairs needed.  JD Precision Plumbing won my business not due to price but Ron's knowledge. Ron is a plumber with JDPP and his initial assessment of the plumbing in my older home was spot on. He knew what was needed to repair my faucets, told me upfront about the possible complications and risk due to age, and walked me thru the repair process. He showed up on time and performed the repairs like the professional he is. Fantastic service from a professional plumber. Ask for Ron from JD Precision Plumbing.
6/19 had a plumbing issue and JD Plumbing came out again to take care of it. Adrian did a fantastic job, fix my leak with no problem and explained the cause of the issue. Top notch professional. I had a galvanized tee in my attic that was leaking; The water was dripping on to my upper bathroom ceiling. The response time was great because it needed to get done. The work they did looked good but only time will tell. They replaced the tee and added some piping. My major complaint is that the cost was nearly  $900!!! It took them about 2.5 hours.

This company does not communicate and they give you quotes that are not required or even needed but can't call inspectors to come so that you can get your stuff fixed. They came first day and didn't complete the job. Had to come back a 2nd time and kept giving me different times. I hate this company I would never call them. I can't give zero stars.

This is one of those times I wish I had looked at the yelp reviews before calling Abacus. Avoid them at all costs as they are scam / ripoff artists. I had used them before and I was satisfied with the work they did if not the price. This Time I needed a light switch replaced, a simple job, I thought, so since there was 2 of them in the same switch cover I thought I would replace both of them. He had an estimate of $235 to replace one, which included the trip to evaluate (usually $150) which I can understand, but for 2 he just doubled the price. $470 to replace 2 light switches. that is a rip-off. I will look elsewhere when I need services.
