This company seems to be very efficient and technology savvy. Rex was able to use his iPad to quickly give me an estimate on the spot and moreover, during the process, went above and beyond to identify additional plumbing problem for us.

One of my next steps was to do remediation, which required a contractor. Best knows best, their recommended contractor was equally great and honest.

This company is now my plumber of choice!

Randy and his team were recommended to me by another satisfied customer from church.

Both men were friendly, and explained what the problem was and how they will fix it and why. We had two toilet issues(weren't flushing right and backing up) and two clogged bathroom sinks, and a backed up garbage disposal.  He fixed everything in one visit and in a little over an hour, if that and made sure all fixtures are in correct running order. I will use Acosta plumbing for all future plumbing needs and would highly recommend them to my friends.

The tank on my toilet was leaking sporadically. It wasn't an emergency though it needed to be fixed before it became one. I turned to Yelp to look for a plumber in my area and decided on Plumbco based on the other reviews. As a single woman who is only so-so handy, I rely on you people with stuff like this, and you didn't let me down!

So I'd like to throw my 2 cents in, that Gary was responsive, on time, fair, and fixed the problem. It turns out that the toilet wasn't installed properly when I had it replaced. No surprise there considering I slipped the local handyman a few bucks to install it, instead of a plumber. He gave me the estimate before he worked on it and I agreed on the $163 amount. He tightened up some other stuff while he was in there.

He could have told me I needed to have the gasket changed. He showed it to me, and said this may be the problem, but that replacing the bolts would more than likely fix it. He replaced them, and made sure it didn't leak after that. Took him just under an hour to fix it. I would call Gary again, and I'd recommend him to anyone.

Kim was an absolute dream to work with. We called him several times with questions and each time he was happy to answer. We asked he come and look into our clog and he was here within 30 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. I am so happy I found Robert and his company on yelp. I called him on a late Saturday afternoon for a leak in my master bath sink. He was answered right away and scheduled me an appointment for Monday. He texted me to let me know he was on his way, and was on time and quick. He was extremely professional in my home with his team and took the time to show me what was wrong and fixed the problem quickly. When he was leaving he asked if there was anything else I needed him to check which reminded me of my often running guest bath toilet. He fixed it! We hired Texas Plumbing to change a hot water heater in our rental house.   They came out the next morning and it was done in three hours.    They are coming out tomorrow morning, a Saturday, to check out a leak.   Response is fast and friendly.

They said they would be there between 2 and 4 and they got there at 2:15. They fixed my problem fast for a fair price. It was a major relief.

Job was done properly and on time (on weekend, but it was not an emergency, so I could have waited). Plumber showed up 5 minutes earlier that scheduled, made recommendations on how to perform the task the right way. Very nice guy, gave me another end elbow for free, just in case. Needed these folks to snake a couple of drains that were slow-draining. They responded quickly with a quote, showed up on time for the appointment, were courteous and neat, and did the work quickly. Would definitely hire again.

I had scheduled JD Plumbing to come out a replace a shower faucet. I called several days ahead of time and was able to secure the appointment I wanted. The appointment was from 8-12, and the tech showed up at 9:30. He proceeded to give me a quote, and which I thought was high,$985, but I wanted the work done that day, so I agreed. He told me he had to get parts to be able to complete the job. Keep in mind I already had the replacement faucet and had requested the replace the faucet and move the drain. 2 hours later the tech returned. After about 15 minutes, he told me he had to go help on another job where there was a leak. This seemed suspicious to me since he left his tools. This was at 11:45. At around 1, I called to ask if he was coming back. I was called back 15 minutes later and told it would be another hour or so before he would be done. Finally, after 3, he came back. Another tech showed up to help after he had been there a little while and they both worked on my request. This was a small job that should have been able to be completed in under 3 hours, but they had managed to stretch it out to an entire day. The finally finished around 5:30. I had scheduled the appointment in advance and for the morning because I had other things I needed to get done. The next day, I went in to continue work on the bathroom and found they had left their rubber gloves just thrown on the floor. The old drain parts just laying all around the room, and they had tracking all over the carpet. I was clearly not a priority or important customer to them, and will not use them again. Had I known going in they would take all day to complete the job, I would have sent the tech away.

I had a slow draining sink for months before it finally completely clogged. I reached out to several plumbing companies and TQP were the first ones to get back with me and had the lowest estimate. They came and fixed the problem right away! Jake was great and so nice- he made sure to ask if he could check anything else while he was here. My family owns several houses and we are never able to find a good company to work with when issues arise, so I'm really glad I found them!

Called this company based on the reviews they have received in the past.  When I called I was informed that there would be an emergency call out fee of150.00, which I agreed to.  Tech showed up at 1:30 am and checked a few things and determined that a thermostat was needed.  Installed thermostat and unit powered on.  Tech never checked to see if unit was actually blowing cold air.  At 3:12 am temp was 84 and by 6:43 it was up to 91.  I called the company back at 3::15am and was informed they would not come back out at this time even though I had already paid their emergency fee.  Further stated that they would put me on a work list for 9 am.  When I called back at 9:00am I was informed that someone would be back out here to my residence between 9am and 6pm.  At 6:00pm I called Abacus once again to inquire as when someone would be here.  Was told the tech will call you 30-45 min prior to arrival .   I don't understand why I was charged the emergency fee of 150.00 and my unit has yet to be functioning.  This is not the way to keep customers. This company will not get any recommendations from myself to be used in the future.  I have also asked for management to reach out to me to discuss this situation. Time will tell if anything or anyone contacts me.
