Everyone I called was completely booked for weeks, Tony came out within 30 minutes of me calling him. I had a 45 degree plastic pipe under the ground in my front yard break and my front yard was completely soaked. He came out assessed the problem and had his son come out and fix it for me within an hour it was fixed, and for a very reasonable price. I will always recommend these guys! Awesome work, great price  who could ask for more?

Super pleased with this local business. I received a fair quote right away and was scheduled within days of confirming that I would like to use their services (as my service need was not urgent). They were timely, efficient, fair priced and clean. I would recommend and use this business again.

Mike has been my plumber for years except for a period when I lost his phone number and tried the number posted on Yelp.  His business is NOT closed.  It was just my good luck that I ran into him one day and got his number again.  As great a plumber as he is, he simply does not advertise beyond having a business card.  His phone number is 512-626-8036.  Do yourself a favor and hang onto that number.

Seriously! I have found my plumber for the rest of the time I live in Elgin (although I hope to never need him again). So it turns out I did not have a slab leak, instead the builder put the water line UNDER the driveway! It is about 1 1/2 feet in. My roommate dug and dug until he found the leak and cleaned the area all around it. I called Mike and let him know what was going on. He went staright out to my house, fixed the leak and called me to tell me it was $100 even and he would just leave me a bill. He also said if I leave him the paperwork from the city to try to recoup some of my super high bill, he would sign it and leave it on the front door.
After speaking to so many plumbers in the past few weeks it is refreshing to know I have a good, honest plumber I can count on from now on!

We really appreciated the service 1st home & commercial provide.  Plumber was punctual, efficient and found the issue of our kitchen skin backup quickly after I tried my best to figure it out for over 2 days.  My only grip is I wish the price was a little cheaper after comparison.

Alamo Water Softeners has provided my family with great quality soft water/drinking water! They also continue to provide excellent customer service.  I had a few water softener company reps come out, but once we met with Alan, we knew they were the one we wanted to purchase the softener from and do business with.  The no hard sell meeting with Alan was also much appreciated! He was very informative and honest as well. The whole process from the sale to the installation was seamless. The installer was also great to deal with as he was also very knowledgeable and proficient, and answered all my questions patiently. Our home was not pre-plumbed so the installer also took care of that, and I was very worried of all the mess that would occur as it required digging and drilling holes into our walls. At the end, everything was put back in its original state. Anytime I have a question/concern, Trudy is quick to respond. Their water softener has made such a difference in our lives and in our home. Jon came to our house for a few simple plumbing items during a kitchen reno. The work was completed quickly and easily, no issues at all! But what really stood out to me was Jon's interactions with my 4 year old son, Isaiah. Jon didn't mind letting him watch and even help with the work! My son was (and still is) thrilled about it. Anytime I tell the kids a contractor is coming to the house to do some work, he asks if Mr Jon is coming too. Thankful for the plumbing work but also the kindness, patience, and graciousness with the kids, very personable service. If we ever have a plumbing issue, we will be thrilled to have Mr Jon at our house again!

The tech just left my house and despite some scheduling issues (I was scheduled for between 10-12 to get a call, but didn't get one, so there was some sort of confusion, luckily I called and there was someone right around the corner).

We had water leaking from the indoor unit and the tech found someone had put tape over the pipe where you're supposed to drop either some vinegar or bleach every six months to keep the drain clear. Needless to say, the drain pipe was clogged, so he blew some air into it, we found where the drain pipe exited, and problem solved. And no charge for the quick fix! Thanks :)

We had an Excellent experience with G.I.S plumbing...not only did they actually answer the phone, but they were able to make it to our house the next day! They were servicing over 15 homes per day after the snow storm. They were courteous & experienced...they had a crew to figure out the problem. Fixed it...we had running water in an hour! They were very help! They will be coming back to repair drywall after they get as many people as they can up & running with water.

We had a backup in the bathroom (water around the feet in the shower) and I initially tried to clear it without success.  I called Plumb Masters and Jami and Jorden came out very quickly to help, late on a Friday afternoon, I should mention.  They worked until they determined the real problem with the system (septic) and cleared it.  They were honest, got the job done and charged a reasonable price.  Very nice guys as well.  Highly recommended!!

Lanier Plumbing just took care of our water heater issue. Dave was friendly, polite, and very professional. They solved the issue quickly and it was not expensive at all. Now we have hot water again! I'd definitely recommend them to you.

Claude and Nanci are the dynamic duo! After months of renovations (and really years of searching), I finally found a knowledgeable and caring plumbing expert. He caught problems and even more so were generous with their time to research options. I highly recommend them, and they will be my first call from here on out! They also just seem like a lovely people who do take the time to do things the right way, honestly. We need more Claude and Nancis in this world! Thank you!

poor customer service they tell you a time window and dont meet it,they tell you they will call you back and dont ,father daughter office so daddy listens to the daughter over the customer be warned they will tell you they can do the job then wont be able to do the work and when you call and ask questions they get defensive and belligerent
