Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend!  After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. I would recommend McDaniels plumbing to anyone and will definitely use him again. Thank you Byron!

We've used them twice and everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Communication was clear and timely. Amanda sets up a two hour window, calls you when the plumber is 30 minutes out, and they were never late. Brandon handled our problem with this latest visit and he was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and seemed quite conscientious of keeping our expenses at a fair cost. He cleaned up everything when he was done and gave me plenty of time to ask questions. Hopefully we won't need them again anytime soon but if we have plumbing issues, we will call them.

My upstairs rr had a shower clogging issue. Flooding the floors Noel came out the very same day took care of the issue quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend for any plumbing issues. Thanks again!

These guys are great. I called and they immediately had someone on the way. Very polite and professional, easy to get ahold of, honest, and charged a fair rate for the job. I'll definitely call them again next time we need help.

These guys are used by Lennar Builders and are the most dishonest companies I have ever encountered in north Texas.  It's annoying when they send poorly trained folks and then lie about what they discovered in order to get paid by Lennar for warranty work.  The plumbing is also shoddy.

If I could give negative stars I would. This company is terrible. Our hot water heater went out on a Sunday. The home warranty company sent them and our first appointment was on a Monday morning. The guy came out changed a part, still wasn't working. Had to get another part but couldn't return until the next day. On Tuesday, it was the same story. He replaced a part, it still wasn't working and had to order another part. Long story short, this was repeated every day this week Monday thru Friday. It is now Saturday and we still have no hot water! Now after a week of no hot water, we'r are having to go with another company.

They don't cut corners - they do what they say they will do - their pricing is reasonable and it was all done with a smile. This company performed like an ambassador and far exceeded my expectations. I had them pull out all cast iron from under my slab house and replace it with PVC.  They showed up on time and completed on time. Their excavation crew even put the garden hoses back exactly as they found them.  They were a least cost of 3 bids and they did the work without breaking up my slab. Christian appears to be the foreman ordering the crews but I've got nothing but good words to say about all of them.  I don't expect to need them again but I can certainly recommend them.
