Carey came out to replace a water heater. He gave me fair pricing and was in and out with no issues. Very professional and will recommend to others.

Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend!  After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. I would recommend McDaniels plumbing to anyone and will definitely use him again. Thank you Byron!

Do NOT! use anyone but Blue Watson and Professor Plumb!! I have had to use them twice this year (once in April 2016 and again, today, Oct. 2016) and both times Mr. Watson has been professional, nice, and thorough. He has given step by step on everything he did, what he needed to do and why.

And, of course, I will always support a fellow Veteran!!

We built our home with Lennar in 2014 and since then we have had to call Cathedral plumbing out twice for repairs. They show up on time, they are honest and polite. Both times they have been out we have been very impressed by their honesty and professionalism! When customers know nothing about plumbing, it would be easy to create problems that don't really exist and charge us for unnecessary repairs and Cathedral has never done that. Troy was a pleasure this morning and we greatly appreciate Cathedral for not taking advantage of us as relatively new homeowners! Thank you, Troy!

The value and quality of work for my service was poor.  Blue Star charged me $650 total for work they completed within 15 minutes.  The plumber justified this prior to starting the work by using scare tactics stating they may need to engage a third party for brick repair.  The plumber informed me afterward that the part they replaced I could buy retail for $45. Finally after completion of the work they left my water meter open while the temperatures were below freezing.

We have been using Advanced Plumbing for several years. They are by far the best plumbing company out there. They are very fast to respond to emergencies. I am beyond happy with their work and always being on time. They are extremely professional and always clean up after their job is complete.  You can tell they take great pride in their work. We are selling our house and moving out of Texas and its going to be sad loosing our plumber of several years. We cringed when we thought we would need foundation work, so we took the extra step to have an engineer inspect the house. He suggested that the sticking doors and cracks we were seeing were likely caused by a failure in the 50 year old cast iron sewer pipes and recommended a leak test. After taking three bids we selected Accurate Leak and Line. Scott performed the initial test and quickly pointed out that the leak below the slab was serious and additional tests were not worth the money.  We already had a quote on a complete repair, but Accurate's quote was significantly better so we contracted the work to them.

Because of the wet and cold weather we expected quite a mess when the work started, but Brian, the supervising plumber on the job, promised us that there would be nothing but flat grass when they finished. During the work all their employees were polite, very professional and always on time. Our questions were answered quickly and they consulted with us throughout the project. Their work included tunneling under much of the house, rerouting some lines and fitting an epoxy liner on one drain, a repair that prevented the need to cut portions of the exterior and interior wall. They even went beyond the scope of their quote to fix some extra line outside the house.

Now, a few weeks after the work, our interior doors don't stick any longer, our plumbing is working well and our yard looks as it did before they started. We are very pleased with the work that Accurate leak and Line did to our home. We highly recommend Accurate Leak and Line and plan to use them to replace our aging galvanized pipe with Pex in the near future.

This company was doing work on my neighbor's property. They came on my property, left Bobcat tracks, ruts, and tore up my sodded yard. After assuring both my husband and me on several occasions that they would repair the damage, they did not. They've broken appointments and have done nothing.
