Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend!  After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. Blue, was great. He explained everything, answered questions and even said which issues were easy homeowner fixes. He estimated the job and when he discovered it wasn't the worse-case scenario, changed the estimate downward. It is refreshing to find honest tradespeople.

My upstairs rr had a shower clogging issue. Flooding the floors Noel came out the very same day took care of the issue quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend for any plumbing issues. Thanks again!

Man I don't know where to start. I was hanging stuff in my garage and sure enough got me a shower. Had to shut off my water and called these guys. I tell you what. Within 30 min these guys were here and fixed my problem.

I was in the home building business for 12 years. I know how things work here. This is not normal service. This is exceptional service.  From the young lady answering the phone to the guy that showed up. Catch that last part y'all. He showed up. To top it off did an excellent job in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. This is the type of contractor I wanted on my job back when I was in the business. I cannot speak highly enough of this organization. The absolute best plumbing company I have ever dealt with.

The value and quality of work for my service was poor.  Blue Star charged me $650 total for work they completed within 15 minutes.  The plumber justified this prior to starting the work by using scare tactics stating they may need to engage a third party for brick repair.  The plumber informed me afterward that the part they replaced I could buy retail for $45. Finally after completion of the work they left my water meter open while the temperatures were below freezing.

John installed a whole house water filtration system for us and we couldn't be more pleased with his dedication and hard work.    He took his time and when there were hiccups he never complained but did his job with a smile. In short, he is meticulous and expects nothing but perfection in his job. Lastly, he's very easy to talk to.  He's open and honest with the work to be performed.  We would highly recommend John!!

This company performed like an ambassador and far exceeded my expectations. I had them pull out all cast iron from under my slab house and replace it with PVC.  They showed up on time and completed on time. Their excavation crew even put the garden hoses back exactly as they found them.  They were a least cost of 3 bids and they did the work without breaking up my slab. Christian appears to be the foreman ordering the crews but I've got nothing but good words to say about all of them.  I don't expect to need them again but I can certainly recommend them.

This company was doing work on my neighbor's property. They came on my property, left Bobcat tracks, ruts, and tore up my sodded yard. After assuring both my husband and me on several occasions that they would repair the damage, they did not. They've broken appointments and have done nothing.
