Daniel came in and saved the day with our shower remodel project. Our tub needed to be relevelled after another contractor messed up the installation. We also needed the plumbing connections to the shower handle/valve to be re-aligned...again fixing another contractor's mistake.

My wife and I were both impressed with his ability to not only do the job well but to put every effort into finding the best solution (i.e. the professional way to resolve the problem and connect everything together). Also, his communication throughout the project was top notch. I had never met him before this job started, so I'm not trying to help a buddy. I honestly just want others to find good contractors. Go with this company. They're the type of people you want.

Kenny is a complete professional and absolutely knows his craft.  His work was superior and fast, and he's just a great person to work with.  Great value and he has only recommended work that was actually needed.

Called them to request a quote. For them to come out there was a charge that could be waived if we choose them.

Consumer beware of this company.  While we were happy with the service and the technician, the price charged was far in excess of the work performed.  We called Rodger's Plumbing for a simple kitchen faucet installation.  They charged $689.00 for the work.  Ridiculous! Will not use in the future.

My need for a plumber was resolved when I called CHRIS' Plumbing in Weatherford for help.  The response was timely, professional and pleasant.  The work was completed quickly. I'll be a repeat customer of CHRIS' Plumbing.

I had a water pipe burst. Within 40 minutes the plumber came and fixed the leak in about 30 minutes. The price was VERY reasonable ! I would highly recommend the company.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. So many excellent things to say.  From when I called, Toby was clear, polite, straight.  Understood what I want and agreed in writing.  He did the estimate the next day and came in to do everything the day after after the pipes broke from the freeze.  I decided to repipe with pex.  He did what he said he would do.  Very nice and polite and work mask inside.  My tenant complimented him and his crew to me.  Showed up when he said he would.  When he came across something, he called and discussed before performing anything different.  I truly appreciate that.  Super nice and clean job.  Performed exactly as agreed plus more actually.  He put a cut off valves without me asking because he thought it needed.  Pipes where all insulated nicely wrapped and labeled!! He took bunches of pics and sent to me.  He is not the cheapest but i'm so glad I found him.  Now, I sure have someone I can trust to do my future plumbing job now.  Thank you Toby and your crew! I'll be recommending you guys.

Called Ivan for our condo (bathtub leak). He showed up fixed the issue with the bathtub drain. Was reasonably priced.

Ivan even drove out to pick up the payment as I was running late. He was courteous and is a master plumber. Will use him with all my plumbing needs.

I use Dustin for all my pest and plumbing needs. I had a bee problem last we and Dustin resolved my problems. Bee are now gone without killing them. What a great company. I would highly recommend them. For all your pest and plumbing problems call Eco-Friendly services.

One of my hot water heaters decided to spring a significant leak at 9 o'clock on a Sunday morning. I called the nearest Plummer that was open 24/7. I cannot believe how fortunate I was to find this plumber! Fred came and fixed the problem. Immediately. This is absolutely the best Plumber I've ever come to service my house -- And I have had quite a few. His work is careful and meticulous, and he's very respectful of the house environment, and takes care of everything. Besides just being a very nice person, he's an extremely competent plumber. I ended up having him replace the other water heater, as well as some other plumbing tasks that did not need immediate attention. But I was so impressed with his work, and his pricing (he didn't even charge me extra because it was a Sunday) That we took care of many large tasks in the house that would eventually need attention. Call this guy if you have any plumbing issues. I wish I found him years ago, will save me a lot of aggravation on getting jobs re-done.

D (the owner) came out the week before we left for vacation on a cruise  to give us a quote for a new water line to our house - since we had a bad leak that was costing us an arm and a leg in water bills. His offer beat the other companies we checked out, and they even did it while we were gone, so we never had to experience a water outage! It took a few days for the inspector to come out from the city, but after that was done, the guys filled in the ditch. They even came back out to change the spigot location to suit our preferences - since we weren't home for consulting when they made that decision. Our neighbors had the same thing done and their yard is still recovering since the company they used filling in the ditches with mainly rock. DAZ pounded the mound flat and the top is filled with dirt so grass can grow back quickly! Thanks DAZ!

Steven was on time and did a great job. It did seem  pricey, but I can't complain about the work done. Next time I will probably get bids first.

Don't use this company . we paid $180 for kitchen  sink not drain. And clogged again the next 2 days. Call them back they said we have to paid the other $400 for the same service for different equipment .be careful to use this company they all cheating people not honest at work .  they run only 5 feet long  line but do reported 60-70 feet long. customer service sucked really bad. Don't try them waste your money. We gave them 1 STAR because don't have 0. None experience on job just have experience on stealing money from the others people. Stay away from these people and this business.

April 2015 was a bad luck month for us and plumbing. But in my opinion, I was fortunate to find Metro-Flow. I can't tell you if their prices are crazy expensive for everything they do, because I'm not a plumber. I really don't know what it cost to fix things. And yes, I'm sure I could have found supplies such as a toilet bowl cheaper at Lowes or Home Depot, and I could have carried the heavy thing to my home, but I don't have that kind of time. I'm sure I could have called several plumbers, but a visit from any plumber is going to cost.

In early April, roots shattered a pipe under my home. Metro-Flow brought a camera and put it down the pipe. I saw it with my own eyes.  The pipe was underneath my beautiful kitchen. I knew it was going to cost to get it fixed.  Daryl with Metro-Flow was quick to answer all my questions. Yes it was expensive, but they had to dig a cave under my house to get to the pipe. The pipe was fixed and no more toilet overflow in my upstair's bathroom.

Two weeks later my downstairs toilet started having issues. It had to be replaced too. It was leaking. Again Daryl and an assistant came out. He quoted a price and when it came out to be a bit more after it was fixed, I discussed it with him, and he kept his word to the original price. No problem. It was fixed and the toilet is working fine.

Again, maybe I could have made several calls all over Dallas to find a cheaper plumber.  But its about time and convenience for me. Metro-Flows plumbers got the job done, even threw in a few coupons. I asked them to work with me and they did.

They were professional, wore little footie coversover their shoes to keep my house carpet and floors clean.

Would I call them again? I have Metro-Flow on speed dial if there is such a thing on my cellphone, but I hope not to see them anytime soon. I'm done with plumbing problems.
