Daniel came in and saved the day with our shower remodel project. Our tub needed to be relevelled after another contractor messed up the installation. We also needed the plumbing connections to the shower handle/valve to be re-aligned...again fixing another contractor's mistake.

My wife and I were both impressed with his ability to not only do the job well but to put every effort into finding the best solution (i.e. the professional way to resolve the problem and connect everything together). Also, his communication throughout the project was top notch. I had never met him before this job started, so I'm not trying to help a buddy. I honestly just want others to find good contractors. Go with this company. They're the type of people you want.

These guys responded to a clogged main line within an hour and quickly fixed the problem. Very professional and reasonably priced. I will call them again.

My toilet has been clogged for a while. My landlord called them. The worker showed up  for 1 hours and claimed the problem was fixed, but it's not fixed. Just wanted the money then left. Not happy at all. The toilet is worse now. And of course calling them will still take days for a worker  to arrive. Not going to call this company anymore. Horrible business.

I had a water pipe burst. Within 40 minutes the plumber came and fixed the leak in about 30 minutes. The price was VERY reasonable ! I would highly recommend the company.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Toby was so knowledgeable and great to work with. He replaced a toilet for me. He explained everything to me as he went along, including any extra charges that could come up, just in case. I know who I'm calling next time I have a plumbing issue. I would absolutely recommend them.

Called Ivan for our condo (bathtub leak). He showed up fixed the issue with the bathtub drain. Was reasonably priced.

Ivan even drove out to pick up the payment as I was running late. He was courteous and is a master plumber. Will use him with all my plumbing needs.

One of my hot water heaters decided to spring a significant leak at 9 o'clock on a Sunday morning. I called the nearest Plummer that was open 24/7. I cannot believe how fortunate I was to find this plumber! Fred came and fixed the problem. Immediately. This is absolutely the best Plumber I've ever come to service my house -- And I have had quite a few. His work is careful and meticulous, and he's very respectful of the house environment, and takes care of everything. Besides just being a very nice person, he's an extremely competent plumber. I ended up having him replace the other water heater, as well as some other plumbing tasks that did not need immediate attention. But I was so impressed with his work, and his pricing (he didn't even charge me extra because it was a Sunday) That we took care of many large tasks in the house that would eventually need attention. Call this guy if you have any plumbing issues. I wish I found him years ago, will save me a lot of aggravation on getting jobs re-done.

Schedualing was easy even showed up two day before, our plumber(Shawn) did a great job and made some a few improvements and suggestions for our future plumbing needs. will definate recommend and call if needed again

We chose this company to replace hot water heaters and repair a leak under the foundation after the people who came in on an emergency basis to shut off water, etc. never came back to quote permanent repairs and replacement hot-water system - even after two calls.  (see my review of Levy & Sons)

The crew was utmost professional and friendly, and all paperwork was handled electronically. Prices were competitive and they processed their work in a very timely manner.

I would definitely use them again (although I hope it will be a very long time from now!)

Don't use this company . we paid $180 for kitchen  sink not drain. And clogged again the next 2 days. Call them back they said we have to paid the other $400 for the same service for different equipment .be careful to use this company they all cheating people not honest at work .  they run only 5 feet long  line but do reported 60-70 feet long. customer service sucked really bad. Don't try them waste your money. We gave them 1 STAR because don't have 0. None experience on job just have experience on stealing money from the others people. Stay away from these people and this business.

Expensive expensive expensive.
I've used metro flow 3 times now. The first two times was an emergency, they were the only ones available, and I was a first time homeowner so I didn't know any better about pricing. But they were very professional, clean, wore booties, and always came in pairs for some reason, and on time.
I just used them again, two knowledge-gained years later and holy moly!!! They are expensive. More than FOUR TIMES the price of another plumber . But here's the trick--they charge a SIXTY FIVE dollar service fee just to give you a quote, and that price does NOT go towards the cost of the work done. So to avoid paying $65 for nothing, I paid the 425$ total to snake one drain. If you don't know, that's totally absurd. It took them 15 minutes. For 425 dollars.  The drain was snaked well, I supposed, but that's not exactly complex plumbing. I feel a little robbed, and I wish they told me an estimate for snaking a drain over the phone before coming out. Sigh.
