Daniel came in and saved the day with our shower remodel project. Our tub needed to be relevelled after another contractor messed up the installation. We also needed the plumbing connections to the shower handle/valve to be re-aligned...again fixing another contractor's mistake.

My wife and I were both impressed with his ability to not only do the job well but to put every effort into finding the best solution (i.e. the professional way to resolve the problem and connect everything together). Also, his communication throughout the project was top notch. I had never met him before this job started, so I'm not trying to help a buddy. I honestly just want others to find good contractors. Go with this company. They're the type of people you want.

Over the seven years we lived in the area, we came to rely on Kenny to cut through the BS and find a problem, fix it, and throw out some wisdom on how to avoid issues in the future.  In a world full of wannabes and crooks, this guy is worth his weight in gold.

Called them to request a quote. For them to come out there was a charge that could be waived if we choose them.

Quotes are usually free because that is the cost of doing business.

I have had zero luck with plumbers in mckinney, they give u ridiculous quotes and bs service recommendations, but WOW! Finally found a reliable, HONEST and quality company..Joe Castro and his Partner fixed my water clog in minutes and advised on short and long term

Plumbing Issues? Yuck.  Finding someone to do it for you? Nice. Finding someone amazing to do it for you at a reasonable rate?  Double nice.  

MP and I recently bought a house and of course with a new house, comes new issues.  We needed to have some plumbing work done...some things had to be repaired under the house, our water heater wasn't to code (and really old), and little odds and ends.  

I have learned the hard way that you always get a few quotes when doing house work.  The first company I had out, quoted me over $2K for a new water heater and labor, and over $900 for the additional work.  Ridiculous. Rodgers?  Significantly less for a brand new, installed, to code water heater and about $400 for everything else.  Needless to say, I hired them on the spot.

Family owned company (which is always a plus with me), so honest and really knowledgeable.  We had one thing the home inspector said was an issue, Rodgers said it wasn't...that actually, it was quite common in homes.  Not to worry. Great!

Making the appt was easy and they were always on time! Stuck to their work and didn't take longer than was necessary to complete the tasks.

It was so nice to not worry about whether the job you're paying for, was done correctly by honest people...these guys are the real deal.

My toilet has been clogged for a while. My landlord called them. The worker showed up  for 1 hours and claimed the problem was fixed, but it's not fixed. Just wanted the money then left. Not happy at all. The toilet is worse now. And of course calling them will still take days for a worker  to arrive. Not going to call this company anymore. Horrible business.  

Weatherford residents on  Karen Street. Please don't trust this company. Not worth the time or effort the worker gave.

I had a water pipe burst. Within 40 minutes the plumber came and fixed the leak in about 30 minutes. The price was VERY reasonable ! I would highly recommend the company.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

We needed a water heater replaced. They answered the phone and walked me through the replacement process and even quoted me over the phone. The owner was going to be in my area that afternoon, so he stopped by to confirm everything and scheduled me for the following morning. His crew was on time, they finished quickly, and did everything they said they would do. I had a new water heater by lunch. The final price was exactly as quoted. I could not be any happier with their prompt service and quality of work. Thank you, Imperial Plumbing!

Found out we had a busted pipe after the freeze. These guys were the only ones that actually responded in a timely fashion (same day) and had someone out within an hour. Great service, explained what went wrong and showed us the broken parts. Followed up the next day to make sure everything was running well and there were no issues. If I need anything plumbing related, I'll be calling them again. Thanks Ivan and Derek!

He was very patient to answer our questions, even about other issues besides what he was called out for.
He communicates really well by phone and text and sent text updates on his arrival time.

One of my hot water heaters decided to spring a significant leak at 9 o'clock on a Sunday morning. I called the nearest Plummer that was open 24/7. I cannot believe how fortunate I was to find this plumber! Fred came and fixed the problem. Immediately. This is absolutely the best Plumber I've ever come to service my house -- And I have had quite a few. His work is careful and meticulous, and he's very respectful of the house environment, and takes care of everything. Besides just being a very nice person, he's an extremely competent plumber. I ended up having him replace the other water heater, as well as some other plumbing tasks that did not need immediate attention. But I was so impressed with his work, and his pricing (he didn't even charge me extra because it was a Sunday) That we took care of many large tasks in the house that would eventually need attention. Call this guy if you have any plumbing issues. I wish I found him years ago, will save me a lot of aggravation on getting jobs re-done.

Had them come out to our house two different times and even after saying what the problem was over the phone before they came out - they were not able to help us. So $180 down the drain just to figure out someone else needs to come out. Waste of time and money.

The tech was very nice though. He was confused he got the call to come out when he knew he couldn't help and say whomever answered the phone should of known better.

Refund my as issued for the 99.00 but we still ended up overpaying for the repair based on estimates from other plumbers.

Don't use this company . we paid $180 for kitchen  sink not drain. And clogged again the next 2 days. Call them back they said we have to paid the other $400 for the same service for different equipment .be careful to use this company they all cheating people not honest at work .  they run only 5 feet long  line but do reported 60-70 feet long. customer service sucked really bad. Don't try them waste your money. We gave them 1 STAR because don't have 0. None experience on job just have experience on stealing money from the others people. Stay away from these people and this business.

Everything you read in former posts is true.  They charge $49.00 just to give an estimate and that price Does Not apply to the eventual price of the repairs.  This is a complete waste of time and money.

The estimate they gave me was well above what another company did good repairs for of my toilet.  The will not give you a firm price until the work is done, then it's too late. Do not use them unless you are desperate, even then, think about it.
