We had major water leak in our house.  Guys from My Local Plumber where very patient, thorough, and extremely friendly.  Got our problem fixed and never had better experience.  Family owned business and good people.  Best experience and I highly recommend them!

These guys are phenomenal! They responded very quickly! I had water coming out of the ground from my sprinkler system. They didn't hesitate to send a technician out immediately! He arrived right away, assessed the situation, and fixed the problem on site. I used this company once in 2015 but recently someone named Macy keeps calling and leaving messages about an unpaid invoice from 11/2022. I haven't used their service since 2015 and moved out of state so I thought they must've mixed up my old info with someone else's and I called to let them know they were either being scammed or something was wrong with their system.

The person I assume is Macy was very rude and was convinced I was in the wrong by not paying their invoice. She was unwilling to listen and basically decided I was lying from just a phone number. At the end I just told her to remove my information from their system and to never call me again.

So beware when you give them your information, they might accuse you of not paying for an invoice from a job that you never asked them to do.

My kitchen sink was clogged. This was the only place that was able to come out on a Saturday evening without a crazy after hours charge. My sink is fixed! Appreciating them for accommodating!

Jorge was a life savior. I just bought my first house and started what I thought was an easy DIY project. Boy was I wrong. Jorge was able to fix the damage I did to the drywall trying to remove painted on wallpaper and prep everything for me to paint. I couldn't be happier with the end results and will definitely be calling him in the future.

From the text confirming my appointment ( they were out in 24 hours!)  to the professionalism of  our plumber Victor,  to the follow up call from the main  office after he left, it has all been great service! We will defiantly use and recommend them again.

Daniel was amazing! I had two old drain lines that were not up to code, and kept giving me issues for months. Daniel knew exactly how to fix it! He was very reasonable and extremely knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.

The folks at A2Z Atomic Plumbing are truly amazing. My guest toilet broke around 4:00 in the afternoon on a Friday, 2 hours before my family was due to arrive for a weekend event. Frantic and hoping for a miracle, I called A2Z seeing if it were possible to squeeze me in last minute. I was able to speak with the owner directly who assured me it was no problem. Within 30 minutes a technician was at my door. He was courteous, efficient, and made the worry of having a less than ideal weekend disappear.
I highly recommend A2Z for any and all plumbing needs. Extremely fair pricing, trained/certified employees and that little extra that comes along with a family owned business. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you A2Z!!

Cooper D Plumbing did a fantastic job on replacing a water heater for me.  They were fast, courteous and very resonsably priced. I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

I hired Hiho Handyman for painting, flooring and lighting in my kitchen and bathroom and was very satisfied.  They exceeded my expectations in every way and cleaned up after they were finished.    This is an honest, five star company.  I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

Will not ever call them again! Had septic issue and very friendly guy came and spent a couple hours removing toilet and snaking one bathroom. Was told there was an issue in master bath with a lid in shower trap hindering drainage. He went in master but guess he didn't do anything to fix it. Turns out problem under toilet on other end of house was a full septic tank. Guy said sorry, I snaked the whole house and it was a septic tank issue. Bill 420.00. Following day, septic tank was emptied by AAA sanitation (5 stars!!!) and than tried master shower and still wouldn't drain. Called CWoods back and talked with supervisor and he said that would be a separate charge. I gave one star cause the guy was pleasant and did clean up very well after himself!

Ricks has a beautiful showroom of high end plumbing and cabinet fixtures. The employees are experts and are great at helping you find exactly what you're looking for.

This company does not seem to know what they are doing, and has an outrageous hourly rate. We had a leak in one of the pipes and called Murley Plumbing. Murley came out to our house to look at the pipe. The plumber was unable to figure out what the problem was, and was not sure how to repair the pipe. Without knowing what the problem is, he obviously would not know how long it would take to fix it. He said it may take anywhere from 4 to 8 hours to fix whatever is causing the leak, at $202 per hour. It was hard to believe that a company specializing in repairing pipes would be this unsure and unable to give an accurate description of the problem and plan to fix it. With such a large, unfocused range in the estimate, we denied Murley to continue working on our problem because there was no guarantee he would be able to fix it in a reasonable time for a reasonable cost.

We then got another company who was able to identify the problem and fix the problem in 4 hours for a total $250 ($63 per hour). Given the experience we had with the other company, we realized how much of a rip-off Murley Plumbers are, and their lack of experience problem solving to identify what the problem was. Their company motto of A company committed to complete customer satisfaction seemed to be completely off the mark in our experience.

Scott Lusk the new owner took $6100 over three months ago to install a septic system. After asking for our first refund he decided to finally come install it.... but without the approval of SRA the authority of our county. They demanded he remove it. He did. Scott Lusk finally sent $1975. in the form of a check months later. We inquired about a FULL refund. He stated in an email he would pay in full when he got paid from other jobs. Meaning he stole and spent our money. We are filing suit and have reported him for felony theft to our local Sheriffs department.

Friendly people, very helpful!! Went in to get a part, they didn't have it but contacted a place for us to go to! They recommended Teters on Oram in Dallas!! Very bad idea!! Please don't recommend that place to anyone!! Rudest people at Teters ever!! But thank you Moore's for your help!!

Robert Anthony Barbosa is a crook.  Took over 2 months to install tile after having shower pan replaced.  Installed incorrectly and shower still leaking.  Will not repair and I paid him $4000 and he sent an unsolicited obscene picture.  Will not repair shower or job after a year and is full of excuses.  DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!

I have had them out before to do a line clearing.  Took about an hour and it was $460.  That's fine.  I am well off enough that it's not a big deal.
But...
When I call to have you come out a few months later to price gouge me on changing 2 shower valves and a toilet ball stem, because I'm willing to pay it, you don't even show up. No phone call or text.  No email. Nothing.  Til about 4:35pm. Appointment was for 12-4 with a $65 service fee.  They call at 4:35 to tell me Good news, we have a tech in the area to take your service call. Well it's too late.  Do you want to reschedule?
Well, if there is no service charge then sure. Oh, no we can't do that, but if you change your mind give us a call back.
Uh...no thanks.  You lost out on easy money and could have charged the full amount or maybe more but no no no. You couldn't even do common business protocol. That's too bad.  I'll call Belkeys! Lol.
