Dna has been great. They came to my house a couple times and resolved the issues both times. Mr. Casey was very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them.

Talk about a great plumbing company in Mesquite, Great Service Plumbing is awesome. Our sewer line was overflowing into the yard. These guys came out and repaired our water / plumbing lines in no time - even though they had to dig 8 feet down into the yard. This quality plumbing company did a great job and I highly recommend them.

My boiler broke up in the freezing weather and this company's plumber broke me advice over the phone which meant I could fix the problem myself-but I knew he 'd come out if I really needed him to. Super fantastic!

Shane's Plumbing was the ONLY company willing to do the job and they did a stellar job. As my well started to fail I was stressed about how to keep running water in my home. Shane gave me a number of options and was always willing to answer questions and walk me through every step. What I anticipated being an overwhelming amount of work (and cost) need up being an easy job for Shane's Plumbing.

From the very beginning, the customer service was amazing. They let you know when the technician is on the way (via text) and that was a helpful bonus. They completed the task and you couldn't ask for any nicer guys than Quinten and Chris! One of our master bath sinks was having a tough time draining. After attempting our own snake maneuver (which proved unsuccessful), we asked our neighbor for a reputable plumbing company. He quickly replied Aubrey Plumbing, trust being the pivotal word In his referral comments.  He was right. From the initial contact with Catherine (Katherine?), to the timely appointment with Anthony, our needs were met, our sink's funtion restored, with professional and good-quality service delivery. While not wishing anyone plumbing problems, should they occur, we highly recommend Aubrey Plumbing Company to solve them. (Ref. # 3336-8026)

Had them come out to fix the pipe where it broke due to the roots. They came to unclog the line. Which the line was already unclogged. They provided a quote for $140 per hour after they looked at it. The plumber called his boss, John and that price changed to $2,500. I asked why the number changed because both prices were quoted AFTER they were there and he said if you don't like it, don't take the bid. Terrible customer service and bad communication. Too many other plumbers to work with this one.

Threatened 3 times in 15 minutes by plumber and office.  

Plumber threatened he would not leave my house until I paid $202 for unclogging 1 toilet (15 minutes prior) but would not give me a bill of any kind - then threatened to report me to Collections (15 minutes after unclogging1 toilet) and the office threatened to call the Police to my home . . .Still have not received anything in writing from them nor did they have me sign anything.

Very pushy and aggressive people working for this company.  Maybe it was because I was a female.   I do not recommend this company.   Threatening a female to not leave her home is crossing the line - if not criminal.  And complete lack of customer service skills - no information given to me about invoicing policies when I booked the appointment.  And overcharged to unclog 1 toilet  $202

The diverter in the bathtub spout in our grandkids' bathroom broke.  I couldn't find a replacement locally so I removed the spout and took it to Teter's.  The spout was out of stock at the time, so they ordered one for me, promising to not charge my credit card until the item came in and shipped to me.  Teter's did just that.  My problem was that I ordered the part on Feb. 2 but didn't get the part shipped to me until yesterday, Mar 29.  I had already ordered the part myself directly from the Delta Faucets website myself, received it, and installed it.  So today I took this newly shipped and received part back to Teter's in person and they happily took it back and refunded my $$.  Good people!

I hired this plumber based on the good reviews.  When I had a plumbing emergency he came right away and everything seemed off to a good start. I told him I was afraid of leaks and he said I don't do leaks.  Ok so he said he would come back the next day because the faucet was a bit loose.  He no showed.  I finally got a hold of him after calling non-stop and he said he would come.  He no showed and did not call.  I tried for 3 straight days with no response.  Now a couple of weeks have gone by and I have a leak.  He will not answer his phone.  I told him I was going to write a review every day he does not answer me.  I think his reviews are good because at first he seems nice and seems to know what he is doing but he does not.  I checked and he has complaints filed against him with Better Business Bureau and these complaints are exactly like mine.  BEWARE.
