Talk about a great plumbing company in Mesquite, Great Service Plumbing is awesome. Our sewer line was overflowing into the yard. These guys came out and repaired our water / plumbing lines in no time - even though they had to dig 8 feet down into the yard. This quality plumbing company did a great job and I highly recommend them.

My boiler broke up in the freezing weather and this company's plumber broke me advice over the phone which meant I could fix the problem myself-but I knew he 'd come out if I really needed him to. Super fantastic!

I contacted nearly a dozen plumbers to disconnect my water well and attach my home to the county's city water line. Shane's Plumbing was the ONLY company willing to do the job and they did a stellar job. As my well started to fail I was stressed about how to keep running water in my home. Shane gave me a number of options and was always willing to answer questions and walk me through every step. What I anticipated being an overwhelming amount of work (and cost) need up being an easy job for Shane's Plumbing.

Had a new faucet installed in my kitchen and had a GREAT experience with this company. Have used them in the past, always with perfect results. Technicians are professional, efficient, and very careful. Do not hesitate to put your plumbing needs in this company's hands. I give them my highest recommendations!

Disappointed by the installation team's work on a new condenser, evap coil and supply plenum. The result: a new, malfunctioning system that didn't cool as well as the old system from 2004 -- couldn't cool the house below 76 degrees and the airflow wasn't balanced at all; some vents pushed air well, others barely a whisper of air.

All told, it required multiple phone calls and appointments with their team to diagnose the problem and correct the mistakes the first installation crew made. To their credit, the second crew did the work correctly and efficiently, something the first crew was incapable of accomplishing.

The salesman was unprofessional (he offered harsh criticism of competitors and a GO colleague), the first installation crew was ploddingly slow and inept, especially one member who attempted to charge me an additional $5,500 (replace entire ductwork that I suspect he damaged) to make the new system work as well as the old, failing system. The second installation team installed dampers and replaced yards of ductwork for no charge. Imagine that.

To sum up, unless you want to hire a poorly organized company that is abhorrent at communicating amongst its dispatch, sales, and installation teams, I highly recommend you avoid choosing GO for your heating, plumbing or AC needs.

Performed a sewer leak detection. Solid job. Honest and thorough. Price was very reasonable.

I had a leak in my main water line and also needed two outdoor faucets replace.  I chose Aubrey based on their reputation.  I have not been disappointed - I purposely waited several weeks so I could accurately report on the quality of work.  The work done has had no residual problems, no leaks and no issues.    I will not hesitate to call them for any future plumbing problems.  I highly recommend this company - they are fair, honest and take pride in their work -- they simply are the best.

There was a small leak coming from T-connector on the thermal expansion tank above my hot water heater.  I called a plumbing company that quoted me their fixed price which was ridiculous.  I declined their services and called Classic Plumbing after seeing good reviews.

Classic said the repair would be on a time and materials basis which I knew would be reasonable since it is a simple repair with the equipment accessible in the garage.  Ken came out a did the repair in just under an hour and the total price was approx half of what the other company wanted to charge.  And the way the repair was done is better than the way the builder did it.  Brass instead of plastic.

So nice to find a plumber who is honest, affordable, on-time, and does excellent work.  The phone staff is friendly and efficient, and the plumbers have all been great to work with.  Never feel like I'm getting the runaround with these guys, but an honest appraisal of what is really needed and great service on the kitchen faucet install.  Would highly recommend!

I just bought a new house that was built in 1971 and needed to replace the faucet handles on the bathtub. I went to Home Depot and Lowes and found out that they only carry the universal handles that according to online reviews don't work very well. I have lived in Dallas for years and have heard of Teter's for years, but never had the reason to go.  Well this time I did. So I headed out to Teters and was greeted by Gary.  He looked at the faucets that I had brought with me and advised me that my choices were slim. The only replacements that are made to fit my particular OLD setup were just ugly. So we kept looking and I said, well, I'd really like to have something like...that one. He said well, you can have that one, but it's expensive.  I said let's go for it! Gary walked me through installing the new faucets and made sure I had everything I needed and understood how to get all of the old stuff off and put the new on.  He gave me his card and said give me a call anytime if you have any problems. What a nice guy.  I was really shocked.  NO ONE offers this kind of service.  

I got home all excited about my new project and guess what...? One of the handles was broken.  I could have sworn I saw Gary check the boxes, but wait, I only remembered him checking 2 of the 3 that I had bought. I grabbed his card and called and told him.  He said: I remember checking 2 of the boxes! I told him I would come the next day and pick up the new handle.  When I arrived the next day, he had my new handle in a bag with my name on it.  I am guessing he did that in the event that he wasn't there when I came in.  He handed me the new handle and apologized that the other handle was broken.  

So with all of this being said, I was truly shocked at the service and kindness of Teters and specifically Gary. Thank you guys, I hope that I don't need to come back, but I will most definitely do so if I have to. :)

I hired this plumber based on the good reviews.  When I had a plumbing emergency he came right away and everything seemed off to a good start. I told him I was afraid of leaks and he said I don't do leaks.  Ok so he said he would come back the next day because the faucet was a bit loose.  He no showed.  I finally got a hold of him after calling non-stop and he said he would come.  He no showed and did not call.  I tried for 3 straight days with no response.  Now a couple of weeks have gone by and I have a leak.  He will not answer his phone.  I told him I was going to write a review every day he does not answer me.  I think his reviews are good because at first he seems nice and seems to know what he is doing but he does not.  I checked and he has complaints filed against him with Better Business Bureau and these complaints are exactly like mine.  BEWARE.
