Loved that they wore their masks. They were friendly and explained everything they needed to do before they did it. Saved us a lot money by not having to bust out the concrete which could have cost thousands! They were neat and tidy, and careful to not cause more damage than necessary.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

On the morning of July 2, our bathroom water faucet was running in a steady stream even when the faucet was turned off and the valve under the sink was turned off. There was no way to stop the flow. We needed a plumber as quickly as we could get one. We called numerous companies with no response or we were told it would be after the holiday before anyone could come out. Then we called Altech Plumbing and was greeted by a friendly voice of a real person who told us she would schedule someone to come out the same day. She sent an email and a phone call with the time; between 1 and 5. By 10:30 a technician who was already in the area was knocking on the door to fix our problem. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. A trip to the truck for replacement parts and a turn of the wrench, all turned out well, good as new. We highly recommend this company!!!! Call Altech first, you'll be glad you did.

I had a terrible problem with a broken sewer line and clogged drain with smelly flooding into the house. Johnny Rooter came out quickly, found the problem, gave me a quote and got me up and running temporarily until the major fix could be handled. Cameron came out both times and was very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, clean, courteous, and professional. The pricing was very reasonable for all the work that was accomplished. I would highly recommend this company.

Hands down, A Deal Plumbing is the best plumbing business in Austin! We have a house built in 1950, and it's had tons of plumbing problems over decades. Until I lucked up and found A Deal Plumbing, about 10 years ago, we'd had many plumbers here with fair to bad results. But the plumbing throughout the house is in great shape now thanks to Arnold and his sons. In addition to handling competently ANY kind of plumbing problem, Arnold and his sons are honorable, totally trustworthy men. What a fine business!!!

My water heater gave out on me so I called Frank at Trio plumbing. They came out same day to change out thermostat. Turns out that didn't fix problem so he came back next day to fix another part and didn't even charge me. Then we realized the water heater was defective and he installed a new one. His price to install was a fraction of what one of the big plumbing companies quoted. Frank is amazing. He treats his clients like family and is honest and professional. He even called me back after the job to make sure everything was working right. Do yourself a favor and call Frank at Trio plumbing for your next plumbing issue. You'll be glad you did.

These guys were great to work with. They gave an honest quote and stuck to it. They worked fast and were very neat. We had to have a pretty large hole cut in our wall in order to access the shower valve and they didn't leave a mess. They also talked me through the process and gave me ideas on how to fix the hole. Very upstanding company. Will definitely call on them in the future!

I needed my main irrigation ball valve replaced due to a rusted handle. The service was quick, easy and professional. Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs!

I was needing a gas line run to my back porch for an outdoor kitchen. Several other local plumbers came and made promises but then backed out or wanted ridiculous amounts of money. I was told the work was too complicated. Justin came out next day, told me it was a fairly simple project and went right to work. I was really impressed with the quality and complete-ness of the work and the price was more than fair. I'm programming their number into my phone and sharing it with friends and family- these are the plumbers you want!

Super nice young men arrived in timely manner and performed work as requested and answered questions professionally and knowledgeably! I would highly recommend. Fees just slight above average but install was clean and the courtesies are well worth!

Chris Brooks, the owner of Squared Away Plumbing, is reliable, honest and very knowledgeable - I have heard numerous accounts of him going out of his way to help people, regardless of whether he profits or not.
Chris taught us how to flush our tankless water heater, and even offered to supply us with the necessary tools.
During his visit, he also offered valuable tips. This is definitely the plumber we will call for all of our plumbing needs.

I contacted them to fix a botched wax ring installed by Radiant that left my house periodically smelling of sewer. I lived with this for nearly a year assuming the problem was with my ancient sewer line that would be costly inconvenient to replace. They discovered that the problem was an incorrectly and sloppily installed wax ring that wasn't even making contact with the toilet and fixed the problem the same day. They were very courteous with their efforts to leave everything better than they found it and went out of their way not to unnecessarily drive up the cost of the repair. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Chad is a godsend - I have perhaps the most ridiculous space between my dishwasher and the sink that takes some sort of voodoo magic to get the hoses through. Scheduling was easy and the cost was more than fair. I would highly recommend for any handyman needs.

These folks are the best. Always courteous and always willing to follow up if needed. I ran my own service company for thirty years so I recognize excellent skills and customer service for what they are...rare

Our house was for sale and Weldon was sent over by our buyers to take a look at our water heater. After finding nothing wrong with the water heater, he rudely left my house, obviously irritated that there was nothing wrong and that he had wasted his time. A few minutes later, he rang my doorbell to tell me he found a problem. He led me to my front yard where he pointed out that the clean out plug (PVC pipe in the front yard that connects to the sewer) was at an angle, and thus, must be broken. He went on to explain how clean out plugs should be set at a 90 degree angle and that he believes a car must have hit ours and broke it. He said how he'd have to hand-dig up a portion of our front yard in order to do the repair and that it'll cost $1,000.
None of this made sense to me. We weren't having any septic-related issues and if a car hit a PVC pipe, wouldn't the PVC pipe break rather than move 4 feet of earth? I didn't have time to argue as my kids were unsupervised in my home so I simply nodded and he left.
When my husband came home from work, I relayed all the information that Weldon had told me. This also made no sense to him so he took the time (literally ten seconds) to do something Weldon did NOT do. My husband removed the PVC pipe cap from the top of the clean out plug and, using a flashlight, looked inside the pipe. The theory is that if a car hit it and broke it to such a degree that it moved the cleanout plug from a 90 degree angle to more of a 45 degree angle, we'd see the damage from the inside of the pipe. Wouldn't you know it, the inside of the pipe looked flawless. Not a crack in sight. We spent a few hours researching clean out plugs as well as talked to several other plumbers and we learned that the angle at which a cleanout plug is installed is purely plumber preference and that setting them at an angle makes snaking the septic system easier. I tried to contact Weldon with my findings, including a photo of the inside of the pipe, and received NO response.
Weldon went ahead and told our buyers that we had a serious plumbing issue and how our yard would have to be dug up and that was the end of our buyers. They terminated the contract. Weldon is a dishonest man and I will warn anyone who is in need of a plumbing repair to avoid him.

Spicewood Plumbing are honest, hardworking folks. Twice now they showed up when they promised, fixed the problems efficiently and economically, and were courteous and professional to boot! I have found my go to plumbers for any and all future problems.

A rude company that will wake you up at 6:59 if you have the misfortune of someone around you hiring them. They do it because they can not a verry polite policy.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. We contacted Fabian through Home Advisor to fix a leak in a bathroom. This company was in a hurry to do the job without wanting to take care of the problem. So disappointed by their work or the lack of it. They just wanted to cover up the problem without resolving the issue. When I asked to speak to the owner, Fabian called me saying his name was Jeff. Is this a joke. Scary, do not trust.

I had an emergency water leak that was getting worst. After getting the run around by other plumber I decided to contact Elite Plumbing Solutions via Yelp since they had good ratings. Thank god! They came and fix the problem the same day, the price was reasonable and they were very attentive to answer any questions I had.
