We had damage to our external electrical power panel and we got Tony's to work with Austin Energy to disconnect the City's power line. They also removed the meter. Tony created a new roof mount for the power line, installed a panel, checked all of the wiring in the house, coordinated with the City to bring a new meter and install the power line. He as we did not have the City bring the electrical power on for several days provided us with a gasoline powered electrical generator. Through the several days here or not Tony was always ready for us. I have dealt with many repair and maintenance companies over the 50 years I have lived in Austin and Tony ranks as my Number One in ability and timeliness!

Luis was able to come over super fast and give me a very reasonable quote. The next day, the job was done with excellent results and no problems. Highly recommend and already have him lined up for some outside electrics :)

Rick Neely saved our (sad, pathetic, 3/4 dark) Christmas lights and possibly my sanity!! =)  I spent several hours on both Sat & Sun fighting w/ replacing our GFCI outlet, with no success.  This was obviously NOT an emergency, but Rick came out the same day my wife called him!  He was super friendly, communicated very well, and arrived right when he said he would.  He was extremely professional and had us up and running in about 5 minutes!  Maybe less!  I very highly recommend him and will ONLY use him for any future electrical needs!!

And again! We needed a LOT of electrical help when we demolished our kitchen and took out a fur down. Shawn and his helper showed up and worked on several projects including lifting wiring exposed by the demo to installing lighting and Chandeliers throughout the house. Bowne has helped us with many of our projects over the years and will continue to do so for our family.  Great work, guys and gals!

I called CP electric after seeing the great reviews here on yelp. I needed a quote on some lighting for a sign and also some repairs on exterior lighting that wasn't working properly.

Ramiro came out and checked it all out but was surprised the work had not originally been done by the contractor. He reviewed the plans and noticed that all the work I was requesting was already supposed to have been done per the contract. With his information I was able to get the contractor to complete all this work free of charge.

Ramiro could have easily just done the work and charged me a few thousand, but because of his integrity and caring nature he saved me thousands.

I will definitely use them for all my electrical needs in the future!

John Summarell and his team moved an electrical junction box that was blocking an appliance from fitting where I wanted it.  It involved going under the house, even after a rain storm when everything was muddy.
They were very professional, friendly, and did a great job.  I highly recommend A&S if you need electrical work done in Bastrop (or around Smithville).

Great work. Excellent prices. Kaleb is a great guy to work with. He swapped out some old rusty fluorescent light fixture in a carport for a new LED version. It looks great. Big improvement. He also helped with a ceiling fan inside that was falling apart. And he's coming back to replace a broken ceiling fan in another room. Very professional, excellent work.

Project: Had some 1/2 done wiring in the garage that I needed to be finished. I was probably even a bit obnoxious because I kept changing my mind about what lines I wanted to handle what voltage.  Totally patient as we figured it out. Excellent. :)

We've used Caskey Electric multiple times, they were available the quickest and were competitively priced. Our first appointment went pretty smoothly, the second and third appointments did not. Austin, the person we had for each appointment was pretty careless with the work. He damaged our ceiling while installing new light fixtures and fans. Some time went by, I reached out again for some small work and requested if someone else was available other than Austin, the owner Corey said not at the time but he would speak to him. We made an appointment, Austin was a no-show, he forgot. We rescheduled, and again Austin was a no-show. I let Corey know we will take our business elsewhere, I have better things to do than plan my day around an electrician who may or may not show up.
