Called at 4:45pm on a Friday and CJ was at my house at 5:30pm. Quickly diagnosed my broken hose bib, communicated his plan, and executed the repair in the estimated time. Arrived with mask on, wore booties in the house, and was courteous thoughout.
Don't let the low yelp review count steer you away. Very good experience with Austin Plumbing.

Found them on Yelp for a new toilet installation. Fast and good quality service with reasonable price. Definitely will use them in the future again!

We had a leak in our tub faucet so I got quotes from several local repairmen in the Manteca area.
All Pro (Diego) responded quickly and offered the best price and service time that worked for us.
Total repair time took about 90 minutes and he accepted multiple payment methods for our convenience. Would highly recommend!

I contacted a highly rated local plumber...a big outfit. They advised they couldn't get to my water heater replacement in a timely manner and referred me to Everest. That right there says something. Mr. Emilio and Ms. Brittany squeezed me in and had my attic (see tough job) tank water heater replaced in under 24 hours. Courteous and meticulous...and the damage was less than I was charged to replace a water heater in a rent house closet a month prior. Thumbs up.

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

Floyd and William were both great technicians and obviously very knowledgeable about their craft.
William diagnosed a faulty capacitor and a low refrigerant charge, and Floyd came by later to help diagnose a leaky evaporator coil. They were very thorough in their work and respectful of my property. They explained every situation and system in detail so I could better understand what was going on.
Cody also stopped by later in the day to offer me an estimate to replace our system, due to the leak.
The reason this is 4 stars instead of 5, is because the markup they charged on one part was very high. When replacing my Capacitor, they quoted me a price of $237, for just the part. They did have that part on their truck and were able to install it immediately, which was convenient. But I checked, and that parts costs $25 online, and $70 retail from a local supply shop.
Overall a very top-notch service company with great technicians, but be aware that can come with a very healthy markup on some of the parts they install.
UPDATE:
Thanks for the reply Floyd! I stand by my comment that its a very big markup.
Maybe that is justifiable to someone in a different position? but for me it was too much.

They are not at all reasonable. They provided a quote that was extremely high . Luckily I asked around before committing to them. It was more than ( 50% lower ) It's very frustrating there is no transparency in this industry.

My water heater went on the fritz on a weekend, and I emailed the info address at GTX. Much to my surprise they emailed me back and using FaceTime, Lloyd walked me through how to relight the pilot. Over the next couple of days it kept going out so I contacted them again. Incredibly nice folks, they came out the next day with a replacement unit - the old one leaking, and was 10 years old so it had to go. They installed the new unit in short order, cleaned up and you couldn't tell they had even been here. I can't say enough good things and they'll be my go to plumber forever!

I was recommended by a family member to this business. My estimate was given pretty quickly and was able to get into the schedule easily. I had a toilet that needed to be replaced and a problem with a leak in my shower. My toilet was replaced quickly and at a reasonable price and Gabe found out the problem for the water leak in my shower and was easily able to fix it. I was very impressed with the job that was done Gabe was very professional explained everything that needed to be done and what the problem was. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends and will use him again in the future if needed.

Excellent work, service and in a timely fashion. I had company coming in and the owner came out and fixed my problem. Later, worker returned to install water softener and carbon filter and I'm happy I used them.

Joseph & his crew are the best! I was last minute shopping to find someone to clean our house for our new buyer. Joseph said he'd get it done for me! AND they did!!! Scared to death, because it was on the night before the final walk through. I did not have a chance to confirm their work, the buyer did her walk through early the next morning (7am). However, she was extremely pleased. We had lived in our home for 40 years...so, that said a lot about Joseph's crew! They did the whole shabang...oven, windows, bathrooms, garage, stove, baseboards, you name it, they did it and it was super!!

Reached a live person at 6am and the guys were here before 9 to clear my drain. Very polite, great service. First time customer but will be back!

They were over an hour late and when I called the plumber admitted he forgot to come by to my house. My landlord chose this company. If I had control over it I would not hire or recommend this company.

I needed a couple ceiling fans replaced and contacted Avery Handyman Project due to their previous reviews and they fact they were in my neighborhood. A couple messages later and I was scheduled for that same day. Lewis was very professional and polite, arrived on time and cleaned up when he was done. I wouldn't hesitate to contact AHP for my next project.

Kinda an emergency, needed yard mowed quick. Martinez Services call texted back in minutes on memorial day weekend. He got over in a couple of hours on a saturday. Due to appointment running late had to leave him money out. He is very honest, did work. Great job, stayed in contact, sent pictures. Great guy, great lawn guy. Top notch. Hard worker.

Avoid this plumber if you like your money. The negative reviews are accurate. Daniel's charges a $225 dollar diagnostic fee NO MATTER WHAT, which means to have the plumber come to the house, you will pay $225 (and they will aggressively enforce this fee). But, that's not where it ends. They then quote outrageous prices and do not apply the diagnostic fee to the work. To have our water heater flushed and the control panel swapped out, which is about 30 minutes worth of labor, they wanted $700: $225 for the diagnostic fee (which took 45 minutes), $200 to flush the system (I did it myself in about 20 minutes after watching a YouTube video), and $300 for a control panel (I bought the panel for $125 and replaced it in under 5 minutes). Of course, they already have you when they show up because you're on the hook for $225. We did not have them do the work but the plumber forcefully insisted on making us pay the $225 (my wife was shaken by the confrontation). We paid the fee and did not have the work done, but we will never use these folks again.
