We recently opened up a new office and were in need of someone to do some work in the restroom. O&M was able to make it out to our office the same day. They were professional and gave us a reasonable quote really quickly. I'll definitely be using them again for any work we might need.

Fantastic service! CJ was very responsive, prompt and kept in good communication with me. Helped repair my frozen busted pipe quickly and his rates were very reasonable. He was knowledgeable and his relaxed attitude about a repair that felt insurmountable to me was extra reassuring. I felt like I was in very good hands.

Our child flushed a small toy down the toilet, causing a big headache. It was out of reach, toilet was backing up, I needed help. I got in touch with these guys and we had the issue resolved the same day. The work was done cleanly and effectively. The gentleman that came to my home to do the work was very friendly. There is no question that if I have any professional plumber needs in the future, this will be the first company I call.

I am beyond pleased!! This is a local business, husband/wife team. They arrived on time, were soooo friendly, not rushing, and conversing as they progressed, telling us what what going on. What a pleasant pleasant experience. We expected there would be more to the job than actually happened. Emilio obviously knew exactly what to do and did it very quickly. I feel like we've made a friend. I will definitely use this company again!! I highly recommend him.

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

My unit was really old and inefficient, so I decided to have it replaced.

The work was done right on time and at a very reasonable price. Floyd came out the next day to make some adjustments and ensure the work was done correctly.

It goes a long way for me when a business learns of a poor customer experience and takes steps to improve that experience. I'm glad I gave them a second chance.

There's nothing as exciting as when a tenant calls up saying there's water leaking from under a baseboard (except maybe playing Russian Roulette, but I'm not sure about the latter, and I don't intend to find out). We went over and looked at it and unfortunately it didn't look like something simple, so we needed a plumber. Our neighborhood plumber was booked a week out, and so were the two others he recommended, so it was off to Yelp to look for one... found a five star plumber, asked Yelp, Yelp offered to send info to multiple plumbers, and Ray was one of the ones that responded.

I was a little nervous about hiring a guy with only one review on Yelp, but he had good reviews on Google, Angie's List and other places so I decided to give him a shot... being available to come out the next day was definitely a big plus.

I was a little nervous when he came out in an SUV with a magnet on the side instead of a fancy painted truck but he definitely knew what he was doing. Unfortunately we had to replace an entire shower valve ($$$) instead of just a cartridge ($), but he did a great job and put an access panel in the wall instead of just leaving a giant hole in the sheet rock like I was expecting, so that was a nice plus.

Other pluses: entirely paperless, Ray showed me a complete estimate before he got started (which ended up being the final bill), and was willing to explain things. His pricing for the shower valve replacement I thought was pretty reasonable.

Minuses: when diagnosing the leak he noticed one of the toilets was leaking (into the bowl) so I asked him to fix that... the charge for that was I though was pretty high since he was here for something else as well, I've replaced toilet innards and it's pretty simple with cheap parts. But he did have the price on the estimate so I can't really complain.

Overall, I definitely would recommend him and will call him again for other issues... hopefully not any time soon though :)

I was recommended by a family member to this business. My estimate was given pretty quickly and was able to get into the schedule easily. I had a toilet that needed to be replaced and a problem with a leak in my shower. My toilet was replaced quickly and at a reasonable price and Gabe found out the problem for the water leak in my shower and was easily able to fix it. I was very impressed with the job that was done Gabe was very professional explained everything that needed to be done and what the problem was. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends and will use him again in the future if needed.

A big thank you to PlumbSmart. We've had water problems since we moved into our home almost 5 years ago. They diagnosed the problem, our water softener not connected correctly, and help us make decisions to fix it. Long story short: they diagnosed, fixed, and got us water pressure, clean water in one day. We now have a new softener, old one had disintegrated due to wrongful installation, and a whole house filter. Our health and safety greatly improved! Thanks to Cody.

By far the best around! Christian and his wife are amazing honest hard workers! They do the job right! We have had them do numerous repairs in our home in Dripping Springs! I highly recommend them! They do not do emergencies and I totally respect that. They are very responsive.

I called Osborn plumbing to rework all the plumbing in a house that we are do a complete remodel job. Every person that has worked at the house is very professional and does very good work.  The price quoted was reasonable, the company adheres to code, even if it is not a requirement.  They do not cut corners which is very important. They will work hard and fast and they are very busy as a company but they show up timely to work.  Additionally, Roger who met with me to do the quote referred me to K&M Contracting to be the General contractor on the job and that company is just is outstanding as Osborn Plumbing. I am so very thankful to have met both of these companies as we are thrilled with the quality of work, the price, the quick timeline and they are a pleasure to work with on the remodel!!

Kinda  an emergency, needed yard mowed quick.   Martinez Services call texted back in minutes on memorial day weekend.  He got over in a couple of hours on a saturday.  Due to appointment running late had to leave him money out.  He is very honest, did work.  Great job, stayed in contact, sent pictures.  Great guy, great lawn guy.  Top notch.  Hard worker.

Travis and Brandon just finished up a job at my house and did an outstanding job.  They arrived an hour and a half after I called for an appointment and didn't stop until the problem was solved.  I love that they go above and beyond by wearing booties over their shoes so that they don't track in dirt. Also, knowing that I have dogs, they made sure to tell me that they used acid to unblock a pretty nasty clog and to keep my dogs away from the place it drained outside for a day or so, for their safety.  Great guys, great service.
