I noticed I had water leaking from my yard into the street this morning. I called Ben at O & M Plumbing and he sent Andrew and Jonas to my house within a couple hours to give a free estimate. The roots of my tree had caused a pipe to break and they fixed it the same day. Great service! I would definitely recommend them.

This is a new business that provided quick service, personable and polite technician with excellent work. I thought I would have to wait months to get service due to the recent servere cold weather but they were available the day after I called. I am not associated with the business in any way, just a satisfied customer.

Had an emergency plumbing issue over the weekend with two toilets backing up & overflow into shower. Quick Response, excellent service, & reasonable price I'd recommend this company & use again!

Diego did some work for us at the new Voodoo Doughnuts in Austin.  Great communication and followup.  He is now on our speed dial and is our Go To Guy for any work we need done!  Thanks Diego, we very much appreciate the great service.

Emilio and Gracie are great! I'm so happy to have found them. They were quick to respond and provide a reasonable estimate. Everest was in my home two days later completing the installation of a new kitchen sink and faucet. Emilio and Gracie are professional and courteous. They took the time needed to complete the job and it flew by having them there. They were kind to me and each other. They also have a precious senior pup Lucy acting as supervisor.  I highly recommend Everest Plumbing and will contact them for any plumbing needs. You should too!

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

I am currently renting the house I live in, my landlord called Honest Air Conditioning because of a leak in the home.  They were able to come out the very next day. Awesome! Especially in Texas. Jared came out diagnosed the problem, discussed the companies maintenance plan and options to fix the issue with my landlord while I was in the room. I  really hope next year if we stay in the local area that Honest Air Conditioning services the area, because I am signing up for it! The company is honestly a great company. Anyways Jared was awesome. Very professional and very friendly. He probably thinks my household was in complete disarray but everyone that lives here was sick the week prior so no cleaning was done.  We had to reschedule one of the maintenance checks on the 2nd unit because the room it was in someone was sleeping. That brings us to today.  Called this morning because landlord didnt give me a time they were coming out, Stacy was friendly and very helpful providing the needed info. The technician showed up in the right time frame and to make it all the better was Jared again! Jared climbed up onto the not so sturdy attic ladder and got the job done. I know it's what he signed up for when he took the job, but he seriously does everything with a smile. Usually when maintenance people leave I go complain to my wife about how they didnt show up on time, rude, didnt finish the job, left a mess, I hate it normally. However, Jared was very respectful, polite, and pretty sure my house is in better shape now then before he came. Great employees! Great Service! Great day! I'm just repeating myself now, but how else can I get the point across?

There's nothing as exciting as when a tenant calls up saying there's water leaking from under a baseboard (except maybe playing Russian Roulette, but I'm not sure about the latter, and I don't intend to find out). We went over and looked at it and unfortunately it didn't look like something simple, so we needed a plumber. Our neighborhood plumber was booked a week out, and so were the two others he recommended, so it was off to Yelp to look for one... found a five star plumber, asked Yelp, Yelp offered to send info to multiple plumbers, and Ray was one of the ones that responded.

I was a little nervous about hiring a guy with only one review on Yelp, but he had good reviews on Google, Angie's List and other places so I decided to give him a shot... being available to come out the next day was definitely a big plus.

I was a little nervous when he came out in an SUV with a magnet on the side instead of a fancy painted truck but he definitely knew what he was doing. Unfortunately we had to replace an entire shower valve ($$$) instead of just a cartridge ($), but he did a great job and put an access panel in the wall instead of just leaving a giant hole in the sheet rock like I was expecting, so that was a nice plus.

Other pluses: entirely paperless, Ray showed me a complete estimate before he got started (which ended up being the final bill), and was willing to explain things. His pricing for the shower valve replacement I thought was pretty reasonable.

Minuses: when diagnosing the leak he noticed one of the toilets was leaking (into the bowl) so I asked him to fix that... the charge for that was I though was pretty high since he was here for something else as well, I've replaced toilet innards and it's pretty simple with cheap parts. But he did have the price on the estimate so I can't really complain.

Overall, I definitely would recommend him and will call him again for other issues... hopefully not any time soon though :)

First time home owner and my garbage disposal stopped working yesterday and then the sink started to back up on a Tuesday and I couldn't wait until the weekend for my husband to take a look at it, so I gave Plumber Near Me a call.  Aiden called to let me know he was 15 minutes out and arrived promptly, was able to fix my disposal without having to replace it and gave me recommendations on how to keeping it working in an optimal state.  He also showed me how to try to fix it on my own should it get clogged again.  Great company and AMAZING customer service.  Highly recommend and will be using for all my plumbing needs going forward.

I called on a Friday morning with a clogged toilet.  I was told the tech would arrive in the afternoon but he called in the morning and arrived in the morning.  All good stuff.  The tech worked hard to solve the problem and explained the problem and solution.

All good until I noticed the toilet had been damaged by the auger the tech used.  I called the office, they told me not to worry, the problem would be escalated.  

The problem was escalated and efforts to replace the toilet (at GTX expense) ran into issues because there were no equivalent toilets available at local hardware store.  Evan(second tech) rolled up his sleeves to see if he could resolve the issue instead of me having to wait months to get a backordered toilet.  He solved the problem and the toilet looks like brand new again.

GTX came out fast, solved all the problems and I am a happy camper!

I was recommended by a family member to this business. My estimate was given pretty quickly and was able to get into the schedule easily. I had a toilet that needed to be replaced and a problem with a leak in my shower. My toilet was replaced quickly and at a reasonable price and Gabe found out the problem for the water leak in my shower and was easily able to fix it. I was very impressed with the job that was done Gabe was very professional explained everything that needed to be done and what the problem was. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends and will use him again in the future if needed.

These guys are the plumbers I have used in over 42 years in my home. I had two este heaters installed in addition to a hot water recirculating pump to get instant hot water at the faucets. They are responsive, efficient and reasonably priced. They want you to be satisfied and will bend over backwards to do so. I very highly recommend this plumbing company. Adam, Gabriel, Cody, Roger, Ryan are all terrific people.

He responded quickly to my quote request, we had a phone consultation, an in-person assessment of the work that needed to be done, and the work was completed the next day.

Kinda  an emergency, needed yard mowed quick.   Martinez Services call texted back in minutes on memorial day weekend.  He got over in a couple of hours on a saturday.  Due to appointment running late had to leave him money out.  He is very honest, did work.  Great job, stayed in contact, sent pictures.  Great guy, great lawn guy.  Top notch.  Hard worker.
