They are GREAT!!! Jose and his crew did about 2 days worth of projects and jobs around my house-- and I was very pleased with the results. Jose was very clear and reasonable with explaining the work he could do for me and the prices were fair. I am very relieved to find someone that is reliable and efficient. I will definitely be calling on them again for future work and services!!

Kyle responded to my message right away. He was very kind to speak to and treated my house in the utmost respect. He was very open and honest about what needed to be done to fix my garbage disposal and had it up and running in no time! He was also reasonably priced!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND:

Had a kitchen faucet replaced (I suppled the faucet- he was cool with that). Plumber also replaced two cutoff valves-one that needed to be replaced right now and one the plumber recommended since it was old. ( He gave me a choice about whether to do second valve ) . Price was fair, comparable to other quotes. Gave me a discount on installing the new valves since it was an add-on.

Very fast next day morning service, prompt arrival at appt. time. Worked neatly (minimal spillage ) and cleaned and dried under the sink thoroughly after the job was finished.

I bought a new refrigerator and completely spaced that I didn't have a water line to connect for the water and ice dispenser. I called a few plumbers whom all quoted me over $300! I finally found David and his prices were less than half of what others quoted. Not only that his reviews from past clients being a local and honest guy whom does excellent work is always what I look for. He was professional, helpful and did great work. Was in and out in an hour. I'll be referring and using David for a lifetime. Thank you David and highly recommended!

Having just moved to Llano County, I relied on the Yelp reviews to choose a plumber when my drain clogged and I'm not disappointed. From the lady I spoke to on the phone to Tony who fixed my problem, all were very nice and the price was right. I hope I don't have other plumbing issues but if I do, I'll call Wilcoxen Plumbing!!!

After asking around we got a LOT of recommendations for Wimberley Plumbing. They were not wrong.

I had Wilson Plumbing over to help find the source of a mysterious water leak.  After discussing the issue over the phone, I scheduled an appointment and ultimately a 2 man crew came to help find the source of the leak.  I spent a good amount of time to discuss the issue including showing pictures of the water leaking and the water damage.  They spent approximately 4 hours testing various faucets and also cutting into wall and tile to help find the leak.  As they weren't able to find the source, they felt it likely was a faucet cartridge, and by process of elimination, they felt it was a shower faucet that must have somehow leaked.  They came back on a second trip and spent 2 hours (just 1 person this time) to do some additional testing and did a small repair (about 30 mins) worth of work.  Overall, I felt that while they listened and attempted to find the leak, the cost was much higher than I was expecting and apparently higher than other plumbing companies with similar abilities.  I especially believe that the 2nd person in the crew from the first visit was someone in training or a journeyman - not someone who contributed much other than going to the truck to get a part.  I contacted them to discuss my disappointment and they ultimately said the nature of the mysterious leak was the reason for the extremely high cost and they wouldn't be able to assist or adjust the cost as a courtesy.  They may be good for simple jobs, but I would use a different company for larger or more comprehensive work.

I've gotten so I don't hire ANYBODY to do ANYTHING until I check their reviews, and yelp is my go-to page.  So, when it came time to empty our septic tank the day after Thanksgiving, I went to yelp and BILL SANCHEZ came up #1, with nothing but five-star reviews.  So, I decided to give him a call.  Pleased?  MORE than pleased.  Cordial; friendly; punctual; and MORE than reasonable.  Thanks, Bill.  You've won another five-star customer.

Tony is simply the best.  I called him because I had a sink that would drain properly.  He came over and quickly resolved the issue and was fair with his price.  A few weeks later my outdoor faucet started leaking and couldn't be stopped.  Tony came over on a Saturday and fixed it right away.  A few weeks after that (they come in 3's right?) my water heater started leaking.  Tony did a great job and once again was fair on the price.

In my opinion there are 3 major things that separate Tony from the competition.

1.  He is super responsive.   I called several plumber to never even get a call back.
2.  He is very knowledgeable.  He provides excellent advice on any issue.
3.  His prices are very fair and his quality is unmatched.

I will never use another plumber again.

Have used them to replace water heaters and faucets.  Always show up as scheduled and do an excellent job.  Mark has even walked me through a couple of repairs on the phone so I didn't have to pay for a service call - the best way to gain a long-term customer.

Not the kind of service you get from a big box type company.  Wish more businesses were run this way

Like Night And Day!! This company is truly professional, and if you're fortunate enough to have Karl repair your problem, you're in The Best of Hands. I'm speaking from experience; I had 4, yes, FOUR guys in here to fix the very broken heater, and all I got was rude comments and sheer stupidity. Karl arrived politely, asked how I was doing, and got to work. In TEN, yes 10 minutes, this technician had the problem identified And fixed!!  After having a temperature of 65 for the past 6 mornings, we had a cozy, warm home, right after he left, all night and all day. Dreamy...the feel of our home (for 24 hours!), the state of mind I have complimenting Karl and the company he represents, and the lack of worry that we'll wake up to that Texas chill.

I called ROD Plumbing to handle a leak in my tankless water heater. Angel scheduled a repair quickly (he was responsive even on the weekend). Erik did the repair - he arrived early (but called first), he fixed everything quickly and professionally. I felt as though he really knows what he's doing. He made sure to clean everything up, wipe down the pipes to check that nothing else was leaking, and made sure I knew how to run everything myself before he left. My experience with ROD Plumbing was outstanding, and I recommend them without reservation.

The other plumbing outfits in town either didn't call back or were covered up. Justin responded within 30 mins, got here within 30 mins and had me back in business in less than 30 mins. Many thanks. Recommend highly

Excellent service, great technicians.

I called at about 9:30am with a leaking, malfunctioning defective water heater that was only a few years old.

They showed up within 2 hours, had a brand new version of the same model and brand, they checked the manufacturing date on my old one, feb of 2014, it's in warranty, we'll exchange it for you, you only pay labor.

Have a new working water heater by noon, can't believe it, for about a third of what I was quoted by several others for total cost.

Best experience with emergency home repair, ever.

Update: had another issue with the water heater that turned out to be electrical in nature, Joel was the plumber who showed up on time and was extremely friendly, organized, efficient and knowledgeable.

It was time for my annual HVAC maintenance inspection. Jeremy & Alex were so polite! They stopped for gas & gave me a quick courtesy call with an ETA & asking if I would like anything from the store!!! That put a smile on my face! They were very polite & professional in my home. Explained everything they were doing as they went along.... In a way that I could understand. Very thorough. I look forward to having them back to do the work that is necessary for my AC to work at its best! I highly recommend Salt!

Owner of company (Eusebio) hardly returns calls. He is not personable and is completely hands off. Jorge, his brother on the other hand is the profesional one. He picks up calls, he is resourceful and helpful and does the work on a timely manner.
All you want is for Jorge to be in charge of your project.
