What a great service! I thought I was going to be looking at thousands of dollars to repair a big pitched squealing in my plumbing. Thanks to David I learned I just needed to replace a few parts. He was very fast, knowledgable and never tried to upsell me. Total cost was $150 including parts. Highly recommend!

Woke up Saturday morning to a wet carpet from a leaking 17 year old water heater.  Called different places.  Wilcoxen was the first to return my call on a Saturday morning and the lady was very polite and helpful.  I didn't need them to come on the weekend so I set it up for Monday morning, which gave me time to purchase my water heater and have it there for them.  Jared and Matt showed up on time.  They changed out my old flex lines that were soldered to the house copper lines and replaced the cut off valve and put in new lines.  They were done in less than an hour. The work was excellent and the price was about 1/3 of the price I was quoted by another local company.  Since I am in Granite Shoals, I had purchased the new Rheem water heater at Home Depot.  While trying to work out the installation because of the old plumbing, I made an inquiry as to the installation from HD.  It was much later when I got their call.  The company was out of Austin and they wanted to send out a consultant to give me a couple of prices and then schedule something.  So glad we found Wilcoxen Plumbing in Kingsland.  Next time we need something I will know exactly who to call.  They were the highest rated when I was looking and they deserve that rating.  Jared and Matt were as polite and helpful as can be.

I really like this Plumbing company. They are very prompt and do exactly what they say they will. This is the second time that I contacted them for my own emergency and they showed up as fast as I could hope for. They did the work, got extra supplies and all within what I thought it should cost. I will definitely go to them again any time I need some help.

Ramon is the owner operator of this business.  He knows his stuff.  I have had him over to do several different repairs and he always did the work timely, with no hidden costs.   His rates are reasonable especially  when you KNOW the job was done well.  If you live in the greater Elgin/Bastrop/McDade area and need plumbing, electrical, or general home repairs,  give him a shout.

We have been using Wilson Plumbing for over 12 years now.  We have NEVER been disappointed by them.  They are always professional, friendly, and competent.  They helped us with getting rebates from the city (nice!), have been able to save us money on fixtures, and they've always done an incredible job.  
PS: You should actually do business with a company first before you trash it with a bad rating, Matt Q.  All you know about them is the price you say they quoted.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. We had somewhat of an emergency situation and he came asap. He was very good at explaining everything he was doing and he was very thorough as well. Extremely personable as my daughter, husband and I had a nice time chatting with him. His price was very reasonable especially given the amount of time he spent on our tank. We would highly recommend him and would certainly use his services again.

We have had Tony help us several times at our last home as it was an older home that had many plumbing concerns. Tony also helped us replace some water heaters in our new home. I was referred through a friend to United Plumbing late last year and had a couple of jobs completed recently by them.  First, I had them install a utility sink in my garage.  Work was done VERY well and the price was fair.  This past week, I broke a hose bib off inside the wall.  United came to the rescue.  Work was completed fast and the pricing was GREAT!  I was expecting to get bent over for the emergency call but Mark's crew did the job well and the pricing was right on.  I highly recommend these guys for any plumbing work.

I had a foundation leak that they found immediately upon arriving at my residence and had it all fixed very quickly.  Not only do they have the expertise and knowledge they are very professional and treated me like a very valued customer.

These guys came out the day after the crazy blizzard and fixed a burst pipe for us. I called probably 20 other companies who not only said no but said not for days. Woods charged us a fair price when we were clearly desperate. Work was done fast too. Highly recommend!

I had an awesome experience with Gustavo at Rod Plumbing. I had sewage backing up into my bathtubs on a Saturday near the holidays, and he was able to come out the same morning and diganose the issue. It ended up being a repair that required additional tools and parts, and so he came back first thing the next business day and spent the morning resolving the issue. I am very happy with the quick turnaround and great service. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for plumbing services!

Called Brandenburg after a local plumber completely hosed up our new construction project.  Austin and Wade came to the rescue.  They showed up when they said they would and took a look at the job.  They ensured us that they could resolve all the problems.  They took it on with a positive attitude and put our minds at ease.  Within a few days, all off the issues were resolved and we were on our way to the next phase of new construction.  What took one plumber about 2 months to totally destroy, these guys were able to resolve in a matter or days.  I would highly recommend.

I would give negative star if i could. Said they would come between noon and 4 p.m. a window that kept me home all afternoon. Then they did not get there until 4:30. Order was for hanging a 40 to 50 lb chandelier in a condo dining area. They said I needed to replace the plastic box with a metal one. They said to do that and hang it would take about an hour. Their  estimate was for over $700. But if I joined some membership it would be about $100 less. I ended up having to pay them $80 to come and tell me that. The other electrician I had called charges by the hour at $125 per hour plus $80 service fee. How stupid do I feel? Plus during a pandemic they walked all around saying they needed to take photos, which was creepy, in case I said they did something wrong. They required my CVC security code on my Visa, which I have never had a service person do. Maybe this was a one-off bad experience but not likely.

Owner of company (Eusebio) hardly returns calls. He is not personable and is completely hands off. Jorge, his brother on the other hand is the profesional one. He picks up calls, he is resourceful and helpful and does the work on a timely manner.
All you want is for Jorge to be in charge of your project.
