They are great! Fixed a broken bed frame, replaced a ceiling fan,  balanced another ceiling fan, and fixed a blocked lightbulb socket in our oven hood!!! I will definitely call them again!!!

Found myself in a pinch and needed a plumber right away.

Kyle responded to my message right away. He was very kind to speak to and treated my house in the utmost respect. He was very open and honest about what needed to be done to fix my garbage disposal and had it up and running in no time! He was also reasonably priced!

Had a kitchen faucet replaced (I suppled the faucet- he was cool with that). Plumber also replaced two cutoff valves-one that needed to be replaced right now and one the plumber recommended since it was old. ( He gave me a choice about whether to do second valve ) . Price was fair, comparable to other quotes. Gave me a discount on installing the new valves since it was an add-on.

Very fast next day morning service, prompt arrival at appt. time. Worked neatly (minimal spillage ) and cleaned and dried under the sink thoroughly after the job was finished.

Great job all the way around.

I called David on Sunday night with a minor problem that was major to me, and he called me back Monday morning. By the afternoon the problem was fixed, better than it was originally, beautifully done, no damage to anything surrounding.

He was easy to talk to and best of all, he LISTENED and didn't discount or dismiss what I had to say simply because I'm female and (obviously) not a plumber.

He explained everything he was doing, showed me the repairs along the way, and heeded my concerns.

I don't trust most repairmen after some bad experiences. However, I've already asked David back in two weeks to take care of some other problems, and he was happy to arrange the return trip. I felt his prices were fair and he did not try to rip me off in any way, form, or fashion.

It was well worth the call and well worth the money. I'm SO HAPPY to have someone I can trust for these kinds of repairs.

Wilcoxen Plumbing came to my house to unstop the kitchen sink.  They were there for less than an hour, but got the sink to drain.  I paid $257.  In 2 weeks it was stopped up again and I called them.  It would be the same charge.  Not only do they over charge, but they don't warranty their work. I do not recommend them.

We had a very bad experience with our first plumber and we were left with a huge job poorly done and unfinished. We contacted Wimberley Plumbing and Chris came by right away. After evaluating what needed to be done and listening to our requirements, he gave us a realistic quote on the spot. Within a day or two, Chris came by and did a fantastic job not only to finish what was left half done but also doing it right the first time. Doing a good job is so rare nowadays that finding a plumber who loves what they do and are willing to do it right is such a joy and blessing. Ramon is the owner operator of this business.  He knows his stuff.  I have had him over to do several different repairs and he always did the work timely, with no hidden costs.   His rates are reasonable especially  when you KNOW the job was done well.  If you live in the greater Elgin/Bastrop/McDade area and need plumbing, electrical, or general home repairs,  give him a shout.

They came by this morning and diagnosed a problem that another plumbing company had told me would cost a lot more money. They were professional and helpful.

It's a bad morning when you wake up with your grinder pump light on red.  That means a lot sh** for breakfast. I looked up plumbing and septic on Yelp and Bill came up.  Told him what was going on and he came by early the next to confirm my thoughts. Back up pump and burned up pump.  Instead of doing the normal contractor set up for me to spend $2000-$3000, he says you might have protection for this from your water district.  Knowing my luck, I thought this could not be true. Called water district and they came and put a new pump next day. It's good to know Bill saved me money. I will use in the future.

Tony is a friendly professional who gets the job done. We've called on him for several different instances, including small jobs (leaky faucets, garbage disposal failure) to big ones (hot water heater replacement). Throughout it all he's been very upbeat and helpful. We appreciated that he would give a small time window for when he'd show up (none of that between 8 and 5 nonsense, but something more like around 10 and 1) and would text when he was 30 minutes out. He also took proper precautions with masks and social distancing during covid times. Thanks, Tony!

I have used United Plumbing Services for several years now and have gotten nothing but excellent service.  They are always prompt and dependable.  Mark saved me from having to buy a new hot water heater, fixed ancient plumbing in a rental house, and even fixed a broken pipe at a rental house on Christmas Eve.  I have learned not to panic when it comes to emergencies, Mark always comes through.  His guys are very courteous and never leave a mess.  So I will always recommend United Plumbing Services.

I recently had plumbing installed to add a half bath to our new house. Tanker, Michael, and Andy were very knowledgeable and kept me informed at every step in the process. Having workers in your home for 3 days can be stressful, but these guys were extremely respectful and, honestly, I forgot they were even here a lot of the time because of how professional they were!

The cherry on top is that the work came back a good amount cheaper than originally quoted as they did not have to do a few things they anticipated. This is a testament to their honesty as they could have just charged me the original price and I wouldn't have known the difference.

I highly recommend this company for anyone needing plumbing installation or repair.

Woods services our HVAC system and changes out the filters for us twice a year. John H. is a great technician who does a full maintenance check and flushes the lines as needed. He also adjusts our thermostat and instructs us regarding the settings. Communication between customer and client is excellent as well. They confirm appointment times and text you when the technician is on the way to your home.

Made an appointment with Angel.  He was early and that is wonderful!  A plumber that shows up on time is good, one that shows up early is AMAZING!  Gave us a fair estimate for the work.  Extremely knowledgeable and helpful too.  We will call him the next time we need a plumber!

I'd heard great things from neighbors, posting in Nextdoor. What I failed to recognize was that each of those recommendations was around an emergency. We all love a hero.  

I needed a simple toilet installation in an existing bathroom. My appointment was for 1:30 and I received a text stating it would be closer to 2:15, I said ok. At 2;30 the plumber arrived.  At 4:15, I was nervous because I had a brief appointment. So, that was rescheduled.  At 4:45 I was super nervous because I had a 5o'clock appointment that was unbreakable.  

Just before 5, the owner showed up and I mentioned I was feeling frustrated. I told him I had someplace to be and he said they could have rescheduled, had they known I was in a hurry.  The upshot, $315 for one toilet replacement and a shrug. Some jobs just take longer.

I have to commend Kalub and Damon and Brandenburg Plumbing.
I was without water for three days...called on Monday...they arrived before noon and repaired my problems. The men were pleasant and professional...fixed my problem in steamy hot conditions...and I would recommend them every time.

I contacted this company through Home Adviser. I was having a problem with one of 2 previously installed flood lights. The light was working but instead of turning off automatically after the movement sensor was activated the light stayed on but faded. I assumed it was an electrical
problem.
The tech from Salt Light and Electric advised me after I told him the problem was that it was a Level Two job which was $230 plus $79 service charge. This rate was good no matter how long it took to do the job. He did say that if I signed up for their Safety and Security Plan at $9.95 a month that the service charge of $79 would be waived for the work done. He lied. It wasn't waived. Management also refused to waive it.
The tech was on the job maybe 15 min. To say the $309 charged to change to flood lights from Test Mode to Dusk to Dawn Mode is OUTRAGEOUS is an understatement!!!! Their mode of operation is sly to say the least!!!! Stay away from Salt Light and Electric.

Owner of company (Eusebio) hardly returns calls. He is not personable and is completely hands off. Jorge, his brother on the other hand is the profesional one. He picks up calls, he is resourceful and helpful and does the work on a timely manner.
All you want is for Jorge to be in charge of your project.
