They are great! Fixed a broken bed frame, replaced a ceiling fan,  balanced another ceiling fan, and fixed a blocked lightbulb socket in our oven hood!!! I will definitely call them again!!!

Kyle responded to my message right away. He was very kind to speak to and treated my house in the utmost respect. He was very open and honest about what needed to be done to fix my garbage disposal and had it up and running in no time! He was also reasonably priced!

Had a kitchen faucet replaced (I suppled the faucet- he was cool with that). Plumber also replaced two cutoff valves-one that needed to be replaced right now and one the plumber recommended since it was old. ( He gave me a choice about whether to do second valve ) . Price was fair, comparable to other quotes. Gave me a discount on installing the new valves since it was an add-on.

Very fast next day morning service, prompt arrival at appt. time. Worked neatly (minimal spillage ) and cleaned and dried under the sink thoroughly after the job was finished.

After discovering a leaky faucet where the fridge ice maker used to hook up, I was frantically calling plumbers because my house was scheduled to go on the market for sale the next day!  Out if 6 plumbers that I called from Yelp David was the only one who could come that day. He was fast and reasonably priced!  I will be calling him next time I have a plumbing problem.

Not only do I use this company for all of my plumbing, but it's also who I recommend whenever my friends or family need plumbing work done. They are very responsive, very fairly priced, and they were quick and efficient. I also recommend that you have cash to pay for their service if possible, because they charge less for cash payments than credit card payments.

On three different occasions I have used Wimberley Plumbing after moving to Wimberley just 5 months ago. I have had a grinder pump replaced, a busted water line on the exterior of my home repaired, a hot water leak under the slab, and a new hot water heater installed. When I thought the only problem was the hot water heater, JD decided to turn off the water flow and check the water meter at the street. By taking the extra time and going beyond the scope of what I had reported, he was able to find the slab leak. He was also able to repair the line without going through the slab (which was unlike the diagnosis of the plumbing company the home warranty company sent).
I trust these guys and have been more than satisfied with the service, the promt response, and the fabulous work they have done for me. I highly recommend Wimberley Plumbing!

Great service. He didn't over charge me. He was very friendly. Use this plumber.  I tried to reach other plumbers and I couldn't get anyone out in a reasonable time. He showed up on time. He called to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional.

I don't like having to post these type of reviews when I've been a long-term customer but I feel obliged because my most recent experience was very frustrating. I have two cranky bathroom faucets (BTW - never, ever buy Hansgrohe). 2-1/2 years ago I called Wilson to replace the locked up, corroded cartridges. We got all 4 controls done in 1.75 hrs (I have the invoice), albeit the plumber installed the cartridges in the wrong locations so our handles have been turning the wrong way, but we'll overlook that. Yesterday, we spent almost 2 hours and only got one set of controls done. When the plumber started to work on the second set of handles and they weren't budging either, I threw in the towel. As he's resetting them he tells me that in cases like this it's easier to just cut them off. WAIT A MINUTE! I told him at the outset that the manufacturer had sent 2 new faucets. We even used replacement parts after the first handles were useless despite his careful removal. Why am I wasting time and money to have him remove them in a laborious fashion and only getting half the job done? And, after repeatedly dropping heavy tools on the bottom of my finished cabinet I handed him the towel on the counter to protect the cabinet, which had splinters by the time he left. And, there's the matter of the faucet that got severely scratched by a screwdriver he carelessly wielded over and over again. And, am I going to be charged for the assistant who sat on the floor and watched the whole debacle for nearly 2 hours but had nothing to do (with the exception of jamming a tool box into my door trim and denting it)? The kind of episode that just makes a homeowner want to scream.

I found this guy very pricey.  $600 for picking up a toilet from a local store, pulling the old toilet, installing the new one and greasing a shower diverter valve.  Seems very high to me.

I can't say enough good things about Tony. He is prompt to return my calls. He does the work well the first time. He is good at figuring out the problem and gives accurate estimates for the job to be done. We bought an older house that is going to need different plumbing work done, and Tony is the person I will always call.

I had a rental home with a pretty major problem.  The main drain line had a break in it, that had caused sewage to back up into my tenant's bathtub. I had another plumber give me an estimate to fix the break, and their estimate was astronomical. They even wanted to tunnel 15 feet underneath the home's foundation to do the repair. Looking for a second opinion, I took a shot and called United Plumbing.  Mark answered.

The day I called to talk to Mark about an estimate, he thoroughly talked through the issue with me.  He was extremely knowledgeable, and with a general contractor background, knew information about foundations and fixing breaks such as what I had.  He recommended that NO ONE should dig that far under a foundation, as that would set us up for permanent damage to it.  He walked me through his solution, and was very informative.  I made the best decision ever to send them out to do a new estimate.  United Plumbing was able to do the repair, without tunneling under the foundation! The best part THEIR FINAL INVOICE WAS HALF OF THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE I RECEIVED FROM THE OTHER PLUMBER!

During the repair, I received updates (with photos!) of all the work being done.  My tenants were also very happy with them.  They said, The plumbers were great.  They came at the time they said, didn't leave any mess, explained situations for us, and were trustworthy as we did leave the house for several hours at a time. If we had to deal with another plumbing issue they would be a the top of my list to call.

If you chose call United Plumbing, you won't be sorry.  They are wonderfully awesome at what they do!

Our AC system went out late on a Saturday night, so we called Woods Comfort System early Sunday morning. They were able to fit us in quickly and were able to repair.  Our technician, Virgle Wiley was professional and knowledgeable and able to diagnose our issue (bad motor) quickly.  Thank you for getting us back up and running during a very HOT day.

We had two other plumbers check out the issue but Gustavo was the only one to actually diagnose and fix it. Gustavo was courteous, professional, wore a mask at all times, responsive, and gave us a good rate for the work. Fantastic experience all around!

They were quick and very knowledgeable and didn't try to overcharge you. I will call then again when the need arises.

Called Brandenburg after a local plumber completely hosed up our new construction project.  Austin and Wade came to the rescue.  They showed up when they said they would and took a look at the job.  They ensured us that they could resolve all the problems.  They took it on with a positive attitude and put our minds at ease.  Within a few days, all off the issues were resolved and we were on our way to the next phase of new construction.  What took one plumber about 2 months to totally destroy, these guys were able to resolve in a matter or days.  I would highly recommend.

Nice guys but bad service. Be aware their drive up charge will not be included in an work charge - it is extra. Even a simple job of replacing an out side photo cell for tree lights (30-minutes of work) they charged a standard minimum job fee of $400. Turned out they did it wrong. They had to come back out - they sent a different guy who corrected the problem - but this cost me 2 extra hours out of my office. On top of that the second guy tells me the work the first guy did was wrong: he should have replaced 2 junction boxes (too old). So I told second guy go ahead and do it now. He said he can't I have to schedule a new trip at $400 more. I call customer service manager and he didn't care. Very bad service in the end.

Owner of company (Eusebio) hardly returns calls. He is not personable and is completely hands off. Jorge, his brother on the other hand is the profesional one. He picks up calls, he is resourceful and helpful and does the work on a timely manner.
All you want is for Jorge to be in charge of your project.
