I am very satisfied with the work David did under my house to repair a major leak that showed up late last night. I am lucky he had some availability because not only is my leak fixed, but I also have a new go-to plumber.

I called David (and several other plumbers) late last night when I discovered a major leak under my house. He called me back this morning and came out to make the needed repairs. He was easy to talk to, very knowledgable and got the work done as expected. In addition his price was fair.

My water heater went out.   The owner came out on Saturday to fix it.   They called in advance to let me know he was on his way.   The problem was repaired in 30 minutes.   He was polite and professional.   He charged me the standard rate even though I expected to be charged weekend rates.   I recommend this company.

A leak in the foundation of our home, water leaking out slowly doing more and more damage to the wood flooring as I waited for a plumber to call back...no luck. I finally asked my friends on FB to recommend a plumber. Wimberley Plumbing was recommended twice. I called and I actually got a prompt call back from JD. He was very professional and came out the very next day. He and his staff were wonderful. I highly recommend.

Ramon is the owner operator of this business.  He knows his stuff.  I have had him over to do several different repairs and he always did the work timely, with no hidden costs.   His rates are reasonable especially  when you KNOW the job was done well.  If you live in the greater Elgin/Bastrop/McDade area and need plumbing, electrical, or general home repairs,  give him a shout.

I don't like having to post these type of reviews when I've been a long-term customer but I feel obliged because my most recent experience was very frustrating. I have two cranky bathroom faucets (BTW - never, ever buy Hansgrohe). 2-1/2 years ago I called Wilson to replace the locked up, corroded cartridges. We got all 4 controls done in 1.75 hrs (I have the invoice), albeit the plumber installed the cartridges in the wrong locations so our handles have been turning the wrong way, but we'll overlook that. Yesterday, we spent almost 2 hours and only got one set of controls done. When the plumber started to work on the second set of handles and they weren't budging either, I threw in the towel. As he's resetting them he tells me that in cases like this it's easier to just cut them off. WAIT A MINUTE! I told him at the outset that the manufacturer had sent 2 new faucets. We even used replacement parts after the first handles were useless despite his careful removal. Why am I wasting time and money to have him remove them in a laborious fashion and only getting half the job done? And, after repeatedly dropping heavy tools on the bottom of my finished cabinet I handed him the towel on the counter to protect the cabinet, which had splinters by the time he left. And, there's the matter of the faucet that got severely scratched by a screwdriver he carelessly wielded over and over again. And, am I going to be charged for the assistant who sat on the floor and watched the whole debacle for nearly 2 hours but had nothing to do (with the exception of jamming a tool box into my door trim and denting it)? The kind of episode that just makes a homeowner want to scream.

I was in need of a septic pumping and inspection on a home we were purchasing/inspecting. Bill arrived early for the job and was extremely knowledgeable as he walked me through everything. (As we've never owned a septic system we admittedly had a lot of questions.) Bill was  was pleasant to work with and most importantly was thorough. We will be using him again in the future for our septic needs and I highly recommend you give Bill a call with yours!

I lucked out finding Tony.  My outdoor spigot sprung a leak when I was trying to replace the hose.  Tony came to me as soon as he could the very same day.  He immediately assessed the situation and gave me a quick and fair price for the repairs.  He also gave me a discount because he was a little late on his arrival time , which he guarantees.  He was also kind enough to provide me with an additional discount for being a teacher.  His work was clean, quick and very professional.  I do believe we found our plumber for any future needs.

We woke up to a neighbor ringing the doorbell to tell us water was running down the driveway from the garage. Whaaaaat? Busted water heater.  By 10:30 am, Mark and his crew were confirmed for early afternoon installation.
The crew was extremely professional and efficient. And the prices was super competitive.

I have had to have the Tanker's guys out to my house on several occasions for several different problems. They always arrive promptly, are very friendly, and explain the job to where I understand before they do anything. Prices are fair and service is great. I will continue to use Tanker's for any plumbing issues, and would recommend to anyone.

After working with two ac/heating companies I finally found Woods.
They are exceptionally responsive, have very reasonable prices for an ongoing maintenance system and my technician, John Haug is so great to work with- always cheerful, positive and always finding ways to make things better.

Nice guy. Arrived on time. I feel like I was overcharged for the job. 3 guys showed up for what seemed to be a one man job. Charged $650 labor for 3 hours of work.

This is the 4th time over several years we've used Brandenburg and highly recommend them.  They may or may not be more expensive than others, but when you need a plumber you NEED a plumber that you can depend on to show up quickly and do honest work.  Tanker has always been a very polite and knowledgeable guy.
I will surely continue to use them because its nice to have a plumber you can trust.  You are talking about your home; they take pride!

Nice guys but bad service. Be aware their drive up charge will not be included in an work charge - it is extra. Even a simple job of replacing an out side photo cell for tree lights (30-minutes of work) they charged a standard minimum job fee of $400. Turned out they did it wrong. They had to come back out - they sent a different guy who corrected the problem - but this cost me 2 extra hours out of my office. On top of that the second guy tells me the work the first guy did was wrong: he should have replaced 2 junction boxes (too old). So I told second guy go ahead and do it now. He said he can't I have to schedule a new trip at $400 more. I call customer service manager and he didn't care. Very bad service in the end.

Owner of company (Eusebio) hardly returns calls. He is not personable and is completely hands off. Jorge, his brother on the other hand is the profesional one. He picks up calls, he is resourceful and helpful and does the work on a timely manner.
All you want is for Jorge to be in charge of your project.
