Although they were very nice, the work was quite sloppy and often incorrectly done. They also backed into a post in my backyard snapping it and half and then pretended they didn't know! They did offer to come back and make some of it right, I declined due to the dishonesty. I was partially refunded but it took weeks to correct the work myself.

Our kitchen sink clogged overnight and left a huge pile of standing water. Plumbsy was able to come in and clear the clogging water quickly, while stay a competitive pricing. He even checked some potential leakage on the piping that we didn't notice before. I really enjoy working with Kyle. Highly recommend him for any plumbing services.

Cris is so knowledgeable and incredibly responsive! We needed 2 toilets in our home replaced. He was courteous and timely. He was even explaining what he was doing every step of the way to my inquisitive father. If you want the job done right for a great price, he's your guy! Very kind and professional. Amazing work!

What a great service! I thought I was going to be looking at thousands of dollars to repair a big pitched squealing in my plumbing. Thanks to David I learned I just needed to replace a few parts. He was very fast, knowledgable and never tried to upsell me. Total cost was $150 including parts. Highly recommend!

Woke up Saturday morning to a wet carpet from a leaking 17 year old water heater.  Called different places.  Wilcoxen was the first to return my call on a Saturday morning and the lady was very polite and helpful.  I didn't need them to come on the weekend so I set it up for Monday morning, which gave me time to purchase my water heater and have it there for them.  Jared and Matt showed up on time.  They changed out my old flex lines that were soldered to the house copper lines and replaced the cut off valve and put in new lines.  They were done in less than an hour. The work was excellent and the price was about 1/3 of the price I was quoted by another local company.  Since I am in Granite Shoals, I had purchased the new Rheem water heater at Home Depot.  While trying to work out the installation because of the old plumbing, I made an inquiry as to the installation from HD.  It was much later when I got their call.  The company was out of Austin and they wanted to send out a consultant to give me a couple of prices and then schedule something.  So glad we found Wilcoxen Plumbing in Kingsland.  Next time we need something I will know exactly who to call.  They were the highest rated when I was looking and they deserve that rating.  Jared and Matt were as polite and helpful as can be.

I did not have an emergency with my grinder pump, but got a quick response anyway. Great customer service, this is now my go to plumber in Wimberley.  Thanks ya'll.

I have never purchased a new sink. Apartments and homes came with sinks that were just fine. In our forever-1925 home with a sink that is many many years old and rusting, it was time to make that purchase.
Terry of Wilson Plumbing provided recommendations to make purchases and talked with me on the phone while I was at the plumbing supply shop to ensure that I was purchasing what I would want and need to be satisfied with the selections. Jedidia of Wilson Plumbing installed the new sink. There were unexpected complications. Jedidia kept me informed and is clearly highly competent and even keel. The end result is perfection for our household.
Wilson Plumbing Company is an invaluable partner in purchasing the right plumbing fixtures and supplies and then for installation. The sink and set up is exactly what we had hoped to have in the kitchen. Must add that Wilson Plumbing has handled emergencies and maintenance for us for many years. Amazing! Bill provides excellent service, going above and beyond whenever we've needed him over the years to service our system (before shelling out for a full replacement).

He's consistently responsive, thorough in draining the tank and clean-outs, super knowledgeable (we've had questions--he's got answers), professional and always friendly. All a huge relief (pun intended) when your family is in a tough spot because your your toilets swirl and won't drain on a weekend. Of the countless number of companies we've called and dealt with over the years, his number is the only one saved and he's the first septic specialist we recommend.

Tony with Armadillo Plumbing came to our house today. He was absolutely the most efficient plumber I have ever done business with. He took his shoes off before entering our home, placed a drop cloth down before beginning the job and even brought his own towels to clean up any water. He was also the most resonably priced plumber I have hired. On top of all this he was friendly and provided excellent advice for future projects that we will be doing. I will no longer dread needing a plumber and will call him for all future projects / problems.

We've been in our house for 3 years and have used Woods Comfort Systems since the beginning. We have also had the same technician over these years ( John H. ). The service has always been very professional and on time. On the last service call John performed our  routine maintenance program - Replaced Filters (Carrier Capture & Kill). We also have an Electronic Air Cleaner that he cleaned. John showed us the before and after cleaning throughout our entire system - Great Job - Thank You!

We had a water softner in oct installed. Angle was amazing he was very patient in answering all our questions and concerns before we purchased the softner. He did an amazing job installing the softner and his price was fair. He even came back out a week later to retest our water to make sure the softner was working properly free of charge. I would recommend ROD plumbing to anyone. Thanks for your great customer service.

I'd heard great things from neighbors, posting in Nextdoor. What I failed to recognize was that each of those recommendations was around an emergency. We all love a hero.  

I needed a simple toilet installation in an existing bathroom. My appointment was for 1:30 and I received a text stating it would be closer to 2:15, I said ok. At 2;30 the plumber arrived.  At 4:15, I was nervous because I had a brief appointment. So, that was rescheduled.  At 4:45 I was super nervous because I had a 5o'clock appointment that was unbreakable.  

Just before 5, the owner showed up and I mentioned I was feeling frustrated. I told him I had someplace to be and he said they could have rescheduled, had they known I was in a hurry.  The upshot, $315 for one toilet replacement and a shrug. Some jobs just take longer.

This is the 4th time over several years we've used Brandenburg and highly recommend them.  They may or may not be more expensive than others, but when you need a plumber you NEED a plumber that you can depend on to show up quickly and do honest work.  Tanker has always been a very polite and knowledgeable guy.
I will surely continue to use them because its nice to have a plumber you can trust.  You are talking about your home; they take pride!

I called them to replace a chandelier and an electric switch.
When on the phone, I asked them to give me a quote on the phone. The guy on the phone said each job is different and he can only give me a quote once he sees the job. I kept pushing him to at least give me an approximate quote or a price range but he said he needs to see the job.
When the guy shows up at my home, he goes through a price sheet and gives me a quote of $700 !!!. He could have given me this quote on the phone if all he was going to do was to go thorough a price sheet. I politely told him this was out of my range and paid the $79.
I feel that when I called them, they should have give me an approximate quote on the phone knowing that the job was replacing a chandelier.
I paid them $79 for doing nothing....

Owner of company (Eusebio) hardly returns calls. He is not personable and is completely hands off. Jorge, his brother on the other hand is the profesional one. He picks up calls, he is resourceful and helpful and does the work on a timely manner.
All you want is for Jorge to be in charge of your project.
