They are GREAT!!! Jose and his crew did about 2 days worth of projects and jobs around my house-- and I was very pleased with the results. Jose was very clear and reasonable with explaining the work he could do for me and the prices were fair. I am very relieved to find someone that is reliable and efficient. Our kitchen sink clogged overnight and left a huge pile of standing water. Plumbsy was able to come in and clear the clogging water quickly, while stay a competitive pricing. He even checked some potential leakage on the piping that we didn't notice before. I really enjoy working with Kyle. Highly recommend him for any plumbing services.

Cris is so knowledgeable and incredibly responsive! We needed 2 toilets in our home replaced. He was courteous and timely. He recently came out and changed a busted water pressure reducer (buried in the yard by the curb) and a couple of expansion tanks on our water heaters. Both were old and one had started to leak, so I asked him to replace both.

He answered my calls and talked me through the work and was very good about communicating schedule and when he would come. He came when he said and did exactly what was needed for a fair price.

I NEVER write reviews but this company is so great it would be criminal not to do so.  They return calls as promptly as possible, come when they say they will, do outstanding work at a fair price.  The fact that they are so kind yet professional is just the icing on the cake.  I have used them before and they were just as great then.

Had a water heater leaking enough to produce a long trail from one end of the garage to the other.

Called early on a Monday morning. After on a short wait, Ramon came on-site and sized up the situation and began draining the heater. While waiting for the draining to complete, Ramon left and returned with a new unit and removed the old one. The new install took went quickly. He replaced the factory plastic drain fitting with a new metal pipe and valve to ensure easier maintenance. Afterwards, he tested all fittings and adjusted the chimney/exhaust inside and on the roof. Ramon cleared all the packaging materials as well.

Overall, Ramon was very respectful over the phone and in person. On site, he spoke plainly regarding what he was seeing and what he was going to do about it. He worked quickly and methodically. In the end, the total was far less than I was expecting.

Would recommend Ramon and will call again if the need arises!

Wow... they bill at $128.50 per hour and told me to expect about 5 hours of work to swap out my old dishwasher and gas stove for the news ones I just purchased.

That $600+ for a job that other plumbers are telling me will cost about $200.

Bill got to our place the next day after we called him, he was able to locate our septic tank as the previous owners did not disclose the location and he emptied our tank quickly and efficiently. He was super cordial with my dad and husband and is good at his job. He was fairly priced, efficient and knowledgeable. We would for sure use this business again in the future. Our toilet water tank cracked and we had a leak. Tony was able to come and fix it right away. He did a very good job and made sure he explained things very well.

Tony was very careful making sure to wear masks and took appropriate precautions during Covid-19 period.

I will use Tony again for any plumbing needs that I might have and will recommend him to anyone.

I was referred through a friend to United Plumbing late last year and had a couple of jobs completed recently by them.  First, I had them install a utility sink in my garage.  Work was done VERY well and the price was fair.  This past week, I broke a hose bib off inside the wall.  United came to the rescue.  Work was completed fast and the pricing was GREAT!  I was expecting to get bent over for the emergency call but Mark's crew did the job well and the pricing was right on.  I highly recommend these guys for any plumbing work.

We have a small retreat on park rd 4 south (burnet) almost 3hours from our home in Brenham.  Had a small job and needed a commitment on a specific date that would be there.  They were great (Ryan). Showed up on time and owner, tank, even called a few days before to Confirm!  Highly recommend.

Because of their reputation, we contacted Woods Comfort Systems because our 12 year old Trane Systems was aging. John came to our home in September 2018 an we agreed upon a new Trane A/C for our home in Spring Branch, Texas. We believe the price of the system was extremely fair.

On/about September 27, 2018, Technicians came to our home and removed and replaced our old system with a Trane X17.

All went extremely well until May 2019 when Refrigerant leaked out of the system. Woods immediately dispatched  service techs to handle the problem. Soon thereafter, the evaporator coil developed a leak and they also fixed that in a timely manner, at no cost to our family.

Other minor problems developed, at no fault of Woods Comfort Systems and after meeting with David and Jody, we agreed to have the Trane system removed and a new Carrier system installed.

The first week of June, Saul and Dusty came to home and completely removed and replaced our a/c system. Our system is now working perfectly and we are absolutely pleased.

Every Supervisor and every tech that came to our home were very friendly, yet professional; their work ethic is second to none.  We had the distinct feeling the Woods Comfort Systems was bending over backwards to please us and that, they did.

They always send personnel to do a follow-up and to inspect the previous job. They are really into quality control.

We have found that when an appointment is made with Woods Comfort Systems, They keep the appointment and are always on time.

Needless to say, we are extremely well pleased with Woods Comfort Systems and so pleased with their employees and their work ethic.

We heartily thank Chris Woods and David Partain for taking such good care of us and in making certain that we were pleased with their products and their installations and follow-up inspections.

I was without water for three days...called on Monday...they arrived before noon and repaired my problems. The men were pleasant and professional...fixed my problem in steamy hot conditions...and I would recommend them every time.

Although the experience with HomeAdvisor in setting up this appointment was rough, SALT made it good and sent two very professional electricians to my house to add an interior light.  They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and couldn't have been more professional.  I hold back the 5th star because of the appointment debacle and the prices are on the high side.

Owner of company (Eusebio) hardly returns calls. He is not personable and is completely hands off. Jorge, his brother on the other hand is the profesional one. He picks up calls, he is resourceful and helpful and does the work on a timely manner.
All you want is for Jorge to be in charge of your project.
