Although they were very nice, the work was quite sloppy and often incorrectly done. They also backed into a post in my backyard snapping it and half and then pretended they didn't know! They did offer to come back and make some of it right, I declined due to the dishonesty. I was partially refunded but it took weeks to correct the work myself.

Found myself in a pinch and needed a plumber right away.
Kyle responded to my message right away. He was very kind to speak to and treated my house in the utmost respect. He was very open and honest about what needed to be done to fix my garbage disposal and had it up and running in no time! He was also reasonably priced!
10/10 would recommend :)

HIGHLY RECOMMEND:
Had a kitchen faucet replaced (I suppled the faucet- he was cool with that). Plumber also replaced two cutoff valves-one that needed to be replaced right now and one the plumber recommended since it was old. ( He gave me a choice about whether to do second valve ) . Price was fair, comparable to other quotes. Gave me a discount on installing the new valves since it was an add-on.
Very fast next day morning service, prompt arrival at appt. time. Worked neatly (minimal spillage ) and cleaned and dried under the sink thoroughly after the job was finished.
Great job all the way around.

A friend recommended David when we encountered a plumbing problem in our new digs needing immediate attention. David came out, fixed the problem, and took care of some other items as well. He worked efficiently, and explained what he was doing and why, which I always appreciate. His rates were reasonable. Although I hope I don't need his services again anytime soon, I would hire him again.

I have used this company on multiple occasions and have been extremely satisfied with the service provided. They have been very quick to arrive and they are very good at troubleshooting issues. Everything they have repaired or installed as been above quality workmanship. Any mess has always been cleaned. The prices are fair and affordable. They are my go-to plumber!

To set the stage: we had a surprise slab leak on a Friday morning. Called 6 plumbers who were all booked out for weeks if not months. Wimberley plumbing was similarly busy, but they figured out a way to get someone out that same day! Chris was thorough, honest, and laid out all the options. In the end he was able to take a little extra time on our repair that caused more work for him, but would end up requiring less holes cut in our sheet rock to feed the new pipe through the attic. Which, would have cost us more to repair after the fact than the additional time it took him to do it right. He was able to get us water in the house that same day, and complete the entire project first thing the following week. Overall, I'm blown away by this type of service which is rare these days. Oh, and the fees were shockingly reasonable and fair! Do yourself a favor and look no further if you're needing an experienced group of plumbers to take care of you.

Had a water heater leaking enough to produce a long trail from one end of the garage to the other.
Called early on a Monday morning. After on a short wait, Ramon came on-site and sized up the situation and began draining the heater. While waiting for the draining to complete, Ramon left and returned with a new unit and removed the old one. The new install took went quickly. He replaced the factory plastic drain fitting with a new metal pipe and valve to ensure easier maintenance. Afterwards, he tested all fittings and adjusted the chimney/exhaust inside and on the roof. Ramon cleared all the packaging materials as well.
Overall, Ramon was very respectful over the phone and in person. On site, he spoke plainly regarding what he was seeing and what he was going to do about it. He worked quickly and methodically. In the end, the total was far less than I was expecting.
Would recommend Ramon and will call again if the need arises!

I've lived in Austin for over 20 years and have used many a plumber, but Wilson Plumbing tops them all. Great customer service, and in my case, they came out the same day I called. I had to have the outdoor faucet replaced and the plumber did an excellent job. I'll use them again and refer them to friends without hesitation.

Bill's awesome! He took my sewage issue call on a Saturday...on a Saturday, people! I had a sewage ejector/grinder pump failure and every other plumber told me I'd be paying major $$$ to replace it. Bill took a better path...he was friendly, super knowledgeable, and very solution-focused to suggest just doing a quick cleaning of our sewage pump pit to help get my family functioning again, and then later figure out if we really needed to do a pump replacement or not. Guess what...he cleaned my pit with his beast of a truck, and got my pump working again, without needing to replace it! It was just a simple circuit breaker failure that all the other plumbers conveniently missed. He saved me thousands of dollars by focusing on my needs first! And in the process, he was so polite, and so eager to help my family get back to septic safety as fast as possible. I will always call Bill again for repeat plumbing issues...he earned my business for life! Thanks Bill....I will definitely send my friends your way. I hope Bill the Third keeps your business alive and thriving with your integrity and work ethic.

Armadillo Plumbing was referred by another plumbing company. Glad they did. Tony was responsive, and lucky me, he is in my area. Tony was professional and provided good information when needing to replace my leaking water heater in the attic during 105 degree weather (sorry Tony!).
I almost always take care of routine maintenance of anything in my home but ignored my water heater which Tony nicely informed me about. So he is on my reminder list to contact him next year to check the water heater. I guess my only excuse is working crazy hours and out-of-sight out-of-mind. Really dumb idea on housing developers to place water heaters in the attic when temps can get to extremes thus blowing out the pilot light.
Tony disposed of the 5 year old water heater and replaced it with one that can take temps to 280 degrees in the attic.
I highly recommend Tony for any plumbing needs and will use Armadillo Plumbing going forward.

I have used United Plumbing Services for several years now and have gotten nothing but excellent service. They are always prompt and dependable. Mark saved me from having to buy a new hot water heater, fixed ancient plumbing in a rental house, and even fixed a broken pipe at a rental house on Christmas Eve. I have learned not to panic when it comes to emergencies, Mark always comes through. His guys are very courteous and never leave a mess. So I will always recommend United Plumbing Services.

I recently had plumbing installed to add a half bath to our new house. Tanker, Michael, and Andy were very knowledgeable and kept me informed at every step in the process. Having workers in your home for 3 days can be stressful, but these guys were extremely respectful and, honestly, I forgot they were even here a lot of the time because of how professional they were!
The cherry on top is that the work came back a good amount cheaper than originally quoted as they did not have to do a few things they anticipated. This is a testament to their honesty as they could have just charged me the original price and I wouldn't have known the difference.
I highly recommend this company for anyone needing plumbing installation or repair.

My AC broke on July 10th evening. I have had Woods Comfort come to my home in the past due to warrenty of my home, but had good service that time so no reason not to continue and also it was after hours and they had 24 hour service.
The 24 Hour Service... is (from my experience) not true. I called many times and wasn't even able to leave a message as their automated machine said. I called them the morning of 11 July and Ms. Jaden answered the phone. And when I asked about their 24 hour service I was told by Ms. Jaden, Uh... well I have to sleep... and when I asked about their website and their advertising says 24/7 she said it needs to be taken down.
And also when I messaged Woods Comfort via Facebook and asked their hours I was told it was 24 hours... and when I told them my experience in the message I recieved no response.
Thankfully I had someone else fix my AC.

I had an awesome experience with Gustavo at Rod Plumbing. I had sewage backing up into my bathtubs on a Saturday near the holidays, and he was able to come out the same morning and diganose the issue. It ended up being a repair that required additional tools and parts, and so he came back first thing the next business day and spent the morning resolving the issue. I am very happy with the quick turnaround and great service. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for plumbing services!

I'd heard great things from neighbors, posting in Nextdoor. What I failed to recognize was that each of those recommendations was around an emergency. We all love a hero.
I needed a simple toilet installation in an existing bathroom. My appointment was for 1:30 and I received a text stating it would be closer to 2:15, I said ok. At 2;30 the plumber arrived. At 4:15, I was nervous because I had a brief appointment. So, that was rescheduled. At 4:45 I was super nervous because I had a 5o'clock appointment that was unbreakable.
Just before 5, the owner showed up and I mentioned I was feeling frustrated. I told him I had someplace to be and he said they could have rescheduled, had they known I was in a hurry. The upshot, $315 for one toilet replacement and a shrug. Some jobs just take longer.

Excellent service, great technicians.
I called at about 9:30am with a leaking, malfunctioning defective water heater that was only a few years old.
They showed up within 2 hours, had a brand new version of the same model and brand, they checked the manufacturing date on my old one, feb of 2014, it's in warranty, we'll exchange it for you, you only pay labor.
Have a new working water heater by noon, can't believe it, for about a third of what I was quoted by several others for total cost.
Best experience with emergency home repair, ever.
Highly recommend
Update: had another issue with the water heater that turned out to be electrical in nature, Joel was the plumber who showed up on time and was extremely friendly, organized, efficient and knowledgeable.
I highly recommend this company, and I'm not easy to please.

I would give negative star if i could. Said they would come between noon and 4 p.m. a window that kept me home all afternoon. Then they did not get there until 4:30. Order was for hanging a 40 to 50 lb chandelier in a condo dining area. They said I needed to replace the plastic box with a metal one. They said to do that and hang it would take about an hour. Their estimate was for over $700. But if I joined some membership it would be about $100 less. I ended up having to pay them $80 to come and tell me that. The other electrician I had called charges by the hour at $125 per hour plus $80 service fee. How stupid do I feel? Plus during a pandemic they walked all around saying they needed to take photos, which was creepy, in case I said they did something wrong. They required my CVC security code on my Visa, which I have never had a service person do. Maybe this was a one-off bad experience but not likely.

Owner of company (Eusebio) hardly returns calls. He is not personable and is completely hands off. Jorge, his brother on the other hand is the profesional one. He picks up calls, he is resourceful and helpful and does the work on a timely manner.
All you want is for Jorge to be in charge of your project.
