I only used him once, but he came the day after I called. I had lost my remote, bought one at Home Depot, got home and realized the receiver in the fan housing had to be changed out. I had called several places who were very expensive or would come in a couple of weeks. Repalo was quick, reasonably priced and efficient. I definitely recommend them.

Our kitchen sink clogged overnight and left a huge pile of standing water. Plumbsy was able to come in and clear the clogging water quickly, while stay a competitive pricing. He even checked some potential leakage on the piping that we didn't notice before. I really enjoy working with Kyle. Highly recommend him for any plumbing services.

Cris is so knowledgeable and incredibly responsive! We needed 2 toilets in our home replaced. He was courteous and timely. He was even explaining what he was doing every step of the way to my inquisitive father. If you want the job done right for a great price, he's your guy! Very kind and professional. Amazing work!

What a great service! I thought I was going to be looking at thousands of dollars to repair a big pitched squealing in my plumbing. Thanks to David I learned I just needed to replace a few parts. He was very fast, knowledgable and never tried to upsell me. Total cost was $150 including parts. Highly recommend!

My water heater went out.   The owner came out on Saturday to fix it.   They called in advance to let me know he was on his way.   The problem was repaired in 30 minutes.   He was polite and professional.   He charged me the standard rate even though I expected to be charged weekend rates.   I recommend this company.

So grateful to Chris who helped me get my Delta parts and replacement new faucet, installed the new faucet and I love it!

Ramon is the owner operator of this business.  He knows his stuff.  I have had him over to do several different repairs and he always did the work timely, with no hidden costs.   His rates are reasonable especially  when you KNOW the job was done well.  If you live in the greater Elgin/Bastrop/McDade area and need plumbing, electrical, or general home repairs,  give him a shout.

I'm very pleased with the professionalism of these guys. First of all they told me about the City of Austin rebates I qualify for, ($200 per toilet!  Whoohoo!) for water conservation, and gave me the exact model number, and where I could buy it myself at a discount on the east side, and then were very easy to schedule to come in and install.

I've got several other plumbing projects, and I'll definitely used Wilson Plumbing again.

1st Septic Pump experience.  Bill was super nice, explained how everything worked, quick and easy and very reasonable priced!   He actually showed up within a couple hours when I called him in the morning.

Tony was referred to me and came out to fix a plumbing problem in my laundry room the day after I'd called him.  He was on time and very friendly and easy to talk to, and explained to me what was going on.  He snaked the main line and everything seemed to be working great with my washer after that.  Unfortunately within a couple of days, I noticed that my problem was back--the main line would overflow when I did a regular sized load of laundry.  I called Tony and he came back out the next day and snaked the line again with larger snake.  He was once again very friendly and came out as a courtesy at no charge.  It's been a couple of months and everything's been running smoothly.  I've had bad experiences with a couple of other plumbing companies in town (either not getting back to me, no resolving my issue, or trying to talk me into more extensive work that I needed), but Tony was honest, friendly, very competent, punctual, and affordable.  I'll definitely contact him for any plumbing issues in the future!

I was referred through a friend to United Plumbing late last year and had a couple of jobs completed recently by them.  First, I had them install a utility sink in my garage.  Work was done VERY well and the price was fair.  This past week, I broke a hose bib off inside the wall.  United came to the rescue.  Work was completed fast and the pricing was GREAT!  I was expecting to get bent over for the emergency call but Mark's crew did the job well and the pricing was right on.  I highly recommend these guys for any plumbing work.

We have a small retreat on park rd 4 south (burnet) almost 3hours from our home in Brenham.  Had a small job and needed a commitment on a specific date that would be there.  They were great (Ryan). Showed up on time and owner, tank, even called a few days before to Confirm!  Highly recommend.

We had to re-do our wet room floor and Rod Plumbing helped disconnect the tub and faucet as we re-tiled the room.  Unfortunately when moving the faucet, something happened to cause water leaks down to the slab.  While I am not sure if it was done accidentally by Rod or the tile guy or the fiberglass company, Angel stood behind his work and came out every time to investigate.  It took several efforts to fix the issue and Angel and his team spent a ton of hours working to solve the problem.  Unfortunately sometimes mistakes happen, but Angel showed great professionalism continuing to promptly address the issue until it was fixed.  I really appreciate how he stood behind his work.  It would have been easy to point the finger at others, but he didn't.  I highly recommend Rod Plumbing to anyone as you know you can count on them.

Justin was great!  I had an emergency over the weekend and needed plumbing services asap!  Not only did he change his schedule to fit me in, he also fixed a problem that my previous plumbers overlooked. Great and honest service!

Very expensive and did not give me an estimate before doing work.  I thought it was customary to tell the customer what you're going to do and give an estimate before doing the work and charging $480 to replace a simple faucet.  I have used Rhea Plumbing (Llano)  before and their prices are fair and reasonable.

First off let me say that their technicians are super professional and courteous. Probably the best interaction with service techs you'll ever have. No issues there.

The problem is they use a pricing sheet for their services regardless of how hard or easy the work is. And it rarely works to the customer's advantage. I had a couple of outside outlets that were out and a outside light that was out. I suspected a breaker issue. It was a gfci breaker and I know those can cost a little more than a basic breaker, but they take a split second to install. So I expected 2-300 for that repair. I had a Salt technician come out look at the outlets for a second, plug a tester in that showed no power to the outlets and then quote me 550ish for the repair. Didn't  check power at the breaker box or anything. So it wasn't really a diagnosis of what was really going on since they didn't trace back where in the circuit the power was still working. It would've take another couple of seconds to do that, but I wasn't done.
So it could've been a bad breaker, a bad outlet in the circuit, bad wiring, etc. But they just priced it as the most expensive possible fix and would've charged me that much regardless of how hard or easy the fix truly was.
Since I wasn't ready to drop that much without knowing what was really wrong, I went out and bought an outlet tester and a voltage tester and checked the outlet, which of course didn't have power. But the breaker that I thought was the culprit was hot. I pulled off the outlet and the wires were hot, so I knew it was either a bad outlet or a miswired outlet.
It ended up being an incorrectly wired outlet that was affecting the rest of the circuit, so that's why the other outlets weren't working. It ended up taking me about 30 minutes of diagnostic time and 10 minutes to fix. No cost in materials. Not exactly what I would call an over $500 job like they were planning on charging me...
Again, the techs are super friendly and the service is professional. But the flat rate charging they do is a complete rip off and they definitely lost a customer. Which is unfortunate for them because I used them previously for a hot tub job that got them over $1,000 in business, and had planned on using them for other things in the future.
If you have money to burn and care mainly about customer service and a good quality job, then they're great. But if your like me and you live paycheck to paycheck and care about service, but also care about not being overcharged, then find another service provider.

Owner of company (Eusebio) hardly returns calls. He is not personable and is completely hands off. Jorge, his brother on the other hand is the profesional one. He picks up calls, he is resourceful and helpful and does the work on a timely manner.
All you want is for Jorge to be in charge of your project.
