Our kitchen sink clogged overnight and left a huge pile of standing water. Plumbsy was able to come in and clear the clogging water quickly, while stay a competitive pricing. He even checked some potential leakage on the piping that we didn't notice before. I really enjoy working with Kyle. Highly recommend him for any plumbing services.

After discovering a leaky faucet where the fridge ice maker used to hook up, I was frantically calling plumbers because my house was scheduled to go on the market for sale the next day!  Out if 6 plumbers that I called from Yelp David was the only one who could come that day. He was fast and reasonably priced!  I will be calling him next time I have a plumbing problem.

I NEVER write reviews but this company is so great it would be criminal not to do so.  They return calls as promptly as possible, come when they say they will, do outstanding work at a fair price.  The fact that they are so kind yet professional is just the icing on the cake.  I have used them before and they were just as great then.

Great service. He didn't over charge me. He was very friendly. Use this plumber.  I tried to reach other plumbers and I couldn't get anyone out in a reasonable time. He showed up on time. He called to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional.

This is a business that you get what you pay for. You call them, they answer, they get a someone to your house as fast as possible (which has been the same day or sooner in my cases), then they do exemplary work. Then they mail you the bill. It might be $20 more expensive than someone else, but it's worth the extra cost.

I found this guy very pricey.  $600 for picking up a toilet from a local store, pulling the old toilet, installing the new one and greasing a shower diverter valve.  Seems very high to me.

Tony was prompt, communicative, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Will certainly be calling again when a need arises.

We woke up to a neighbor ringing the doorbell to tell us water was running down the driveway from the garage. Whaaaaat? Busted water heater.  By 10:30 am, Mark and his crew were confirmed for early afternoon installation.
The crew was extremely professional and efficient. And the prices was super competitive.

I had a foundation leak that they found immediately upon arriving at my residence and had it all fixed very quickly.  Not only do they have the expertise and knowledge they are very professional and treated me like a very valued customer.

The employees are great and have tried. The issue is that the Daikin system they put in is horrible. One of the worst decisions I've made in a long time is hiring Woods because they said how great the Daikin is.

I had a quote from another company for a Bryant 4T Evo X HP 22 SEER for $27,152.90. Woods wanted over $35,000 for the same system. My gut said go with Southern Temp Control and get the Bryant. Woods insisted the Daikin was better and never had issues. I paid woods $24,772 for the Daikin systems. Serious mistake. Pay $2,500 more for the better system and use another company. Watch, I bet if I want to change it out based on the 2 year test drive they'll have some way of adding fees and still want to charge $8,000 more than the other quote I had.

Great employees; Daikin is terrible and absent Daikin they are way overpriced.

I want to add one more positive. They are quick to get out to look at this terrible system they put in.

Fantastic! Angel from Rod Plumbing went above and beyond what most companies would do. I had a leaky faucet. I bought one from home depot with intentions to install myself. I couldn't get the old one off. Scheduled an installation through home depot and they sent Rod Plumbing. Angel was prompt and so nice. He had to cut the old one off. Upon opening the brand new faucet, he discovered 3 key components missing. He volunteered to take it back, exchange it and return later that day to install it. True to his word! Saved me a trip to Austin (I live in Manor). I highly recommend Rod Plumbing!

Justin was great!  I had an emergency over the weekend and needed plumbing services asap!  Not only did he change his schedule to fit me in, he also fixed a problem that my previous plumbers overlooked. Great and honest service!

We've had super low water pressure since we bought this house over 7 years ago, and no plumber has ever been able to figure out how to fix it. Meanwhile, the problem got worse and worse. Enter Brandenburg Plumbing - mystery solved! We couldn't be happier. We especially want to thank AUSTIN, the man from Brandenburg,  who worked hard and finally discovered the (very odd) cause of the problem! He was professional, courteous, and persistent. We are so impressed with Austin, and with the company in general. We highly recommend them.

Should have paid attention to the negative reviews. $79 show up fee - fair. Then $760 to change some pool wiring. I had other quotes in the $300 range, which seems ok for a 2 hour job. When I told them it was too much they magically found something they didn't need to do to lower the price to $660. Hmmm... Still more than $330 an hour to run some wire! Must be nice to make that kind of money. Can't comment on work quality because I opted to find someone else to hire.

Owner of company (Eusebio) hardly returns calls. He is not personable and is completely hands off. Jorge, his brother on the other hand is the profesional one. He picks up calls, he is resourceful and helpful and does the work on a timely manner.
All you want is for Jorge to be in charge of your project.
