Installed 2 light fixtures for me and were fast, responsive and reasonably priced.  I would definitely recommend.

Our kitchen sink clogged overnight and left a huge pile of standing water. Plumbsy was able to come in and clear the clogging water quickly, while stay a competitive pricing. He even checked some potential leakage on the piping that we didn't notice before. I really enjoy working with Kyle. Highly recommend him for any plumbing services.

Cris is so knowledgeable and incredibly responsive! We needed 2 toilets in our home replaced. He was courteous and timely. He was even explaining what he was doing every step of the way to my inquisitive father. If you want the job done right for a great price, he's your guy! Very kind and professional. Amazing work!

I called David on Sunday night with a minor problem that was major to me, and he called me back Monday morning. By the afternoon the problem was fixed, better than it was originally, beautifully done, no damage to anything surrounding.

He was easy to talk to and best of all, he LISTENED and didn't discount or dismiss what I had to say simply because I'm female and (obviously) not a plumber.

He explained everything he was doing, showed me the repairs along the way, and heeded my concerns.

I don't trust most repairmen after some bad experiences. However, I've already asked David back in two weeks to take care of some other problems, and he was happy to arrange the return trip. I felt his prices were fair and he did not try to rip me off in any way, form, or fashion.

It was well worth the call and well worth the money. I'm SO HAPPY to have someone I can trust for these kinds of repairs.

Unbelievable how discourteous this company is to the public.  A non profit organization reached out to them and had the owner come to give an estimate and it took them 4 weeks to finally say they didn't want to do the job.  3 phone calls asking where is the bid and just put off again and again.  Thanks for nothing and not welcome in this town.

JD lives in the modern world and can quickly be reached by text, which is amazing. Kitchen sink backed up and toilet repair needed. Immediately texted back someone would be at my house within an hour. One hour. UNHEARD OF. Plumber arrived in the time frame I was given. Problem quickly solved, money saved, reliable and honest. I felt like the price matched the work and was totally fair. Best experience I've had in Wimberley in the nine years I've been here.

Had a water heater leaking enough to produce a long trail from one end of the garage to the other.

Called early on a Monday morning. After on a short wait, Ramon came on-site and sized up the situation and began draining the heater. While waiting for the draining to complete, Ramon left and returned with a new unit and removed the old one. The new install took went quickly. He replaced the factory plastic drain fitting with a new metal pipe and valve to ensure easier maintenance. Afterwards, he tested all fittings and adjusted the chimney/exhaust inside and on the roof. Ramon cleared all the packaging materials as well.

Overall, Ramon was very respectful over the phone and in person. On site, he spoke plainly regarding what he was seeing and what he was going to do about it. He worked quickly and methodically. In the end, the total was far less than I was expecting.

Would recommend Ramon and will call again if the need arises!

I never had them in my house & they helped me fix my issue! Their service is so great, they offered troubleshooting that I could do before spending the money & time on services. I will put them on speed-dial as my plumber for future!

I found this guy very pricey.  $600 for picking up a toilet from a local store, pulling the old toilet, installing the new one and greasing a shower diverter valve.  Seems very high to me.

Tony is very professional and works efficiently. He was able to get a bigger water heater installed for our home and remove the old leaking unit. I had a lot of questions for him, and he talked me through them.

I have used United Plumbing Services for several years now and have gotten nothing but excellent service.  They are always prompt and dependable.  Mark saved me from having to buy a new hot water heater, fixed ancient plumbing in a rental house, and even fixed a broken pipe at a rental house on Christmas Eve.  I have learned not to panic when it comes to emergencies, Mark always comes through.  His guys are very courteous and never leave a mess.  So I will always recommend United Plumbing Services.

We used Tanker for a shower remodel and then most recently to do a toilet reseat for us.  
They are extremely professional, and their work has been excellent.
I'm not sure about their pricing vs others because I didn't shop them before they just came to reseat the toilet.    I trust them so just had it done.  
The pricing seemed a little high, but without another bid I'm not sure.    
I will use them again when I need a plumber because they are trustworthy and professional.    I'm willing to pay for peace of mind, even if they may have been more expensive.

Woods has overall been very responsive to all of my issues. I am in a new home so everything is under warranty and my unit was not installed right. Overall that's the ongoing issue. They did not do the installation but provide the warranty for Milestone. Britteny has always been very professional, courteous, and does the best to her ability to get me scheduled quickly. Two visits ago Michael Eisenhower was the technician who came out here. He was absolutely fantastic. He actually listened to me and agreed that there was a problem. Some of the other technicians have not taken the time to actually listen to me and diagnose the problem and that's frustrating. Michael was here for about 2 hours and did his level best to fix the problem and he actually listen to me. He tightened everything and added freeon which did help but as he told me there is a problem with how it was installed. I don't know if it's ever going to be right but out of about five different techs that came out he is the only one that took the time to listen to me and actually see that there is a problem and tried to fix it. The others have simply dismissed me telling me it's in the normal range.  Also the tech guys who adjust the air distribution are very good too. They see there is a problem but can't really do their end until the compressor is working right. All and all I think it's a very good company but my unit is still not right and I hope they are able to fix it. The last techs that were here were a bit rude telling me it was functioning within normal range and acted like they thought I was delusional but it was about 65 degrees outside and not doing what it was doing when it was substantially warmer. I want to emphasize again Michael was fantastic. Brittany is fantastic and the airflow guys were great. I just hope the issues end up getting corrected.

Our tubs weren't draining and toilet was leaking. Called at 8am sharp and they can out immediately and fixed the problem! Super friendly customer service, fast response time and fair pricing! I'm keeping them on my speed dial just in case! Thanks ROD Plumbing!

Justin was great!  I had an emergency over the weekend and needed plumbing services asap!  Not only did he change his schedule to fit me in, he also fixed a problem that my previous plumbers overlooked. Great and honest service!

Excellent service, great technicians.

I called at about 9:30am with a leaking, malfunctioning defective water heater that was only a few years old.

They showed up within 2 hours, had a brand new version of the same model and brand, they checked the manufacturing date on my old one, feb of 2014, it's in warranty, we'll exchange it for you, you only pay labor.

Have a new working water heater by noon, can't believe it, for about a third of what I was quoted by several others for total cost.

Best experience with emergency home repair, ever.

Update: had another issue with the water heater that turned out to be electrical in nature, Joel was the plumber who showed up on time and was extremely friendly, organized, efficient and knowledgeable.

I highly recommend this company, and I'm not easy to please.

Techs arrived a few hours after contacting SALT.  Diagnosed and fixed a difficult cascade of failures with our heat pump that same day.  The team of two included an electrician so we went ahead and had a whole home surge protector installed while they were here.  Something we had been putting off.  They were very open to discussing the issues encountered, options, alternatives, and pricing.  We've used them multiple times, and have been pleased with each team sent out.

Owner of company (Eusebio) hardly returns calls. He is not personable and is completely hands off. Jorge, his brother on the other hand is the profesional one. He picks up calls, he is resourceful and helpful and does the work on a timely manner.
All you want is for Jorge to be in charge of your project.
