On Wednesday afternoon I requested a response and by Thursday afternoon they had already responded and finished the job. Amazing response time. Great, efficient and quality work. I highly recommend you support this local family business. They replaced my dimmer and also changed the outdoor spigot.

Our kitchen sink clogged overnight and left a huge pile of standing water. Plumbsy was able to come in and clear the clogging water quickly, while stay a competitive pricing. He even checked some potential leakage on the piping that we didn't notice before. I really enjoy working with Kyle. Highly recommend him for any plumbing services.

Cris is so knowledgeable and incredibly responsive! We needed 2 toilets in our home replaced. He was courteous and timely. If you have plumbing needs, call David. He is responsive and talks through the work that needs to be done. He knows what he's doing and his charges are very reasonable.

He recently came out and changed a busted water pressure reducer (buried in the yard by the curb) and a couple of expansion tanks on our water heaters. Both were old and one had started to leak, so I asked him to replace both.

He answered my calls and talked me through the work and was very good about communicating schedule and when he would come. He came when he said and did exactly what was needed for a fair price.

I NEVER write reviews but this company is so great it would be criminal not to do so.  They return calls as promptly as possible, come when they say they will, do outstanding work at a fair price.  The fact that they are so kind yet professional is just the icing on the cake.  I have used them before and they were just as great then.

Be very careful using them. If they do a gas line job, and once you paid them, and there is a leak from their work, they won't come back it fix it. Even though they know they did the job wrong.

I do not recommend this company. I have worked with many contractors, subs, and this is the most shadiest company. The other reviews are faked.

Highly recommend Ramon at Town & Country. We found ourselves with both sinks in the kid's bathroom clogged up with black sludge - still unsure what our 5 yr old put down there. Ramon was quick to reply and arrived close to the time we arranged. He is professional and courteous. He noticed the flange around the kids toilet was wet and we discovered a slow drip leak that would have rotted the floor - saved us a bunch of money.  Plan on contacting Ramon to handle a larger project that we are considering with our water heaters. Great plumber.

I just want to say that I am still SO IN LOVE WITH WILSON PLUMBING.  Today, the guy came over to fix my toilet.  In his trips in and out of the house, he had to go through my front door.  He tightened the screws on the metal under the door because it was bothering him a lot.  How sweet and wonderful is that?!  Very.

I was in need of a septic pumping and inspection on a home we were purchasing/inspecting. Bill arrived early for the job and was extremely knowledgeable as he walked me through everything. (As we've never owned a septic system we admittedly had a lot of questions.) Bill was  was pleasant to work with and most importantly was thorough. We will be using him again in the future for our septic needs and I highly recommend you give Bill a call with yours!

My water heater went out this week, just as the first cold front rolled in. They came, they saw, they conquered.  In no time we had hot showers again! A totally happy ending, to a tragic story. I highly recommend this company. Fast and efficient.

I had a rental home with a pretty major problem.  The main drain line had a break in it, that had caused sewage to back up into my tenant's bathtub. I had another plumber give me an estimate to fix the break, and their estimate was astronomical. They even wanted to tunnel 15 feet underneath the home's foundation to do the repair. Looking for a second opinion, I took a shot and called United Plumbing.  Mark answered.

The day I called to talk to Mark about an estimate, he thoroughly talked through the issue with me.  He was extremely knowledgeable, and with a general contractor background, knew information about foundations and fixing breaks such as what I had.  He recommended that NO ONE should dig that far under a foundation, as that would set us up for permanent damage to it.  He walked me through his solution, and was very informative.  I made the best decision ever to send them out to do a new estimate.  United Plumbing was able to do the repair, without tunneling under the foundation! The best part THEIR FINAL INVOICE WAS HALF OF THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE I RECEIVED FROM THE OTHER PLUMBER!

During the repair, I received updates (with photos!) of all the work being done.  My tenants were also very happy with them.  They said, The plumbers were great.  They came at the time they said, didn't leave any mess, explained situations for us, and were trustworthy as we did leave the house for several hours at a time. If we had to deal with another plumbing issue they would be a the top of my list to call.

I have had to have the Tanker's guys out to my house on several occasions for several different problems. They always arrive promptly, are very friendly, and explain the job to where I understand before they do anything. Prices are fair and service is great. I will continue to use Tanker's for any plumbing issues, and would recommend to anyone.

Scheduled an appointment weeks ago.  They gave me a 3 hour window.  Never showed up.  Called the office and they said they had called me and left a voice mail (a lie) and had to schedule in 2 more weeks.  Poorly run company.  Will not use again!

Angel responded to my request VERY quickly to take care of some slow drainage issues... He arrived with a smile on his face, fixed the problems quickly, all while being respectful and courteous. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you have any plumbing needs in Austin.

We've had super low water pressure since we bought this house over 7 years ago, and no plumber has ever been able to figure out how to fix it. Meanwhile, the problem got worse and worse. Enter Brandenburg Plumbing - mystery solved! We couldn't be happier. We especially want to thank AUSTIN, the man from Brandenburg,  who worked hard and finally discovered the (very odd) cause of the problem! He was professional, courteous, and persistent. We are so impressed with Austin, and with the company in general. We highly recommend them.

We have been without heat in 32 degree weather for 24 hours now. I called this morning at 7am to schedule service. I was told someone would be out between 12 and 4pm. After not hearing ANYTHING all day...I called at 4pm to find out how much longer. I was informed they got too busy and could not come until the following day. I spent ALL DAY waiting for these people! Had I known they would not be coming- I could have found another company! It's now 5pm, getting dark, and about 45 degrees in my house. I have two young children. I am livid. Stay away from this company!!

Owner of company (Eusebio) hardly returns calls. He is not personable and is completely hands off. Jorge, his brother on the other hand is the profesional one. He picks up calls, he is resourceful and helpful and does the work on a timely manner.
All you want is for Jorge to be in charge of your project.
