I woke up to soggy carpet, my husband and I started cutting into our almost new living room carpet to discover a wet foundation and a soggy carpet pad. I immediately started googling foundation leaks etc. For the next few hours I was repeatedly told NO, no and no. Then I stumbled on S & D plumbing. From the first encounter on the phone to later that same day, S & D has been so helpful, polite, and extremely professional. Melvin and Carson diagnosed the issue and worked OT to make sure we had hot water for the coming days. Melvin and Carson both reminded me of the old days of excellent service, reliable and honest work. We bought a home and needed several plumbing items.  David was prompt to meet our availability to give a bid to install items we had purchased and to perform repairs.  We accepted that bid and set a date.  Circumstances forced me to reschedule twice, and David was accommodating.  His two guys, Jimmy and Tony, arrived when expected and installed a new kitchen sink, disposal, reverse osmosis system and dishwasher.  And repaired a shower mixer valve.  And replaced a toilet.  And made provisions in the garage for a refrigerator ice maker.  Jimmy and Tony obviously knew their trade and worked steadily and cheerfully to complete all tasks.  I recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

Joe is the absolute best! Honest, timely and professional. I've dealt with large companies that push repairs and products you don't need  to hit their commission. I would not use another plumbing company after my experience with Austin Plumbery.

Andre is an excellent communicator, both before, during and after the job. He allows work to be scheduled for a specific day and time and he hits that appt. His workstyle is quiet and respectful while he is on your property, and he is willing to collaborate with you if you want to be his helper to save time and money, too.
My concern was that I would lose my investment in the art tile that was installed in front of my guest room shower fixture two years ago, but Andre accessed the leaks behind that wall from a hallway and cleaning closet, preserving the guest bath's esthetic.
The great 2021 Texas ice storm was harrowing here, but Andre was worth the wait and we were ecstatic to have running water restored by Andre after 17 days without.

One of my clients had a leak in the yard and we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. RC came out and diagnosed it right away. He had to dig a pretty deep hole to reach the mainline water pipe. A tree root had cracked it. He repaired it the same day. Very fair pricing too, even on short notice. I recommend him to all my clients now.

Great service, smart, quick, knowledgeable, & honest. Did I mention patient? After he explained to me what the problem was, at my request, he called my husband and reexplained to him what the problem was.

Rick himself picked up when I called and offered his valuable time and opinion even when he couldn't come out. He sounded like an honest and reasonable guy and gave us options as to how to approach the problem (newly built house with a clog less than a year in). He even gave referrals to other trusted plumbers that could help us sooner and with different tools. They definitely sound like they know their stuff and their competition. He was extremely friendly and patient with my barrage of questions, lol.

I would definitely give Rick a call if you have a clog, he will listen to you and help you through it even if he himself can't get to you in time. How awesome is that?

We had two sinks in the same bathroom that were draining slowly. This was not an emergency, so I made an appointment for two business days later. The person on the phone was polite and helpful and did a good job explaining the company policies about the service charge (about $20) that is credited towards any work done and what to expect when the plumbers came.

I was given a 4 hour window and they came very near the beginning of the window. They called in advance to confirm and then again to let me know when the plumber was actually on his way and the name to expect. When Patrick got here, he gave a description of what was the likely problem and a quote to fix both sinks at once as we agreed the problem was probably past where the sink drain pipes joined up. He promised to talk over any surprises he found before doing anything extra, but his diagnosis was correct and they had both sinks draining wonderfully in less than an hour.

Patrick and his colleague were pleasant and left everything as clean as when they came. They did not push selling me extra services, although they did ask if I had any other issues. I felt the price was fair for the high quality service I got. I will use this company again if we have another plumbing problem.

Great service from these guys. While they are busy and I had to schedule a few weeks out, it was easy to do and it was worth the wait. I got a reminder call a day before the appointment and another from the technicians before they headed my way - on time. Collin and Cade were helpful and professional; they fixed one problem and advised me on another that I thought I had but didn't. They saved me time and money and took care of business efficiently. We will definitely use this company again.

We hired My Plumbing to connect a water line on some property of ours. It was an absolutely fantastic experience. Mike almost always answered the phone and his communication with us was unmatched. He did so many services (driving to our house to receive payment, obligation-free assessment, etc.) out of courtesy and was really flexible with our crazy schedule! I will be using them in the future and would definitely recommend!

I received a notice that my back flow system was due for the annual inspection.  After finding the list of contractors in the area that performed this service I gave A & D Backflow a call.  They were friendly and professional.  They also were able to complete the inspection that same day.  They notified me that the inspection had been completed and I was able to pay the invoice with Apple Pay.  I was very happy with this quick friendly service.  He even took a photo of a shed snake skin he found hanging on the valve to warn me to be careful of snakes.

Our plumber arrived on the early side of the timeframe given, was pleasant and professional, and got the damaged toilet switched out for a new one in less than 30 minutes. He asked me to inspect the job, I saw that the seat was a little crooked, and he adjusted that in about 2 minutes.

This is our second experience with Mr. Rooter of New Braunfels, and both have been great.

Cannon Plumbing saved the day when they expertly fixed the plumbing sink and pipe issues on a home built in the 1950's!  The owner and crew were incredibly professional and prompt.  They went a step further to assess if more systemic issues were present under the house (pier and beam foundation).  We were bracing for the worst, only to be relieved to hear a very honest, practical assessment.  In short, Cannon Plumbing is fast, courteous, professional, honest, and very knowledgeable with all issues plumbing and drain related!  A plumber you can trust!

Awesome!!!  We noticed our water heater was leaking at 3 o'clock today (Saturday) and  called Chris.  He showed up in 30 minutes.  He assessed the situation and was back by 6:00 with a brand new one.  He installed it with great effeciancy.  He was extremely professional and knowledgable.  And best of all his price was very reasonable.  I couldn't be happier.
