Water leak just past the water meter on the homeowners side.   Called and they came right out.  Family company.  Nice blue van. Young man (20's) was very friendly and seemed to know what he was doing.  Fortunately, he was able to pinpoint the leak in about an hour.

One word: Melvin. Unless your house is flooding or you have gross sewage seeping out of your plumbing, wait until you can get on his schedule. Over the last seven years, he's helped us with issues in three homes. He's honest, professional, and knows his stuff. We made the mistake of using a different company during our recent remodel for a few things, and it was a complete nightmare. Melvin just spent four hours fixing what the other yahoo jacked up. So thankful for Melvin!

David is responsive, prompt, hard-working, friendly, and knows his business. He replaced a toilet, unblocked the world's most clogged drain (a gift left behind by the previous owner of my house) which involved climbing onto my roof (!), and replaced 60-year-old outdoor faucet heads. I had such a positive experience that I've asked him to come back to replace my other toilet, to deal with a corroded and leaking outdoor pipe, and to do some more un-clogging of sinks.

I have had more downs than ups with most contractors, etc. and it is SO refreshing to find someone you can rely on to get the job done efficiently and cost-effectively. I will be calling David from now on if I have any other plumbing needs.

Five stars for service all around. Office side of things as far as scheduling and communication is amazing. Getting text notifications is way important to me to maximize my time daily, so knowing when the person is on the way was fantastic! Travis was professional and provided extremely great and efficient work and left no question unanswered. I will recommend them to anyone who will listen.... Lol. We had several issues that needed taken care of & they got to us within one day.  And, to make it more crazy, they were to go to my moms to fix a leaking bathroom sink, leaking & running toilet & a problem with an outside faucet...plus drain a hot water heater. The night before the appointment my husband was working in our yard & hit a water line ... yep .... I called them & they came to our house the next morning instead & still managed to get to my moms as scheduled that day.  We were so impressed with their promptness, courtesy, efficiency & overall good work.  We will use Lee Whiteaker Plumbing from now on.  Big shoutout to MO for returning all my calls & to the guy who came to our homes & did the work.  Thank you so much!!!

Thank you Cowboy Plumbing Services!!! You saved the day after the nightmare of dealing with trying to get a different plumbing company to even come out. The gentlemen that came we're very nice and professional. They arrived when they said they would and worked quickly and got our toilet fix. Will def be using y'all again.

I have used Rick many times over the years, and cannot give him enough high praise! A contractor who actually shows up when he says he will, and get's the job done fast! And reasonably priced to beat. Plus, he's just a good guy. Bonus points!

Let me tell you why Ryan H. and A&A Plumbing will be our sole providers of any service needed:

Came home from vacation to see a leak coming through our laundry room ceiling as well as our water softener stuck in service constantly draining.  My initial reaction was to run around like Macaulay Culkin in Home Alone.  Called A&A and they sent Ryan out.

First, customer service is top notch. Not only do they stick to their times, they text you with a picture of your technician along with a link to track them.  

Next, Ryan showed up with Joe to check everything out. Everything they do is quoted and shown via their iPad. All pricing and services. Well bad news is my Master Bathroom flange was broken causing the leak. Good news is Ryan saved the day and explained what happened and what needed to happen. The water softener was a Kenmore UltraSoft 275 and beyond repair. Ryan showed me options and was not pushy.  He said I could go to Home Depot and grab a softener off the shelf and install it, or have them put a system in. Explained the pros and cons of each without being biased. He really puts the ball in your court while making professional recommendations.

Ryan and Joe left with the intention of coming back for the toilet flange fix later in the week.  I called A&A back and said I'd like to do the water softener as well. Not a problem, we'll take care of it was the response from dispatch. I cannot emphasize how customer service oriented this company is.  Thank you, please, may I, etc. They are just complete professionals.

Now, we weren't planning on replacing the water softener at the same time, but they really do have great pricing.  That on top of having a real system in place versus a throwaway softener in place made the decision easier.  

Two days later Ryan and Joe show up right away per our appointment.  Joe immediately started work on my toilet flange while Ryan replaced the softener.  My old softener was put in as if I (minimal to zero experience) installed it. Ryan reworked the valves and pipes and it now looks like it's part of the house instead of some haphazard addition.  Joe knocked out the new flange and everything was cleaned up.  Ryan debriefed me on everything and what was next. Explained and pointed out potential issues that may arise that they saw when working. Not plumbing issues, but when I redo to master bathroom, I'd need to replace the subfloor due to water damage, etc.  Ryan immediately set up an appointment to come out in two weeks to make any adjustments to the softener if needed.  Awesome!  I have other things that need to be done and am excited to have someone that can take care of it quickly, professionally, and at a great price.

My experience echoes many of the reviews and I stand by this being a 5 Star company.  It is so often we feel we get 'taken' when plumbing problems arise. A&A Plumbing is what companies should strive to be like. They keep you informed without feeling dumb. Everything is competitively priced and their #1 goal is your satisfaction.  Although I do not want any emergencies or issues to come up, but if they do, I know who's number is saved in my contacts.

Collie was my service rep and he is great. He helped troubleshoot our water heater problems and even guided us through warranty coverage. They were also there to help us through the lake floods last fall. Highly recommend them.

Brandon put my worries and stress to rest! I can not believe the level of professionalism the the young man has. Spoke in simple terms that made sense to someone like me who does not have plumbing knowledge.

I received a notice that my back flow system was due for the annual inspection.  After finding the list of contractors in the area that performed this service I gave A & D Backflow a call.  They were friendly and professional.  They also were able to complete the inspection that same day.  They notified me that the inspection had been completed and I was able to pay the invoice with Apple Pay.  I was very happy with this quick friendly service.  He even took a photo of a shed snake skin he found hanging on the valve to warn me to be careful of snakes.

I'd recommend these guys for any job. Andrew was extremely polite & easy to work with. He gave us options to fix our leak, which worked the first time, & he was very reasonable. Great service. I'd use again!!

Cannon plumbing and drain is awesome!  When you hire Cannon Plumbing, you work directly with the owner - Connley.  I received bids from five local plumbers on restoring my entire house. Canon wasn't the cheapest, but they were the easiest to work with. They provided me a professional estimate and completed the work on time.  The job required all new material for both freshwater and waste water.  Cannon Employee, Jacob lead the crew with Chuckie on point. These two guys were courteous, friendly and professional. They took care of everything perfectly and picked up all of the plumbing construction debris when they left (which is rare amongst contractors).  It was nice working with a plumber that didn't nickel and dime me for small stuff. The price they quoted was the final price (even though I'm a very picky customer). I would hire canon plumbing and drain again without hesitation.

Fair estimate provided by Andre himself. We scheduled the service for the next day and the plumbers arrived on time. They quickly and efficiently did the repair exactly per the estimate. They even did a little extra. They cleaned up after themselves and were out of here in no time. Excellent service with fair and honest pricing. It's hard to beat Andre's Pro Plumbing.

09/27 - Update... the owner came out the next day and worked on the shower faucet.  He apologized for the issues that we encountered and ensured that we weren't charged for the last service call.  Net/net he made things right and everything is working properly now.  He assured that adjustments were going to be made with technician and front office staff so I am confident that this is a one-off deal.

Ray found and solved the problem! Efficient and professional. We appreciate the job he did for us and highly recommend.
