This company was referred to us by a very pleased client. We had a busted valve o a holding tank during the deep freeze of Feb 2021. He got to us ASAP and did a super job of getting our water back on. Reliable and Trustworthy. We will use him again when necessary. His price was reasonable and we appreciate how he took care of us. Run away. S&D made a mistake when they inspected my home before I bought it. Their plumber said there were no breaks and no bellies. Just a few months later, my laundry line broke and two separate camera tests -- one by S&D plumbers -- confirmed that there were bellies. Both S&D and the other company independently said that the whole house needs to be repiped. Bellies do not develop in two months. Their first plumber made a mistake when he inspected my house.  Okay. Mistakes do happen, even by good companies. So I asked S&D to help remedy the problem, which is what I would expect from a reputable company. The best they could do was meet the low bid from another company that has done quality work for people I know, and Dan acted like they were offering me the moon. In the end, I felt unsupported and blamed for the problem that I am experiencing. I bought this house trusting their word, but I know better than to trust them again. This company may have good plumbers on staff, but their management and client support is awful.

We loved working with these guys. So friendly, so ready to help, personable, great attitudes, and did a great job quickly fixing our water heater.

This is I think the third time I've used Austin Plumbery. The first 2 times were for plumbing issues, this this third time was for a gas leak. Travis was on time, as usual, friendly, professional, and found the gas leak quickly. Funny enough, the leak was coming from the HVAC system, which I had just called not 2 days earlier for someone from the HVAC system install team come and look, because that's what I thought the gas leak was coming from. The HVAC technician didn't find the leak, so I thought it was the water heaters, nope! Travis inspected both water heater lines, and found no leak, but inspected the HVAC system, and found it right away. He took a video of it to show me. Thank goodness for a knowledgeable plumber that not only knows how to fix problems, but fixes mistakes that other companies didn't even find, when it was their responsibility! I'm so grateful to the family owned business, and will only use and refer them to anyone needing a plumber! Thank you again Travis and Debora!

We called New Earth Plumbing  to fix a broken water main. Andre was very thorough and saved the day for us as this happened on a weekend.  We were very pleased with the work he did so we then had him install a pressure relief valve. Fantastic work also! Now he is going to  repair a pipe this weekend that is attached to an outside spigot.  We have total faith in his plumbing skills and wished we would have found him long ago. Honest and fastidious, Andre is everything you should look for in a plumber. We highly recommend him!

We had several issues that needed taken care of & they got to us within one day.  And, to make it more crazy, they were to go to my moms to fix a leaking bathroom sink, leaking & running toilet & a problem with an outside faucet...plus drain a hot water heater. The night before the appointment my husband was working in our yard & hit a water line ... yep .... I called them & they came to our house the next morning instead & still managed to get to my moms as scheduled that day.  We were so impressed with their promptness, courtesy, efficiency & overall good work.  We will use Lee Whiteaker Plumbing from now on.  Big shoutout to MO for returning all my calls & to the guy who came to our homes & did the work.  Thank you so much!!!

a plumbing technician came out to our house at 1798 Oak Glen in New Braunfels. My name is Gregg Walrafen. We wanted him to check over the water softener and water heater and drinking water filtration unit under the kitchen sink. After checking them all over. He tried to sell us new filtration and softening equipment. We did not want new equipment. I don't appreciate unnecessary sales pitches, when all is needed is possibly repair. I realize companies make more money on new equipment. again, I do not appreciate new equipment being pushed to me when it is clearly not needed. He was going to call us back with an estimate on new equipment, but never did. We will not call your company again.

I recently hired this wonderful gentleman to install three new interiors for my home.  I refer to Rick as a gentleman because that is precisely what he is - a complete gentleman.  He did a great job with the three toilet repairs, was very fairly priced, and exceptionally pleasant to deal with.  DO NOT waste your time with the major plumbing firms.... they are a complete rip off.  (One quoted a price three times higher than Rick!!)  I could not be more satisfied and highly recommend this firm.

This is one of the best plumbing services I have used in years!!!! From the start of scheduling an appointment with very fast availability and great customer service. Justin Flores arrived and assessed the need for new water heater(old one was 12yr old). Within a little over 1hr... had a new functioning water heater.

While it took a while to get on the schedule, it was well worth it. I had been used to plumbers from our builder that were less than desirable to hire again. The hill country guys were courteous, respectful, and hate to say it, but had all their teeth :D. My biggest regret is that we didnt have them when we built as they are fantastic and please dont waste your time if you have a plumbing issue, call them and let them impress you!

City of Killeen replaced my shut off valve a couple of months ago. This month I go to pay my water bill and noticed that I have used 3X my normal water usage. I checked the main valve and it's under water. I call the city. Of course the water leak is on my side of the meter and could not be caused by them replacing the shut off valve. Called A to Z plumbing. Was quoted 450.00 to repair. Got the impression the guy didn't really want the job. Called My Plumbing.  He showed me where the new shut off valve sat higher than my water line and was connected in a downward slant which cause the stress and subsequent leak in the water line. He replaced and raised my water line connection so that is level again. Total cost 285.00. Same day service and more reasonably priced. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

My backflow burst on Christmas morning and I had to shut my main off. I went on Yelp and tried calling A&D and Mike answered (hard to believe). I explained what happened and he directed me to shut my sprinkler feed and turn my main back on so I'd have running water in the house. Mike came out the following morning and had my problem fixed in minutes. I'm very happy with his professionalism and his responsiveness.

It's sometimes hard to find a reliable plumber. Most plumbers in my area seem to not return my call or make it hard to schedule.

Mr Rooter always answers and has someone to send out. Had two gentlemen come help me remove and water heater and bathtub and they made quick work of the task, were very polite and informed and answered all of my questions about moving forward and what to do next with my bathroom remodel. Price was very reasonable.

Moving forward with any plumbing issues, will be using Mr Rooter.

We've been using Longhorn Plumbing's services for the past 5 months or so.  We found them on recommendation of our foundation company.  We had to reset our foundation and of course this caused a handful of plumbing issues.  We were very impressed with the work of the Longhorn Plumbing team as they spent 10 days working on our home and worked from 7am into the evening.  They are probably one of the hardest working teams we've had do work on our home.  Additionally their quote for a large project was the lowest we've received.  We've also had them perform other smaller projects including hydrostatic testing and again their quotes are the lowest in the greater Austin region.  Plumbing service work can really vary with some companies quoting us outrageous prices for a simple hydrostatic test.  Do yourself a favor and call Longhorn Plumbing for experts at an affordable price!

Cannon Plumbing saved the day when they expertly fixed the plumbing sink and pipe issues on a home built in the 1950's!  The owner and crew were incredibly professional and prompt.  They went a step further to assess if more systemic issues were present under the house (pier and beam foundation).  We were bracing for the worst, only to be relieved to hear a very honest, practical assessment.  In short, Cannon Plumbing is fast, courteous, professional, honest, and very knowledgeable with all issues plumbing and drain related!  A plumber you can trust!

Joaquin was amazing!!! I sent out a quote request on Sunday expecting to get a reply on Monday morning when everyone is open. Joaquin responded with 30 mins with a ballpark figure which was very reasonable and in my budget. I sent them a link to my Aquasana Whole House Water Filtration with Saltfree Water Softener so he could clarify the price. Not only did he take his time in putting the system in right but he made it so it didn't take up my whole garage wall. He did everything he said he would do and more. I highly recommend this company as they keep their promises and stand by their work. Thank you Joaquin!

What an awesome experience.  We had a small issue in changing out a replacement water faucet.  We were able to make an appointment within a day.  They sent us information and a picture of the tech who would be coming to our house.  Davis, our tech,  let us know when he was on his way, and was very friendly upon arrival, he knew exactly what to do, easily fixed the minor problem, and at a very fair price.  Thank you Davis with Reliant Plumbing, you will be our new go-to plumber.  GREAT EXPERIENCE!! better than a 5!
