I have used Lantz's Plumbing since I moved to Spicewood over four years ago. A few years back, I had an opportunity to speak with Lantz about a service item I was concerned about. He was very accommodating and resolved my issue quickly.
Tim came over today to maintain my Grinder Pump and did a great job! Tim was on time and called prior to getting to my home. It helps to have such a pleasant and respectful service person like Tim.
In addition, the fees are reasonable and the service extremely good. All the important points to complete the package.
I highly recommend Lantz's!

I arranged for a troubleshooting call to satisfy a home warranty company. Given the previous kudos, they were assured the business of likely replacing a water softener as well as a tankless water heater and certainly repair of both.
They said he called and the dispatcher called. I had no record of a phone call and certainly no record of a voice mail since both the cell and the landlines transcribe to emails and provide an audio file of the message.
First, the dispatcher said he showed at 7.40AM. Then the owner says he showed at 8.45AM. My first web access was at 8.40AM per history. I was certainly close enough to hear the door.
The guy showed up but I never heard a door knock from only twenty feet from the door while working at my computer. I heard the trash and recycling pickups at the mailbox but not the plumber knocking. He left a doorknob hanger that ironically states, No Dispatch Fee which is silly to say for reasons I'll explain.
Today, I'm then advised there would be a $275 troubleshooting charge to provide an estimate to the warranty company. I was not advised of this when making the appointment. That's a MUST KNOW piece of information in this scenario. That is likely not a reimbursable expense from the warranty company. New water softeners start at only twice that amount.
This is not a great way to start with what could have been a lifetime customer. Their performance today would have sealed my decision to use them in a complete home remodel to be done in two years.
They blew it.

Austin Plumbery was contacted by our warranty insurance from our home purchase after we called in a claim because our hot water heater stopped working. We were in a bit of a panic as we found this issue Tuesday night ahead of a houseful of visitors arriving on Sunday. I contacted the warranty company first thing Wednesday morning and very shortly thereafter Austin Plumbery called to schedule an appointment. My work keeps me in meetings on the phone most of the day and when I wasn't able to answer their call, they very quickly texted me and I was able to arrange for their first available appointment (Friday morning) while still running my meeting (YAY TECHNOLOGY!) Fretting a bit (and smelling a lot) about a Friday consultation, I was completely prepared for the worst - buying a new heater and having an emergency installation on Saturday. However, I got a call midday today (Thursday) that Travis, our technician, had a cancellation and was in my area in case I wanted him to come over then instead of waiting until tomorrow. HECK YEA I DID! Not only did he come over, but he fixed a broken part while he was there and we are back in business! How awesome is he? LOVE THIS COMPANY! Thanks Austin Plumbery and Travis!!! Can't wait to post this review and take a hot shower!!!

Andre is an excellent communicator, both before, during and after the job. He allows work to be scheduled for a specific day and time and he hits that appt. His workstyle is quiet and respectful while he is on your property, and he is willing to collaborate with you if you want to be his helper to save time and money, too.
My concern was that I would lose my investment in the art tile that was installed in front of my guest room shower fixture two years ago, but Andre accessed the leaks behind that wall from a hallway and cleaning closet, preserving the guest bath's esthetic.
The great 2021 Texas ice storm was harrowing here, but Andre was worth the wait and we were ecstatic to have running water restored by Andre after 17 days without.

Our business had a water leak in one of our rest rooms and we could not figure out where it was coming from. I contacted RC, he was out at our facility within 60 minutes. RC figured out where the leak was coming from and fixed the problem in 30 minutes or less. RC, was very professional, and took the time to explain what the issue was as well as how to avoid this from happening in the future. I have never utilized this company before; after RC's professionalism, knowledge and customer service skills, we will be utilizing this company in the future.
Thanks RC for taking such good care of us.

I called Jared last night after I received a call from the water service reporting a broken pipe spewing water outside my house. I wasn't there to assess the damage, but Jared talked me through the issue and implications. He sent Randolph out the first thing the next day (after we ensured the water had been turned off the night prior), and he quickly replaced the broken ball valve, and ensured the pipe was clear and no longer frozen. It was definitely a crisis averted, but Randolph talked me through what to do in the future to prevent anything like that from happening again. I'll be calling them for a few updates to my system in the near future, and cannot recommend Cowboy Plumbing highly enough. Professional, kind, thorough, and courteous.

Hired them for first time to fix leaking outdoor faucet bid, they replaced it and charged reasonable amount. Will use Austin's Best Plumbing again.

I am truly impressed with AA Plumbing and the services they have provided in meeting my needs. Turnaround time upon my initial request for water pressure adjustment and possible PRV replacement was swift and resolved (2 days). Ryan & Colin made an initial inspection of my water pressure and the PRV, but went above my expectation and inspected the entire house, all faucets, laundry room, and the tankless water heater. Ryan provided recommendations with 3 options. During the entire process, Ryan thoroughly provided details of actual work performed, and also provided before/after pictures. Ryan & Colin's expertise and knowledge was well appreciated. Thank you for everything. Highly recommend AA Plumbing.

Mike, you are AMAZING!!! We called him at 9 this morning when we realized there was water coming up through our floor in the living room. We called 3 different places and Mike was the only one who said he would come out and assess the situation without charging us just to look. He gave us a time he would be here, called when he was running late, showed up with a great attitude and got right to work. He found the problem with the first guess and gave us great pricing on the solution that was so reasonable, we thought he was kidding. I was so stressed out over this problem and within 5 minutes of being in my house, Mike has completely put my mind at ease and I knew that the job would get done right. If you want a good contractor, someone you can trust, call Mike, you won't regret it.

I needed someone to fix a toilet leak at my house and also check the water pressure of my shower because it was too strong. Honest and fast service. He went to get a part to fix the toilet and didn't charge extra. Very reasonable price, would hire again.

Texas All Cash Home Buyers have used Josh and his team at Mr. Rooter for over hundred service calls and renovation projects. There friendly, scheduling when needed and very fair pricing. They have become our preferred plumber of choice and would recommend them to anyone.

We've been using Longhorn Plumbing's services for the past 5 months or so. We found them on recommendation of our foundation company. We had to reset our foundation and of course this caused a handful of plumbing issues. We were very impressed with the work of the Longhorn Plumbing team as they spent 10 days working on our home and worked from 7am into the evening. They are probably one of the hardest working teams we've had do work on our home. Additionally their quote for a large project was the lowest we've received. We've also had them perform other smaller projects including hydrostatic testing and again their quotes are the lowest in the greater Austin region. Plumbing service work can really vary with some companies quoting us outrageous prices for a simple hydrostatic test. Do yourself a favor and call Longhorn Plumbing for experts at an affordable price!

Recently hired Cannon plumbing for a plumbing emergency at my home. They were prompt to provide clear estimates over the phone, were able to send qualified crew to the location within 2 hours. All along, Conley was courteous, succinct and prompt. The crew mitigated the problem in 1 day which avoided the need to book hotels etc. Moreover, came back in a couple of days and implemented a long term solution.
4 stars because their price is a little higher than other plumbers out there - but can be worth it if you value speed and clear communication. Moreover, they remain a great source of price comparison and plumbing advice.

Hired them again to scope out a broken pipe. This plumbing company will forever have my business. They are honest, hard-working and reasonably priced. They always treat me very well as a customer and show up whenever I need help.

If I could give a -5 rating I would. Worst communication ever! They left open trenches on a property that caused major flooding and almost washed away our new AC unit. They put a drain in the wrong spot and had to be moved After it was stubbed out. Cracked tiles in master bath when they put in the tub and tried to hid it.....too many things to mention! RUN! We are paying customers ON TIME (almost $20,000) and don't want to pay for any of the repairs for their mistakes.

Ray was fantastic! Very knowledgeable- ran tests to determine slab leak and took extra time to talk through results if hard water over time.
