Website said they give a senior discount. that wasnt given & when I asked about Jarrett said he could give me a hug!!! The $35.00 service charge was not deducted from the repair, i was told it would be.  The leak that was supposed to be capped off, continued to drip all weekend before they came back to stop the leak.  Took me several days to get a receipt.

These guys were subcontractors for Classic Restoration.  They went above and beyond by recommending insulating the pipes.  They cleaned the drain on my daughter tub and sink.  They worked late into the night until the work was done.  They cleaned up after themselves.  All the guys were friendly and helpful.

Travis came out right away and worked on a ton of things for me !  He went above and beyond , Travis is the man !! Highly recommend austin plumbery for anyone that has plumbing issues !!

You can end your plumbers search now, you found a winner. After 4 plumbers, a boatload of money, and 2 years of plumbing woes Andre quickly resolved all of our issues for an great price. He also showed me how to do it myself should the issue arise again which was amazing...

My husband got his number from the best contractor he works with who is the creme de la creme of contractors, so he works with professionals with extremely high standards. He will be our guy moving forward!!!

We had several issues that needed taken care of & they got to us within one day.  And, to make it more crazy, they were to go to my moms to fix a leaking bathroom sink, leaking & running toilet & a problem with an outside faucet...plus drain a hot water heater. The night before the appointment my husband was working in our yard & hit a water line ... yep .... I called them & they came to our house the next morning instead & still managed to get to my moms as scheduled that day.  We were so impressed with their promptness, courtesy, efficiency & overall good work.  We will use Lee Whiteaker Plumbing from now on.  Big shoutout to MO for returning all my calls & to the guy who came to our homes & did the work.  Thank you so much!!!

My daughter tried to flush one of her Disney toys down the toilet so we had a problem. I called Cowboy and gave them our available times for a service call and they were out the next morning. They were on time, friendly, and gave me my options/pricing up front. They were able to clear the pipes and get us back to normal. Highly recommended.

He was transparent with the costs and any extra repairs that might push my total to the higher end of the quote. His price was in line with other quotes I was getting from other businesses. I chose him because of his response time. He also gave me tips on affordable faucets that he recommends for rental units. His business was able to get me in the quickest and I appreciated the thorough communication. Very nice guys that work here. Glenn fixed my faucet in less than an hour and everything looks great. I was nervous booking a plumber, so if you're looking for a reliable service with good prices I highly recommend this company. They are also taking Covid-19 seriously and make the trip as contactless as possible.

Patrick was timely and extremely professional. He listened to the problem, provided a couple of options that would rectify the issue and resolved my plumbing issue all within a short amount of time. Had issue with a shower not being able to shut of completely, called Hill Country Plumbing, made an appointment, thecame out, changed a part that they already had on with them on the truck, were on their way in less than an hour. Paid my bill over the phone simple easy and efficient - all handled very professionally and reasonable priced. Will use them for my next plumbing needs. Thanks for running a great company.

I had a service call that was processed through my rental company. I was ultimately responsible for the invoice, and I contacted Mike to see what the charges were for. He was rude and talked down on me, because I didn't understand why I was charged $89 twice. To which he replied service calls can be anywhere from $89-$400. I just don't think it's fair to be charged $89 for a young kid to come out, and then $89 for the 'diagnostic slab leak test'. Turns out someone had entered my yard and turned my water hose on. So i was charged $178 for this young boy to turn off the water hose.

I thought his customer service was lacking, and his employee was unskilled. I don't recommend this company all in all.

I contacted my father, who is a realtor and also has three rental houses himself. He is use to dealing with different plumbing companies, and even he thought the charges were outrageous.

My backflow burst on Christmas morning and I had to shut my main off. I went on Yelp and tried calling A&D and Mike answered (hard to believe). I explained what happened and he directed me to shut my sprinkler feed and turn my main back on so I'd have running water in the house. Mike came out the following morning and had my problem fixed in minutes. I'm very happy with his professionalism and his responsiveness.

It's sometimes hard to find a reliable plumber. Most plumbers in my area seem to not return my call or make it hard to schedule.

Mr Rooter always answers and has someone to send out. Had two gentlemen come help me remove and water heater and bathtub and they made quick work of the task, were very polite and informed and answered all of my questions about moving forward and what to do next with my bathroom remodel. Price was very reasonable.

Moving forward with any plumbing issues, will be using Mr Rooter.

Cannon Plumbing saved the day when they expertly fixed the plumbing sink and pipe issues on a home built in the 1950's!  The owner and crew were incredibly professional and prompt.  They went a step further to assess if more systemic issues were present under the house (pier and beam foundation).  We were bracing for the worst, only to be relieved to hear a very honest, practical assessment.  In short, Cannon Plumbing is fast, courteous, professional, honest, and very knowledgeable with all issues plumbing and drain related!  A plumber you can trust!

Joaquin was very friendly and went above and beyond to explain what he was doing and what our plumbing issues were and gave several options as to go about fixing it. It was a simple unclogging  of the cleanout and he brought out the pipe camera and showed the interior of the pipes. Would  highly recommend and plan to use Andre's Pro Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs!

Failed to appear for scheduled appointments - just left us hanging - on more than one occasion!  Worst lack-of-service experience I have ever encountered.   I can't speak about the quality of their work, but their no-show antics and lack of communication are frustrating and highly unprofessional.

Just wondering if the standard charge to repair and replace a wall faucet cost 3,000 for 3 hours of labor. Even if the new faucet is 1000. and we wait for a month for it,
