We called Lantz Lakeside Plumbing for service on a Thursday, man came out on Friday. Great! He said he'd work up a quote over the weekend. Great! We waited until Wednesday to call (figured he was busy, job not an emergency). Receptionist said that day & 6 more days when we called that he was working on the quote & kept promising he'd call back. Several times she said he'd call in 30 minutes. After two weeks we gave up. A month later, my husband was in the area. Still perplexed about the situation (& in need of a plumber) he went into the Lago Vista office. A man who said he was the Comptroller said some one would call the next day. No one ever called. Fair warning to yelpers.

Our guest bathroom toilet was not working so we knew it was time to replace the internal parts. We contacted S&D on a Saturday and we were happy they were able to come out the same day. Our technician Esteban Corral explained in detail what needed to be done and provided an estimate and made the necessary repairs in a timely manner. We would recommend S&D for any future plumbing issues.

We bought this house a little over 2 years ago. It was built in the 1970's and needed a little TLC. Through general plumbing issues that have come up and DIY home renovations gone wrong, I've used Austin Plumbery about 6 different times and I continue to call them because of the responsiveness, availability, quality of work, customer service and reasonable costs. I have used two other companies on occasions Austin Plumbery didn't have availability and they were not pleasant experiences, not to mention the amount that charged for the level of service needed/received. Travis came out yesterday to fix a pipe that cracked during the recent freeze Christmas Eve. We realized there was a leak Christmas day, I messaged them that night and they responded within an hour for availability first thing the next morning. Travis was communicative and even found and additional problem and fixed everything and we were more than happy to pay the amount charged and it was reasonable and within budget. I've also found Austin Plumbery is the only place to charge a service call fee, but applies it toward the costs of service if you go with them. Everywhere else it's an additional fee. Which is an additional pain when you're desperate for services. I will continue to use Austin Plumbery and recommend them when folks mention needing a plumber!

They got here quick, did their best to minimize their tracks, solved the problem, and cleaned up carefully before they left. What more could you ask? Randolph and Coach were awesome. Thanks, guys.

I've used Rick and Glenn with Austin's Best Plumbing for at least five years now and they are marvelous. They give you excellent service at a fair price. I am very happy I've found good and decent guys to help me out. Invariably something breaks down on Friday or Saturday night or some other inconvenient time, but they are always there on Monday to help me out. They are really the best in town.

Randy & Ryan came to the rescue!
I tried to change the cartridge in my tub faucet and did well until I couldn't get out the cartridge.
He said wow and got to work.
They did a great job-fast, professional & friendly. If I could give 10 stars I wouldn't hesitate to do so.
I will call them for any future plumbing issues-
Thank you both for taking such great care of me.

Hill Country Plumbing has always been there for me. Great service! Super pleased with all of the work that was done. They even clean up after they are finished! Friendly, accommodating, and superior workmanship. I would give them six stars if I could!

Definitely worth writing a second review due to the great service Mike provides. Had an issue with my water heater and since he could not make it out that day he gave me some recommendations which fixed the problem. He saved me the consultation fee which I am grateful for. He is honest and will care about your plumbing issues like they are his own. Highly recommend over any other plumbing service in Killeen.

Andrew, from Mr. Rooter, was awesome! It wasn't my property, but I manage the maintenance for it. He called the tenant beforehand, then called me when he arrived and told me the total price. After accepted, he immediately started working on it. We had the kitchen faucet leaking a bunch of water. After he finished, voilá! No more leaking. If you request services from Mr. Rooter, ask them to send Andrew.
The 4 stars are because I found it a bit pricey (almost $400), but the service was good, quick, and reliable.

We've been using Longhorn Plumbing's services for the past 5 months or so. We found them on recommendation of our foundation company. We had to reset our foundation and of course this caused a handful of plumbing issues. We were very impressed with the work of the Longhorn Plumbing team as they spent 10 days working on our home and worked from 7am into the evening. They are probably one of the hardest working teams we've had do work on our home. Additionally their quote for a large project was the lowest we've received. We've also had them perform other smaller projects including hydrostatic testing and again their quotes are the lowest in the greater Austin region. Plumbing service work can really vary with some companies quoting us outrageous prices for a simple hydrostatic test. Do yourself a favor and call Longhorn Plumbing for experts at an affordable price!

On memorial day the high winds pushed a branch from a bush covering our irrigation system valve and broke the feed to the valve. I have had such bad experience with all forms of contractors that I usually do all repairs myself; electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc. However, its just too hot and I am too busy, so I got some referrals from my neighbors and called all the potential contractors. In the end, Connley won my business by following up to my call, and questions. That's the 1st test -- communication.
Also, being capable of the work myself, Connley gave me a small discount realizing that I was on the fence and he had to be more competitive that the other contractors. This was the 2nd test -- flexibility in pricing.
Next, he arrived on time, was respectful, spoke clearly, articulate and listened to me, so I didn't have to explain things 3 times.
Lastly, he finished the repair, tested the water pressure, gave me time to verify things were working, in other words, he wasn't in a rush and left when the job was complete. I personally inspected the work, I am not a plumber, but I develop complex electromechanical systems, and even gluing a couple PVC pipes together can be done in a good or bad way.
Finally, he reviewed the work with me, showed me some mechanical aspects of the valve assembly for future testing and told me about the warranty (3 years, parts and labor) -- can't beat that.
In conclusion, Cannon Plumbing & Drain LLC, is a great local, owner operated business and not a large firm with sub-contractors. With Cannon, seems like you are going to get much better service since reviews like this can make or break the business :) Of course, Connley can only be in one place at a time, so you might need to wait a couple days for an appointment, but I would wait rather than use a larger service.
I definitely will use Cannon again, hopefully, I don't have to call them any time soon though, and nothing else breaks!

Super friendly and responsive. All prices quoted up front and transparent. Honestly, I felt like i was dealing with a family member or a friend.

I needed a leak found and repaired. It was a complicated job, but they stuck with it, even when fixing the leak caused another plumber's faulty repair to fail and they had to return the next day to fix that. I will use Pennington's again.

Rescheduled my service twice due to emergencies after I set aside time and took off work for their window. Being rescheduled once I get, twice is ridiculous
