Water leak just past the water meter on the homeowners side.   Called and they came right out.  Family company.  Nice blue van. Young man (20's) was very friendly and seemed to know what he was doing.  Fortunately, he was able to pinpoint the leak in about an hour.

Needed to get sewer lines cleaned out. Was charged over $300 and given a $5700 quote on what to do to make it better. 2 days later had the same problem and the response I got was the lines were in bad shape and needed repairs that cost $5700. Went to Home Depot and rented a machine to do it myself. That was mid October and I haven't had any other issues. I will never use them again. Cheaper just to do the dirty work myself.

Without a doubt MR. David you are awesome!! David came by a few days ago (after have called 2 other plumbers early in the day that by the way never showed up) I called David at about 4:30pm and showed up within the hour. He fixed our problem or problemsss within Maybe an hour or so. He was fast reliable and just all around PERFECT!! For any future problems we may encounter this is where we are going first and last!! I have used M1 twice. M1 beat other estimates I received on both instances. I experienced quality service with a water heater replacement and faucet leak. They were out at my house within 24 hours of my initial call. Great family business who aren't out to hit your wallet. I highly recommend them.

I would work with Andre again in a snap. As a semi new home owner/ landlord things like replacing two water heaters at the same time is a scary task. Andre came out to give me a competitive quote and answered all my questions thoughtfully and with detail. He communicated everything that would happen in a way that helped me understand the process and communicate in advance with my tenants. He was quick to get back to me, on time and did a great job.

New toilets installed which needed piping changed.  Appointment was easy to make and he arrived as expected.
Work was completed without any issues.

I had to communicate with Rick from a distance, and he was very good at keeping me posted.  He provided important information I used to decide to install hot water heaters to replace a tankless heater.  He was prompt and kept commitments. Also friendly. I can't imagine anyone better.

Unbelievably fantastic service!  We moved into a 1940's home today (a Sunday) and while installing our washer, a water pipe cracked. This meant we had to turn the water off to the house, a very concerning situation given we would not be able to shower in the morning to get ready for work.  We called A&A and within less than 45 minutes, Patrick arrived at our doorstep.  Patrick was on call and was on his way to dinner with his family but you would have never guessed we had interrupted his plans.  He was extremely courteous and completed the work with the utmost care.  We were back up and running and back to our move-in with no additional care.  Patrick could not have been nicer or done a better job.  We were extremely impressed and hope that if you call A&A, Patrick gets assigned to your job!  Thanks Patrick and A&A!

While it took a while to get on the schedule, it was well worth it. I had been used to plumbers from our builder that were less than desirable to hire again. The hill country guys were courteous, respectful, and hate to say it, but had all their teeth :D. My biggest regret is that we didnt have them when we built as they are fantastic and please dont waste your time if you have a plumbing issue, call them and let them impress you!

My husband had an issue with our water heater and since Mike could not make it out that day he gave him some recommendations which fixed the problem. He saved us the consultation fee which I am grateful for. He is honest and will care about your plumbing issues like they are his own. Highly recommend over any other plumbing service in Killeen.

My pool backflow preventer busted and Mike responded immediately to my call.  He gave me a quick diagnosis based on some pictures I texted him, then gave me a choice of times to come by and take a closer look. He showed up when he said he was going to, explained the problem clearly and showed me what happened, described my options, immediately went and got the part I needed, replaced it, and got the system back up and moving again. He was friendly and did great work and I would recommend him without hesitation.

It's sometimes hard to find a reliable plumber. Most plumbers in my area seem to not return my call or make it hard to schedule.

Mr Rooter always answers and has someone to send out. Had two gentlemen come help me remove and water heater and bathtub and they made quick work of the task, were very polite and informed and answered all of my questions about moving forward and what to do next with my bathroom remodel. Price was very reasonable.

Moving forward with any plumbing issues, will be using Mr Rooter.

Had a major water leak in the crawlspace in a 50's home. The water was a foot deep in crawlspace! First we got the water pumped out and let it dry out for 2 weeks. Longhorn Plumbing was available, showed up on time, and made the repair quickly. They also suggested we insulated the pipes on the exterior walls while they were there. They did all this work at reasonable costs and were very professional.
I highly recommend them and will use them again myself!

Connley with Cannon Plumbing was recommended by a friend and he did a great job for me.  He installed 2 sink faucets I had purchased and re-installed 2 more that had been installed incorrectly.  I told him I was selling the house soon so he suggested checking the gas line to the A/C and water heater to make sure everything would pass inspection.  The gas water heater (although recently installed by another company) was not to code, so Connley installed the correct fittings.  He even gave me instructions on how to light the pilot light so I wouldn't have to pay someone to come out and do that.   He did a great job and his prices were reasonable!

I absolutely love them!!! Joaquin and Andrei are extremely punctual and amazing at what they do. The company as a whole is extremely professional! From the moment I called and spoke to an Allyson to the follow-up call that I had after my master bedroom bathroom leak was fixed. You don't get to meet too many family-run companies that are embedded in U.S based labor and exceed expectations. Referring them to all my friends and family in San Antonio!

Called on Monday for a non-emergency leak and Jacob was out on Wednesday. He was able to make it to the house earlier than expected and I wasn't able to get there in time, but he said no problem. He let himself into the yard, played with my dogs and replaced the leaking hose bib. Price was very reasonable and $30 cheaper than other quotes.
Would recommend and will use in the future.

Reliant Plumbing is not transparent about their pricing. When asked multiple times during the scheduling call, what their pricing is for an exterior tankless water heater flushing, the receptionist refused to respond and kept pushing a $89 fee if service is refused. When Jacob showed up, he quoted us $445 for the service when everywhere else the average is $150-$250. While deciding if we should move forward with the service, they went ahead and got started without approval pushing us into completing the service. I would not recommend this service as the pricing is shady and overpriced forcing you into paying their non transparent costs. Go elsewhere.
