He got to us ASAP and did a super job of getting our water back on. Reliable and Trustworthy. We will use him again when necessary. His price was reasonable and we appreciate how he took care of us. Aside from the long wait, which we'll blame on the Northern weather waltzing in like your drunk uncle at the family reunion stumbling into the closet he thought was a bathroom, the guys who came to fix my burst pipe were excellent. Very professional, thorough, and explained everything to me. Oh one other thing, Christopher, you're about to make me sound like my dad here but, turn off the lights when you leave a room boy, you payin this electric bill?!

This was our first experience with Austin Plumbery, and we definitely recommend them and will use them again as needed in the future. I love the fact that they are a woman-owned business. I enjoyed reading about the history of the company on their easy to read/use website. And all four of our plumbing issues were taken care of efficiently and professionally within 4 days of me scheduling our visit (a part had to be ordered so a second visit was required). Everyone we worked with was personable, authentic, and professional.

Andre is an excellent communicator, both before, during and after the job. He allows work to be scheduled for a specific day and time and he hits that appt. His workstyle is quiet and respectful while he is on your property, and he is willing to collaborate with you if you want to be his helper to save time and money, too.
My concern was that I would lose my investment in the art tile that was installed in front of my guest room shower fixture two years ago, but Andre accessed the leaks behind that wall from a hallway and cleaning closet, preserving the guest bath's esthetic.
The great 2021 Texas ice storm was harrowing here, but Andre was worth the wait and we were ecstatic to have running water restored by Andre after 17 days without.

Our business had a water leak in one of our rest rooms and we could not figure out where it was coming from.  I contacted RC, he was out at our facility within 60 minutes. RC figured out where the leak was coming from and fixed the problem in 30 minutes or less.  RC, was very professional, and took the time to explain what the issue was as well as how to avoid this from happening in the future.   I have never utilized this company before; after RC's professionalism, knowledge and customer service skills, we will be utilizing this company in the future.

Very nice guys!  Had a lot of plumbing to be done including a pressure valve regulator, expansion tank for the water heater, replacing hose bibs plus syphon/back flow preventers, and fixed some bent tubing.  They got it all done and had competitive prices.

We hired My Plumbing to connect a water line on some property of ours. It was an absolutely fantastic experience. Mike almost always answered the phone and his communication with us was unmatched. He did so many services (driving to our house to receive payment, obligation-free assessment, etc.) out of courtesy and was really flexible with our crazy schedule! I will be using them in the future and would definitely recommend!

I needed someone to fix a toilet leak at my house and also check the water pressure of my shower because it was too strong. Honest and fast service. He went to get a part to fix the toilet and didn't charge extra. Very reasonable price, would hire again.

Andrew, from Mr. Rooter, was awesome! It wasn't my property, but I manage the maintenance for it. He called the tenant beforehand, then called me when he arrived and told me the total price. After accepted, he immediately started working on it. We had the kitchen faucet leaking a bunch of water. After he finished, voilá! No more leaking. If you request services from Mr. Rooter, ask them to send Andrew.

The 4 stars are because I found it a bit pricey (almost $400), but the service was good, quick, and reliable.

Had a major water leak in the crawlspace in a 50's home. The water was a foot deep in crawlspace! First we got the water pumped out and let it dry out for 2 weeks. Longhorn Plumbing was available, showed up on time, and made the repair quickly. They also suggested we insulated the pipes on the exterior walls while they were there. They did all this work at reasonable costs and were very professional.
I highly recommend them and will use them again myself!

We are In the process of filing suit for damages to our foundation and plumbing.  This company is absolutely reckless...go elsewhere!!!

They made a huge hole inside our home after incorrectly locating a sewage break...oops!  The break was actually outside of the home and was of course repaired from the exterior.  But, the plumber left a non-plumber here who spent a day digging for a broken pipe that wasn't anywhere near this hole.  In essence, jeopardizing the integrity of our foundation for absolutely no reason and to add insult to injury...we were charged for the digging, the hole & filling it back in.

So here is the full story....
We hired Cannon to identify and repair a plumbing leak after having some foundation work done.  Roger came out and found what he said was a really bad leak in need of immediate repair in a tough location which was a major job.  We were
quoted $5,000 to repair and promised a 5-year warranty.  We called around and although other companies charge $1000-$1500....the typical warranty is only 1-2 years.  Looking back, I wish I would have gone with the gut, after talking to the owner and getting the total BS vibe, and took my business elsewhere but I bit on the longer warranty.  Well upon repairing the first leak which was 1)rescheduled twice, 2)took 2-days versus the were 1-day we were promised and 3)hit a water line...they found yet another even bigger leak, a complete separation in fact, with roots all in the pipe.  They supposedly located the break, which was in the middle of a secondary bedroom.  Roger and his son left and some non-plumber proceeded to dig out the hole to access the break.  Well fast forward to that night...I go in the room and remove the boards to look at this supposed huge break and....nothing!  There is the pipe...perfectly intact...and there is the huge dry hole...and the huge pile of completely dry soil next to it.  Not at all what you would expect from a massive leak right?  Well Roger and his son came the next morning and spent about an hour in the flowerbed on the side of the house repairing the broken pipe.  Not once did they go in that hole inside...not once did they even look at it..except to fill it back in...after the repair was made from outside.  Wow...so I have a hole for nothing?  Well according to roger and now Connley...it's better to know and see if.  What?  What does that even mean?!  BS
The plumber took our check but forgot to leave the invoice in his hurry to get out of the rain.  And that warranty...well we just now got that along with the invoice (single paragraph) after over a month and 1000 texts/phones calls to the company requesting it and.

I own a real estate business and 11 investment properties...this is the worst vendor experience I've had to date.

Andrea's Plumbing was great. They were easy to connect with, responsive. Arrived when they said and fixed our issue quickly. Will definitely use them in the future.

In the process of completing a remodel and called Chris Pennington after extensive research and bad experiences with other local plumbers.  Mr. Pennington was upfront and honest about his pricing and took the time to explain what my best options were during our estimate meeting.  His office immediately called me to set up an appointment and were able to accommodate my schedule.  Nathan and Sam showed up right on time and did an excellent job on the plumbing in my kitchen and two bathrooms.  Was thoroughly impressed at how smoothly the whole process was.  I will definitely use them again.

The young man who came was very nice and fixed my leaking toilet.  It took him all of 5 minutes to repair the toilet.  My bill was $400.  Will not use them again.
