I picked lantz's because we were having a grinder pump issue and the specialize in grinder pumps.

The grinder pump failure caused sewage to backup, but when the grinder pump was cleared, one section of plumbing didnt clear. The lantz's plumber cleared it and it was all good.

After a lot of flushes the next bathroom down the plumbing line turned out to now be clogged. I had lantz's come back. This time they used a camera and discovered the clog had moved down the plumbing stack but wasnt a full clog. Water was backing up over time, but could still run through the system.

They cleared the clog and didnt charge for the second visit.

I was having a pooptastic day when I had to call Michelle at S&D Plumbing. She was very kind, helpful, and responsive. She was able to schedule Ryan, a drain technician, right away and he arrived at our home only 2.5 hours after I made contact . My first impression was that he was super nice and I really appreciated that they quote on a per job basis and not hourly. Although it wasn't the easiest to navigate our plumbing pipes, Ryan worked tirelessly and tenaciously until our drain was functioning again. It was a rough day, but having experienced the S&D treatment and knowing how much they value customer service, I will not hesitate for a moment to recommend them to everyone I know.

These guys were subcontractors for Classic Restoration.  They went above and beyond by recommending insulating the pipes.  They cleaned the drain on my daughter tub and sink.  They worked late into the night until the work was done.  They cleaned up after themselves.  All the guys were friendly and helpful.

Five stars for service all around. Office side of things as far as scheduling and communication is amazing. Getting text notifications is way important to me to maximize my time daily, so knowing when the person is on the way was fantastic! Travis was professional and provided extremely great and efficient work and left no question unanswered. I will recommend them to anyone who will listen.... Lol. I was remodeling a house the last two weeks of the year, in a rush, during the holidays, and Andre was always responsive and completely competent and helped me get everything ready for move-in on time. He's completely knowledgeable, a hard worker, and a heck of a nice guy. Now I'm going to have him back to talk about an outdoor shower I've dreamed up.  I can't recommend him enough for any and all plumbing jobs!

I made some complains about the service their plumber provided(2nd time using them) and the owner says his worker is too damn perfect there's no way he deserves one single complain! WOW!! good luck with this company

We were not in town when there was an emergency plumbing issue at our home. A&A Plumbing were quick to respond to our request, provide an estimate, and walk us through the entire process. Their team was highly professional and skilled - they arrived on site with a scope and identified the issue immediately. They worked around our schedule to expedite the job. The quality of work was top-notch for a fair price. Customer service from the on-site team and back office was excellent.

Great service from these guys. While they are busy and I had to schedule a few weeks out, it was easy to do and it was worth the wait. I got a reminder call a day before the appointment and another from the technicians before they headed my way - on time. Collin and Cade were helpful and professional; they fixed one problem and advised me on another that I thought I had but didn't. They saved me time and money and took care of business efficiently. We will definitely use this company again.

We are new to the area and one of the joys of home ownership is all the repairs that come with it.  Our water heater was leaking water all over and a quick call to Mike was all it took to get it fixed.  He came in on a Saturday, on time and was so fast in replacing the whole water heater I was stunned!!  He also took the old one and was so courteous and made us feel at ease.

My pool backflow preventer busted and Mike responded immediately to my call.  He gave me a quick diagnosis based on some pictures I texted him, then gave me a choice of times to come by and take a closer look. He showed up when he said he was going to, explained the problem clearly and showed me what happened, described my options, immediately went and got the part I needed, replaced it, and got the system back up and moving again. He was friendly and did great work and I would recommend him without hesitation.

Our plumber arrived on the early side of the timeframe given, was pleasant and professional, and got the damaged toilet switched out for a new one in less than 30 minutes. He asked me to inspect the job, I saw that the seat was a little crooked, and he adjusted that in about 2 minutes.

This is our second experience with Mr. Rooter of New Braunfels, and both have been great.

We've been using Longhorn Plumbing's services for the past 5 months or so.  We found them on recommendation of our foundation company.  We had to reset our foundation and of course this caused a handful of plumbing issues.  We were very impressed with the work of the Longhorn Plumbing team as they spent 10 days working on our home and worked from 7am into the evening.  They are probably one of the hardest working teams we've had do work on our home.  Additionally their quote for a large project was the lowest we've received.  We've also had them perform other smaller projects including hydrostatic testing and again their quotes are the lowest in the greater Austin region.  Plumbing service work can really vary with some companies quoting us outrageous prices for a simple hydrostatic test.  Do yourself a favor and call Longhorn Plumbing for experts at an affordable price!

Recently hired Cannon plumbing for a plumbing emergency at my home. They were prompt to provide clear estimates over the phone, were able to send qualified crew to the location within 2 hours. All along, Conley was courteous, succinct and prompt. The crew mitigated the problem in 1 day which avoided the need to book hotels etc. Moreover, came back in a couple of days and implemented a long term solution.
4 stars because their price is a little higher than other plumbers out there - but can be worth it if you value speed and clear communication. Moreover, they remain a great source of price comparison and plumbing advice.

I absolutely love them!!! Joaquin and Andrei are extremely punctual and amazing at what they do. The company as a whole is extremely professional! From the moment I called and spoke to an Allyson to the follow-up call that I had after my master bedroom bathroom leak was fixed. You don't get to meet too many family-run companies that are embedded in U.S based labor and exceed expectations. Referring them to all my friends and family in San Antonio!

These folks were really wonderful, coming to my house at the last minute and truly saving the day! We just moved to the Spicewood area, and they are my new best friends (or at least my new favorite plumbers! )

Justin and Luis did a great job.  They were prompt, even early but asked permission before arriving prior to the scheduled time.  They did a great job on the repair. Justin was clear about another issue my system has, even though it can't easily be solved. Overall this team communicated well, did a great job, and cleaned up after.  Would recommend.
