My septic tank alarm sparked my call to Lantz's   Within 12 hrs Brandon was dispatched after the office emailed me a pic and bio. I am happy that my 3 yr old pump was not the cause for the alarm. PVC pipes melted from the recent extreme heat. When the cap was lifted off the tank at 8 am boiling hot water was observed. Brandon replaced the pipes and had time to check on a few other small  plumbing issues inside my house. We had a faucet start to leak in our guest bathroom and living in a condo, you really, really, don't want to have leaks because they can damage more than just your unit!
I had heard about Austin Plumbery when they won an Austin Women's Magazine award as a woman-owned, Austin-based business, so I decided to give them a try.
Same day service. Travis showed up after calling to say he was on his way, pulled the faucet and said that he thought he could fix it.
This would be great because we would save buying a new faucet and the service call of bringing him back out to install it. It is a very tight little space to work in!
He fixed it, tested it thoroughly, and then reinstalled it and was pleasant professional throughout. We will be calling on Austin Plumbery again the next time we need help!
Oh, as an additional piece of information, this has to be the most responsive company I have dealt with in ages when it comes to communicating by text and email. Love it!

Andre was very nice and professional. He was on job site promptly, and unclogged my garbage disposal pipe, replaced a part, and cleaned up the work site afterwards. His hourly rate was the best quote I got out of 10 places I contacted via Yelp, and he charged me less than that for the job that took half an hour (he didn't ask for the full rate because it is the first hour). He also accepts online payments via Venmo. Recommended.

We had several issues that needed taken care of & they got to us within one day.  And, to make it more crazy, they were to go to my moms to fix a leaking bathroom sink, leaking & running toilet & a problem with an outside faucet...plus drain a hot water heater. The night before the appointment my husband was working in our yard & hit a water line ... yep .... I called them & they came to our house the next morning instead & still managed to get to my moms as scheduled that day.  We were so impressed with their promptness, courtesy, efficiency & overall good work.  We will use Lee Whiteaker Plumbing from now on.  Big shoutout to MO for returning all my calls & to the guy who came to our homes & did the work.  Thank you so much!!!

Great service from these guys. While they are busy and I had to schedule a few weeks out, it was easy to do and it was worth the wait. I got a reminder call a day before the appointment and another from the technicians before they headed my way - on time. Collin and Cade were helpful and professional; they fixed one problem and advised me on another that I thought I had but didn't. They saved me time and money and took care of business efficiently. We will definitely use this company again.

I'm glad we stumbled across these guys. They really are the best. We've used them several times over the past year and a half, since the beginning of glorious 2020. Everything from a leaking water heater, leaking toilet, busted pipe in our wall, faucet installations, and water heater install. They do it all and each time they came through the quality of service has been outstanding. They have this friendly-neighbor feel to them. Whenever we have a water issue we do not hesitate to call them. Each of these guys perform consistent quality work.

Leon is our plumber and always will be. We met him when our foundations were bring totally redone, and I would happily recommend him to anyone who wants an honest, experienced professional.

I got a quote from this company for re-plumbing my property. He said all the right things and appeared to really want the work. He took the time to put a quote together and send it to us. I called and tried to schedule the work, he said next week (Monday or Wednesday). He said he would let me know. We called him back on that Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday along with texting him. No answers. I really figured he was injured or something. I actually held out on finding someone else to do the work. We tried calling again from our phone and then from a friends, On the friends we got a call back immediately. The receptionist tried to say she did not get any of our messages or text from several of our phones. Apparently they did not really want the work. It would have been nice if they could have not wasted my time and just been honest from the get go.

In the process of completing a remodel and called Chris Pennington after extensive research and bad experiences with other local plumbers.  Mr. Pennington was upfront and honest about his pricing and took the time to explain what my best options were during our estimate meeting.  His office immediately called me to set up an appointment and were able to accommodate my schedule.  Nathan and Sam showed up right on time and did an excellent job on the plumbing in my kitchen and two bathrooms.  Was thoroughly impressed at how smoothly the whole process was.  I will definitely use them again.

Dominic was fantastic! His ability to explain the situation honestly and fairly saved us time and money. We'll be having them back out once foundation repair is complete for an assessment. Highly recommend Dominic and Reliant Plumbing!
