Water leak just past the water meter on the homeowners side.   Called and they came right out.  Family company.  Nice blue van. Young man (20's) was very friendly and seemed to know what he was doing.  Fortunately, he was able to pinpoint the leak in about an hour.

Run away. S&D made a mistake when they inspected my home before I bought it. Their plumber said there were no breaks and no bellies. Just a few months later, my laundry line broke and two separate camera tests -- one by S&D plumbers -- confirmed that there were bellies. Both S&D and the other company independently said that the whole house needs to be repiped. Bellies do not develop in two months. Their first plumber made a mistake when he inspected my house.  Okay. Mistakes do happen, even by good companies. So I asked S&D to help remedy the problem, which is what I would expect from a reputable company. The best they could do was meet the low bid from another company that has done quality work for people I know, and Dan acted like they were offering me the moon. In the end, I felt unsupported and blamed for the problem that I am experiencing. I bought this house trusting their word, but I know better than to trust them again. This company may have good plumbers on staff, but their management and client support is awful.

David is absolutely top notch.
Take it from an Austin landlord and property manager.  He is now my secret weapon for all my plumbing needs in the Austin area after having used him for two jobs in the same week.

Austin Plumbery is great.  Travis arrived - got to accessing the problem we reported and went to work on fixing the issue. First company that came out did nothing to truly access the problem; just stood in my bathroom and saw I was in the middle of remodeling my home and blamed the problem on possible issues caused my my remodeling contractor and gave mea quote of just over $1,000. That company will remained unnamed- but part of their name has the words pipe & Dr.... dishonest and just guessing at what might be my problem.

Quickly came and diagnosed the problem. Got the problem leak taken care of and educated me on further repairs I should take. Price was more than fair. Would highly recommend reaching out to New Earth plumbing

Our clothes washer was stopped up. In no time about 30 min tops. RC got his machine out snaked the line ran the clothes washer thru a drain cycle and has his machine put up.  I can say RC knew his stuff. I had a state plumbing license for years.

If I could give a neg * review I would. We have a 1/2 bath in our main level. We had the tile flooring removed and to do that had to move the toilet and the sink. The toilet was professionally put back with a new wax ring. The sink was a basic reinstall hooking up the water and drain pipe. Ever since the sink we removed we have had a sewer odor coming from the bathroom. We called Cowboy plumbing to identify the cause. We removed the sink again and even cut away the drywall around the pipes to allow him to see what was there.
They responded the next day and when he arrived he spent 5 mins in the house and told us to keep the pee trap full of water!  Obviously that wasn't the problem. But they charged us $125 for the service call. I called them back and was told they could come again but if he finds another problem it could cost us again?  
Call someone else. Don't use this service. I'm a very unhappy customer and they made no attempt to solve the problem they should have investigated the first time. I hate to give such bad reviews but this poor service deserves one so others aren't taken advantage of like I feel we were.

We have  used Rick as our plumber for the 30 years we've lived in our old Allendale home. I can't count the number of times he has saved our bacon when it came to minor to major plumbing repairs over the years. Always dependable and honest.  He is like family to us now!

The entire crew at A&A were top notch. From scheduling to the plumbers, journeymen, and coordinator. They were courteous, professional and neat. We had a major issue and A&A took fantastic care to get the job done the correct way and in a timely manner! Thanks to the whole team!!! We are grateful to all of you!

Collie was my service rep and he is great. He helped troubleshoot our water heater problems and even guided us through warranty coverage. They were also there to help us through the lake floods last fall. Highly recommend them.

Mike, you are AMAZING!!! We called him at 9 this morning when we realized there was water coming up through our floor in the living room. We called 3 different places and Mike was the only one who said he would come out and assess the situation without charging us just to look. He gave us a time he would be here, called when he was running late, showed up with a great attitude and got right to work. He found the problem with the first guess and gave us great pricing on the solution that was so reasonable, we thought he was kidding. I was so stressed out over this problem and within 5 minutes of being in my house, Mike has completely put my mind at ease and I knew that the job would get done right. If you want a good contractor, someone you can trust, call Mike, you won't regret it.

My backflow burst on Christmas morning and I had to shut my main off. I went on Yelp and tried calling A&D and Mike answered (hard to believe). I explained what happened and he directed me to shut my sprinkler feed and turn my main back on so I'd have running water in the house. Mike came out the following morning and had my problem fixed in minutes. I'm very happy with his professionalism and his responsiveness.

It's sometimes hard to find a reliable plumber. Most plumbers in my area seem to not return my call or make it hard to schedule.

Mr Rooter always answers and has someone to send out. Had two gentlemen come help me remove and water heater and bathtub and they made quick work of the task, were very polite and informed and answered all of my questions about moving forward and what to do next with my bathroom remodel. Price was very reasonable.

Moving forward with any plumbing issues, will be using Mr Rooter.

We've been using Longhorn Plumbing's services for the past 5 months or so.  We found them on recommendation of our foundation company.  We had to reset our foundation and of course this caused a handful of plumbing issues.  We were very impressed with the work of the Longhorn Plumbing team as they spent 10 days working on our home and worked from 7am into the evening.  They are probably one of the hardest working teams we've had do work on our home.  Additionally their quote for a large project was the lowest we've received.  We've also had them perform other smaller projects including hydrostatic testing and again their quotes are the lowest in the greater Austin region.  Plumbing service work can really vary with some companies quoting us outrageous prices for a simple hydrostatic test.  Do yourself a favor and call Longhorn Plumbing for experts at an affordable price!

They made an appt to show up to fix my plumbing issue between 2-4 PM.  NEVER SHOWED UP!  I called the owner and asked where they were and he said that he would check and call me back in two minutes.  After 45 minutes, I called him and the call went straight to voicemail.  I missed an entire afternoon of work to meet them.  I will never call them again.

We needed our kitchen sink plumbing snaked out. Another company cancelled due to the freezing weather, but Joaquin fit me in even in his packed schedule. He was super friendly, professional and fast. He was also very reasonable and his company gave me a quote before he came out, unlike the other company I had booked with. I am so happy we can do the dishes again! This is a great plumbing service company and if I ever need anything I will call them again without hesitation.

I was very pleased with the two gentlemen that came out to fix our toilet. Very knowledgeable, thorough, pleasant and fast workers. Very happy with the toilet they purchased to replace ours, although I had never heard of the brand, it has the feel of quality materials, and I think it will last us for quite sometime. Price was very reasonable, will be using this company in the future and will tell all my neighbors about them! Thanks guys, I appreciate it!

Logan was such a joy to have in our home. He was on time, responsive, and explained all of our issues, all while getting us a great price. I will always go to Reliant so long as they have employees like Logan!!
