I have had four other plumbers come to work on our issue and none of them were able to fix the problem. Chris came out and was able to fix it the same day I called to make the appointment. So glad that the mystery has been solved! Very knowledgeable and so friendly.

After hearing from one plumber that my busted pipe due to tree roots was too much for him to handle and that I was looking at paying someone in the neighborhood of $2500, I was pretty nervous. Called five different plumbers who were all booked at least a week out but kept giving me recommendations of other plumbers who were also overbooked. I got David Graves number from a friend and called him. He answered right away and said he was sure he could have someone out that day and would have them call me directly. I got a call within the hour from his son Todd. He was on another call but said he'd be over right after. It took him a little longer than he expected but he called to update me. Once he arrived, it took him all of three minutes to look at the hole in my front yard and tell me he would have it fixed and my water back on that day and it would cost me $250. And that is exactly what he did. He found the problem fixed it, recovered the hole and it was done in nothing flat. He was friendly and extremely knowledgable and no nonsense. He even called the next day to follow up and make sure everything was working ok. Not really what I expected from a plumber. A pleasant surprise. I highly recommend David Graves Plumbing.

Fixed ancient corroded faucets that the previous occupants didn't need? Why would you want hot water in a bathroom sink? Ohhh...washing face and hands maybe? Shudder! Also reseated the toilet that kept rocking and rolling.

Did great job, were neat, tidy and respectful of the rest of the house .... plumbing in the time of a pandemic!

I called Jared last night after I received a call from the water service reporting a broken pipe spewing water outside my house. I wasn't there to assess the damage, but Jared talked me through the issue and implications. He sent Randolph out the first thing the next day (after we ensured the water had been turned off the night prior), and he quickly replaced the broken ball valve, and ensured the pipe was clear and no longer frozen. It was definitely a crisis averted, but Randolph talked me through what to do in the future to prevent anything like that from happening again. I'll be calling them for a few updates to my system in the near future, and cannot recommend Cowboy Plumbing highly enough. Professional, kind, thorough, and courteous.

Rick came from Austin's Best Plumbing to replace a toilet.  He quoted us a price over the phone, but said that there could be a range depending on other factors with the installation.  He was right on time, polite, and got quickly to work.  When he finished the install, he asked what else he could help with and took care of 2 other minor plumbing issues in about 10 minutes.  He ended up charging up less than the price he quoted, saying that, the other jobs were easy ones and that the toilet had been simple to install with no complications. Rick was honest and efficient - highly recommended!

I chose A&A Plumbing based on their 5 * rating on Yelp. They performed above and beyond my expectations. Ryan showed up as scheduled with my 30 minute advance notification. I appreciate A&A's practice of sending a photo and bio before dispatching their plumber. Ryan quickly identified the core issue of many of the problems as my dead water softener pushing media into the water lines. He discussed my options and his proposed solutions. I believe the quote of all the work to be done was quite fair.
I will use them for all my future plumbing needs and have talked them up to friends. Absolute top notch service!

Had issue with a shower not being able to shut of completely, called Hill Country Plumbing, made an appointment, thecame out, changed a part that they already had on with them on the truck, were on their way in less than an hour. Paid my bill over the phone simple easy and efficient - all handled very professionally and reasonable priced. Will use them for my next plumbing needs. Thanks for running a great company.

Definitely worth writing a second review due to the great service Mike provides. Had an issue with my water heater and since he could not make it out that day he gave me some recommendations which fixed the problem. He saved me the consultation fee which I am grateful for. He is honest and will care about your plumbing issues like they are his own. Highly recommend over any other plumbing service in Killeen.

My pool backflow preventer busted and Mike responded immediately to my call.  He gave me a quick diagnosis based on some pictures I texted him, then gave me a choice of times to come by and take a closer look. He showed up when he said he was going to, explained the problem clearly and showed me what happened, described my options, immediately went and got the part I needed, replaced it, and got the system back up and moving again. He was friendly and did great work and I would recommend him without hesitation.

Our plumber arrived on the early side of the timeframe given, was pleasant and professional, and got the damaged toilet switched out for a new one in less than 30 minutes. He asked me to inspect the job, I saw that the seat was a little crooked, and he adjusted that in about 2 minutes.

This is our second experience with Mr. Rooter of New Braunfels, and both have been great.

Had a major water leak in the crawlspace in a 50's home. The water was a foot deep in crawlspace! First we got the water pumped out and let it dry out for 2 weeks. Longhorn Plumbing was available, showed up on time, and made the repair quickly. They also suggested we insulated the pipes on the exterior walls while they were there. They did all this work at reasonable costs and were very professional.
I highly recommend them and will use them again myself!

On memorial day the high winds pushed a branch from a bush covering our irrigation system valve and broke the feed to the valve. I have had such bad experience with all forms of contractors that I usually do all repairs myself; electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc. However, its just too hot and I am too busy, so I got some referrals from my neighbors and called all the potential contractors. In the end, Connley won my business by following up to my call, and questions. That's the 1st test -- communication.

Also, being capable of the work myself, Connley gave me a small discount realizing that I was on the fence and he had to be more competitive that the other contractors. This was the 2nd test -- flexibility in pricing.

Next, he arrived on time, was respectful, spoke clearly, articulate and listened to me, so I didn't have to explain things 3 times.

Lastly, he finished the repair, tested the water pressure, gave me time to verify things were working, in other words, he wasn't in a rush and left when the job was complete. I personally inspected the work, I am not a plumber, but I develop complex electromechanical systems, and even gluing a couple PVC pipes together can be done in a good or bad way.

Finally, he reviewed the work with me, showed me some mechanical aspects of the valve assembly for future testing and told me about the warranty (3 years, parts and labor) -- can't beat that.

In conclusion, Cannon Plumbing & Drain LLC, is a great local, owner operated business and not a large firm with sub-contractors. With Cannon, seems like you are going to get much better service since reviews like this can make or break the business :) Of course, Connley can only be in one place at a time, so you might need to wait a couple days for an appointment, but I would wait rather than use a larger service.

I definitely will use Cannon again, hopefully, I don't have to call them any time soon though, and nothing else breaks!

Andre and Joaquin did several jobs (mostly unfinished & sloppy work by our contractor) for our home. We were very pleased with their professionalism, responsiveness, doing plumbing the legit way (permits and all), and attention to detail. They are a smaller business so it may take them a little longer to finish the job - but they do great work! I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumbing company.

This company is really top notch.  I have had to call them and just thought I would leave a message after 6pm and one time about 9pm.  Nope, someone answered the phone.  They took care of making an appt..  When the guys showed up, what a great group of workers.  They were knowledgeable, did not try and over price me.  They gave me options, AWESOME, AFFORDABLE,  I needed them in Burnet and Marble Falls, and they were so efficient and showed up on time. I have used them now 3 times, every time, great people. THANK YOU THANK YOU

My sink flooded the bathroom. I called early in the morning. They said they were open and would list my call as an emergency. I trusted them to come and didn't make other arrangements for the active leak. At the end of the day they texted and said they would not be out for TWO more days! I explained it was an active leak! Terrible.
