The quote process went smoothly; the guy (Mark Milner) that showed up was on time and very friendly. We received the quote within a couple days and we were very happy with it and so we planned to proceed with Lantz. However, we were told *multiple* times by the lady responsible for handling calls and scheduling that she needed to discuss with the guys to determine how many days required. We waited a week, then called her back, being told that she hadn't found time to talk with them about the days required (what?). OK, this happens 3 times(!); we call to see if she has dates yet, but somehow over 3-4 weeks, she has not found the time to schedule our project. Very disappointing as we had a great experience with everyone and the quote process except the gatekeeper on the other end of the phone line. We eventually went with Dennis from Gotcher Plumbing - I can't say enough good things about Gotcher - his quote was better the Lantz's, he was a great communicator, on time, and professional. I highly recommend Gotcher!

We bought a home and needed several plumbing items.  David was prompt to meet our availability to give a bid to install items we had purchased and to perform repairs.  We accepted that bid and set a date.  Circumstances forced me to reschedule twice, and David was accommodating.  His two guys, Jimmy and Tony, arrived when expected and installed a new kitchen sink, disposal, reverse osmosis system and dishwasher.  And repaired a shower mixer valve.  And replaced a toilet.  And made provisions in the garage for a refrigerator ice maker.  Jimmy and Tony obviously knew their trade and worked steadily and cheerfully to complete all tasks.  I recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

Joe is the absolute best! Honest, timely and professional. I've dealt with large companies that push repairs and products you don't need  to hit their commission. I would not use another plumbing company after my experience with Austin Plumbery.

I made some complains about the service their plumber provided(2nd time using them) and the owner says his worker is too damn perfect there's no way he deserves one single complain! WOW!! good luck with this company

We are new to having a septic system. Suddenly none of our toilets would flush. I called 3 plumbing companies and nine could help us for 8-10 weeks or just not at all. One of Those companies told me to call cowboy. They were very responsive and friendly. They fixed my septic clog in just a few minutes. I'm now a loyal customer

Austin's Best Plumbing is great. They're friendly, professional and do the job for a fair price. Our bathtub would not drain so I called Rick. He sent Glenn who quickly assessed the issue - our 1953 galvanized pipes and particularly the p-trap were most likely corroded. He returned with an assistant the following week and cut our the pipes replacing them with PVC. Sure enough the p-trap was full of hardened, black gunk. Will definitely use them again.

Do not use this company, they completely screwed us over.  Sold us a cheap garbage disposal after paying extra for the top of the line . It broke after a year.  Extremely rude customer service on the phone and the plumbers.  There's so much more but too much to explain here.  There are better companies in SA, any company would be better than this one

Collie was my service rep and he is great. He helped troubleshoot our water heater problems and even guided us through warranty coverage. They were also there to help us through the lake floods last fall. Highly recommend them.

Connley was very responsive, got me scheduled quickly, and showed up when he said he would.  He first tried a couple of inexpensive fixes to get my hot water heater working again.  When those didn't work, he credited me the full amount I had paid so far against the cost of a replacement.  His prices are very reasonable, his work is great, and he follows up and does exactly what he says he'll do.

We needed our kitchen sink plumbing snaked out. Another company cancelled due to the freezing weather, but Joaquin fit me in even in his packed schedule. He was super friendly, professional and fast. He was also very reasonable and his company gave me a quote before he came out, unlike the other company I had booked with. I am so happy we can do the dishes again! This is a great plumbing service company and if I ever need anything I will call them again without hesitation.

09/27 - Update... the owner came out the next day and worked on the shower faucet.  He apologized for the issues that we encountered and ensured that we weren't charged for the last service call.  Net/net he made things right and everything is working properly now.  He assured that adjustments were going to be made with technician and front office staff so I am confident that this is a one-off deal.

Reliant PlumbingTx thank you for showing my family and now friends your true color. My wife tried every company in central Texas to fix the water leaks after the February Winter storm. Not only did your company try to charge a fee just to come out and provide a quote, but Reliant wanted to charge more than the price of a new tankless water heater for a $9 pvc elbow that required no tools to replace. Oh and by the way, I was deployed at the time and Facetimeed the technician who wanted to rip us off with my wife's assistance. Thanks to Ferguson Plumbing for ordering the part for me. I ordered 3 at $9 a pop and received the parts the next day. Love the support your company provides to Central Texas Reliant Plumbing of Texas.

I think you are missing the point. The quote that was provided was very generic and didn't even list the problem. The part was $9 and took all over 5 minutes to repair with no required tools. Simply a hand and fingers. You can continue to hire these employees that take advantage of residents in the central Texas area but I will never use your service or recommend your service. I hope others read this review and realize how much your company takes advantage of people in need.
