We called Lantz after an outside faucet was broken and leaking. Dale was here at 5 o'clock and on time. We was courteous, professional and even winterized the faucet for free. I would highly recommend Lantz Lakeside Plumbing! Lori Cook

After noticing a pool of water accumulating in our back yard, we called S&D plumbing to come out and take a look and figure out the problem for us. They came out right on time, introduced themselves and were very friendly. Our house is pier and beam so they had to have a few guys come out, since they needed one under the house and one outside to evaluate the issue. I am a stay at home mom or twin boys who are only three, so I didn't have time to be outside and supervise what they were doing. Three hours later they knocked on my door and asked me to come out. I could tell by the look on their faces that it was bad. I asked is it bad? and the plumber just smirked and sent in the big guns, their salesman. Before I was even told the issue, he stared asking me questions about my savings account and if I had good credit. I do not have either of those things because we are just starting out as a family and recently bought this house. He informed me that ALL of my pipes were cast iron, and that they were all rotten and needed to be replaced. The cost was 9800 dollars. After being rejected for a loan we told them we didnt have 9800 cash so we would figure something else out. We then called Excalibur plumbing for a second opinion, only to find out that ALL OF OUR PIPES WERE NEW AND PVC PIPE!!!!!!!! There was a bad pipe in just ONE area of the house. My husband crawled under there to be sure this guy was trying to screw us over, and sure enough, NOT ONE CAST IRON PIPE WAS FOUND. S&D PLUMBING TRIED TO RIP US OFF. WHAT IF OUR 9800 DOLLAR LOAN HAD GONE THROUGH? Would they have just taken all of our money without truly replacing all of our plumbing. I would not recommend these guys to ANYONE.

After hearing from one plumber that my busted pipe due to tree roots was too much for him to handle and that I was looking at paying someone in the neighborhood of $2500, I was pretty nervous. Called five different plumbers who were all booked at least a week out but kept giving me recommendations of other plumbers who were also overbooked. I got David Graves number from a friend and called him. He answered right away and said he was sure he could have someone out that day and would have them call me directly. I got a call within the hour from his son Todd. He was on another call but said he'd be over right after. It took him a little longer than he expected but he called to update me. Once he arrived, it took him all of three minutes to look at the hole in my front yard and tell me he would have it fixed and my water back on that day and it would cost me $250. And that is exactly what he did. He found the problem fixed it, recovered the hole and it was done in nothing flat. He was friendly and extremely knowledgable and no nonsense. He even called the next day to follow up and make sure everything was working ok. Not really what I expected from a plumber. A pleasant surprise. I highly recommend David Graves Plumbing.

I returned from vacation to find my gas water heater overflowing with water from the top, and leaking at the seams. I called Austin Plumbery and they sent Travis out within a couple of hours. Travis was upfront with pricing and what the price included. After agreeing to the terms, he left to gather the needed parts and returned within the hour to install the water heater. After completion, and for a small extra fee, he hauled the old water heater off for disposal. The process was fairly quick and seamless.
As far as customer service, Travis was equally professional and friendly, and made a stressful situation tolerable. I'd highly recommend Austin Plumbery for your plumbing needs. The added bonus for me was working with a woman owned business.

Andre is an excellent communicator, both before, during and after the job. He allows work to be scheduled for a specific day and time and he hits that appt. His workstyle is quiet and respectful while he is on your property, and he is willing to collaborate with you if you want to be his helper to save time and money, too.
My concern was that I would lose my investment in the art tile that was installed in front of my guest room shower fixture two years ago, but Andre accessed the leaks behind that wall from a hallway and cleaning closet, preserving the guest bath's esthetic.
The great 2021 Texas ice storm was harrowing here, but Andre was worth the wait and we were ecstatic to have running water restored by Andre after 17 days without.

RC was the plumber that came to my house. He was able to work me in and have my issue resolved in an hour. He is our plumber from now own, if there was a 10 star rating he would get that. Thank you RC for coming to my rescue.

If I could give a neg * review I would. We have a 1/2 bath in our main level. We had the tile flooring removed and to do that had to move the toilet and the sink. The toilet was professionally put back with a new wax ring. The sink was a basic reinstall hooking up the water and drain pipe. Ever since the sink we removed we have had a sewer odor coming from the bathroom. We called Cowboy plumbing to identify the cause. We removed the sink again and even cut away the drywall around the pipes to allow him to see what was there.
They responded the next day and when he arrived he spent 5 mins in the house and told us to keep the pee trap full of water! Obviously that wasn't the problem. But they charged us $125 for the service call. I called them back and was told they could come again but if he finds another problem it could cost us again?
Call someone else. Don't use this service. I'm a very unhappy customer and they made no attempt to solve the problem they should have investigated the first time. I hate to give such bad reviews but this poor service deserves one so others aren't taken advantage of like I feel we were.

Very pleased with A&A Plumbing and David E. We needed a plumber for work with our kitchen remodel. David E came out and got the job done in a timely manner. He was very informative and professional. He explained everything and was very friendly. The prices were reasonable and they offer a military discount. Definitely will use them for all my future plumbing needs in the future. Highly recommended.

While it took a while to get on the schedule, it was well worth it. I had been used to plumbers from our builder that were less than desirable to hire again. The hill country guys were courteous, respectful, and hate to say it, but had all their teeth :D. My biggest regret is that we didnt have them when we built as they are fantastic and please dont waste your time if you have a plumbing issue, call them and let them impress you!

Mike came through with his crew and got my shower working again. Highly recommend. Honest hardworking local business.

I needed someone to fix a toilet leak at my house and also check the water pressure of my shower because it was too strong. Honest and fast service. He went to get a part to fix the toilet and didn't charge extra. Very reasonable price, would hire again.

I'd recommend these guys for any job. Andrew was extremely polite & easy to work with. He gave us options to fix our leak, which worked the first time, & he was very reasonable. Great service. I'd use again!!

Recently hired Cannon plumbing for a plumbing emergency at my home. They were prompt to provide clear estimates over the phone, were able to send qualified crew to the location within 2 hours. All along, Conley was courteous, succinct and prompt. The crew mitigated the problem in 1 day which avoided the need to book hotels etc. Moreover, came back in a couple of days and implemented a long term solution.
4 stars because their price is a little higher than other plumbers out there - but can be worth it if you value speed and clear communication. Moreover, they remain a great source of price comparison and plumbing advice.

I absolutely love them!!! Joaquin and Andrei are extremely punctual and amazing at what they do. The company as a whole is extremely professional! From the moment I called and spoke to an Allyson to the follow-up call that I had after my master bedroom bathroom leak was fixed. You don't get to meet too many family-run companies that are embedded in U.S based labor and exceed expectations. Referring them to all my friends and family in San Antonio!

Called these guys to have my water heater changed. They quoted the price and scheduled me next morning. Nice!
I take a day off to let them in. Next thing I get a phone call from them, and they say it'll cost more to bring it up to code and make it legal. How much more exactly? The couldn't tell. Can you stop by and give an estimate? Not until next week.
Apparently normally whatever they do is illegal and you have to pay extra to make it legal. Way to go!

This is going to be a long review but I think it is important to have all the facts.
I have used Reliant on several jobs over the last couple of years, they have always been reliable and completed the work just fine. My only issue until now has been price, they are ridiculously overpriced but I was willing to pay for acceptable work.
Recently I move into a new home and needed to have the toilet removed and reinstalled to put in grass cloth wall paper. Simple job of in and out however when reinstalling the toilet the plumber scratched my marble tile. To his credit he did not try to cover it up and said they would take care of getting it fixed which I greatly appreciated! He gave me the information for the company they use for this sort of thing (clearly this has happened before) and when I didn't get a call about scheduling the repair I looked up the tile repair company (I will not name them because this review is not about the tile repair company) I will say that when I looked at the reviews for this repair company they had several bad ones along the lines that the owner was rude, aggressive and homophobic.
I am not going to have that sort of small minded hatred in my house so I called my own tile repair company. They came out and fixed the scratches and then buffed the entire floor. Voila looks like new again!
Reliant did call me several weeks after to attempt to make resolution and when I sent them the invoice for the $700 I paid to have my floor repaired they finally called me back to tell me they would only be paying half of that. Then because I refused to pay my final invoice when the incident first occurred because of the damage they decided they were deducting that and my credit for their damage of scratching my brand new marble tile floor was around $100.
Again to their credit they did call my tile company to research but they misunderstood the work that took place and when I offered to get more information they refused and said the $100 would be all the money I would be getting back from their damage. My repair company buffed out the scratches and then to make it all look the same buffed the entire floor. You don't just buff a 12 x 12 section and leave the rest of the floor un buffed. That would be like waxing your car and only buffing one section out and leaving the rest of the car with a wax film, you've got to buff the entire car just like my floor.
I felt like they were looking for an excuse to say they tried but then just couldn't live up to doing the right thing. I mean even if they had offered to split the cost with me would have been fair but to tell me I paid $700 to fix something they broke and offer me $100 is insulting.
Just my personal experience
If they get it right it will be expensive and you'll be fine
If they don't it will be expensive and you'll end up here like me

what can we do to fix it
