One word: Melvin. Unless your house is flooding or you have gross sewage seeping out of your plumbing, wait until you can get on his schedule. Over the last seven years, he's helped us with issues in three homes. He's honest, professional, and knows his stuff. We made the mistake of using a different company during our recent remodel for a few things, and it was a complete nightmare. Melvin just spent four hours fixing what the other yahoo jacked up. So thankful for Melvin!

We had a toilet that has been leaking for some weeks, I tried to give it a fix myself but it wasn't working. I'm always skeptical to call any plumber just cause of bad experiences in the past. We called New Earth Plumbing  to fix a broken water main. Andre was very thorough and saved the day for us as this happened on a weekend.  We were very pleased with the work he did so we then had him install a pressure relief valve. Fantastic work also! Now he is going to  repair a pipe this weekend that is attached to an outside spigot.  We have total faith in his plumbing skills and wished we would have found him long ago. Honest and fastidious, Andre is everything you should look for in a plumber. We highly recommend him!

One of my clients had a leak in the yard and we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. RC came out and diagnosed it right away. He had to dig a pretty deep hole to reach the mainline water pipe. A tree root had cracked it. He repaired it the same day. Very fair pricing too, even on short notice. I recommend him to all my clients now.

We're out in the country and woke to a leak under our kitchen sink.  We contacted Cowboy Plumbing.  A person answered immediately and scheduled a service time.  The service person arrived early, identified the issue, made the repairs and was very professional the entire time.  Excellent service!!

As an octogenarian I've hired quite a number of plumbers over many years. Rick Lusk, the plumber of Austin's Best Plumbing, is the most expert, most reasonably priced, and nicest-to-work-with plumber whom I've ever known.  My wife agrees with my rating of him, which would be at least 6 stars on a 5-point scale if Yelp would accept such a rating.

Why haven't I reviewed these folks yet? Seriously had the best service last year with Colie putting in a Loop. He was hard working, fast, efficient and not painful on the checkbook! I will use these guys every time!

Definitely worth writing a second review due to the great service Mike provides. Had an issue with my water heater and since he could not make it out that day he gave me some recommendations which fixed the problem. He saved me the consultation fee which I am grateful for. He is honest and will care about your plumbing issues like they are his own. Highly recommend over any other plumbing service in Killeen.

It's sometimes hard to find a reliable plumber. Most plumbers in my area seem to not return my call or make it hard to schedule.

Mr Rooter always answers and has someone to send out. Had two gentlemen come help me remove and water heater and bathtub and they made quick work of the task, were very polite and informed and answered all of my questions about moving forward and what to do next with my bathroom remodel. Price was very reasonable.

Moving forward with any plumbing issues, will be using Mr Rooter.

Leon is our plumber and always will be. We met him when our foundations were bring totally redone, and I would happily recommend him to anyone who wants an honest, experienced professional.

Cannon plumbing and drain is awesome!  When you hire Cannon Plumbing, you work directly with the owner - Connley.  I received bids from five local plumbers on restoring my entire house. Canon wasn't the cheapest, but they were the easiest to work with. They provided me a professional estimate and completed the work on time.  The job required all new material for both freshwater and waste water.  Cannon Employee, Jacob lead the crew with Chuckie on point. These two guys were courteous, friendly and professional. They took care of everything perfectly and picked up all of the plumbing construction debris when they left (which is rare amongst contractors).  It was nice working with a plumber that didn't nickel and dime me for small stuff. The price they quoted was the final price (even though I'm a very picky customer). I would hire canon plumbing and drain again without hesitation.

Hired them again to scope out a broken pipe. This plumbing company will forever have my business. They are honest, hard-working and reasonably priced. They always treat me very well as a customer and show up whenever I need help.

Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this company, these guys are thieves! They used every trick in the book to get me out of another 400 dollars on a grinder replacement, and then when I tried to talk to them about it I was basically told that I didn't have to use them! Please, understand there is no advantage for me to write this review unless I genuinely felt as if they are doing this to other hard working people, don't feel that just because you live in the country you have to use these guys, they are not your only option! If you find yourself in a bind I would suggest Radiant Plumbing, they only charge a 40 dollar service fee as opposed to 360 and they are honest people with great experience. For the record... If you still decide to use Pennington you might want to make sure whatever they tell you needs to be in writing and you need to make sure to watch your back with Pennington! Also the worst customer service I have experienced with Plumbers!

Heads up. Be sure to get a few quotes before hiring these dudes. Their prices are astronomical.
