I called Lantz's plumbing from LakeTravisPlumbing.com and left a message on a Friday afternoon, and someone called me back Saturday morning (he called me from a noisy location and I couldn't hear the name of whoever called) and I set up an appointment for 1pm, as we had two faucets leaking.

At 1pm, two very young men pulled up in Lantz's plumbing van.  I'm guessing they were about 20 years old.  They came in and got to work.  The bathroom faucet was leaking because it had the wrong type of plastic pea trap installed.  I don't know why the kitchen faucet was leaking, but I believe it was missing a part (in retrospect, I should have exchanged the faucet).

These two young men spent THREE HOURS messing around with the plumbing.  One of them stood around cussing in our kitchen.  The two of them were having loud conversations that mostly went, F--- this and F---ing that.  Lots of bad language, and after three hours I was frantic for them to leave.

They presented me with a bill for $409 for fixing the leak at two faucets and checking the existing plumbing connections.  This job would have taken a competent plumber less than an hour.

I asked the boys if they thought that was fair, if they'd done $409 worth of work, and they shrugged and said yes, and that I could contact their boss.

I sent Lantz's plumbing an email (using the contact form on their website at LakeTravisPlumbing.com) and it's been 4 days and no one has replied.  Obviously, I'm very upset, and would recommend that you NOT ever use this company for your plumbing needs.

Needed to get sewer lines cleaned out. Was charged over $300 and given a $5700 quote on what to do to make it better. 2 days later had the same problem and the response I got was the lines were in bad shape and needed repairs that cost $5700. Went to Home Depot and rented a machine to do it myself. That was mid October and I haven't had any other issues. I will never use them again. Cheaper just to do the dirty work myself.

We bought a home and needed several plumbing items.  David was prompt to meet our availability to give a bid to install items we had purchased and to perform repairs.  We accepted that bid and set a date.  Circumstances forced me to reschedule twice, and David was accommodating.  His two guys, Jimmy and Tony, arrived when expected and installed a new kitchen sink, disposal, reverse osmosis system and dishwasher.  And repaired a shower mixer valve.  And replaced a toilet.  And made provisions in the garage for a refrigerator ice maker.  Jimmy and Tony obviously knew their trade and worked steadily and cheerfully to complete all tasks.  I recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

Fixed ancient corroded faucets that the previous occupants didn't need? Why would you want hot water in a bathroom sink? Ohhh...washing face and hands maybe? Shudder! Also reseated the toilet that kept rocking and rolling.

Did great job, were neat, tidy and respectful of the rest of the house .... plumbing in the time of a pandemic!

I was remodeling a house the last two weeks of the year, in a rush, during the holidays, and Andre was always responsive and completely competent and helped me get everything ready for move-in on time. He's completely knowledgeable, a hard worker, and a heck of a nice guy. Now I'm going to have him back to talk about an outdoor shower I've dreamed up.  I can't recommend him enough for any and all plumbing jobs!

I called them at 8:00 and left a message. RC called me in less than an hour and was at the house by 10:00. He was super friendly, explained everything and was extremely diligent. I had called other places and they couldn't get to me for days. Whiteaker plumbing was on top of it and took great care of us. They warranty their work, use name brand products, and most importantly they don't overprice the work.

a plumbing technician came out to our house at 1798 Oak Glen in New Braunfels. My name is Gregg Walrafen. We wanted him to check over the water softener and water heater and drinking water filtration unit under the kitchen sink. After checking them all over. He tried to sell us new filtration and softening equipment. We did not want new equipment. I don't appreciate unnecessary sales pitches, when all is needed is possibly repair. I realize companies make more money on new equipment. again, I do not appreciate new equipment being pushed to me when it is clearly not needed. He was going to call us back with an estimate on new equipment, but never did. We will not call your company again.

Rick himself picked up when I called and offered his valuable time and opinion even when he couldn't come out. He sounded like an honest and reasonable guy and gave us options as to how to approach the problem (newly built house with a clog less than a year in). He even gave referrals to other trusted plumbers that could help us sooner and with different tools. They definitely sound like they know their stuff and their competition. He was extremely friendly and patient with my barrage of questions, lol.

I would definitely give Rick a call if you have a clog, he will listen to you and help you through it even if he himself can't get to you in time. How awesome is that?

Do not use this company, they completely screwed us over.  Sold us a cheap garbage disposal after paying extra for the top of the line . It broke after a year.  Extremely rude customer service on the phone and the plumbers.  There's so much more but too much to explain here.  There are better companies in SA, any company would be better than this one

Why haven't I reviewed these folks yet? Seriously had the best service last year with Colie putting in a Loop. He was hard working, fast, efficient and not painful on the checkbook! I will use these guys every time!

During kitchen installation we found a non-working valve. They were able to come and replaced the valves in the time needed.

Awesome service!  We had a backflow problem over the Christmas weekend, and they were able to come out and fix the problem the Monday after Christmas.  Mike took the time to explain what happened and how we can prevent the problem from happening again.  They have my highest recommendation!

I'd recommend these guys for any job. Andrew was extremely polite & easy to work with. He gave us options to fix our leak, which worked the first time, & he was very reasonable. Great service. I'd use again!!

Leon is our plumber and always will be. We met him when our foundations were bring totally redone, and I would happily recommend him to anyone who wants an honest, experienced professional.

A neighbor recommended Connley Cannon while I was out of town. The house was being painted and the crew noticed water in the laundry room. Turns out the washer valves/bibs were leaking. Connley did the work and recommended some other much-needed upgrades to the home's plumbing. Once I got home, he came back to demonstrate all that was done and make sure I understood fully what was done and that I felt comfortable operating the water shut-offs, too. My new plumber is very reliable and personable!

Very happy with the pricing and service.  They communicated well prior to the day of service and showed up on time. The plumber had a little difficulty with one of the connecting pipes to the garbage disposal which added a little extra time to the job but they honored the original estimate.  Would definitely call them for other plumbing jobs in the future.

What a hassle. Called the dispatcher four times over two days (plumber didn't show twice at the time agreed to and no call from them to change the time) to get the toilet checked for leaks in the sewer pipe (static test - put a plug down the sewer pipe, fill it up with water and see if the water goes down). When the plumber finally showed up he didn't know how to do the test. After I explained it he said Oh year, maybe I could do that next week. After two broken appointments I don't think so.

Just got charged $483 to run a snake through my master bathroom toilet. The plumber didn't even have to remove the toilet, he just ran the auger. When I brought up how egregious the cost was (not my first time having a toilet snaked) he very professionally gave me all the reasons it cost so much. Still in disbelief I called other plumbers in the area to get a quote for the same work and got a fraction of the cost. If you need a snake run on your toilet call Johnny Rooter Plumbing for an $89 service fee.
