Lantz's plumbing knows how to treat their customers! This review is long overdue. Very frustrated over a $338 water bill from Lago Vista utilities, I called Lantz's plumbing to come check for leaks. They found zero leaks inside or outside of the home. A day after the service, I called to ask them for a letter to show their findings so I could dispute my water bill. The man on the other end of the phone was very accommodating, very polite, went out of his way to make sure I knew how to read my water meter (a new type, not like the ones I'm used to reading). After Lantz said let me know if there is anything else I can do to help you , I said oh, I haven't been charged the service call fee yet. I need to pay you for that. He said his service guy didn't charge me for it because he didn't have to fix anything. I absolutely said, Thank you! Lantz's plumbing spent gas, and time to come take a look at my plumbing and did not charge me even the $35 dollar trip charge. That's excellent customer service! That's how you should treat others, how you would want to be treated! Lantz's plumbing will certainly get all my plumbing business from now on! My father-in-law was very impressed and surprised with the customer service I received when I told him about how the owner went out of his way to help me and didn't even charge me a penny. I totally would've expected to at least pay the trip charge for the gas he used to get out here. I might add, this is how my Dad, who owned a business (retired), did business as well. My Dad always said There's enough honest business out there. When you treat people right, they'll come back because you treated them the way you should treat them; with honesty and courtesy. He is right! I will definately call Lantz's Plumbing next time I need a plumber! (Which is every year at least because I have a grinder pump that requires annual maintenance.) Excellent customer service!

Thank you Kyle and Jared!  You guys are Truly the best I greatly appreciate the SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and Professionalism I received today.  S & D Plumbing came through for us when I didn't know whom to call or trust with my plumbing issue. I called Monday evening and at my request I was scheduled for Tuesday anytime from 8:00 am-12:00 pm/noon. I was impressed and relieved the office called me at 8:05 am ready to send their team out.  Within 30 minutes from the call they were at my front door.  Upon arrival they presented themselves professionally, courteous and genuinely concerned to resolve the issue at hand. They were extremely patient and diligent no matter how long their hard work would take to complete. It was cold and just above freezing temperature's but that didn't stop or interfere with their ability to get the job done outdoors.  I thank you all so much for making me feel as a valued customer.  S & D is Highly recommended in my opinion! So Grateful...   THANK YOU!!!!!

These guys were subcontractors for Classic Restoration.  They went above and beyond by recommending insulating the pipes.  They cleaned the drain on my daughter tub and sink.  They worked late into the night until the work was done.  They cleaned up after themselves.  All the guys were friendly and helpful.

I had some water pressure issues and some other things going on in an older bathroom (1950s home). Austin Plumbery reached out a day earlier than our appointment and were able to address the issues quickly and easily. Shout out to my technician Travis who was effective and very pleasant to work with!

We've used Andre before and he's a first- class act. Knows his stuff  backwards and forwards. Reliable and consistent service. Highly recommended!

We had several issues that needed taken care of & they got to us within one day.  And, to make it more crazy, they were to go to my moms to fix a leaking bathroom sink, leaking & running toilet & a problem with an outside faucet...plus drain a hot water heater. The night before the appointment my husband was working in our yard & hit a water line ... yep .... I called them & they came to our house the next morning instead & still managed to get to my moms as scheduled that day.  We were so impressed with their promptness, courtesy, efficiency & overall good work.  We will use Lee Whiteaker Plumbing from now on.  Big shoutout to MO for returning all my calls & to the guy who came to our homes & did the work.  Thank you so much!!!

If I could give a neg * review I would. We have a 1/2 bath in our main level. We had the tile flooring removed and to do that had to move the toilet and the sink. The toilet was professionally put back with a new wax ring. The sink was a basic reinstall hooking up the water and drain pipe. Ever since the sink we removed we have had a sewer odor coming from the bathroom. We called Cowboy plumbing to identify the cause. We removed the sink again and even cut away the drywall around the pipes to allow him to see what was there.
They responded the next day and when he arrived he spent 5 mins in the house and told us to keep the pee trap full of water!  Obviously that wasn't the problem. But they charged us $125 for the service call. I called them back and was told they could come again but if he finds another problem it could cost us again?  
Call someone else. Don't use this service. I'm a very unhappy customer and they made no attempt to solve the problem they should have investigated the first time. I hate to give such bad reviews but this poor service deserves one so others aren't taken advantage of like I feel we were.

Rick was absolutely fantastic to work with, my girlfriend and I just bought a brand new home in East Austin and it has not been all sunshine and rainbows. From the second Rick picked up the phone out of the blue he helped us through a handful of issues right off the bat. He eventually needed to come out to fix a few brand new toilets for us and did so in style. His customer service and southern hospitality was second to none and we would recommend him to anyone who is dealing with any sort of water or plumbing issue!

Showed up on time, and got the job done quickly. Kyle fixed the high pressure value and leak that was turning our yard into a muddy mess.  Saved us over a holiday weekend.  Would definitely use them again!

called today to set up appointment and instead of doing that they told me it was an easy fix. Then gave me instructions how to and wow it worked! we will be a lifelong customer!

Before you use this company, I strongly urge you to do your research!!!! I'll share my experience here and you can learn from my sister's misfortune of dealing with this company. I recently visited my sister because I was getting married. Since we had a house full, I asked to use her shower. Not even midway through the shower, the water pressure deteriorated from a flow to a poor stream and ended at barely a trickle! I was furious and so was she as this was a matter she has been dealing with for over a week. She called Mike, who claimed he had properly repaired the water issue but I bare witness, he hadn't repaired anything!!! He doesn't carry warranty for he work on purpose so you, the consumer, has no choice but to call on his mediocre services again. I dare say his services cause more damages than you had upon his arrival!! Again I urge you to do your own research as this company is lackluster and waste of your time, energy and money!

Awesome service!  We had a backflow problem over the Christmas weekend, and they were able to come out and fix the problem the Monday after Christmas.  Mike took the time to explain what happened and how we can prevent the problem from happening again.  They have my highest recommendation!

I'd recommend these guys for any job. Andrew was extremely polite & easy to work with. He gave us options to fix our leak, which worked the first time, & he was very reasonable. Great service. I'd use again!!

DO NOT USE!! They don't deserve the one star I was forced to submit! Scheduled an appointment a week out. Did not show up, did not call, and did not answer their phones. Very unprofessional!!

SAME DAY SERVICE! One of the owners, Joaquin, came out and installed my dishwasher. Not only was he fast, he was so nice, courteous, loves animals and kids and enjoys nice conversation. (his sweet mama recommended him to me!) Great job and great recommendations for other plumbing issues I wanted to know about.

Had an external broken water pipe as the result of yesterday's snap freeze - and it also impacted one of our interior faucets, so we had to turn off water to the whole house. As you can imagine, most other plumbers were unresponsive due to the number of homes impacted by the freeze - but Penningtons got us on their schedule, called ahead to let us know they were on their way, and arrived on time, as promised. Calvin was really thoroughl and got the problem addressed, rewrapped the insulation to prevent a reoccurrence, and then checked again for any other internal leaks. Excellent service all round. I will definitely call Penningtons first in the future should we need a plumber again - and I am very happy to recommend them to other clients.

Just got charged $483 to run a snake through my master bathroom toilet. The plumber didn't even have to remove the toilet, he just ran the auger. When I brought up how egregious the cost was (not my first time having a toilet snaked) he very professionally gave me all the reasons it cost so much. Still in disbelief I called other plumbers in the area to get a quote for the same work and got a fraction of the cost. If you need a snake run on your toilet call Johnny Rooter Plumbing for an $89 service fee.
