Great service. Reliable. Nice personnel. No bull. Knowledgeable. Highly likely to hire them again. May even sign up for their HVAC maintenance program. I really like it when local businesses are great businesses.

In a cold day when S&D had many many calls they were able to fit us into their schedule. Melvin explained everything to us and helped us understand next steps. I would use S&D again in a heartbeat!!

Travis was professional and friendly. They notified me by text before coming. They came in the time window I was given. He explained problem and options and pricing before he started the work. The work was done very well and they took pictures for us to send to insurance. They wore mask and shoe coverings. We will call Austin Plumbery for all our plumbing needs.

I was remodeling a house the last two weeks of the year, in a rush, during the holidays, and Andre was always responsive and completely competent and helped me get everything ready for move-in on time. He's completely knowledgeable, a hard worker, and a heck of a nice guy. Now I'm going to have him back to talk about an outdoor shower I've dreamed up.  I can't recommend him enough for any and all plumbing jobs!

Our clothes washer was stopped up. In no time about 30 min tops. RC got his machine out snaked the line ran the clothes washer thru a drain cycle and has his machine put up.  I can say RC knew his stuff. I had a state plumbing license for years.

Had Cowboy Plumbing out again to repair a toilet.  Were very accommodating to my work schedule!  Fixed the problem in no time.  Very honest and professional.

Rick was absolutely fantastic to work with, my girlfriend and I just bought a brand new home in East Austin and it has not been all sunshine and rainbows. From the second Rick picked up the phone out of the blue he helped us through a handful of issues right off the bat. He eventually needed to come out to fix a few brand new toilets for us and did so in style. His customer service and southern hospitality was second to none and we would recommend him to anyone who is dealing with any sort of water or plumbing issue!

We had Joey come to do a hydrostatic test (to see if any of the pipes in our foundation were leaking). They had a good price, and it was for the job, not per hour, which I liked. He was really professional and very nice. He wasn't creepy, and I felt comfortable having him in my home (I've met some weirdos, other women know what I mean). Here are some of the things I really liked:

1. He put shoe covers on each time he went in the house, and removed them when he went outside. He went in and out like 20 times, so that was impressive.

2. I was working from home while he was there and he let me work, only interrupting when necessary.

3. While the test was running, he did a free home inspection and fixed easy things, like a wiggly toilet seat. He recommended a few things, most of which he said my husband could easily do himself. The only big thing was our water heater... it's getting dangerously old, which I did not realize. He wasn't pushy about it at all though, even offering to add the parts it needed to get it to code (which really is pointless since it's so old, but I appreciate the alternative).

4. He used an iPad to give me instant quotes on the water heater options and emailed them to me. Payment was also done on the iPad. Nice up to date tech.

5. They have a membership program where you pay a fee (a hundred and something) and get 15% off everything for a year, plus no service call fees, and 2 free inspection/maintenence visits. With a bug purchase like the water heater it pays for itself.

6. The girl who answers the phone is really friendly and helpful.

The only negative was I waited towards the end of the 4 hour window and that's never fun. Apparently someone's pipes broke or something and they went to see them first. But at least I know if I ever have a emergency I'll come first, so that ok. All in all I was extremely impressed. Thanks Yelp for helping me find another great company!

Collie was my service rep and he is great. He helped troubleshoot our water heater problems and even guided us through warranty coverage. They were also there to help us through the lake floods last fall. Highly recommend them.

Called Mike to install a new Roman Style Faucets and hot water side wasn't working and he tried for hours and just told me to get a new one from the Manufacturer. When the new one came in called him up and was hear ASAP. Stands behind his work and isn't done until the job is done right! Will definitely use him for future installs.

I needed someone to fix a toilet leak at my house and also check the water pressure of my shower because it was too strong. Honest and fast service. He went to get a part to fix the toilet and didn't charge extra. Very reasonable price, would hire again.

Josh from Mr. Rooter came out promptly when I had a busted shower valve that forced the water to stay on and prompted me to shut off water to the entire house. He was thorough and efficient in providing an analysis of the problem and conveying it in an understandable manner.

I was back up and running quickly and the valve works better than I ever remember it working.

It's worth noting that although Josh operates as Mr. Rooter, he's still a local business that is 100% Veteran owned and a native of the area. This is the only guy I'll ever call for my plumbing needs in the future.

Leon is our plumber and always will be. We met him when our foundations were bring totally redone, and I would happily recommend him to anyone who wants an honest, experienced professional.

They made an appt to show up to fix my plumbing issue between 2-4 PM.  NEVER SHOWED UP!  I called the owner and asked where they were and he said that he would check and call me back in two minutes.  After 45 minutes, I called him and the call went straight to voicemail.  I missed an entire afternoon of work to meet them.  I will never call them again.

So, it's not often that I need to call a plumber, so I was a little daunted by the prospect. After getting a couple quotes from Yelp connected businesses, I accepted the estimate from Andres. Let's just say they far exceeded expectations. They were prompt, professional and proficient. As they progressed in the job, they even explained what they saw and their repair process.  They cared and were committed to doing a great job, and stayed within the estimated price as well.  I HIGHLY recommend them as your #1 phone call if you need this service. Special S/O to Vincent and Scott for being such cool dudes as well, they are an amazing team and represent the business well.

I needed a leak found and repaired.  It was a complicated job, but they stuck with it, even when fixing the leak caused another plumber's faulty repair to fail and they had to return the next day to fix that.  I will use Pennington's again.
