After our fiasco with Kinsey Plumbing Services (if you're interested, please read my review), I was determined to find an alternative against having our driveway demolished just so they can have access to our main sewer line due to two separations (per Kinsey's inspection). Upon doing a lot of online research, I found that another option was to perform a trenchless sewer repair which our plumber from Kinsey never even mentioned. Since our homeowners insurance and home warranty denied coverage for the repair, I wanted to find a company that knows what the hell they're doing and be damn good at it too. Enter, S & D Plumbing...

At first, I had my reservations because my husband initially contacted S & D Plumbing via their Live Representative online chat to set up an appointment for an estimate. As instructed, someone was supposed to call him back. A week goes by and no one called, so he contacted their Live Representative again. Once more, another week passed and nobody calls. Does this thing even work?! Feeling frustrated and wanting to give them one more chance, my husband preferred to talk to an actual human being this time and called S & D Plumbing instead. Let that be a lesson learned to you, folks.

Warren charged us $295 for the trenchless diagnostic service and an additional $35 for the cleanout due to another clog that formed in just a few weeks. Surprisingly, the diagnostic found that there wasn't two separations underneath the driveway as previously stated by Kinsey's plumber, but only one located next to the city sewer tap near the street. After all things considered, this was fantastic news to us because it saved us tons of money had we gone with Kinsey Plumbing to do the repair. To note, S & D Plumbing has much better equipment and a more modern diagnostic camera (just sayin'...). An estimate for $2140 was provided to us for the repair, which never increased when the job was finally finished.

Garrett and Cody flawlessly completed the repair in only two days and did such a fantastic job. We're very pleased with their work and absolutely will not hesitate to enlist S & D again in the future for anything plumbing related. Also, we joined their Customer Loyalty Plan for an additional peace of mind since we realized the limitations of our homeowners insurance and home warranty coverage.

Austin Plumbery was contacted by our warranty insurance from our home purchase after we called in a claim because our hot water heater stopped working. We were in a bit of a panic as we found this issue Tuesday night ahead of a houseful of visitors arriving on Sunday. I contacted the warranty company first thing Wednesday morning and very shortly thereafter Austin Plumbery called to schedule an appointment. My work keeps me in meetings on the phone most of the day and when I wasn't able to answer their call, they very quickly texted me and I was able to arrange for their first available appointment (Friday morning) while still running my meeting (YAY TECHNOLOGY!) Fretting a bit (and smelling a lot) about a Friday consultation, I was completely prepared for the worst - buying a new heater and having an emergency installation on Saturday. However, I got a call midday today (Thursday) that Travis, our technician, had a cancellation and was in my area in case I wanted him to come over then instead of waiting until tomorrow. HECK YEA I DID! Not only did he come over, but he fixed a broken part while he was there and we are back in business! How awesome is he? LOVE THIS COMPANY! Thanks Austin Plumbery and Travis!!! Can't wait to post this review and take a hot shower!!!

Andre at New Earth Plumbing did an amazing job on our bathtub and toilet repair.He has very friendly demeanor, always on time and reliable, not to mention very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend his plumbing services! 5 Stars.

RC was the plumber that came to my house.  He was able to work me in and have my issue resolved in an hour.  He is our plumber from now own, if there was a 10 star rating he would get that.  Thank you RC for coming to my rescue.

My septic tank was backing up. They had to investigate the problem and repair what the initial plumbers did wrong. This is the 2nd time they had to figure out the problem and fix it. The first problem in my shower I had 3 other plumbers come out and they were the only ones that figured out the problem.
Jared and Randolph are the only plumbers I will allow in my house now!

Upon noticing a drip adjacent to an exterior door I called upon Rick for some assistance. He promptly sent the very capable Len over to analyze the situation. This leak apparently stemmed from the February freeze at a weak point where the copper pipe leading to an outdoor spigot which had been krimped when the house was built over 40 years ago had been weakened by the freeze. Len admitted that this would be a challenge but within an hour and a quarter he had soldered in a new section and corrected the problem. Austin's Best Plumbing...an appropriate name for an exemplary company!!

A BIG thank you to Ryan H and David for testing my gas lines, fixing a small leak and installing some safety features to my water heater! We will sleep much better starting tonight knowing they checked everything out. They answered all my concerns and questions and explained everything along the way.

Had issue with a shower not being able to shut of completely, called Hill Country Plumbing, made an appointment, thecame out, changed a part that they already had on with them on the truck, were on their way in less than an hour. Paid my bill over the phone simple easy and efficient - all handled very professionally and reasonable priced. Will use them for my next plumbing needs. Thanks for running a great company.

My pool backflow preventer busted and Mike responded immediately to my call.  He gave me a quick diagnosis based on some pictures I texted him, then gave me a choice of times to come by and take a closer look. He showed up when he said he was going to, explained the problem clearly and showed me what happened, described my options, immediately went and got the part I needed, replaced it, and got the system back up and moving again. He was friendly and did great work and I would recommend him without hesitation.

Very professional service. They responded quickly to my request and completed it with great craftsmanship.  I will use them for all of my plumbing needs going forward.

Cannon Plumbing saved the day when they expertly fixed the plumbing sink and pipe issues on a home built in the 1950's!  The owner and crew were incredibly professional and prompt.  They went a step further to assess if more systemic issues were present under the house (pier and beam foundation).  We were bracing for the worst, only to be relieved to hear a very honest, practical assessment.  In short, Cannon Plumbing is fast, courteous, professional, honest, and very knowledgeable with all issues plumbing and drain related!  A plumber you can trust!

I can't compliment Joaquin and Andre enough. My garage had water running along the walls. Joaquin came out and effortlessly replaced my water heater which was corroded and needed replacing. He is highly knowledgable, respectful and definitely professional. He completed his task but after he left I still had water leaking steadily in my garage. Andre responded immediately and Joaquin came back to find that I had a hot water Pex line busted in my wall. He remedied the problem right away. I can't thank him enough for the pride he takes in his job and making sure the customer is left without any worries.

Penningstons does not care about returning customers.    Two days to address an emergency. Not acceptable

I was in a panic mode. The knob on the shower wouldn't turn the water off. I turned the main water line off but then needed to look for a plumber. I called three and all booked out til middle of May! That wasn't going to work. Called Reliant and Chelsea said they could get a plumber out in about 2-4 hr. This was on a day of a hail storm. Dominic got here assessed he didn't have the parts. He and Nick went to Home Depot got the parts in the hail storm. They were able to fix the shower handle and it works great again.  No further stress for me. Now I have a plumbing company. Not sure about the pricing but it needed to be done . Thank you Dominic and Nick.
