Not the best plumber.  

Not very professional and we ended up having to fix issues they created.

By pass this one if you can find better.

This company is very expensive. Nearly $500 just to come look at and diagnose the problem. Found another company nearby. They were astonished at how much we'd been charged as were my relatives. Also, very sicky sweet customer service (How can we make you smile today?Give me a major break). I wish I'd called more companies first. PS - we were NEVER offered an estimate. Judging by the defensiveness of the owners' replies I believe they well know they are ripping people off and just don't care. Watch, they'll probably write a highly reactionary response, if they respond. Again, VERY EXPENSIVE!!!

Incredible plumber who I will use forever. Nice guy and great rates. Worked on a difficult issue in my house, did fantastic. Never using another plumber. I really cant reccomend him more.

After seeing their postings on Nextdoor and finding positive reviews on Yelp, I was eager to use a neighborhood business and gave them a call to schedule a visit for a leaking toilet. Super accommodating to schedule and great communication for appt confirmation and before service appt. Travis and his colleague were amazing, on time and very courteous. Found the problem in a matter of seconds and completed the job in short time. Great service and VERY affordable and accommodating. I am extremely grateful and would highly recommend.

We called New Earth Plumbing  to fix a broken water main. Andre was very thorough and saved the day for us as this happened on a weekend.  We were very pleased with the work he did so we then had him install a pressure relief valve. Fantastic work also! Now he is going to  repair a pipe this weekend that is attached to an outside spigot.  We have total faith in his plumbing skills and wished we would have found him long ago. Honest and fastidious, Andre is everything you should look for in a plumber. We highly recommend him!

RC was the plumber that came to my house.  He was able to work me in and have my issue resolved in an hour.  He is our plumber from now own, if there was a 10 star rating he would get that.  Thank you RC for coming to my rescue.

I had a bad check valve on my somewhat secluded property in Emerald Valley that was causing no water for my cabin.  Cowboy plumbing came out on time, got out of their van smiling, and were the most honest, friendly, sincere plumbers I have ever met.  I will look for other jobs for them now!  Thank you guys!!!!

I have used Rick many times over the years, and cannot give him enough high praise! A contractor who actually shows up when he says he will, and get's the job done fast! And reasonably priced to beat. Plus, he's just a good guy. Bonus points!

Patrick S. was very professional and courteous. He answered all my questions and repaired my clogged reverse osmosis water line in a reasonable timeframe. Mike, you are AMAZING!!! We called him at 9 this morning when we realized there was water coming up through our floor in the living room. We called 3 different places and Mike was the only one who said he would come out and assess the situation without charging us just to look. He gave us a time he would be here, called when he was running late, showed up with a great attitude and got right to work. He found the problem with the first guess and gave us great pricing on the solution that was so reasonable, we thought he was kidding. I was so stressed out over this problem and within 5 minutes of being in my house, Mike has completely put my mind at ease and I knew that the job would get done right. If you want a good contractor, someone you can trust, call Mike, you won't regret it.

Home emergency repairs can be scary when they happen, especially when it comes to water. How bad is the issue? How much will it cost to fix? Who should I call?

I'm glad we stumbled across these guys. They really are the best. We've used them several times over the past year and a half, since the beginning of glorious 2020. Everything from a leaking water heater, leaking toilet, busted pipe in our wall, faucet installations, and water heater install. They do it all and each time they came through the quality of service has been outstanding. They have this friendly-neighbor feel to them. Whenever we have a water issue we do not hesitate to call them. Each of these guys perform consistent quality work.

Leon is our plumber and always will be. We met him when our foundations were bring totally redone, and I would happily recommend him to anyone who wants an honest, experienced professional.

Cannon plumbing and drain is awesome!  When you hire Cannon Plumbing, you work directly with the owner - Connley.  I received bids from five local plumbers on restoring my entire house. Canon wasn't the cheapest, but they were the easiest to work with. They provided me a professional estimate and completed the work on time.  The job required all new material for both freshwater and waste water.  Cannon Employee, Jacob lead the crew with Chuckie on point. These two guys were courteous, friendly and professional. They took care of everything perfectly and picked up all of the plumbing construction debris when they left (which is rare amongst contractors).  It was nice working with a plumber that didn't nickel and dime me for small stuff. The price they quoted was the final price (even though I'm a very picky customer). I would hire canon plumbing and drain again without hesitation.

Matthew came out to help us and he was outstanding.  He fixed 2 problems we had with sinks.  They are a little pricey but that is because they don't mess around!  They will come out on time and fix the problem.  I recommend them their services especially if you are working in real estate and need someone reliable and trustworthy.

We kept having issues with our kitchen sink not draining properly. Numerous calls to our home warranty plumbers didn't fix the problem. Pennington looked at pipes under the house and quickly diagnosed the problem with old pipes with improper drainage angles. The total cost to replace the pipes was only $600 including supplies.

On another occasion, Pennington came to check out a leak under the kitchen sink. Nathan discovered that the leak was coming from the faucet. They were flexible enough that as they went to another area job, I went to select and purchase a new kitchen faucet at Home Depot. They returned and completed the installation of the new faucet.  I highly recommend Pennington Plumbing.

Logan was such a joy to have in our home. He was on time, responsive, and explained all of our issues, all while getting us a great price. I will always go to Reliant so long as they have employees like Logan!!
