I have been using Austex for several years now, most recently two of zones were not turning off.  Chris came by to help me out at the time scheduled, he went about investigating and within a few minutes he figured out what the issue was and explained to me why the issue was happening.  Chris not only fixed the issue but went above and beyond by preventing it from happening again and most importantly taught me what to look for in case the issue arose again.  Super service! We got a random pipe leak right before our guests arrived for Thanksgiving. David was not the first plumber we called but was responsive, professional, and was clearly very experienced. The first company immediately jumped to the worst case scenario, and were threatening thousands of dollars for the repair.  David came out for a free preliminary estimate and was very upfront about his pricing to diagnose the source of the leak, which we greatly appreciated. He was able to work us in the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and was able to quickly find the source of the leak and fix it for a very reasonable and fair price.  He truly saved out Thanksgiving holiday since we were having to keep the water off before the leak was fixed.  We would absolutely recommend this company for plumbing needs and emergencies.

I would not recommend Colony Home for any work on your home. We used the company for a mitigation job at our home. Throughout the project we were given deadlines and promises that were not met. We were promised that after the mitigation was complete, Colony Home would repair our home in 2-3 weeks. Instead, they took 2-3 weeks to give us an estimate and then let us know that they could not start the work for at least 2-3 months. We felt like we were being constantly lied to in order to get our business. We found the project manager John to be abrasive and not very pleasant to deal with. Overall, we did not have a very good experience with Colony Home.

First, they responsed very soon and were kind to help customer with their professional experiences. They also did a very good job to fix my broken sprinklers and pipeline faster than my expectation. Definitely good to recommend their service if you need sprinkler or yard work.

What a crock. How were we to let you know any permit issues were resolved if no one would return any of the at least 5 calls made to you?

I called them today for a quote on a job. They said that they charge $40.00 because it pre-qualifies a potential client. Anyone that is not willing to commit to a minor assessment fee, is most likely going to waste their time. When I said that other plumbers do not charge the assessment fee. They said that my unwillingness to pay the assessment fee is a huge red flag to them. This has been my experience.

I had an appointment on Tuesday to check on a leaking pipe in my yard.  The plumber said to expose the leak and he'd be back on Thursday at 10:00 to fix it.  On Thursday at 8:30, I got a call saying they couldn't make it and that the soonest they could be there is next Wednesday!  Next Wednesday!  Seriously?  After they stood me up they weren't interested in making it right.  We've been unable to turn our water on for several days and now I'm stuck trying to scramble to find another plumber.  Do not call them.  Do not call them.  Do not call them.

Reached out to David early Monday morning about a clogged kitchen sink in a house which I had just purchased and moved into.  He responded quickly with a quote and offered to fit me into the schedule that morning.  The clog proved to be significantly worse than either of us expected, approximately three feet of hardened grease and garbage disposal debris that had accumulated in a dip in the line about 25' from the trap which he showed me through the camera feed.

Despite having to work on it longer than anticipated, he honored the original quote.  He even allowed me to watch on his camera feed as he cleared the final bit from the line and pushed it on down into the main feed.  The quality of service was excellent and timely, plus they cleaned up after themselves leaving the kitchen almost exactly as they found it, minus the clogged sink.

Good service, reasonable price and prompt response.  It is easy to recommend David @ Clear and Present Plumbing.

Fast update:  I reviewed this company several years back and have not had the need to use them again until recently. We returned home from vacation to find that one of our zones (the upstairs .. where our HOT bedroom was) was not blowing cold air. It was about 7 p.m. on a Monday when we called Christianson. We were up and running before 11 p.m. . I can't say enough about the prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and really needed service that we received. Why take a chance with a different company when you have the real honest deal right here !

These guys really helped us out in a bind when our hot water heater crapped out and leaked all over our floors and into the walls. They came out same day, were upfront on work needed and cost, and very speedy on fixing the problem. I had called several other plumbers before finding them and they were more expensive and couldn't get the parts as quick. Jarrod and Cody were very friendly and professional and I will be recommending them to friends and family for plumbing needs. Thanks guys!!

I called Radiant Plumbing to detect a supply line leak at my home and they sent out JR and Sam Sr. Both were very nice and very professional. They explained what they were doing during the process and I could tell there was a lot experience between them. They went out of their way to take care of the problem and the pricing was fair considering some companies see a nice house and you see dollar signs light up in their eyes (Cha Ching!)
The charge to come out was lower than a lot of other companies and it goes toward services performed.
I highly recommend them!!!
