Team showed up exactly when they said, installed a new garbage disposal quickly, gave me all the details, and charged a great price. Would definitely recommend this company!

Needed a sprinkler system installed on an existing lawn. Received a quote with several options to choose from. They completed the install in one day (10 zones) and left the yard immaculate. System works perfectly and the added options are saving me money on the water bill. Great job.

We got a random pipe leak right before our guests arrived for Thanksgiving. David was not the first plumber we called but was responsive, professional, and was clearly very experienced. The first company immediately jumped to the worst case scenario, and were threatening thousands of dollars for the repair.  David came out for a free preliminary estimate and was very upfront about his pricing to diagnose the source of the leak, which we greatly appreciated. He was able to work us in the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and was able to quickly find the source of the leak and fix it for a very reasonable and fair price.  He truly saved out Thanksgiving holiday since we were having to keep the water off before the leak was fixed.  We would absolutely recommend this company for plumbing needs and emergencies.

My home was flooded and in complete disrepair.  CH men and women restored my entire home in the most professional manor.  They were so prompt.  They ACTUALLY came to work when they said they would.  Unheard of with other companies.

I, also, made many good friends in the process.  Kudos to Anthony, John and, especially, Juan. Although I have my home back in better condition than before the disaster, I have to say that I miss the good conversations I had with your staff.

I have nothing but praise for Felix and his team for a difficult and expensive job well done.  This really is as good as it gets.
The City of Austin informed us that we had to replace our wastewater line that was roughly 80' in length.  They not only beat out all of the other estimates by thousands of dollars (one other estimate was over $10,000 more than what Felix charged for the same job), but they knew exactly what they were doing and how long it would take.  The got it permitted and planned the job.  When we were at work, they did everything in one day!  Amazing!  The next day the city inspector reviewed and passed it with flying colors noting that the grade of the pipe was greatly improved.  Felix was personable and friendly.  He has been working since I think the 60s and remembered when our neighborhood was built in late 70s.  He explained everything to us and hand delivered the final inspection.  I have strong recommendations for this company that they will do the job right no matter how complicated and charge you a very, very fair price.

Can't recommend these guys enough. Very kind and professional and explained everything clearly. Showed up promptly after I contacted them because they were concerned I had a main leak from the few pictures I sent. They addressed my concerns and fixed all the issues. Up front about the price before proceeding with the work. And the prices were very reasonable!

After my grandparents were extorted by a previous plumber, it was nice to meet Sylvester and his son. Sylvester took his time and did an amazing job and even called to check in on my grandparents. After my grandparents were abused by a previous plumber Sylvester was like an angel. He charged us half the price of the previous plumber.

What can I say besides this has been the best company I have worked for. The office staff is wonderful and always happy. The owner Ldon was there always when I had a question and would work right beside you. I truly had a wonderful time working here. They truly value their clients and the personnel. Reliable company with knowledgeable technicians. They showed up in less than 30 minutes and solved the issue on a weekend within 2 hours. My only complaint is that they left a huge hole and mess in my yard and driveway and I was to left to input a new irrigation box and clean everything. If I'm paying $200/hr after hours you'd think you could spend 30 more minutes to finish the job and put the new box. It took me longer to do it because I don't do it every day.

Unbelievably bad.

We live in a 20 year old house. The furnace and AC gave out last summer, 2012. After exploring options Christianson seemed like a reasonable choice based on price and other reviews.

New system installed in a day for 6K and then the problems started.

In a little over a year we have had technicians come out on five separate occasions due to poor initial wiring, collapse of a plenum the installer built, power problems, and failure of a switch.

Today the tech was telling us we were going to have to spend another 5k - 7k to really get the system fixed right. We already spent 6k on a new furnace, condenser, outdoor unit, and the promised duct work.

Ridiculous. I strongly urge you to avoid this company. Based on other reviews some of the techs do good work, but based on my experience the installation is a real dice roll.

Absolutely great customer service to begin with!  Hands down a great job and in a timely manner.  Replaced my grinder next day after the initial visit. Left everything in my yard way cleaner than when he found it.  Super pumped to recommend these guys, especially Jason!  My new plumber for life, and I have several properties!  Thank you!

Contacted Radiant to clear a vertical dryer vent in a 2 story home.  Charged me $600 and accomplished absolutely zero.  Multiple calls, excuses.  Have had to use other contractors to achieve what I paid them to accomplish.  Would not recommend for this service.
