Recently had foundation work done which required a separate engagement for plumbing services to preform a hydrostatic pressure test to warranty the work.
I had a great experience with Sosa Services. They provided transparency and where able to schedule the test next day. My technician, Gio, was prompt, professional, communicative, and extremely polite. Gio was very patient and took the time to answer all the questions I had about the work being done. All-in-all, I would recommend Sosa Services to my neighbors for plumbing needs

About 5 years ago, Austex came out and repaired our sprinklers. This week, I had Joseph Saucedo from Austex come out to repair two vales and do a system check. It was money well spent. He found a leak, repaired 10 sprinkler heads and fixed the two valves. The work was really good, their scheduler for the appointment was easy to work with, and the bill was easy to pay online. Joseph did great work with a fantastic attitude. As like 5 years ago, way to go Austex!

Well hopefully this will be Dave's last visit for a long time! We are just about done with our MAJOR kitchen and bathroom remodel. The dust is starting to settle. The drywallers are coming in next week and finish up the holes we made moving pipes. Once they are done, I will post pics of the new vessel sink Good luck dave! Looks like dave got a new website: mysanantonioplumber.com

Colony Homes is the best! They turned my nightmare kitchen flood into the kitchen of my dreams. No really, it's true. The restoration company ripped out my whole kitchen and all my floors. To say I was stressed and overwhelmed would be a gross understatement. Thank God I found Colony Homes. In walked John and saved the day. He was professional, timely, and very communicative throughout the entire process. He even helped me navigate the murky waters of the insurance company. His crew was just as wonderful to work with. They showed up when they said they would (say what?), did amazing work, and always cleaned up after themselves. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!!!

Felix Griffin has been the only plumber we will call since the 1980s. Both houses have been from the 1930's, with cranky old pipes. Felix always figures out the best way to handle the issue. He is prompt to call back. His fee is always very reasonable. And the job is always done right.

AT&T is currently putting new cable in my neighborhood. As a result, they had to place huge holes in my yard. After the construction, the cable trenching company brought JNS out to fix my lawn and sprinklers. JNS did an excellent job matching the sod to my existing lawn, fixing the sprinklers, adjusting them and giving me great instructions on how to care for the new sod in the July Texas heat so that it survived.

Honest and do good work. Knowledgeable plumbers. Worked with us on our remodel and also helped us last minute. Highly recommend.

After my grandparents were extorted by a previous plumber, it was nice to meet Sylvester and his son. Sylvester took his time and did an amazing job and even called to check in on my grandparents. After my grandparents were abused by a previous plumber Sylvester was like an angel. He charged us half the price of the previous plumber.

We were very glad that we called ET plumbing (actually texted!). We had a problem with the washer drainage and these guys fixed very quickly. Fabian and Mike came right on time on a Saturday, were very friendly and professional. Answered all our questions and explained to us what happened. The price was also very reasonable. Will use them again!
1000 Heritage Center Cir, Ste 148, Round Rock, TX 78664
Mike was very knowledgeable in imparting detailed knowledge in exactly what needed to be done. He also was very personable and prompt. I highly recommend this company, as well as this particular employee.

Well I hate to be the one writing the bad review on this company, but I'm afraid I am going to have to.
I chose this company by reading the other two reviews and the fact they are here local. I have a hot water heater that the pilot light has been going out on. I can relight it and it stays on for 3 days, then back out. I decided I cant keep this up so I will call someone out.
The gentlemen shows up, the same day as called. He was your average greased up plumber, but nice. I follow him up to the attic (where the water heater is located) and he looks at it for a couple of minutes and says its an older model.. you may need to get a new one soon. We leave the attic, he goes out to the truck and spends about the same amount of time out there, writing the invoice. He returns telling me I owe him $95!
Now I mentioned earlier that I read the reviews about the reasonable pricing, the hour of work put in for $125, etc. etc. So when he told me that I owed him $95 for a total of 15 minutes, I was in shock! Usually when I call a service out, and no work is performed its an average of $35-$45-which is reasonable.
I contacted cedar park plumbing and they said this is their minimum charge whether you have work done or not! They were not willing to negotiate any.
Unfortunately I will not be using their services anymore, and I urge you to take the same caution when dealing with this company.

Reached out to David early Monday morning about a clogged kitchen sink in a house which I had just purchased and moved into. He responded quickly with a quote and offered to fit me into the schedule that morning. The clog proved to be significantly worse than either of us expected, approximately three feet of hardened grease and garbage disposal debris that had accumulated in a dip in the line about 25' from the trap which he showed me through the camera feed.
Despite having to work on it longer than anticipated, he honored the original quote. He even allowed me to watch on his camera feed as he cleared the final bit from the line and pushed it on down into the main feed. The quality of service was excellent and timely, plus they cleaned up after themselves leaving the kitchen almost exactly as they found it, minus the clogged sink.
Good service, reasonable price and prompt response. It is easy to recommend David @ Clear and Present Plumbing.

So, time passed since the installation of my system, and serious mold problems arose. The first issue was getting them to even look at the problem; their position is that mold happens and is not something they address (telling me to contact a mold remediation / duct cleaning service). After two rounds of expensive treatment (and living in a terrible moldy environment), I badgered them into finally coming to look at the root cause which was a build-up of moisture in the system.
When I asked for the original bid, I told them exactly how I planned to use the system and told them there was no limit on the price; I just wanted a system that would never give me any problems. After the second tweak to help with the mold (both of which I paid for), I was told they would not make any guarantees about future air quality issues. Their reasons are that the ductwork is a problem (although I originally asked them if it would be an issue and to address it if anything was needed), and that the way I use the system might contribute (although I am using it exactly as I told them I would and as I asked them to build for). In a nutshell, their position is that they supply and install piece-parts, but assume no liability for the overall resulting HVAC system. This is not how things were represented nor are they the way a good and responsible company would operate. So, while they sell a good story; they're not really there for you if needed.

Totally impressed with this company AND Jason, the service rep. that came out and solved our problem. We have been trying to get our contractor to help resolve our tankless water heater issue for two weeks. Contractor's solution was to add a second unit...not cheap...without ever sending his plumber out to investigate. We got frustrated and called GC Plumbing. Not only did Jason identify the problem, he also noticed the system was not hooked up properly to the propane. This presented a huge safety concern. Jason was so thorough and explained everything he was doing BEFORE doing it. Hopefully we will not have any more plumbing issues anytime soon, but when we do we will be calling GC Plumbing and requesting Jason. THANKS JASON!

I can't trust Radiant, neither should you.
I am writing today to tell you about my experience with Radiant Plumbing and A/C. My husband has recently died 12/02/17 and management of our 4plex has fallen on me. When apartment C was to become vacant I remembered that there had been many problems with the Lennox A/C HVAC system which was installed 02/07/2014. The vacating tenant said he had difficulty with A/C coming on and went inside the closet, to the unit to turn it on.
The problem I remembered my husband speak of from 2014-15 were said by Radiant, to be manufacturer issues. Radiant also quoted a new unit for our home, telling us they couldn't replace the fan which was broken.
When my husband & I got another company to look at our home unit, they replaced the fan, no problem, and my home Lennox unit is running fine to this day without any further repair. Needless to say after all the issues with the new A/C unit at our rental property 7000 Oak Meadow Apt C and the aggressive sales pitch to buy a 10K system when it only needed a part, I decided to call ABC Home & Commercial Services/Austin to look at the problem system at Apt C on 02/01/2017. I have attached the invoice, which I paid, even though I have a 10 year parts and labor warranty with Radiant/Lennox as there had been a breach of trust in our dealings with Radiant.
When Radiant installed the new system they failed to hook up the heat pump, which was frankly an unnecessary feature we were sold. The unit it replaced which by the way had a broken fan as well (which should have been repaired instead of replacing,) had no heat pump. The wire to the heat pump was never connected in the installation by Radiant because that would have required a wire to be run and dropped from the second story attic to the outside unit.
Also a valve was completely missing inside the outside unit. I had ABC run the wire that Radiant failed to connect on initial installation. ABC also diagnosed the missing valve issue along with a few other issues.
I called Radiant and told them they needed to replace the valve and reimburse me for over $700. I spent to correct their faulty installation. It took over 2 weeks for Radiant to do the valve repair. I received no receipt or paperwork for the valve installation. Fortunately I didn't have a new tenant. I was speaking with Vic at Radiant and I was disappointed at the delay in valve installation and Vic's unreliable expertise. The man couldn't figure out how to change an A/C filter.
To date I've had no response from Radiant.
As I pursued more information about this defective unit and Radiant with Lennox, I discovered that they never gave us data to register the new unit with Lennox. This is a lot for a new widow to take on. If Radiant was a member of the BBB I would pursue them with the information I have conveyed in this letter.
Save yourself time and money, go with a company that is a member of the BBB.
