Sosa Services Plumbing Service
Quick response and service appointment, honest upfront pricing, friendly, professional.

Really appreciate the hustle to repair a hose bib that broke clean off. After contacting Alex he promptly provided pricing (which was less that the other 5 I talked to) and was available within an hour and a half to do the work!

He re-directed a tech (John) who was in the area to swing by and complete the work. John was polite, informative and crazy efficient. He even provided me with ideas for fixing some brick around the hose bib!

I would highly recommend Sosa Services!

Austex Sprinklers Plumbing Service
I concur with all of the five star reviews below.  I picked Austex as a result of seeing these stellar reviews.  I immediately reached Alex; he was curteous and set up Gilbert to come and do the repair that afternoon.  We set up a time, and he even showed up early!  Gilbert quickly diagnosed the break in my main line, gave a reasonable estimate (especially considering he spent 2 1/2 hours), fixed it, tested it, tested all of my zones, and even did some adjustments and reprogrammed the control box.  He also very quickly replaced a broken head.  I would absolutely use them again!

People's Choice Plumbing Plumbing Service
Peoples choice plumbing had a very complicated job to do at our space. We have a rough industrial space and they needed to find a sewer line for our sinks. This was a very complicated job that many plumbers couldn't figure out. Peoples choice plumbing came out and diagnosed the situation (for free), then figured out a solution to the situation and fixed it up perfectly. I would recommend peoples choice plumbing to anyone that needs either a residential plumbing issue fixed or a commercial plumbing issue fixed. They pulled all of the permits required and had the inspector come out immediately to issue the green card. I am very happy with my decision and would call them again for any issues that might arise. Thank you so much peoples choice plumbing!

Colony Home Maintenance and Repair Services Plumbing Service
I would not recommend Colony Home for any work on your home. We used the company for a mitigation job at our home. Throughout the project we were given deadlines and promises that were not met. We were promised that after the mitigation was complete, Colony Home would repair our home in 2-3 weeks. Instead, they took 2-3 weeks to give us an estimate and then let us know that they could not start the work for at least 2-3 months. We felt like we were being constantly lied to in order to get our business. We found the project manager John to be abrasive and not very pleasant to deal with. Overall, we did not have a very good experience with Colony Home.

American Plumbing Plumbing Service
Felix is amazing!! I called him on a Saturday (along with several others) and he was the only one to call me back. When I explained that water was flowing freely from my kitchen faucet into my lower cabinet, he was able to determine what the problem was AND walked me through the repair in less than 3 minutes. Who does that? Well, Felix does. Even though he didn't actually step foot in my house, I consider him a plumbing genius and he is our forever plumber now.

ET Plumbing Plumbing Service
My toilet stopped working and after trying multiple things to try to fix it I looked for professional help. The first plumber I called and arranged a appointment and never showed. ET's on the other hand confirmed they would be there right away. The plumbers were professional and quickly resolved the problem, they even gave me some steps to follow next time I had a issue.

Friendly guy, knowledgeable and courteous. However, very expensive. His estimates were almost 80% higher than other plumbers.

316 Peggy Dr, Liberty Hill, TX 78642
Cedar Park Plumbing Plumbing Service
All my drains and toilets clogged this evening. Cedar Park Plumbing came referred to me by usual plumber who was unable to help me himself. Bill arrived within an hour, unclogged the pipe, cut out the roots in the pipe and had me back in business very quickly. He didn't even mind me hanging around and asking questions.

After he was done we discussed the pipe repair that needs to be done, what the possible scenarios are (patching the pipe or replacing the whole thing). I should get the bid on that tomorrow.

Friendly staff and a good experience. Would use again.

Clear and Present Plumbing Plumbing Service
Reliable company with knowledgeable technicians. They showed up in less than 30 minutes and solved the issue on a weekend within 2 hours. My only complaint is that they left a huge hole and mess in my yard and driveway and I was to left to input a new irrigation box and clean everything. If I'm paying $200/hr after hours you'd think you could spend 30 more minutes to finish the job and put the new box. It took me longer to do it because I don't do it every day.

Christianson Air Conditioning & Plumbing Plumbing Service
We recently had our AC unit stop cooling and heating and called the original installer of our unit (we bought our house new and this is under 5 years old).  The original installer sent someone out to check it out and told me there was a leak in the evaporator coil and it was going to cost quite a bit to get fixed.  They might be able to get the coil under the warranty, but it would still cost quite a bit for the labor/refridgerant/etc.

Fast forward to Christianson.  I submitted an internet request for a quote to see how much it would cost and I got a call that afternoon.  The rep was very nice, took my info, and asked quite a bit of questions and mentioned they would check with Carrier to see what they thought.  Long story short, they did their homework and was able to SUBSTANTIALLY reduce my repair (Carrier, the mfg of the AC unit picked up the majority of the tab), the guys got here @ 8:30a today and had it replaced, coolant replaced, and everything back up and running in about an hour.

The other company was probably going to double dip me (i.e. charge me for labor, etc and then collect from Carrier as well), so I am grateful that Christianson advised me of what they were going to do each step of the way.  Will definitely do business with them again in the future!

GC Plumbing Services Plumbing Service
GC Plumbing is a solid company with great people.  Do not be alarmed by the 1 and 2 star reviews.  People, like intelligence, varies, and honestly most of these issues in the negative reviews could have been resolved with the owners or service requestors spending a little more time researching or asking questions.  To the person wanting the thermal valve removed - it's there for your safety.  Don't ask a plumber to remove this.  It's a job you can/should do yourself so when you burn yourself or your family with water over 120 it's on you.  As far as the expensiveness goes, you get what you pay for, folks!  Case in point, we had a kitchen faucet and food grinder installed for around $300 from a big box store.  We then had to pay another $600 to have it fixed by GC.  Which they did happily and with full explanation of all issues and work.  Before you start grumbling or think we're not bright ourselves, bear in mind they also installed two items the big box contractor wouldn't and fixed the shoddy work he did.  Yes, GC has a $69 show up charge to diagnose and provide a 19-point inspection.  They clearly advertise it.  You know what else they do, they clearly heed your desire not to have the 19 point inspection performed.  If $69 breaks your budget, ask if it can be credited against the service call?  These folks are knowledgeable and helpful, and most of all unlike most trades they actually answer the phone and show up when they say they are going to.

Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning Plumbing Service
A few years ago I had a pipe burst under my friend's house I helped manage. I had heard good things so I gave them a call. I was told an estimate would be 69 dollars.  This seemed more than fair.

The gentleman arrived. It was Take Your Daughter to work day, which was really awesome. They both seemed pleasant. He turned off the water that was flooding into the street and figured it was a major burst pipe.
Although the house was a rental and I don't like to be inside of a resident's home for non-essential things but the radiant employee insisted we wait inside in the AC for the owner to call back. (All of the works was outside of the home). His estimate was around 1400 (smallest package) so I had to get approval.

The owner wanted me to get another estimate (which is normal behavior). Once I let him know he got pretty loud and nasty then gave me a bill for 230 dollars. I was shocked and asked what happened to the estimated price. He let me know that that was for him to see the damage.. but turning off the water so he could see the damage cost extra .. um.. what?! That's the first time I had ever heard of that.. In fact, I had been led to believe that it was an obligation for a plumber to turn the water off in the event of drought and water waste- we were in the middle of a draught!-- but okay...
I had no authority to pay the extra money so he went and turned the water back on.. letting it flood into the street until the other plumber could get there.

It is still my worst plumbing experience. I have tried to shake it off but I keep seeing his face on trucks. His need to take advantage of/ bully his clients should not be celebrated.

Oh! And the other licensed plumber that came for the other estimate completed the work within an hour and charged me less than half of the lowest estimate for the most in service. I am happy other people have had good service, I just warn you to get A LOT of clarification and don't let yourself be intimidated if you get a bully.
