They showed up on time, gave me plenty of notice before arrival. Showed up in mask and kept their distance. They were friendly, fast and efficient when working on my kitchen sink. Definitely would recommend them and would use them again.

I loved that they showed up a little early than planned. The communication of what was going on with my irrigation was excellent. I will use them again on future issues.

I hired David to install a water heater and a water softener for me. He is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and honest. It was a real pleasure to work with him. Everything was installed very well and professionally. I communicated with several plumbers to select one and David was a true standout. I absolutely recommend him with no hesitation for all plumbing jobs.

We had massive mold infestation in our two story, 4129sf home, and had to replace three HVAC units and all ducts.  Afterward, we had 22 large holes in our ceilings where ducts were removed, and three areas where drywall had been removed in our walls.  The damage was extensive.  Our remediation company, Blackhill, in Austin, Tx recommended four construction companies.  One company sent a representative and they never called back.  Another gave us a bid, but the next day the owner emailed to say that his company couldn't do the job.  Too big of a job.  We interviewed John Flores, the owner of Colony Homes Home Maintenance and repair services.  He was not intimidated by the amount and difficulty of work, and said we would never the know anything has happened.  I didn't believe him, because the damage was so extensive.  But, we hired him anyway because we were becoming desperate.  He sent in a large drywall crew.  They arrived the day he said they would, and quickly, over a two day period, squared all the holes, and put up the drywall.  The next day a large drywall finishing crew arrived, and spent a few days on the massive amount of work.  Then John sent in a large painting crew which essentially had to repaint the entire house.  Then he sent in a large cleaning crew.  Literally, everyone of the crews was impressive.  The worked quickly, were friendly, and communicated with us in a way that caused us to have confidence in them.  The bottom line is that John delivered in ways that far exceeded our expectations.  I was wrong and John was right.  We couldn't tell anything had happened.  Now, I'm 72 and have worked with a number of contractor type firms, and I don't remember one of them who met my expectations.  Yes, I'm a perfectionist, but I'm fair. Felix Griffin has been the only plumber we will call since the 1980s. Both houses have been from the 1930's, with cranky old pipes. Felix always figures out the best way to handle the issue. He is prompt to call back. His fee is always very reasonable. And the job is always done right.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Saul was very professional and performed the work in a timely manner. We have dealt with many lawn care companies over the past few years but JNS is by far the best! Saul texted 10 minute prior to his appointment time, he took the time to check the system and quoted me prior to replacing items. Him and his team fixed everything at the same initial appointment. Eric was an extremely nice, helpful, professional, and caring plumber. He took the time to check on my plumbing issues on Tuesday and patch me up until the repair could be completed on Thursday with no extra charge. He was prompt, able to work with my scheduling conflicts, and completed repairs very timely. His prices were very fair as well. He clearly cared about protecting my property and even did little things like tighten the toilet seat which I didn't even say anything about. I can't speak highly enough of Eric and his team. He was even nice to my dog! We are happy to have found our plumber in Austin and highly recommend him to everyone in the area. Thanks, Eric!

I had an appointment on Tuesday to check on a leaking pipe in my yard.  The plumber said to expose the leak and he'd be back on Thursday at 10:00 to fix it.  On Thursday at 8:30, I got a call saying they couldn't make it and that the soonest they could be there is next Wednesday!  Next Wednesday!  Seriously?  After they stood me up they weren't interested in making it right.  We've been unable to turn our water on for several days and now I'm stuck trying to scramble to find another plumber.  Do not call them.  Do not call them.  Do not call them.

Good luck! I made several online requests for a call back. And no call returned. Why bother adding this to your website if you are just going to ignore online requests?

Then tried calling and no one would return our calls. We went elsewhere, you know to an HVAC that knows how to respond to potential customers!

These folks are con artists, stay far away. They just came out and quoted me $2500 to replace a standard water heater. Bunch of jokers wasting people's time, and the ones who agree to it are getting robbed. Shame on y'all.

Tim was very professional, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job! He actually drove all the way back to his shop to try and find a part to finish the job. It was an unexpected issue. He couldn't get the part until the next day and that day he was here promptly and fixed the issue very quickly. Radiants pricing was high but the quality, and professionalism of the work and the company in all was outstanding. Pricing was the only reason I only gave 4 stars. Tim deserved 5!
