Almost a year ago, I hired (was the first, but not the last of several times) Sosa Services to replace a backflow stopper in my backyard.
About a week ago, I noticed the backflow stopper started leaking - messaged their office, and they promptly got me scheduled and got the unit replaced under warranty, no paperwork and no headaches. Another data point for me to keep them on my speed dial/text for anything plumbing.

I had an appointment set for 10 am and Robert pulled into the drive at 10 am. Very refreshing and a great way to show my business and time is important. Robert did a great job in fixing a zone that had gone dead. The issue was with substandard craftsmanship from a previous, different supplier. Bottom line: These guys are the real deal. Read this review and the many others on yelp. I see no reason to call anyone else!

I have used People's Choice Plumbing now for my past three plumbing instances. Each time, they have been professional, courteous and very prompt. They even scheduled an earlier visit due to my urgent situation. I and definitely a satisfied customer!

Never thought that my house would be severely damaged by fireworks but it happened. Colony home was recommended to us. It was the best decision we could have made. Mr. John Flores and his employees and subcontractors did an outstanding job from start to finish. With my wife and I not having any experience with this kind of situation, we were incredibly blessed to have Mr. Flores on our side. He took the time to patiently explain the reconstruction process. Especially when it came to working with the insurance company. Every step was explained. Every question answered. Every doubt cleared.
The end result went beyond our expectations. We are back in our completely reconstructed home. It is beautiful. It is solid and it is better than before.
I would recommend Colony Home Maintenance without reservations. They will work with you and the insurance company in a professional and ethical way. Their work ethics and attention to detail is top notch.
Thank you, Mr. Flores and Colony home for getting our home back.

I have nothing but praise for Felix and his team for a difficult and expensive job well done. This really is as good as it gets.
The City of Austin informed us that we had to replace our wastewater line that was roughly 80' in length. They not only beat out all of the other estimates by thousands of dollars (one other estimate was over $10,000 more than what Felix charged for the same job), but they knew exactly what they were doing and how long it would take. The got it permitted and planned the job. When we were at work, they did everything in one day! Amazing! The next day the city inspector reviewed and passed it with flying colors noting that the grade of the pipe was greatly improved. Felix was personable and friendly. He has been working since I think the 60s and remembered when our neighborhood was built in late 70s. He explained everything to us and hand delivered the final inspection. I have strong recommendations for this company that they will do the job right no matter how complicated and charge you a very, very fair price.

My service was declined with message I'm booked for this time. There was no time discussed or requested as this was an initial inquiry nor were there anymore responses as to when they might be available. J.N.S Landscapes will not be used for my needs.

ET Plumbing is the most professional company I have the pleasure of working with. Eric sets the benchmark for excellent service. He came to my home a couple of weeks ago and fixed an issue in our guest bath; same day I called. Then today he found the leak and issue at our rental property. He is always on time and friendly. Let me also say I manage several properties and work in real estate. I never hesitate to refer this company and especially Eric or Fabian to my clients. I know I can trust them to deliver top notch service. Thank you Eric and Fabian for all your hard work and excellent service.

My wife and I felt very threatened when Mike came to fix my clock toilet. He smelled like alcohol and was visibly agitated and often raised his voice and talk down to me like I was stupid. When I hired a different plumber to redo Mike's work, he showed me all the lazy bones shortcuts that Mike took repairing my pipes.

I had an appointment on Tuesday to check on a leaking pipe in my yard. The plumber said to expose the leak and he'd be back on Thursday at 10:00 to fix it. On Thursday at 8:30, I got a call saying they couldn't make it and that the soonest they could be there is next Wednesday! Next Wednesday! Seriously? After they stood me up they weren't interested in making it right. We've been unable to turn our water on for several days and now I'm stuck trying to scramble to find another plumber. Do not call them. Do not call them. Do not call them.

I just want to start with I'm a female first time expanding business owner who's knows literally NOTHING about plumbing. David helped me understand exactly what I'd need for my salon and explained everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend David and his team to anyone needing commercial or residential plumbing. I appreciate that you and your team were on time and got the work done promptly and correctly! We will use you for any and all our future plumbing endeavors!

We called during the freeze with a broken pipe that had us shut down all water to the house. They put us on their wait list on Friday and called on a Sunday morning and came by! Jeff swooped in and saved us this morning with great skilled service. Uber-competent, helpful, polite, and efficient. Dug into the wall, Fixed our broken pipe, checked on us while we turned everything back on! Love them! Recommending them to all my friends! Five star!!!

My mother here in Lago Vista Texas had GC come out on Monday, March 30th, 2020 to replace an old and leaky outdoor faucet. They had done the same for me a year or so ago for around $200. The GC employee at my mom's place looked at the fixture and then came back and told her it would be $1100.00. My mother is 81 on and on her own now and doing things my dad used to do. She was stunned...but with no knowledge of what a true and honorable cost should be...she signed their electronic work order on a notepad. The job took an hour to an hour and a half...and it was only one GC employee there. I find it hard to believe that a replacement faucet, $70 service call and the time of the GC employee could honorably come to $1100. We have asked for a copy of the work order and receipt. They still have not provided one so that we can verify the work done and its legitimacy. Be careful.

Avoid avoid avoid at all possible costs. Try calling this outfit up and asking about the price to replace a toilet. They will quote you a price but it will be high because they guarantee the price so that you believe you'll get no unexpected added charges. The only problem with that is the unexpected charges are added up front and sold to you as insurance. I've never understood why this kind of home repair arrangement is acceptable. I've dealt with this outfit a couple of times and always felt that they spent considerably less time than I would have spent if I just paid a flat rate per hour. Another issue with all plumbers is that no one carries any stock with them. Instead, they bill you while they go get a part. I'd rather that they carry the parts for most repairs with them. That's the way it used to work in the past. Now many plumbing repair outfits aren't even owned by the plumbers themselves. They just work for a company that pays them a salary.
