They did a complete re-pipe of our 1930 farmhouse. Alex is an excellent communicator, as are the guys that work for him! They were timely, professional, did excellent quality work! I plan to contact them if we need anything plumbing related in the future!  I highly recommend them and have been telling all of our friends and family!

Alex from Austex Sprinklers has earned a customer for life. I appreciate the way he works -- upfront, honest, and reliable. Some people were just born with awesome customer service skills, and Alex is one of them.

I came home one evening to a massive water leak in my front yard. (Long story short: It ended up being a broken double-check valve caused by a tree root.) I really appreciate that Alex takes the time to give me a call when he's on his way or if he's ever running late. He initially dropped by to give me an estimate and even got his hands dirty to accurately pinpoint the issue. (He was spot on with his assessment, btw. Also, his estimate was accurate as well. No surprises.)

The only thing that surprised me is that Alex charged me $0 for the estimate and partial dig. I was floored. Some companies charge $40+ just for a visit and estimate. As soon as he left, I told myself that Alex is my guy. Today, when he dropped by to replace my double-check valve, I almost felt like we were old friends. He could tell I was curious about the work, and he took the time to explain what he was doing.

The world needs more honest, hard-working guys like Alex. Austex Sprinklers comes with my highest recommendation. Alex is now my go-to guy for anything sprinkler, irrigation, or outdoor water leak related. (Thank you Yelpers for the recommendation!)

Felix Griffin has been the only plumber we will call since the 1980s. Both houses have been from the 1930's, with cranky old pipes. Felix always figures out the best way to handle the issue. He is prompt to call back. His fee is always very reasonable. And the job is always done right.

We experienced a water leak Friday afternoon in the home we are currently renting. We notified our landlord and he said that Cedar Park Plumbing would be coming out Saturday between 10 & 12.

My wife and I adjusted our schedules that day to wait...and that's exactly what we did.

11:00 Called and left message to confirm service call.
My call was returned shortly thereafter to say the tech was running late; plan around 1:00. We were next in line.

2:00 No tech; no call. I called back.
Again, shortly thereafter a call back said that they'd call the tech and call me back.

4:00 I called and left yet another message.
20 or so minutes later, the dispatch called back apologizing and that we'd be next on the list.

During this call, the service technician called on the other line (which I didn't recognize the number and I didn't take the call). I finished with dispatch and checked my voice mail 20 minutes later. It was the tech...UGH.

I called him back and he said that he'd already been deployed to another call. I was beyond frustrated.

I cannot tell you how good they are technically because they're business operations are quite simply, a joke. No amount of apologies or calling me attempting to reschedule for Sunday.

I can understand that they may have been busy due to the recent weather we have had. Their lack of timely and realistic expectations and ZERO forward communication has caused me to *NEVER* recommend them in a positive light.

You're are better off trying anyone else.

David and his team at Clear and Present Plumbing have been our go-to plumbers for jobs small and large. He's responsive, hard working and always delivers quality work. When we encountered a clogged toilet recently, the project turned larger than expected when David identified there was a sewer pipe break. But, just as with the smaller jobs, David was extremely professional, walking us through our options, providing a detailed estimate, working with our insurance company and staying in touch every step of the process. He's a master plumber, and his experience really shines through! Highly recommend.

Christianson installed the Carrier heatpump system in our 2007 Lennar home, so when we bought it we thought it would make sense to have them service the system should anything be wrong with it. Alas, this was a mistake. As the heat increased it became clear that the system was not running very well - we had very little air downstairs. I had them come out to take a look and make whatever repairs and or adjustments necessary. The technician came out, cleaned it out and pronounced it all in good health. There was still very little air downstairs. I then took a look at it myself and found that the counterweight on the bypass damper was completely loose (came off in my hand) and had probably never been tightened when the system was originally installed - this meant the furnace was basically just blowing air in a loop back to itself. I tightened (something very simple and easy to check, no excuse for not checking this when I pay you to) and it helped some but was still not good enough. I later took a second look and found the damper to direct air downstairs was dead (another easy thing to check that he missed). Wanting to give Christianson the benefit of the doubt and a chance to redeem themselves. I called them up. They came out and replaced the zone damper (which was fortunately still under warranty so they only charged for labor) - things were good for about a day - then there was no air again. I went up in the attic to look at it and found the new damper to have fallen over since it was never properly secured - the technician had just dropped it in without any thought of how it was going to be supported, and in addition there was a huge hole in the duct for the air to escape. Needless to say I repaired it myself this time - doing the job I had just paid them $90 to do - since they got the part for free  from the manufacturer as it was still under warranty. No more benefit of the doubt.  Now the system is having issues again, wonder what other surprises I will find this time...

Too expensive and not able to fix the problem! This company charged  
$ 380 to have the plumber look under the bathtub and visually diagnose the leak. After the leak was confirmed, the plumber told us that they can't neither repair nor replace the bathtub. After few calls and discussions, this company offered to install new bathtub (simple soaking tub) for
$ 4800!

Once again, we are without A/C.  Unbelievable!  Water back in the drain pan and A/c won't turn on.  Another sweaty hot night without any help from Radiant. Please stay far away from this company.  We have been so upset with this company for so long.  I guess it's time to call another company and tear out both units and replace and take the 25k hit just to be done with this shitty company.
