Installed a utility sink and water softener for us in the garage. Grateful for their speedy and professional work!

We hired Austex to help us with our drainage issues. The first time around the work was done well, but needed some tweaking a month later (we needed to see the drainage system in action after a heavy rain). Within a few days of contacting Phil, he sent Luciano and Joseph back to my home to fix the issues. They were polite, explained thoroughly what they did, and left my property in better shape than it was before they arrived. When we have the resources for a sprinkler system they will be the first company I will call for a quote. Thanks guys!

David from People's Choice is AWESOME! He was very communicative, polite, and timely. We appreciated his attention to detail, and fair pricing. We had a failed toilet flange that ended up being a huge job that he tackled with ease. He is confident about his work, and it is very clear he also enjoys his job and tackling problems.Thank you, David!

I would not recommend Colony Home for any work on your home. We used the company for a mitigation job at our home. Throughout the project we were given deadlines and promises that were not met. We were promised that after the mitigation was complete, Colony Home would repair our home in 2-3 weeks. Instead, they took 2-3 weeks to give us an estimate and then let us know that they could not start the work for at least 2-3 months. We felt like we were being constantly lied to in order to get our business. We found the project manager John to be abrasive and not very pleasant to deal with. Overall, we did not have a very good experience with Colony Home.

I had a sewage drain problem, and while Felix said that was beyond his expertise, he gave me a personal reference to another company to help me out, and it was all fixed within an hour! THEN he called the next morning to make sure it all worked out! While I couldn't use him this time, I hope that if I need plumbing help another time, that he's available to help me out again. Very professional and works with what's best for the customer!

Slyvester does honest and good work. He prompt and not as expensive as some plumbers. He fixed my leaky tub.

Had a leaky hose-bib (outside spigot) replaced, as well as some sewer / drain caps. The guys arrived on time, worked quickly, and communicated about the replacement parts, how they SHOULD have worked (i.e. an overflow cap that should have been spring loaded but was fixed in place), and so on. Will definitely be calling on them for future projects.

Advanced Plumbing was very responsive, kept me updated on arrival time, and was able to come out on short notice. They sent out Mike, who was very considerate in our home and took the time to talk us through our options and process before replacing our shorted out water heater. He went out of his way to find the largest capacity tank possible that would fit into a tight space (at our request). He also spent a good amount of time checking to make sure everything worked post-installation and adjusted the water temp to suit our needs. He also repaired our tub faucet after recognizing an issue with it, and now it works so much better. Competitive pricing. Highly recommend them.

We used CP Plumbing and everything went real well. The technician that came out was professional, nice, identified the problem with both toilets and was in and out in about an hour and half. We will use their services again if we need to.

we have used this company in the past and found them to be reasonably priced cant say the same this last time we had the waste disposal under the sink replaced altou the tech came on time and did a excellant job the price at over $300 bucks seemed a little high the price quoted for the unit was about $110 the rest was labor. i checked in the hardware store where the unit was purchased and price was around$ 90 with discount for contractors making it $88and they install it for $103.. seems a little more for time than i was charged before and that was a* after hours job*.
did not recognize the crew who came this time ,perhaps its who does the job as to how much you are charged,i give a lot of referalls for this company as to pricing might have to reconsider next time im asked... still good work so deserves a 3

I built a house recently with a well respected regional production home builder. Christianson was a sub to my builder. In the fine print of the contract I was required to buy form their subs.
Well when it came time to deliver my toilets - that I had picked out 6 months ago, Christianson could not deliver the toilets. They had special odored a specific colonial white that I did not even know existed. I did not request that color. It was time to install the toliets and they were back ordered for 6 weeks. I found the original toliet in standard white at a local plumbing supply. But Christianson strong armed my builder and made me buy the 4 back ordered toliets.
This was one of the most frustrating issues with the entire house building process.
If you can't deliver on time - don't use the fine print of a supplier contract to force the homeowner to buy four additional toilets. This is just stupid.

What happens when Glenn comes over to fix a leaky hose-bib valve ($7 part @ 10 min job) and the husband is not there? HE SAVES THE DAY!! Not only did he fix the problem for the low, low price of $1550!! Apparently he found some open gas lines too.. Whew.. if it weren't for Glenn, we would still have all that money! Thanks for taking full advantage of the situation, Glenn! 10/10 will continue to call him for my money back.. For some reason he's not answering the phone or returning emails. Here's his bill!! imgur.com/a/yTbjX

If you don't like money, use these guys. They quoted $3,500 for a water heater and installation. Two other reputable companies quoted $2,100. Still expensive considering the water heater cost $500 or less at homedepot. They also tried to say that they would throw in expansion tank listed at $300. Well looking through there quote the expansion tank is already included and the expansion tank itself cost $30!!! Sooo disappointing there are companies like this that try to take advantage of people who just agree to these insane prices because they don't know better.
This isn't the only company in Austin who I have seen doing this (on the auto repair side) so just make sure to get at least 3 quotes or do research.
